Why. The outside working like a few minutes ago and now me and my brother just like done with this and we do in the trash while we didn’t we go to your cousins in there they’re mad they gave it to the other cousins and they’re still there so we just wanna refund and we got one from the store if you bought at the store y’all are very bad because I just really disgusting and I am so mad and it will work for a cute couple seconds and the lights are beautiful when you could change you and I was white with my brother but he’s so my stop working and I was just like a few minutes ago and I’m super mad so bye

Does what it’s supposed to. It controls the lights with Bluetooth. That’s it’s function and it does it. Music kinda works but not as well as you’d expect. It’s good for people like me who can’t keep track of a remote to save my life. Not as many true color choices as you’d think with the color wheel but it’s not that big of a deal. I mostly just use the preset colors. It functions as a controller but doesn’t do what is promised as dramatically as one would hope which is why it’s getting 4 stars. Decent app, simple to use, provides easy access to light control. Not much else to say.

Terrible horrible waste of money. From the start, there were three bulbs that for some reason would be different than all the others. Fine, whatever at least the rest work good. Have these lights in my sister’s room as well, and when she uses the remote to change them, it does mine as well. Okay, can’t expect much, it is Bluetooth controlled after all. HOWEVER the issue came about 2 months later, now I cannot change the color of the lights with the remote. I can only turn it on and off. Ok, whatever use the app. The app suddenly doesn’t connect to the light anymore. Redownload, works for a day, problem fixed right? No, stopped working the next day. And from the looks of it, a lot of other people are having the same issue. Don’t purchase from this company, the lights work terribly and it’s not worth it.

Not working!!. When I downloaded it worked right away I was so excited, and then after a couple minutes it completely stopped even know it was connected through bluetooth. I deleted the app, downloaded it again, it reconnected somehow suddenly and I thought this worked. The next day, I am trying to connect this thing for about two hours it just doesn’t wanna work. My lights under « my device » do not pop up as it shows in the Guide of the app and I made sure everything is connected. Very disappointed in the app because I also saw many reviews about how it stopped working for people’s LED lights. Just wishing and praying you could fix the app and it start working again. I have an iphone 12, so maybe it depends on the phone because I watched some videos and it worked fine with the Androids.

...eh?. I immediately realized that the “music” catagory of this app was complete trash, the song choices range from “An Island Christmas” to “Weirdo Man” while all of the songs in between’s artist are listed as “unknown artist”. The “Adjust” and “style” categories are what I mostly use, the people that say the mic works for if you use external are lying it does in fact NOT work. One useful thing about this app is the color wheel, i can achieve a variety of colors. They do in fact strobe and gradual change but only for the preset colors. The app D E F I N E T L Y needs to be updated, they had better graphics in 2001.

absolute garbage.. had these lights for around a month now and still they won’t connect to my phone no matter what I do. Doesn’t actually flash along with music from my experience (haven’t found a way to do it after trying for many hours of frustration) Lights turn on and off by themselves 4-6 times a day at random points. had them on my walls for only a month or less and the sticky part holding the lights onto the wall has already started to fall of multiple times in many different places. please spend your money with anyone but this company for your lighting. I would recommend a company called Sengled that makes very affordable and functional LED lighting with a simple and user friendly app. I would give 0 stars if possible but it only goes down to one. absolute garbage product.

DO NOT BUY!! HORRIBLE!!!. These lights are awesome and beautiful!! It’s just so unfortunate you don’t know the app that you’ll have to deal with until the lights are already installed. The app connected initially and I enjoyed the color of my choosing for a wonderful whole two hours. After that two hour period of owning these lights the app completely and utterly stopped working. I can do whatever I want on the app and it does absolutely nothing whatsoever. I click any color, any brightness, and nothing happens whatsoever. Thank GOD the remote still works. I’m so disappointed there is absolutely nothing to do, no customer support, but to sit and think about how I wasted my money on these lights because people could not program an app that can operate properly. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. (App Store forced me to select one star however if possible I would rate this in the negatives.)

Connecting. I am having a very hard time connecting to the lights. I had tried connecting to them when we were setting them up and they worked perfectly fine. But now they will connect and then disconnect and load😪. It is verified frustrating and annoying. I have tried unpairing the app from Bluetooth and turning it back on and I have tried deleting the app and that did not work either. I hope I can fix it but for now I got to say 3 stares. But I think it will be very cool if I can get it to work. So can you see if there is a way to fix this in your app because it will make it 100 times more awesome.

The lights do work w music!!. The app works great, you just need to understand how it works! Basically to get the lights to dance with the music go to the mic section, press external mic at the top right corner and turn the sensitivity up. After you can play whatever music you want but you have to let the app run so don’t close it. The Lights should dance with the music. If I’m going to be honest it didn’t work well just with my phone speaker so I recommend using an actual speaker if you have one!! :)

AMAZING. i know that most people said the app stops working but for the app to work you need your bluetooth connected to go lights for the phone remote to work. if the app actually stops working all together you’ve still got a remote. my lights are amazing and everything about them is so good! i recommend the jeryyen smart led strip lights. they’re the good quality i paid for and they were cheap compared to most of the other good lights. if the app stops working TURN 👏 ON 👏 YOUR 👏 BLUETOOTH👏 thank you have a good day 😙✌️

Works ok but needs more features. Needs features like widgets, saved profiles for times and colors, “Hey Siri” integration, possibly Alexa and google assistant skills app. The app should also not pair any devices that where not manually paired but save the manually connected devices. I have had my lights hijacked many times by another user in Bluetooth range. When the external mic for music mode is active Bluetooth audio coming from the phone to another speaker should not cut out and revert to speakers on the phone. The app needs polishing but has potential. Please implement some of these features they will make the app soooo much better.

