FROZEN!!!. This app is having a conflict with iOS 18- it freezes when opened and can’t be closed. It must be updated ASAP.

Condo cafe portal has problems. I have tried unsuccessfully to make my HOA payments through the portal only to have it close when I try to use “make a payment” and when I scheduled the payment, it wasn’t actually taken, so I wonder, do they really want me to pay or what?

App Crashes. Every time I go to make a payment in the app the app crashes.

Horrible App. Trying to make a payment crashes the app. There is lack of interface between the app and the website! Terrible app to use!

Unusable on iPhone 16 Pro Max. The app has issues with its sizing detection it seems and on a Pro Max persistently renders the side bar, and the sidebar can’t be closed so the app is effectively unusable.

😒. Update the app. It does not work anymore. Can't make payments

Frozen maintenance request submission. I hit submit and and it is “processing” for 10 minutes. Tried three times.

IOS 18 conflict. I enjoy the app but found that following my iPhone system update to IOS18 the app now freezes on every use. Must be updated or it is no longer usable.

App doesn’t work. Payments portal crashes any time you attempt to schedule a one time payment on both iOS and android devices.

App drop down. The drop down menu to add a role does not populate. The dropdown menu for request does not populate. I cant submit a request for maintenance the button is not on my profile. This is too complicated

It keeps crashing on ios 17 iphone 14. It is clear crashing, cant use it

Cannot Even Add Account. The website doesn’t even have the “Make Payment” button where the PDF instructions say it does so I download this app and it doesn’t display anything or freezes when you try to add an account. The app is unusable.

Needs work. Almost every time I sign in and try to make a payment, it either doesn’t work or it boots me right out of the app.

The app is a good idea but does not work well. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, so a 7-month-old phone and this app doesn’t work. Documents run off the page, live links don’t work. It’s basically useless. My husband has an iPhone 16 and it doesn’t work for him either. We were told to give it two weeks. It’s been three months and still no improvement.

Avoid if you can. Very frustrating poorly designed app. Seem like something from 15 years ago maybe?? Supposed to able to link payment accounts, but doesn’t work at all. Sent issues to developers via condo association, but have not received any response.

Error 101. I’m encountering an error message 101 that lacks any information about the issue or how to resolve it.

It’s 2026 and this app is this bad?. Login system is clunky and slow I have to hit buttons multiple times to work. The loading between every page is ridiculous and navigation makes no sense. It’s just random. It also looks terrible and I get angry everytime I have to use this app.

App not working properly. After login the page is not able to see properly and whole app itself is stuck and nothing is working.
