T-Life Comments & Reviews 2026
Worst service. After a decade of being with T-Mobile, I decided to not put up with dropping signal, and poor customer service, so I decided to start anew with a whole new number, no porting. I was on my last day of the bill cycle so I wanted the number canceled by the end of the day because you know I paid for that service and I needed enough time to remove 2-factor authentication from bank accounts and such. Well I used the chat on this app and she told me it wouldn’t be canceled till the end of day but as soon as that chat ended I got SOS as my signal bars. So they lied to me and I had to waist my time and money to fix her error. Nobody at T-Mobile could help just pointing blame and telling me to go to store if I wanted my number back for a couple hours to remove that 2-factor from like 30 different accounts. I was so heated and vented to one of the supervisor and she scoffed and told me either do it or don’t. After being with T-Mobile for so long, especially after the last few interactions, I will never go back and I will promote against them. Just to rub it into tmobiles face Visible service is wayyy better for literally more than half the cost.
T-Mobile we got a problem you can’t use the chat anymore for some reason you can’t talk to a human. Yeah, what happened to where when you press the chat icon, you get a real person on the other end chatting back with you why is it now AI I think that’s crazy and I’ll tell you. It’s not a good thing at all. I’m mean I used to love when I needed to talk to T-Mobile on the app. I would be able to click in talk to a human person. Wait a couple of minutes and they respond now with this new AI thing. I hope this ain’t permanent cause now I can’t ask what I want and show pictures of what I was going to show for certain things. Hopefully you fix this ASAP because I think it’s absolutely wild that you’ve gone to this. T-Mobile supposed to be taking steps forward in the cell phone company not backwards not taking away things we love.
More of a gimmick than a useful app?. When I first downloaded the earlier versions of what is now called the “T-Life” app, it seemed that there were A LOT more coupons, discounts and deals that appealed to a broad spectrum of T-Mobile users. For example, there appeared to be more offers and deals that would appeal to all age groups and audiences, such as offers for discounts on ANY movie at a given theater group. Now the app just offers discounts on ONE movie that primarily draws the attention of young adults. I’m very disappointed that, over the past few years, the T-Life app has increasingly focused on offers that most people over the age of 40 are less likely to find interesting. It’s as if T-Mobile is intentionally focusing ONLY on its customers in their 20s to early 30s. Why? I know plenty of people in their late 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s who use T-Mobile. Another reason for my low rating of the T-Life app is because the app has gotten a lot more stingy on what deals it offers. Most seem pretty lousy, compared to those of their competitors. I no longer make sure that I check the T-Life app for deals every Tuesday because there simply aren’t many that appeal to me or most people I know anymore. I hope T-Mobile improves the offers on the app soon or I’ll stop using it completely.
Bud Light, Target?. Different situations with similar results. T-mobile developers just trashed a good portion of T-mobile’s loyal customers by excluding iPhone 7 or lower and any iPhone running an iOS lower than 16 from accessing T-mobile Tuesday, now found in T LIFE. Verizon & AT&T will have long lines when they offer ex T-mobile customers an incentive to switch carriers. To the genius who thought up this scam to force customers to buy new iPhones for the sake of offers that are nothing like they used to be, why not leave the old T-mobile Tuesday app in the App Store as a stand alone app for those who can’t afford or have no need for expensive new iPhones or inflated contracts. This is nothing more than a way for T-mobile to force 5G on customers with no need for 5G and secondly to force a valueless trade in of your old iPhone for a profitable sale in a 3rd world country. I feel like I’m in that “Basket Of Deplorables”. The game hasn’t worked the since switching to T Life on an iPhone running iOS 16. All it does is ask for referrals for extra points. The game did work on an iPhone running iOS 15 last week. T-mobile is making me question moving all my lines to another carrier since the seem to be one of the big boys now and no longer provide the service that makes you feel comfortable and at good about your choice of carrier.
Older iPhone customers disregarded by this app. Since the new update to this app, it does not allow older iPhone devices to download to continue having access to TMobile Tuesday offers. For example, my iPhone 7+ is up to date at iOS 15.8.1. However, this app requires iOS 16.0. If I could afford a newer model phone I would have done so by now but it’s not at the top of my priority list. Life is life-ing and I have other major obligations. My issue with the app developer and the marketing team of T-Mobile is the lack of consideration for those of us who have older iPhones. At the least, they could have sent out a notification in advance to let us know the impact of the app update and/or at least expressed some type of acknowledgement that we still matter as customers also. Now my outlook is why should I stay with a company that shows me I don’t matter? Especially when I could actually switch to another WCP and pay less for a plan with multiple phone lines and be able to add a new phone as well. I don’t see a point to stick around if I can’t access the benefits that are supposed to come along with me being a TMobile customer. Someone dropped the ball on this issue to totally disregard a certain group of customers being taken in consideration. Really disappointed.
I love T Mobile. I live in a small town in Tennessee, and my home is so deep in the country that we can’t even get cable tv. I probably called 15 other companies that offer WiFi before the T-Mobile store was built in town and NOBODY would come all the way to my house so I could have WiFi even tho the 5G fiber optic line is literally in my back yard. So I called T-Mobile after the store was built and the very next day they told me I can come pick up my WiFi box. I went and got it and we haven’t had the first issue with service or anything. Their customer service is top notch and I wouldn’t have any other WiFi service even if they paid me to use their service. It’s not everyday that a person gets this good of service in the middle of nowhere for $55 a month!! Thanks TMobile, you have lifelong customers right here.
T-Mobile Price Hike. I received a in an email informing me that on April 2 my monthly payments will increase by $5. Your excuse is that for a decade you have not raised your monthly payments. Well may I remind you and your that I have been your loyal paying customer for 10 years and five months and 19 days. Incidentally I am on Disability at this time. So according to your philosophy does it every decade T-Mobile will increase customers monthly payments??? Well I don’t understand that mathematics. But it means that in my current situation I shall seek another cellular network that I can afford. It’s a shame to be disappointed just have been praising T-Mobile for being there for me all theses years. In fact all this week I have been trying to locate the phone number for your corporate office in Washington so that I could ask to be an Ambassador for T-Mobile. I happen to be a Hollywood SAG-ACTOR in good standing for over 30 years. I believe I will be a great Ambassador for T-Mobile because I have so much great things to tell the world about how good and welcoming T-Mobile has been to me. In the meantime could you help me with your corporate headquarters phone number? Much appreciated!!!
App doesn’t benefit sync up watch users. They forced us to use this app by moving the kids sync up watch onto this. T-Mobile trying to jam everything into one app. Now the ability to track child’s watch is almost none existent now. That part of the app auto logs you out all the time so then you don’t receive the alerts if the watch has left the virtual boundary. Can no longer do live tracking, when you try it takes the app several minutes (at least 5) to even start the tracking and sometimes it errors out and won’t track at all. Same thing with refreshing the location to check when the watch currently is. The whole reason we got this watch was for the ability to track child while they are on bus to/from home and while the child is out of home. The previous app rarely had issues and was far more user friendly. This app is just to show you ads and get you to add or buy more things from T-Mobile. Once the watch is paid off we will be moving away from this company.
Don’t like my plan. Hello, i’ve been a customer for a very long time and for sometime now I have found the rates I am paying for cell phone service much too expensive and I would like to hopefully negotiate a new contract in terms to continue my business with T-Mobile. otherwise I will be looking to find a more affordable cell phone provider asap. I will say that the customer service at T-Mobile is the best I’ve ever had with my cell phone company experience, however my bill is way too much. And it’s been like that for a while and to be quite honest I feel that it would be nice to get not only my bill lowered, but perhaps some kickbacks to recover financially from how much money I’ve been spending the last couple years. Like I said, I’ve stuck with you guys because I do feel your customer service is the best. However, the amount of money I’ve had to spend every month is not affordable and has not been easy to budget at all. Thank you!
T-Mobile Tuesday not available for older phones. Unfair to change the iOS compatibility to 16.0 when you have current customers on 15.8.2 No discount provided, for no access to benefits paid for on monthly bill, and no one bothers to create the website access for us customers. A real let down from the company to not consider all the customers and only focus on customers with new phones to reap the full benefits. Shopping around for a company that considers all parameters and doesn’t leave their customers in the dark. Per the tech dept, no change to come, in fact he just discovered today that the app is not compatible with 12.0 iOS and higher like it said in his system but rather 16.0 iOS and higher as I kept explaining. Go ahead and listen to our call, so much for tech support. “No” should never be the answer to a customer when they are not being out of line or unrealistic. This is bad customer service, T-Mobile.
Ads but no support. I pay for 250mbps speeds and it’s been throttled down month to month down to 5!!!!!! There’s not option to run a speed test, or any way to check for outages or submit a support ticket within the app. It’s basically just ads for coupons. The only useful thing you can do with the app is to create alternate access points. The options for that are very limited as well, because even set to 2.4hz my air purifier and Wi-Fi printer can’t seem to recognize the network. It’s hard to even navigate to the useful pages because promotions are just front and center. I switched to T-Mobile because my provider only offered 25mbps, but at least that speed was reliable. Now I am lucky to get 10. I have to use my cell phone data at home rather than the Wi-Fi and my kids struggle with homework!!! I work from home online so T-Mobile was probably the worst choice I could have made. The only solution they offered was a new router with the same problem. I was getting 300mbps when I activated and it’s been throttled down to 3mbps over time!!! The app is useless for anything other than scanning promo codes for hotel discounts. Super disappointed in T-Mobile and the functionality this app as well.
