No function!. Nothing works when I open the application.

Nothing but error. I opened app to make a call and a pop up told me “error” and that i needed to upgrade my app to new version. So i upgraded to newest then opened app again only for the pop up to pop up AGAIN saying “error” and telling me to upgrade app. It does this every single time i open app!

The point if emergency is speed. Forcing login defeats purpose of emergency calls. And risks lived. Pull the id from the device and report to apple and police instead. Dont risk lives as they are doing a federal crime and can be easily tracked and reported appropriately.

Horrible. Login doesn't work. Outdated.

Amazing app!. I'm happy it's finally here that sprint up is available for iPhone. Used it few times already and am completely impressed! Love it! Sprint Relay keep It up!

Buggy; needs sound support.. This is still buggy. When I tried to answer a call from a potential employer, I was unable to type anything and had to end the call. I wish we could have sound alerts. I recently contacted Support and inquired about sound alerts. The Support person said that this app is geared towards deaf people and it doesn’t need sound alerts. That’s patently false. This service is also geared towards mute people; it says so right in the description and on the Web site. I often miss important phone calls because I don’t hear the phone. Deafness is not binary; it is a range. I would appreciate sound support so I can be alerted to incoming calls. I may have to find another provider if this need is not met.

Buggy, fix please?. Hi debris, this app is really buggy, can you please fix? It doesn't cooperate well with system accessibility settings, which means that those of us with multiple sensory issues have to struggle. Scrolling is buggy -- incoming text bounces below the bottom of the window. Incoming call window doesn't expand with larger font sizes, which makes incoming calls difficult /impossible to answer. But even if I do manage to hit the right, tiny button, incoming calls don't always answer, anyway. And your system often cuts me off, I'm assuming because I have a slow, rural internet connection. Which means us rural customers need more support, not less. Also, if you could make the browser and app options and interfaces more similar, that would be helpful, especially for those of us with vision difficulties. Thank you for checking into these issues.

No Microphone. I have been using this app for years. Recently transferred to an iPhone, and my world has turned upside down with this app. I can no longer use the microphone on the keyboard to dictate the message that I need to send. I am hard of hearing and hard of vision so I depend on the microphone to be there. It was only recently that they took this feature away. I tried to contact the developer, and it just circles me back to their support page. I am in the process of finding a different relay app that can cater to my needs.

Doesn’t seems to work anymore.... Doesn’t seems to work when trying to answer the call. It does not list the incoming call either answered or unanswered. When opening from notification screen, that number is not listed. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling then wait for incoming calls hopefully works...

Needs improvements. Would like to see this app updated. Looking to have a better, more obvious notification when I am receiving a call. Also to have a way to read messages left by the caller in the app or sent to email. Update: App still doesn't have a way for people to leave me a message when they call. I've been told the phone doesn't even ring so they can leave a message that would go to my email. It's really important that I get some kind of "voicemail" from calls I miss.

What a junky app!. I’m hearing impaired, and this app was recommended by a employee at t-mobile. The employee was great, but I will be canceling the service. The accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing people is terrible. The apps and service needs severe work.

How does this new version work?. I've used the Sprint IP relay for years. Never had a problem. It upgraded to this new version , and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to use it. I can only get two screens, and neither will give me a captioned call. This is a disaster for me. Sprint relay was my lifeline.

Not impressed. Another poor performance App designed by Sprint. It’s sad to say but I would recommend that people avoid until designer does some fine-tuning.

Apparently you can't forward your number!. I need this app because I'm losing the use of my voice. I set my phone to forward calls to my relay number. Then I get a text from my grandfather saying he keeps getting an operator that says it's an invalid number. I call customer service and they said that forwarding isn't supposed to work. I'm ditching this for Apple's built in TTY service (if I can get it to work). What's the point of having a relay number if you can't forward your calls to it?! I guess Sprint's relay service is just a shoddy as their cell service!

App doesn't even work. Don't bother.. Whenever I try to open the app, it just quits. Don't bother downloading the app until Sprint fixes the problem (when will you??)

Stay away. Always says log in not valid and know it is. Since not know sign language then other relays not possible since those is video with interpreter only

Now a great app!! Thanks!!. I originally gave the app a bad grade because there were many bugs. I really needed this service desperately. It was hard to get to the right person but I talked to the app designers via Fcc complaint and I am really grateful for their positive response. They asked me what I needed. (At the time I needed the phone book to be alphabetized so I didn't have to scroll through a 1000 names n numbers.) Then it was crashing when I put in the number. I used it the other day and had a minor problem and I saw they fixed it. I'm really pleased. It's a great app now and so far they are really addressing any thing that presents. Please know app people, I am so very grateful for this app and your working to make it better. I'm super close to giving you 5 stars. (((Hugs))) Keep up the great work!!

