Do you care?. I've sent emails and no response. How hard can it be to fix only being able to view cameras while in wifi zone. DO YOU CARE!! Please fix or let everybody know what's going on. Do you not read your own reviews either.

App Exit when try to see cctv. Please.. fix this issue.. Always exit when try to open setting or open the cctv I installed on iPad with iOS 13.6

No more Push Video Alert sounds since update. I've gone thru all the settings and since this update I no longer receive the alert sound when I receive a Push Video alert. I have 3 AVN80x cameras all having same problem. They were working fine, but very fragile stability, prior to this update. Also the App Support button leads to an invalid web page.

Currently this is not compatible with IOS 8. This use to work on my iphone 5S. With the new update to IOS 8 it no longer works and just crashes when it goes to the display screen.

One star is too much for this app. Very difficult to use app, Limited functions, most control are useless , worse video quality ......One star is too much

Fix 3G compatbility. Still works on EDGE. Although unbearably slow. Need 3G working again as I'm a traveling businessman who wants to keep an eye on his stores. Will 3G ever work again?

Mpeg4. What happened to this great app? Before I updated it was working fine now I get an error saying mpeg4 not being supported. Please fix. Customers are calling me non stop. Or I will be forced to find another one. Thanks.

Update 1.0.5.7 broke app!!!. Update 1.0.5.7 took away my ability to view my cameras over a cellular network! Works only on Wi-Fi! Tried with several devices with the same results. Wi-Fi does work no matter where I am at but, now I have to hope a secure Wi-Fi is available. Please fix!!!!!

Great. Works love it when I travel or just at home beach wherever I can watch my c store fast and easy rewind the video I even watch when driving home 1 upgrade is to be able to save the video clip you download but better than all the other apps by far I have a q see system and lorex and this app and system beats them hands down thanks ken

Can not view over 3G. Before this update I was able to log in to view my cameras over wifi and 3G. After this update I can only see them on wifi. If I switch to 3G it never loads. It's all very slow when switching from one camera to the other. Please fix this issue ASAP. I run a CCTV business and all of my customers are having the same issue.

Crashes. This update crashes every time I try to open it. I rebooted but it still crashes. Use iOS 9.2.1 Please fix as I use this app multiple times a day.

Does not work with AVC760. If you have the AVC760, the only extra you have over the lite is the additional address book entries. Save your money and use the free lite. No tech support for EagleEyes Plus. Sent two emails to tech support and have not received any response.

App does not work after latest upgrade. When I went to view the camera, it said that an upgrade was available so I did the upgrade. I have not been able to view the camera since. When I go into the app and click on the camera I want to view, it immediately kicks me out of the app. How can I fix this?

Good. New update is a crash fest on my phone. The new options, latency and fluency, could use a little explaining. The user manual did not get updated to explain the new settings. A LITTLE HELP FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CAN'T GET RECORDED VIDEO TO PLAYBACK; YOU MUST USE YOUR ADMIN ACCOUNT FOR IT TO WORK.

Working good. You have to have Gestures Command on in settings to tap and go to one camera full screen. Need to be able to tap again to go back, and double tap to go to the next camera in full screen. That feature would be worth 5 stars.

Great App. Good performance increases! Much much faster response times from the original app. Please fix the quality of video options. It now auto sets the video display down from 720x480 to 352x200. If this minor issue can be fixed it'll be amazing again!

Need a update. When i used to open before new update I usually saved it on 4 or 8 channel pictures After new update it shows only save it on single channel picture It doesn't save when click On 4 or 8 channel pictures When ever open it stay on single channel picture Please fix it

It could be better.. It is amazing to be able to view cameras on a telephone for sure. However, it's the UI that isn't that well thought out. I really hope to see improvements.

Update not good!. I just did the update and now no video, only get a black screen Prior to this update my CPD761 was working fine!

iPhone 6. App doesn't work with iPhone 6. Crashes all the time trying to play recorded files or turn on push notification. Please fix it ASAP

Crashes. I have been using Eagleeyes plus since it was introduced and it has always been exceptional. Lately it crashes each time I attempt to open it. Opens then less that 1/2 second later it crashes. I find no updates on line to fix this. Please fix ASAP

Apps just crash... and exit!. The apps was working well before the iOS8 upgrade. Please help fix it asap. Issue was when we try to activate/deactivate the notification/alert switch. Seems EagleEyesHD no issue working on my iPad with iOS8.

App needs an update. I cannot view my cameras, using the app, unless I reset the box but turning the power off and on again. Then I can use the app, for a day or two, until I have to do it again. Please fix.

No difference basic or the Plus. I tried basic loved it and bought the plus. There is no difference. Event recording is not available it displays device error. All I got is the basic again for $4.99. Thanks AVTech for fooling your own customers.

No One Cares!. I was able to view my cameras on the go in 3G over AT&T, Verizon & Sprint confirmed! Today is another story, back to not being able to view. Got a response from AV and they suggested to change the port number. Still No Luck! Please Fix! Only works while connected to wifi.

Problems with OS8. According to Apple, all makers of apps were notified in advance of the new operating system. If this is so, AV Tech must not be concerned over the current problems. Doubt I will purchased any of their products in the future.