Hidden Charges. I recently upgraded two phones on my account. T-mobile promised me a competitive trade in for my old iPhone pro. Then they overcharged me every month. Now they have charged $200 over the value of the phone I have now minus the trade in. I’ve called customer services every month for a series of months and I keep getting promises for a resolution, but there isn’t one. The app shows no details about what I’m being charged for on my bill. I don’t care about pizza, or hotels, or whatever. I just want an honest service, customer service that can answer my queries, and a transparent bill. In a world of ai and high efficiency, how is it that things are getting harder and more confusing for the consumer and easier for advertisers? Greed and manipulation seems to be the answer. I would love for T-mobile to step up and resolve the issue. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint soon. I went from loving their customer service to feeling frustrated about paying for phone protections that I had no idea I had (no way to access this information on the app), and now overpaying for what seemed like too good of a deal to be true. I’ve got one more year in contract for these phones and then I will be looking for a competitor to handle my service needs.
T Life App. I do not find this App to be very user friendly. I also have NEVER gotten or won ANYTHING in 3 years (this account/ 5yrs previous acct) as a T-Mobile customer. Not even a window sticker to give free advertisement or anything. I find T-Mobile to be really big on flashy commercials and ads and really ZILCH on the real reality time of actually giving to customers. I don’t even get all of the supposed “perks” that go with my account that I obviously pay for every month and yet every time I have tried to address this with customer care they either say it is fixed and I find out it isn’t or they say that they aren’t sure how to fix it and they push me off to someone else…. For example I am still waiting for resolution to my supposed free AAA roadside assistance and my supposed free Netflix…… neither issue has been resolved and I am going on my second year of MYSELF paying for my AAA and every month I also pay Netflix still…… I don’t understand and I don’t feel like it should be advertised as a “perk” to make cell plan and this be the ongoing reality with nobody yet to help resolve it for me FOR REAL!!! I hate to complain but I am tired of feeling taken advantage of and lied to about what is included in my monthly cell plan that is NOT cheap or discounted by any means……
Needs work. The app is the replacement for the store front. I have nothing but problems when I’m already having problems. I had a deal on internet and they overcharged me for months because it was on a separate account that no longer existed but it never appeared on the app only way I caught it was a paper statement the happened to send to my house that said I was charged almost 70 when I set it up for 35. The app didn’t help so I just called customer service. They used to be U.S. based but now the hire Indians I can’t understand. My wife who grew up in Pakistan can’t even understand what they are saying half the time. They couldn’t fix the issue in store and the internet couldn’t be moved to my account because it was in my dads name for some reason and he hasn’t been with t mobile for almost 4 years now (I got the WiFi 7 months ago). So I had to return it and order a new one on the app but still didn’t get a refund of the 35 dollar overcharge I was receiving over the 7 months. And on top of it I was supposed to get a $300 Visa card and I apparently don’t qualify which not once have I ever qualified for those so the whole rebate thing is a scam. I’ve been with t mobile for almost 12 years now and I used to love them but lately they have gone down hill. Fix it t mobile id hate to leave but I can’t afford the mistakes
Took a not great app and made it worse. I used the Kids Sync Up app in conjunction with my son’s watch. It wasn’t the best, but for the most part worked ok. Then they got rid of that app and forced us to use this app instead, and I HATE it. First of all, despite always selecting “remember me,” I have to log in every time I want to check his battery level or location or whatever. Secondly, it doesn’t refresh the location on demand, which is a problem when I need to know where he is now, not 25 minutes ago. Then I just went on a wild goose chase because it was showing the location as a place we were at this morning & not where my kid is now, so I thought he left it behind. Finally, after searching unsuccessfully, we were able to confirm he does have it with him (it was muted, so we couldn’t just call it), although it is still (after automatically refreshing again) showing as being at a different location. This app “upgrade” has made one of the primary features we bought the watch for virtually useless. Extremely disappointed.
Tuesday is the new Friday. Most people that work Monday through Friday, think Friday is the best day. We all know Monday, you’re beat …Thursday could be payday or at least the day before payday or at least every other week. Wednesday is hump day…but now a T-Mobile Tuesday is the best day! My whole family looks forward to seeing what’s on the Tuesday app and if I get busy and I forget to look, I’ll have one of my kids say hey look you get free socks or you get a beach blanket or you get free ice cream or 30% off retail or $25 to Goldbelly (An awesome online food service that brings you food from all over like you’re in New Jersey and you want Chicago Pizza you got it, you want to have that special steak they make out in Vegas you got it…do you want shoofly pie from Amish country, it’s at your door).Want some money off of gas, how about $.25 a gallon off from Shell. Yes it’s that great no other phone company does this, no way! It is the best part of T-Mobile …actually the price is great, the service is great, the coverage is great, this is just the cherry on top…of this weeks free ice cream cone. Former 25 year Verizon customer
Geared towards new customers paying higher fees. When this app was first introduced to T-mobile customers, I was thrilled because they offered so many great things but as the weeks and months went by, their offers significantly changed and became limited to just customers with specific plans, completely eliminating the rest of the customers. For example, a year of AAA service can’t be activated by anyone on planned order than two years. Hilton honors is another “offer“ that’s limited to newer customers. That’s only a couple of the many things they offer that loyal customers can’t even take advantage of. Other offers include places that aren’t even in the same state therefore are completely useless. I hate to sound ungrateful for things that are just given, but it’s quite frustrating when they limit these things to their newer customers due to those customers paying significantly more than their older loyal customers. I used to post regularly on social media about how great T-mobile was but I think they received too much of that and let it get to their head.
Poor User Experience. It is non-obvious how to do the most basic things. I ran out of data and wanted to purchase an additional pass. There is no clear place to do this. On the ‘Manage’ page I get a message saying I have “limited access” to my account, with no clear information on how to proceed except a broken link. Why are plans not part of the “Shop” page? Why is there no search? I ended up having to go navigate the web application in my phone browser, which is also irritating because there’s so many menu items, and you need to fumble around to find what you’re looking for, and all sorts of issues with navigation: you open up a menu, and part of it is hidden, but if you try and scroll to the option you want the menu disappears. On a mobile browser, the search bar is off screen and you cant see what you’re typing. I don’t see what the app could be useful for. The rewards thing is irritating, and no we don’t want to buy phones off your app. Why does it keep pestering me for my location both on and off the app??? Poor engineering, poor concept, just completely annoying. I am a 22 year old college student by the way.
Unacceptable! App doesn’t allow me to view my postpaid account info in the app. My T mobile account is connected to both a prepaid and postpaid account. However when logging in to the app, I select the postpaid account in the account selection screen (it says I can switch at any time) but I can’t access half the features in the app with the app saying that my account has “Limited Digital Access”. This forces me to use the website, which works, but is not optimized for mobile. They should really fix this because I would like to view my bill details, view account info, and more, from the app, and not be forced to use the website on mobile. And I can’t find the option to switch between my postpaid and prepaid accounts in the app when it says I can at any time. This feels unfinished and I am disappointed that T mobile has no ironed this out. Customer support just told me to use the website but this is utterly unacceptable, they didn’t say that they’ll try to fix the app but instead tell me to use the website. Is this how t mobile treats their customers? This app was supposed to save time and be an easy way to view your account, that sounds great and all, except it doesn’t work. Please fix the app, thank you.
T-Mobile Tuesday’s are Great!. I always loved the magazine subscriptions and branded T-Mobile items. Some deals are useful some aren’t. But either way it’s free and that’s nice especially when it’s not necessary for a phone company to give you free non phone deals. Anyways a previous review mentioned the lack of T-Mobile branded items as of late. I’m pretty sure that’s due to Covid and the fact that many regions were in shutdown so T-Mobile couldn’t have customers coming into the store. Anyways they have branded items again. Last week was a branded face mask. I’ve had T-Mobile for years not every week is a branded item. Also that previous review from another customer mentioned Verizon having local deals of some sort I can almost confirm those are taken from Groupon. So that’s kinda lame. Anyways the only coupon that often is anyways on the site of the coupon offered is Shutterfly. I really enjoy T-Mobile Tuesday’s. Happy T-Mobile Tuesday everyone!
Connecting to SyncUp GPS is WAY too slow! PLEASE Give SyncUp Parents their app back!. The old SyncUp app for the kids watch was WAYYY better. I could check it at any time and refresh location and live track my child quickly. However.. this new app is EXTREMELY slow, there are several more buttons to click to just see my kid’s location I have to login every time i want to check the location AND once I do FINALLY connect, it’s VERY slow and lags a lot.. In addition, I can no longer zoom in to see what street my child is even on and can only see a broad view of the general area with no way to zoom in.. and by the time i finally get her general location, she has basically already arrived to where she is going. If i want to check if she has been picked up or boarded her bus, it will take me at least FIVE minutes OR MORE before it finally connects so I have to plan ahead.. can’t just check in real quick whenever.. PLEASE Give SyncUp Parents their app back! THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! As a single mom I rely on this watch to quickly and accurately connect and give me her GPS location! This is a child’s safety being compromised and it’s not worth it!… If these issues continue then I will unfortunately be forced to switch carriers to find an alternative watch that is safer for me and my child.
