Convenient. It’s so convenient too have the ability to pay rent, place work orders in one easy to access location.

FIX THE APP!!!!. I have issues trying to make rent payment in this APP every single month. It takes me multiple tries to login and or move between screens. Giving you my money shouldn’t be this difficult. Your App is wasting my time!! FIX IT!!

Payment methods. The bank payment method don’t work right and it lacks the ability to do split payments which would make things a lot easier to pay to split things up over the month to get ahead.

Worst apartment ever.. Worst apartment management ever. Never get help. when you do find people in the building “they don’t know anything” or who you could talk to about months late maintenance request major pest problems.

Survey. I feel like we shouldn’t have to pay a processing fee to pay online when I was totally fine paying with money orders!!

Payment setup is awful. The app cost me an extra $42 because my checking account needed verified and would take a few days but rent was due so I had to use the credit card option

Lawrence Landing App. Great app, allows me to see how much i need to pay and makes the paying process easy.

Not happy. The service fee is outrageous and so is the monthly rent. Paying for things I don’t even use.

Function. Apple Pay is an option but you can’t use it. You can add a bank account but you don’t ever get the chance to verify it. So having a sevice fee when your other options don’t work is wack.

Poorly designed app. I am currently using this to make payments to my landlord for rent, cable and water bill. It could be the management not utilizing the app well, but instead of them adding my water bill and I make a payment on it - I have to wait until I get the water bill - then make a random payment and I can’t write a memo or categorize it. Last month I never received a water bill so I estimated my amount. I was also charged a $3.95 processing fee. Well I underestimated, so when I made a second payment of $4, I was AGAIN charged a $3.95 processing fee. I also get charged that when I pay my rent. Someone is making $10-15 extra on my payments that is fully automated! When I make a payment, it shows I have a zero balance so I have to enter a custom amount (the amount of my water bill). Seems like I am doing the accounting and not the app/apartment complex. This could be a good app but needs some more work.

Love the app. I love that I can go online to see everything it makes things so easy!!

App review. Not being able to see the full total within the app before the first isn’t helpful to anyone budgeting or trying to pay before the first.

Not user friendly. This app is not user friendly. I have to try to sign in multiple times before I can actually pay rent. The first time I put a payment in my account it put a debit card as a credit card which has much higher fees. My property management knows nothing about how when it why it works. I’m not a boomer but this app makes me feel like one.

App review. Ivy Hills Place/Towne Properties has an excellent app. They respond quickly to the information given. You are able to attach documents and photos along with the information you give them.

Doesn’t allow two payments anymore. Bring back the split pay

TowneResident. Poor quality, unprofessional setup, and it charges $1.95 for ACH transactions which no app or anyone ever charged before

Rip off. Too many fees

Maintenance. I don’t know how to feel about this app. I submit maintenance request and nothing happens. It took almost 2 months to fix shower. Then 2 weeks later maintenance came in my apartment without me knowing and replaced both showerheads in both bathrooms. My request to fix my dryer has been in since March and my dryer is still broke. If I had to rate you will get zero stars.

Hate that I can’t split payments. When I first starting using it I liked it. Now I have to go through the hassle of transferring money all to one account because you can’t split payments anymore.

Horrible. When signing on to the app….. well that’s as far as I get. The sign on page. I put in my info and hit submit and it just spins and spins. Never signs me in. At first it took forever to finally connect and sign in. After 2 months it just spins. It’s not my connection either, because I’ve tried Wi-Fi/no Wi-Fi and it’s the same.

Inefficient. It will time out in like 10 minutes and then glitch. I have gotten locked out of my account 3 times, preventing me from getting into the building. Please fix this

Application. Overall, I’ve enjoyed using this app as you can view payment history make maintenance requests and make payments for rent. One feature that I would like is being able to connect with the office easier whether an instant chat or something like that.

Awesome!. Maintenance is always here the next day! The app works great. Keeps a log of all the maintenance history that we put in. We pay our rent on this app, usually we never have a problem. And we can see all the future events on this app!

Not for Houses. Despite being a hardly usable app with a horrible UI design, this app is only for apartment tenants. I was hoping to pay my HOA dues, view announcements, contact for help, etc. but there are zero capabilities of this sort for homes.

Takes way to long to load. Every time I try to log in to pay rent it takes over 30 minutes to log in.

Put in a request, but rarely received a response back. Put in a request for maintenance, but rarely get a response back. The order gets closed without checking to make sure job is done to satisfaction.

Shillitos Lifts maintenance. We have lived here for ten years. We have never had a maintenance request small or large that was not taken care of the same day. The maintenance crew here are fantastic!!

Extremely buggy. The app is very slow and some functionality just doesn’t work. I’ve tried setting a schedule for the thermostat a bunch of times and it always ends in an error message and not working.

Sandhurst Resident. Great app for paying the monthly rent, seeing our charges, seeing events and maintenance requests.

Dublin park payment portal. Terrible platform. Charges service fee whether it’s E-check, or credit/debit. No other platform I’ve seen charges a fee regardless which payment route you want to take. Also, this property will not accept paper checks or in person. What a scam.

The best. Maintenance is amazing, the lady in the office is amazing and I recommend this place to everybody
