So fast and simple. I tried Visible and AT&T first but could not get them to work. TMobile worked and was installed in less than 3 minutes. Awesome!

Praise and thank God in every situation for this is the will God concerning you.”. So simple and on a Great phone w a great battery. Thanks to cellfeee and the geek squad, all is well

App is now working correctly. App is now working correctly, and the $15 eSim plan is perfect for my needs (secondary number)

This app saved me. While the other carriers gived me a lot of problemssetting up my new iPhone 14, T-Mobile helped me making everything easy 10/10

Game changer. This is amazing. We now have a European sim and an American eSim when we travel to the states. Set it up on the plane…. No visit to stores and waiting in lines; game changer.

To ppl bought their device in CHINA. To ppl bought their device in CHINA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! It will say device not compatible with this app and cannot use eSIM on this device. Chinese iPhone does not support eSIM and this app will not work as normal. The app is good and easy to purchase a plan on the phone. No need too many steps. Good.

Easy to Use and Setup 2nd Line. Worked flawlessly on an iPhone 12 Pro to set up a Prepaid eSim when I was struggling for data service.

Very good. I thought it was a crap but found out that I’m wrong

Great app few kinks. Great app for family visiting from abroad, but: 1) still need a card issued in the US to pay (perhaps other countries work, but so far no luck with LATAM cards) 2) I still need to help users 65+ set this up, it could definitely be more intuitive, especially when leaving the country and providing assistance deleting the esim from the phone itself 3) no data at all in America’s top 5G network? Perhaps 2-3 gigs?

FAST & EASY. Fast and easy set up, instant activation of e-sim. T-Mobile customer service and 5G. I highly recommend T-MOBILE E-SIM over the many others who are difficult and don’t have all the features you’re looking for

Most excellent service. I was going to get an account with a different carrier but they didn’t support eSIM on prepaid. So here I am on T-Mobile and much happier. Simple process - just works.

Perfect!. Sticky divorce had me in limbo between carriers. Aha moment—realized I had a esim capable phone!! Saved the day and saved the stress of having to buy a new device! Thanks T-MOBILE!!

Wow. Hello e-sim. I’m contemplating a switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. I really need to test drive T-Mobile coverage first. Setting up the pre-paid account and configuring my iPhone XS was smooth as silk. What a great option to try out T-Mobile. Totally worth the price of a month of prepaid service.

This is BIG. Since I use T and Metro sims while visiting US, I always struggle - go to store, buy a SIM card, extra expenses, no refill for Metro, system do not accept non US cards... This app makes my life much easier - thanks Only improvement you can do is to add a week or two plans for tourists who do not stay for a month and just visit for short period of time

Missing Data only plans. This isn’t helpful for dual e-sim devices. I get to the plan selection screen and the prepaid data plans aren’t listed. I don’t need another voice plan. It’s frustrating that T-Mobile makes it so hard to add a second data to a device.

Prepaid simplified. This was so easy and I recommend it for anyone needing prepaid. I use it for my extra iPhone. For a just in case situation!! T-Mobile is the best service I have used!!

Fantastic!. Super easy and ridiculously convenient.

Security concerns!!!!!!. It’s a great idea and I have been excited about eSIM for months waiting for my carrier to unlock my phone after the 90 day period. T-Mobile was innovative by releasing this app but their US operations have no commitment to security. Their customer support is terrible and they’ve been suspicious and dishonest toward me. I am 99% sure they compromised my phones security or at the very least deliberately altered setting on my line and went against my wishes. I noticed that Telekom Deutsche has much higher standards than US operations. And I am an investor and they did this to me so imagine the average customer.

Good app but small problem with buying from outside US. I like the idea of being able to buy a 30 day prepaid plan before traveling to US. A couple months ago I was able to buy the plan without any problem while being outside of the US, but now the app shows an error while trying to open it being outside of the US. I had to use a VPN connection in order to use the app and buy the plan. It was easier last time when I didn’t have to use the VPN connection. It made more sense to give the ability to buy the plan to use in US before arriving in the country. I don’t know why t-mobile changed that.

