Bad service. I signed up for a free trial on this app, and canceled it before the payment was due because the app was horrible and couldn’t track any of my packages. And because of this issue they keep trying to charge my card and now I cannot download anything from the App Store. So in conclusion do not get the free trial nor download this app !!!

As easy as pie. Keeps all my packages in one place and I never miss an update thanks guys

Amazing. Depending on the shipping/delivery company, this application give you detailed information on what is happening with the package. Down to details such as it arriving at a sorting center, when it leaves the sorting center, when it is processed at another facility, etc. I’ve been using this app for a while and absolutely love it.

why it’s 5 star. It’s great and it says I need premium to auto update but it just updates itself 😄😄😄

BEST TRACKING APP!!!. This app is great for tracking. I use it to track out going orders for my business and it works great because it says how long a package is in transit so I know if a package gets lost. THANKS FOR MAKING A GREAT APP!!!

STILL CHARGED ME $64 AFTER I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION. I downloaded the app for the free trial but decided not to keep it. I only had the app 7 hours and cancelled the subscription. They drafted $64 out of my bank account after I had already cancelled it. I want my refund back. I’m not happy at all. I would give zero stars if I could. If the company reads this I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED NOW. I CANCELED BEFORE THE 3 DAY TRIAL.

Inaccurate Tracking. This app has potential to be a good app but all the tracking info is inaccurate. Said my package should be delivered in August but my package didn’t send till September than it said it was coming from Hong Kong when my package came from New York . Definitely wouldn’t trust the tracking it provides

Misleading.. Seems like you can track the package live but its pretty misleading. You cannot track it live. Nor can you refresh. Just shows where that package arrived the last update on ups. Pretty lame and it costs money and for what??

This app steals your money!! Don’t download. I downloaded this to find out it’s not really anything special. I deleted my account on the first day of having downloaded it, but I was charged $50. I have reached out 10+ times and no one is getting back to me!!! This is just a fancy app to see where your package is but you can get the same service for free!!! Total scam!!!

The worst app ever. It doesn’t let you sign in it doesn’t let you get a new password horrible I will not be using it y’all gotta do better

LifeSaver. I have been waiting for my registered mail. Per the originating country, my mail should be arriving in 6-8 weeks. It was taking longer than that. I sent an email asking what happened to my mail. I was told that my mail was dispatch and to check the country of destination. Plus they reminded me about the tracking #. I got the tracking number, tried tracking the #. The number could not be found. I looked for an App, hoping to find my mail with the tracking number. 😁The App found it. I was too happy. My mail was still in the country of origin. After a few more weeks, my mail started to move and I got notifications of the movement. Finally my mail reached the destination country. It took a week more before it was finally delivered. It took about 4 and a half months for my mail to reach me. If I did not download this App, I may still be waiting for my mail. Thank you. This App was very helpful and useful.

Missing packages. I have been waiting for several months for my package. I now get a message that says undelivered due to address problem. I have no information about where this package is located or carrier. This is very disappointing and need some compensation for your non-service!

Good for what it’s for. I got this app because I was tired of Shop to track packages, and while I wish it had more features like notifications that aren’t premium- it’s not too big of a deal for me considering how important tracking packages is for my life.

Money grab. This app is a money grab. Your charging people 10$ every three days for details about where our packages are when those same details you all give are ones we can see for free on the web browser. This a complete and total rip off. And I’m tired of paying you guys to get details I can get for free. You’re not giving specific details anyway.

I love this app. i love how you can add any package and you don’t have to plead any money like most apps i advise you to use this app if you need to track your package

BEST TRACKING APP. there’s ads but other than that it’s a really really good tracking app i love it a lot it allows you to see where ur packages are and you don’t have to worry about when its gonna come or where it’s gonna be at ( for my impatient people) it came in handy a few times i just started using it and i love it already you should definitely download it

Super smooth. After using some _other_ apps that claimed to import from aliexpress etc. they technically did but they felt so clunky this app is really beautiful and feels very solid.

Frustrating. While the app is free, expect virtually every action in the app to be met with a popup encouraging you to sign up for a $10/month (!) subscription. Tracking a China Post package in the US, every status just has some generic “Overseas” text. I installed another app and it’s showing me where in the US it is. This app works OK, but there are much better alternatives that don’t constantly try to upsell you.

good but could be a bit better. I’ve been tracking my packages on here and I love the idea that I can see it on a actual map!! I love it shows me everything!! But also I have ads popping up in my face every second which is not so enjoyable :(

App is okay. Tried this app. Thought I’d get more exact information on my deliveries like a map show how close deliveries were to my home. Paid $2.99 for year subscription. Unfortunately, it didn’t give me anymore information than the delivery apps (ie: FedEx, UPS). Going to delete app. Developers can keep the $2.99.

