YES! This is IT!. Oh my gosh! I can’t believe how helpful this app is and what a sense of community it creates with women supporting women! I love that people share what they know for the greater good — allows me to prevent many a bad dates and wasted time! This group is a beautiful thing. And the UI is 100.

Dating in this day and age. I have been single and dating for a few years now. online dating is not for me although there really is no other way to meet peoples these days… I was about to give up altogether however, I found this Tea app. It is not OK to play on someone’s emotions or trick them into doing what you want them to do for your own personal gain! and with this app women can support one another and worn others against behaviors As such. I would have to say it is the best I have downloaded in a very long time. Maybe I will stick to the online dating a little bit longer.

Seems full of bots. There are a lot of strangely worded comments that multiple “users” post over and over. It seems like there are a lot of bots leaving the same comments on different posts to make the app seem busy. Who on earth types out, “he’s like, so attractive!” Other common ones are, “he’s got that catfish vibe” on guys who are not good looking enough to be catfish, “I swear, I know him from somewhere, but my memory’s failing me,” “he’s giving me major deja vu vibes, but I can’t put my finger on it,” “seriously, I’m drooling over his looks!”, etc. I think it’s a useful app overall, but the fake users/comments take away a lot of credibility from an app that’s supposed to be based on privacy and safety.

Finally an app every woman should own. Love the fact that the app is made by women who post their true authentic experiences. It is very hard to publicly admit that one was cheated on , but thanks to creators of Tea and the other women who are members and support each other, it’s proving to be very effective. Tea needs to invest more on publicity and make themselves heard of.

We need this nowadays. There are so many creeps out there and apps like this is what keeps us safe. The app is very easy to navigate through, look up a man’s name that you’ve met online and see what other woman have experienced.

Important app. This app has a great concept just like the facebook groups everyone seems to know about now cause of the news and what not. The only issue will be preventing men or those from using the app that it is not intended for. The app has the ability of creating awareness in the dating community and protecting women and maybe others from predators or those that have ill intentions. It also is a platform for women to ask questions anonymously or for help from strangers where they may not usually have the ability to do it in normal day life with the people around them and creates a sense of comfortability.

Warning. This app is an important tool to help women warn each other about men that are dangerous. I was assaulted and had every thing I owned stolen from a clean cut, white color jobbed man that I met on an app a couple of years ago. My son said then that someone should create an app so women could warn each other about men like him. And now here it is. I hope that it continues ro grow and is used as a source to inform and protect women.

Tea App Is An Awesome App. I love the tea app I think it makes online dating safer for women. Especially since we’re helping each other. This app is amazing it makes women feel awesome once they know they can trust the guy. It makes dating online easier, safer, and better. Definitely love it.

Useless. App is rendered utterly useless unless you pay for the subscription! 5-10 monthly, although there are already FREE pages that allow for this same information. For example, I can’t even target my location without paying a subscription. I’m in a completely different state than the people showing in my feed. That’s ridiculous to me! I hope something changes or this will never really take off the way the app designer intends. FOR example once more- I’ll just ask someone to search for me who does pay in my area instead of paying just to see the local area. SMH.

Like a best friend that works out for you. I am new to the dating after a 24 year relationship in marriage. This feels like there’s someone out there looking out for me.

I didn’t even recognize one person??. Great setup; however, I found it strange that I’ve been single for 4 years in 2 major cities. I’ve looked up both cities and not one profile even looked familiar. It seems a bit suspicious. I’ve been on the big 3 of dating apps on and off and have swiped on so many profiles. It’s just a bit strange that not one of my dates has been listed here though?

Charge to be useful. A girl in a FB group referred me (I think she was actually advertising 🤷🏻‍♀️). She called it a free app. It’s not free. You need to be able to search name and city but you much pay for that feature. Apparently there is a limited search feature which I would have saved when I was just exploring and figuring out the app’s capabilities, wasn’t even doing real searches so I wasted those 3 🥴 free searches. I’ll be looking into if this was started by Paola. The fb groups should have raised MORE THAN ENOUGH to cover app costs that are referred to in the other reviews. I find this gross. Maybe I’ll come around or be back, but for now I’ll stick with fb.

