Please Update. Love the app and have been tracking all my outfits for the last 2 months. Please update the app to match ios18 color changing app icons. It would look so cool if the border became black and the clothes became white in the logo

No updates in over a year. Where did the developers go?

Ummmmm..... Trying to get this thing to sync has been the most horrid experience ever!!! To the point where I don't really want to use this app anymore..

Not at all worth it, a scam and waste of time. I literally wish I could sue them for the waste of time it was to try and get this dumb app to work. I followed all of the directions for uploading the pictures but it doesn’t work. If you want to erase the background you’re supposed to follow certain steps, followed them, but it still doesn’t erase the background. You’d need a professional photography studio and hours of time to make this app work. Used contrasting color bed sheets as my background, and no matter how smooth I made it the dumb software would still pick up the wrinkles in the sheet as part of the clothes. Tried multiple different things and even used a photography light to try to take pictures. My photos literally looked like the example they showed of how to properly take pictures. You’d need like a 10x10ft space, 10 different colors of solid non-patterned sheets, an iron, numerous photography lights, etc to even get the software to remotely work well and even then it would probably still fail

Cropping Issues. It’s cropping automatically once uploaded and it’s removing more than background and won’t let me restore properly.

Great!. Really awesome app with a lot of different functions. I just wish it was easier to take photos of everything you really have to have good lighting and a clear background. Very helpful customer service. I found it best to take screenshot of the item on it’s original website to get the clearest picture.

It’s okay. I liked it at first. Kind of a pain to setup at first. App isn’t aging well. Feels outdated. Looks and feels like an app my great great grandma would have used in the early 1900s. The company behind this app only pushes updates for bugs brought on by OS updates. No updates with innovated ideas. For instances, this app has been around for years and no one at the company has thought about adding a feature to flip the clothing items so that we can upload pictures of the front and back of the item. Look elsewhere if you have high expectations for a closet app.

Love it, with space to improve. This app has been super useful in checking your closet while you are shopping and planning your outfit for the week. If this app would allow you to filter out outfits that include a specific item, then this app would be 5 star perfect!

Add iCloud back up please 🙏🏽. Everything is great. I just would like some security that all this time cropping won’t get lost. Keep it up.

Decent app, needs AI integration for creating looks. I’ve used this app religiously for years now and like it for cataloging my wardrobe and looks. It’s solid and works as advertised. There’s a lot of features that are not as useful. This app needs integration with AI for outfits, looks, and packing. Seems like they are missing a huge opportunity to charge more $ - because people like me would happily pay a subscription for AI.

Iwatch app. The app has been promising so far, although it would be better if an Apple Watch version was created. It least able to view a calendar of the clothes on your iwatch.

My most used app. Ever!. Stop buying the same black t shirt. Check your closet app first.

Love this App!!. My closet is worth approximately 5K and I'm always struggling not knowing what to wear, I don't like repeating and this app helps me organize it, shuffle it and know what I worn daily.

Pretty good, could be a lot better. Especially for $5. I like all the ideas of stylebook, but the execution could be better. For example, being able to add multiple clothing pieces to your calendar at once, or allowing you to create multiple sub-categories, or create your own parameters for sorting data. The colors could be a little more inclusive when assigning one to an article of clothing, and it would be nice to have a “primary” indicator and secondary, complimentary colors as well. A “bought for” and a “retail” option for price would be good. The picture taking is really sub-par, I ended up having to mask all the pictures in photoshop then upload them. It’s subpar because it does a horrible job color-grading the picture and either becomes terribly warm or overwhelmingly cold. Only via photoshop can I force it to take my temperature the photo was actually taken at. The “choose a picture from a link” option is good idea, but clunky execution. Overall. I can use this app, but it’s.a pain, especially considering the premium price I’m paying for it (I can’t remember the last time I bought an app on the App Store)

Sublime. Ideal for keeping everything in place and it is incredible that you can categorise your items

PLEASE enable landscape orientation for iPad. Portrait is really annoying. I can’t use my case stand when I’m planning outfits. Other than this issue I enjoy this app

Needs an update sooner than later. It’s 2025, needs a dark mode. It’s not possible to rotate items when making an outfit.. Only reason I bought this app was because it was #1 in App Store and I thought the layout was nice compared to a free app I was using but I’m starting to regret my purchase.