Free stuff is great.... Just an FYI for anyone looking at this for relevant, recent information, in the App Store this app shows an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars. In the month of August 2020, there were 81 total reviews written for the app, and the average of those written reviews is 2.01 out of 5 stars. That might get you an indication of real user experience. I have had this app for about 2 months now, and although free stuff in general is a good thing, as mentioned before, some of the giveaways are useful, some aren’t really. New things are presented every week, and every week there’s an issue with one of the giveaways. One week it was food at Popeyes, only you had to order online, and to stop people from getting free food, individual Popeyes franchise owners turned off online ordering and many refused to honor the deal. I’ve run into issues and errors playing the games that are offered 4 of the 8 weeks I have had the app. Much of the “giveaways” that are offered are just standardized discounts for retail goods. Some are just an advertisement for travel booking companies (there’s no real offer to redeem, it’s just “save up to 40% on hotels by booking with...” from what I have heard, this used to be a really great feature to being a t-mobile customer. I haven’t gotten anything really beneficial out of it outside of a couple redbox 1 night rentals.
Bad union between T money and t life. I’ve been using T-Mobile money since when they first initiated the service. Love how the app was crated. Customer support and etc. I know with the union they are creating with t life is to have all T-Mobile things in one spot. I know I should not judge since it barely started this week but I am really un happy with the union. I feel like it was not really thought out. First T life takes a bit to load since it gathering all the things the app does. Compared to T-Mobile money app I was in within 5 seconds. Next to access your account/ balance on T life I have to go through authentication twice. One to access app and another my account. Then the account page is very dull. It looks like with all the time they had to set up the change over. They didn’t really put effort into setting up the page like we had with the t mobile money app. Honestly bad initiation. Of course to each their own opinion. But if T-Mobile was going to do this change. They should have put a decent amount of effort like they usually do. Especially if you’re trying to access your account. I can do by skipping all the other stuff and just go straight to my account.
Used to be really great.... When we first joined t mobile, we were very impressed that they offered the freebies as a thanks for being a customer. However, after only a few months of actual good offers, they switched what they were offering, and now it’s usually either junk, or token discounts off of things we would never use or buy anyway. I was very disappointed that they changed it, because we added my husband on and talked several people into switching to T-Mobile because of this “going the extra mile” mentality that we thought the company had. We’re not on social media, so can now no longer participate in their games, since now the only way to do that is to allow them advertising via your media pages, and the things like $4 atom movie tickets are only good for the movie of T-Mobile’s choice, not mine, and the ones they choose aren’t ones I’d go see, even for four dollars. Why not give the customer the option to choose their own movie?? If a $4 movie ticket is being offered, what difference does it make which movie we choose? Anyway, the service has gotten so poor that half the time we don’t even bother to check it anymore. When we do, it’s a quick scroll down to realize nothing useful is being offered and we can’t participate in the games without social media, so there’s nothing unique anymore about being a T-Mobile customer.
Happier Customer Here. Previously I listed issues with the app and with customer service. I feel the issues were primarily as a result of T-Mobil (as a whole). However, I also concede at one point I lacked understanding of how the process worked, my card expired without me realizing and affected my Internet services, and several miscommunications occurred. Over a series of messaging sessions things were sorted out satisfactorily and the T-Mobile CSR rep was helpful. Since T-Mobile reps made efforts to assist me and actually did help me, I feel it’s only right to change my mind and update my review about the company. I’m currently much happier with their services and the app is helpful when it works with my Gateway as intended. I don’t have any comments, positive or negative, about their “perks” and/or gifts/giveaways. I didn’t download the app for that purpose, though I do intend on checking those out. My review is related to the app features directly related to the Gateway and account management aspects/usages.
What the factual duck? More like T-Laugh. If we thought, between data breaches, aggressive personal data collection, and terribly designed and performing apps, that T-Mobile had to have bottomed out and have nowhere to go but up ... we'd be wrong. T-Mobile is retiring the app customers need to just manage our account and bill, only to force us over to an in-our-face marketing tool and thinly veneered data harvesting platform. (Of course, they promise to protect our data, but they've already shown they're not very good at that). This new app asks for permission to share location ("so we can offer you deals") and contacts ("so we can show you their contact photos") and says "Please always allow". This is complete balderdash ... they already have our location via cell tower, why do they need our precise location!? And they already have all our text and call data, so why this new need for all my contacts!? Beyond that, as other reviewers have noted, the "Benefits" screen is not only illegible, but likely to trigger a seizure, or at least a migraine, due to the rapidly moving and flashing display. Great quality control for your app, T-Mobile. I am beginning to think T-GetALife is nothing but poorly disguised malware.
T-Mobile Tuesday Deals. We LOVE T-Mobile Tuesday! Maybe the offers can be based on locations or regions. We live in Los Angeles County and a lot of the deals are not applicable. For example pretzels, the closest vendor did not accept the deal, same for the Carls specials and when we found one that did, they only accepted it on the Tuesday (only one day) and between 3-5 even if the deal lasted for a week. Same for Kroegers. They've closed the Ralphs. ADunkin Donuts finally opened 8 miles from us so now we will use the offer if we are going to be in the area. We love the free t-mobile items but so do others. We tried to get the beanie but we were out of town andby the time we got to the closest store, they were out. So if you work, you need to go during your break or lunchtime because by the end of day, they are out! Overall, we love T-mobile Tuesday and we remind our friends especially when it is something we think they will enjoy. Great job by the team who puts this together!
App is Bad. I would NOT recommend using T-Mobile for internet service. The internet is not that great, but most of all the App is not user friendly. EVERYTIME you click the app, the app changes. When you log in, it asks for a specific log in. This time it was T-Mobile ID. I'm like ok what is my T-Mobile ID? Is it my email? If that's the case just say "email" then "password". Is it my WiFi name? Nope not that either. Is it my phone number? Nope because T-Mobile decides they want to give you a "fake" phone number to access your account. But, that's not the T-Mobile ID either. This is 2025. We don't even memorize phone numbers like we did back in the day. Needless to say, I can't access my account because nothing is working to log in. Having to call T-Mobile everytime and giving them this fake # to access the account is annoying. Then when you bring up the app again, it says something different this time. We live in a world of convenience. I put everything in my notes on my iPhone so I can quickly refer to the information I need, so under T-Mobile there's only the fake # listed. I say that to say, when it comes to logging in, it has to be a familiarity. So if is not my WiFi names, not my email, not the T-Mobile fake number, what is it? I clicked on "Forgot your password " so I can just get all the info. They told me this account was already created but wouldn't give me the info I need to get back in. It's just too much to text. DON'T GET IT!! Is my point. Shouldn't be this hard.
What’s the point?. I’m confused as to why exactly I was so encouraged by T-Mobile to download this app… How can an app on an iPhone 14 Pro, which is up-to-date and the app itself be up-to-date harass me with constant notifications all the time yet still not even OPEN?? Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. However really, I’ve gotten little to no use from the “deals”. Yet, the app is still pushed as TM is seemingly wanting to phase out all their 10 million other apps and consolidate. I recently had an unrelated issue with my home internet. I was on the phone with tech support reps forever. I made the comment about how I had been hesitant to delete my TM Home Internet app, that deals exclusively with just my internet connection. Surprisingly, in contradiction to all the other reps I’ve spoken to, he told me “no! don’t delete that one! I know what they say, but you need to keep it!” And I think I’m just going to delete T-Life and keep my Internet app. For that matter, my plain T-Mobile app isn’t working either and I have to either call, text or use the website. Waste of space.
Not happy. I have been a customer with Sprint/t mobile for over 17 years. I have had the Everthing data share plan for the entire17 years. It was told to me over the years by many employees to never change or let myself be talked into changing from this plan because I was grandfathered in to it meaning they could never force me to leave the plan and the price could never be changed. Recently I got a text from T mobile saying all the lines on my account would be going up $5 a month per line, which in my case is $35 a month. Which comes to $420 a year. Today I called in to dispute this because I have been told for over 17 years this could not happen. Also, the gentleman told me he would not have ever changed plans either because there would not be a cheaper plan. The answer I received was that t mobile decided that their word doesn’t mean anything and they decided that even accounts that have been grandfathered in will have an increase because the price I’m paying doesn’t cover their cost. They obviously don’t get the concept of being grandfathered in nor the loyalty of a customer. I went as high up as I could but they no longer have a loyalty department and if wanting to continue to dispute was given a snail mail address or a fax number to contact. What a joke, how convenient for the higher ups to set it up for themselves to not need to defend their unfair and indefensible decisions!
App rarely loads & too many ads. First, I am already a customer, hence having this app. Why do you think I want to be faced with so many ads for additional products every time I open this app? I am going into the app to view my account, so give me that info on the Home Screen. Next, it’s not immediately clear where to go within the app to get the info I’m looking for, you have to search the screen for where to click. It’s not an intuitive user interface/experience. Again, probably because you guys care more about selling your products than actually helping the customer. When I do try to view my bill in the app I am FREQUENTLY met with a blank white screen that refuses to load anything, I usually have to try several times or close out the app and re-open to get it to show my bill. I have been trying for several minutes to view my bill and it won’t show anything except the X in the upper right corner and the back arrow in the upper left. It also will not let me view my current usage if I try to do that in the app, it says they are experiencing issues loading that info. Yet all of the ads in the app seem to be displaying perfectly fine! Maybe focus on your quality a little more and less on your ad banners??
T-Life is T-Worthless. Apparently the days of upgrading your phone at a T-Mobile store with an employee who has full access to your profile are over. You can only upgrade your phone through this app now, and it is a step backwards in the simplicity of what I had been used to for the past 10 years. I assure you that I am a millennial and not some boomer yelling at the sky because the employees at a brick and mortar store can’t perform something that should be simple. The upgrade process on this app is buggy and inferior to the ways of the past. The app acts as if there are no stores within a 20 mile radius while I know for a fact there are at least 3 stores in my area. I had to walk into a store to just find out if they had any phones at all, which kinda defeats the purpose of the app. If they want to go this route they should just abandon all of their buildings, save the rent and salaries, and utilize locked drop boxes around the country. I really didn’t think it was possible to make upgrading a phone less user-friendly until I experienced T-Life.
