Bad app like seriously. I saw this app on TikTok and decided to get it I installed it and wanted my drawing done but I had to pay $15 so I did and in the same hour I cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the app. Now it’s telling me that I owe $16 i don’t know if I’m the only one but I won’t recommend this app if you don’t want to have the same problem as me now I can’t install any app because of this issue.

SO COOL!!. At first I was skeptical but I had it draw my soulmate and I swear it is LITERALLY a spitting image of one the guys I matched with on hinge hopefully it’s a sign from the universe. Honestly worth every dollar love this app❤️❤️

Payment method. I’ve contacted multiple times on how to delete my card from the app because it will continue to charge theirs no way to remove my card from here. Also you have to wait Dys To unlock features. Why? I PAID HELLO??? not liking this app I’ve contacted support two times and haven’t gotten reached out to not even once. How do we delete the payment method?

i dont think so. looks very interesting and “helpful or cool” but this app barley works and is very repetitive. There were so many times where i tried to use the app and the AI just didnt work. Very boring. Dont waste your money or time.

Entered wrong gender and can’t fix it. I accidentally put my own gender in the find my soulmate section and there is NO WAY to change it, it’s driving me crazy. Also no way to get in touch with app support. Huge waste of $15

Wont take my birthplace. Cant get it to accept my birthplace even when it pops up a selection when i click it, it reverts back and will not accept. I even typed it exactly how the suggested drop down shows and wont allow me to continue

Buggy. Took me forever to sign up because the app is so buggy. I should’ve known not to pay for the pro because none of the features are working either. I immediately canceled the subscription! Don’t waste your time

Why. Why do you have to pay so much money just to see your soulmate or even talk to them plus it might even be fake anyways it really doesn’t make sense. Zero out of 10 would never recommend and people on TikTok keep hyping it up. It doesn’t live up to the hype

Not Accurate. I downloaded this app because I heard people talking about it but I realized that this app is not very accurate at all. Especially for the soul mate it feels like it auto generates a random chart out of thin air without any regard for your own personal chart.

There are issues. Cute idea. However when you ask it to give you a new soulmate it gives you the same image with new star signs. Doesn’t seem to have much of anything to do with astrology. Very expensive. Also, if you use the chat it is very buggy and doesn’t always respond.

You have to pay for everything.. I hate apps that make you pay to do the littlest things… you cannot do anything on this app without paying. I deleted immediately once I saw it. TikTok is promoting this app right now but only because they are paying the creators.

Doesn’t even work. Can’t even get past the “continue” screen when you first open the app! And it’s not like I’m on the app during peak hours either, I’m on past midnight on a weekday! Very poor first impression!

worst app ever. genuinely was so excited to try this app, i received a FREE subscription, the free subscription was completely false and misleading because it proceeded to try and scam me out of $15 for a sketch that ai could make better. i want my charges dropped, this app is false and misleading. total scam and waste of time.

Stealing money. It says 1.15 a week but it charged my card 69$. Thank god it was an old card and didn’t go through or 69$ would have been waisted on a fake app they stealing ur information to scam you and get ur bank info

Boo 👎. It was great for a couple days. I went a month without using it (went on vacation and forgot about it). Came back and nothing worked. It let me click into the 3 different tabs but I couldn’t view anything. I wouldn’t waste my time!

Difficult to delete data. I thought this would be fun to use but to delete the data has been difficult and annoying. Isn’t it illegal to not give you an option to delete your data?

Get costar pro for half the price. This is literally a costar rip off that adds more AI. The UX is almost exactly the same except worse because costar has been around way longer. I’m not necessarily anti-AI but the way they integrated it here doesn’t really add anything to the experience and you could get the same thing by just talking to chatgpt

Soulmate. This app is not working for me. The only reason I saw this app was because I wanted to see my soulmate. But it turns out that I have to pay. Why on gods green earth must I pay to find the loml. Make it free! That’s the only reason people are buying this app. I see adds on TikTok and instagram about this. But if you want people to enjoy the app. Make it free

Not worth it. While it can provide some interesting information , it is very repetitive. No point in asking questions when it gives the same prompt replies. The responses are also very generic, something you would get online from a basic reading instead of an in-depth description of a certain aspect in your birth chart that might personally affect you. The other options are really not good as well. No point in doing the romantic or friendship advice option on the menu. The compatibility result is very generic. Also, I do not think it is worth the money. This feels like such a let down. Any other AI tool out there is better than this one.

Honestly the best app ever!!!. Was using an app for a few days and it’s already changing my life. I’ve never thought the astrological advise could be that real and relevant lol. I AM OBSESSED!!! <33

No Way to Delete Account. I can delete the app from my phone but there’s no where to go in the app to delete your account before deleting the app. Don’t give this app your information

Bad app. I shouldn’t have to pay money to see a drawing that an app made that is probably not even true. I was truly excited to try this app to see my soulmate, but turns out I needed to pay money? Fix your app. Other than that it’s a good idea for an app but if you’re gonna make people pay to try what they wanna try then just make the whole entire app cost money before we buy it. Don’t buy this app unless you’re willing to pay $15 for a sketch of a person and a bit of other stuff.

Can’t cancel your membership. I have tried emailing the company.. no response. I can’t cancel my membership and when I tried online not in the app it claims not to recognize my email or phone number, I have big hopes for this app but they failed.

Not worth time or money. Saw the app on TikTok and it said you can make an image of your soulmate for free. Downloaded it and it said you have to pay a lot of money per month to do simple features.