Says Password Is Wrong. It isn’t, same password works on android and web…

Better. I love that it's been updated to where I can easily shift to the app if someone calls; however, sometimes the phone will hang up and it would force me to have to call the person back and they would still be one the line (according to them) with the call I had picked up. Other than that the app is fine.

Needs more tweaks. This is a great app but I can't copy and paste phone numbers into the dial screen. Favorites screen doesn't work for me as well.

Barely usable. When I go to type the keyboard covers the text box so I can't see what I'm typing. I have to guess which leads to lots of errors and delays. Unfortunately, this is the only IP relay option left so I'm kinda stuck.

Great but can’t verify identity... Where I live, I must go outside to make/receive RTT/TTY calls. I live it Texas which means the summer heat is brutal. Having epilepsy as well as low vision, this presents issues with both aside from the need for TTY. I was very excited to learn of this service after 2 Hours in 95 (heat index 107). I tried repeatedly to verify my identity but there was nothing for it. I answered ALL questions truthfully but it still said it could not be verified. Perplexed, I wrote an email, at least hoping for an automated “we’ll get back to you soon” message, but though I tried twice to send the email, gmail gave me an error message saying some things would not be saved. Tried through the browser in case it was an app error and the results were the same. I am very very frustrated at this point as I need the access for the reasons stated and have not been able to find an alternative that with work with my iPhone.

ZERO Stars!!!. I would give it ZERO! The performance gets worse and worse everytime I use it. It takes more than several minutes for my messages to get through. I was never able to complete any important calls. Thanks a lot! Two-thumbs down.

Wish this would work again.. This used to work well but quits after you try to open it.

Great service but app needs some improvements. I consider T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) IP Relay to be one of the best relay operators. For that reason alone I will probably be using them all the time. However, I think there are some things that could be implemented to make the app more convenient to use. 1. Send words automatically as I type. I always like to enable sending my words as I type on the T-Mobile IP Relay website. This makes for a much smoother conversation as the person I’m calling doesn’t have to wait for me to type my entire message and send it. 2. Add the ability to block numbers in the app. I get quite a few spam calls daily and I usually have to type the numbers online on my computer to block them as the app doesn’t have this ability. An option to subscribe to a spam call blocking service would be even better! Those are two things I think that would greatly improve the app’s usefulness for me and another people. Thank you!

Please Fix!. Could be a great app and help to those HOH and deaf. Captions work nicely but nobody can hear me. Made a voice call with out app and no problem with being heard so it's my cell phone. Please fix.

Lazy interpreters. It a hit and miss with the interpreters. Called today to see if can activate my debit card. They lied and said no options or live person available and call hanged up. I called back myself and use Live captions on IPhone and did it myself. Basically getting paid to do nothing all day but answer the phone and lie call don’t go through. Always wonder why majority of time calls not going though find a hearing person to call and verify or use Live Captions for proof they not doing their jobs

Life saver with bugs. Spasmodic Dysphonia neurological voice , vocal chord condition with muscle spasms, would like to see numbers and get message left, some ops need more money and training, rude answer, to a caller!

This app does not connect to relay!. Horrible, can’t access relay to make a call with this app.

Has issues. Whenever I get a call and I select accept call, nothing happens. Also, there’s no way to know someone is calling because it does not vibrate or make a sound to notify you that someone is calling. I’m deaf, but I do not have my eyes on my phone 24/7. Please fix errors with regards to accepting calls and nothing happens and add some kind of notification that vibrates or makes sounds.

App issues. It keeps crashing as I open it... I tried a few times and it crashed all times...

Deaf consumers - BEWARE!. Their “interpreters” could claim your account has fraudulent activity and have the power to immediately deactivate/lock your account despite you being deaf and an ASL user! I had to provide proof that I am indeed deaf and an ASL user all because the “interpreters” at t-mobile reported me as a fraud! Unbelievable.

Can’t see who called or even answer the calls. Every time I receive a call I can’t call back nor see who has been calling me. The nbr flashes but for a moment. I loved it in the past. It now I’m not so sure. I’m deaf blind and text relay benefits me greatly. Please fix this. I don’t want to have to use video relay!

Slow respond. Not great when I dialing and wait for while. Also when got an cal and take turn very slow not same as before ;(. I hope they will update and speed up.

Verification review takes too long. I REALLY need this to use at work, and having to wait to use this is extremely frustrating!!!!

Ip mobile. Love the computer app but hate mobile app. Always crashes. Can't even open it now on my iPhone. Tried restarting too.

App doesn’t work.. Title says it all. I know I’m using the right username and password since it works on the website. Typically crap sprint.

Does not accept login & password!. The login I use for the actual Sprint IP website works just fine. But the EXACT SAME login DOES NOT WORK on this app!! WTH, Sprint?!?! It would make my life so much easier to use an internet relay app instead of on the website on my phone!! FAIL, Sprint.