Great service option. This is a great service option offered by t-mobile with several options to choose from based on needs and budget.

Waste of time. Went through everything, paid and even grabbed the e-sim and never received a confirmation email and I had no service. Checked and I was charged, called twice spent 2 hours on the phone and no resolution since they could not locate anything. I will have to go through my bank now since I have a charge from them.

Very buggy. Disappointing. I tried to sign up as a new customer and have had multiple issues. Now, I’m not even able to advance past the point where I enter my email. Customer support was unable to help and eventually asked me to go into a store. Very disappointing and not a great initial experience with T-Mobile.

Don’t know how this has 5 stars. Didn’t work on setup but charged the credit card, and had to spend over two hours trying to talk to t-mobile support, who both couldn’t help and was unwilling to refund us.

Easy easy. I was trying to add a new plan to my unlocked phone while I using a Telcel SIM card and in 2 minutes o got my e-sim card easy plan

Worked flawlessly. Got an iPhone 14 plus. Had Verizon prepaid and they wouldn’t let me add this phone to a prepaid account. So started searching for other providers since Verizon wouldn’t help me. They would only do it for a post paid account for triple the price I was paying. T-Mobile was first on the list. Tried adding a new prepaid account online and it wouldn’t work. Then seen this app in the help section. Downloaded and was up and running in under 10 minutes with a new number and account. 5G works (although it’s download is more like LTE, 26 mbps DL but upload is 18 so better than VZ lte) and everything was good to go. Anyone wondering why T-Mobile is growing faster than the other 2 in the US? This is why. Painless app to add eSIM only phones that works. No phone calls or endless transfers. This is how it’s done Verizon.

Wow. I have never had an easier and simpler wireless purchase experience!

3 minutes and set up. So quick! Great variety of plans.

Many problems signing up. It took many, many, many attempts to get this app to work and activate an account on a iPhone 13 pro max and iOS 15. Once it does go through the service works fine.

Have to call to cancel. Myself and 2 members of my family added the prepaid digital eSIM to our phones while we were on vacation in the USA from Europe. It worked pretty well, though getting messaging set-up correctly took some time. The big problem is that the only way to cancel the line and avoid future charges once we returned to Europe, was to call customer service. There needs to be a way to cancel through the app or I won't use this again on our next trip to the US.

Half baked solution. So when I first used the app I thought it was brilliant. You give your email. You choose a plan. You get the esim installed with no hassle. Really great. However as a visitor I left the states and now I’m heading back. You can’t reuse the app. You need to give an email, which they clearly remember but they won’t allow you to activate a new prepaid number or get your old one active again. When talking to support they need your T-Mobile account but the app doesn’t really helps you to create an account. So this really smooth and easy solution for travelers is really half baked. I would expect that the system (which again recognizes my email) locate your email or help you create an account and then allow you to get a new prepaid plan every time you travel.

Wow. Super easy set up I had a iPhone XS who I bought from someone. They hadn’t payed their bill in months and I didn’t want to go through a process of calling an operator or wait super long. This literally gave me a number and set up my new cellular data in 5 minutes. Awesome!!!

Clutch App. I had just opened my iPhone 14 Pro and wanted to convert my physical Verizon SIM to a Verizon eSIM. After multiple calls to customer service, both my new phone and old phone were no longer able to receive calls, texts or use data. I downloaded this app in need of cell service and within 5 minutes I was setup and ready to go. Porting my existing number was easy too. The convenience of this app definitely brings in new customers.

Slow internet speed. Worked properly for two days, after that the speed dropped down to 500kb/s, called customer service support they are “working “ on resolving the issue but one week later nothing changed...

Great system. I activated the rain prepaid plan in Europe so when I arrive in the US I will have a phone that works.

