Super easy. Super easy to pay bills, schedule maintenance etc, overall one of the best apps I’ve used for finances.

Bonaventura apartments. These are nice apartments and quite to live in I loved that they are located in the middle of everything from ft worth to Dallas, but maintenance is a slow turtle and don’t put your 30 day notice because then all you get are attitudes haha

Very easy to use. This is my first apartment and being able to pay bills on the app makes everything so much easier

Convenient and efficient. I love that I can do everything right here on my phone and no longer need to call the office during limited hours! I’m also antisocial so I love the virtual maintenance request option

Fees. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for seven years. And every year my rent goes up and it really makes me angry that when I pay on this app that you charge me extra fees, I mean you guys can’t even get all the drug dealers out of this apartment complex. We’ve had someone shot in their vehicle. There’s littering all over the place and frankly I’m tired of it. With the high cost of living and inflation, your corporate partners don’t give a crap about the residents or about those of us that are struggling to make ends meet. That had to cancel their health insurance just to be able to pay the rent. That is all!

Ease of use. I wasn’t happy at first with the app but after you get everything set up, it’s pretty easy to use. If I have a maintenance problem, I don’t have to wait until I get to my computer. I can just pick up my phone. Sweet!

Speedy service!. Edward and Brooklyn were amazing they came to my home super fast and got the job done thanks again!!!

The app is glitchy and made me late. I wish I could put screenshots and pictures here. The balance had said $0 for the longest. I got a notice from the office on my door saying I’m 3 days late. Today is the 6th, it’s due in the 3rd and was paid on the 1st. I noticed a credit literally yesterday for the exact amount of rent. I knew there was no promotion for free rent going on so I tried to reach out. Heard nothing, thought nothing else of it until I see the letter. I’m being charged a few hundred dollars extra and it’s with a 3 day notice. Mind you none of the numbers match from the app or the letter. Enjoy if you like fees after doing your part to avoid them. They will tell you to use your bank to pay to avoid a fee then when it doesn’t work you’ll be charged hundreds more. Insane.

Overall great. Easy to use and manage makes checking bills and payments super easy

Great app. Need to preplan by getting your bank verified but it's worth it because the transactions work super fast! Wish there was a itemized thing to look at, that's explains ur total.

Kinda a mess. I think the app roll out was pretty bad, and it reduces ability for those needing to pay in split payments an option to do so. The service fee is a scam. There’s no itemized list of fees anymore so that is just annoying. It seems like the UI was programmed very quickly and they just wanted to roll out a trashy app to promote they are “modern”. We still have old appliances and popcorn ceilings but this apartment complex company built an app. New roll outs require processes, and those processes are ineffective and create a lot of stress on the folks that work in the offices but hey look we have an app haaaa.

I love living here!. Bayou Oak apartments is a wonderful place to live with amazing people. This app also helps make living here easier!

System NEEDS updating. There should be a way to see what what you are paying:rent is this much, water is this much, trash is this much, making the total this much. (An itemized list of the charges). There should also be a way to save or print a receipt of what you have paid. EVERY time I go to pay my rent I have additional charges I have no idea why or what it is for. I work late & by the time I am done with work, the office is closed making it difficult to know what I should be paying. Also because I get paid bi-weekly, I try to pay my rent early however the system only puts what I owe on the date it is due. There should be a way for the system to generate my bill BEFORE the due date to ensure I am paying the appropriate amount. I typically pay more than what my rent is to have a little “cushion” but so far it has NEVER been the correct amount no matter how much extra I over pay. It is ridiculously hard to budget money this way!!!!

Maintenance Category. There should be a category drop down for “Location” in the maintenance pin. For example, the “Location “ drop down could have options such as master bathroom, guest bedroom, kitchen, living room, patio, etc. Reason: I put in a work order for pest to remove a big wasp nest on my patio and put it in the description where and took a picture, but according to my video footage, the maintenance worker just dusted the outside of my front door with a broomstick.

Good and Convenient. I can pay while on the go and don’t have to hassle to make it back to the rent office or get a money order and I can pay ahead

Paying Rent. It was very easy, better than the other company. Don’t like the service charge. We are paying enough already as it is for rent to tack on a service charge for pushing a button.

