Works great!. I really do love this app. I’ve used it for a few years and literally it seems like you can find someone to do almost anything and everything. All the freelancers seem easy to work with and this is by far the best freelancer app IMO. A few cons... communication can be a huge problem between you and freelancers. They really do mean well( and I hate even complaining about this) but sometimes it’s frustrating because you can give them detailed explanations Fr the beginning and many times they act like they fully understand the task but then you get your delivery and you realize they either have no idea what you were talking about or they just said yes the whole time to make you happy and even if they offer revisions it’s too late. It can be VERY frustrating. They all seem to think they are qualified for the job but when it comes down to it it’s trial and error.

Great service. It’s really an amazing platform that allows people all over the world to collaborate from a starting point of trust. The only thing I hate and think is morally repugnant is that Fiverr takes a percentage of a seller’s tip, if left after the initial service. And the percentage is far too high. I understand the service fees are how you support the business and I support that 100% for initial services, but you should absolutely not take any portion of the tip. I no longer tip sellers because of this….that I am trying to share my gratitude with the seller if I am extremely satisfied with a service. There should be an option for a buyer to allow a portion of their tip to go with Fiverr if they like. I’m sure I’m not alone and that many artists are being denied tips because of your skimming. Other than that, this is a great service.

Be VERY Cautious about who you hire. Loads of foreign people on fiver. Not that I have an issue with that. I do when they disguise themselves as American workers with degrees. Apparently Fiverr check no one’s credentials. Hired a woman writer from Chicago that ended up being a man from Nigeria that was part of a writers group. He lied about writing the ghost writers sample that we hired them off. I got broken English that was OBVIOUSLY written by a foreigner. I did get a refund but lost 6 weeks dealing with the lies that were being told to us. Fiverr needs to have some sort of vetting process. We hired someone for a logo. Same issue. They spoke very little English. The logo was AWFUL. The designer did not do what we clearly asked for. Lost $50 on that project. It was an infuriating experience. Be VERY careful who you hire. They are most likely not what they seem and Fiverr has NOt verified who they are or their credentials. Sad that such a great idea for a company could be such a nightmare to use.

Worst app ever (as a seller). I’ve heard it’s fine as a buyer but it is the worse app I’ve ever used as a seller. They take 20 percent commission and charge the buyer a fee as well and then hold onto your money after everything clears for two weeks while they collect interest on your money that should be in your account! To do a PayPal transfer they say it can take up to 7 business days (though it did transfer the same day for me) and the other vendor they use for direct deposits (Payoneer) charges $1 per transaction. Very confusing to just set up an account (and I’ve never had trouble with any of the other multiple apps on my cell phone). Confusing to post “gigs”. Not user friendly, glitches like not recognizing a phone number on set up, couldn’t log in one night from phone/app/website and there is no direct customer support and never received a response to my submission regarding it. Overall a really terrible experience using this app and would not recommend it at all.

No seller protection. I was already a bit put off with Fiverr once I learned that seller payments can take up to a month to be ready for withdrawal. This is supposed to be to protect the buyer, but it comes weeks after the buyer has already been able to accept the work completed and given a review. My feeling here is that once the seller gives a review of the service, that should release the funds. It definitely isn't fair to the seller for the buyer to have weeks to change their mind, especially if it was a service that was rendered. But ok, we're building trust. What just sealed this deal for me is a situation where a customer left a negative review due to a misunderstanding. We worked it out and she immediately placed another order and left a glowing review where she stated the previous one was in error. Well as a new seller this has a big impact on my overall rating. So I requested support remove the incorrect one. Not only was I told that it isn't their policy to remove reviews, but that the rating was posted as an automated posting by Fiverr. So support basically lied to avoid helping a seller. Wanna see screen shots of the conversation? I have them. I'm be going to a different platform now. Fiverr isn't the only one out there.

Great concept but lacking collaboration tools. The idea is great. The talent is scarce and you have to literally hire 10 different people to find one who actually has talent and skills. Most of the gigsters are not very good and you can’t rely on reviews or samples as it is not the work you will get. Many use google translate and claim to know the language. Prepare to be very frustrated with trying to convey a message. The biggest problem is that there are no tools for real time collaboration or ability to use voice and video. Terms of the site prohibit them from sharing info and you end up sending messages back and fourth. You lose time and above all you lose patience as you can’t simply go on a shared whiteboard and point to the area you want attention to. If these guys improve I might come back, but otherwise I’m off to their competitors who realize the importance of real collaboration and communication.

The website on desktop peaked my interest in edit and I was it as a way to connect with the community and I believe it often does with. However I see a possible pitfall in its design because I was fooled myself. I could not reach anyone unless I gambled my way to their company. I’m sure it could be poor favor, but with a more educated approach you are tilting the people who need to expand away. You have might not intended but the verified top sellers and the ones I look for aren’t found in my area in person and many good content creators are washed away. I think the back half of your “talent” pool needs a more nonchalant and local touch without the fear of the doubt. I think we aren’t out sourcing poor talent away but feeding the slow methods and wonderful talent of abstract design into the slightly acidic personal perspective when we hear a 911 call or emergency response is hailed for. I’m sure there is protocol but when red flags goes up, who’s in check or the speedy shutdowns and who’

Account Disabled for No Reason. I created an account as a buyer using Google to sign in. I then downloaded the app and logged in using Google. I reached out to several sellers for something, then decided to check my profile to make sure it was all good. I noticed I didn’t have a photo so I uploaded a professional picture of MYSELF. Immediately after that I was logged put and couldn’t login again. I tried resetting my password and received an email saying my account was disabled for “violating the terms of service of community standards”. I tried everything to get in touch with them but you have to be signs in to get help. Finally found their email online and reached out. They did not read my email and their response was generic basically saying they can’t do anything about a disabled account. I literally did nothing wrong and they won’t fix the problem. I would never even consider spending money on their platform for fear of being disabled at the blink of an eye. Terrible company, non-existent customer service, ZERO stars. I’m now considering legal action as they have my personal information and could be legally considered fraud. If the company sees this you guys seriously need some work, this is 2024 and unacceptable.

Always exceeds expectations. This provider always does such a fantastic job. She responds quickly to contacts, she is always thorough on my projects, she takes the time to make sure I get what I need and is great about clarifying things that aren’t clear - this is especially helpful if you’re like me and you aren’t tech savvy. She also takes the time to let me know what I can expect in regard to the tweaks or constructs she applies to the project. This is especially helpful, again, for clients like me (who aren’t tech savvy) in order for me to be able to “see around corners” I wouldn’t have known were there if she hadn’t taken the time to point them out. This helps me see the bigger picture in regard to how the project will flow and if there are changes I want to make I can discuss them immediately. I will continue to work with this provider and would highly recommend her to others as well. You won’t be sorry!

Has several drawbacks. iPhone app and online version don’t sync well. iPad version is just a larger iPhone version making it very cheap looking with minimal UTI. Syncing issues is a big issue. You might get a notice on all that you have a message and you might not. You have to actually go into the app, back out of the inbox and select inbox again to have it sync. Very unhandy and clunky. Manage order is separate from inbox causing confusion as they might leave a message there. If you don’t react fast when order is marked complete, it will automatically dispense the funds. Help desk is frequently unhelpful and doesn’t use the app - uses email. Refunds only via PayPal with an account and 2% less. Ripoff. Not clearly stated when you order. Quality of sellers is very hit and miss. Fiverr don’t do a good job screening and determining if the work shown is really their work. It seems there a a lot of fake reviews allowed. Or they have their friends purchase a job for very cheap and the friend leaves a glowing review. Cheap advertising. If you have a complained you can not talk to a supervisor. Very unhelpful and not customer friendly. App allows you to mark favorites for those sellers you like to use again. New feature shows that when you send a message buyer/seller might be offline due to the late hour.

Please Optimize for IPad Pro!!. Please optimize this app for iPad Pro when opening the app it appears with black borders on the left and right I don’t mind it too much but everything about it is so low quality and would much rather have it optimize for iPad but other than that the app is pretty solid so far I don’t solely rely on it it’s self are use the website and the app at the same time but I just wish also that the app just had all the features that the website has inconvenient basic locations and just a much better you why And one more thing please allow us to make our gig stand out a little more by us having more freedom with how we title our gigs with apostrophes and (!)’s and for us to put a much longer detailed description under the gig someone’s purchasing I never find it enough space to describe the gig when giving the opportunity it always says that the description is too long and I don’t like that I want people who see the gig scrolling through Fiverr actually see everything that the gig is all about That’s all thank you

Terrible. This whole platform is a scam. It is terrible I have I got no actual results from it and it’s all just a scam and I would like to actually receive about $10,000 from this company because they scare me so hard that I actually paid 50 K and this this whole company is a scam and don’t trust anything on this. Don’t give any bank account numbers or anything that they really just want to scam you there a data collection scheme and I really don’t support this company so this company or app is called Fiverr and it’s one of the most useless apps ever there is only people that provides services and there’s no actual problems to be solved and if you want to actually post what your company does, this would not be a good platform for you this platform is only for service provider is not not like actual service job that you can do so if you’re a business owner, you wanna go and find people there is no people that provide like jobs we used to do from companies as people that are looking for jobs, so it’s terrible and I would like to schedule a call or zoom call with a the CEO of this company and personally talk to him about what he’s been doing and I’m having this because I really feel like this is a really issue and I lost about 10 K or I lost 50 K sorry and I really wanted to get 10 K backdo not trust this

Battalions of Hacks who cannot follow the simplest of instructions. I’ve posted many design request for logos, ect. You are inundated with offers in broken English with promises of 100% satisfaction. I gave up months ago but decided to try again with a different angle of a full detail of what I wanted but got the same headaches.. it’s cheap but there are logo apps that are easier to work with and provide much better results in much less time. Update: 2018 Tried again to post a request. This time I received an email that my request was denied from support because it wasn’t clear enough. It was a simple graphic design request for dog and Cat design for products like T-shirts .. pretty straightforward but I was threatened that my account would be suspended for any further “violations “ violations? . Deleted my account removed the app.. good riddance. Waste of time for nearly two years now. Pathetic.

thanks for one more job. His work was surprising since I have done two jobs and each time I am excited to start the other one. If you are looking for a serious and responsible person, I recommend him 100%. I entered fiver for the first time to find the best job and after a search of who would be the author of my work, then we talked and I asked him many questions because I was new to my first job and the man very patiently guided me and explained to me what the best option was and we applied and I do not regret having done so, after The man guided me, I continued looking for someone else with the characteristics that he had already told me and I had to return because he offered the best and that gave me the best of the job, quality and professionalism.