Informative. Sad that these apps have to be created but with the reality of how things are today in this world and how men try so hard to get away with bad things, this app comes in clutch

allows false information & harassment. unfortunately this app is useless because it’s allowing women to post false information about men with STD’s and when another user defends the man in question the user is banned. additionally another user suggested that I commit suicide and that user was allowed to remain in the tea community. great job on monitoring your users and keeping the community safe FOR EVERYONE.

This app allows and promotes doxxing, harassment, libel, gossip, lies, rumors, false info, guesses, character assassinations, and is a place to collect and store hatred which is kept in a database. It's not anonymous, as users have to upload government ID plus selfies, so when the authorities come knocking for each lawsuit, the app developers will just hand over the photos of the users' IDs. If you're mature, want to avoid being sued, and be a good human, don't use the app.

Worth it and needs more users to make it better. It’s not as hopping as the FB pages but has gotten updates and gets better and better. Just needs more users to help it along with doing the lords work. I love seeing users starting conversations that seem healthy and helpful.

Tea is nice.. In today’s modern dating world people can be so hard to judge accurately. This app will definitely save me time if I decide to enter the dating world again. You can search by name and set up alerts.

Good reasoning behind it. I think it’s a good app for ladies to protect themselves, but when ladies give advice who come from successful relationships the girls will go off on you. Honestly, I want women to have the best dating experience and I think the app has great intentions. The admin is great. But looking at the situations some ladies are in, they do it to themselves, but don’t give advice or hold anyone accountable or they will curse you out

Could be a literal life saver. We have to know it all we read is true but this may save a life or sometimes time investment by helping women have background before meeting someone.

Women supporting Women. This app has helped so many women combat issues that may harm them or their families. Many women have been protected and those that don’t like it are the abusers themselves. After all, this app helps keep women SAFE!

Love the app. Love this app. They’ve done a great job with it. The fact that it is all anonymous and screenshots are blocked is huge. They seem to always be adding new features which is great. Plus the polls are super fun. Have added a few of my girlfriends to the app and plan to invite more soon

Safety comes first. I use this app to stay safe dating men in SF. I don’t want drama or to walk into a violent situation with a man I barely met. The women on this app are supporting. There is a true community here keeping each other safe. 10/10!

Great resource for women.. I was on this app less than 15 minutes before finding 2 men I’d had negative experiences with. I read other women’s comments detailing very similar experiences to mine! I also found feedback on someone I matched with on a dating app and am so relieved I can skip the mess thanks to people sharing their experiences.

Fabulous resource for keeping women safe. In the dating world there are many men and women that have ill intentions. They have hurt others and these others are sharing their pain at the hands of matches they’ve made in the dating pool. Having a warning about an abuser or narcissist, or being encouraged by ladies who know of a man. who is a known good and kind person. It’s simply to avoid pain; physical, emotional, and mental. We need to stay safe and alert and not get hoodwinked by men who are seeking to abuse or use.

overall a good concept but. you can’t even filter posts by location/relevance without paying for premium. which is weird considering you’re supposed to be able to do a background check but can’t check if there has been a post about that person before? you can only make a new post and there’s no telling if it will reach people who can help. update: i was allowed one free search and still can’t filter the results by distance. and when i used the one search there was a pop up that can’t be closed that blocked half the screen saying to upgrade. and like another review ive seen it says i used all 5 searches. i do appreciate the developers reaching out and listening to users but PLEASE stop pushing premium so hard. it makes the app almost unusable

Love this app!. First of all, the purpose. This app and the fb groups have saved so many women from awful experiences and traumas that could take a life time to heal from. Women protecting women is what we stand for. Second, the design and functions of the Tea app are great. I didn’t expect the functionality aspect of it. A pleasant surprise.

Awesome App. I wish more women knew about this app so they don’t get played for fools. Not all the women on here are jaded, some of them have found an emotionally intelligent partner who doesn’t cheat physically or emotionally and are just trying to help other women get to that same goal by making a good choice in their pick! Great for weeding out creeps and narcissists too!

Too soon to tell. I can’t tell if this app is real women or not.. hard to say if anyone is telling the truth since we are ALL anonymous and there’s no way to check anyone else’s credentials or make sure they’re legit.

Photo Search Issue. I just signed up and put in a phone number of someone and his contact info came up. Does this mean someone else has entered his info? Also can’t get past the photo lookup. It’s been stuck on that screen with no way to back out of it. It says it takes up to 1 min and it’s been 45.

