Redwood. Now that i have become familiar with the app i find pretty much user friendly. Respones i get from the management team is very good.

Good App good rentals. Pretty nice to use services through app but being able to chat with a landlord is nice as well.

So far it’s 5 stars. I’m not really sure yet. Everything is gorgeous on the outside like usual but then you go in and you find out some things. A Walk through is more than just checking if your faucet turns on and a toilet flushes. I think you’d save a thousand questions and work orders if you did those silly things. Not everyone knows how to work smart technology etc. The men and and women at the office could use an attitude adjustment. So far that’s all. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, there’s a path on the complex I live in that leads towards Chippewa Lake. Which if you know that area , it’s a historic land mark city.

Very user friendly!. Super easy to download, make payments, request maintenance and get reminders too!

Dishwasher. Thanks so much. Dishwasher looks great. Door is much better and it closes very nice. It even smells better. Haven’t tried it yet but will soon. Have a good day.

Redwood App. This app does not support all of the info you really need. No access to past payments and invoices and the trash and water invoices dont give full information charges. The service needed portion is great!

No print option. I would like a print option on the screen when the reference number is displayed and payment confirmed. I would also like the option to view past payments. Neither are available on this app.

Manager overreach/oversight. In a nutshell, the current manager has “supervisoritis’ and has since his arrival. For the most part, people who can afford the rent here, do not need to be condescended to by such commentary as, ‘I’m so happy to be your neighborhood manager’ type of speak. Geesh! We just want to live....leave us be. Most of us are in transition between this temporary existence and another landing. Can’t wait to leave.

Payment. The app is convenient. But it’s very disappointing you can’t enter in your bank information manually due to some system supporting it or not making you have to pay processing fees you shouldn’t have to pay because you can’t link your checking account because it’s not in their list of banks.

Move In. Mike has been very helpful, kind and very professional with helping me move in. He has been there from beginning to end helping me every step of the way!

Love our home! And using the app is super easy.. It’s great to be able to pay rent in a minute or less! Easy to use for everything and setting up a maintenance request? A breeze! 😁

Redwood makes apartment/condo living easy. The app helps this, giving easy ways to pay rent, schedule maintenance, leave suggested and stuff like that. We have really enjoyed our time here so far tbh

Finally, a special Perk!. Considering the exorbitant/high price of rent everyone pays around here ; finally a special perk! At least gives us ease of paying rent and submitting maintenance requests etc! Way to go Redwood !!!

Great Community, Staff, & Homes. The app is a great, easy way to pay bills, send emails, put in maintenance requests, and get up to date info. The home is great for people just starting out, downsizing, or just looking for maintenance free living. (You do have to still cook & clean for yourself.). But they even have deals with various companies where you can get discounts on those things & more. I’ve lived here almost 3 years now & haven’t had any major issues. My only negative I can think of is that it is pricey but so far that hasn’t deterred me. They are building new homes (all single level) & beautiful. Come check one out!!

Redwood Delta. I would never recommend this place! Huge mistake I made. Especially for the cost. Many issues with things not working, availability of leasing agents to contact for info rarely ever answer a call let alone take a day to get back to you. Maintenance, god only knows if they truly exist to do what they are supposed to be doing. Yet when I did see them they where trailering a brand new fridge behind a golf cart meaning holding it while dragging it thru the road like old school days to another unit, it’s no wonder my main fridge door is messed up. Let alone No AC for over a month. Ridiculous!

View of bill?. Very smooth and user intuitive. But I wish I could easily find a copy of the bill and not have to reference the website to see my water usage.

Submitting Requeste. I have not had an opportunity to utilize the app fully but I placed a maintenance request today and found the process easy. I look forward to exploring the app further and reviewing some of its other features. So far, so good!

Convenience fee. Really I’m using your App to pay rental and I have to pay a convenient fee 🤬

Options for maintenance. You should have the option to add a category, one that is not listed. Also an option for the sub category.

The app is wonderful!. I have loved living in a Redwood Neighborhood in Michigan. This app is really great for setting up payments and submitting work orders. So far there has only been a few hiccups but nothing that hasn’t been worked out. I can see my monthly statements in my document section and I can see my balance, but they don’t always jive and that’s a problem. You should be able to follow adjustments and so far I have not been able to do that.

Very helpful, fast, and easy to use. Rent is easy to pay now and a maintenance request is fast in the app love it!

Love it. Kim Garcia has been so instrumental in making our recent move-in so pleasant. She is thorough, professional yet is very kind and caring when walking with potential tenants and makes the process smooth. We love the Redwoods and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, calm community of people who reside here.