It’s not what was described. I bought the light because description of the app said it had 58 presets (I counted 27), custom color and partition controls ( there are custom colors but no partition), real time update on lights and color (nope), shows you can control each light (nope again). The control is pretty basic, not what was promised when I bought the lights. So going by what the app is I give it a 3 out of 5, going by what they promised 1 out of 5. Kinda disappointed in the app but the lights seem to work well.

Love!. I LOVE these lights! It adds such a cool vibe to any room. They’re super easy to control from your phone which is convenient.I’m rating three stars because 1) the tape is starting to wear off so I’ll need to tape them down now 2) after having them for only for four months with minimal to no movement, the port that connects the lights to the plug will no longer stay attached- I have to tape it together excessively. So that’s a bummer. 3) you can’t play your own music on the music feature so that was a huge let down. BUT the lights themselves are really cool. If I were to repurchase, I’d probably try a different brand.

TRASH 🤮. 1.Me and my brother have the same thing but then when you change the colors with the app it changes the same colors downstairs. So say I’m trying to sleep but then my brother still awake and then he’s turning it on so I will wake up to flashing colors. 2. You can’t use your own music like the best one is the stupid happy bday theme song. 3. I would use the remote because it’s way easier to do. only use this app if you loose your remote. And last number 4. If you use speaker where you speak and the lights change color everyTime you talk also if you have the microphone on and leave the app you can’t turn down the volume on the less you leave microphone mode so if you’re in like at 7 o’clock or7:15 and you’re the only one awake you could blast really loud and wake everyone up and get in trouble 👿 so I recommend not use this app only if you lose the remote!!!🤬👿🤢🤮

Really good app and purchase, but one thing i feel its missing. Overall its a very good app, the connection was easy, the interface and layout of the app is simple and easy to use, and it has good customary functions, however i feel that it would be nice if you could upload different songs or just be able to have access to an actual music library instead of the small set selection, if there is a way to upload a song pls let me know

It’s good and all for only a AMOUNT of time. I got these led lights for my birthday but in a few weeks of having them some of the lights sorted to a different color then it was supposed to then when they stopped working I tried to take them off and they chipped the paint for me these are good but only for a little bit of time and when the remote didn’t work I tried to use the app and it didn’t work I have to unplug and plug it again to work but it only goes to white (not using these again ever)

head somewhere else. The quality of the lights are fine. But this review is about the app itself. It worked really well when i first got it and it was super exciting, now the app stopped connecting completely. Everything few days randomly over the past 4 months or so the app just wouldn’t work at all, it wouldn’t change the light no matter what color I picked. Other times the app only worked and the remote didn’t! When it’s good it’s great but it so frequently turned bad that I don’t recommend. There’s no one I can contact there’s nothing I can do which is so incredibly frustrating. Yesterday my sister got the same lights for her room and now mine won’t connect at all! my app keeps recognizing her room and it still doesn’t connect to either of our lights! This is so frustrating and you really should buy something else.

What’s with the low rating ? These are great. My bed came with these lights installed and as soon as I downloaded and opened the app, it automatically connected to the lights module and I was able to do everything I wanted to do without the use of the remote from my phone. Which is great because my phone is always on me and don’t have to worry about losing the remote or batteries running out and not being able to adjust these amazing lights. I love it and I’m usually very skeptical about things so I give these light a solid 5 star rating!

The app is good, but some features I want. So, I love the app, the app is good, and I use it every day for my lights. But I just wish that they’re was a rainbow option, that faded out like the remote. I lost my remote, and couldn’t find it, so this app is like amazing for me. But that’s just something that I feel would be nice for me. Also some cute ideas I think will make the app good to me, probably is, to have presets, that can fade, blink, ect that is controllable. The presets already on the app, are lovely, but if it were customizable, I feel that the possibilities could be more than the remote. In more description of what I mean is a preset of for example red blue and pink… you can have the colors fade, blink, ect. Or lengths for colors, so like the timer, but idk how to work it ;p Vut yeah, please take my opinions into consideration. Thank you for your time.

Love the app but…. I do love the app. I would have given it 5 stars if the app would have more color options for all the different holidays. I would really like red whit and blue for the 4th of July. Some have said that when selecting certain colors, the strip is different from the color they selected. I find that when it happens it’s because the wired connections are not making the proper contacts. Adjust the wiring and it works fine. The remote that came with the lights doesn’t work very well so I use the App to control my lights. I get about 20’ before I can not control the lights. For me, that’s perfect. I have not experienced the app disconnecting like others have stated. Hopefully the App developers read these reviews and makes changes.

Please fix. The app works great and the lights are amazing but only downfall is that my music doesn’t play along with the lights. Only reason I bought the lights were to have my music play along with the lights but it doesn’t and it’s a bit disappointing, debating to return but please please please fix this. The app and lights are very great but please fix the problem where I am able to play my Apple Music to the lights. PLEASE FIX!!!! overall both app and lights are outstanding I do recommend.

APP STOPPED WORKING. I love the lights but this review is just for the app. The lights work perfectly fine. However. The app only worked for two days and somehow the Bluetooth got disconnected and now it won’t reconnect. I deleted the app and I kept the box. So I scanned the app again and downloaded again many times but nothing seemed to work. I’m very disappointed because the remote is very limited and I preferred using the app. I liked mixing colors which you can’t do with the remote at all. For instance, I liked putting it to hot pink a lot and the app had more options. Even the dimmer option and the fast and slow on the remote is very limited unlike the app. The Bluetooth connection is so bad . Once it disconnected by itself it won’t connect anymore. I literally just wasted my money for this when I should’ve gotten the ones without the Bluetooth and you can straight off mix colors in the remote. :(

music and schedule. you can't play music that's not the music in the music section in the app. I wish I could listen to Apple music and the lights would dance to it. the reviews that say how to fix music don't work. I don't know why. I'll keep fiddling with it. also THE SCHEDULE RESTARTS EVERY TIME YOU CLOSE THE APP. every time you close the app (fully. I'm the type that doesn't like to leave apps open (and most people are)). literally every time I open the app the schedule restarts so you would have to ALWAYS LEAVE THE APP OPEN IF YOU WANT THE SCHEDULE. those are my only 2 problems. this app isn't too great tbh. it's okay.