Informative but I feel my ex knew. After posting, he came back to me completely a different man, wanted to finally be with me and work with me. I felt so guilty I deleted the posting. Then he did the worst things to me and it seemed like he was fishing for me to confess to this. He won’t stop trying to ruin me. I suspect a female friend found the post and shared it with him. It’s really unfortunate there are women that will put other women in danger just to show the monster she has his back so he will chose her. Disgusting people do disgusting things to secure their disgusting crush. Shame on those women. We endure enough from the bad men, why can’t we be there for each other? Who else will?

Takes a village !. In today’s dating era and as a survivor of a manipulative, scam artist lover , apps like these are so crucial ! It’s not even about bashing another human , it’s simply about sharing our own lived experience with them so it can aide other in making their own informed dating choices !

Men gaining access?. Either women are sharing with men or somehow the men have gained access. Other than that I think it's working alright for a new app. The fact that screen shots are not allowed is great, as well as no shared information of the poster and no way to search for the poster. Make sure those safety features stay in place.

Good but has some glitches. What a wonderful concept to keep ladies safe and informed. I noted a couple of things: When looking through the posts the app sometimes randomly closes itself. Also I find it unhelpful when women comment on the posts saying that the men are handsome or they have no tea to report. I thought this app was supposed to provide helpful information not feedback on the guys looks or random unhelpful comments.

Offers Crucial protection from bad guys. Having been hurt before, I find Tea the App is a crucial component to protect from bad guys. Seeing the men that have felony convictions, arrest records, are on offender registries and using fake names to play women keeps us all safe. I only wish bad guys that travel to run their scams or solicit new prey could be posted nationwide like the Facebook groups have.

GAME ON!. This app & the info contained within have been a lifesaver! So many sleepless nights & tears cried over men who weren’t worthy could’ve been spared if only it existed before now! I’ll never again will I date someone with out vetting them here first!

Safety first. This app provides an anonymous approach to the dating world unlike the fb groups where info is being leaked by spies and pick me girls. Their security is top notch on catching fake accounts and only allowing real women in the app.

More women should use this app. To men: let me ask you this: What is your #1 fear of what could happen to you if you went to prison? Yeah, that’s what I thought. Safe space for women. This app seems like a great tool so far that women can use to connect with each other about the men that are out here in the dating pool. You never know these days. Someone can look nice, but have a lot of skeletons hiding in their closet and this app will let you know that. Being a woman is already hard and dating online and in person is even harder so knowing that there is a place where women can talk about the men and find out about who they are before they even meet them is great.

Still in early stages but so much potential. I love a lot of things about this app. Sooo many. It shows sex offenders nearby, you can search by phone number, and the formatting is lovely. However, the paywall makes it a bit inaccessible for a lot of people, and a lot of the features they offer like background checks or reverse image searches. I think with time and the right funding this would be a wonderful source.

The ability to check out certain key info on men and see the sex offender list makes me feel completely safe knowing if there’s a man I feel sketchy about in the workplace or friend of a friend, I can check him out and see what his prior history or word on the street is. Women helping women. Love women helping women stay safe and able to learn more about people before they find themselves in a bad situation. Yes, different people have different experiences with different people. However, when 10-12 or more women have similar experiences, it’s really nice to know what you are getting yourself into if you ignore the red flags of that many women. Being able to stay anonymous, gives women the ability to speak up without fearing retaliation from some unstable men.

Has great potential!. As someone who wants to find love but has a hard time trusting men (stranger dangerrr), this app could be a god send if it gains more popularity. Surprisingly I’ve already found a few men i’ve swiped left on in the past, and man am I glad I did! 😮‍💨 my only current issue is in how buggy the UI can be when a user tries to search for their city, as currently when I try typing in the search bar it tends to freeze a lot and either recommends cities not even close to what I searched for or shows no results.

Complete Transparency. It’s a great app to double check other ladies’ input if they’ve had a good or bad experience with a guy you met on an online dating app. The free trial offers a lot of great features, however, paying for the subscription will allow you to type-and-search as many names as you want, which is much more convenient, since not every guy is first and last name. You can use the search feature up really fast in the free version.