T mobile eSIM. T mobile is amazing they make things simple the way it should be

Great so far, highly recommend!. Can’t say about service or billing yet but so far SO GREAT! I have AT&T prepaid right now and I legit had to go into a store and wait for 30 min just to start service on an eSIM! Super inconvenient for me not to mention I was activating an electronic sim there’s nothing physical that should make me physically have to go into a store! Now with T-Mobile prepaid it was as easy as installing an app onto my iPhone then picking out/paying for a plan and DONE! Very easy hassle free CUSTOMER FRIENDLY process and so far I am very very pleased!

Allow existing prepaid customers to convert to eSim. I was so excited to see this app in the store, but it seems like it’s not for existing prepaid customers to convert to eSim. Please make this functionality available.

Cannot Advance Past the 3rd Page. I select which plan I want on the “Select a Prepaid plan” page, I tap “Next,” a loading animation plays, some terms pop up, I tap “Accept,” another loading animation plays, and the “Select a Prepaid plan” page appears again. Tapping “Next” starts that loop all over again. This app is functionally useless.

Easy to use!. I made the decision to switch from Mint Mobile and Visible Wireless due to sever deprioritization issues. I made the decision to go with T Mobile prepaid. I stumbled across this app and couldn’t believe how easy it was to set up on my iPhone 12 Pro. The only “issue” I had was that I didn’t see any option in the app to port my number from my previous carrier (It assigned me a new number), but I made a phone call to T Mobile prepaid and it was ported instantly! It took maybe 5 minutes, in total, on the phone (make sure you have your account number and pin from your previous carrier). Very minor inconvenience, but if that option was added to the app, it would make this app PERFECT.

Easy and Fast Service. Service activates instantly and porting a number (if you don’t want to use the provided number) is fast. Thanks, T-Mobile!

Does not work with Display Zoom enabled. The eSIM is great and price can’t be beat but I could not create an account while Display Zoom accessibility setting was on - the Next button needed to advance from the first page of setup was offscreen due to larger image and no scrolling was possible. Once I fixed this I had some problems with getting bank payment to succeed - it failed with two different credit cards. I tried with a third debit card on which I am principal card holder (I was only additional for first two) and also I enabled precise location for the app - I don’t know which change or changes made a difference but the “third time paid for all” as they say. It would be great if T-Moble could fix the issue with Display Zoom - it is helpful for everyone who just needs larger view so they can read the phone without needing glasses.

Can’t get past opening screen. I would love for this to work but can’t figure out how to get past opening screen : enter email The app doesn’t give any way to continue from there so that’s as far as I get. No errors, no user feedback. I am using a new iPhone 12 unlocked and purchased direct from Apple.

EXTREMELY SIMPLE. You down load the app, it checks to see if your phone is compatible. 40 bucks and less then 5 minutes later and I have service on my phone and I didn’t even have to get it. Super easy and simple to use

ZERO Stars - Cheap plans are still missing. Don’t even waste your time, as you can’t get the $15 unlimited talking and text with 2 GB., Rather typical, with hold the best deals to try to soak an Apple user. Thanks TMO... it seems like you’re definitely bringing the Sprint trash with you in the merger... so sad. Hello... T-mobile, this damages your brand and makes you look like greedy Verizon. (my review Last updated May 11, 2020)

Error 505. Tried a bunch of different approaches, but ultimately I always ended up with a 505 error. The phone number on the error screen recommended calling support, who in turn recommended “trying again.” I have tried again maybe six or seven times now with different combos of WiFi on/off, SIM card installed/removed - I give up. I’ll just stick to WiFi for the duration of my trip.

Only works for limited countries. Traveling from Bermuda and thought this was a good way to get service before arriving. Have to load the app and get all the way through to payment only to find out they don’t take many international credit cards. Disappointed and now have to go hunting for a store to buy a sim when we get there.