Terrific Closet Organizer. In my opinion, the best closet organizer app out there. Stylebook helps me organize/optimize the clothes in my closet far better than any hanger system ever could. Favorite features are the cost per wear calculator and collage feature.

best closet app by far!! worth the money!. this is hands down the best closet app by far…and easiest and least time consuming!! ive tried almost every free closet app in the app store and i can say without a doubt this is the best one. APP DEVELOPERS: please add a feature so you can manually organize the order in which items appear in your closet. right now the order is decided by the order in which you added the item to your closet. but i want to be able to add items in any order and then have them displayed in an order i choose. this is the only feature missing that i’d love to have. otherwise this app is perfect

Very useful. Great app, I use it daily. Ability to add multiple items at once would be it more efficient, though it works perfectly fine without it.

Time consuming.. I have spent the last 4 hours uploading all 225 pieces of clothing I own. I was hoping that the app would take my photos, (all 225 individual pictures I took) and based on the categories I put them In, create outfits for me. Instead, once I uploaded all my items, I then needed to choose what pieces I was considering for certain looks. This defeats the purpose of wanting an stylist Assistant app. This app is good if you have a Saturday afternoon go spare, or you want to do a really good inventory of your clothing. Otherwise ..... 🤷🏽‍♂️😒.

Difficult to use. Very time consuming and your own pics will probably look terrible

Awesome App. What a wonderful app for those who love to track and stay organized. I love the data recorded over time. I’ve been using this app for years, like maybe 10 years now!

Excellent app with a couple of issues.. Great app. I haven’t been able to use the full use of it, still going through the inventory process, which itself is a bit tedious but it’s getting there. The downside are: Import from web is broken for me, it always stall/hang. The other one is I really wished the app itself is available on landscape mode, maybe developer can do this later. Landscape would be useful since I’m using an iPad with a keyboard.

Perfect App for closet keepers. My biggest problem when I shop is forgetting what I already have in the closet at home. This app is all I need and a little more to manage what I have and keep me from standing in the returns line. The catagories are customizable in the Closet section so you can build your visual closet just as you like it - I even have a section with my Halloween costumes. Why? Because I can. I spend 95% of the time with the app updating what I have and what I'm donating, but there's a handy feature on there called Calendar. You can actually log what you're wearing on a particular day (items already in the closet) so that you don't forget later and wear the same shirt out to the bar twice in a row. For people who tend not to pay attention that that, it's really come in handy. And finally what made me click the button and get this app was the backup funtion. I didn't want to do all the work and end up losing it along with my phone in the back of a taxi, but no need to worry. The app backs up your entire "clothes library" you assembled so you're not out the time (just the money to replace your hardware), which will lessen the sting. I've already reccomended this to my friends and family. Go get it!

Looks like a nice app w/many useful features. Elegant and has many features. Two improvements: make it easier (intuitive) to use. Add the ability to track uses between washes/laundry like an app called Jeeves used to do.

Super Useful. This app is super useful for someone like me who has a lot of clothes. I can put together outfits, see what pieces I have in my closet, and draw inspiration from other sources. My only gripe is that adding clothing and removing the background on pictures is a bit tedious.

I want my money back!. Terrible ! Adding clothes is more effort than it is worth. It is 2022 the devs should be training ML models so the process of adding photos to your closest is a breeze on a user. Instead this app is stuck on a 2015 technology stack and relies on gaslighting their users via “Tutorials” into thinking that they are the problem. Instead of trying to mask their inability or insubordinate to improving the app beyond stability on the latest iPadOS or iOS release, the devs should prioritize improving the user experience. After reading all the “Tutorials”(actually it’s their blog posts) it’s obvious they’ve haven’t made any significant changes to the app that makes the process of getting clothes in any easier. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Essential. I have always kept a “clothes calendar” since I was a kid in the 90s. When one of my family members reminded me of it and said I should create an app, I discovered that Stylebook existed quietly in the background. The best part is the creators continue to add features, keep it updated to all of the iOS upgrades throughout the years, and keep true to the essence of the concept. Thank you!!