Pretty Decent but needs more work.... This app has so much potential. I really like having all of my packages all in one place so I can track their delivery timeframes but some packages that have already been delivered do not reflect the correct status.

Wasn’t helpful. This app told me my package was delivered hours before it actually was. It also told me that it was arriving at 2:00 pm and it actually arrived around 5. And another one is I tried track my package and it kept saying the same place. Unhappy with the service

Good app. It’s a good app but there is a lot that you have to pay for like u need to pay just to get a notification or auto updates which I feel is just petty but other than that it’s good and I enjoy it and there are not many ads I would recommend it

Not specific. On the app my package still seems in China. On original tracking website it shows it’s in the USA… Weird…

Why?. I have been tracking my package for 6 weeks and the only thing it Will have listed after I have emailed the merchant is a quick change of time. It supposedly sits in one hub for days until t email again and then a date will change. This is so annoying. If you have contracts with these carriers WHY does it take so long! One day the package is at LAX and the same day it’s somehow in New York. How can ONE PACKAGE BE IN 2 places, HOW/WHY😡

Works well. I have my own business and keeping up with different apps or websites to keep up with my packages is kind of hassle jumping from page to page but with this app I can see all my stuff and updates on delivery status

Not that great. Update: after using this for a while I realized it can only track about half my packages. It will accept some FedEx tracking IDs and for other FedEx IDs it gives me the error “wrong tracking number” even though they’re directly copied and pasted. You’re better off getting alerts for your USPS and FedEx packages, they’re free and trustworthy unlike this application.

Had hopes. From the reviews I had hopes that this was my new perfect tracking app. It has been slow to track and update. It keeps trying to update a delivery and so I go directly to UPS or another site and see the updates there. A package will arrive and the app finally marks it as delivered hours later or even the next day. I found I was working for the app instead of it helping me. The search continues.

Confused in today’s time - No Landscape Mode. I wish I could use this app! Unfortunately, the lack of a landscape view mode is a major hindrance for me. As someone who works exclusively on my iPad Pro, whether it's through the Magic Keyboard or with external monitors via a Thunderbolt hub, it's frustrating to pay $60 a year for an app that doesn't take full advantage of the hardware it was designed for. It just doesn't seem right.

One Step Behind. When compared to the delivery service’s website, always one step behind. If the package has departed the shipping facility, app shows it just arrived at the shipping facility.

What happened!!. I have been using this app for over a year now and since the update it crashes! Can’t even open it. Plus I have a subscription. I guess I’ll have to unsubscribe and find another.

Best Tracker Available. I have used package tracking apps for years snd my primary app was “Parcel Track” which is good and have always worked good but when i tested this app to see if their was any difference and i Immediately knew it was much better! I paid for the premium service and it’s been flawless! Put it this way, this app is so good i deleted my other trackers because there is no need to have multiple trackers when this one does it all! Like i said it’s the best package tracking app i have ever used.

Chinese lunar year. 1st package sent from California to Me in Weihai China! Took a couple of weeks longer but it got here to my doorstep! The tracking AP helped me keep daily track of the package! I will give it another try !

After seeing how crappy this was, I canceled. It gave me the same info as 17 track and 4px so I canceled it immediately (20 minutes after activating it). No free trial!!! It took my month’s subscription payment and shows it’ll end on September 16th - today is August 16th! Do not bother, this is a piece of junk software with NO real free trial! As for being able to chat with the carrier, nope!!! That was why I tried it because my package is showing delayed, there was no method of contacting the carrier!

One day and dead. I purchased a year, spent hours putting in 20 packages and next day, every time I open it bounces me out within 5 seconds. Y’all need to fix this. And don’t say delete and reload, it took to long to put all those tracking numbers in.

Great and accurate. This is my first time using this site. I am really impressed with my perfect notifications. I also love that you can track many packages on one app.

I recommend. This app/website has been the only one to give me status of my package! Most of the time I get really impatient and try to use fedex or usps to track my package but most of the time it says it’s “Not found” or something happens BUTTT if I were to use this app it tells me exactly where and what’s happening! I recommend if you can’t find your package on other websites!