Light strips. so I bought two boxes of these light strips and after about three weeks, the first light strips started only turning green no other colors were working and then one day I woke up and only part of the light strips were working. As of two days ago I put up the second box of light strips and only after two days of them being up they already are dysfunctional and only turning green. No other colors will work at all and it’s actually frustrating!!!! not only does the app not work great the LED strips themselves are dysfunctional and they’re not worth the money. I’m not sure if maybe the LED strips have shortages in them or if it’s just the production of how they are made either way both the app and the LED strips themselves is a waste!!!

App is broken. After pairing the lights, and setting the schedule, it is a daily “crap shot” if the lights will come on or not. Last night, I was frustrated that the lights didn’t turn off when expected. I opened the app, and noticed the schedule Off Toggle was Off. This is a common problem with lights not coming on or going off when they are scheduled. But what made last night special was that as I had the Schedule Lights window open, the Toggle switches started switching from On to Off and back again without me touching the iPhone (iOS 16.3). Spooky 😱👻 Deleted app with schedule On in hopes schedule would work. Worked 1 night… then back to nothing.

I don’t normally do this….. Ok. I have had my lights for about three months and I have them in four different rooms. I love the lights. And I like the base of the app, however. I feel like there could use some improvement. For me personally, in two specific areas. 1. Being able to rename different lights. As I have them in four rooms in my house, it is inconvenient to link and unlink to figure out which is which. 2. To be compatible with alexa. Not sure how doable this is. But if if it could somehow be connected to Alexa, that would be super convenient 3. Do anything else with music. As is, the music section is crusty Overall, I like the app. I like that multiple people can connect to it easily and that you can connect multiple devices. I just really wish I knew which device was which

Best leds ive ever gotten. I love this product! Ive had it for 2 years now and it has been doing amazing! All the leds work it sticks well, and the app and remote work perfectly one point I had to delete the app and get it again but it wasn’t a big deal as it was super easy to re-download and as I had kept the box and instructions. It definitely works way better then the other leds ive had as I had others and they all broke within a few month but Over all I definitely recommend this product and it works great!!

The connection. They are very nice and all, but the issue that I have is that some reason it keeps on connecting two my brothers lights instead of mine and every time when I change mine his colors and every time when he changes his it changes his mind I have disconnected them but then when I do that it doesn’t allow me to change so when I reconnect mine it changes his color when I change mine so every time I have to delete the app and then open it so I can change mine so it doesn’t change his :/it’s kind of frustrating

HOW TO FIX MUSIC!!!!. hi!! i figured out how to do the music!! so your going to want to go to the mic setting press external mic in the top right corner. make sure to turn the sensitivity all the way up to 100 at the bottom of the screen. then leave locus lantern app BUT DO NOT SHUT IT DOWN!! go to whatever app you are playing music on and play the music. it should play to the music! just wait a little it it doesn’t go right away or play a song that has better bass. the music also has to be turned up pretty loud for the mic to hear it but it’s better than nothing. i hope this helped! i was trying to figure this out for so long as was determined to find out how!

App connection lost. Here’s the fix!. Folks, when unable to use the app to control the lighting, what you need to do is to tap on the menu list on the top left. Then you should see the broken link ( like a 8 ). Tap on it to connect the “8”. You should be able to control the lighting through the app right after. You probably have to do this step every time you open the app to control the lighting.

Needs a diy feature. This app works well for me I feel like the only thing missing is a way I can choose what order the colors change and what colors I want in the loop I got some outdoor leds for my house so I don’t have to put up different lights throughout the year for each holiday season but they don’t have a fading feature of lights in a sequence for all holidays wish I could make a sequence myself in the app. Has some problems connecting sometimes but right now I just use it for under glow on my car and I almost never get on the app anymore once it’s set it’s set.

Easy App but Bad Bluetooth Connection. The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use. It’s pretty much self explanatory which makes it easier to use than the physician control that isn’t labeled with every button. The only thing that’s bothersome is that the actual Bluetooth connection doesn’t want to connect half the time. You have to turn off Bluetooth and close the app and turn it on/open the app multiple times before it recognizes the connection. Once it is connected though it’s a very strong Bluetooth connection. The problem is getting it connected to begin with. Other than that it’s a good app.

Random. I love the lights I got and the lights aren’t the problem, it’s the app. I got the lights because they’re was a app to mix the colors and make the speed yourself. The remote just doesn’t do it all like the app does , the first day I got the app it worked perfectly and I was glad because I lose my remote to the led lights all the time so I didn’t have to go digging for it. The second day was not so good the app kept disconnecting on its own and was not working. Now me and my brother have the same led lights and his works perfectly. I saw the reviews and Im glad I’m not the only one this has happened to. I re downloaded the app but it kept disconnecting the app is horrible please fix this bug because I love the lights and the remote just don’t have the colors I want.

My remote isn’t working like it was before. For some reason when I download this app whenever I talk into my phone the lights change or turn off and I cannot do the music settings on my remote. I don’t know if this is just me or if there’s a way to fix it but I have not been able to fix it. I hope someone could maybe write something to me so I could fix this but right now I’m confused. Otherwise this is a really good app. And whenever I delete the app the same thing happens the remote does not work and the lights turn off.

