Absolutely atrocious. As a software engineer this is comically bad. Sizing issues across devices. Plagued with bugs. Some how they’ve managed to make the UI less intuitive involving more clicks to perform very basic functions. The pure irony in calling this the “pro” version. My advice: start with stability before redesigning anything else.

Great app. Where would I be without UKGPro?! This app has been fantastic to me and my team, and is a great resource when you can’t log into the portal on a PC. Thanks Kronos and UKG!

Navigation is Impossible. In this version of the UKG app there is no way for me as a non-supervisory user to navigate back to the home page. The only option to close the menu you are in closes out of the app and the tenant URL is cleared erasing your access information. This app in not usable.

Not load. The application does not load, instead of improving it, solutions were damaged NOW

Why is this even a new app?. There's hardly a difference. And it's still just as bad. Please do everyone a favor and just hand this off to people that know what they're actually doing. The amount of times you're down or the app is giving a hard time just to check a schedule is unbelievably stupid.

Horrible. This app is archaic, constantly freezes and goes blank. There is no simple solution to regain access to the app. Of all the payroll apps I’ve used, this is hands down the worst.

Terrible - Classic app is better. Classic app works in landscape and portrait mode. This new and improved app doesn’t work in landscape mode. That’s terrible on an iPad. C’mon, developing for iOS should be a no brainer by now. Support landscape and portrait mode in all apps.

Poor Quality App. Constantly freezes or will just show a blank screen when trying to look at pay info. User interface for time off requests is clunky and can be confusing. Overall the app needs a complete redesign with input from regular users, not HR managers.

What server issue. The app won’t load at all as soon as I get to the Authenticator it tells me that it’s having trouble connect to the server so I switch back to Classic and use that for a while and now the Classic isn’t working. I have no good words for either.

Doesn’t even work. This app is terrible and a massive downgrade from the old one. Not a single thing is visible in this app and it’s plagued with coding variables that aren’t meant to display actual text. Uninstalling and redownloading the old one.

Trash. Whatever brain dead developers made this app needs to be put back in the zoo. Nothing works or loads, just a blank screen, and constantly crashes. A glitch-ridden nightmare that fails at its core function. Steer clear of this dysfunctional mess.

Has never worked, right. App is a complete failure. Even my company can’t figure out how to get it to work on my phone.

App is unusable.. App constantly freezes or errors. Unable to log in, had to reload the old app just to get online.

Not good. This app is horrible. When scrolling or searching/selecting an item takes forever and sometimes freezes. I liked the old app better

Not functioning. After downloading the app and signing in, it won’t let me do anything. Home page doesn’t display tiles like it’s supposed to. It wants me to add shortcuts, which isn’t working. So I can’t put in time requests or see my accruals.

Horrible!!!!. Horrible app! It works 1 out of 10 times. Gets stuck and doesn’t capture clicks. Dayforce was a 10 compared to this junk.

Horrible!!!!. App NEVER LOADS!!!! Always deleting and reinstalling to get it to work right, soooooo frustrating, wish the new company kept ADP!!

Too confusing. Coming out with a new app every couple months and naming them the same is not helpful.

There has to be a better option. The functionality of the app is terrible sometimes deeming it unusable.

absolute trash.. to any employers looking to use this system be prepared for a lot of wasted time for your managers to be correcting timesheets. Find something else. The developers are incompetent. Employees are losing money being at work and unable to clock in. UKG is absolute trash.

Can’t wait to be able to log in!. Still unable to log into the app. I have to use a web browser in desktop view or use a laptop. At least UKG ready worked.

Can’t log hours. Blank screen when I try to clock in and out. Hasn’t worked for over a week.

Blank Screens. Clicking on anything (pay, time off, etc) just takes you to a blank screen. I can’t track my hours or PTO, and I can’t see my pay statements. App is basically useless at this point.

Slow compared to UKG Pro Classic. This app is not an improvement compared to the classic version. Please work on speed

Works alright. App only works if you type in password will not work with Face ID

Awful company making awful apps just for revenue. They have multiple apps and websites that all look and act the same and every single one gives me trouble logging on. My job solely uses this for me to see my pay and time for sick along benefits like insurance. Instead of making a quick money grab how about helping the users of your heinous app

Payroll app. The payroll app was working properly till the last upgrade. When pressing anytabs for other windows to view, such as timesheet, one gets a blank white view. It occurs in several tab options. Some troubleshooting is needed

Wrong message. I take issue that the app’s way of telling me I need to update my password when using Face ID is to tell me I have connection issues. It took me a day to figure this out. I couldn’t understand why my coworker was not having any issues. Hopefully, we can figure out a way to communicate better in the future!

Does not work. Worked great for a week. Now I keep getting a black screen or app fails completely and shuts down. Not ready to be used yet. Will continue to use Classic version until bugs have been worked out.

Decent app for my info. Seems easy to navigate

Can connect to server.. The app doesn’t work. It constantly says it cannot connect to server. I will clock in or out and it doesn’t log that I did.

Can’t even access the app. Can’t even sign in. All my credentials are correct I can sign into the old app no problem. Every time I try on the new UKG pro app I just get a green circle endlessly spinning. Why my work chose to use this company is beyond me.