Couldn’t even use it. I tried opening and closing the app and deleting and reinstalling but just got stuck on the continue screen and it wouldn’t go any fathers that that. It’s dumb. Don’t waste your time.

Don't recommend. If you actually know anything about Astrology you'd realized how inaccurate and untrue a lot of the information is. I downloaded this app because I saw a video on TikTok. The "soulmate drawing" portion is so untrue. They just regenerate the same pictures and birth charts for multiple people. Several people have reported them getting the same partner. There's also a lack of diversity. All the drawings look the same, and I have yet to see a person of color.. or someone who even LOOKS like they have ethnic features. As a WOC, 0/10!!

I’m obsessed.. It is very elegant and beautiful. The theme will never bore you and the information is legitimate.

You can’t change info. Hi, I accidentally selected the wrong gender for my soulmate preferences, and I noticed there’s no option to change any details after making the initial selection. I’ve already paid for the subscription, so I’d really appreciate help updating my preferences.

Don’t waste your money. ‏Any app that uses your personal information without giving you clear details before charging a monthly fee is a dirty, exploitative scam. ‏This is what you call a shady businesses ,they take your money and give you false information in return. I have zero respect for apps like that. Save your money for more accurate and honest applications.

Subscriptions. Terrible quality I to subscription for like five seconds and realized I didn’t want to do it anymore and the subscription won’t end until next month. So stupid do not recommend this app. Because it waste your money.

LOVE this app!!. Starla is so fun to use! I love astrology and Starla has taught me so much more about it! The daily horoscopes are so insightful and interesting, I look forward to them everyday!

Feels like a scam. It just randomly stop working after I paid for something in the app.. I tried emailing support and everything but nothing from them it won’t let me click on any of the chats

Don’t work. I seen so many TikTok ads about it so I downloaded it and it asked me for my name so I put it in but when I click “continue” it doesn’t do anything I’ve even uninstalled the app and re installed it and it still doesn’t work

Takes your money!!!. This app is just a money scheme, when I got it, there was only a monthly and a yearly subscription. I got the monthly one just so that I could see the soulmate scketch and I never even got my sketch. And when I went to delete the app, it showed me that I could keep it for $3.99 weekly. If I would’ve known there was a weekly one I would’ve saved my $16. I want my money back!!!!!!

Closes on its own. It’s so AI it’s not even funny. Also it doesn’t even let you open it anymore, it closes out immediately it doesn’t even load.

Why. So I got convinced from an ad to use this app. I thought it would be a cute thing to try. Downloaded the app and I tried to use it, but for some reason I would be stuck on the continue page. So I waited gave it time to see if it would work. And it didn’t. I waited a day and it still had me waiting at the continue page for a while. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it did the same thing. People reading this dont waste your time.

Not good. Paid 7.99 for pretty much nothing. Very Disappointed in the errors. It has great potential but its not usable and when it does work, it takes a long time to load. Not impressed.

MAJOR PROBLEM!!!!. I can’t remove anyone from my friends or romantic list, I’ve checked settings and the list itself I can’t figure it out but overall the app is great I love all the features and it’s nice that I don’t need have to pay to use the app 👍👍👍

Unclear and somewhat vague. The readings can be nice and affirming but trying to cancel the free trial is a maze of all dead ends seeing as the support page is just advertising to download the app with no additional features. And advertising as a “free” app while putting a paywall on all of your content is misleading especially if your advertisers and sponsors are not mentioning the payment part.

Don’t download!. I saw the app on a TikTok ad. Naturally intrigued because I genuinely love Zodiac stuff I got it. 30 seconds into setting up the app it already has stuff wrong. It told me that my star sign is a Taurus (which I knew) but the symbol paired with it was Scorpio. If the app developers can’t even get that right I definitely don’t trust what else they have on there. Not worth it.

Don’t do it. While it seems like a good app it’s well set up don’t get me wrong but it’s a pay for everything kinda app. Wanted to mess around and see what my “soulmate” would look like only to pay like $8 for it. I’m not gonna pay $8 for an Ai generated image😂

Not Worth It. For the cost it doesn’t give you anything more or better than other apps that are free except the sketch. And you can’t do multiple compatibility charts, you can’t even use the second chance feature, and most features have to be unlocked over days even after paying for the subscription. Typically paying for a subscription immediately unlocks all features. Why should I pay and have to wait to access it. If you make a mistake on the gender, you can’t get a new sketch so choose carefully. Just not worth the cost. This is more for fun pop astrology. An app like time passages is much better for true astrology compatibility through synastry and composite charts. But the sketch is fun.

I’m a bit disappointed. I was disappointed to see u had to pay money to see something that an app drew/used ai for. I was genuinely excited to see what my future family could look like. 😔 Make the app where you don’t have to pay money. pretty sure if it was all free you’d still make a buttload of money.

Just no. Got tricked by those tiktok ads for the soulmate drawing but it requires you to use the app for 24-48 hours before. I’ve been using the app for a week and I still get that message. Just like the other reviewer said, the app messes up when you put your birthdate in. It’s cool that you can ask this app any questions, but you’re better off asking chat gpt those same questions. Overpriced for what it is. Also the aesthetic and looks are giving co-star but that app is way better.

Slow and unresponsive do not download. Tried to use but neither registered nor knew where Christchurch was couldn’t even get to point where you started using app properly.

Insanely Disappointed. I just wanted to see my soulmate drawing. I wanted to have some fun. I thought “hey, $14 is something I can get back.” Nope, the app slowed right down after I made my purchase and nothing would even load. $14 down the drain. Thats three iced coffees. I want my money back.
