Payment accounts. The bank account I had saved was removed. Trying to charge extra fees to customers so they have to use their cards? TERRIBLE

Payment breakdown with autopay. It bothers me that I cannot see my past payment history. When I signed up for auto pay, I don’t know what my auto pay is paying because you told me in the app that I on an average pay X amount of money, and then was charged $100 over that amount, but it won’t tell me what you paid that on that’s why there’s only three stars.

Living at the reserve aka The Mickey Mouse house. I have lived at the reserve for 9 months and have had a horrible experience living here! They never call me back and when I have talked to management they seem like they have attitudes always . I have had mouse issues twice which have been horrible I had to go out and spend my money for mouse traps the first night I saw mouse because they won’t send emergency after hours for that type of issue!! And then they came to repair the holes were the mouse is coming in from there were four holes and they decided to repair two instead of all 4 holes when I asked them to repair all four the guy argued back that it was unnecessary to patch the other two holes cause that’s not were they are coming from. I had a stair that was falling off to get to my apartment a complete hazard I called and left message never got a call back regarding Issue I had to call back once again to get the issue fixed which was days later thank god I didn’t die . I had a issue with my carbon bondioxide alarm and they took “days” to give me and then just left my new one at front door instead of coming in and putting it on the dang wall. My parking spot is literallly the worst it’s right in front of the maintenance/gardening tool closet the workers constantly sit in my parking spot all the time and chill I have to wait for them to get out before parking rude!!! It’s just been a complete joke living here I def am questioning renewing my lease in January.

Terrible. I ask if my balance is accurate on the 27th told yes and then next day it’s almost 100 more. No notice of rent increases I stumbled upon it! No one tells you when maintenance is coming and takes weeks to happen when it does.

Just to Stop Being Asked. Am prompted to review this app every time I submit a maintenance request. Since I have to submit many, many maintenance requests, the prompts have become very tiresome.

Not user friendly. After putting in my bank account & wanting to make a payment it stated i cannot use it cause my bank account needs to be verified so I attempted to put it in again and and then it states no it’s in. It’s verifying my account. How how are they verifying my account I put in the information times too I did everything correct and it’s still not letting me make a payment overall I have to pay $10 more to use my credit card and that’s what I don’t want to do is pay 120 more a year to make My my rent payments 😞

Unclean exterior. I have lived here 2 months and my walkway to my apartment is horrible & has NEVER been cleaned! I have NEVER heard a blower or power washer . Animal feces line the walkway spiderwebs are on the walls. Leaves continue to pile up in the stairwell . Pigeons have nested on the roof and I even had to remove a dead bird from the walkway that sat for a week. Tamarron need to take more pride in their property !

Annoying. im sure a majority of these reviews are fake, the app is absolute trash. despite how many times you log in with the same login, press remember me, OR JUST CLOSED THE APP, YOU HAVE TO LOG IN ALL OVER AGAIN. the feed doesnt work either. it skips posts, glitches out while youre scrolling through. its severely disappointing this awful app is the only way i can immediately pay rent, otherwise id never use it again and i cant wait until i can finally delete this app

One stop shop. The app is great for all things related to renting at Westside Terrace. I pay my rent. I can submit a maintenance request. I can look at the message board. It’s easy to navigate to get things done.

Experience. Should change “OTP” to text message verify not email. Bank verification hasn’t worked and “allowed limit” to add is maxed.

Work orders. The app to submit work orders is extremely easy and self explanatory.

The Bridge at Walnut Creek. I love the location of my apartment. I can walk into down town. I also love that everything in it was brand new. We have a beautiful pool and a beautiful B-B-Q area. The parking is terrible. Beyond terrible. I have one spot and there is absolutely zero parking for guests. That is the situation all along Creekside Drive. I have to warn people that they may have to park on Main Street if the come over. When I looked at my place I was told that the garbage dumpster area I over looked was being moved. I have been here for almost two years and instead of moving it, a new gate was installed. Actually making almost more aesthetically displeasing. I really like the office staff. But corporate Decron seems unwilling to work with their tenants.

User friendly, little effort at all. This app makes paying my ridiculous high rent easy.