More UKG shenanigans. Still not condensed into a single app. Still has to incorporate UKG Ready which cannot retain Face ID. Before worrying about being so feature rich UKG should concentrate on the basics first.

why. why did you ask us to switch to this app which quite literally lets you do absolutely nothing? can’t punch in, can’t view pay, can’t view paystub, can’t view schedule. at this point i don’t even think ukg has anyone working on their app development. this is horrible.

SOOO SLOW. Takes forever to open app, takes forever clocking in & out, takes forever for everything…UKG classic was way better

Used to be a great app. App now just displays a blank screen after recent update. It used to work great. Please fix!

Slow and glitchy. Was having errors signing into server even though the classic app still worked. The app is more sluggish with nothing to show for it. I’ll keep using the old app until this has had a few updates

Love UKG app!. Company recently switched over from Paylocity to UKG! So happy we made the switch!

Won’t load. Can’t load app

Update did not fix issues. App freezes constantly, have to reboot often before it works. Still no option for Face ID or remember me option which means you have to type in your user name and password every time you log in. Plus when your phone times out you get logged off, then have to type it all over again. This app is such a hassle to use for punching in.

Still trash. Somehow it glitches and crashes even more than the old app. Has less features, is less responsive, and only displays in portrait mode (especially annoying on an iPad where I use an attached keyboard). Try again.

NOT WORKING. This is a terrible app. I use it in order to track my hours at work, but in the last two weeks the app hasn’t even opened. The new update did absolutely nothing and I haven’t been able to record my hours properly. I’m pretty sure it is the new update that destroyed the app.

Doesn’t Work. The app doesn’t load correctly and it takes multiple attempts to log in. When you finally get in, none of the other screens/pages populate, it’s just a blank screen. It’s been this way for weeks and doesn’t seem like any improvements have been made since its’ release.

PLEASE CHANGE 🙏🏽. Recently just changed from UKG original app to the UKG PRO version, it's great but please change the schedule feature back to be able to see the time bars as a graph for your roster for the whole week. The other layout is hard to read and is confusing for the staff at my work. Please and thanks!!!

Constant crashing. Haven’t been able to use the app for weeks, crashes everytime I try to login.

TERRIBLE. Useless update apps.. cant access,, always giving you an error prompt..

Off to bad start. Unlike the old version, this app doesn’t even support landscape iPads

Yikes. This unfortunately is the worst payroll app I’ve ever used. So buggy & not at all efficient.

Average star rating is way off. How do you get an average of 3.9 stars when you have 2 out of 50 reviews that are fake 5 star reviews and the others are all 1 star. I have never experienced an app that makes me sign in with password after an update. What an annoying app. This app does not work. I use one of two user names and it’s not recognizing either. The only fix is to contact my System Admin. What a waste of my time. Developers please do your job and make the appropriate fixes and do not require me to sign in with manual password when I’ve already set up Face ID.

Completely blank. When I click on anything it is completely blank. I know many of my colleagues have the exact same problem. Not good at all.

Barely works. Almost every time it asks for you to enter an extra code, which if it’s already verified my identity that day I shouldn’t have to do it again. On top of that 50% of the time it doesn’t load, the loading circle just spins and spins. The other 45% it opens to a blank page so you have to shut it down and open it again (having to verify your identity again). And 5% of the time it works… slowly.

Garbage. Doesn’t load. After spending 3 minutes logging in, it never loads. I’ve deleted and re downloaded this app about 5 times.. still nothing. Absolute garbage.

0/5 stars. This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. Takes a long time to load anything. Since updating it doesn’t even get to the login screen before it crashes every time. Doesn’t store the data effectively, so I have to keep signing in as if it was the first time and enabling fingerprint/facial recognition. It is a battle every time I try to use it, which is unfortunate as I try to use it at least twice a day. I’m forced to either use the desktop version on a computer or navigating the desktop version on an iPhone screen.

Review. Not happy with it at all. Not user friendly. Throws me out as many times as I’m in. Things that are available today to look at are not available for long. I’m tired of logging in over and over!!! Tiered of changing my password over and over!! Jeff

Improves performance. This version is a great improvement to the product. Seamless launch and navigation. Kudos to the developers!!

Horrible. Definitely not Apple friendly. Can’t even get to the website on the computer. Leave it to out company to pick the app with a few reviews after 4 years. Definitely not friendly for the older folks that have minimum computer and app skills. The baby boomers are still working.

Worth the pop up on classic. Buttons along the bottom say “oneapp.footer.home” instead of home, shortcuts are annoying instead of all the tiles of the previous app, and pretty choppy/laggy timesheet. Moving back to the old one until it gets better.

Crash, Freeze, Etc.. Before the recent update, I could only access my schedule by typing in my username and password every time to log in. Face ID worked, though it would open up the app and I wouldn’t be able to access any schedule or information whatsoever. Now, after the update- the app will not even load at all; meaning I cannot access my schedule at all to see dates/times I am working, nor can I access my time card information. Real neat..

Autocrash. App crashes and will not open for over two weeks now. 12/18/2023. Last update did not fix the problem. Any positive reviews for this app are obviously fake reviews done by UKG. Zero stars.

Portrait orientation only. Landscape mode was removed in this “upgrade” to PRO. Unusable for me.

Don’t bother. Absolute worst. Switched over to this app and it keeps logging me out and bringing me to the tenant URL screen