EXCELLENT UTILITY APP TO HAVE/IT BRINGS A NEW ME !!!. I don't evaluate that much apps. But this one I feel is my obligation to do it. Usually when I do an app review is because somehow I'm disappointed with the app. But that is not the case fot this app. I enjoy very much all the features this app has. Of course, like in every thing, there is always space for improvement. But removing the features the app has, might be like removing the necessary ingredients in a food recipe. I've seen many apparently upgrades in other apps. But most of them are more likely a downgrade. I'm very pleased with the features this app has. The company that invented the product this app is for has present and future challenges to come up with features to enhance the dimensions of the product. I don't know what can I say to match the five stars rate I gave to this app. The only thing I'd like to see in this app is a sleep timer. In general, I'd like to have the privilege of shaking the hand of the inventor and/or designer of this app.

Music is meh. LED lights are good and cool. Adhesive is strong, remote, connects easily and connects easily to Bluetooth but on the app the music only gives you a few options and the music options are kind of bad and the “lights to beat“ is giving me basically a seizure and a headache. I’m still trying to figure out the music setting and that was one of the things I was excited about, but other than that colors are cool and easy to set up, except does not connect to many apps like the Alexa app. Also the fade of different colors at the same time is fake. Only one color at a time😡.

App works great - even separate devices. I bought 3 of these to put in cabinets around the kitchen. I was only nervous that my kids would break or lose the IR remotes. The app uses Bluetooth and connected to all 3 devices so I can change lighting everywhere I put it. It has some built in color patterns. Also has some ability to follow music if you have downloaded music to add. Can’t use music you haven’t downloaded. I have all power lines on one switch so when you turn on the power, the controller defaults back to the last color setting. Very nice effect. Took some practice to learn to make splices and cuts but It’s basically 1 @ 12v power line with separate RGB grounds . 4 wire and diodes so they can’t be connected reverse biased.

I figured out the Bluetooth issue!. At first, when I downloaded this app the app would change me and my brothers lights, but after playing around with the app I figured out how to make it work for just one. Instructions: Go to group management ( The three lines in the top left corner ) and click the chain on the side of the led lights you are not using, this breaks the connection, so you can’t accidentally change someone else’s lights.

Awesome. This application may not be convenient or satisfying to everyone, but it is for anyone. This app is perfect for me personally. I can use this app to change RGB lights through Bluetooth. I use this on a product named GUSODOR LED strip lights. The best part, I can still use other Bluetooth device while using the app to change the RGB strips. All you have to do is leave Bluetooth on your phone and it’s that simple. Go back to the app and it automatically connects. It’s very convenient. You can simply change colors or use light effects through the app with just a tap on your mobile device(s). ALERT, it DOES NOT support any other music media or any equalizer applications except musics that were bought from iTunes, which like I said, it’s not convenient or satisfying for everyone. Fortunately for me, I buy my music through iTunes, so it’s not a problem to me or for anyone that purchase their music through iTunes. (The music has to be downloaded through your phone in order for it to show up in the application’s playlist through Music lighting effect mode). However, I just want them to fix a bug where when you leave the lights off through the app, the switch is shown off then closing the application. But, after opening the application, you see that the switch icon is turned back on even though the lights are appeared to be off. It does throw me off because I can’t tell whether I left the lights on or off when I’m away from my room. Other than that, it’s an amazing app to use.

Not Impressed. This app is missing some features like deleting groups and removing devices from a group and making devices so that you can tell the difference between them all. The names of the devices are long series of numbers and letters. Also, they advertise that there are thousands of colors to choose from.... not the case. Maybe a few shades of the primary colors and a few white ish to yellowish shades. Still better than the high end ones that cost over $10 per foot. The lights are sticking kind of well for the most part and they’re pretty bright when you have more than one strand so I guess there is one good thing about em, they turn on and they’re different colors.

Actually Pretty Good(not a bot btw). Hey, they work really good sometime they lag to connect but if I were to leave my home and come back and turn them on they will immediately turn on, people are saying that they are falling off but it’s probably cause they didn’t wipe there wall off before putting the lights up(So That they Stick properly), But for anyone else do they automatically turn themselves on or is my room haunted👻

Pretty good but….. The app is fine! It works with the lights for me. The Bluetooth works and everything! The music option on the app is great, and the microphone part also works! It’s just this one this that bothers the heck out of me… The background colors! There’s the normal options, like light mode, and dark mode, but there is also the option for girl and boy backgrounds!? Not only is this sexist, but also completely unnecessary! Please either get rid of this, or change the name from boy to blue, and from girl to pink. Thank you if you actually do this!

Ehh. The lights are good. They do exactly what they’re suppose to do but the big issue is the app. When I first got it, they connected automatically and it never had a problem. Now lights will keep refreshing and never connected. And I know a lot of people have had this problem. So I want to try and help a give a little to help. I basically unplugged my lights and plugged them back in and turned my Bluetooth off and on. And now my app works (for now..). I hope this help others like it did for me.