Great app!. Since “are we dating the same guy” kicked me out of their Facebook groups just because I tried to share this app. It is very helpful. Being new it definitely needs more reach. I’m 29 in a new city trying to date and it’s important we girls have our facts! I hope women continue to use it and we can support each other. Women helping women. This app is really helpful for women who are out there looking for a good partner and trying to stay safe. I already came across someone on this app that I met online, who I had to go through a negative experience with, that could have been avoided by the heads up from other women who already had the same experience. This is not out to get anyone - this is a sisterhood trying to protect each other from genuine bad behavior and the pain from the deception that we face.

Account Deactivated for following rules👎. I was nothing but supportive & positive yet they deactivated my account. When I opened the app it sat a full day saying they had to reverify me again. Then it said, “Your profile has been deactivated for violating our community guidelines,” (without expressing how) which is FALSE. Full on libel. I made 1 comment ASKING a question pertaining to ME. I read the guidelines & followed them FULLY. How ever, the other girls within the app are writing full on fake stories about men just to be mean & to be defamatory. This app is & does NOTHING more to anyone but cause serious mental harm. What WAS intended as a good idea played out to be quite toxic. It is supporting toxic females & they are defaming real people.

Helpful. It’s helpful in seeing if you are talking to someone that has 20 red flags. The only thing I would maybe tweak would be if there are pictures that are repeats, the app should be setup to recognize this when a new post is being put out and have a pop-up alert advising of this and asking if we want to add to that original post about the same person. Sometimes I see 4 different posts for the same person asking for info and not every post has the same comments.

Why didn’t I Know about this app?. This app was needed. Easier to use than other groups on the internet. Ladies, we have to start being proactive with sharing information. Not because we are man-haters, but because we live in a world of the internet, attitudes are changing, and if you’re serious about finding a stable relationship, the pool of decent men genuinely wanting the same, is much smaller now because of the internet.

This app is imperative for women’s safety in these times. We all know that the hatred of women is becoming abundantly clear in this scary political climate. This app helps us keep each other safe by warning each other of what has been done by toxic men. If any man is against this app, that’s automatically not a man that likes women. Real ones understand the need for these commutation platforms between women and are actively working against their fellow man for whom this app was likely created.

What We’ve Been Waiting For. This app is an incredible resource for any woman dating online. Women are extremely candid on this app which can save other women from bad experiences, nonconsensual acts like secret condom removal, or worse— assault. I have noticed that women also share positive experiences dating men featured in this app; this is not a space to arbitrarily hate on men. And for those men who criticize this app, I would advise that you stop being truly awful to women then we won’t need this app anymore.

LETS HOLD MEN ACCOUNTABLE 😁😁. honestly, I love this app. I think it is exactly what we needed and today’s date and where digital profiles let’s make it so easy I think for people to serial date and harm tons of women. Like I’m so happy that I’ve been able to get info on who I should watch out for. It’s a verified all woman community. You can’t take screenshots so you feel pretty safe to express your experiences. there’s also so many other resources on the app like domestic violence support . I love this so much and honestly, I’m so grateful for it.

Best App for Women Dating. I don’t even know where to start! I have been truly amazed at the app. I met someone on a dating app recently and it started off very well and then I began to feel like something was up with this guy. My coworker mentioned the Tea app so I downloaded it and did a quick search for his name and BAM there he was, not once but TWICE! Reading through the post and comments I knew my feelings were valid so I quickly ended things with him. It certainly saved me from some serious trauma in the future.

Best app to keep you and your friends safe. Tbh i don’t even date but i make all my friends who do use this app because I’ve already seen familiar faces on it which has been SO validating — we all know what it’s like to not be believed, amirite ladies. Women in STEM. I’ve been using this app recently and I’ve been able to post green flags for genuinely good guys I’ve met in my local community. I’ve also been able to warn others about red flag guys and look through the potential red flag guys I may come in contact with in the future. Being single and on dating apps, it’s great to have a tool that consolidates all of the public information that’s already out on the internet in addition to having a community of women to lean on! LETS KEEP THIS GOING LADIES!!!!