Impossible to do business. T-Mobile makes it very hard to do business with them. A simple phone upgrade has taken way to long and to much of a hassle for it to even be worth it. I spoke with customer service looking for an iPhone 16 pro 512gb in store that I can pick up, after a long time of the person reaching out to multiple stores I was made aware that anything above 128 gb is considered "Custom” and needs to be ordered from customer service. A week later and I’m still waiting for my “Custom” phone to be shipped. Also went to exchange a different phone for a different color and as soon as I walked in the store the representative made me feel like I was bothering them by asking to swap an unopened phone for a different color. His words were without looking “We probably don’t have that” I advised I called before hand and he came back out with the color requested he got snarky and said it’s going to be $70 restocking fee. For what? For you walking in the back and back out? Called customer service and they waived the fee and still waiting for that phone as well. Quit trying to sell me sandwiches and bank accounts Tmobile and sell what customers come to you for, phones… just phones.
Thanks for nothing. As a long-time subscriber, I've seen the ebbs and flows of T-Mobile's customer service and was initially excited about their T-Mobile Tuesday initiative. However, it's clear that T-Mobile has severely underinvested in the development and maintenance of their T-Mobile Tuesday app, leaving loyal customers, like myself, feeling more neglected than thanked. The app's interface is unimpressive, lacking intuitiveness and fluidity which, for a company priding itself on cutting-edge tech, is surprisingly outdated. The promised rewards often fail to deliver, as error messages and 'deal expired' notifications seem to be more frequent than actual usable offers. T-Mobile has missed an opportunity to genuinely thank its customers. Instead of providing value, this app is little more than a digital ghost town of unfulfilled promises and frustrating glitches. With the resources at their disposal, T-Mobile could and should do better. After all, gratitude, much like customer loyalty, should never be taken for granted.
Locked Out of App after canceling service. We signed up for cellular service with T-Mobile entering into a two-year agreement. When we signed up, we received a discount for auto pay, which was set up via credit card. It also included some fringe benefits, like Netflix partway through the two year contract, T-Mobile change the terms of the agreement, but I could not quit or change. How can they change the terms, and I can’t? They changed auto payment to require to debit directly from a bank account, with a massive increase of $50 per month if I continue to pay via credit card. I had called customer service and spent three hours on the line, and they promised to honor the original agreement. However, I was charged $50 anyway. When I called again to complain, I was told I would receive a credit and could continue to pay via credit card. Guess what happened? No credit I eventually gave in and switched to paying via my bank account, but I should not have had to. The second breach of their agreement was when they switched from including Netflix with no ads to Netflix with ads. What’s the point of Netflix with ads? Now, I have finally completed my two year indentured, servitude and canceled my service. Thank goodness, but they immediately blocked my access to the T-Mobile app or the online app, so I cannot access bills and statements which I need for my record records. All in all, I do not recommend T-Mobile to anyone, their service their app, their anything. Run away.
It’s free, but.... Let me start off by saying I used to love this app. There used to be great prizes, and spinning the wheel or whatever else was exciting. Even the small prizes like one free donut were good. Now that has all gone downhill. It’s great they’re still giving out free stuff, but if the purpose is to reward and entertain loyal customers, this app has become a bust. The minigames are gone, replaced by having to tweet things to enter a giveaway instead. Fun, free prizes are gone, replaced by discounts or BOGO offers. It used to feel like T-Mobile was seeking out the best sponsors to do the best giveaways they could. Now it feels like companies are using this app to get us to spend money with them. Despite my 1-Star review, I’m sure for some people this is a great app. I think that it should continue to exist and function, even in its current state. That being said, I get the feeling many people are disappointed in the turn this app took (myself included) and I wish it would go back to the way it was. I recommend everyone try this app out, maybe you’ll be one of the people who love it. However, if you’re disappointed by the “prizes” like me, just uninstall, it’s not even worth the storage space on your phone.
Rip off Travel and other rental offers !. I have used this app for years now and they have steadily declined in value of their offers and not to Mention the worthless scam they run with 3rd party travel agencies that operate like some one working out of a garage and they label it as concierge when there is nothing concierge about the agency they work with. I searched that agency and found zero offices for it..it’s a sham front agency so don’t take their travel or car rental services or anything they don’t belong in for that matter given they are a mobile service provider and trying to supplement their income by these unreliable and trust less agencies of service. Also if you know they once offered 10 cents with shell which would become 15 cents with your existing gold status with shell however now they are cutting corners and offering 5 cents per gallon in reality and advertising as if they still offer 10 cents when the other 5 cents are your own good status privileges you get by default for joining shell so they false advertise it as if they offer 10 cents which is untrue and you note that when you click on their 10 cent banner ad in the app. Overall this is not worth it for mere dollar or two savings when the risks of getting ripped offer are higher and all in their favor. DONT GET PLAYED ! Dump this app and move on !
Do NOT use travel deals. In general, I can get a free smoothie here and there and it’s nice to randomly get $5 off something or a couple of pictures. So by all means the weekly stuff isn’t bad. But all of their claims about 30%ski tickets or 40% off car rentals or hotels or whatever it is…they usually give you like a %6 discount max. AND if you have problems the customer service is not accommodating at all, albeit at least they aren’t rude. But they are not great to work with. I read all the fine print for a rental car before I got it, I knew it was nonrefundable, but there was nothing at all that specified it couldn’t be changed or modified…and then AFTER I bought the reservation they sent in an email saying it couldn’t be changed…our flight got cancelled and there was literally nothing we could do but the customer service didn’t care one bit. How nice of them to sneak in that nonchangeable clause only after the fact. We’ve tried these types of packages a few times and have never had a great experience, it’s definitely not worth it.
Does literally nothing.. After 8 years of the old app being *almost* completely nonfunctional for prepaid customers, I didn’t have my hopes set too high for this new app. But when the “legacy” app stopped doing anything at all, I decided to try this one. Logged in and saw five tabs at the bottom of the screen, none of which did the one and only thing I need (manage my account). “Home” is just ads for things that are not the one product I need from T-Mobile (which is cellular voice and data service, obviously). “Tuesdays” just gives me a message that my phone number isn’t eligible for “perks.” That’s fine, I didn’t ask for perks. “Connect” looks like it’s for if I wanted to let T-Mobile access my WiFi refrigerator, if I had one. “Shop” is yet another page full of ads for things I didn’t ask for and would never ever buy from my cellular carrier even if I needed them. Which leaves us with “manage” which is where I expected to find my account details, balance, etc. Instead, it just says “Limited Access” and that I should call my local T-Mobile sales rep. NO. I downloaded the app so that I can manage my account without contacting a T-Mobile employee. Below that there’s a HOME button, which takes me to a dead link. 404, page not found.
Come on T-Mobile! You can do better!. Okay, so the old T-Mobile Home Internet app is going away in favor of this mess. Fine, but who was the genius that decided I need to sign into my account (via the internet) to troubleshoot my home internet modem that won’t connect to the internet? So, the only way to get this to work is to turn off wifi on my phone, log into the overly cumbersome and ad-ridden new app, then turn wifi back on and scroll through all of the excess garbage to find the button that accesses my modem/router so that I can begin to troubleshoot the problem. A procedure that no one tells you about, by the way. The old app required none of this. Just open it while connected to the wifi, and it would start up with the network status and allow you to quickly troubleshoot connectivity issues. Can we just get a firmware update for the home internet modems that lets us do this from a web browser, like every other router and modem out there? I don’t understand why my cell phone is the only way to access the wifi and connection settings to begin with. I’d trade all the freebies and discounts for some real functionality here.
Beware. Beware if you make a car reservation on T Mobile travel. They have special wild card deals where the rental company gets to choose the type of car at the counter. Some of the descriptions say Wild Card Electric, others say Wild Card Automatic (not one word mentioning electric). Although my reservation was one that did not say electric, that’s what the rental agent said I rented. I have all the photos from my choices and reservation. Neither Dollar nor T Mobile was willing to listen to me, elevate to a manager I could speak to, or offer to get me into a gas vehicle even when I mentioned that this was a fraudulent bait and switch transaction. I had to take the time to learn every aspect about using an electric vehicle on my own vacation time. The rental agent could not even point out where the charging door was or how to open it. I was left to figure that out on my own. Never again T Mobile Travel or Dollar. Considering switching my cell service too at this point.
I love free Stuff But...... Most of the Tmobile Tuesday stuff is stuff I don’t use. Every once in a while I get a gas credit or food credit. Try giving away stuff that really helps in this economy, like bill credits, gas cards, free upgrades on your phone plan, pedicures, $5 or $10 gift cards can at least buy lunch for most people. Free haircuts, manicures, massages.I pay a lot for my bill because I travel in and out of the country a lot. I want to feel like I am really valuable as a customer to Tmobile. I don’t want stuff I don’t use as a reward. Maybe take surveys in each account so everyone can chime in on what’s important to them. That is why you have only 3 stars from me. It’s ok but could be way better. Keep tweaking the program, Make your Tmobile Tuesdays stand out from all the other companies. I know you can do it Tmobile!!! I have faith in you. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽.
