Pretty terrible. The interface is slow and not user friendly. Barely functions at all. Not sure how you can put out a product like that.

This App Is hot garbage. The features that are on this app do not fully work. For some odd reason the Apple Pay system does not properly connect to take funds.

Easy Maintenance Issue Reporting. I love the app-so easy to report any maintenance issues!

Ridiculous Charge to use App. If there is a service charge fee for using this app each time you pay rent is ridiculous. It’s bad enough that rent is already expensive to then get hit with a $43+ dollar service charge fee to us an app is outrageous. That’s my thoughts on that.

Great App. I don’t write many reviews and my profile is pretty old so it says much. this app is straight and simple to the point to anything you need for your living home .

Not great. App is hard to use (e.g. how do you submit an emergency request), and has bugs (e.g. pop up menus allow taps to go through to the underlying interface which ends up canceling the pop up while using it).

Works most of the time. This app does not recognize my passcode when I enter it at first. It takes about three tries!

Used for to pay rent. App breaks down, it’s slow, doesn’t work at times. It also adds random charges to your rent, and makes mistakes once you exit and come in again. First time using it. It’s weird.

Login. It has the option to “remember me” but never does. It also won’t allow me to save my password to my phone passwords autofill.

I like the shops at legacy’s system for requesting maintenance requests !. I love that I can just submit a simple request at any time, with as much description of the problem as I please. It seems as though these requests submitted are very convenient and also make the large amount of requests, easy to organize for the different wonderful/skilled maintenance staff, each morning. You see them diligently going about their way with their tools and all they may need for any maintenance issue in the apartments each day, and they are quick but thorough on each request assigned to them. I remember that one of my favorite maintenance workers was totally shocked and so humble when I offered him some water !! That was so sweet to me and it goes to show that this staff is used to checking problems off their lists for the residents promptly as they can. Thank you all !

Needs an update. When I first downloaded the app, it worked fine. I don’t know what happened but my user ID and password was deleted and now I have to provide every time I log onto the app. It’s an inconvenient pain.

Rent. The service fee is ridiculous you guys need to do something about that. Its not fair that we have to pay rent plus a large amount of fees for the progress to go through and on top of that we can't customize the amount so we can try to pay what we have a the moment, especially for housing section 8 y'all need to get it together.

Okay!. Wish you could cancel maintenance request in the app/online But helps make other things convenient

Convenient. This is a very convenient app as a resident. So far it hasn’t glitched once.

Maintenance. So far i had no issue with maintenance repairing anything in a timely manner. Keep up the good walk team.

Pretty good. Takes time to figure out how to navigate but once you get you got it.

They are so fast. They are so quick. Fix things the next day. They leave a note that it’s fixed. They lock the door behind themselves and they don’t touch anything else. It’s perfect.

Average. Lots of issue with the app, maintenance request doesn’t show all drop down options . Request are auto closed without sending it back to originator to close it.

Seem simple. It been simple to use

maintenance app. There isn’t a category for some issues. I submitted for a very dirty window on the outside with access unavailable to us.

Avoid at all costs. This is by far the worst app, worst company, and even worse people work here. The Jefferson Place apartments in Frederick, Maryland, are awful. I would rather walk on glass and hot lava than ever use this app or live at any place that is managed by Bell Partners. They don’t tell you about all the hidden fees, taxes, and service charges. I have always paid an extra $ 250 a month because they refuse to tell the truth. They are terrible. Can we please give them zero stars.

Past payment history. Unable to see past payments made and its breakdown.

This app don’t help. Unfortunately this app don’t work good as supposed to. The team - management / maintenance don’t care about us tenants. They take days , weeks to show up and fix things when they come . I’m so disappointed, I do have 2 holes in my ceiling that was made to fix a water leak over a month and still there , no one cares or went there to repair. I just sent a request about my AC , let’s see how many days will take to someone show up .

It’s fine. Not a lot of options, but it works fine.

So Far So Good. I use the app to pay rent and it’s much more convenient than having to go online, just made a maintenance request also super easy. So far it hasn’t been glitchy and things are pretty simple and straight forward.

User Friendly. Once you master the interface and know how it works, save your payment & date on autopay to default mode and you’re done.

Unable to verify bank account. It hard enough making ends meet. I missed the verification code and now I can’t use my bank account causing me to pay an extra $51 to use my debit card which is connected to my bank account. No one in the office was helpful

Great concept, horrible tactics. Upon moving into my residence, i was given multiple options to be able to pay for my monthly rent (check, money order, WIPS, etc.). Recently in the past 2 months, my community management has removed all payment options, except for through this app. With that being said, when i select my my payment method (wire from bank, using debit/credit card), i’m charged an additional $55.59 for “processing fees”. If I only had enough to pay my monthly rent and couldn’t afford the extra “processing fee”, it would be MY fault. I love how I’m able to pay it at the comfort of my time and place, i just hate that i’m charged more money for just trying to pay my rent. 2 out of 5 stars for me. :(

Maintenance Request Ignored Repeatedly. I’ve tried multiple time to receive help with an appliance from maintenance and have not received it.