Awesome !. I don’t have to carry two phones when I am states side. Now lest see how fast this one can go on the 5G highway

Super user friendly. No issues and so easy

Missing Pay As You Go plan. Could you please add Pay As You Go plan ($3)? I would like to use this plan when I’m aboard and don’t use T-mobile’s eSIM. Thank you!!!

THE EASIEST EVER. I have been pulling out hairs with this prepaid plan system but I downloaded this app and I have service and a phone number is one minute. AMAZING, so simple, so affordable! Get this app it is so simple and way easier to navigate then other prepaid plans. You don’t even need a SIM card it’s great. 5 stars!

Nice. Works well. When it asks for zip code just make one up eg 90210. It then accepted Aussie credit card

Terrible service throughout US, impossible to top up. Throughout our entire US road trip T-mobile was spotty and never worked reliably (compared to AT&T). When it came time to top up after 3 phone calls and a heap of time the conclusion is that it’s impossible to top up without a US credit card. Avoid.

Stupid. This app and eSIM is markets for traveller...great concept...if you capsule pay with a credit card linked to a postcode from anywhere but the US! People in store no help. Terrible.

Doesn't work. Can't even get past the enter email screen. Support hasn't responded in 3 weeks.

Impossible to use pre-paid with the same email address. This app works well the first time a used it for a trip yo the US. The problem occurred when you want to use it again, it is not possible to reactivate your old account/ phone number or get a new one using the same email address. They ask you to create a new email address which is completely wrong and will become painful is you visit the US multiple times and need a phone number. Something has to be done to facilitate either the réactivation or the use of your email address.

Customer service is the worst. Error: Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change I get this when scanning the T-Mobile provided QR code. I’ve got purchased the e-sim phone plan with the app and no e-sim was added to my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’ve now spent 6 days of talking to T-Mobile customer support. Each call to customer support has been unprofessional and feeling like speaking to a someone on the first day on the job. Each support ticket or engineering ticket they have told me to wait 24-72 hours. Yet, I still call everyday hoping someone can fix my e-sim. Several engineering tickets later, all marked as resolved, it still doesn’t work. They suggested I use the e-sim app to “buy it again” so I do so and same issue. I have two accounts I can’t use. T-mobile has been a horrible experience. A warning to others.

App Keeps Crashing. Trying to purchase a prepaid esim for when I’m travelling and the app crashes every time it gets to the “pick a plan” screen.

Never gave me the option to install eSim. I purchased a tourist plan using this app as I was traveling to the U.S. for vacation. The app skipped past the part where is sets up your eSim and gave me my receipt showing I was charged for the service and my new T-Mobile phone number. I contacted T-Mobile multiple times about getting a QR code emailed to me so I can setup my plan manually and keep getting assured that a supervisor will send me a code yet 1 week later and they still have not sent me anything. Friendly service but extremely poor execution at all levels.

Buggy. T Mobile need to test apps before they release.

Great Service. We were travelling to NYC and this was a great way to have Data for our trip. 5G network in most places and even service in the subway system. No hassle of getting a sim. All the 1 star reviews about zip code just don’t have the common sense to use a random zip code from your destination. They only need the zip code to provide your US phone number so you make local calls when you’re there.

App doesn’t work at all. I tried activating an account from Canada but it wouldn’t let me past the first page of the app. I tried setting up an account manually over the phone but T-Mobile customer service couldn’t help me. This was an awful experience!

Boo. Can’t get past zip code. Contacted T-Mobile. They said you cannot use it without us zip code and us credit card. So why is this on Canadian App Store? I don’t understand how people get this to work? Woulda been nice to know and buy a prepaid card before I leave now I don’t have time. Waste of my time.

App does not work on some iphones. Update: app still does not work. Keep getting a 505-3033 error, even though location services is on for the app. This is an on-going issue that does not seem to get fixed. At least for me.

