BRG. It’s very nice and so are the staff. The common area is very nice as well

Bank verifying is awful. I still can’t verify my bank account on the app and it charges a nearly $5 additional fee to use my debit card.

BRG App. Easy to use and understand! Makes paying rent as stress free as possible :)

Easy to use. App is easy to use for residential purposes. Paying rent, accessing maintenance, and anything else you might need, this app has it.

Making a payment. Making our monthly payments are so easy and convenient.

BRG Phone App. Easy to access. Easy to find things and really like it that its efficient.

Easy way to stay. It’s an effective way to rent; no one wants to drive to Kroger and get a money order anymore.

User friendly. Nice graphics. Easy to navigate.

Annoying to use. You guys just took away the option of paying on two cards, pretty inconvenient for me and my roommate as we have to pay on 2 separate cards. Please bring that back, I will give a 5 star rating once fixed. Other than that it’s a good app, I really like how it’s set up for the laundry room! :)

BRG App. Very easy to pay rent using the app! Just wish you could pay rent earlier than it currently lets you.

Connection issues. App maybe works 10% of the time it’s always having some sort of connection issue especially when trying to make payments

Pathetic. This app is just about useless. Very confusing to make selections, and I never get notifications for when my bills are ready.