Excellent wardrobe app. I’ve tried many and this is the best I found. Try it out and you’ll see. To give it Five stars I would have to see: - iPad *landscape mode* support - A way to explore color variations - Approximate preview of an outfit worn on a model

Its standout feature is the intuitive pairing of items that may not typically be considered complementary, enhancing the user's styling capabilities.

Truly love ..but one thing!. I truly love this app and I am happy with the clipping and erasing aspect and find it easy and fun to use. However, when I go to a specific look category, the looks show up so tiny, so I can barely see what items are in the outfit. I wish it were larger because I can’t really see everything n the outfit at a glance, without clicking on the outfit itself. Otherwise this is one of my new favorite apps.

Finally!!!. I have been searching for an app like this fora while now. This is exactly what I needed! I didn't realize there was one for women and one for men, so I downloaded this one. However since it is completely customizable I haven't had any issues. It is an amazing organizational tool. Getting all of my clothes and accessories into the app was a little bit of a task, but I have been using more clothes that were cute but just sat in my closet. This is an easy way to play with you closet and come up with combinations you may not have even thought of. The only thing I wish this app would do is when clothes are in the laundry, dry cleaners, lent out or not available for some reason that an alert or something will pop up on the days a look is scheduled. It would also be nice to be able view clothing sorted by their availability. I love that we can mark them as to be donated or replaced, but it would be nice if we could take that another step and sort them by everything to be donated, replaced, at the dry cleaners, etc. One of the best apps I have ever purchased!

Awesome app. I found this after a wardrobe makeover 3 years ago and use it every day. Keep track of what you wear, what things cost, cost per wear. Also really handy when shopping to know what you already have so you don’t buy something too similar or to see if it’ll match something.

Support. It's a really helpful app, I tend to forget what have in my cloth. Is there a way to send post from Pinterest to the the app?

One missing piece.. I enjoy the app but with modern iOS there’s really no excuse for not having my data sync between all my devices without having to transfer them manually. When I'm planning a trip or shopping digitally I want to use my iPad. When I’m physically shopping or traveling I want to use my phone. My data seems to always be in the wrong place.

Great way to start thinking about how you're dressing. I love this app. It has really helped me to start dressing better. I was a very habitual dresser by nature and now I'm very aware when I'm wearing something too often. It's also helped me use my clothing in MANY new combinations. The only two negatives would be: 1) it's tedious to add clothing (mostly because the tool to remove the background could use some work. I use photoshop sometimes and then import the .png file instead) and 2) I wish there was a way to add alternate views for a piece of clothing (long sleeve shirt normal AND with sleeves rolled up). Love this app so far. Could be AMAZING!

Improve SHUFFLE please!. When I add 2 different shoes and 3 different pants and 4 different blouses , There would be 24 unique style (all the possibilities) but SHUFFLE just give me some of them! By the way after that the SHUFFLE created all the styles , I want the app to put them all in the calendar. By that way I do not need to spend much time to create all those outfits! And it gives me the power of wearing new styles that I’d never used to use them!

Too much work. Nice concept. But it is so time consuming to find the perfect spot to photograph your clothes, edit the photo so the app will accept it, will need to take several of the same item if you want it to show up on different categories. Way too much work and not worth the money.

I love it. I use this everyday. I wanted to start dressing nicer. This app helps me stay organized and make sure I'm not wearing the same thing to the same meetings and am mixing up my wardrobe appropriately to get the maximum vale out of it. The style stats are also cool. I feel ok spending a little more on se things when I see that of I actually wear them on a regular basis, it breaks down to a dollar per wear over time. Great app!!!

Helpful to organize and take inventory. Im a guy who does NOT care about fashion or clothes BUT im trying to take control of my closet and take inventory. This was super helpful as I went through all my clothes, took inventory, threw out stuff i didn’t want, and was able to keep track of stuff I forgot about. Also helpful as I need to pack for trips and figure out what I need. So I appreciate this even as a non fashion person!

Much promise / significant voids. Needs a way to export outside of the app. A lot of time and energy to capture you closet and one bad release from losing it! The sync is a myth. Works only when standing on one foot and holding phone out the window. Actually it's not that easy. To further add to the frustration it doesn't include the entire record. Needs additional metadata fields. So those are the negatives and what holds it back for being a five star app. It has promise, but!