App doesn’t work. The lights are amazing and the adhesive works well. I recently moved and had to take my lights off my wall so I could bring them to my new house. I did pull some paint off the wall in the process but it’s all good😂. The extra adhesive strips that came with the lights weren’t long enough so I went to Walmart to get some command adhesive strips, they worked. My only problem is the app, I can’t get it to work at ALL. The only thing that works on the app is the music part. The timer is early or sometimes it will be late. I can’t ral the timer off, now my lights turn on whenever they want to so I had to start unplugging them. I’ll give the lights a 10/10. I would give the app a 0/10

Lights are fine - app & remote confusing. The LED light string is great. The physical remote is fine for on/off, 1 or 2 hour off function, basic light colors and brightness. The remote needs to be turned off to use the Bluetooth app for the light strings. My iPhone paired easily with the light string. Changing colors are super easy on the app. The personal scheduling of the lights is difficult to maintain if you go out of Bluetooth range it disconnects the app and the range is relatively short for me -15 feet maybe because the light string is outside my front door with landscaping / storm door blocking the connection line of sight. So yes custom colors are great thru the app- I have yet to figure out how to play music or use my microphone to speak thru the light strip and yes I have given up. I use the hand held remote. Instead of Bluetooth connection a WiFi connection would have been better in my opinion.

cavemen can create a better app. The app was so poorly made and buggy, it's impossible to do anything. The music tab doesn't actually connect YOUR music, it has 15 of the lowest quality, most random songs to chose from. You'd think the lights would kinda sync with the music, making cool patterns and stuff, but all it does is strobe between the same four colors very fast at the same rate. Next, the microphone. It's literally the exact same thing as the music, but it responds to your mic. Very poorly made app. I accidentally rated it 1/5 instead of 2/5 but the 2nd star is just sooooo far and so hard to reach

HOW TO FIX APP NOT WORKING!. THIS MAY NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE! I got my lights this evening and they were so easy to put up and such beautiful, vibrant colors. I’ve had two other types of LED strip lights and these may be the best so far. However, there was an issue with the app not changing the colors later on during the day. To fix this issue, I went to the three little lines on the left corner of the screen and I saw a restart button. I selected that button and my LED device showed up and reconnected. I do hope this helps with any of your issues & hope for you all a very good experience with your purchase!

not sure why this app gets such a bad wrap. I downloaded this app to go along with the footwell lights I installed in my car. This app works perfectly, connects instantly, and lets me fine-tune the colors of my lights. I have been using this app for several weeks now and do not have a single complaint. super happy with this app I wish more people had a similar experience!

Eh. The product works good. It does it’s job. It lights up the room, it works lovely! The app that comes along with it works but I realized that when you put the lights TOO bright or brightness all the way up it will turn off. The color white does not work. Only when it’s lower brightness. When it’s all the way up it will turn off immediately. It is sometimes difficult to turn the lights back on but you just have to get to know it so it works. When the brightness for white is lower it will last longer but will turn off after a few hours. Forget the music, that doesn’t work. But other modes DO work. Otherwise, the lights and app is good :)

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE APP. I bought these lights a couple moths ago and they work pretty well. I recently noticed a scannable sticker on the side and it led me to this app. I thought it was super cool so I installed it. I looked through at app and it seemed alright, I then I decided to try the songs. It seems like every single song has the exact same beat and it’s pretty boring. Next I tried to change the lights with the color wheel thing and it wouldn’t work. I though that was pretty annoying by oh well. I decided to try the songs one more time and it completely stopped working. You also can’t play your own songs which is a total bummer. Do t be stupid like me and ignore the low ratings and negative comments.

It’s alr. The lighting comes out opposite colour you put in the music low quality but the song called “faded” brings me back to watching Minecraft videos when I was 10. No in app purchases ok for a free app would love to see some more customisation setting and ability to sync with Spotify but overall the is a pretty decent app gets the job done for what it is needed for

Malfunction. My colour wheel is not displaying the same colour as my led strip. If I put the colour on blue it will show as red on my strip

Can't play music through bed speakers. Why can't I play music through the speakers on my bed?? The music in the app only plays through my phone speakers, which I don't need or want. Horrible! This problem must be fixed ASAP!

This app does not work at all. This app was recommended but the company for the product I purchased but it does not show the device. I made sure Bluetooth is allowed in the settings and even tried connecting to different devices and not a single one shows up. There are no other troubleshooting options in the help centre on the app other than to check Bluetooth.

Good but... Unfortunately cannot rename strips if you have multiple, and doesn’t seem like you can control multiple seperate my. You should be able to select a single set of lights and change colour, but it seems to do both. Only way to not do, This is press the chain then make changes. It shouldn’t be this hard. And it’s very difficult to tell Which set of lights is selected.

Anda seat ad-17. Need to place connection plug so it sits over the metal (not under) under the seat, for easy access with your left hand. It will not start with the app hence need to roll arm under seat unplug and plug back in. If not working now with app keep phone closer to the little black box (to get a connection) as BT is weak signal and presto you can control your RGB lighting to what your little heart desires.

Colour wash/ rainbow feature. After paying for a underglow kit x2 with the pictures and a video of the rainbow wash on the box and instructions .. If the LEDs act strange- increase the screen brightness (voltage minimums) Stretch the seat hole a bit before inserting- install on a cool day for comfort Works well once you figure out the above.

This would be perfect but…. This would be perfect for the new loft bed I just got (it comes with led lights) but I have a list of reasons why this app sucks. 1. There's no actual yellow it's either green or orange 2. The colors are so saturated it barely looks like anything other than white 3. If you go on Pinterest and look up led light color ratios you have to triple it to be actually the color and bright. 4. You can't play any of your own songs! It's only low quality Christmas songs. This app is not good.

App not working. The app lacks a lot compared to other lighting systems. Not much choices in programming your lights just a few basic programs. After 2 months the scheduler for daily activation stopped working. All it will do now is power on and off. Zero time control. The app requires an update and bug fixes.

IF THE APP STOPPED WORKING READ THIS!!. So i just got the lights today and i love them. The app worked all day until a few hours later it stopped. I’m not sure what happened because i even deleted and re downloaded the app but nothing worked. To fix it, i unplugged the lights from everything connecting it to the power then i re plugged it and the app worked fine now. So overall it’s working good now.

