Worst app ever!!. Tried to login after downloading the app and I’m stuck in a loop with a never ending spinning disc 🙄Totally useless

All is quick and easy to use. Would recommend

Upgrade?. I'm not at all sure this system is an upgrade from the former. Very impersonal.

Needs work. The maintenance request asks for fields of information but doesn’t tell you what the answers mean, like “make ready” for priority. Also, it asks for the room but doesn’t include bathroom or living room or hallway as options. Pointless fields and unnecessary information. That’s just one thing.

Broken and Lazy Web App. After logging in, it just shows me a screen with a menu button and spinner that never loads. When I go to a screen from the menu, there’s a pop up that asks about my cookie preferences. How embarrassing.

Guest Instructions Need Work. It’s seemingly impossible to do a one time guest instruction without the app defaulting to a daily occurrence. No I don’t want my guest coming daily forever.

Worst App. This is hands down the worst App. Building Link was so much better. I don’t understand why Brookfield switched to this system.

Ummm Wow!. I honestly did not think you could get an app this bad approved on the app store. Just... Wow. So bad.

Terrible. What does “Make Ready” even mean as a form of describing how quickly something is needed.

This app is stupid. Not sure whose idea was to add this app, but it is horrible. It asked you for an OTP code. It takes too long to send the code and then when you put the code in, it says it’s not valid. This is a stupid app. You asked for my opinion now you got it.