Usually good but no refunds if you find out the service didn’t work and it’s been 3 months. I paid for a service and thought it was done correctly. I didn’t have time to work on it myself (which is why I chose Fiverr) but by the time I did work on it I found out that the service didn’t actually fulfill my request even in the most basic sense. And I wanted to wait til I had time to work on it and could confirm it before I accused him of not doing it properly. (Mistake) The seller said that it had been 3 months so he couldn’t give a refund (I even offered to just split the cost in case it was a language barrier issue). So that was $45 down the drain. However, normally Fiverr works well which is why I gave a positive rating. Just don’t use it assuming the job will be done correctly and that you can get your money back if it isn’t. Or if you have any suspicion it isn’t correct, don’t wait until you have time to work on it and confirm on your own, just ask for your money back right away (which is rude but apparently what you have to do). Most services are easy to see if it is correct right away. But for web services or complex tasks, and DEFINITELY SEO (which can take 3 months to even see results), or anything that takes time to confirm, be warned you can lose your money.

Sanjay Samanta(@billionsideas) is a life saver!. I have been having an incredible amount of spam emails coming from the contact page on my website. Literally thousands of emails daily. All the same message from multiple addresses so my normal tactic of just blocking the contact would be futile. I would start deleting them and by the time I deleted 100 there would be 10-20 more that just came in during that small time. Sanjay added recaptcha to my website and I’ve been spam free. Sanjay worked with not only myself but also my hosting service when they blindly updated something without checking that everything was still working properly (they basically tanked my site) Sanjay I can’t thank you enough, you are saving my time and my sanity!

Communication is lacking.. The first person I hired to draw up a project for our home was not very good at all. I tried to explain to him I would not be able to use his work to submit to my board for review. I received zero value for $180 dollars I paid him. I tried to negotiate with him half way the project to recover at least some of my money. He was not very willing to work with me. Very amateur work like my 11 year old son could have created on his Minecraft video game. I tried to contact Fiverr and explain my situation to help me and then just gave up. I ended up just paying the guy and throwing away $180. I feel there should be a little more help from Fiver on these type of disputes. The second person was amazing and exactly what I was looking for. A true professional. I’m sure Fiver tries to screen its sellers as much as they can. But the first guy was a total amateur and a con. Sexual harassment discrimination. I reported a man for sexually harassing me during my very first life coaching Gig on there. Their response was to immediately take down all my gigs! 2 years later I went back into my account and noticed I could just re active them. I did that and I also wrote to customer service who had previously said that my life coaching gigs didn’t fit their platform. (Makes no sense they have a full category for it). So this time I was pro active and read all their rules, saw nothing I did wrong, and although my gigs were displayed, I didn’t want the same thing to happen again- so I’m good faith I wrote to them. This time they said “your account has been permanently disabled”. They refuse to tell me if there is any wording they didn’t like about my gigs so I truly believe it was because I complained about a man who gratified himself during a video call with me. Now I can’t even log in. Such a shady company. Not a user friendly app at all. Takes hours to create gigs if using a phone. Thinking about suing them for whistleblower retaliation against my reporting of the sexual harassment. Worst company I ever dealt with.

Fiverr service/care Awful!. I purchased well over a thousand dollars worth of goods and services from Fiverr and for the most part enjoyed what I got. Then I decided to jump on board and try to sell. I paid a few times to boost my stream views and thought I could do the same thing. I got one customer who gave me a 5 star rating. Next thing, Fiverr disabled my account with no warning or explanation. I asked several times to explain what was going on but i got a robotic answer that I violated terms but no explanation how. I never got any help with the situation. I made another account just so I can ask for help or an explanation and all they did was shut that down and still never told me what the problem was. My only gig was, I would watch and auto host other peoples stream for $5. They have no number, zero customer service and zero security purchasing something. If they inexplicably disable your account you will have no access to the products you purchased. Very dangerous. I feel cheated out of $1,000, and still no one from the company has reached out. I can not in any good faith recommend this app if this is how they treat people.

Would be higher rated if customer support was better. I’ve been working on the Fiverr platform actively since 2020. Like any company, they began to change in their hopes of platform improvement and, to generate more revenue, started services like Fiverr Pro which basically means, pay them a premium, they’ll get you more views to your gigs/services. Since this launch, they completely changed the metrics of success and while this was meant to help give consumers accurate details of the services they hope to purchase, it ended up hurting many vendors, such as myself, by not grandfathering older metrics of success and overall hurting our overall score. When I reached out to customer service they gave me a very generic answer to these issues and when I reached out again seeking answers, I was ignored. It’s a sad way to show they don’t care about the smaller businesses on the platform while they focus on their “big fish”.

SMH. Never do two accounts. So make sure you read very well. I have been on fiverr platform for over 3 or 4 years. It’s been really good until one day I decided to start a second account doing beats for this one instead of singing and rapping. Made over 30k in my first account, great loyal customer base built, solid stats across the board, ended up being a top seller and then a couple months into my second account they asked for ID verification so I did that. Noticed it asked for my first account then did that one and was immediately blocked from my main primary page I had for over 3 years. Highly upset was not even the words to describe how I was feeling. Over 300 completed gigs not backed up, 5 star ratings with numerous repeat customers all gone in one minute. But I won’t get down because I’m a walking music genius who has worked with a lot of top industry artist like Gucci Mane and more. But anyway to make maters worst there was money still in my account I have to wait 90 days for some link to magically come to my email. None of the reps can find my account and at this point I will be leaving fiverr starting my on platform. They have made enough money off of my work. It was good While it lasted but I hate how it ended.

Do not use this service!. I used Fiverr twice to hire logo designers for my business and I am convinced that there are many logo designers on here that aren’t genuine about the work that they post or the experience they claim to have. The most recent designer I hired claimed to deliver a hand drawn logo and even had photos of the gigs he have “previously done” the work that he delivered looked like an amateur created it on Canva. Like seriously I could’ve done a better job. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, Fiverr’s customer support continuously put the blame on me for not being clear enough or requesting modifications when I did both very clearly. They had no intentions of giving me my money back and no one seemed to care that the designer was clearly not qualified for the work he charged for or claimed to be able to do. Fiverr has no customer protection in order to refund your money if seller’s fall through or cannot deliver what you asked. I’ve had so many friends and family members who mistakenly hired flukes and wasted their money on fake designers on Fiverr, it’s really a shame. But I will not be using Fiverr again.

An absolute professional and truly a blessing!!. I am so grateful for Santhar. She is, in my sincere opinion, an absolute professional—extremely proficient, personable, and patient, and she impressed me at every phase of the process. This is my very first experience with Fiverr, and Santhar has set the bar extraordinarily high. I have already certainly recommended Fiverr and Santhar to others, and I will happily continue to do so. Do not work in this platform. As a fiver pro you are given an advocate. I have done over 200+ Bussiness plans and had 11 cancel. Out of that 11 maybe 4 was understandable in my beginning stage of selling and not being able to screen customers appropriately according to Fiverr market needs. Now the other plans , I spent days on doing. Me and my partner both have business degrees and my partner has a master’s degree in business from Notre Dame. The last cancellation prompted this review. The advocate said she assured me this person who received a customized order of 56 pages would not be able to get a refund. Order was automatically completed and guess what ? Fiverr refunded her putting me negative and made me loose a weeks sort of free saying and I quote, “ we can’t make a buyer pay” THEN WHY SHOULD ANYONE WORK ON THIS PLATFORM?!?!? It’s time for a FIVERR lawsuit to get 11 *$995 back. There is no reason someone with our credentials should work for free. Fiverr does not uphold their own regulations. Ex: “buyer can not cancel on quality alone” This plan was not late, I offered to continue working with her but she refused. She literally got free work that others pay $995. Other customers on this platform has scammed me out of $1,000 of work since Fiverr doesn’t regulate revisions. These buyers agree to a gig and literally for any reason get free work. This is not a seller friendly platform. Do not use this!

Can’t get my $$$ back!!! Extremely unhappy with Fiverr. This app and service seem like a really cool idea. I paid over $200 for a top rated artist to deliver a logo in 24 hours. (I searched profiles for hours!) The artist never delivered a finished logo and TWO MONTHS later I finally got the money-not refunded but I was given that amount in credit for the site. I have tried five top artists trying to use my credits but I have yet to find an artist to speak English and haven’t delivered anything close to what I’ve asked for. I’m currently begging an artist for a refund because it is not anything I asked for. I have sent them over 20 reference photos and paragraphs of explanation. I am happy to support artists from any country but the language barrier has seems to be too much. I read this in the review for many artists but didn’t take caution. Please just let me have my money back, oh wait they don’t have actual customer service it’s just an app. That’s right, no one to phone or email if you’re having issues. I sent complaint and requests and nothing!!! Now I’m stuck owing money to an artist who won’t even try to make it right. Wish I never placed an order. I understand going in next time I will have a concept made, but then what really is the point of this service??? Zero stars.

