So convenient!!!!. I live on a property managed by Hawthorne Realty and this app is such a convenience! I can pay my rent online with a reasonable processing fee and submitting maintenance requests have never been so easy. I love it here, never want to depart!

Worst. My rent has gone through my bank twice, and for no reason at all, bounced back and without me, knowing, even though the funds were in my bank account , which caused additional fees on my account through my leasing office. I really hate this software.

Wouldn’t recommend. Trash. Hard to connect. Load times stink. Locked me out multiple times. Get better

App. Easy and smooth process

Love this. Its makes paying rent and submitting work orders or anything else you may need convenient.

Payment not posting to balance. Today I paid my rent for a property managed by Hawthorne, using the paynearme option, I pay this way all the time been at the property 4 years and today I sent the receipt along with the paynearme app showing payment completed and the balance still has yet to update on the app

Horrible. Very slow

Service fees. Why do we have to pay service fees that make things simpler and easier for everyone? Paying things electronically are better for everyone… so why charge extra for this service?

Maintenance evaluation- Excellent. All past maintenance requests were performed promptly and professionally.

Great app. I would love to have a monthly expense tab just to make sure all the attached bills are included.

Difficulty using my debit card. I’ve been using the same debit card to pay my rent. All a sudden this year it’s difficult to pay the rent because the site keeps rejecting it.

Bad. Lags. Service fee for autopay/ cc. Document page doesn’t load. Overall bad app