Easy to Use. Great app for travelling to the US.Was able to get a number and connect in minutes. Travelled for 2 weeks, mostly 5G all the time.

Believe it or not, other countries don’t have ZIP codes. Not much of a travel app for visitors to US. The setup requires a numeric only ZIP. Hello USA, there are other countries out there. Some have alphanumeric postal codes. Some don’t even have postal codes.

CDN postal code tip. The app does need to support Canadian postal codes, but there's a trick to get it to work anyway - and this works at US gas stations where the pump asks for a zip code, too. Just enter the numbers in your postal code, plus 00 - so A1B 2C3 would be entered as 12300. Other than this (kind of major) problem, it works great!

Works fine but be careful. Works fine. But having a huge problem with it. Wasn’t able to finish the first try I gave it after I paid and lost it all. There was no way to get it set up the one I paid. All I had left was to buy it again then I got thru. So that one number is paid for but can’t use it Make it available on the app to recover such case

Disappointed!. Can’t get past the zip code page.

Does not provide Receipts. The service was great, but leaving a 1 star because they don’t provide you a receipt making it difficult to expense the prepaid SIM for work trips. Will try one of their competitors instead.

Horrible for foreigners. I don’t think you’ve done a single minute of QA or user testing on this app for someone coming from another country. Unusable. Error messages all the time. Can’t pick the email I want. Can’t enter a postal code with letters. Can’t issue me a phone number. Links that open web pages take me out of the app and when I return to the app, I have to start over. I’m about to try to purchase for the 15th time. I get angrier every time.

MDN_55. As has been already mentioned, esim app does not allow for Canadian postal codes. This is puzzling given TMobile is targeting travellers with its esim plans. Seems like it should be a simple fix but the app hasn’t yet been updated. Travelling to US soon so hoping this is addressed quickly...

Doesn’t work. App doesn’t work. Can’t get past the insert email step

Doesnt want non american business. Literally cant enter billing zip code as a Canadian

Good service. It’s was very good experience to use this app was very helpful to get a eSIM card, I’m from Toronto, I used this app once last month I was in trip to Chicago working perfectly, the only thing you have to call to cancel the service, thanks

Love it!. Super easy, super quick!

Worked fine with CA Credit Card. Going to the states soon and wanted to activate a plan because the 10GB plan is cheaper than my Canadian Roaming package. Used a Canadian American Express and it worked like a charm! Activated in seconds. Just used the Zip 00000 for the billing address. Thanks T-Mobile!

App Sucks. I agree with the previous reviewer. I’m an existing t mobile customer. All I want to do is get my existing number loaded onto the esim card. Shouldn’t be difficult but it clearly is.

Never Worked - They stole $50 from me.. Never worked. The Esim never worked because of a “system error”, support assured me they would refund the money and they never did. Followed up dozens of times and no response. I would be cautious using this app if it doesn’t work you’ll never see your money back.

Postal code not accepted. This is supposed to accept postal codes instead of zip codes, but it does not.

Broken!. After entering the email address and press next, nothing happens. This app is so broken!

Unable to Use. Error 505-3033 on first step (entering email).

Misleading. Why does T-Mobile advertise this to tourists entering the USA? I download the app, put in my email, put in the Zip Code for which I will be staying predominantly. I select my plan. Then, I go to pay. I can change the country to Canada for the billing address. I can put in my province in Canada. The Zip Code is where it fails. You cannot put in a Canadian Postal Code. If they wanted an American Credit Card, then why even bother allowing us to change the country of residence???

Instant Crash. I went to activate my phone and the app instantly crashed after entering my email.