Dismal of a decent person. I recently need to get some extra income so I started up my Fivver account again. It was quickly disabled permanently and I was told I can never work on Fivver again. I may have made a mistake under the TOS but I was ready to move past that and better understand they TOS. Fivver refuses to work with me and treats me like a deviant criminal. All I wanted to to is write messages people request and burn them into wood per their request. Simple but fun. I wasn’t looking to get rich, just pay down some debt. Now I am banned for life? Spread the word if you can relate. People should know that this is a network of people and we deserve more than a quick glance and a hard cold dismissal stating it would not be fair to others to fairly evaluate your case with actual information and not template responses that never actually tell you what you did wrong. I’m the USA we arrest people and put them on trial for very specific law violations. We do not execute them and say “it’s because you broke a rule” there provide no specific details.

Convenient app with a major flaw. I've used Fiverr for close to a year now, and the platform has worked really well for me and allowed me to earn some extra money. This app does make it easier to quickly look through orders and respond to buyers' messages. However, I find that whenever I have Do Not Disturb on, the notifications either don't appear at all or only appear for a second before disappearing. They never remain in my notification center, and usually I won't even get the little icon at the corner of the app. This seems like a small issue, but on Fiverr, your response time is extremely important in getting buyers and giving your gigs legitimacy. This issue has caused me to miss messages and not respond for hours. I just can't be constantly opening the app, I really rely on the notification. I usually turn on Do Not Disturb when I'm working or going to bed, and I get messages, often from buyers in different countries/time zones that I just don't see. I really don't understand this issue, and it's not something I've had a problem with on any other app. For me, this bug destroys a lot of the convenience of the app. I hope this issue will be fixed soon, and without it, this app would get 5 stars.

Good idea lousy communication ability!. I did a job with someone I contracted with and never got the job to me. That is not a reflection of Fiverr, and they have resolved the issue as far as I can tell. I will know in a few days when I get my money back from the job. But in the interim I tried to contact them they have no phone number they have no email and when I went to try to contact them they asked for a job number which I could find nowhere. In turn I was unable to contact them again. I looked through all my emails and could not find this contract number. They need to have a contact number and an email you can contact them immediately if you have issues. I don’t have a lot of money so $50 is a lot of money to me to have this job done. Even though it never occurred. I needed to work a week ago. At this point I’m gonna have to find someone local that can do it or do it myself which was what I was trying not to have to do. I wrote this review about 34 days ago and still have not figured out how to get my money back from these people. Bad business.

Excellent at following complicated instructions!. I had been trying to get a generational family photo of women for a couple of months… My family only gets together sometimes and I had to get the shot! The problem was the youngest relative refused to put clothes on! Lol for the photo so we had to just do it as is! plus her mother on the right of the photo had a very busy long dress on and Her Son didn’t look into the camera as much being that he’s only two years old. I had to use three different photos with very difficult instructions… A little complicated, but I did the best I could to describe the ideal final portrait… And my editor did a great job! Even we creating a left arm for the little girl who is holding a tree, but she had clothes on! So all three photos with multiple ructions had to be completed… My editor did a great job in great timing, so the gift could be delivered! Thank you so so much! I will definitely use him again!

Too many scammers. I made a sellers account and attempted to start a small business selling my services on this platform. There is high competition with everything it seems and countless sellers to choose from. The only contact I received was from trolls/ scammers pretending to want my services only to waste my time and attempt to ruin my ratings. There is next to no customer service from Fiverr and the platform takes zero responsibility for allowing this to occur. If they took more time to develop ways to prevent this then maybe I would try this again. The open platform of allowing anyone who took a minute to create an account, to text/ chat with you about anything they wish. One of your ratings is called response time. So I have to waste my time responding to something completely outrageous and ridiculous it be a scammer or a troll - just in order to keep my business going. that’s completely wrong and they need to do something about allowing people to just reach out and chat this is not online dating. The platform makes you fill out an excessive not The platform makes you fill out an excessive amount information about the product or service that you’re selling. It should be more than enough information for someone to read discern and decide if they want to buy a service or not. IMO no one should be allowed to chat with someone until they have actually paid for one of the services that a seller provides.

“Seller Profile Not Approved” WASTE OF 6 HOURS. Don’t waste your time. What a waste of my time creating a profile/resume/completing several proof of skills tests etc. just to receive the disrespectful email below. The service/gig I attempted to post matched other Fiverr approved gigs that are available for purchase (currently offered online)…so there was nothing that broke the site’s policy etc. A bot (instead of a person) replied to my support request email without answers or assistance. I’m professionally disturbed by this apps oversight and neglect to resolve this error. I want this issue resolved and my “gigs” properly reviewed, approved and live on the site. Fiverr is ridiculous, do not buy from their seller. Hello everyone, if you can see this review, do not download this app or do anything on their platform. Their sellers are crooks, they will take your job with a clear job requirements and deliver what you didn’t ordered. I had contact one of their seller to help with a project, he replied and told me he understood my requirements but after 5 days he delivered half job and never completed the job. I asked why don’t you want to complete this job? He said because EID is coming, I said well, request for extension so you can come back to it later, he didn’t want to do that but wanted me to approve delivery of half job and what I didn’t order. I reported to fiverr which it took them hours before they respond and at the time they responded I had gone really crazy with the seller because he wasn’t trying to cooperate with me at all or find a way to resolve the issue. Well, fiverr respond and resolve the issue, I contact another seller who get the job done but guess what?! Instead of fiverr cautioning their fraudsters they call seller, they restricted my own account and claimed I needed to wait 90 days before they can allow me to process with my ongoing order. Their supports staff are jackass, they’re lazy to investigate customer/seller conflict. Instead they mute their buyer. DO NOT LET THEM TREAT YOU LIKE THEY DO TO ME! DON’T BUY ON FIVERR! If they feel this’s a lie they should respond to this review with their prove.

STAY CLEAR FOR RESUMES. I don’t know about the other services that fiverr has, but DO NOT hire someone to rewrite, write or design your resume. I’ve used this site twice and both times it has been terrible. By terrible i mean they have been useless. I spent more time editing my resume than the “professionals”I hired. I took my resume to a legit site and they laughed at what i was provided and they told me i was ripped off. I contacted fiverr customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do. basically customer service does not exist. If you have an issue they refuse to address it. You are expected to take matters into your own hands. DO NOT CHOOSE RUSH for 15 dollars more because you will not have a usable draft in less than a week regardless. If you are from the United States make sure the person you hire either speaks fluent English or at least can properly write in English. Unfortunately both times i used this site they weren’t. This site has good intentions but horrible executions. Please spend the extra money to use an actual site with professionals. I really wish fiverr was better, but from my experience they have no regulations and the actual producers have no idea what they are doing.

Do not waste your time…. I started out and spent $ on Fiverr and was satisfied initially. I even left sellers great feedback to help them and referred business. Now starting to wonder if it’s more of a “scam.” Come to find out…3 of my orders have been declined in a row and go into a “balance.” For all of these…I needed a project and the seller told me they could provide. Then they answered none of my questions over a several day waiting period (I have screen shots of the comm I sent with absolutely no replies) for the project and told me a few hours before project end period they couldn’t do it. So…I wasted 4 days on a project they likely had no intention of doing. Now I’m also finding out they may not give me my $ back but they apply it to my “balance” that I’m not going to use because I’m beyond frustrated at this point? Hoping they will at least do the right thing and refund me directly given my recent project had zero communication as I was waiting and ended up being cancelled. I wish they had a more strict communication policy if a seller is just in too deep because I completely understand but please…just tell me that rather than make me wait for 4 days and cancel on me last minute. Soooo frustrating!

Room for improvement. As a gig promoter/seller my response time will drastically change when I’m working with clients on a translation project vs. down time (no current requests for services). For this reason, the response time on the site is often grossly inaccurate in my case. To improve, please use a shorter block of time with which to calculate average seller response time to, e.g., a week). Thanks in advance for attending to this matter. Secondly, please tell sellers up front or asap that the date a project is due requires sellers to submit their project by a specific time in a specific time zone on the due day (e.g., 5AM or 8AM) or it will be flagged as “late.” I was caught off guard when I read that my I submission was late, even though the submission date agreed upon by buyer and seller had just started. For this reason, I would like Fiverr to remove the “late” flag in my stats for this singular case. Once I am aware of these specifics, the problem will be eliminated. Thanks!

Love Fiverr, but new update took away features.. I have been using the Fiverr mobile app for 3 years and conduct almost all the running of my business through it. Which is good for me because I’m not always chained to my desktop computer in my studio unless actually recording voice overs for customers. I have always loved this app because it is practically full featured so I can do almost everything while not in studio, but this new update does not permit me to see a revision request from a buyer. It will alert me that I have a revision, but will not let me see what the customer wants me to revise. It just tells me to log in on a desktop or laptop computer. Why would Fiverr find it necessary to take this away? Otherwise it’s a feature-rich app that is a huge tool for me to run my Fiverr business.

Great at times but others a total disappointment. I’ve never had such problems with this app until a few months ago. All of a sudden I never got notifications that 3 people messaged me for gigs...I keep the app on my phone so I don’t have to log in on my laptop daily, wildly confused. So I checked my setting at notifications were on, what the heck! It seems that has been fixed but over the past month I’ve had six different people from China try to contact me about hosting their upwork site. I’ve never heard of this and thought it was fishy so I declined the offers. I thought fiverr would fix how many of these I get ...to insure my response time is not penalized but these scammers seem to never stop. I don’t know how I’m supposed to contact support when the app brings me to the website of fiverr and I can’t find it. I’ve worked on fiverr here and there the past couple years and have never seemed to in-counter so many problems. Makes me consider going to up work or some other platform who actually might care about feed back. Ridiculous! Fix your app you f-!