The best tracking app I’ve found!. Pros: - recognizes MANY carriers - especially carriers from China, more than most apps - displays tracking info that other apps do not - especially overseas tracking info - can title tracking numbers which is so helpful - shows map when possible - refreshes tracking when app is opened - clean UI, ads not in the way - no subscription Cons: - often displays estimate delivery date that has passed - cannot add sender name unless you want it all in the title - unable to reorder/reorganize tracking numbers Pros heavily outweigh the cons and when these bugs are fixed this will be the perfect tracking app!

Fraud. These people are scammers. I ordered twice the first time my package said it was delivered but never came to address so I reordered sent to a different address same thing lady name Bella was emailed me said to help but never helped me find my package said they will issue an refund but I never received please someone report these people to consumer affairs I will be filling an complaint ripping off the American people they never provide an US tracking Number only said delivered to mail box but I never got it and was home because I was tracking all the time

Buggy app. There are some problems with this app. The summary page doesn’t update all the packages correctly, even though the details might be correct when you look at each one individually. Some tracking just doesn’t work at all. I paid for full access but the app is not good.

Dodgey. I used a seldom used email address to create a login for this app and within a day started recieving scam and phishing emails.

Charged my card for a week subscription when I was on the 1st day of my 3 day trial. I feel that I’ve been scammed by this app! I was meant to have a 3 day trial and immediately charged my card for a weeks worth of subscription! What a con! I immediately cancelled after I was charged!

Garbage and full of bugs. Does not work at all with Australia Post and also Aramex Australia. Item turns up and app is still waiting for its first update from carrier. This app is rubbish. Have written to support and they have ignored both emails.

Not working. Was a good app but now doesn’t really work anymore. Too bad I like how it showed consolidated packages. Seems to not work anymore.

Not precise. It is useless. I didn’t receive any notifications and the visual tracking itself on the map doesn’t keep up. I can as well keep track with the tracking number by mail.

Best Multi-Parcel Tracking App. Very please with the improvements this app is making. Convenient was to track all your online orders from various online merchants. The import tracking numbers function is a winner. Happy customer.

user beware. I downloaded, explored the product and found it doesn't fit my needs. removed app, cancelled subscription. Yet I am being charged for the service. This should not have happened, I had cancelled. Raised to apple to resolve and refund. I trust it was a technical glitch, however, I have never had this experience with any other purchase.

Cannot auto detect. I download the app and I tried putting in my tracking number but unfortunately it cannot auto detect the delivery service,when I tried it manually it keeps loading for minutes so I had to close it,please try and fix it,thank you

Wish. I shop online all the time and I have to say thePackage tracker is amazing, it’s letting me know how many packages are on transit and how many are awaiting shipment so I have no issue with that I do have ongoing problems with the online site I shop with which I’m hoping will be resolved very soon

$80 a year to track mail. The auto tracker bugs out constantly. Haven’t gotten a notification from this app in years. I don’t remember what the subscription was before, but it wasn’t $80!

Terrible. literally just use the tracking they provide you with, this app is beyond useless and somehow shows LESS updates??

Utterly useless. I was lead to believe this app would let me see my package on a map. It offered no such option and despite the website having a number of updates, this app said they weren’t even sure the package was sent yet. Not sure how this app developer could have done a worse job or created a more useless product.

Scam. Bought a product on FB that unknowingly came from China. Length of time to arrive unknown. Downloaded the 17 app as directed with package tracking. That app directs you to yet another app. This one. No way am I giving my bank info. They want payment if you want to track your package. How about K.M.A? If I could give a zero star rating, that’s what they would get.

Total scam charged without free trial. Don’t be fooled! I was charged from day one. Never received the 7 free days trial. I tried 3 times to request a refund and was denied every time. I wouldn’t chance giving this company your credit card info because they will rip you off. I’m a 70 year old widow, just trying to keep track of some packages I ordered. Never again will I give Apple my info to use for subscriptions.

Useless App. This app genuinely doesn’t do anything that a google search with your tracking number doesn’t provide for free. Advertises a live view of your package where it’s at yet doesn’t offer anything like that after you sign up for premium subscription. Don’t waste your time, google the tracking number get same info for free.