You're killing me Small's. This is or was an awesome app until last update stopped it from working 3G or 4G. It doesn't do much good if you can't see anything without wifi

It works GREAT!. The bugs are out and I love this ap! My security system is exactly how I need it to be to keep my home and family safe.

can't view recordings since latest update. used to work fine but since last ISO8 update my iPhone 5 and this app don't seem to be getting along. sure wish a update can please be sent out to fix current recording viewing problem.

Lost playback function!!!!!!!!. I cannot believe how big they screwed up as the playback functionality is gone in the paid Plus version. With the most recent function the Plus and Free versions became identical. What a steal of money !!!

Does not work as advertised. I've been using Eagleyes lite. Decided to upgrade to plus for the added features. Unfortunately it does nothing more than the lite version. I am using iOS 8.3

Garbage!! Don't BUY!!. Wasted $5 dollars for nothing. Same functions as the lite version. Made no improvements. I can't search for any specific date. I can't even zoom in. Overall garbage app. I want my money back!!!

Can not access history!!. I liked the old version, because you can review the history in an easy and fast way. I have to go to the main system now to watch any past activity.

Not working over 3G. Changing my port to 90 from 80 fixed it right away.

Latest update resort to free version. After latest update paid version resorted back to free version and lost the ability to view past recording.

Very disappointed. I have used the lite version of this app for a few years with an older avtech dev without a problem. I decided to purchase the paid full version of the app so I could watch previously recorded content. The paid full version of the app doubles and squashes the same screen in playback mode. When you try to use a different camera the app crashes. Other functions of the app are not intuitive or don’t seem to work. Very disappointed.

Always drops. Great app if it did not drop ALL the time. For 5 dollars it should work! When it does work its great!

New Update v1.0.2.5 *Fail*. Things were working pretty good till last update... Now can't see any recordings (no list at all)... Besides fixing this and some other bugs it would be nice if you could add "tap" to return to previous screen as when "tap" to go to single camera full screen... Also maybe swipe to advance though the camera views... Please Fix ASAP!!!

Noooooo!. Deja vu - updated and now it won't work again! So disappointed. Just updated and now the app won't load! Going away and now can't see the cameras when I am gone. Please fix.

Last update broke it!. Your last update (1.0.1.1) of the app has caused it to stop working??? Was okay on version before (1.0.1.0) current and old version still works okay on my iPad. iPhone with latest update no longer works. Connects to the unit okay and even changes camera views etc but no video is displayed on the iPhone, just a black screen. Have confirmed same problem on another iPhone that has not had Apple's latest firmware update installed.

Avtech give no support. App does not work with 3G, not a router issue as I can log in using Safari. Avtech have not replied to any of my emails & not replied to my submitted member ticket asking for help.

Not working on iPhone. After last update it no longer works on iPhone or iPad. I'm running on an iPhone 6 iOS 9.2.1 and it worked great prior to the latest release. Please fix asap.

3G Fix. Great app if you are only connected to Wifi. 3G fix has not fixed the problem. Still does not work.

Functional with a small flaw. Great app however one thing I note is that only one hard drive is detected, If this could be fixed to give an option to select which hard drive you could view footage from then this would be perfect for your home cctv system

Current version. When changing from one cam to the other during playback is not working

The paid one allows you to record to phone memory, duh!. What if someone broke in and stole the camera? Goodbye video footage... The paid version allows you to record streaming video immediately to phone regardless of what happens to camera! Last reviewer's input is useless...

Could use a better UI. No problem function wise. Worked as advertised. User interface need aome improvement. I kept pressing the wrong button as the wrong one 'makes more sense'.

Please fix this app!!. Although app is good for what it does, if you do not close it and just press the lock/power button it will keep running, ended up costing me $$$ on data!! Please fix this, app should have a sleep function/timer option, or behave differently if power/lock button is pressed!!!

Last update. This was a great app until the last update. Before the update it use to have a one to two second delay with minimum freezing, once I updated it, now it has three to five second delay and freezes up a lot. I use this app to watch my store while I'm away but with all the freezing I can't keep a close eye on my workers and my customers. Please fix this ASAP.also It will be great idea to swipe to switch cameras

Can’t access DVR or cameras after latest update. After the latest update I cannot access the DVR or see the camera feeds from the app, web portal or directly from the DVR. It seems that the latest update changed the username and password and I can no longer access the DVR. The original installer says this is happening to other customers and is waiting for a solution from the manufacturer. The app rendered the whole system useless and we have no camera access at this time.

Newest update worst. The newest update 01/27/16 makes it so when you try to open the app it shows the eagle and then shuts down. Good job with that!

Playback Through EagleEyes App Is No Longer Clear. Playback Through EagleEyes App Is No Longer Clear like it use to be. Before the playback was just as clear as live view but now it is blurry. I am an installer and having this problem with all my HD-TVI installations and all different smart phones. I have all settings turned up to their highest settings in the DVR and App settings. Please give the ability to watch high quality playback like before through the app.

Fix 3G. Good app but becoming bad if they don't fix ability to view via 3G.

Back button?. Missing important feature. When you select a camera and wanna go back main screen for another camera selection, you need to select the little multiple-box selection first. Annoying. But overall great CCTV system and iPhone app.

Gotta fix recording playback function. You have to fix this function ASAP. It works on ipad but doesntnwork on iphone.