Seller - Inundated with Spam. I created a seller account on Fiverr - from account creation to date, I’ve been unceasingly inundated with scam gig requests (17 to date, roughly 1 every two days). I’m a data scientist, and offer freelance machine learning dev experience on the side. Literally every request except one that I’ve received - and I get them daily - has been some variation on the following theme: “I (buyer) and from (some foreign country) and want you (seller) to set up a fake account for me on (gigging platform) because (bogus reasons ranging from work visas to online censorship).” There exists no means for sellers to report scam requests, and therefore I’m stuck dealing with these messages until the accounts behind them are banned. And in spite of what Fiverr claims, this DOES impact my response rating on-app (not all scams are caught), which currently sits at 60% despite my perfect non-scammer rapport. Which has been easy to maintain since, as mentioned before, I’ve only been contacted by one non-scammer. Fiverr is either in WAY over their head with this, or willfully negligent at maintaining a positive environment for their sellers. All it would take is one machine learning intern with a substandard message dataset to build a spam filter for these sorts of things - Fiverr, if you’re reading this, I’ll build it for you.

Want better seller advocacy. I’ve enjoyed using this platform, however there is ZERO protection for sellers on here. It can take weeks for funds to be released. The two weeks does not begin until the order is marked complete and buyers can drag out the order time by making revision requests within the hour the project is set to be marked complete. The clock does not add time to the seller either when this happens causing you to go into negative hours and risking being late. It also doesn’t take into consideration when an order is placed in late evening hours or the middle of the night so 8-12 hours can go by before you actually get eyes on a new order. I’ve had multiple buyers on here try to scam me out of my time. Refuse to pay for services and then essentially request those changes in their revisions. There is also no way of showing when they’ve hit their revision limits so they can just keep requesting revisions without it prompting them to pay for more if you have a revision limit set on your order. There is also no way of reporting said clients on these orders. You can cancel the order (which doesn’t help the seller because they are out the money after all the work) or you can modify the order to offer a refund. Again it doesn’t protect the seller against rude and greedy customers which is frustrating. Please do better in protecting the sellers on your platform.

Lost in translation. Fiverr is a fantastic world to dive into for creative work and important jobs that you need done. The people who survive here are the talented ones and there are many. Would give a full 5 stars (we give it 4 of 5) because the communication. Many of the folks working on fiverr are running second third and forth jobs and are slow to communicate, miscommunicate, don’t offer what they said they would offer, or don’t understand. The providers (people offering the “gig”) sometimes put alerts up “i will be on vacation in Spain at the beach for a week” and you have no recourse. Also having to navigate the various holidays world wide in every country is tough. The work is good and the prices are reasonable so we will put up with the rest but just a word to those who are hiring : make sure you state and re state the deadlines up front.

Review of Fiverr. After asking about a conversion of an audio reel to a video reel, people began to doubt my sanity. “Valerie, you must be speaking to magicians! How do you think someone can change an audio product to a video product? Why didn’t you just follow the initial instructions instead of trying to do things your way? Do you know the difference between listening and speaking or are you performing too many comedy gigs to know?” Oh, the comments went on and on until my Advisor told me about Fiverr. I could not wait to call and I am not disappointed that I did. When I approached the gentleman working online on my Fiverr project, I asked if everything was legitimate and how much the service cost and the delivery date. My trust kicked in when I was told that my “magician” would not be paid until I approved the final product and I would have a chance to modify any initial request. I thought $20 for a hat trick to be quite reasonable. I have paid a lot more to see magic tricks in Las Vegas. So I gave the ok to raise the curtain on the opening act. I enjoyed the show as he kept in touch with me assuring me everything was going fine. My product was delivered on time and I am so pleased. In fact, my audio reel was delivered in a format that even I could post on my channel. Thank you! Your tip is enclosed. Valerie

Love this app but. This turned out to be a great app for sourcing work that I needed. Searching mechanisms, work fine however there are maneuverability issues. The learning curve is a bit steep, and after several hours I’m still a little confused about maneuvering between work that I had contracted and the regular app chat. I could speak to my contractor through both, but was unable to see what he had written, unless I went to the other area to find the contracted chat. In addition, when contracting work, and offer was made, and I was not able to contact the contractor because the app wanted me to finish accepting the contract. So I am recommending some type of instruction to maneuver to the different areas. If I click on the contractors name, I should be able to go to one chat area. Instead of a separate one for the work in progress I should be able to review the requirements or the questions that the contractor is asking for acceptance and be able to contact the contractor about what exactly he needs from me for paperwork. I think this has great potential and I’m glad I found it. I will continue to use it.

Awesome Website build project. Shiva was amazing on this project! 3rd different website he has built for us. Could not be happier with the finished new site. Here are a few reasons I highly recommend him for any website build project: 1. Great communication and understanding with our direction on specific items and elements needed. This greatly cuts down on time. 2. Shiva is also very efficient, we finished our site in just a few days! Huge for us as it was time sensitive. Works well to have a site example you like for layout and then make it unique from there with your content. Greatly speeds up the build. Highly recommend this method. 3. Shiva has VAST knowledge of ELEMENTOR and it’s plug in options for having active moving sections or animation or different site elements. Site we are doing next will require a plug-in for data in a table to access. I’m sure that he knows exactly what plug-in to use for this. He is truly a master at his craft. 4. Practice makes perfect!. I am a huge Fiverr fan and not because I have always had an amazing experience cause I haven’t. I’m a fan because I love the concept as it’s essentially speed dating for entrepreneurs and those that provide services they need at an unbelievable price. There is a place for large marketing firms. The talent and resources they have is unmatched. But, there wasn’t much in between for a blogger or nonprofit or someone just starting out in terms of affordable resources. Fiverr meets that need. Now, like dating, you are going to meet a dud or get burned by a seller on Fiverr every now and again. But, you didn’t spend a ton of cash so consider it part of the learning curve. Once you get the hang of picking the right seller, providing the most information you can and considering if a language barrier is a problem or not, you’ll have successful gigs completed time and time again. Highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone!

Not a good experience at all. The last order I placed continually didn’t do anything that I asked. I ordered very specific logo design. They put the wrong business name down every single time even though I continued to correct it and repeatedly told them that was not the name of my business. I sent the exact logo that I wanted incorporated into a monogram so it was very simple and easy and they ignored it repeatedly, and created something totally different and wrong. I told them the kind of welding that I do and the kind of welding torch that I need to be in my logo is very specific and they continued to put the wrong kind of welding torch into the logo which would represent a form of welding our company does not do. They sent me formats that I couldn’t open even on my computer so I asked several times if they could send me a format I could see and review. I couldn’t see the work and be able to review it and I waited so long to receive that format that fiverr finally approve the work. So now I have paid and am very disappointed and still have to go back and pay somebody else to do it again because it’s not anywhere near what I was looking for. Fiverr would not let me leave a negative review. I feel the reviews are allowed to be positive only. When I tried to contact the resolution center I was given an error message

I love Fiverr. I’m a businessman and need a fast website and slick media. Every time I’ve used Fiverr it’s been a good experience. Local companies wanted to charge me 12 times what it cost on Fiverr , and the work was done in hall the time. I’ve found great suppliers for website development, video editing, graphic design, digital marketing etc. I highly recommend using Fiverr for your next project.

Why go anywhere else?. This was my first time using Fiverr and it completely exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use and the quality and value of the work. I can’t wait to use Fiverr again soon for every aspect of my new online business and to revamp my existing one.

As important to my business as a phone, suit and tie. I use Fiverr regularly to do projects that either I don’t have the expertise or is better use of my money and time for me to pay a Fiverr person to do the job instead of doing it myself. Sometimes the results are average but most of the time I get exceptional results. A couple of times I’ve asked for all the things to be done that are exactly the same as what the listing says included and the Fiverr person cancelled the job or asked for another payment. Thankfully that’s a rarity.

Vet Clinic Logo. Fayez did a great job! I selected to have 3 logo options and he generated about 7 different designs for us to choose from. The quality of each logo was awesome, well thought out and aligned with our requirements and ideas. I’m not an artistic person so needed someone who could turn my ideas into artwork to create a logo that represents us. Would definitely recommend Fayez for prompt, professional and understanding service. He offered to edit as much as we needed to make us happy but we were so impressed with the initial designs we didn’t require further editing. Good job Fayez!

Absolute Quality. I could not be happier with the work Windsor did in designing my logos. Best logo designer. Had a few logos designed here and Zunairaah is by far the best! Can’t recommend her highly enough. I wasn’t the easiest customer, going back and forth requesting revision after revision, but she was so professional. I was after perfection, and she delivered! Extremely talented, a rare gem in her field!

Full of telegram scammers. I’ve been advertising a translation gig of my own for just a couple weeks now. I would say about 95% of the messages I get are scammers or bots trying to lure you into telegram for some reason. Maybe this is just with the translation service, but even still it’s frustrating because I rarely find real customers. I get over 20 scammers a day. Ridiculous

Not trustable - Tried to steal my money!. I was just peacefully browsing on fiverr and i decided to start up my own gig, this is because i wanted to earn money for helping others with gaming stuff. Some people caught onto my gig and they payed me their money. Before i could receive my money however, i had to verify my credit card. As i did this I received multiple emails from my bank saying that there was some weird activity on my account. Apparently the “assistant” that was working for fiverr took my card details and tried to steal my money!! I highly recommend NOT to use this app as the “assistants” and card verification methods are just a trick to get your card details…

Good, not great.. Could be better. There are a few functions that are not efficient. Like for example when I wrote revision changes directly on the project for my graphic designer to see there is a DONE button right next to the ADD button, if you click the DONE button by accident and then don’t click save then the comments will disappear and you will have to start all over again. That was very frustrating and annoying. Happened a couple of times.