I tried to enter my package carrier in and it wasn’t listed but that’s not even the only thing second of all it doesn’t even show you on the maps unless you pay for it and even still then it said that the app is free so? Did not get 7-day free trial. There are plenty of free apps that work just as good or better than this one. I was supposed to get a 7-day free trial, but it charged me $60 immediately for one year without getting a trial. I tried cancelling and could not get a refund. Now I’m out $60 for an app I’m not going to use because a free tracking app that I have is better.

Doesn’t do as it says. Got this app cause I was tracking a package from a website and the site said to get this app to get more details or “advanced tracking” with a map and all that. But when I got it and tried the advanced features it had less details than the website. Missing the last 2 updates that the website had, and no map option at all.

Not the best tracker.. It’s not helpful, I’ve added some order numbers that I personally couldn’t seek off the tabs I bought stuff from. It left some of mine pending, and most that I added have been delivered. This app never let me know, it di not update, and I even tried the subscription thing. Absolutely not. $9.99 per month - crazy. I tried this app to track a package, let me use it for about 6 hours for free, then made me do the “free” 7 day trial which would auto renew for $9.99 per WEEK!! Wouldn’t let me view anything unless i accepted that, so I deleted the app. It also didn’t seem to correctly track my package, it was moving while the app showed it in one place. … so seemed to have its issues on top of the cost.

Package Tracker - pkge mobile review.. This app is full of scams and opens up your phone for hackers to get you easily. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. On top of all the pop ups they wanted me to sign up for a monthly subscription. On one pop up which automatically opens up a webpage that said I my apple account has been charged $340 for something. Best to avoid this app and stay safe.

Doesn’t really do anything. I gave an extra star because you can track packages from any of the usual carriers in one place. However, it doesn’t tell you anything different than what the carriers’ websites will tell you. You do not track the trucks themselves like they advertise.

Package tracker. Just downloaded this it’s been very accurate. I would recommend this to everybody // and //who is worried about their package or anything else

Malicious business practices. They advertise on shippers’ tracking pages, hijack things that should be free, and then charge 4x the amount they normally would if you sign up for the free trial. Why would I pay $40 a month for package tracking? Clearly a money grab and whoever owns and developed this app isn’t a good person. One of the most morally reprehensible things I’ve seen on the App Store.

Doesn’t work. Everything is stuck on pending and won’t match other tracking services (including the company handling the shipping and delivery). It even said my package may not have been sent yet even though hugs out for delivery currently. You can’t expect me to pay for your subscription when your app doesn’t work

Update. Tracker kept me informed with every step of the package through the mail system. Very helpful.

Don’t bother. This app constantly show pending when the other websites are showing the movement of my package, I keep coming back days upon days to see if it has finally show something, still show pending. Even now that my package is at the local post office, it still show nothing, no movement, just pending. One app less to have. Will delete today. I gave up on it.

Great app horrible price. This is a good app and does what usps and 17track should do but for 10 dollars a week it’s just ridiculous to pay that much to see where your packages are.

bad. Terrible app, absolutely useless it wont even show me any information for my package everything just says pending and no updates for my package that has already almost arrived. I really don’t know where to start there’s no open line of communication with you guys I have package showing delivered and yet to receive the goods furthermore I’ve ask for the name of the carrier so maybe just maybe I’ll be able to track down my goods there’s no picture attached to the tracking to verify delivery we’re in the 21st century come on guys

DO NOT USE THIS APP. This app popped up when I clicked on tracking for an item I had ordered. It looked like a free app. No, there was a one week trial then it started billing weekly. When I reviewed my next PayPal statement I was being charged $9.99 +tax weekly. Didn’t show up in my subscriptions and I receive so much junk email I missed the weekly emails. AND it never did provide tracking info for the item I had ordered.

Very disapointing. So glad i did the free trial, at least i wont be out any money. Waiting for a big expensive item which will need a signature, and the tracking hasn’t been updated for 4 days now. How is one suppose to now when the package is here if there are no recent activity being added to the tracking of an item?

Where’s my package????. I ordered the advent calendar months ago never received. They got in touch with these people. Didn’t realize it was coming from China or I would’ve never ordered it now I had to open an app and for me to track my package. It’s 999 a week $40 a month that is ridiculousto say the least, I’m not getting this app when it comes it comes never order again from these people

Package. Terrible service. Had 3 large packages Kept saying they were delivered but as of today 3 months later no packages and no one can help me find them. Just keeps replying been delivered

Great luggage. I can’t wait to use it.. I did have to put it together. Took me y minute to figure it out and zip up all the parts. Now I just have to figure out how to put on the roller cart.