The app that saved me BIG time. This app deserves all the awards and accolades it can get! I learned about this app and downloaded it the same day. I did so because I had a weird feeling about the guy I was “exclusive” with for several months. Glad I did, because turns out, he was a major sleaze-bag! Cheating left and right. Safe to say I ended things with the guy the same day. GET THIS APP! The fact that posts are private and anonymous is awesome. I cannot recommend this app enough! Safe & secure tea. This app is such a lovely way for interactions between women regarding the green and red flags in men. There a lot of red flags that become apparent and it’s very helpful for other women to see if they have anything to add. It tells you the features and lays out the app really well so that all women can access and post even if they don’t have a subscription. If I was more involved in the dating field or burned really bad by a man I would pay for the subscription to do the research on Tea. Highly recommended this app.

Spread the word about this app. I wish more women knew about this app. We need to spread the word and get our friends on here. I found a man who I had been on a date with and he has 14 red flags from other women on the app who reported him. If I had this app before the date I would have never gone. This app works and we all need to have our friends join. Moms theres a sex offender search so if you have kids you can search any area.

Defamation Lawsuit Waiting to Happen. From my 2 hours on the app, I’ve seen multiple photos of men with unfounded SA allegations. When I look up their name with public records, I see no charges or allegations against them. Obviously not every instance of abuse is reported, and I love the idea of women being warned about the men they’re dating. But it doesn’t feel safe for women legally to post these mens photos with these allegations. And on the other side of the coin, it isn’t fair to men who might be falsely accused but have never had police allegations, who can’t find out who is posting about them to sue them. They need to really be careful what they allow on this app. I reached out to support and did not receive help, nor did a post I reported due to unfounded accusations get taken down.

10/10 downloaded if you’re still on dating apps. If you’re on dating apps this is so help you for you, you might find out a lot of who your date is and what they have been doing to other women. There are some really difficult stories to read but it’s all to warn you about them. And you can contribute by helping others too. It’s only Women on the app! Recommend for the ladies to stay safe nowadays.

Still needs more security. This app so far is so much better than that other one. My abuser was able to infiltrate both sites, however, Tea reached out to me through my account when he flagged my post as “lies”. He was able to get me and my post removed from the other site. I wish there had been more safeguards in place to keep him from joining, but Tea did a great job by reaching out to me and keeping my post up when I assured them I was telling the truth about him.

Something needs to happen.. I liked this app when I was first able to get on it and truly experience the Tea app for what it is. However after making a post and being accepted into the app via photo verification, after 24 hours it logged me out. So I tried signing back in and it made me wait the 4+ hours it takes, which was fine as at that time it only did it once. Now however, I’ve been waiting for 5 days to get back into my account and cannot do so. I’ve tried contacting yall on social media as a means of communication to try and see what the issue could be however I’ve not heard back. This is ridiculous.

Safety App For Women!. I am very grateful that this app exists, because it is helping women inform other women of cheaters, liars, and unsafe environments.. but it also gives women the opportunity to avoid red flags, and opens opportunities for women to share their stories knowing that everything will be private. I love the part where nobody can screenshot, and everything is fully anonymous, making women feel better about sharing their stories with each other.

False Information. A lot of false information and it’s ruining people lives. There is no fact check on anything and bitter individuals are posting negative things. They are using old pictures, old scenarios, etc. Ut could be useful if people were really honest. The information that has been published is false, misleading, and defamatory in nature. I respectfully demand that it be removed immediately to prevent further harm to my brothers reputation and character. While I fully support the right to free speech, that right does not extend to making false statements that can damage someone’s personal or professional life. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue all available legal remedies through my attorney.

A necessity. This app should be in every woman’s phone. Horrible men get away with hurting women over and over again because the patriarchy has trained us to believe it’s “taboo” to talk about it or warn each other. It’s time we stop protecting the identities of these men and help each other out!! If I was able to talk to my ex’s ex before I dated him, I wouldn’t have gone anywhere near him. Instead, I had to learn the hard way. Seriously, get this app!

Great but there’s some bugs. I love this app ever since discovering it. I’ve put a lot of friends onto it as well. However, recently I might’ve damaged my biometric reader in my phones camera lens after dropping it, and I had configured the app to require my Face ID to open. Now I’m not able to use the app what so ever and there’s not a workaround. I’ve tried to disable the requirement through the iPhone settings but it is still requiring biometric data to open. I’ll be happy to rate this 5stars if there’s a fix, but for now I’m giving 3 stars as it’s a powerful tool I just am not able to use..