BEST DECISION I MADE..... Signing up with Fiverr and using their services has been one of the best business decisions made to date. It has provided me peace of mind by allocating complex tasks to a professional in one location with ease. Fiverr is trustworthy, professional and deliver a vast selection of freelancers to fit any budget. Thanks Fiverr 10/10!

No to separate seller/buyer mode. The newest version that separate buyer and seller just doesn't quite work with me. Having to constantly switching and reloading just to check on both side is too bothersome. Not to mention everytime I switch back to seller mode, the app keeps telling me I've been demoted despite I was still the same level as before, and even if I turn off that notice, it still comes back the next time.

A mixed review. Positives - plenty of suppliers to choose from, all answer quite quickly and mainly deliver on time, with good communication. The price also, is usually cheaper than what a local tradesman could quote at. Negatives - there is no phone support, the online support takes too long (3-12 hrs) to respond, there are some really poor quality sellers

How did you make it worse?. It was already a bad app. Now when I’m buying music production, I have to log into the website on Safari to listen to what the person has produced because I can’t DOWNLOAD it on my iPhone. And even then! I need to use my computer because you have problems with phones. Why couldn’t you just leave it the way it was?? It was bad but it wasn’t impossible. Make it so that I can listen to the music on my iPhone and skip through and go back. It’s so not hard and I know you can do it because you had a shoddy version of it before.

Would give 5 stars except for payment options and split payments. Fiver does not accept split payments from 2 different sources and no Afterpay. When you are working on projects costing a few thousand, sometimes you need more options to pay milestones. Customer service is very responsive in general for help on any matter. Good experience with my developer on here. Very skilled.

Prompt and accurate fulfilment of task. I have Ben working with this provider for a number of years on various graphic project, logo design and interactive forms. Everytime I am always impressed with the timeliness and accuracy of work completed. Highly recommended.

BE AWARE BEFORE USING THIS APP. Hello people I have come across some illegal issues with this company hiring freelancers that does not have a legitimate business when you want to take actions the company tells you they don’t have anything to do with it when they are hiring illegal freelancers that sells you copyrighted materials… and they try to rip you off as much as they can. Also the company says there are equal rights between the buyer and the seller when they do wrong actions they hide them from you then let them still proceed with illegal actions they will flag you quickly but the sellers get away with all this and they continue selling you illegal meterials without a legitimate business which also indicates tax frauds

Best results. Zainab_digital did work on my other website and he removed all the technical bugs and errors ,optimized all onpage factors from A to Z and as a result the website ranked very well. I did this order so that he could work on my second website as well. His onpage and technical SEO experience is mind blowing and delivery is fast and according to commitment. My ebook creation experience. I very much appreciated that Fiverr could find me someone to do the work I needed. While the person who did my project was excellent and did his very best to satisfy my requirements, with a good outcome,I found the Fiverr system rather difficult to follow, between order Pages and chat pages. There seem to be so many pathways to negotiate through to find what I wanted to look at. I found it too difficult. I clicked on many images that were not clickable. And sometimes had to ask my Seller for help. He was very patient and helpful.

Bugs. When I check my pending clearance, it shows briefly before it says “nothing to display”. Quite annoying. Also, please bring an iPad app. I tend to use my iPad more for productivity reasons and have to use the mobile site since the app is trash. Fiverr is made for people to get things done but not having an iPad app gets in the way of my workflow

Productivity unleashed!!. Fiverr is so great for my business needs. When I suddenly have amazing work set before me for approval, it’s so exciting! Fiverr is phenomenally time saving; my mind is less cluttered and I become so much more productive.

Great to deal with ! Genuine not a scammer !. This is the second time I have used minujatt, to create me another website. Neither is the support group behind this app. They designed this too complex and it’s hard to find your way around. You will not get too much value here. It IS a risk and everyone always says ‘Oh yes I can do that’ when they can’t. I can’t tell you how many times I had to cancel a job and request a refund. Big disappointment

Business users be aware. I paid for a gig via PayPal but when the quality of the order didn’t meet my expectations I cancelled it. Fiverr then issued a credit to my Fiverr account (refund should have gone back to PayPal) which I used a portion to buy a service for my business. Expecting an email with a tax invoice i was told NO, no tax invoice will be raised for a Fiverr service paid for via Fiverr credit... I am now out of pocket $80USD because Fiverr refuse to raise GST invoices for a BUSINESS service.. I will never use or recommend Fiverr. I will however commit as long as I need to make sure the ATO and ACCC do something about it

Great content, annoying middle men.. The great thing about this app is that you can find anyone to do almost anything. The person I employed to do some coding for me is brilliant. I have never communicated so easily with a stranger in my whole life, and I left reviews to explain this. Which is why I’m baffled that the app keeps asking me how my experience was. I mean, they add a service fee at both ends (even on tips) for being the intermediary, so surely they’d know right? Wrong. The only good thing about this app is what fiverr mistakenly refers to as freelancers, if I could avoid those in between with their hand out for doing things I don’t need or want them to do I would, but fortunately for them I’m not like them. Use fiverr for the things you’re looking for but be prepared for the extras you don’t want. And furthermore, it’s kind of ironic that an app that succeeds through raw human interaction is then run by a team of robots.

Timeout on design. The chat facility and timeline are not smooth. I would get notifications of a message and when I tap on it I wasn’t taken to the message. I was getting some and then most messages on chat, unaware that if it was not on the timeline chat my order completes itself so I had to finalise a long time before completion. It should be up to the client or designer to set the timeline as complete.

Horrible customer support. I was doing great and made a lot of sales until one customer came along and ruined everything. She kept trying to low ball me after buying my service and then reported me. She got her money back and I was temporarily disabled. After 2 months my account was permanently banned. Customer support was slow and didn’t care about my side of the story, I lost my account and a source of income because of one individual, no warnings or anything.

Stay away from this application and don’t spent your money and nerves. Fiverr customer support system is very poor. I made one order to develop a logo. In the beginning, everything was fine, but then they took and blocked my account without any explanation. When I applied for clarifications, customer support first sent a letter where they write that I have a second account, although this is not true. When I asked for the name and details of my second account, they were told that the reason for blocking my account was some incomprehensible activity and again only in words. I again asked them to explain me situashion and give me evidence, but support already answers the mass account creation without a single proof. I'm a regular user of this application, I once ordered the development of a logo without receiving a final result, having spent my money, looks like a cheating. Don’t use this application.

Terrible idea. Though the service may have started with noble ideas, on my first attempt at using it I was met with the usual ‘my dog ate my homework excuses’ - it may as well have been a craigslist cold call. Seller is late and then blames it on me and my design suggestions; ’ they need to transfer it to another designer’ at 9 hours past delivery time. I sent a sample that had textures so they call it a vintage logo and not a modern logo, but still accepted the agreement? Now? I have Fiverr credits that I want nothing to do with. This whole thing is nothing more than a scam with everyone pointing at everyone else - stay away!! <1⭐️

After contracting 5 different artists what I received back was nothing short of laughable. Complete disregard for the provided instructions, most of them simply applied a stock graphic with the applicable text. It was very much intro to after effects 101. I highly recommend avoiding Fiverr, You will be wasting your money.

BE CAREFUL. I have used this site 3x to hire programmers and have been completely scammed 2x. There is no way to get your money back since you pay up front, which is garbage. There are no humans in customer support to help you with conflict resolution or to report these scammers who continue to dominate the platform. this is a crime and apple should be liable.

Service fees are charged to often. I would be happy with fivver but I hate that they charge you a service fee for the first transaction as well again if you leave the person a tip. For each job there should only be one service fee.

Upgraded from 1 star to 3, will give 5 when I see similar results as other sellers since I was downgraded from level 2 or 3 to zero for inactivity and stepping back from freelancing for a few years. Doesn’t protect you from scammers. I used Fiverr app to find a seller to help me get tickets for venues in Japan and the seller that I found turned out to be a scam. I tried to reach Fiverr team to resolve this issue and ended up in the AI chat loop and never ended up reaching any personnel that could look into this issue. If you are compelled to use this app, do your due diligence by taking time to check on the credibility of the seller. You are on your own if something goes wrong.

Worst customer support. Go to “Freelancer” where you don’t pay until YOU approve the project.

Big site filled with scams and low quality. When I tried to using Fiverr for the first time, I found someone to format a book I was working on. The person first gave me bunch of excuses why they couldn’t do the work and needed me to do more work on the file before they could do work on it. And then they asked for money before doing any work on the project. Also, the site promotes that you will get $100 if you refer someone. This is not true. Fiverr makes up various excuses for not giving you the credit. You will only get very low quality service or scams at this site. Beware.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I could give it no stars I would. I got logged out and when I tried to log back in it said all my information was wrong. I emailed customer support and they said they couldn’t help me unless I gave them the email on file. If I had the email on file I would have just reset my password. Unfortunately the email I may have typed in probably was mis spelt because it doesn’t make you type it twice and I only got one email. I’ve been going back and forth for a day now and every time they respond it’s a different way of saying we need your email to tell you anything. If I knew the email this wouldn’t be an issue !!! Older versions are bricked. The app requires an update to run and my phone is too old to update the app, so I can't use it anymore. It worked fine in the past and I don't understand why I can't keep using an older version of the app. But there is a pop-up window that only redirects to the app store, so this app is now useless to me.

