Slow to update earnings. In theory it sounds great and at times it is. However, my earnings are hardly ever update within the 24 hour time frame. It’s annoying to always have to reach out and wait for the technical department to fix the issue. Today the chat advisor told me my earnings don’t update within 24 hours because he and I are in different time zones after he told me they update within 24 hours of me clocking out. It would be wonderful to get factual helpful information in a timely manner instead of what I’m getting.

Planned savings. I really appreciate being able to advance money when I need it. It’s always a challenge to meet my expenses. And there are so many great features to this app. I just wish I could set up a direct deposit to my credit union easily. Oh well. I discovered that the app has another nifty feature which allows you to develop a savings plan. I can’t believe how easy and convenient it is. Now I can plan out a vacation!

Great app!. My company uses this app and I am very pleased. Downloaded it and was able to access my money in 5 minutes! Great ease of access:)

Review. Love that we are able to access our money when in need but I don’t think we should be texted on our own money when taxes are already being taking out regular checks

Helping those in need.. I gotta say? Some times we all hit rock bottom some of us maybe not but? When you need cash at your hands this app helps you. When you need money before pay day or else bad things will happen? This app has got you covered and you’ll worry less. So? All in all? This app is a great way to receive your own hard-working money, but in an earlier time and when you need it. It’s linked directly to your job of employment so the money is actually yours no gimmicks. Thanks ukg for making my hard times a little easier to make by.

This app doesn’t work. I have for four months now tried to get help to access this app. I have called several times. The customer service is absolutely rude and foul. I have been hung up on countless of times by the workers and they don’t care. I’m highly upset and def will let everyone know who try’s to use this app that it’s a waste of your time.

Hours doesn’t update. This would Be a good app and service to use if payroll at your company would update the hours like their suppose to. That’s the only way it works. I work for waterton/pathway and they don’t update their hours. I used the service before. It’s easy self explanatory, and comes in handy. But again, it doesn’t work if payroll doesn’t do their end.

Over 2 months issue. I’m having trouble using you guys because every time I need there is a issue with my account. It’s been over 2 months now that I can access my money earlier when I need. There is also a pending transaction in my account that I never got that money deposited. When are you guys going to fix the problem?

Benefit. I hope more companies enroll in this benefit. This is awesome for people to meet those unexpected challenges. People won’t need the check cashing places that are robbing them blind. Great app great program. Way to go UKG.

Unable to access savings money. UKG updated the app and now I cannot access my savings money. I tried to contact costumer service and was fold they cannot do anything about it and asked me to send an email which I did and up to now, for almost a month I see my savings money with zero balance in the app and no one seems to know what’s going on and where my money went. There is a scam going on and I want to warn everyone not to deposit your money in UKG. So annoying and frustrating.

Awesome app. Only thing…. My actual card don’t work and none of the reps could help me. So instead of using my card for purchases, I have to transfer money to another card for a fee. Other than that, accessing money from my pay a week early is awesome.

Love it. It’s convenient and easy to access funds in your time on need with hours you have already worked.

No access to money no live person. Got the card it worked once, ever since then it’s never worked again for over three weeks. I have messaged them and called them with no response. The three times I spoke with someone I was told it would be fixed in 24 hours. No follow up never fixed trying to get the account closed now. Don’t waste your time it doesn’t work nor do you get your money. It’s honestly more of a headache and anything else.

Has potential. Great to have but once you use once it won’t let you log back in and the support team takes forever to fix the issue! After they fix the issue it’s only good for one day then back to sorry can’t log in

Your Gonna Be Blessed. I have never in all my 43 years never had a job that allows this option. You are helping a lot of people pay bills in between pay periods.

Bad Customer Support. I have had an issue for weeks now where I cannot access my pay. I talked to my work and they told me it was the app. I was injured at work so I didn’t receive my regular pay check but after my pay checks resumed and I recovered the app never continued to display my balance and hasn’t worked since. I have contacted their customer service over half a dozen times and no one has helped me fix the issue.

