Hate it. Constantly crashes - does not save any user data - CONSTANTLY have to authenticate. This app makes my job worse. I miss paper.

Horrible. Not user friendly on a phone at all! You have to constantly go back to a Home Screen to refresh everything. I have used several other property/maintenance work order platforms before and this one is the worst. Trying to do a simple task that use to take 2 steps on a different platform now takes 5 steps or more. The app is always closing and you have to re sign in every time you navigate out of it to look up something else. I’ll have just been in it adding a note and then I go to reference an email and within less than a minute it kicks you out and you have to redo the entire note you already started. Inspections are not streamlined. I’m having an issue where my photos won’t be visible so I’m not sure what images are actually being uploaded into the inspection. I wish I could explain all the problems and I wish I could give it 0 stars. Just don’t. It is bad and takes too much time out of my day.

Glitchy. This app is constantly freezing and logging me out. It’s like using a broken tool that costs you hours of productivity.

Crash. Can’t open, crashes

Absolute Garbage.. Your app and elevate system are just the worst. I have never enjoyed using them. It looks alright at best but functionally it’s just a nightmare. At least your mobile maintenance app works but it looks like it’s from the 90’s. Please for the love of all that is holy develop something that moves faster than a snail on a slow day.

Okay app but….. I would love to be able to complete out a work order without having to write in a brief description if a resident doesn’t write one

Too many problems. Worked better before the update now nothing works always crashes would give it 0 but doesn’t let me

Garbage. Have to use them app for work, constantly has issues. Always crashes, always issues signing in to even access the app. Everything loads super slow and often doesn’t even save your data. The day I never have to use this app again will be glorious.

Terrible. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. It was not ready for release but they rushed it out and now there are errors and updates every time you turn around. For the amount this costs agencies it is an absolute terrible product.

Technology Unhappy. Horrible time consuming I can’t take pictures from my iPhone it is too sophisticated, too detailed that I am 2 days in row for an apartment inspection and I am not able to finish. This should be quick and simple dedicated to hard work people not all we Software engineers to understand the complexity of your system

Absolutely terrible in every way. I’ve never had so many issues with one app before. Every day it signs me out randomly throughout the day, constantly crashes, never saves anything I’m working on, will stop working while in a work order, I have had to uninstall and reinstall countless times in a day as well as through out the week, there are so many bug issues, no matter how many “updates” they have done it’s just as bad as if it had never had an “update” It makes my work a complete nightmare, my coworkers also have these same issues, it needs to be fixed this has been going on for a year now

Not stable. Glitchy, crashes

It needs a lot more work. Crashes, signs out all the time. When closing a work order signs out and won’t let me save my notes, easier and faster to use my desktop than this mobile app.

Buggy at Best. Users report frequent crashes while performing work orders. Data lost include notes, pictures, timestamps, and observations. This is incredibly cumbersome, as the work the technicians are doing requires being in the resident units, so they are having to go back into units to redo work orders and inspections for proper documentation. The only solution we found is to delete the app and then reinstall, but that’s a very temporary solution. I wish Yardi would fix the app. The idea behind the app is great, the execution is not.

Most frustrating app ever. App is trash, and I have to use it for work which is very unfortunate. Constantly crashes and full of glitches, on both iPad and iPhone.

Ratings are skewed crappy app. There is one five star review listed here yet according to the graph it looks like almost a third of the reviews are five stars. I like most of the reviews give it a one star this app is constantly crashing asking for new password all the time not saving any work losing pictures losing time. It is terrible.

Used to have a lot of problems. I used to have all kinds of issues with this app. Crashed all the time! Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times a day. I was on an android phone. I switched to IOS still have a few issues but nothing like I did on Android.

Worse and worse. This app continues to get worse all the time. Constantly logs me out and freezes trying to log back in. Remember this device for 15 days? Try 15 seconds. No matter how many times I click that I have to log back in almost daily. There’s no way to update work order to put something that you’ve worked on it or looked at it and are waiting for a part. No way of putting that something is scheduled. Work orders just sit and managers think you’re doing nothing since there’s no way to make updates or notes to work orders without them being assigned to one person. What if that person is busy? Sure would be nice to be able to have someone else be able to take the task. Also been 15 minutes since I’ve tired to log in and is still on the loading/please wait screen. Terrible app for what it’s supposed to do

Stable and customizable. Huge improvement from old Yardi apps for maintenance and inspections, able to add video attachments. No crashes so far.

This app is horrible. I have to use this app for work, and this app is impossible to make the notifications sound when they come in. The layout is horrible, it lags. If someone reads this please use this to make improvements to this app.