Not a stylist app.. Not a stylist app. If I wanted to know what was in my closet I would look in my closet. If I wanted a random outfit generator I would just pick clothes randomly.

My most used app.. I’ve been using Stylebook Men since it came out years ago. I’ve logged nearly 4,000 days of outfits. My entire closet is in the app and it’s absolutely essential for managing my wardrobe. I hope the Stylebook team knows how much people like and use their app. Updates soon??

Solid app. Exactly as described. Able to keep record of the clothes you wear. Photo editing is a little clunky but still good.

iCloud sync?. Why isn't there iCloud sync? Or syncing between iOS devices? The app looks promising but the lack of syncing is terrible. I want to work on my iPad and find the same data on my iPhone. Make that work please. I don't want to choose between my devices.

App for Men, but Guides for Women. I purchased your app for men while reading about your app for women. I saw your app for men and purchased although the reviews are a mixed bag. One thing I was expecting to see are guides for men’s clothing in the app for men’s clothing. However almost all of the articles and guides are for women and written on dresses, women’s clothing, etc. can you please provide content for men’s clothing in the men’s clothing app. I’m not planning on buying any dresses and heels. If you can update your content guides for men, I will update my review.

Excellent!. I really like this app, have tried a few wardrobe tracking apps, this is by far the best. I have a lot of items, and works brilliantly, no issues. It easily shares items across devices, but I would love an iCloud sync feature where is a change was made on one device, all devices would sync like IMAP email. But that's just on the wish list, otherwise, I love it.

Makes Life Easy. Amazing app. Super easy to use. Saves $$$ since I am aware of what I own. Also, makes packing for trips a breeze. Using this app eliminates wardrobe headaches.

Only one thing I need. I love it, my girlfriend loves it too she likes seeing my whole wardrobe so we can plan matching outfits. That being said the only thing I wish I could do is move items to different categories/sections if I change my mind about how I want to categorize it. Great app

Not well designed. Not intuitive in the way it works, you’ll find yourself fiddling with folders and trying to guess how it works. The layout only uses a small portion on the iPad screen, all images would need to be bigger to make use of mobiles devices. Not worth the time.

Essential daily app - but needs REAL iCloud sync. Use this app daily to dress up for work. I'm definitely not a fashionista - just a normal guy that needs to dress decent for work and this app helps me decide and ensure I don't wear the same thing all the time. But app desperately needs sync for multiple devices. It claims that it uses iCloud but it does not sync; the iCloud just means that it backs up your data to iCloud. If you need to restore your device, data will come back too. But it won't allow you to sync outfits and history to your iPad for example.

Awesome app worth the $. It really helps you visualize your closet (wow I have a lot of black lol) + the style feature is cool. The closet visualization is also useful when youre shopping. 9/10 I just wish the clipping tool was better

Best app for sorting closet. I hope it’s not abandoned!. It’s the best app for sorting clothes in your closet. I do wish it had iCloud support, I would pay monthly for this feature. It could also be merged into one app and then choose the icon for women and men or whatever icon you want! It hasn’t been updated in a few years, so I really hope the developer hasn’t abandoned it. I can’t find any better alternative.

Unfortunately useless. Wanted it to work, took so much time to load some of clothes and it just didn’t pan out. Entirely useless.

Needs iCloud sync. This is a day one feature. Delete app = bye bye data. A full backup of the device is not an iCloud backup

Great for tracking when you wore an outfit last. This app has a lot of features and can feel overwhelming, but you don’t need to use them all. The most useful feature for me, and pretty much the only reason I use the app, is to track when I wore an outfit last. I hate not being able to remember if I wore an outfit just last week, or if it’s been long enough to wear it again. So this app helps a lot with that. Taking pictures and editing all your clothes is a pain in the ass but it’s well worth it. I’ve used this app almost every day for the past 3 years

A Great Organizer that also feeds my shopping habit. I really enjoy this app. It's a great help in organizing my closet and finding those things that I never wear, and it makes it super simple when I want to search for new clothes. As a guy, I definitely recommend this app.

