3 yr resident. This app is amazing, convenient. I love the fact that I could put in a maintenance request and go off to work and know that the request will be filled and I don’t have to worry about trying to call the office I could just do it all from the app. I can pay my rent and even renew my lease this app is so much more convenient for me
Happy to live here.. The staff are very helpful and friendly and are always willing to go out of there way to make sure we are happy and I am. The property is always well kept, nice and clean. I will recommend this community to others for sure.
Amazing app. Best App for renters. Hope there are few Functionalities like communication, news at an announcement. The app has amazing functionalities for the maintenance request, which helps us to see the status of the request.
App won't allow for Maintenance request updated. You can update or cancel requests. Which forces us to create an her request to provide updates. And can't cancel so could cause unneeded visits.
Can not update payment option. Received a new card and the app will not accept new card it says it’s already saved. Would be nice to delete the cards on file and add the new card/s for payment.
Love my new home. I’d like to thank Tammy and Jacque for being so welcoming. From my first tour of Bay Breeze Villas until my move in date, everything went so smoothly due to the professionalism of these two property managers. Lack of Information. We don’t get response or way to correspond with maintenance team on Requests for Maintenance. If the item is completed by staff in app, but not actually completed in real time, how do we convey these issues? Would be nice to have feedback box to and from maintenance team. Who should I report to if maintenance closes out requests but doesn’t actually complete.

I love this app. Definitely an easy app to use, makes paying rent quick and easy, makes paying other bills easy and any other requests regarding your building.
So far so good. Just got the app and submitted a maintenance request. Time will tell if it works well, but it looks like a solid mobile version of the website so I’m happy with it currently.
Helpful for scheduling. App makes things a lot easier than other places I’ve lived.

Force to use Card Pay More inFees. This is the first time using online payment. Been waiting to get set up no one shared this process. If you want to use the no cost method which is your checking account it forces you to have to wait to get bank verified (3days) which means your forced to use some sort of debit or credit card which has a fee attached above the amount of your rent. If you want to wait you will have a late fee, even if this is done on the 1st and rent is late on the 4th. You can’t use this method if you of course want to pay on time the use of online payment. Rip-off
Just don’t get it. It’s enough that you may be scraping rent money together not to mention if it includes a late fee but to also have to pay a service fee for using a debit or credit card I feel is ridiculous. The apartments that use these apps should take that under consideration if they truly care about keeping their residents especially if there are already additional issues going on regarding their property.
Tasks Simplified. I enjoy this app as a resident and a property management professional. It simplifies every task from submitting maintenance requests to making payments and signing documents.
Convenient. Extremely convenient app. Glad that we have it available to us instead of having submit request through apartment website.

Needs more subcategories. The easy of use is great for submitting work orders. I would recommend adding additional subcategories. For instance, there is only an option for “freezer” under appliances.
I love this app. My apartment complex was just bought by Northland a few months ago and they are the first owners to have an app for the portal! Everything is super easy to use and I can easily put on maintenance request and set up auto pay for rent.

App allows me to get things done but…. When submitting a maintenance request you can’t see all the categories and I don’t know it’s scrollable.
Mostly Helpful. App is mostly helpful and fairly easy to navigate. Billing details could use some work to make it more understandable.

How I feel about this app….. It’s amazing! I don’t know where it could improve, but I’m super other residents may have opinions on how to improve so that’s why it’s a 4/5 stars. Otherwise, this is great for me and my boyfriend :)
Lacking Feature, easy to use.. This app only let you have access to send payment and send maintenance request. Where is the payment history? Where is the payment/bill details? Why can’t I have access to the maintenance history? Why can’t I have access to the maintenance progress?
Not such a great app. Poorly designed and could be better designed. The app "check to remember count info to skip signing in" does not work. I have to manually sign into the app every time. Very easy fix. Ontop of that, the actual company this is associated with does a poor job of maintaining their properties and providing the best experience for their paying customers.
Unable to remain logged into the mobile app. I always have “remember me” selected on the login, but regardless I have to keep inputting my email address.
Rent prices are crazy high… but that’s not the team’s problem. Like I said, rent is going up way more and amenities aren’t keeping pace… but neither of those are the fault of the app development team so what can ya’ do! 🙃
Terrible app. I’ve been having such a hard time trying to set up payment method. Not only does it not let me enter the small amount my bank deposited for verification purposes, but it also doesn’t let me enter a debit card information. I tried using the chat feature and nobody ever contacted me. Now I have to go out of my way, get cash, buy a money order so I can pay rent on time and not have lat fees. I hate this app so much!
Log in. I hate the log in, it makes wanting to submit a work request hard. Also when submitting a work request it keeps glitching and I don’t know if they are being inputted. The log in is just so glitchy I can’t emphasize it enough. They have serious bugs that need to be addressed. An update has not been worked in over 8 months which is unacceptable from a software point of view, that means that this log in bug has been happening for over 8 months with no one looking at it.
Annoying to Login. App works good overall but I hate having to retype my email and password in despite checking the “remember me” every time at login.
Impressive.. Had to put in an order for the dryer. It takes too long to go to the site and log in. Super fast. I’ve the correspondence/updates that pop up as notifications. Easy, fast and stress free.
Easy To Use App for Communication. Submitting maintenance requests is so simple and Bill Pay notifications are helpful. It’s nice to have this app.
Legitimately the Worst Interface I’ve ever Used. I don’t write reviews but this app has such a terrible UI. The onscreen keyboard blocks key functionalities on the app. Need to register with your apartment complex? Sure you can fin your apartment complex, but cannot click continue. Need to verify your bank? Fine you can type in the verification amount but not proceed.
Works great!. I’ve been using this app for two years now to pay rent and for service requests and it has worked really well!
So far so good!. We have had no problems using so far and it is very user friendly!
Too pretentious. I moved into these apartments at the beginning of Covid-19. My rent was 750$ and now after a year and a few months, nearly 900$ for a one bedroom/ half bath. You’re basically paying for location because my apartment is way too small to amount to a mortgage of a home. Be careful because rent will randomly and vastly fluctuate.
Northland App. Very easy and simple to use once your information is on file.
Works well. Works well, however I wish sign up flow was easier, supporting Face ID etc since login session is very short and I have to log back in constantly. Also password field is not recognized by 1Password app, probably missing some configuration.
Maintenance people are always polite. The maintenance people are always polite, friendly, and timely. They fix what needs to be fixed.
Garage door & push button panel repair request. Submitted a request on Sunday evening requiring my garage door and push button access panel be made operational. I think the plastic panel cover was caulked or painted closed last week. My garage door also doesn’t open/close as well. Unit 106, Garage B6.
Easy to use. Lots of drop down menus for maintenance issues and the ability to submit a pic too is very nice.
Very user friendly. Very easy to use, not too many technical difficulties so far! Only additional comments might be to have the option to edit existing maintenance request or resolve of issue no longer need addressed.

Does not prompt with the 2.5% service fee they are going to charge you.. Pointless Message shows up saying there will be a service fee assessed at some point without giving you any idea of how much this will be.