Great app, but …. I love the app, I have easier access to all my apartment issue, I just don’t like the fees . It’s not cool to take away $3 each time someone makes a payment . As long as the payment is being made should be enough .

Repairs. Very happy w the maintenance team here at the property very quick, nice, and very patient w me since some of the stuff is super small!! 😀 they still fix and explain w no hesitation. So thank you guys for that!

Westfalen Living App. The app is convenient to use and fairly simple the downside for me is when paying your rent It was stated through the apartment email prices for various payment types either the price list wasn't accurate or they are taxing the price stated and not informing you of the plus tax that will be added to there price list. I feel the customer should be completely informed when using an app when making a purchase or payment. 😊

It works as expected. Once you know where things are and have your info saved, it’s convenient! Saves me from a lot of phone calls and waiting for websites to load.

Waterford Place App. Makes everything easy. From paying to service requests. Happy with how it works so far.

Face ID feature fails and is not working most time. The app used to actually save my information and use my Face ID to log in however recently the function is broken and I have to constantly put in my email and password.

It’s good and easy to use but one thing…. Easy and simple to use, but It doesn’t remember your login even with “remember me” checked off! Nope to see this improved!

It works. Works well for its intended use. Set up and pay rent. Request services or work orders. Send emails to staff. See documents. lpt: review your bill from time to time to makes sure you are getting charged correctly.

App review. App will not allow me to setup bank checking so I have to continue to pay service fee. I confirmed this is not an issue with my bank. And it will not let me do apple pay yet I use Apple Pay for everything else. Hate this app as it is making me pay a service fee each month because it does not allow me to pay any other way

Convenient. This app is super convenient and productive. Easy to use and has everything you need to contact maintenance or pay rent. I love it.

Better than the last way of paying. I like this a lot better than the old way of paying online. I used to have to wait Until the day of to pay but now it shows up and lets me pay a few days before.

Well set-up app, one issue. The app is very clean and easy to navigate. One issue I have though is it seems I’m unable to change any of my autopay settings. I’d like to change the day rent is charged to my account, but when I open the “autopay” tab there isn’t any option to do so.

This apartment building is nasty. For anyone that is thinking about moving here DONT DO IT!!! They are infested wit bed bugs nd roaches here!! U will see your neighbors having to put their furniture out every other day so you know it’s real. They will harass you from the office. I’ve had to call the cops on the people the upper management. I’ve had to contact multiple times, and had no satisfaction. I’ve lived in multiple apartments, and I’ve never had such an negative experience in my life the way I have since I’ve been here. I have my type of person that is always paid their bills on time so that’s not the issue. The issue is that this place is just completely disgusting.

Payment Option. I used to be able to make partial payments from more than one card to complete my monthly payments. Now, I can’t and it’s an inconvenience when I have my funds spread over multiple cards. When I’m paying by credit cards, money orders are no option and transferring the funds isn’t always easy. Bring back the access to spread payments with more than one card. Pleeeeaaassseee.

Waiting for bank verification.. Having to wait for account to be verified delays payments but once you get the deposit information you cannot verify via the app. Which is was not previously stated.

Payments. Needs to show pending payments as to not accidentally submit payments more than once.

Review of app. Auto-pay didn’t work, the app sometimes won’t process payment. May have gotten my water shut off because of the app not being able to process. Please fix or get a new app.

Do not like the fee added on top of you’re rent. The app is okay but I just don’t like the fees that’s added on on top of your rent ! The more you pay the higher the fee. Already paying a high rent.

Piece of garbage. Failed to send auto payment on time, failed to notify that documents existed, failed to load properly and takes up space in the background unless you actually close the app. Bad app for a bad complex.

Pending acct verification. Having an app to make your payment and maintenance all in one is great. The problem is when the no fee option to pay using your bank account is still pending verification while debit card transaction needs no verification but has a fee.

Decent App. Everything’s pretty straight forward; have to re-login everytime, I get the security thing but I’m lazy.