The connection. They are very nice and all, but the issue that I have is that some reason it keeps on connecting two my brothers lights instead of mine and every time when I change mine his colors and every time when he changes his it changes his mind I have disconnected them but then when I do that it doesn’t allow me to change so when I reconnect mine it changes his color when I change mine so every time I have to delete the app and then open it so I can change mine so it doesn’t change his :/it’s kind of frustrating

It works 🤷‍♀️. The lights it’s self are great. Both the remote and Bluetooth work with ease and are easily adjustable and vibrant.. However, I specifically got the light's because I wanted to tune my music to the lights in my room. It says on the app to allow Apple Music and pulls songs from my list but doesn’t actually play the songs or the lights. It has preset songs you can use but are not your own actual music. If they fix this issue I will change my review but as for now it did not live up to the purpose I bought it for.

My remote isn’t working like it was before. For some reason when I download this app whenever I talk into my phone the lights change or turn off and I cannot do the music settings on my remote. I don’t know if this is just me or if there’s a way to fix it but I have not been able to fix it. I hope someone could maybe write something to me so I could fix this but right now I’m confused. Otherwise this is a really good app. And whenever I delete the app the same thing happens the remote does not work and the lights turn off.

App Stopped Working?. So when I first got the nights i was so happy and set them up right away, and i used the app to make a hot pink because i like the color, but i took a nap and didn’t use the app for a couple of hours and it stopped working, the bluetooth said it was connected through the app but it wouldn’t change the lights at all, so i i downloaded it and redownload it but then i had the same problem, so if anyone could please help me with this problem that would be great!!

People Act Like This App Killed Their Family. I haven’t had a problem with it. It works fine. You want the lights on and off? Works. You wanna change the colors? Works. You want to fade the brightness levels? Works. It even syncs to music and has plenty of fun settings. Idk what people are expecting from an LED remote control app lol

Must read. So I got the app and it connected but then two days later it stopped working so if it starts to not work for you go on the app and swipe to the left and you will see the Bluetooth connection and you just click on the little broken chain and then it will be connected again hope this helped

APP DOES NOT WORK !. I set up my lights and they work fine. This review is for the app. As soon as I scanned the box and downloaded the app there was no issues connecting to the Bluetooth. Now the very next day, not even 24 hours later, the Bluetooth will not connect. I deleted the app, and downloaded it again which did not work. Even downloaded the similar app and that doesn’t work either. It’s unfortunate because you can do a lot more with the app than the remote but don’t waste your time getting the app. Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do.

This app bro. So basically me and my sister have led lights in our rooms so when i get home and turn them on with the remote hers also goes on for some reason and then when i try to use my app it’s connected to hers as well and sometimes no devices are even connected to the app for a good 20 minutes and every time she turns hers a different color with her remote it will either turn mine that same color or just turn it pink this is very annoying and the app really needs a rework

meh. When i plugged them in, fine. i needed to shorten the light to fit my room. I cut along the copper lines, like it said to do. But when i turned them back on, i noticed that the whole strip i cut was much dimmer then the rest of the lights. The lights weren’t dim before i cut them. Whatever you do please don’t cut them. it says you can but it causes that strip to constantly stay dimmer then the rest. otherwise, this product is okay.

Just the app and a note about the lights. App: This app does enough that it can work as the remote but not much more. You can set it to a certain color (just like a remote), you can set it to do an effect, (similar to the remote). Sometimes it takes multiple clicks to work the light. I also would like for the effects to customizable. The timers work but I change them every couple days depending on my schedule for the day because I can only have one to turn them on and one to turn them off. The timers are basically useless if I need to go into the app and change them. Lights: I touched my lights and they are now broken. I cannot turn them off without unplugging them, and they only show one color and flash every few seconds. (I bought them in July)

It’s alright. Always great to be able to adjust speeds and brightness. UI is very outdated. Just not great design, but still functional. The preloaded music has some strange choices and I don’t think that I would ever keep a setting on that syncs to music because OMG it’s way too overstimulating. The music feature needs to be redone with much more limited color palettes (no more than 3 flashing back to back). I really wish it could pair with Alexa.

Not a fan. Well I knew I wasn’t buying quality outdoor lights. But i wish that all four strips would sync together when I change to the preset motions on the style. When I click the one strand is way faster than the other strands and I can’t slow it down. It is always out of sync. The picture on the so called manual shows multiple colors on one strand but you can’t make it happen with the app. With the remote I have no clue and it’s too cold outside to sit there and mess with the remote

DO NOT MESS WITH PIN SETTINGS. I was messing around with the app trying to get the ice blue I wanted and then went to music we I went to the settings button and tapped “Modify Pin Sequence” and changed it and then I was happy with my music played then my app malfunctioned to where red was blue green was red and blue was green. Now don’t get me wrong the app is nice but it took me about two weeks to figure out what I did before I went there and fixed it back to red green blue and my app colors worked again! So that is trash two stars do not recommend unless you lose your remote or want a combined color!!

Ehh. The lights are good. They do exactly what they’re suppose to do but the big issue is the app. When I first got it, they connected automatically and it never had a problem. Now lights will keep refreshing and never connected. And I know a lot of people have had this problem. So I want to try and help a give a little to help. I basically unplugged my lights and plugged them back in and turned my Bluetooth off and on. And now my app works (for now..). I hope this help others like it did for me.

Worked very well. I used this app with elfeland brand lights and it worked very well. A lot of people were saying that the Bluetooth connection was not very strong, but it works almost instantly for me. There is a very limited choice of songs, but a tip that worked for me is to play your own music next to or near the external mic so you can play whatever you want.