Called three times, worked it out thanks to the other reviewers. Soooo this is a great app, essentially. However, it’s not as awesome as it should be .. because it’s only designed to take numerical postal codes and won’t take the Canadian version (eg: A1B 2C3). I learned this from another reviewer and it WORKED! Take all the numbers in your postal code (in this case, 123) and add 00. Tried and tested! Can’t speak for the service yet because it just worked for me but definitely 1 star for the process until they fix this bug (or at least put it in your FAQ and let your staff know!) PS- I went to a physical T mobile store and they thought this app wasn’t legitimate

Odd Requirement - UPDATE. Seems like it would be perfect for travellers coming to the US and it’s even advertised as such on their website. However, the App only accepts US zip codes and won’t let you create an account without one. This seems really odd. You publish the app in a different country and tell those residents you need to provide a zip code they don’t have. This should not be a required field. I can only imagine this has caused so much lost revenue for the company it’s so bizarre. Update - Ok, I called T-Mobile and they couldn’t answer my question about my issue but I did some digging. You don’t need to use the “postal code to zip code” trick. The reason they first ask you for a zip code is just so they can give you a number from that area. As long as it’s valid it really doesn’t matter what you pick. Once you pay for your plan you will find that you can enter your country and proper Postal Code no problem. This is purely a communication issue with the app. I’ve adjusted my review score but will wait until I make my trip over the border before giving it 5 stars.

Not well thought out. So, this app is available in the Canadian app store. It is targeted at travelers to the USA yet the credit card payment section requires a zip code (will not accept letters in our postal codes.) So, every attempt to set up the esim plan fails as it cannot approve the credit card without the zip code. You need to change that field to accept non-US postal codes so Canadians can use it to travel to USA.

Not working in Canada. I have a US-denominated credit card from TD Bank with a US billing address but the app doesn’t work either. Keep displaying “Error 505”. When I open my TD app, I saw several attempts to charge and then refund my credit card. The app shouldn’t be allowed on the Canadian App Store unless it works reliably.

Super Easy. Don’t let the comments below scare you, this was so easy to set up. No issues, no stalling, worked like a charm. Got set up in 2 minutes. Canadian postal code and credit card worked too. 👍🏻

Easy. Super easy ty tmboile

Disappointing. I downloaded this app to use my iPhone X with an e-SIM but it does not work when I enter my Canadian postal code. Major disappointment!

Not ready. Not ready for Canadian postal yet. Only allows numeric characters even though it says postal code in the description of the header.

Do not recommend. Messy experience, shoddy platform, collectively spent over 3 hours with their prepaid service team to fix my issue, still unresolved. Do not recommend.

Great idea, poor execution. At release day, I was able to buy a plan on my 3rd try. Now it’s just not working at all. Disappointing.

Excellent for US Travel. Easy to add a US cellular plan to your iPhone and get unlimited data and a local phone number while staying in the US.

Can’t process Canadian Credit Cards. I know someone here said everyone who gave a one star review had no imagination and all they had to do is give a US postal code near where they were staying to get an US based phone # and that would solve of the problem. Except of one big oversight. The app accepts Canadian address including selecting provinces from a menu. So the intention was to register Canadians. But it won’t allow a postal code with letters only numbers! Hence the credit card can’t be processed and an account cannot me made. Total waste of time. After 40 minutes on the phone with T-mobile I discovered that even through the phone. They can not process Canadian credit cards. So much for having my eSIM active when I land. T-Mobile get your act together!

Wow. I have never had an easier and simpler wireless purchase experience!

Worst app. I tried to set up an esim but so fat I have lost my money because my new number is not working. I contact T mobile and no one is helping.

Signup is broken. Signup is completely broken, throwing errors and showing valid zip codes as invalid. I can’t even use the app.

T mobile in Canada works well. The network is here in bc working on esim

Love I give it 20 stars. Yes for me 20 stars

Doesn’t work. Runs into an error after the first screen. Useless.

Doesn’t work. Can’t register, can’t pay

Awesome !. I don’t have to carry two phones when I am states side. Now lest see how fast this one can go on the 5G highway

Big time sink. The app lets you sign up for a plan and asks you to select a “6-15 digit PIN”. Don’t do more than 6 digits, since their website where you create your online account can’t accept a longer PIN.

