App Stopped Working. Maps no longer load. Does not let you add any more sightings. Now it charges to use, its not fair it seems like they’re taking advantage of the current situation.

The map isn’t letting me see anything nor the videos I can see the home but videos load and tell me my time is up and maps no matter how much I delete and redownload or let it finish loading or keep clicking it would not allow me access. I hope it can be fix because I like to keep my friends and family protected from 🧊.

Bad now not. It was working fine right when I downloaded it but the next day it doesn’t want to. Nothing will load or update, I know it isn’t just my phone, the same problem with my moms and dads so it has to be the app, smh what’s the point of it now.

Courses not working. Love, LOVE the app! Unfortunately whenever I’ve attempted to do the courses there’s no option to go onto the next questions. Everything else is perfect.

App not working. The app stopped working. We are no longer able to use the maps. I tried downloading the app on a different device and it is the same problem. I was only able to use the app for about a week after that the maps stopped working. I hope they are able to fix it, was a good way to track where 🧊 has been showing up.

Increase in price subscription. The price is outrageous especially when you have to buy a subscription to put in the postal code. Originally, it used to be free but now it’s become increasingly money-oriented. But it’s useless when you can’t even look at the reports or use the US Zip Code. Why would you advertise this app meant for the Hispanic community to stay safe from ICE when you put it all behind a paywall?