My own music?. so far i haven’t had any problems with connecting to bluetooth, but i’ve only had it for a few hours. my main issue is that there is no way for me to have the lights go along with my own music, it only has options for canned, bad-quality filler music that already comes with the app. i was looking forward to using the leds with my own stuff but it won’t let me use my own music :(

Great, the other reviews are true but they are using it wrong.. So first of I saw people complaining about their light falling down, well there’s a reason they put balloon glue in the box. When your lights turn off it’s because you didn’t put how much time you wanted it, you can put a schedule in the app and also put a time on the controller

Definitely spyware. I used the microphone feature to try synching the lights to my voice and figured I'd never use it again so I deleted it. The app was deleted yet the lights were still responding to my voice. I then turned my Bluetooth off, the lights were still responding to my voice. I turned the lights off and on again, they still responded to my voice. It stopped once I changed the lights to one of the colors, but now I'm left wondering how it stayed connected to my microphone if my Bluetooth was off and the app was deleted. I regret downloading this

Misunderstanding. So, I noticed a lot of the reviews say the app doesn’t work after a certain amount of time. This happens because the Bluetooth disconnects not because the apps broken. You just have to reconnect it. Which is really simple and takes 1 second to do. The music doesn’t connect to your music but what the app provides tho. The lights are really nice

Pretty good. I bought these lights a couple days ago, I got the 40ft one, it comes in two rolls, 1 one worked, and the other one didn’t, BUT it started working later, I just had to mess with the plug in area. The lights and colors are super nice, the remote works, the app works, I can customize colors on the app and on the remote. The only thing is that the music doesn’t work. Besides the music I will say this product is pretty good. I recommend buying.

MY LED LIGHTS STOPPED WORKING ENTIRELY. Now, I don’t know if this is because of the app or not. When I first put up the LEDs, they worked fine and they were great! I decided to download the app so I could play music and all the things like that. The app worked fine for a few hours. When I came into the room to turn on the lights, I found that the remote wasn’t turning the lights on. I made sure to check all of the outlets and everything. I went to the app to try to connect to the lights using bluetooth, but that didn’t work either. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, JUST STICK TO THE REMOTE. Deleting this app right now. My brand new LED lights are broken.

Decent. It’s a decent app, most of the features work well but i’m disappointed that the music feature doesn’t work as it should. It should take your songs from Apple Music/Spotify etc. and make the lights go as the music does, but it only shows random songs. If you want the lights to play according to music you have to put your speaker close to the white box where all the cords are plugged into, then use the mic feature. It’s annoying but it works, and the louder the music, the more synchronized the lights are.

It’s very helpful but just one problem. It may only factor for me, but both me and my sister have the same light brand. We both have this app, and whenever she turns hers on Mine turns on, even though they are a seperate pare of lights. I find myself waking up with the lights on at 2:00 AM, but it is very easy to turn off. It’s overall a great app! You have so many color options, and you can create your own customs colors.

Why. not sure why this app gets such a bad wrap. I downloaded this app to go along with the footwell lights I installed in my car. This app works perfectly, connects instantly, and lets me fine-tune the colors of my lights. I have been using this app for several weeks now and do not have a single complaint. super happy with this app I wish more people had a similar experience!

Half of my led lights were dim.. I was so happy to buy this led lights to put up around my room, it took me 2-3 hours to get it up all by myself due to the poor glue on the back of the led lights. I did not make this a big deal and i went on with putting it up, until i turned it on and saw that first 15ft of the led lights were very bright and the last set was the half was dimmed and is also showing a completely different color than the side that is bright. I had have had high hopes in these lights and were very disappointed in the results.

Mic feature is useless. I bought these for my car. The purpose of the mic feature is to affect the beats of the music to the strobe of the light. When I’m in the car and try to play music through my speakers, the app switched audio and only plays the music through the phone even though the phone is still on Bluetooth to the car. If the developer can fix this feature this would be great

lights okay, app awful. the lights themselves are okay at best. nothing special. they’re the same as any led strip, although the second strip is considerably dull compared to the first (that could just be my issue though). the app is literally awful. it just doesn’t work anymore, like i’ll set it to a color or brightness, won’t do anything to the lights. i used to really enjoy having the lights on a hot pink, or having the red on the lowest brightness to sleep. now i can’t do either, because the lowest remote brightness is still very light. i’m not even going to bother talking about the severely flawed music. please invest in actually decent led lights. these WILL disappoint.

TRASH DO NTO RECOMMEND EBAY IS BETTER. I worked so hard to put it around my room and they break so easily. The Bluetooth doesn’t even work it only plays the music it has made and the only good one is a stupid happy birthday song. The lights are small and don’t shine that bright they do have there own tape but I expected more and the app doesn’t work the lights don’t work for me and The only good part is the satisfying tape when you take it off. Green light is not working. I connected the lights just fine to my car and the app is working very well, I turned on the lights and the blue and red light work perfectly but the green light will not turn on. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app becuase I thought maybe that was the issue but that did not work. I have also tried multiple of the eight lights given in the package and none of them work either. I don’t know what other things to try so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know

Upgraded ?. I upgraded the new app, however it still isn’t as smart as a fifth grader, third parties are still not allowed, I’m all about Alexa, Google assistant, etc… I have stayed up flotilla all hours of the night trying to find a way to connect, if possible can you direct me in that direction? Other that that, this app is the best out of all apps out there!

Needs more improvement. This app is very easy/simple to use and very great. But some people lose their controller/remote often. I’ve been losing my remote a lot lately, I think they should add a button to locate the remote, because a lot of people lose their remote so easily. This would make it way easier to find and will cause less stress to people.-(This is my first review)

I got these led lights a while back and they worked fine I didn’t use them a lot but now when I do they just don’t work I have the app and it won’t let me connect to the lights anymore it worked fine in the beginning but now it just doesn’t work and I can’t even turn them on anymore because they go to the flashing color hop so and I didn’t think I would need the remote anymore so I didn’t care where it was and now I can’t even turn them on or else I get a eye full of flashing colors

Review of lights. The lights itself are fine, the app is okay to manage, but the music element of this is a little off, it has certain songs that seem to be apart of the app that it plays fine(though the lights just flash randomly not to any noticeable beat) but the songs that are apart of the connection to Apple Music seem to just stall, and the app doesn’t seem to allow these songs to be played.