Unable to register. I have attempted to sign-up as a client to contract services 5 times now over the last two weeks. The email client doesn’t send confirmation codes - and the iOS application doesn’t proceed past the username registration modal. I’ve connected the app directly to my Apple account - uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times - with various UI bugs and still no account.

Fiverr is a regular part of operations. I’ve been using Fiverr to help with ongoing SEO needs and also one off needs such as speeding up the site, fixing broken links, editing videos, and preparing detailed financial forecasting. Random Account Disabling and Poor Customer Service. I made an account years ago and didn’t use it much aside from browsing projects and brainstorming for a few before life got too busy to spend time on Fiverr. Years later, I tried to login and get started freelancing for real, after becoming a full-time designer, and was unable to login. I was told by customer support my account has been disabled for violating their community standards. I have not been on in over 3 years and never received a notice of these violations when I was on (I just looked at cool projects and admired the amazing work others were doing so I don’t understand how I could have violated the community). After several attempts to contact support to understand why, what standards I violated, and how I can remedy the situation, they would simply copy and paste the same exact “your account is disabled and we are keeping it disabled” message. I’m left confused as to why my account was disabled, with no one from the support team willing to take the time to do more than copy and paste a canned response. I strongly believe the way we work matters, not just the work, and maintaining good integrity is huge to me so being told I’m being booted for violating community standards feels like a sucker punch to the gut. :(

Bad Ghostwriter. You have to do your research before hiring people because they’re are a lot of freelancers on the site that advertise great quality but poorly deliver. I hired a ghostwriter for a project. And I wasn’t able to get my money back after showing FIVERR the work she did with a lot grammatical errors, taking my notes and combining it into nonsensical, page-long paragraphs and putting in inaccuracies as Fredrick Douglas won the presidency over Abraham Lincoln. Also she defamed my character after giving her a lenient review, and she had videos of herself online encouraging people to gulp their body fluids as a beauty technique. With all that said, they told me to not be lenient in my reviews and never removed her comments about my review. If you have a project, make a connection with someone you know in your everyday life first. If you hire someone here, don’t spend more than $50 on a gig or custom gig if you don’t know someone. And keep phone, email and FIVERR communication evidence in case your work gets stolen, and keep all communication on FIVERR. Don’t give just anyone chances here and harshly review anyone: you are paying for a service and inferior service should be scrutinized and FIVERR is not willing to pay you back or in some cases not let you review the inferior service.

Scammers stay away!. I was asked to pay my $420. Which I did, weirdly it said error every time and said my card would NOT be charged. Well horrific surprise when we realized that oje card was charged twice with $420 and another card was charged one with $420. That’s a total of $1260!! When contacting them the first representative didn’t even bother reading just told me to go and pay again and send me the link. Heck no! I already paid 3 times! I’ve gone through 7+ representatives and each and everyone of them says something else. Also they then lost my credit card info (the ending figures and name) TWO TIMES! To see where my money is or went! To this day we have received ONE payment back, now they are starting firstly to blame another company who they use for payments. Then they started blaming MY bank for HOLDING the fund. Why should my bank hold the funds??? They don’t! I’ve waited to do a review as I hoped this problem to be solved ASAP, and actually considered moving forward with the artist! But after being passed on from one representative to another AND then then blaming firstly a company that apparently takes their money and payments and then continuing to now blame my bank for it. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! It’s been 11 days since I made all payments and filed complain etc. Fiverr also promised to have the money back in my account from 7-(MAX)10 days! Again I’m still missing $840!!!! Stay away!! Far away!!!

Fiverr good place to get ripped off. This app is a great place to get ripped off. You can get work done off of it but the commutation isn’t that great. The custom support is a huge pain in the but. If somehow you can get past all the people on there trying to rip you off and giving you a unfinished product or trying to pass something off as they their own but isn’t. You’re golden. If you post too many jobs that get unapproved you’ll get a strike. Trust me you’ll have to post a good amount of job searches to try to find that needle in the hay stack. Some sellers will try to bait you in with a cheap offer than up the price by ten times. Don’t even say the word email or you have a chance of getting strike two. Also once you get banned good luck getting your already purchased gigs.. or support from the creators.

Highly recommend. Highly recommend. Just be weary of some sketchy people. If it seems to good to be true then it is. Check credentials and do not give your personal information to anyone unless you do your homework on them. I noticed some of the reviews on sellers are repetitive (red flag) and some very generic. I would like their screening process to be a bit more strict but it seems like anyone even scammers can get on here. I would like there to be a quick option to report or flag someone that appears to be a scammer or if anything goes wrong it should be easy as live chat or call but I looked and didn’t see it. Besides those points I have seen many legit, great sellers with amazing deals.

Payment Issues. I was initially able to pay for a service with my Debit card. However when I needed to add additional service I needed to pay an additional fee to the seller. I kept getting an error message about my card and telling me to use another one. I tried another card and got the same message, checked my bank account on both cards and everything was good on my end. I had to send an email to support. They got back with me however the issue was not resolved. I did get refunded $22 that supposedly not cleared due to error. However when I tried to pay for my service again I got the same message. This has tied up my order and I am unable to move forward until resolved. In regards to the app this is so frustrating.

App and desktop site too buggy. You cannot do anything in the app, site, or sellers site without running into errors. They can’t be bothered to finish their programming enough to even allow mobile sellers. In an age where you do 95% of your business on your phone, an app that only has half the capability of the desktop site is worthless. Issues and bugs include; no finishing buttons for information entering screens, no tech support options, information entering screens that load halfway down the page with no scrolling capabilities, no ability to enter a phone number correctly on the app, multiple crashes, a 404 cannot be found error when you try to click through to the “Sellers” page on the desktop version. This is a very popular site and service, they should have the staff and capitol to fix these profound issues. 1 Star is too many.

Fiverr does it again. I have been using Fiverr for many years. In today’s world your social media and web presence is a must have in business. Fiverr not provides that they provide BEYOND AFFORDABLE resources to make your brand stand out. I use Fiverr weekly need a logo 15 bucks and 4 hours later you’ve got one. Need white board expiation videos safely choose your freelancer in a forum where it is clearly stated their ratings and reviews. Since 09 I have been blogging, building sites and using all of social media for many reason. Fiverr is my source for vetted professionals who produce I don’t know why people sacrifice having a strong brand and presence when Fiverr is just waiting ?

Really vague. Ever wanted to simply do something like offer a service? Post a gig? Review an application before using it. Well this app is not for you. First you get greeted with setup an account that works except you then have to choose your account to buy or sale services or at least that is what it appears to be when you select. Your locked in and no going back so if you need to offer and buy services you are stuck unless you make 2 accounts. Also after being locked in as a seller the application was so vague and the wording really reads like you chose the opposite of the choice you made. What would you like to find? If your offering something then you have not lost what you have to offer. By the time I looked through the application and decided it was not for me it was too late. No way to delete your unused account just logout and delete it. So my advice is don’t waste your time with this poorly setup application. Time is money and you will waste both using this app.

Will never use Fiverr again. I was requesting artwork design for a project and the seller did a horrible job. He was not very smart or understanding of the concept and what lighting / effects to use. When I contacted Fiverr they did not care about giving me a refund because it’s apparently not their responsibility if the quality is bad they say. I had many reasons the order should’ve been canceled and they kept making excuses like “the seller wasted their time” well I wasted my time and over $100 for horrible artwork. And it’s so sad because the seller ended up canceling because they knew it was right but the Fiverr team was too dumb to cancel my order even after all the evidence and information I provided. I’m never using this service. These people are so cheap offering me 5% discount because they didn’t want to refund me knowing I did not get what I paid for. Idiots

Bugs make it almost unusable. I don't ever write reviews unless something is really amazing or really buggy. So I just wanted to shoot this out to the development team. The app is great but a lot of features end up causing crashes. I placed an order. I go to the order page to view it. I can see the time estimated. The receipt. But when I click on the sellers profile to go visit his page or the gig. It crashes. If on that same page I go to add extras. Nothing loads but a blank page. Occasionally when I click on a profile it just loads and loads and loads; buffering for an endless amount of time. I have full service and I'm on a wifi connection with fiber service. I think the app is great but these crashes make it so I can't really browse sellers or view what I've purchased. Cheers to fixing.

Remove this app!. This app is a disgrace and does not help anyone. Just about any task offered on here can be done yourself. Basically what I’m saying is the quality of work you get will never be what you ask. As soon as you put a job request you get dozens of automated and semi automated offers that do not even offer what you asked so you have to sort out who could possibly do your job with little to no info. I literally just put a request for someone who has a ton of Instagram followers to shout out my business and all the offers made were to be my social media advisor or to post my ads for social media through an already automated system that I use already. Don’t waste your time on this app and it should be removed for its lack of actually providing quality service Fiverr should be ashamed of themselves for offering this crap to the world

The best fiver gig person I have ever worked with!!!. If anyone out there gets the opportunity to work with this young lady, you will be in for a real treat. I am a stickler for work ethic and I can tell you, she goes above and beyond in making sure the customer is satisfied. I highly, highly recommend her, If she does for you all that she has done for me, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed. I wanted to tip her $100 (thats how satisfied I am) but fiverr limits the tips to $25 dollars being the highest for the gig she did for me. I am looking forward to working with her again. I never been this satisfied with a Fiverr worker, she is the best!