Customer Service. Yes being able to access my paycheck early is amazing but recently I needed to access some money and it said “system unable to retrieve funds”. So I tried calling and chatting with customer service and not once was I able to get through or talk to a representative at all. Something they need to work on.

Updates. The app does not update like it should. Therefore you cannot really access your pay in advance because it’s showing you didn’t actually work when you did. When you reach out to chat your message is never responded to. You have to call a live person. It really is a terrible app. Employees get excited that they have access to a pay app and then it doesn’t work properly. I’ve had Daily Pay at another employee and it immediately updated as soon as you clocked out and you had access to your funds if need be. Much better app.

Appreciate. I would like to thank Norman B. for reaching back out to me and helping me fix my account. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of great service.

Don’t use this company. My company introduced this to its employees and it was great at first, but for some reason a bug has occurred where I can’t access my money. Despite multiple phone calls with people and promises of it being fixed it has still has not been fixed. Terrible customer service.

Amazing. Never thought there would be an app so easy, and convenient. Literally takes 5-10 seconds for me to get or pay money.

Great Emergency Funding Solution. The process was quick, simple and overall helpful, which allowed me to take care of my emergency in the timely manner.

Terrible. One of the worst pay day apps I have ever used I tried to transfer money off of my card I have been stuck with no gas for two hours because it’s pending pending for two hours this is sick today is the 20th my app hasn’t updated since the 9 this is not something I will be using in the future this app is terrible

Hopefully gets better. It was good at first. Then I haven’t been able to access my funds for almost a week. I call them and they just tell me there is an issue and they are working on it.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been having an issue with EWA being disable for no reason at all? Even after they took all money that was ‘owed’ yet my EWA is still disabled. Been trying to call thee guys for about and month am no one ever answers the phone and it’s suppose to be 24/7 no one is in chats. No one has contacted me back.

Surprised!. I’m going on a trip this weekend and to have access to my funds earlier than anticipated has made me not only enjoy where I work, but want to actually work more so my paycheck is bigger 😂😂. I’d definitely recommend this app to businesses or anyone who wants access to their pay early!

Misleading. They are quick and allow up to 50% of your earned wages however, they don’t answer the phone, they can’t adjust and add more in case of emergency and they charge $3 a deposit so be careful and safe so you won’t end up salty

Love it!. Sometimes unexpected expenses in between pay dates arise. It’s amazing that I can access my earned income sooner. No problems so far. Love it! Thank you!

Not user friendly. Very clunky is not user friendly Simply saving options not available or at least after the 10 phone calls to your customer service line they could not answer questions they could not tell how to use this app they could not tell me this was the correct app for what I was trying todo They could not assist me on how to have access to my money using there app and creat a rainy day fund with the amount that I would like to put in when I wanted to put it in

Their agent is rude, a lot of limitations with their banks. There’s a lot of limitations with the card and their banks. I saved a lot of money here but It’s hard to withdraw your money off of it. On an ATM it wont let you withdraw more than $100 each transaction. There’s daily limit withdrawal of $500 and monthly limit of $3500. So if you have any emergency you wont be able to get your money easily. Plus the agent is rude and impatient!

Not dependable. I paid over $500 in advance my last check and it won’t let me advance still. It’s been a full week of me working so I have the hours available, and they still keep saying they’re looking into the matter. To make matters worse my son whose home for summer break is starving and I’m pregnant and starving as well. They should have taken half of the money if they were going to pull “system errors” like this. Then the chat person asked me to send proof of them taking the 500 from my pay stub and somehow can’t see that I don’t have a balance of anything due. Can’t get food stamps Bc I work full time, can’t advance because they’re having issues on their end for longer than a week. This is why I WONT switch to having my full check with UKG.

Great. This app offers a great service and allows one to access money when in a bind. Thanks for this service!

