doesn’t work on iPad. despite the Compatibility line in the Information section saying “Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.” it will not load on any of our iPads which have iOS 14.1

One of the worst. App constantly is logging you out, pulling up work orders from other people, glitching, refusing to connect to server, and the list goes on. Truly, one of the worst apps I’ve ever used and I was not forced to I wouldn’t.

If your employer moves to Yardi, quit immediately.. This software is completely useless for getting work done. It is buggy, constantly freezes, and stores no data locally, so when you go to restart the app all your data is lost. It takes so much time to navigate through Yardi’s asinine user interface that we end up spending as much time entering data as we do working. It’s absurd. Only someone who has never done a day of work in their life would think to use this trash application. There is no way the Yardi corporation uses their own software to manage their own workflow, it would be ridiculous. Or maybe they do, and that’s why they can’t seem to get any work done to improve it.

Sync Time. Imagine being able to sync without waiting inside this app! Imagine being able to move on with your other tasks without having to wait for this app to sync ...IMAGINE!1!!

Worked great until the last update. Everything worked as it should until the latest update. Now it wont allow me to enter my user name only password. Therefore I can’t log in to close out work orders.

Bring back the camera and save icons. They absolutely trashed this app with the last update getting rid of all the useful features like auto save in a camera that doesn’t take six taps to open and save

It’s Okay. It’s nice and works fine. Wished it had a few more features like the ability to upload videos. Wished that if you clock into a work order, it would change the status to “in progress” and not “scheduled” because it is in fact in progress.

Latest Update. Latest update won’t let me select a time out on work orders. As soon as I select a time in, both time out and tech notes automatically fill with todays date and won’t change at all, ultimately making my input invalid. Please fix.

Update is to dark. Love the accessibility on the go, bur the new “update” made it so I can’t see what anything. Please fix ASAP!

App not compatible with iPad Pro. The app crashes every time I try to login with my iPad Pro. It works fine on my iPad Mini even though the app is for "iPhone" only

The worst app ever. This app is horrible to use for work, a constant pain, and always annoying. Without anyone showing you what to do you will struggle to learn how to use the app. Even if you were taught the app offers no opportunity to make adjustments on work orders. This app is supposed to aid me in doing my job but it is quickly becoming the worst part.

Not working. Since the most recent app update. I can not close any work orders due not being able to enter a time out. That section gets automatically prefilled with a date and it can’t be changed. Please correct this issue

Inconsistent. Got logged out for some reason when I had “remember login” selected and can’t find a link to reset password anywhere.

Awful. Fails constantly, looks like iOS 3 still. Very clunky. Why does it sync sometimes in the background, but 98% will just fail out if it looses focus? Obviously it’s in there but is poorly implemented. I shouldn’t have to force close it all the time to get it to work.

FIX DARK MODE. Please delete your dark mode or fix it. When my iPhone is on a dark mode it makes my yardi app be in dark mode and I can’t see anything because it’s all black!!! Please fix because I use dark mode to keep my battery usage down.

Never syncs attachments. Can yall fix the issues with this app? Have to open and close this app 10 times just to sync the attachments for ONE PHOTO on a work order. Shouldn’t be that hard to update your app regularly

App is trash. Constantly locks you out, never save passwords and/or it will and then random deletes all the information

A hot mess!. The worst programed app I’ve ever seen. You have to go through all these pages to complete a work order and no reason for it. All kinds of bugs and flaws. If you complete a work order the person with same app doesn’t know what happened with the work order. You really know how to make something simple harder. Oh yeah can’t increase print size.

Most non-user friendly app. This app performs like an original iPhone app. It is beyond clunky, I’ve downloaded and reinstalled and I cant enter my username… I can tap on password though. And my camera is on in the background when using the app? What?? This app can be so good but they don’t put in the effort

Mobile Version not suitable for iPads. When using on iPad the formatting is created for a cell phone.

Does not work. I have deleted and downloaded again now does not allow me to log in at all. 🗑️🚮

Pictures. App crashes every time I try to slide through pictures. Constantly kicks you out and the last update was 9 months ago. If my company didn’t use it, I wouldn’t.

Logging in issues and Maintenance notes. I keep getting signed out every other day even after selecting the setting to keep me signed in. And not able to access maintenance notes.

Update!!. Please for the love of god update the app.