Easiest Apartment App. We have lived in other complexes but this is by far the most efficient way to communicate with people! You can pay rent and make a maintenance request in seconds!

So so. When I put in a maintenance request, it doesn’t seem to be addressed as quickly as I would like it to be. There are some things that have been in the queue for over a week and never been addressed. Therefore, I don’t know if my information is being uploaded properly because I have not had any communications.

Simplicity at its finest. The Redwood app is extremely simple and easy to use. It makes everything easy, from submitting a maintenance request to paying rent.

App User-Friendly (for lack of a better term). Very easy to navigate. Color scheme & rates high in the User-Friendly category. Easy to pay your rent in just a few quick taps.

App is horrible for payments; corporate refuses to reply.. This review is of the app, not the rental community. The app consistently prompts for autopsy but doesn’t allow variable amounts, despite the fact that the water charges are variable each month. EVERY TIME you open the app, it prompts you to leave a review for a redwood. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve been trying to reach Robert Idoine, the CTO of Redwood (acc to website) via email and phone message for months, but no reply. Seems like once you sign a lease, they don’t give a fig for your experience with their app.

Rent payment. I tried for five days to pay this rent so that it was paid on time. However the account that had been stored had been removed. The new account that had been added was never verified. After five days and writing two emails and making a phone call complaining, it finally worked. However I was charged a significant late fee for problems that were not under my control. I do not use checks nor do I use PayPal or Venmo or any of those things. I have it directly taken from my bank account.I do not believe I should have been charged a late charge and expect to get that payment returned.

Quick and easy. Easier than logging on to the website from my computer.

Kinda gets the job done. I’m able to review my lease, pay my rent and place maintenance requests easily from the app. My biggest complaint is within the payments section, please include my monthly rent due, what was paid in the past so that I don’t have to play a guessing game before the first of the month or look through lease each month. This is difficult when more than one person contributes to the rent and you need to figure out each person’s portion.

Maintenance. Repairs and issues have been handled quickly and really like our staff. They are friendly people and work diligently

Overall request. You all do a great job and make this a safe and beautiful place to live. Your timeliness in service request is great.

Mike is amazing!. I am a new resident here at Redwood Dublin and submitted my first maintenance request a few days ago. Mike contacted me in a timely manner and was very thorough and personable when he came over to assist me. He asked if there was anything else that he could help us with while he was here, and was just an absolute joy to work with. He is another reason why I am so so happy to be a part of this community.

Canceling a request. I did not see a simple way to cancel a in process previous request.

Easy To Use. I’m an “app” person, so having this tool available is great!

Loading Issue. Always have issues paying rent on the app. It doesn’t load and doesn’t except payment and have to do it the next day. Also the app doesn’t break down the bill and have to Login on the website to see the bill

I love my unit F. I hate just paying rent, but I love having the maintenance man no taxes no upkeep no homeowners insurance along with all the other things that come with homeownership I’m only here for 15 months, but this may be my forever home if I can figure out how I could manage it! I just moved in September 1 and it feels like I’ve looked here and I’ve enjoyed every second of it

Maintenance request:. North Canton Redwood has a top notch system in place for requesting maintenance. I appreciate how easy it is to use. Not being techno savy, even I learned how to follow steps to make a request. Without a doubt, this is just one more of many ways our North Canton Management stays on top of matters and consequently is HOME to so many totally satisfied and happy residents. Redwood App. So far we haven’t had any problems with the app. We have had to put in two maintenance requests and it’s easy to do and we were contacted in a timely manner. Paying the monthly rent on the app is convenient.

Redwood App. Terrible communication with this app/apartment. Maintenance requests get submitted but there’s no communication on when they plan to come out, when they actually come, or what they did when they did come. Just a survey after asking how they did after.

Cumbersome at best.. Slow, cumbersome, not inclusive. So many improvements needed. However its all you ge when you rent at redwood. Looks great on the surface but little substance behind the facade.

Not user friendly. Password info saves weird in apple’s password memorization app. Auto pay setup is in inconvenient at best. Having to enter a name to submit this review doesn’t help.

i find it confusing. I am 64 yrs old and thought I understood programs I get confused on how to set up auto pay and thennthe utilities the amount on utilities changes monthly

Can’t transfer from one redwood to another. I move from one redwood to another and had to set up a whole new account because the app can’t transfer. That’s a pretty ugly bug in the program.