Just gets worse. Why, this app use to be awesome, however with all they added it has just become trash. The only thing I thought I would like, the merge of tmoble Tuesday and the Tmoble app has just created confusion and brought straight up garbage to the “freebies” we often got. For instance every now and then if I visited a store on Tuesday they would have a fun little gift for the customers… NOT anymore now I would have to drive over 30 miles to find the closest store. Thought you were going to get a freebie for one of your favorite fast food places like before? Think again, now you have to spend x amount before getting it or you are just getting a discount off. Might as well just call it the discounted section now days. You want easy access to your bill? No now you have to thumb your way out of the discounted section to find it and hope you don’t accidentally swipe and find your way back there. Sadly since the last update and the inclusion of the Go5g plan tmoble has lost sight of the amazing customer service it once had and has moved along side those other names and is quickly going to ruin the name of T-mobile. I hope they fix this but sadly I do not see it happening any time soon.
T-Mobile Tuesday. We really are enjoying all the rewards the only thing is we wish there were more things we could actually use as opposed to the ones like the skydiving and stuff like that people don’t use those kinds of things maybe if possible put more groceries or products for everyday living since everyone’s in a tough time now struggling with gas prices and groceries it would be great to have help with those kinds of things As far as the offers now that I’ve had T-Mobile for a while now I’ve noticed all the offers (for the exception of a handful maybe) have been things most people would never use and they must know that I would think especially if they read just a fraction of the reviews they would know to change the “T-MOBILE TUESDAY” offers to maybe places or products everyone can actually use such as food places, kid places (like the catch air or a gaming place, or bowling etc.) idk just places maybe like Stone Mountain Park,Dave and Busters, anywhere in Atlanta, and different fast foods/restaurants just a thought
Nothing good is offered anymore. When the app first released the items they offered every Tuesday were awesome enough to keep me excited for next Tuesday when the next bout of stuff would come. Now, as one reviewer said, it’s now nothing more than a t-mobile exclusive coupon app (which gives you about as much “free”, useful stuff as any other free, coupon app). The best thing they may have on there now is maybe a free movie from a random movie company. It’s nice when it’s consistent, if it gave consistent free movie rentals from a single provider, I might actually try and sign up, but it is not so currently. Today, I finally deleted the app after having downloaded it the day it was released. I remember when there used to be a free Wendy’s frosty every week. That was awesome. Now, they may have something awesome gets rolled out over two tuesdays (meaning, if you didn’t get it one Tuesday, then you should get it the other Tuesday), I would open the app on both those days and never receive anything. I have tried those staggered release freebies but never seem to be awarded one. T-mobile, you need to evaluate what made t-mobile Tuesday’s so awesome when it launched and compare it to now and fix it. If you do fix it, let us know, but don’t say you fixed it if you didn’t actually fix it.
I Cannot get to my T-mobile Tuesday:. I would give this app a zero if I could! I cannot get to my Tuesday app because this app demands to use your data and until you give access Fr the permission Fr this app to access & SHARE your Data & privacy it will not allow me access the the T-Mobile Tuesday app at all! I’ve brought this issue to the attention of T-mobile & how it was stated to me that they had no idea that this app has blocked my Tuesday app with these settings & how it appears like it’s requesting until I basically sale my Information for free stuff from T-mobile bc this is how I see it so of course I’ve opted not to allow to do this but along with doing that I’ve not had access to my T-mobile Tuesday app or promotions Fr almost a month now! Still waitg Fr An answer on how to resolve this bc there’s no way to decline it! 💁🏽♀️😏
Not a great rewards program. Super unhappy with this app!! I was very excited when I first got my service to have this feature along with it but it is very much of the same things every single week. A coupon for money off of a hotel is nice but very few companies participate so you essentially have to give up a quality room if you want $50 off of a night & there are only so many vacations you can take there should be something besides money off of a room every single week!!! Coupons for food movie rental items expire in 2-3 days which is super inconvenient, I have lost a lot of coupons because I can not get to the company in question in that two day time frame to use it. Not cool at all Wednesday May-23 TMobile Tuesday is at it again!! Yesterday (Tuesday May 22) I redeemed a coupon for bogo Ocean Spray juice bottles. Went to only participating store (7-11) to redeem and coupon said expired or use limit reached. I have not used the coupon. If you can not provide the products to every TMobile user you should not offer themselves the same coupon!!!!!! At this point there should be an option for zero stars for wasting people’s time.
Terrible. This app is pretty useless for any meaningful account management which wouldn’t be a problem if T-Mobile didn’t force you to use it for most things. The AI help chat is awful and whenever you request to speak with a live agent it almost always says there’s an issue and can’t connect you. Your only recourse then is to wait 30min or longer on hold and hope someone can actually do something. They force you to use it for upgrades now as the stores no longer can assist you. Problem with that is inventory and options are usually missing or not correct. I tried to upgrade my phone in store with the associate holding the phone I wanted but I was unable to get it because the app said there wasn’t an available device there and that I would have to go 30min away to get one. I like T-Mobile but this app is one of the worst pieces of garbage I’ve ever had to deal with. Seriously considering leaving just because of it. Would be different if you could anything you need at the stores but I’d pay $20-$30 extra a month not to deal with it at this point.
Barely functional for Sync Up Kids Watch. First of all, the settings for the kids watch are completely buried in a random set of clicks that I had to Google to figure out - not at all intuitive. Secondly, any changes you try to make are met with a “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” message (and yes I am running to most up to date version of the app). They may or may not actually save, but it will always tell you something went wrong. Right now, contact pictures are eventually saving, but nickname changes are not (so when I switched from the sync up app to this one, it decided my nickname on my kid’s watch was my first name instead of Mom and I can’t change it. Also, live location updating never works. I always get a “It’s taking longer than usual to connect to this watch.” message and then it lets me know that it failed to find my kid. But the periodic location refresh still works, so it clearly *can* connect to the watch and figure out where my kid is…. just not in an emergency situation. Good times. We’ve been pretty happy overall with both the watch and T Mobile service in general but this app is garbage. If I had more than 2 hands, I would give it more than 2 thumbs down. Hot mess.
Stopped Working After They Changed to T-Life. The T-Mobile Tuesday app was great until they changed it to T-Life. The app stopped working and does not let you update to T-Life because Apple does not have all phones updated to OS16. Not only my phone, but also my mom’s phone that this app stopped working even though my mom’s phone is more advance than my phone. T-Mobile seemed to be ahead of people’s phone capability. This is why I say most companies are moving ahead faster than they can be sure the quality of their service is any good. T-Mobile and Metro are deteriorating in their services not only in this app but also in customer service because they no longer own any stores that are now all operated by third parties in NYC. Third party owners do not care about customer service, but are all about making money. They lie to customers claiming my phone does not work on T-Mobile network even though my phone works fine. They wanted me to buy new phones even when I just needed help to resolve simple issues that phone reps were able to resolve, while store reps charged for every little advice given. It is a shame that this app no longer works nor updates and there is no way to let them know other through this review. This is a reflection on what the company has become when it was once the best customer service phone company.

Negative complaints. It’s so interesting to read all the complaints from people that have no idea of all the little things that need to go just right for us to enjoy these gifts! T-Mobile is under no obligation to give coupons or rentals or burgers or whatever discounts they choose to bless us with. Please be appreciative of the efforts put in to T-Mobile Tuesday and say Thank you so much for the hard working techs and staff and leaders that never tire to bless us every Tuesday. And for those on the negative vibe just come in and if there is nothing you like then ok all good next Tuesday it is. Thank you so much for your hard work T-Mobile team!!!!! :)
Useless on many levels,. Don’t waste your time, I’ve had this app for 3 years. It’s time to let it go. I have the bill payment app. That’s all I need. I tried the money app, wasn’t as advertised. The account/bill payment app is the only useful app. I’ve received more from the slickdeals app then this trash app here. 😂🤣 I pay t-mobile over $400 a month for a family plan. Which I should for all the mess on my account. The service is great but stop selling this t-mobile Tuesday app as a added bonus for being a customer, it’s trash. There’s no bonus, the only bonus is this networks had been outstanding for the past 3 years ( for my family and I personally). As soon as they started advertising this app as a customers bonus, that’s when I started side eyeing t-mobile. They should have never started it. It’s just trash...
Not a deal for everyone. I injoy t noble at times but it gets disappointing where it has deals that a lot of people can’t use. I live in Tenn and don’t have the money to head to Las Vegas which seems to be a continuous deal on here. I don’t have most of the restaurants that seem to be a continuous deal and I’ve never won anything on any of theses contests which I’ve played for years. The only deal I seem to get is 20 cents of gas each week. Sometimes if they are giving away items at the t mobile stores they run out or it’s something I have no interest in driving 40 miles to get. So this is not a deal for everyone.
I LOVE THIS APP!. I find it appalling how ungrateful people are rating this app 1 star because they aren't happy with the deals they are getting. T-mobile doesn't have to offer any of us any of the deals they give. Instead of complaining... be grateful to have a cell phone provider who is trying to step it up. A lot of times, they offer deals that aren't available in my city to my family (vegetarians)... so guess what? I pass on them and move on. Better Luck next week! No point on blaming T-mobile or this app for something they shouldn't have to do in the first place. We have, and continue to enjoy amazing DEALS! 🙌🏻
App’s fine, offers aren’t. The app works fine. I’ve been on from about day 1. It started great, then got worse and worse. It once was a way to truly show their customers they were important, but now it’s essentially another way to sell advertising space. There’s the occasional free swag item that is nothing more than a cheap item for T-mobile to get free advertising due to their logo being on it. That’s fine, I guess, but even those are few and far between. Most of the stuff is just like any other discount app, but more limited. It’s rare to get anything that is both usefully and in a lot of areas. I used to use things they offered a couple times a month, now I’m lucky to see anything I can use a couple times a year. Do better T-mobile, or don’t do it at all.