Have to watch Ads!!!! Don’t download!. When I first downloaded this app, there was no ads or commercials and when you opened the app it went straight to the lights where I can control them. Now they have loaded three ads or commercials before you can control your lights so you can no longer instantaneously control them. You have to wait or if you accidentally click the ad, the ad will pop up and then you have to wait longer to control your lights that you PAID for. DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO WATCH ADs.

cavemen can create a better app. The app was so poorly made and buggy, it's impossible to do anything. The music tab doesn't actually connect YOUR music, it has 15 of the lowest quality, most random songs to chose from. You'd think the lights would kinda sync with the music, making cool patterns and stuff, but all it does is strobe between the same four colors very fast at the same rate. Next, the microphone. It's literally the exact same thing as the music, but it responds to your mic. Very poorly made app. I accidentally rated it 1/5 instead of 2/5 but the 2nd star is just sooooo far and so hard to reach

This app was not bad. I loved my lights!! The adhesive did get loose after a few months but they were great and I just used some double sided tape… the app was good too. I like that you could do completely different colors then the ones from the remote and also make it super dim. At times that app would disconnect from my lights but I was able to get it back and connected pretty easily.

Do. Not. Get. These. Lights.. When I first got these lights they worked fine at first. I wasn’t to happy with the app but I took what I could get. After about a month or two of having the lights, however, I noticed a red bulk of bulbs that just stopped producing blue light. I was really upset with this. Every time I looked at it, it made me want to puke. I eventually started to ignore it but then they just kept appearing in different spots. Right now there are 4 red spots in my lights. I’m currently in the process of getting new ones from a different brand. -10/10. Don’t waste your money on this please 😕

It’s not what was described. I bought the light because description of the app said it had 58 presets (I counted 27), custom color and partition controls ( there are custom colors but no partition), real time update on lights and color (nope), shows you can control each light (nope again). The control is pretty basic, not what was promised when I bought the lights. So going by what the app is I give it a 3 out of 5, going by what they promised 1 out of 5. Kinda disappointed in the app but the lights seem to work well.

okay... the lights sucked to install, it took so much time and effort. the app is SO FAR working great for me, the lights are beautiful. well, the two strands that work. i connected all the lights and 2 out of the 3 strands work, i checked the connection multiple times and honestly i’m frustrated about it. either only one works or only two work, i’ve decided to just let the two work. you would likely have better luck somewhere else but i’m not furious.

This app is pretty good. First of all, i love these lights, and also, the bluetooth is good, controls good, everything has been working so far. The instructions for the lights were no help- but this review is about the app so its a pretty good app overall, but one thing that I don't like is that when i play music with it, its mot exactly synced- it’s more like 1-2 seconds off- but still, good app in general.

I’m slightly disappointed and confused... Look I love the LED lights, the app is slightly confusing and my lights won’t become any other color except for green no matter what I do. It’s stressful cause when I got to change it to the one color I want purple it doesn’t work it just turns off? But when it’s any color close to green it turns this bright green. If yall have any suggestions to fix this let me know please but other then that I’m disappointed..

Good app. When I first put my led strip lights up I downloaded this app knowing the reviews were terrible. The app wasn’t working for a long time. It wouldn’t connect to my led lights and I had to use the remote because the app wasn’t working. Then I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it started working perfectly fine. I have now been using this app for almost a month and a half and I am very happy with how well this app works.

It does what it’s supposed to do.. The app controls my lights. As long as there’s no other Bluetooth device that can interfere with it, it works perfectly fine and does what it’s designed to do. It’s normal for Bluetooth connections to interfere with each other, but as long as there’s not one in the room, it works like normal. :)

Options For Styles ( Must Read ) (Pleasee Consider My Opinion). This app is soo convenient for a person like me. I really be lazy to turn off my lights sometimes and that’s amazing! For the style option tho, it would be dope to change the color patterns & effects to whatever you like & We need an electric purple or like a dark purple man pleasee😫😫! Please update this app 😫! Overall this app is legit, but the update would be legendary.. 😫😭🙏🏽🙏🏽

... Hi! So this product is ok. I like the led lights but the music won’t connect to them WHICH I HATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And supposedly the back which you peel off sticks to whatever your putting it on DOESNT EVEN STICK! It wasn’t even sticky at all. And I didint have enough little sticky things that came with it which is backup. Honestly I wouldn’t buy them,this Company isn’t that great. Plz don’t waste your time buying this product. It was a waste of time bc were going to be moving so I’m just going to have to take them down. :(

Very unsatisfactory. I got these lights for my car about 4 days ago. They worked maybe a total of 4 hours before it got stuck on a flash mode. It will not stay on one color. It flashes from red to blue to green to purple etc extremely fast, which you know can be a little distracting while driving. Not to mention to adhesive was pointless because they wouldn’t even stick. I had to glue them on. Even if I turn the lights off with the remote or the app, the lights automatically turn on by themselves and turn back on flash mode. It’s basically a hassle. Not fun.

Poor app. I’ve had the lights for a while and I like them I have no problems with them, but it’s the app I don’t like. I got the app 2 days ago been working fine but just a lil bit ago the app stopped working and i don’t know what to do about it I’ve deleted and reinstalled it a few times but that did nothing and it wont connect to my lights. Also the app is lame, it has a music feature on the app but you don’t get to play your own music it’s what ever music in on the app you can play which is really lame. And in general that app is just trash in my opinion