A great concept. I’ve been hoping something like this would exist given the current state of the dating world 🙃 I just have the free version but I really like the app a lot already! Very disheartening things on there (although I appreciate the women on there watching out for each other) and it’s a supportive place overall. Would definitely recommend. I’ve already seen a few men I’ve come across on the apps, but the more who join, the more information we’ll all have 🙂

Smart. This app is a good tool for women to use if they are in the dating scene, or if they are in a relationship. You never know who is on the other side of the screen and some times the one your with is not who they claim to be. If you are just meeting someone or have been married for many years this tool can help keep you safe and help keep you from being stuck in a horrible situation. Proof is proof and girls supporting girls is where it’s at. Thank you to the creators for this amazing platform.

Amazing app for women’s safety!!. Tea is an awesome resource for women to post their experiences with men who are not to be trusted and so spread awareness so other women can be more informed and prepared if they find themselves dealing with a man who has been posted. Also a great resource to find out if you could be dating the same guy as another woman on Tea app. I adore this app and think it’s phenomenal that all users must verify they are a women with a selfie. Also, if you chose the paid subscription tier, 10% of all proceeds go to supporting women of domestic violence. This app is saving lives!!!

Dangerous. I’m a woman with this app and I find it dangerous. Now…. Don’t get me wrong….. if used appropriately this app can absolutely be useful and life changing. But I’ve been finding that the same way people troll on social media is the same way they troll on this app. I’ve seen men’s names and pictures be put on the app for ghosting or not returning calls or just being socially awkward. There are many women in there angry and upset (as I’m sure they have every right to be!) but the formatting and how info/ what is being put on there needs to be examined and reevaluated. I hope they take this feedback into consideration so that the app can stay around for its intended use… which Is the safety of women not to bash men for ever minor thing they do .

Incredible app. So much safer and easier to use than the are we dating the same guy Facebook groups. Love that they block screenshots and you can run background checks, criminal record checks, and reverse image searches. The fact that it is nationwide is incredible powerful for women everywhere. Could not recommend this app highly enough, honestly it’s about time someone built something like this it’s a game changer for the dating world and safety in general

You need this!!!. Want to know if the guy you matched with is actually single? Need to make sure you’re having safe s3x with someone who is exactly who they say they are? Welllll ma’am…. I’m here to tell you this app has saved my LIFE literally 4 times already and I have been able to warn others about experiences I have had as well… oh and on top of that… it’s improving! You can reverse image search, phone number search… it doesn’t get better than this ♥️ we needed this!

5 Stars – A much-needed platform for accountability and healing!. I love the concept behind Tea! It provides a space for women to share their real experiences—good, bad, and everything in between. It’s not about bashing men, it’s about transparency, safety, and protecting one another in a world where dating can be confusing and, at times, harmful. The app also gives people a chance to grow if they’re open to it. Some of the men leaving negative reviews are probably the exact reason this app exists in the first place. Stay strong, Tea team—this app is empowering and necessary!

HELPING WOMEN STAY SAFE AND PROTECTED!. The negative reviews are all by men who don’t want to be held accountable for their actions against women. And ones who want to continue being violent, and use women for their own gain. I’m so glad this app exists. We can check with our sisters who’s safe, who’s not. Because obviously men aren’t going to tell you. Ladies: download the app and search to see if your date is relatively safe. Education is power and this app gives power back in the hands of the ones that wield it with more responsibility: women. Thank you TEA Team!!!!

Great app for women’s safety!. Wonderful app if you want to try and be safer in such a dangerous dating environment. If you notice, majority of the bad reviews are from men who don’t want this app to exist because they are largely a part of the problem women face which this app is trying to help address. If you see a review from a man, please know he went out of his way to do so considering that men aren’t even allowed on the app and so he would’ve never even been able to use it to properly review it in the first place.

Dating in today’s society. I have been single and dating for quite a few years now. online dating i’ve left a bad taste in my mouth. A very large percentage of these men are not single they are in fact, stepping out on their spouse/S.O. You can never be sure what you’re walking into or what these men are out accomplish. It’s never OK to mislead somebody or to manipulate a persons choices to reach the outcome you desire. This app is a lifesaver if you are trying to date in today’s world. It is a safe place to go if you are trying to research someone you are potentially interested in.