A total waste of time that does nothing now. This is awful, just plain awful. It only gets 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Difficult to navigate. It’s like opening up a giant advert for things you really don’t want or need. It also keeps saying “retry later” for a lot of things except to get to the list of deals that I was able to get with the Tuesdays app. No deals at all, no fun contests (though I never win any of those anyways). Doesn’t work on my many IOS15 devices or my Droids. Please just bring back the old T-Mobile Tuesdays app ASAP that worked on just about everything. I already have a T-Mobile app to manage my phones and internet, I don’t want to do that inside of the app that shows me eligibile promotions. This app just makes me feel I wasted the upgrade to a higher account level. This is just a horrible experience that accomplishes nothing useful at all except waste my family’s time and money.
Fake news. This T-Mobile thanks app, doesn't seem to work. I've played and played all these sweepstakes games and play now games and never ever win. Been a T-Mobile customer since 2001 and it's unbelievable that I can't win anything nor get anything really worthwhile. Attempted to contact someone using the chat, only to receive an automated response to log into my account for which my inquiry had nothing to do with my account. I imagined the point of chat was to actually get a real person as anyone in the customer service line can work from home, so I don’t understand why all this automation. Sprint must’ve already taken over that feature. So disappointed that I’ve been really loyal to this company and paid thousands over the course for almost 20 years and I’m not even valued enough to get a real person. So sad and very disappointing.
Unfortunately. Except on gas cents off,I have never entered for any Tuesday T-mobile appreciation and came out with a win even when there no contestants competing with me. Sadly I have called the T-mobile staffs on many occasions to express my concerns on the discount the T- mobile claim to give their customer on certain restaurants, the staffs either hang up on me after long waiting on phone or bluntly telling me they don’t know how it works. One of the T -mobile staffs succeeded expressing a height of ignorance in dismissing me about T-Mobiile Twitter saying that T-mobile is not on Twitter. As such is it that T- mobile are not organized with respect to what they are fronting themselves or is it that T- mobile is making a bogus advertisement since non of your staffs can assist in the said program ? I have been with T- mobile for countless years making payment on 3line and all expensive phones, yet it seems to me that T-mobile is yet understand customer’s courtesy and appreciation
Love it but needs some fixing. I have loved this app over this past year! It was really great deals at first and then it got a little weak but getting better again. It's nice T-mobile is giving back to its customers like this. I have a little beef though with today's coffee drip giveaway. If you can't handle the traffic flow, don't offer things like this at certain times. I've never had this app crash like this over and over. Please make sure you can handle this before you offer it again. Much appreciate the awesome deals. I did want to get this one but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen with the app crashing nonstop.
Almost useless. I have used the T-mobile Tuesday app for a long time and as others said at first it was great. However, even before the pandemic there was a steady decline in the value of coupons and free stuff handed out. Today I was surprised to actually see something I might use (a flamingo shaving set coupon) and even though it is 9am the website is already out of stock. In the past when you couldn’t use certain coupons due to availability they would give an alternative deal. But of course in these hard times they won’t do that. Even in the past when there were donation type of things you could just press a button and T-mobile would donate to that cause. Now they only donate match so you have to put in money in order for them to. I just feel like they have dropped the ball on really caring about their customers.
Message or notification doesn’t go away. I love the integration of this app, but I have an observation for the developers to check there’s a red dot with two notifications or messages that never seem to go away even though I’m very thorough and check everything. It never goes away even if I delete the app and reinstall it and sign into it. It’s still there I don’t know what’s hidden where it is, so I figured I would just post this here for the developers to see and look into it since I don’t see it direct email or contact for that . Please fix iPhone 📱 13 pro with always the latest OS update version, currently. Thank You
Terrible Offers. The app used to give away some pretty cool stuff, but now all they give away is stuff that in order for you to get whatever it is they are giving away, you have to download an app and provide your personal information!! Now it's food like say a free hamburger from Wendy's, but in order for you to receive it you have to download the Wendy's app and give them your email address so now they are bothering you and sending you a bunch of junk email!! Also, i went to open the app today just out of curiosity, and it says he has to be updated in order to open it. I went to the app store to update it, and it doesn't give me the update option, it just says "open," so now i can't use the app because it won't update!!!!
T-Mobile is good but Tuesdays are Not good. Hopefully, T-Mobile will check their reviews. Why not ask your customers what they would prefer to be thanked with? Take a poll, offer alternatives (this for that) for customers not near offerings. Come up with ideas- your a large company, put a team together to brainstorm. The Tuesday “Get Thanked” app was good when I first joined T-Mobile. But it’s become crappy with few to little offers I can use or, interested in using. Some weeks, I don’t open it up. Other weeks, I’ll open (sometimes save items) but, rarely redeem. Exception- the occasional Redbox rental. Gas at shell- not worth it. Can find it cheaper. Travel/hotel/car- I don’t travel often. But it’s offered very frequently. Fast food- poor selections. Would prefer to see Chik-Fil-A or Smoothiefresh. Offer healthy alternatives. But NOT home meal delivery sign ups (commitments). Understanding, you can’t please everyone but, try to do better. You can recoup from these critical reviews. Become the “Mobile carrier leader” who LISTENS to customer feedback, improves and GAINS our trust and more customers. Also, rectify the issues/problems others have expressed when trying to redeem offers.
Doesn’t work for home internet gateway setup. I just signed up for home internet and found out the old app was replaced by this app. When I try to use it to setup the new gateway it eventually goes into an endless loop asking for the admin password then asking for the SSID and wireless passcode - then keeps asking for the same thing again and again. I retired from the telecommunications software industry and this app is shameful. This is my first encounter with the commercial side of T-Mobile and I’m a little disappointed. After reading some forums I discovered that T-Mobile has locked down the new gateways. You can’t even change the SSID/passcode allowing your existing devices to remain unchanged when when moving to T-Mobile. So there is really no need for any kind of app to manage the gateway. There is nothing to manage. So now I am stuck changing all of my existing WiFi devices to use the new SSID/passcode!!! I realize this is a review for an app but it speaks more towards the ability to manage the home internet gateway to integrate it into and existing home network (or lack of ability). Fix the app or stop telling new users they can setup and manage a new gateway using this app.
T-Mobile Tuesdays. Most are offers where I have to spend money. The only real offer is the free taco once a week at Taco Bell but that has problems. It takes a lot of time to get the Taco Bell app to work in order to claim the free item. Sometimes, the app doesn’t work properly causing me to be denied the free Taco Bell item. So that makes it to where I don’t get the free item for that week anyway. So that means, I wasted time trying to claim an item and ended up empty handed. Taco Bell’s app is not consistent how it works and still tries to force people to buy stuff when trying to claim the Tuesday freebie and for that, sometimes the app won’t work properly.
Terrible customer service. For the member deals the customer service team is not the best. I got one of the theme parks ticket for the wrong theme park. I got the park and was told that I purchased the ticket for the wrong park and would need to purchase one at the gate to enter. The park offered a refund for my ticket but could not process it because I had purchased through a 3rd party and would need to reach out to them for a refund. I called the member deals customer service and they told me that they would not be able to refund my ticket because the sale was final. However, at no point during my purchase did it say the sale was final. It was not until after I received the ticket in email where it stated that all sales were final. I clearly made an honest mistake in purchasing the ticket for the wrong park but customer service team showed no compassion or a willingness to work with me to rectify this issue.
Not like a few years ago. I tried sharing the shell 25 cent discount with a family member: what a horrible experience. I chose to share it via gmail because iMessage wasn’t available to share with. So after sending it thru gmail, there is a link you have to click. Instead of going straight to the fuel rewards app, it takes u thru a web browser back to the t-mobile Tuesday website. It never worked. It said something stupid about enabling cookies. Cookies are enabled by default or else web sites wouldn’t worked. Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently t-mobile’s developers are just as bad as their customer service reps. If t-mobile wants to be taken seriously like Verizon and ATT, they have a lot of work to do.
Manager. It always some surprises for my crew ..we have 12 line with Tmobill..and they have fun what is going to be on next week ..but the problem we had is we have to drive to at least 2 store up to get the stuff from Tmobill ...because the word we got from them is they run out ..sometime is only noon time ..like t-mobile reused able bag ...we cannot get it ...I call the customer service they said if they out mean they out ..so why like that ...they should have better calculate what people in that area used weekly ..because I have to drive to 2-3 different store and finally we not getting it ...out of 12 bag that we should we only received 3 bag ...just sample ...For the good way it make people fun and have they good day ..we good good price for ice cream ...it work ...
T-Mobile Tuesday. I love Tuesday because I get great stuff free. Photos are my favorite, it has taken me back to photo albums and hanging pictures on the wall. Also because I never eat meat, the impossible burger was awesome and I thank Burger King for teaming up with T-Mobile to give me that treat free. It’s great that I can now joint the family in a fast food meal instead of just fries. I love my T-Mobile shop where everyone is so helpful. I got a great deal being over 55 and we were able to buy new phones and were still paying less than we were before. The cheapest phone contracts with the best deals on phones. Sometimes buy one get one. 🤗📞
T-Mobile’s Killin’ the Game!. I’ve been a long-time T-Mobile customer and I absolutely looooove T-Mobile Tuesday and find something I can use or enjoy almost every week. I’ve gotten tons, like seriously, TONS, of great magazine subscriptions. Movie night with free Redbox rentals has become a special thing for us. I get excited every week to see what’s in store for us next. T-Mobile Tuesday truly makes me feel special, valued and appreciated. It’s made me love being a T-Mobile customer even more and I’ve started referring friends and family because of it. Just one more extension of the great service I’ve always received with this company.