Love it. Way better then Paylocity instant no wait pay small fee…..Paylocity is a bigger fee and you wait till next day or three 😊

Lies. They tell you the same thing over and over when your account doesn’t update it’s always “we’re gonna escalate it to the relevant department” it’s been days that my account hasn’t updated and they keep saying 24 hours over and over and over this app is ridiculous

Excellent Customer Service. I did have some issues, but Jasper worked incredibly to get my issues resolved. Highly recommend this app in a pinch always ask for Jasper!

Payactive. At times of need pay active always come through. No high interest fees.

Horrible. Customer service is a joke. They do less than the minimum to help and answer questions. They transfer you to different people at their same level and refuse to get you a supervisor when you need help from someone who knows what they are doing. Hailey is a joke. She is rude and will argue with you versus get you the help you need.

Worst experience.. I cannot give a worst review for an app! I’ve tried countless times to contact someone for help and have been getting case numbers with promise’s for resolutions in 24/48 hours and nothing. Sent emails no responses…no one seems to want to help on this app. Come on people! Be professional and get on it! At least respond to the online chat, at least respond to emails! At least get back to your cases that were opened. Anything!?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP !!!!!!!!!!!!. I’ve used payactiv for a few employers & NEVER have I felt so played ! You work , clock in on UKG & for some STRANGE reason the advancements are never properly updated & they blame the employer instead of actually looking into the issue . It’s very inconvenient & they honestly do not care to fix it as MANY others have had the same issue for YEARS ! I’ve gotten my lawyer as well as my district manager involved because I honestly think they are stealing some how some way .

Bad app. Application is not what is promised. It takes 5plus days to update your earnings… so you never get the cash out when needed. One time I complained, and the associate told me I was terminated from my company. That was their reason why my time card had not updated for 5 days. This was false and offensive! I’d delete the application if my work didn’t use it for our pay.

Customer service. Thanks to any and all customer service at UKG they have the patience that it takes .

I would look else where. These people have locked my savings through their app for 2 weeks now . No one can tell me why I can’t access my money but they continue to take it out of my primary account and put it In a savings account that I have no access to I’ve called dozens of times with no one having any clue of why they are basically stealing my money . It’s illegal unfair and just plain wrong .

Horrible service. If you lock your card and the app messes us your SCREWED! I’ve called,left voicemails,emails,the chats and NOTHING!! Finally they answered and at first it was 24 hours then it was 48 hours now they are saying days! So much for using your paycheck early cause I will be paid before it’s unlocked and still have to fight to get my money off my card!! Don’t lock your card better yet don’t use this service

The Worst. The only reason I used this is because my employer uses UKG Kronos for payroll. The only benefit to depositing you Check into this is to pull advanced from your checks earned wages. But you don’t even need an account for that. If you run into any issues forget customer service. They are rude, incompetent, unresponsive liars. They will claim escalate your issue and tell you 24 hours it will resolve, but you will wait weeks and still not have a resolution. Do not trust this company with your money. I would immediately transfer your wages elsewhere and do NOT pay any bills with it. If you have a dispute or if anything happens to your money you can forget about getting it back. This is not a bank it just pretends to be. Your money is safe in this app!

Daily pay is better. Tried to get a debit card and it says can’t verify with the information I gave. Customer service can’t help and don’t have any resolution to help fix my problem. But yet it tells me to call in or chat to get assistance this app is a joke.

Terrible!. When I was able to log in which was months ago the features such as access earned wages didn't work, like screen wouldn't even load. Now I can't even log in changed my password 20 times even though I knew I was entering it correctly. Still getting an error message saying make sure you entered the correct info and it has been MONTHS. No updates to the app nothing and judging by the reviews customer service doesn't care. 🚮

Issue After Issue. I’m going on two weeks since I enrolled. 10 plus contacts with customer service who “escalate” the repetitive issues over and over with zero resolution. I’d think by now it would be a priority for a company that provides access to payroll and my funds to go beyond escalating? 1) The debit card won’t link to my account 2) Repetitive issues with inaccurate information and no access to all that should be standard with any bank account or debit card. Beyond frustrating 3) App shows my daily hours worked but zero income. Blah- UPDATE: 4/29 still not functioning. They tell me 24 hours to resolve but of course no follow thru. Supervisor refuses to return my call. They contradict all the information, depends on who you speak with as to what info you get. I really can’t believe KRONOS AKA UKG allows it’s operations and customer support to fail at such an epic level.

