I like this portal. Really like your app it really works well where convenient

Does what it says. Can submit maintenance requests. See balance and check autopay. Does what it says. Nothing fancy about it but it just works.

App easy to access. This app is simple and Easy to navigate

Settings. Cannot choose priority other than regular maintenance

Not following Up. Maintenance requests are not being followed up on and when I try to call the office no one answers or does not seem to care about the issue. Things are not looking good.

MyBerkshire. When I first started using MyBerkshire app, I supposedly submitted a payment for my rent, but it lead to someone breaking into my bank account. After closing out my accounts to reset it, my rent was late and my community didn’t offer to waive the late fee. Also, adding a bank account to pay it directly was disabled at one point which makes me it harder for me to pay rent when my community doesn’t offer us to pay the rent in person via check. It seems to me that the app purposely tries to make it hard for you to pay rent on time to ring out more money out of people.

Priority selection. There isn’t any option other than “routine” in the priority section.

Poor experience. I’ve not had the best luck using your app to get a response from your maintenance team about replacing lighting that was initially filed on 08/21.

Ease of use. Much easier than going on my laptop and doing everything. Very simplified

A/C fixed quickly. The maintenance team quickly took care of an air conditioner problem on Friday afternoon. Thanks

Updated!. I love That this app is up to date and easy to use! Thank god, I was really annoyed having to do everything through browser.

App is very helpful. It’s alway easy to pay rent with this app.

Works but not very useful. Can’t send priority maintenance requests

Placing requests. I like this, now to see the maintenance needs taken care of in a timely way.

User friendly. The app is easy to navigate and is very user friendly.

My Berkshire. This is the first time I have completed a maintenance request. I wish there was a way to complete several maintenance request's at one time, rather than having to start over with each one. The app works great, and I can see why they might get better details on the items this way, but it would just be more user friendly. Otherwise, very good app.

Berk-rate. The app works wonderful but I have trouble with the contrast. Some items are ghost shown like making it difficult to read in high illumination areas.

Good app, when it doesn’t crash. Message board crashes often. Otherwise, it’s good to have a lot of info in one place.

I only use the app for maintenance requests. App is easy to use for maintenance req.

I love the app. This app allows for quick requests and request history. Very convenient!

Just awful. Not intuitive. Too restricted by apartment complex. Late notifications which have cost me a lot of money. Just awful.

Easy payments. Easy payment set up

Poor operation. You can only select one type of trouble ticket. “Routine” It make you feel like the maintenance crew has already decided every problem you have is routine. The tickets are closed prior to work being completed. The user can’t provide any feedback on the specific ticket they entered.

The service fee is a lot. The service fee shouldn’t be more then two dollars

New Resident. The app is very easy to use and intuitve!

Best maintenance request app ever. Requesting maintenance here in this app is so easy, you’re almost glad to put a request in.

Solid app. App works as should haven’t had any issues Been using for a year

Under Review. The app is great But my bank account has Not been Verified even though the Test Deposit was verified

No call back. I’ve called the office for over a month now and nobody seems to call back or respond to messages!

Apt app. Works well but I get tired of signing in and over and over.

Maintenance team is superb. The maintenance team here at Alexander Village Apts have been great and stellar for the past seven years. I have been a resident here. Bechard, Tony, and Julius have been a great asset to this community anytime I need them for maintenance. They are there most promptly they take care of my issues and never have to worry about not having the situation resolved. Thanks again for a great maintenance team.

The App is Great. The app is great it makes getting service orders put in easier and faster. The service order are completed a lot faster in accordance to its priority status.

Berkshire Aspen Grove Apt. Our people in the front office here at Aspen Grove are amazing. My husband and I have lived here for many, many years and they have always been so helpful and kind to us. I know one day we most likely will leave from here and I already know I will miss them. This is a great place to call HOME.