Bad Coupons unless you’re looking for food. Unless you’re looking for food the coupons are pretty bad. The may seem fine for example the most recent converse coupon 30% off + free shipping not bad right maybe get something you’ve been wanting. However do note that on converse website, any orders $50+ have free shipping and then your coupon doesn’t work. Even the basic converse start at $50 so essentially the coupon is useless unless you look at the sales bin which doesn’t have anything you want anyway or has stuff that is sold out or just in random sizes. Anyway if you’re looking for food and munchies great app even if there are som ridiculous hoops to maneuver through, but for anything else theres just too many hoops for the coupons to be useful.
BEWARE! SCAM!!! THEFT!!!. I’m a Sprint Customer, and since Sprint and T-Mobile joined, all customers are encouraged to download an app that shares special promotions with its customers. One such promo I decided to try was a month of free postmates delivery. I have an iPhone and I do these promos for different things from time to time. I always immediately go into my Apple ID under my subscriptions and turn them off immediately as to avoid charges. The postmates app did not appear in my subscriptions. Supposing that it was because I had taken the promo through the T-Mobile app and having seen no information that said the typical “you will be charged ‘x’ amount after such period” notice, I thought it would just run out. WRONG! Turns out this was all a clever way for me to have $100 taken out of my bank account. I can confidently say that this is a time in which NO ONE has the patience for such tactics. Companies like T-Mobile and Postmates finding tricky ways to take your money during the pandemic. If you use any of these apps. I urge to check any promos you have before you are forced into a long term subscription that you aren’t ready to pay for. I promise you these companies are not feeling the effects of the pandemic like us, the average citizen. Yet they have no problem taking advantage of us. “Feed the Rich” right?
all out?. All out of the Tuesday prizes at 5:10 in the morning? I clicked on the Shell gas and it said it’s all out - check back at the other promotions. So I clicked on the movie ticket - all out as well! There aren’t any jack in the box restaurants here so that’s out for me as well. I signed up for the nice Tesla promotion but that’s a snowball in Florida chance - if it’s so hard to get decent places to sign up maybe just cancel the whole thing because I know I’ll be checking a lot less. I don’t want to be that person that complains about something for free but it’s a nice perk so if there’s a perk and it’s advertised then I think a discount that I’m sure is available thru other outlets and not just for T-Mobile, then it ought to be available especially when the majority of people are still sleeping
Ok, but not worth the hype. T-Mobile Tuesday occasionally has something you actually want but on those blue moon days you have to be at the place when it opens, like on Black Friday, or else they will have already given out the two quantities they had in stock. Also they give you a timer on the item so once you click that redeem button it’s all in and you have to hope you grabbed the right thing, in most cases you haven because the one accepted variant of that thing already sold out and your left there at the counter like an idiot. Overall, there is occasionally stuff you want but is probably sold out or most of the time its one year online subscriptions to “boring home magazine that no one wants”
Marked for deletion.. I been a loyal T-mobile customer for years. I won’t go into details about why I am unhappy with there billing department but this app. Where do I start. I have been playing and playing and playing and playing. And never win. I have a good understanding of how adds work and how they get paid for there adds but I just found out what I’ve always suspected. And this comes from a T-Mobile customer rep on a phone call. You have no chance of winning any contest that are promoted unless you throw money at there weekly adds they have then you entry is actually thrown into the hat for consideration. After this comment is completed I will be deleting this app for good. I have better things to do with my time than trying to convince myself “ ok this week I’ll win this contest “. Then reality kicks in.
Can Beat Free & Consistency. T-Mobile Tuesday offers great free deals every Tuesday. As time goes by, free is harder to come by even when you are a loyal customer. Tuesday only gets better when the deals keep raising the bar. Prizes can escalate from a simple free coffee to discounted/free concert tickets or a random chance to win a grand prize. Also I won’t forget to mention that their CEO (John Legere) cooks and entertains his customers live with good humor. You tell me what phone provider is less about self-service and all about customer service other than T-mobile? Don’t worry, I’ll wait until all the other providers straighten up (more than likely not in this lifetime). Bahahaha
LOVE T-Mobile Tuesday’s!. I absolutely love T-Mobile Tuesday’s! The idea of getting discounts on materials such as, food, clothing materials ,T-Mobile accessories, gas, etc really gets me excited about the week! Tuesday is the most look forward to day for me. Not to mention all of the free stuff you get within the app! Yes that’s right! FREE!! Free food! Free accessories! Free clothes! The part that excites me the most is that with the T-Mobile Tuesday app I also get $.10 off a gallon for gas every Tuesday!!! I drive around Town a lot so this really helps a lot with saving money. I am always trying to find a way to cut back on costs and working on my budgeting and this app is the perfect way to do that! Thank you T-Mobile Tuesday for all of your generous gifts!!
Free stuff should be appreciated! Thanks tmobile. I’m not sure why everyone on the reviews are so upset. I don’t have a problem redeeming anything. The stuff I want I gladly accept the stuff I don’t want I pass on. Again this is ALL 100% free to customers. I’m so sorry to hear that all of these entitled customers aren’t getting what the specifically want each week. Here is my tip... PAY for it. Don’t complain about a hand out. They don’t have to do this. They could cancel it. Also the more we use atom the more atom will become available at more theaters. So... if it’s not available near you. Request it to be available at your nearest theaters. Don’t give T-Mobile a hard time because you choose to live nowhere near an applicable city.
Slow, Unresponsive, Useless. Attempted to change the wifi password. “Welp, you have to use the app” That seems dumb, most routers allow me to do that from my PC. “Yeah, we feel you’d do better typing on a phone instead of a full-on keyboard, Boomer.” Ugh, fine, I download the app. “Enter Admin Password!”. Ok, did that. “Ooo that’s the wrong password, Bub.” No problem, I’ll reset the admin password. “You sure?” Yup, please and thank you.
Offensive, when not disappointing. Generally, I’ve found this app to be useless: as a person with a ton of food allergies, the free Whoppers and Taco Bell are wasted on me. I miss the days of reusable grocery bags and tchotchkes. I thought the pandemic might mean the app would improve since we should be encouraging people to stay at home (so more non-food gifts), and one week was nifty: a free postcard. I may even use that service again. I get that this whole app premise is a marketing ploy to collect data about us, but if I’m the rewards are good, some of us are willing to give up a limited amount of our privacy in return. Advertising and marketing aren’t inherently bad: they’ve just become bad through predatory and unethical practices. But a free Jillian Michaels product? Jillian Michaels, who has said “it’s fun watching other people suffer like that,” regarding the abuse and permanent harm she’s inflicted on people under the guise of “fitness.” You know what else she’s said? “I don’t care if people die on this floor. Your better die looking good.” We’re in the middle of PANDEMIC. Maybe you should be a little more careful about the kind of messages you’re sending your customers? Do you really want to promote celebs who don’t care if your customers die, as long as we die pretty?
Make the T-Mobile Tuesday app great again. Hello person reading my review, This app used to be the bees knees. You could get coffee for free, movie tickets for free, and free T-Mobile gear. Now a days you get a percentage off on tickets on a site for concerts that are upcharged, gas for 10 cents cheaper if you jump through multiple hoops to attempt to get the cheaper gas, and some attempt to win a Lego land ticket. Don’t get me wrong T-Mobile is a great service and that by itself is a reason to join T-Mobile, but when I first joined T-Mobile, my friends would suggest T-Mobile to everyone just for the T-Mobile Tuesday app because it was that amazing. It’s definitely in a massively horrible state for what it was, but now it’s not my reason for being with T-Mobile. Maybe one day again we will have that amazing app back and not one with mini games where we enter our name in the chance to win 20$.
Easy to navigate & chock full of GREAT deals!. Our whole family enjoys the T-Mobile Tues app. This week the kids got free Whoppers, Lalapalooza access to tickets, 25¢/gallon off Shell gas for multiple cars, and our college student got a FREE year of AAA Roadside Assistance, basic level! It’s worth $83/yr. Other weeks we get Dunkin’, Auntie Anne pretzel or pizza discounts, Shutterfly free picture products or free pics frm Walgreens. There is literally so many promos we only do a tiny fraction of what’s offered. So much better than Verizon & AT&T in terms of T-Mobile partnering w other merchants. We can get discounted travel bookings for hotel & flights thru the app. What’s not to LOVE??!!