Amazing. This app has become a part of my daily life I love the execution and style, but I would say it takes too many steps to add clothes, there needs to be resizing and cropping options during the editing process, I do love the tapping to erase option. Also PLEASE update for the iPhone 5 I would really love the extra space!

Almost there. This app is super user friendly. No big learning curve. Used swipes native to iOS. This is what the app is missing: 1. Style expert relating to men's fashion. 2. Automated outfit suggestions. 3. More community feel. Perhaps people could weigh in on your outfit or items of clothing.

Digitized Closet!. This app is amazing. You save so much time making outfits and put together things you normally wouldn't do. I tried all the free apps but they just crash while I was uploading pics. This, I have 180 pieces of clothing and still runs smooth without crashing. Resize images to fit, rename categories, great options for functionality. Worth the $3? Yes!

Good idea in theory. But in practice , nope. Def not worth the price.

Great app, but need syncing ability between devices. Would rate 5 starts if Dropbox or one drive was integrated so that looks and closet ideas synced across devices. Wifi send is not too bad but problem is that if I go back and make a change like add price info, I know have to resend it or edit in 2 locations.

Nice app. Nice app. I like the various features. Mostly what I was looking for. But it would be nice if for the looks you could just add separate images into a folder rather than having to combine Images. The advice section don't seem to update often. Otherwise great app. Easy to use. I refer to it often.

Way cool. I accidentally purchased the men version and had to purchase the right one again :( it is worth it except the wifi share won't work between my iPad and iPhone. I even tried it using only the men's app between devises on my secure personal wifi, no luck. Please fix it to cross between both versions of the app, that would make it 5 stars

Very Meh. Great idea, delivery needs work. Hard to take images of clothes and organise them... Would take way more time than it is worth.

No Calendar Sync. I really like this app but the problem I have is not being able to do complete sync. I plan my week on my iPad but would like to see what's coming up on my iPhone. I usually don't buy apps that don't completely sync between my Mac, iPad, and iPhone. And at least between iPad and iPhone. Men don't share items with friends, but I do need to know what's on my calendar and all my devices.

Wonderful app. I love this app. It makes shopping and organization a breeze. It would great if left brain/right brain LLC would make an app for the iPad.

Doesn't sync and can't add until a photo is taken.. Gotta make the app sync and allow pics to be added after text input.

Very useful. Overall very useful. Glad I found this. Nice job. Would be nice if items remembered their resized size between outfits, but that's minor and doesn't detract from the utility.

Overall very useful. Pros: -it is very useful to keep track of your clothes ie: swipe through the options of pants you have and shirts, it's easy to forget about good clothes that get lost in the back of the closet -very handy to ask opinions on combinations, screen shot it to a friend, instead of unfolding your clothes and taking a picture Tips: -slot of people do online shopping, and even if you don't it's easy to find your garment on an online store. And amazing trick is to find the item or just save the image when you buy it, and use it to add the image to the look book. It works extremely well for watches and shirts -use a few white posters as a background

Male version not worth $4. Even though I bought the male version of this app most of the content is still targeted to women which wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't paid four dollars for it.

Excellent. Update is great. Could you add a way to see the last time a look or clothing item was worn in calendar from their respective views. (Like in the cool guy style app).

Multiple device sync. Overall I love this app but the lack of data sync makes using the app a huge hassle. Please correct

Awesome App. This is a fantastic application for getting one’s fashion together. It helps me focus on looks I want and the clothes I need in order to get them. Fantastic support as well. I always suggest this when my friends ask me how they can up their game.

Love it, but needs a few essential features. GREAT program for organizing your wardrobe. Add the ability to add custom/multi colors and see other wardrobe counts (designers, sizes, etc.) and I'll give it the full star treatment. Nice work!

Great Idea needs updating. Freezes when adding pictures. Also would be nice to add a field for condition, like 1-10 so you know if something needs to be replaced.

Very useful. Works quite well. Would be nice to more easily move from an item to see all days an item was worn then go directly to see what else was worn that day.

Great app! Hope it gets even better!. Really enjoy this app to quickly make a packing list for business trips. Please fix crash when attempting to take a picture from the app. Add non clothing capabilities (electronics) and treat them as such. Allow to replace an item and have that item update in styles. Allow to delete an item from all styles . Great job on this!