Don't even try it!!!!. I don't like negative reviews unless it is an absolute must. This should not be available on the app store for anyone using any kind of device. Minimal functionality and not user friendly. Bad design, bad quality, and to whoever the developer is, I'm sorry but you have to step your game up. If you're going to do something do it right. It has potential, but none in the foreseeable future.

Needs work. I never review apps. Ever. But this app negatively impacts my productivity in a big way. No notifications, wont let me enter technician notes so I can’t complete a work order, no facial recognition to open app. This needs fixed!!

Good but.... It needs to have a version for tablets.

It’s ok.. For the most part. I really wish it would just sync in the background. Really really annoying when I leave the app and come back to read a w/o description. Then it starts syncing again. Also, I have tried everything I can think of but I do not get push notifications when a w/o is added. My coworkers with androids do though.

Junk. I had to give it one star to leave a review I wouldn’t give it any if I could. Freezes all the time now this two factor authentication you go and click remember for 30 days and doesn’t even work a waste of time. By the time you go and receive the confirmation code to verify the two factor authentication time runs out then you have to resend it again the biggest joke of an app ever. It’s 2025 use AI for scripting to fix all these bugs!

How to setup this Application. Do You have some quick setting guide. It's asking for a web serve?

Worst app ever. I work in IT for a company that uses Yardi for work order processing. The desktop functionality is fine but this mobile app is the WORST piece of software I have ever administered. I am constantly taking phone calls from end users regarding their issues and frustrations.

Signature is deleted. When you close the work order, the tenant's signature is deleted

Latest update broke time selector. The developer apparently compiled with the latest XCode 12 and SDKs but did not realize that Apple changed the default style of the date/time picker control. Instead of the old-school wheels it switched to the pop-up time editor (the new default). Of course the UI was not updated for that and the app is even slower to use now (more clicks) plus uglier. All you developers need to do is go in and explicitly set the style back to the wheels. Also, add a direct support email to the developer in the app so we can communicate directly with bug reports.

Excellent. This app is so convenient and easy to use. Convenient because we take our phone everywhere. Easy to use because you go right in the app and use it.

Update issues. Since update there are issues closing workorders

Great tool. Awesome for our mobile users. Could be 5 star if it supported AppConnec Custom Configuration. This would make managing our hundreds of deployed devices far easier.

Works well!. First of all, YOU HAVE TO BE LICENSED TO USE YARDI VOYAGER MAINTENANCE, which is part of Yardi Voyager. This is NOT a maintenance program. It is merely the mobile work order accessory TO the maintenance portion of the program. It's not all things to all people, but it's very good at what it does. If you've got Voyager and you're NOT using this, you really are missing out on efficient maintenance management.

A Poorly Designed, Under Supported App. This app suffers from all the same problems it did 5 years ago, which indicates Yardi never works to improve the user experience. Of course, Yardi One and Yardi Voyager just access the same data on the backend, and seem to suffer a similar level of clunkyness. By my estimation, the problem is no just with this lousy app, but the entire system, the database, the desktop interface, and this dreaded mobile app.

.... Not as easy to navigate as it should be and after last update it wont even open...

Horrible. This app and the new update are horrible. Very difficult to get in and get my work orders.

NOT user friendly!. This app is antiquated. This could be so much cleaner and simpler to use, but it appears that the user interface hasn’t been updated in years! Seems it’s stuck back in the 90’s! When you try and start a job, you can’t just put your notes in and then complete it. You have to go back and save and then edit and then hit the time clock again and then save and THEN you can go back and “Complete” the order! Such a pain when in the field and trying to get work done! They have us technicians stuck with this app because it’s main program is what the office uses. We end up sending so many emails and texts about our WO’s when the order should do it all more easily.

Yardi maintenance. This is a terrible app that slow our work down bad idea and useless . Piece of craft.

App rate. This app is loss of time and money! The app is not suitable for this type of of operation! Delays in assignments from top management to the trades will delay the action, including emergency actions. The advice of “do not work, if the job is not assigned !” is bringing down the MRO. The cause of such app is to assist the account department, but it will bring negative impact of the RMs, arms and service trades! Overall, I will recommend re-writing the app for bottom-to-top utilization! Once again, GIGO!

No Support or Response from Developer. Tried to reach out to the developer to resolve an issue I was having with the app as I use it everyday. I Also wanted to give a suggestion for improvement but haven’t been able to reach anyone.

cannot type in password. After updating the required fields in my settings, no matter what I do, the app won’t allow me to even access the password field to sign in. I can input my username but it won’t let me select the field to input my password.