Thanks for Giving Back. I want to say thank you for being appreciative of my patronage and that of all your customers as well! I've been a T-Mobile customer for some time now, and am ultimately satisfied and impressed with the company. Your acts of thankfulness are sometimes for me, the reminder that there are still good people, with high values. T-Mobile has shown this giving back quality through the Mobile Tuesday's as well as for my school district 151. Being a parent and president of the School District 151 PTO (Parent, Teacher, Organization), I say thank you for valuing your customers and communities. Sincerely Best Regards, Angela Campbell
Discount Tuesdays with T-Mobile. I love discount Tuesdays I look forward to seeing what they have to offer you get discounts on hotelsWe went on vacation and you start discount Tuesday in Reno we even went to Las Vegas and saved about $400 with the discount Tuesdays They even give you deals on places like Wendy’s Popeyes get one for free and you buy one of course you have to open up the app to accommodate the service but it’s well worth it !!! Even the $.10 off on the gas every Tuesday helps as well .., you just download the app and then you get your gas at a lower price n the times we are living in we want to save as much as we can we want to get the best bang for our buck They offer you so many things this is one of the perks of having the iPhone and getting the discount Tuesday from T-MobileThey offer you so many things this is one of the perks of having the iPhone and getting the discount Tuesday from T-Mobile Please don’t let Tuesday get by without you downloading the different apps they have available for you to save money!! Pamela
Dumbest idea I’ve ever seen - Home Internet app part of T-Life. Home Internet app is a Utility app, including the function to maintain your gateway and internet service with in an app where you go access coupons, offers and benefits is plain stupid. When I’m having issues with my internet gateway/service, I don’t want see to ads for other products in trying to access the utility for the gateway. It have must of been the ‘brain child’ of some marketing idiots and thought “let’s tell them about other things T-Mobile offers, while their T-Mobile Gateway just shut down.” I don’t have an issue with the apps as separate apps, but combined is idiotic and not effective trying to click/scroll through ads to fix an issue.
I love my perks!. T-Mobile Tuesday’s give me a chance to try new things at a reduced price or even for free. I wasn’t a coffee drinker but I found that I enjoyed flavored iced coffe from Dunkin Donuts because of T-Mobile Tuesdays. I didn’t often eat at Taco Bell but I found that I really enjoy their food because of the weekly specials. People gave asked me about my water bottle, sling back bag and umbrella because we all seem to use those items in our day to day life now. I’m happy to tell others that I use T-Mobile because they treat me like more than just a paying customer. They do something that shows they want to keep me in their circle and I appreciate that.
It is great to get thanked. Overall, this program doesn’t have any meaningful impact on my decision to be a T-Mobile customer. I like it because they do give things I appreciate - who doesn’t like a free cup of coffee or taco every now and then? I decided today to rate it 5stars because T-Mobile stepped up during this Covid-19 pandemic by removing data caps and throttles and extended services to schools and communities (zero association with the app/program). I don’t like that I have to use the app to get TMobile to donate $500k to Food for America - they should just donate. I do get the point to make me, the end user, feel empowered and like I did something, thereby increasing my positive associations - or whatever marketing people call it- with the TMobile brand.
Shell Fuel Rewards. If the savings amount was indeed cut in half to 5 cents, then why does my saved offer still state the same 10 cents off per gallon? It doesn’t make sense…to me, that signifies some type of glitch occurred. If that’s the case, then the only issue I have is T-Mobile should have posted a notification or message to acknowledge it, as (most) people would be understanding bc, well, technology 🤷🏻♀️. Especially since the offer DOES still state 10 cents off AND SO MANY customers like myself are on here acknowledging it, it’s definitely wrong that they have not addressed the issue (not that I’m personally aware of, anyways). At the very least, the right thing to do was/is to let your customers know what’s going on. And for REALLY good customer service, the 5 cents that was lost should be offered in NEXT WEEK’S savings amount!
Let all customers be thanked equally!. The app should be linked to the account (the app already has the phone number of the phone owner) and allow the main account holder to pick up free giveaways on Tuesday for every member on the account. The way it set up now, every person on the account should visit the store on Tuesday to get their freebie. That’s impossible if you have family members who work or in school during the day and unable to do so. After getting to the store, customer should be able to scan the their phone and get store employee to present them with items to much the number of the phones on the account. After that the account and app should reflect the receipt of the items received to prevent anyone else from the same account to redeem more items that were allowed. Let’s make it happen folks!
Terrible and thinking about switching to Verizon instead. First of all the T-mobile 5G network is extremely slow and randomly stops working throughout the day. I also gets failed calls occasionally and noticed the signal bars goes from 4 to 1 bar over the course of the day. T-Mobile Tuesday is just a scam which I believe especially for the large sweepstake prizes. I been using this app since they first launched it and not even won one thing neither my friends. My prediction is that they give out large prizes to T-mobile employees or just post bogus winners. I really don’t care of free “marketing” T-Mobile items (umbrellas, mugs, scarf) which at the end of the day it really benefits them on free marketing potential when someone wears it in public. Nothing is free! I deleted this app and will be switching to Verizon soon.
Could be better. I wish we had better rewards. The only useful one is the gasoline one. The other rewards are for places either I am not interested in or is not available in my area. The best rewards were the virtual gift cards to Dunkin, Starbucks and free Burger King food. Now you have to spend something to receive something. How is that a reward? That’s like all the coupons these places have. T mobile absolutely has the resources to have better rewards. Man, if they don’t what about reducing our bill by the $2 instead of giving us a “coupon” for some milkshake place that is not available in my area and I have to spend $5 to even get this milkshake at a REDUCED price. We are at a recession! Give us better deals!!
Useless for Home Internet management. So this app is replacing the T-Mobile Internet app. All setting up, updating, rebooting etc. of Home Internet is now going to be via this. Except you need internet access to log into this app. Which means if you need to reboot, update or configure your router - you can’t. I mean - you can get into this app with your cell coverage, but then you can’t access the router as you’re not connected to it. If you can get in - it asks for your router admin password every single time. So if you want to reboot for example - you have the option of typing in the admin password from the back of the unit, or just pulling the power and rebooting it yourself manually. Guess which option I go for? Absolutely pointless. As for the offer stuff - zero interest. It’s like an app filled with that junk mail you toss out.
Confusing, but Grateful. Many times, I am unable to redeem the reward because the locations with offers are not in my area. Secondly, you have to figure out what to do and sometimes you get so aggravated that you give up. Rewards should be easier to redeem. I am grateful for the offers, but I always miss out on the towels, hats, etc. because there is no store in my area. I don’t understand why the customer is not allowed to order the item and pick it up from a store within the week. This would give every customer a chance to be truly be rewarded. We are all customers!
Don’t listen to the haters!. Not sure why there are recent bad reviews to be honest.. the app is entirely free and yeah, occasionally a week’s rewards are not worth redeeming but you have nothing to complain about because it’s.. free! Some weeks I check the app and sigh and go back to what I was doing. Some weeks I check the app and I get to take my wife on a movie theater date for $8! I received nearly $10 in Starbucks this week, seen countless movies in theaters for free or for huge discounts, and have even received a free lunch or two thanks to this app. Thank you T-Mobile for being everything a company should be! Couldn’t be happier since my switch from the evil Verizon network. 👍🏼😎
Why are people like this?. This is free stuff, T-Mobile is providing us with discounts and free items. All these bad comments shame on you, you will never be happy a day in your life, instead all you waste your time providing bad feedback when someone spent nights doing this to provide you this app. You guys make me sick. This is for feedback, not for you to throw your nasty comments with vulgar language and disrespectful gestures. Someone reads each and every comment and it’s disgusting they have to read all that. Provide honest feedback and be courteous that someone with a family reads this. Thank you T-Mobile! Keep up the fantastic work!
Time to call it a wrap. I now have two lines with one phone being TOTALLY PAID OFF and one line half way paid. No extra frills except for the jump on each line so what I can’t get over is why oh WHY each month T-mobile manages to try and get me to pay as if I had an entire Laundromat inside my phone line!!! Each month I’m on the phone with them wrangling my bill down to size. To me this is the CRIME of all CRIMES!!! I’m telling each and everyone of you to go over your phone bills with a fine tooth comb and know exactly what you should be paying for. I find each month T-mobile is sticking something into my bill in hopes that I don’t recognize the charges. Huh... I copy and maintain those copies just for that reason. T-mobile has more money than we do. Watch your money or they will take it without blinking an eye!!! You’ve been warned.
Yay a new way to pay for garbage. We switched to T-Mobile out of necessity. Now they’ve dropped this bomb. A company who just as we were finally finished paying off the phones and could take them to the only company that serves rural Iowa US cellular with full coverage at 5g while with T-Mobile we get 1 bar lte in the same spot. So now the T-Mobile monopoly has swallowed up US cellular and instead of addressing our concerns of an entire area they release this pile of lard with more ways they can fleece you out of money for subpar and unreliable mobile services and abysmal customer support at all. So no we won’t be paying you the easy way! We are going back to checks and everything you send us we will happily mail right back to you with our payment. T-Mobile you’re a scam. Less bill paying apps and maybe ones that make the phones more than paper weights.
Be careful it’s a SCAM DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING. Book hotels through the TMOBILE Tuesday app a month in advance they never booked it with the hotel and I found out the day of my trip. I had to book everything the day of my vacation. They ruined my whole trip. When I asked to speak with a Manager supposedly none were available. Then a manager emails me saying she tried to call me but my line was busy. Funny thing is my phone is a mobile line not a landline so I’m not sure how that’s even possible. In her email she was just lying about everything saying that what i booked wasn’t what I booked even though I have a clear confirmation from Tmbole listing my booking exactly but I guess they just SCAM you. Customer service and managers are a bunch of idiots that just lie and scam you. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time.
New Year wishes. Just wish ur restaurant offers were good 4 a longer period of time, & REALLY wish that u gave people more than 17 hours 2 redeem ur gas offer each week—not everybody can stockpile gas somewhere if they just needed 2 buy gas in the last 2 or 3 days! So, therefore, some of the expiration dates seem insulting! Also, wish u provided a few more of the free items offered from time 2 time! Lately most have been gone within 10 or 15 minutes of any of our nearby stores opening!! Seems almost like some sort of scam & lately worse than ever before…. But please keep the free items & restaurant offers coming!!!