Terrible Experience. I used Fiverr to hire a graphics designer to design a logo for me. Got excited about the ease of use and tried to look for an assistant to help manage my Instagram account. The app froze and I restarted it. Minutes later I got 32 emails that I had posted an illegal post and was banned for 90 days. Not to mention, my request for a logo was canceled. I spent an hour of my time trying to find someone! I contacted Fiverr support and explained the situation with the app freezing. Their response was contact us in 90 days. Your account was band for self promoting a job posting I posted. THE PROBLEM I NEVER POSTED A JOB POSTING! Terrible customer service. Will not promote or share this software with anyone.

Excellent results AND Very responsive!. Nilfar will be my go to for any future requests. She provided excellent retouched photos for my LinkedIn profile that I requested look very natural; it’s a bit awkward to go into an interview and being told you look so different than your profile photo. I sent my order on a Monday evening and when I woke up, the photos were ready for my review. I had a lot of requirements that easily could need further clarification, but Nilfar got it right with no need for further clarification. She also was very responsive and timely when replying to my communications. Thank you Nilfar!

Great work and customer service. Baumikpatel did a great job on a custom email signature i had professionally done with logo etc. He had great customer service, fast replies, and good communication if i didn’t understand something he explained promptly and was very helpful about everything. He was also very patient as i had a few questions on installing. (And my Facebook settings weren’t set correctly for the hyperlink to work the first time) He didnt mind doing it again once i fixed the Facebook settings to fix the Facebook icon. Like i said he had patience because that was my fault not his. The design was just what i wanted! Can’t thank him enough! I will return if i need anything else.

Great idea but sellers reviews are not always true. Great idea but sellers reviews are not always true as Fiverr force you to leave reviews as condition to receive the your completed order, you can’t receive any order without leaving reviews therefore if you find out that you did not receive what the seller promised you can’t change the 5 stars reviews you left. Also if you had bad experience with seller and you decided not to complete the order with him you will get your money back but you can’t leave him a reviews. Asked question before ordering a gig. Overall, you get good services for very cheap price. It’s kind of Aliexpress for services. It’s cheap but you will never know what you get regardless the gig description.

Unhelpful. I created a seller profile and my first gig. I submitted and for 4 days now it just keeps sending me messages trying to get me to buy stuff as a buyer. Everything always defaults to buyer. It won’t let me do anything online because it wants me to download the app, and the app is designed strictly for buyers. I am a seller. Then it turns out my gig went to “draft” status and when buyers click on my link it’s telling them I am not available and telling them to check out other sellers instead. Apparently I am waiting for someone to update my tax status. So I sent a message to “support” and after a day someone responded back and just re-stated my problem back to me and said to have a nice day and closed the ticket. I’m thinking this would be so much worse if these people had my money and I was trying to get paid! No thanks.

The best app for finding artists. I’m a Twitch streamer, but I don’t have anyone to make my emotes, badges, panels, all of that stuff. I heard about Fiverr from YouTubers and Twitch streamers and watched them rate their experiences with sellers and the products they were selling! I was skeptical at first, thinking I could get scammed. Although, there are so many precautions that Fiverr instills so that can’t happen. And, I’ve had amazing experiences with now about six sellers. The flexibility in prices is amazing, the efficiency of the app and website are what make it an enjoyable experience as well, and it’s a great way to get your own unique work done by these artists. I’ve reccomended it to my other streamer and YouTuber friends and will definitely be using this again!

Has several drawbacks. iPhone app and online version don’t sync well. iPad version is just a larger iPhone version making it very cheap looking with minimal UTI. Syncing issues is a big issue. You might get a notice on all that you have a message and you might not. You have to actually go into the app, back out of the inbox and select inbox again to have it sync. Very unhandy and clunky. Manage order is separate from inbox causing confusion as they might leave a message there. If you don’t react fast when order is marked complete, it will automatically dispense the funds. Help desk is frequently unhelpful and doesn’t use the app - uses email. Refunds only via PayPal with an account and 2% less. Ripoff. Not clearly stated when you order. Quality of sellers is very hit and miss. Fiverr don’t do a good job screening and determining if the work shown is really their work. It seems there a a lot of fake reviews allowed. Or they have their friends purchase a job for very cheap and the friend leaves a glowing review. Cheap advertising. If you have a complained you can not talk to a supervisor. Very unhelpful and not customer friendly. App allows you to mark favorites for those sellers you like to use again. New feature shows that when you send a message buyer/seller might be offline due to the late hour.

Excellent Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This was my first time using Fiverr and it definitely won’t be the last. I was hesitant at first because I needed to have thousands of dollars worth of work done. Considering how much hacking goes on these days, I’m always cautious spending any money online, let alone thousands at once. I decided to take a chance and it paid off big time. I hired Matarrese8 and was absolutely blown away by the finished product. I will be using Fiverr for all of our future business projects. Special thanks to the developers for quality updates and keeping bugs at bay. Fiverr sets the standard for all iOS apps. My only regret is not being able to leave a 6th star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is trash. I don’t know what it’s like to sell things other than art commissions, so this probably does not apply to all of Fiverr. Art work is extremely undervalued. Also, I get lots of spam messages from people saying their “Wong from china” or “Lee from China” trying to consume me into their pyramid scheme or identity left. The most annoying thing is the customers. I’ve had over 20 customers drop the conversation if I don’t reply within 2 hours. A few people took 45 minutes. I haven’t had a single successful commission after 5 months on the app. Maybe it’s my low quality artwork or whatever but my friends on the app say they have the same problems. Now I know this isn’t the apps fault, but I find there are so many better apps with better customers for selling art. So if your an artist, feel free to use Fiverr, but I do not recommend it being your only source of commissions seeing as it won’t be super successful.

Very happy. I was introduced to fiverrr from a friend to do some design features I needed. I wanted a custom logo along with the proper files to complete my social media platform , buissness card and truck lettering design. I was able to sort through numerous artist until I found one that I could work with. My artist was exceptional and will use again going forward. Her name is creativejulia and I highly recommend her as a great person to work with as she was creative and speedy at the same time. She worked with me on many lil changes I wanted without an issue. Once again I will use her and fever for future needs.

Review. I own a consulting and claims management company in Iowa. My work dates back to 1966 when I started to work as a field adjuster with Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Iowa. I retired as a division claims manager in 1999. I started Enyart Claims Consulting, Inc. the same year. Accident victims need nonlegal advice to avoid the ever increasing lawsuits over the world. One of my favorite sayings is it’s easy to settle an insurance claim if you give them all the information and be honest. Hopefully, Fiverr will be able assist my company to guide the innocent victims towards a reasonable settlement without litigation. We work only on a reasonable hour fee set up similar to Fiver entrepreneurs. No surprises,just honest work with no litigation involved. I would be willing to review any suggestions from you. Bad company. Some of the freelancers are good and their website and APP are okay but if you have a customer who wants free stuff they just have to say they don’t like what you send them. I actually sold a template that took years in the making which was my lowest cost. They wanted several revisions and I did the first couple. After that I said this all I can do for what I got paid (was hoping to get paid). Also before they started the work I sent them a message that they probably should not buy the template because it doesn’t have revisions but they did anyway. I sent the messages to Fiverr to prove I was being ripped off and they couldn’t care less. So if you want free stuff order from Fiverr take the work and then just keep asking for revisions or say you aren’t happy, well if you are a loser like my customer was do that. I stopped working on there. Try UpWork for a better experience.

Definitely scammed.. Unfortunately, there’s no protection for when quality of work is terrible. As long as the seller completes the assignment, you’re out of luck. That is what happened to me. I gave it a try, spent a decent amount of money, and got something unusable in return. With AI being able to do a lot of things, people are providing you with very obvious AI work and there’s nothing you can do about it as the buyer except leave a low review on the seller. I won’t use this app again for that reason. The seller was clearly aware that her work was not useable as when I said something to her about it (and I was polite) she never replied and when I say it was expensive … it was. People should not be allowed to charge whatever they want if they aren’t going to have consequences for doing a poor job. There has to be better buyer protection.

This is a crappy app.. This is app stinks because when I was scrolling through some gigs to report the bad one I came across the most disturbing thing on Fiverr. A lady with inappropriate clothing this app is for four year olds that can draw children close to this stupid app sure there is also good things For you on fiverr but there is the dark side of fiverr witchcraft spells sorcerers and more this app stinks as heck. Don’t get it it’s basically supposed to be 17 plus and older but no the developers had to put it for four year olds. And the developers need to improve there app by taking out this witchcraft crap and the devils playground and if you want it for kids pls take the inappropriate stuff out and demonic stuff with stupid curses. Sellers manipulate the app in shady ways. I’ve been anxiously waiting for plans to help with a construction project on my home. I found an engineer on Fiverr who was very communicative at first and said he could have it done for me in 10-20 days, depending on whether there were unexpected issues. Around 15 days, I reached out for an update and he only responded with “in progress” and sent me a fake sample file with his WhatsApp number so we could talk offline, which I declined. On the due date, he sent more fake files to mark my order as delivered and said it would be another 10-12 days because he’s busy with other orders and hasn’t started mine yet. I contacted customer support about the fake files and they said “while it’s not a recommended practice, orders do sometimes fall behind”. No apologies or discounts from either. From what I’ve read online, the sellers reviews are probably fake as well.

FIVERR is great. Now the search is a lot better, however, my notices only show up after I reopen the app. At times I’m waiting for a reply and only after closing and reopening is when it shows. FIVERR is an awesome way to find great talent without the need to pay the high prices. Not everything is $5 but that is the starting price. Not every seller will meet your needs so you have to surf to find them. I give it 4 stars because the surfing method is still slow and when I check a seller for more info, it brings me back to the top of the surf when I return. The lower sellers suffer the most because I can never get to them. Otherwise it's just what I need for my music, photo, video, graphic design, and advertising needs.