Awesome idea.. I love that it’s pre paid & simple.

Poor. This app is so poorly made it either freezes or gives you an error it’s very frustrating

The best option. No need to go to the store

Incredibly easy. Wow!

eSIM. Simple and easy to setup and used. Great!!!

Service isn’t bad. But the app is. Crashes every time. No way to advance thru the setup

Won't open. The app won't even open so I can't give any rating other than a 1.

Very good. I thought it was a crap but found out that I’m wrong

Michael More. You are good

Doesn’t work. Can’t get past the screen where it asks for an email. The “next” button turns pink and I can tap but nothing happens. (iPhone XS max, latest iOS version)

Useless. Can not get past the enter your email page. I tried 5 different emails. No error messages. I hit next and haptic feedback is the only thing that happens.

Doesn’t work. For months now, if you put in your email address on the first page and press the Next button, nothing happens.

Scroll down for $15 plan. The app hides the $15 plan until you scroll down

UI not loading. Using iPhone 13. UI cannot load due to cropping. Please fix it!

eSIM was super simple. I have never used an app like this and it was super easy to setup.

Great. Very easy and fast to set up!!

Insufficient Countries listed for CC use. Barbados has two to three flights per day to the USA, but a Barbados credit card is not accepted, while much smaller Dominica is on the approved CC countries list.

Unable to pay with Austrian credit card. can’t even select that country, wth??

Very good. I set up my line in 5 minutesAwesome T-Mobile

App CRASHES. The app is useless it crashes at the entry of your email address. Calling customer care is even worse they have no idea that the app crashes snd do not know how to offer esim alternatively my phone is an iPhone 12 mini

Worst App Ever. App don’t work and esim didn’t work. Total waste of money they won’t refund me. I knew it was a reason I didn’t like T-Mobile

How much internet. How can I check how much internet I have with the esim?

App crashes. The app crashes when the address page comes up.

App is now working correctly. App is now working correctly, and the $15 eSim plan is perfect for my needs (secondary number)

App Is broken. Doesn't work on ios 14.4

Esim. Fast working great easy service

Can’t re download eSIM. I reset my phone so the eSIM was removed. There is no way in the app to re download the eSIM it just stops you from signing in.

User name and password. There is not a user name and password to log in to your acct or a way to switch phones !!!!!!!! And it needs a data only unlimited no phone #

App is broken. So i input a email adress and you cant scroll the app at all needs fixing!

So easy!. Clean app, quick setup!

Amazing!. Now you don’t have to go to a store to get a line. It’s so straightforward with esim!

Steals data from the clipboard without notice or consent. The application takes a copy of whatever is in your iPhone’s clipboard on startup without notice or consent. Not disclosed in their privacy policy, either. Nasty.

Don’t use it!. Worst service ever. Spent 2h on the phone to activate that phone line with no success. Waste of time and money

Fantastic!. Super easy and ridiculously convenient.

Doesnt work with new mini phones. Cant see/scroll to the buttons to continue

Doesn’t work on iOS 14. I guess I didn’t want to use T-Mobile anyhow, and apparently you don’t want me to either. The app fails and just wastes your time, perhaps you should actually maintain it?

Literally doesn’t work. I can’t get service. The app won’t activate my phone.

IT IS NOT WORKING. I cannot even skip the first step. When I enter my email, I am getting an error. Seriously poor service

Can’t retrieve my account. I lost my phone but still have access to my T-Mobile esim login, till now I can’t have access to it kindly respond to this mail

Not compatible with iPhone 13 !!!!!. I couldn’t download the app after switching to iPhone 13

Don’t know how this has 5 stars. Didn’t work on setup but charged the credit card, and had to spend over two hours trying to talk to t-mobile support, who both couldn’t help and was unwilling to refund us.