Despite what I saw online, this app actually works. Thought it was going to be another one of those apps that we needed to wait for updates and more updates before it worked and in a timely manner…. Especially because so many reviews said it absolutely DOESN‘T work. But it DOES! If you get your pay via UKG and have worked, you will be able to advance money from your next check immediately to a card/bank. Brilliant. Thank you!

Simple and rewarding. The app is very user-friendly and having access to your pay as you earn it is so uplifting. You can meet unexpected needs and be in charge of your earnings.

Nothing to depend on. I don’t normally write reviews. But it’s such a downer when you’re using this wallet as a benefit and the app, or business, or the team is dysfunctional. They say it takes 24hrs to update earnings. Yet there’s a lapse, without any updates, which takes days. I don’t think it’s fair to offer a dysfunctional service. Constantly stops working. The concept of this app is awesome however UKG Wallet is always crashing, can’t even get passed the log in screen. IT IS SOOOOO FRUSTRATING. Do not do direct deposit onto the UKG Visa because you won’t be able to log on and see your account balance etc.

Not updating payroll correctly. Dude I don’t understand why you guys are able to deduct more than what i take out and on top of that you guys cant even update my hours so I can access my money. This app is a joke and a waist of time im deleting this app

good app…. when it lets me past the loading screen. so i got this app, it let me create an account, etc everything was fine. then i went to log on, and it proceeded to never let me sign in, as every time i input my password it loads…. and loads…. and loads until it freezes or crashes. i tried literally everything to fix it but it just doesn’t ever work. would b a great app if i could get onto it ever lol

Frustration. This app is soooo frustrating. It just won’t let me log on. It sends me invalid codes. If my employer didn’t use use this I wouldn’t either. Also when you call support no one answers.

Customer support. I called customer support because I wanted to clarify what happened to My Account and this employee name Haley hung up on me three times. Like if this is what customer service does then what’s the point of calling if I need to clarify something.

Do you guys not care??. I’ve submitted my issue 4 times, and told it would be fixed everytime. Today my card was declined twice when I have money on it. No one will answer my calls, and the chat feature people tell me they can’t help me. Horrible company

Hrs not updating. Haven’t updated my hrs for 5 days this is ridiculous I was depending on using the money I worked for this is beyond ridiculous and it needs to be fixed . You guys have deducted my pay from my check

Terrible. The system is always down or not function right to access your funds I’ve been having a problem with it since I’ve been using it

Updates. It doesn’t update as often as it should. So sometimes it leaves you stuck and guessing

Needs fixed. My wages haven’t updated properly since the 8th. I check it today only for my wages to be way off and not what it should be.

Not working. The app honestly isn’t working. The home page doesn’t load with wages, you can never get a hold of customer service through chat or phone. It’s annoying when you’re in bed and an app that’s supposed to help you does nothing

1 star. They don’t answer the phone and this app doesn’t update consistently or on a 24 basis. The company I work used to use OnShift and things were MUCH more consistent and reliable.

Charge. Charge us for taking our own money. Why offer daily pay when you going to charge us for getting it

Awful useless. This app is Useless it’s for emergence’s use but good luck with that it never updates . Customer service all they say is your employer is not updating your hours . UKG is awful hate them Wish my employer went with ADP there a-lot better This is a joke absolute joke .

Has potential, but works poorly. It never updates my hours, or it will update them and still give me a 0 balance. So the money is never there when you actually need it. I see this is a very common problem.

Easy & inconvenient. Love having the ability to access cash for unforeseen circumstances. Great tool for employees

UKG Wallet. My money comes on very slow all the time. And they amount you charge is too much. The money should come faster and all at once and there should be a one time fee.

App never works. Honestly, 4 out of 5 times I try to open the app it does not work. Extremely frustrating and lots of bugs within the app. Needs major work for sure.