Quick notice. Fiverr is a good platform to get job as a freelancer but I think now fiverr is making it hard for people on the platform….for removing online seller and putting pro service I hope the feature of online sellers should be bring back also they always support buyer where as some buyers are only on fiverr to rip you off and saying you are not able to do their job just because they want to get their money back so they always lie you are not doing perfect job all this issues should be taken care of at least they should share the money both buyer and seller equally 💯

They don’t allow. I hate the fact that The app only allow you to communicate in their little chat bubble. When I share my password for whatever platform I’m having someone work on, I then have to change my password, which makes sense for my own security. But having to communicate via the app you’re sharing every variation of a password/temp password you can think of. Which can get overwhelming, confusing, but you don’t want previous employees to continue to have access so you must continue to change them. Ultimately, I hate that the app doesn’t allow you to email the employer at any point for security purposes. Their purpose is probably to hire through them, but they don’t make it tempting. Side note: there’s a $2 transaction fee for everything including tips, that can be a pro or con however you want to take it.

Nice idea, but quite buggy. I'm a freelancer, so I've never bought anything through the site. But I made sure notifications were on so that I could have a decent response time grade, but notifications often show up and then disappear off of the front screen for no reason. If I'm not looking directly at my phone when it happens I will miss it. I'm not even sure how the app manages to do that but it makes the use-ability go down the toilet. I also recently tried to toggle to "out of office" mode on mobile instead of desktop. Not only did it get the return day off by a day (how does that even happen), it didn't apply the reason for leaving in my profile at all even though I entered it. All in all I'm glad I signed up, but this app's quality just generally makes things more difficult. Minor visual bugs are fine and understandable, but these aren't.

Tipping should be encouraged. Great service but come on guys. When you add a $2 fee to a $5 tip, that’s $7 — the problem isn’t the amount of money, it’s that you’ve deflated my “just gave a nice tip feeling!” and pumped me full of “eh. Fine. Take my money, jerks.” A very sour feeling. Cut it out, Fiverr! Leave customers feeling good. Response to developer response: It costs $.46 to send $5 through PayPal. You guys are hiking up the price and rounding up to make tips a profit center. “Administrative fees” is nonsense, the payment processor is doing the transaction. I consider this whole thing ethically wrong. It should be a pass-through cost kept at the minimum. Transparency matters. Shame on you guys.

Sellers are really hit or miss these days. I’ve been scammed twice in the last year on this app. Customer service doesn’t give me the comfort level of retrieving my funds when this happens. Most of the profile pictures on her are fraud. It’s a whole lot of men posing as women. I’m not sure what that is about but if you ever do a call with people you will hear that not only is the person I though I was speaking with, but it’s a whole agency. I have also noticed that the pofolios on the profiles are not always there work. Either way! I have found a few good sellers on here and they do great work. I will say the price has nothing to do with the quality. I have received my best work on the lower paying gigs. If it’s really expensive, it’s usually a scam

Absolutely the best way to find work-for-hire. I highly recommend Fiverr to any entrepreneur or business owner who cannot afford to keep all of their specialists under contract. I have been using Fiverr for several years. Although every project is unique, the sellers on this platform are talented, efficient, and accommodating. I have been able to use 80% of all the jobs I requested without any revisions. About 15% of the time, the revision has been because they gave me what I asked for and it didn’t work the way I thought it would. As for the last 5%, let’s just say an inability to communicate effectively. Because the five dollar start rate allows me to test the skill level, once the job is done my tip usually far exceeds the amount I paid for the initial request. The Fiverr business model help newbies get started and build their portfolios while providing a service that is affordable for the new business owner or nonprofit organization that’s starting at zero budget. After working with a pro that you like, you can continue working with them on any project.

Compelled tipping?. Excellent work on my resume & left Fiverr a 5-star review, but then they send you to tipping screen saying its customary. They should have placed the tipping screen before the ‘review the app’ screen. Tipping is only customary in the US. I do tip in situations where some don’t, but it’s off-putting to get a professional service done at a certain price & then they hold their hand out again awkwardly after being paid. I get why companies do this during checkout to pad the revenue via consumer impulse sprinkled with guilt, but its not professional. It puts the burden on the consumer to pay extra because they know that the person who provides the service knows you had to click through a tipping screen to avoid giving them extra.

Terrible employer. Customer service doesn’t care about the employee at all. It only cares about the buyer. And I can tell you from 15 years of experience, the buys is not always right lol. I have had a handful of gigs where the work was completed. And because the customer complains afterwards about things that are out of my control, they are immediately refunded without even hearing my part. Meanwhile, all the work is completed, and on more than one occasion the customer kept using my work! Another problem is I have had again at least 5+ orders where there is a catch 22, where the customer won’t complete the gig until the work has been done, but the work is already done on their platform. This isn’t the customers fault not mine, as both sides just want to ensure quality. However this is a flaw of Fiverr. I went from 10 gigs a week and a level 2 seller to 0 gigs a week and no leads in less than a month, because I complained about Fiverr. And I get it, I would do that to an employee as well. But the fact is Fiverr has to do a better job treating its employees fair, and not just worry about whether or not buyers are leaving you bad reviews. Communication is negative stars.

A Great Source!. If you’re looking for a great source of information and knowledge. This might be the place for entrepreneurship start up businesses. There is such a variety of niche opportunities to take advantage of. No we do not live in a perfect world. Yet you can find as well as make the very best of the available sources within Fiverr, to make your world perfect. Again, it is exactly what you make it for yourself and you’re busy. Should you take the time and weed through and give you ample amount of time to different sellers. You should be able to grow your business as big as you like.

Extraordinary Results. I had a vision of what I wanted, didn’t really know how to put it into words, but what little info I did provide, he more than exceeded my expectations. I submitted 12 images I had screened shot from a video reel. Keep in mind as the video ran I screen the images. He was able to use screen shots to design my t-shirts. The final images turned out so clear. The designer was very oatient with me. I know I submitted atleast 8-10 revisions. Each time I sent a revision he responded within 24 hours. Several times, I received the revisions within 2-3 hours. I will definitely use this designer again. Let him make your vision a reality.

Author book video. Kylieobr was an absolute pleasure to work with. I write USA historical fiction and she is from another country and completely unfamiliar with our history (of course she was—they don’t teach it in other countries). But she did her research after some collaboration with me and created an advertisement video that was absolutely brilliant! Comments from friends included “she completely nailed it,” “this is going to be a game changer,” “I want to see the movie now,” “WOW! So compelling,” “this was brilliant work,” the music and cinematography was perfect.” I highly recommend Kylieobr as she seems to put her soul into her work.

Great resource!. I love the talent I have been able to find through Fiver. I only have 2 complaints: 1. They removed the option of making corrections in top of the illustrations. It was a lot easier to be able to point to a specific part of the illustration and add a note than trying to describe where the changes should be 2. I had some good work going on with an illustrator and suddenly she disappeared from Fiverr. As a business, i need to stay consistent in style and this actually hurt us. So we had to dig and find somebody else who could continue with the illustrations as close as possible to the original one but the difference will be perceived by our clients. I think Fiverr should allow emailing between parties

A waste of time and money!. I would leave ZERO stars if possible and can go on and on about why but the short story is I lost MONTHS & $150 only to end up where I started; not sure what’s worse but this is not right. You have to go on a wild goose chase to figure out how to even get in touch with them only to realize you can’t because they don’t have an actual customer support line or chat. When I click on the “Contact Us” link within the app, it asks you to sign-in, only to take through a dead end loop of having to login AGAIN. There doesn’t seem to be a way to actually contact them. What kind of business takes your money but makes it difficult to get in touch with them? Tells you all you need to know about how they “value” their customers. Feels like a scam if you ask me. It was my first time using Fiverr. There needs to be some kind of resolution. This is NOT acceptable!

I never knew.... Wow is all I can say. I’m a busy mom, full time career woman, and leader in ministry. I don’t have time to create logos and edit videos for my projects. I cannot believe how easy and professional my contacts were on FIVERR and at a great price. I had a logo created and video and both came out just how I wanted. We went thru several revisions and the work was done quickly and with quality. I did have to do my part and provide very detailed instructions- but being that I’ve done production work myself I knew this would make the process easier for the designer and vide editor. I’m hooked on FIVERR and will be referring people to the contacts I worked with: BossDesigns and Senthudms. Thank you for everything!

THE place for songwriters!. I have been writing songs for over 30 years. I am not the greatest musician nor am I a good singer. I thank God I discovered this site. I have been able to find talented musicians and singers to bring my songs to life. ❤️ The talent is unbelievable and the pricing is very affordable. Anyone who comes upon this review, please know that this is THE place to find what you’re looking for. As a songwriter, I am floored at how fabulous my songs sound now that I have some great artists helping me and I really enjoy listening to the final piece. I tell you what, I never did anything with my songs like trying to get them out in the world but now I will certainly try! Thank you FIVERR! 😘😘

Disappointing waste of time. I signed up recently to offer my freelance services on Fiverr. It took a considerable amount of time to go through their process and set up a “gig” for my services. Unfortunately through their review process my gig was removed for what is still an unknown reason. I received an email notification without any specific reference to my post - after they deleted it. When I messaged the support team for further information I just received a copy/paste response. It’s my belief no one could tell me why it got removed because they did it without looking at it. At minimum there should be a review process before completely deleting a gig. But the support person was uninterested in engaging in a productive conversation about it. So be warned - keep copies or take screenshots of everything you do because they’ll delete it without warning and you’ll never know why. This was a complete waste of my time and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
