Great app for submitting maintenance requests. Easy to use! I usually attach a picture. AMCC is always efficient in sending an email or calling with a scheduled time for the maintenance to be done.

Unable to Edit or Delete Comments. This app lets you advertise things for sale but doesn’t let you edit or delete or edit your messages after selling the items. Super inconvenient in that aspect. Other than that, the app is great when you need to request maintenance or view installation activities.

Review. Honestly this app is a game changer for on post living. Just having an app is a huge improvement and so far it’s very functional

Room for improvement. The idea behind the app is a good one. The organization does not use the app to the full potential making it difficult to properly list the maintenance requests.

Payment issues. Been trying to pay for 4 days now which cause me to be late on payment that’s honestly irritating bank said try again in a few waited hours n still problems hopefully goes through this time

Great Service. We’ve had many minor work orders since moving here in August 2022 and Knox Hills is always quick to respond and repair. We really enjoy the community here.

User Friendly. Easy format for submitting service requests.

Work order change is trash. Why have a section to open a work order only to direct users to another website with another log in. Before your change users were able to submit work orders and could do it while logged into the app not requiring another website log in. Now you’re just adding extra steps to fix your run down property.

Easy to use. I have only used the maintenance request option on the site this far (new to the area) and am very impressed with its simplicity. Beats waiting in a queue on the phone.

Customer service. The maintenance team at Fort Knox Housing is amazing. They respond quickly and are always available to help with maintenance issues. Also, Customer service is great. Thank you for all you do to help out the Fort Knox Community!

The worst way to deal with your leasing company. You thought the automated robocallers were bad? Welcome to the age of being told to use an app made FOR YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, that can’t even verify your address as you stare at the community center across the street. Trying to put in a maintenance request the way you’re supposed to doesn’t work, it reroutes you to a website on your browser! There’s a roundabout way to do it through the ‘maintenance history’ screen, but I only found that after angrily trying to figure out how to call these people directly. These companies are joking themselves if they think this is the ‘new way’. Get an extension and just answer your phone.

Easy and convenient. I use this app any time I need to request a maintenance repair and to also pay my rent. The app is very easy to use and it is very convenient to have this available.

No feedback loop. You can submit maintenance requests, but there is no details on when something is scheduled in the app. Also, requests can be cancelled without notification. Need a better customer experience.

Just why ?. I put in my address and it can’t find it so Ig I can’t use it this app seems annoying and I haven’t even begun to use it because it won’t let me register just why would you ask for a address and it wouldn’t even populate with it so u can’t use the app if your address is not in it

Improvements to Maintenance section. The maintenance section could be a little more intuitive when choosing the categories associated with a maintenance problem. Perhaps a search option so that you don’t have to go through multiple categories and subcategories in order to choose the most appropriate ones for the maintenance issue.

Soaring heights-holloman. I like the app but the maintenance request website never works and I never get through on the phone; so it’s very frustrating and inconvenient for me to have to bother the office ladies just to get maintenance scheduled. I’m sure they have other things to do which is why we’re supposed to be able to set it up ourselves.

Works well for what you need done.. Mostly just use it to submit work requests, and that part isn’t bad. It’s mostly just the level/quality of work being done, isn’t the greatest.

Great app for maintenance requests.. You hear so many bad stories about base housing but this has been so easy to get issues fixed! And IPC is so prompt!

Easy to use. Just moved into day and I’m glad there’s an app to help make maintenance request and payments. Let’s see if it remains good and has quick follow ups.

Convenient and easy. This app makes it so easy to request maintenance and get information.

Needs work. This app has issues with logging no in. I know I reset my password and try to login through the app and the next time I login I have to rest the password again. When I try to turn in a maintenance request I have to login again with no success and seems I have have to call the maintenance number which seems to get better results.

The picture. It makes a nice and effective way to portray the problem

Community and Banking Portals. Very easy to navigate through, good information offered.

Simple to use. Needs some work.. The app is fairly straightforward; copy and paste from the previous application of RentCafe. User interface is still pretty easy to navigate, perhaps add more options for repairs portion. When looking through the posts from other users there is significant lag both on the app while mobile and on the website. Makes it hard to keep attention because it constantly skips and reloads.

Great App for Tenants. This app is great! Very easy for maintenance requests! I wish you could easily communicate to your community centers through the app via messaging but overall it’s a good app to use!

So far so good. The app seems to be easy access to everything.

Useful but not accurate. I appreciate being able to enter work request and see my history in one place but the categories are inaccurate and limiting. For example, there is no option for gutter cleaning or tree evaluation

Easy to use. I like how easy, clear, and fast the application is to put in requests that I need to do for the house.

Does not work!. It does not work properly. The old version worked just fine. This new version is hard to get anything loaded properly. Doesn’t show my rent amount due. Does not allow work requests to be submitted unless you dedicate half an hour of your time to trying over and over and over and over again. Needs fixing.

Auto Pay doesn’t work. Basic payment option is easy. Setting up auto pay is impossible. I have tried multiple times and receive various error messages preventing auto pay.

Easy to Use and convenient like alll Apps. As much as we appreciate the convenience that this app provides we would also appreciate lower transaction fees… Or… have us sign up for a monthly subscription and get rid of transaction fees. Credit processing companies charge an arm and leg.. It’s 2024, how are these fees still robbing us!?!

How to mprove. It all works great. I would pay more promptly if I received a reminder on the 1st and 3rd of the month

User interface. The app is very simple and much better than the web form. Usually only use the web form for maintenance, the app is a quick menu which easier to access. Also while you are on there you can see bulletins and other info!

Functional. It’s really good and a lot easier than using the web browser.

Works okay. The app works fine expect for the glitches with the bulletin board when you scroll down to see the posts, it blacks out until you scroll further down. The app works OK it’s not the greatest.

No emergency option. Why was this app was made without the option to submit an emergency work order for issues that arise on the weekends? I have contacted the emergency WO line 3 times today and have not received any confirmation my voicemails have been received. Again, why limit people to a phone line nobody answers?

User friendly. As the title suggest, the app is very user-friendly, very intuitive, with a good interface

Permission to Enter. The app automatically defaults to allow technicians to enter without my permission. This creates a never-ending argument with the housing maintenance team. Also, the review function is not allowing me to select the star rating.

Easy. When making maintenance request, the app was easy to maneuver. Very simple.

Ecolab. Ecolab team has always been professional when they come to my home to spray for insects

Communication issues.. All around the idea and function of this app is everything you would expect/need. However when it comes to posting on the “bulletin board” and getting responses from other people there seems to be no integrated messaging system instead it tries to prompt you to use your personal emails to communicate which for some may be acceptable but it still remains confusing and unclear in how to do so.

Unable to change priority. All requests for service must be submitted as routine since it will not allow me to change it.

Payment. The payment takes days to come out of my account it shouldn’t take a week for it to be taken out

Please update subcategories. Please update subcategories, as there wasn’t a selection for locks.

Not enough reporting categories. I tried to place a work order requesting an Arborist to check out our palm tree in the back yard. There was not a category I could select. I selected general then I was forced to add a sub category. Only subcategories were flooring and fire damage.

Ridiculous. I have to reset my password every single month when I need to login and make my payment. Not to mention the section for community posts are slower than snail mail.

Horrible Maintenance Categories and Emergency Contact Options Online. The options for maintenance are not fully encompassing of the needs. The emergency options are non-existence online and need to be because you can’t reach anyone if there is an emergency.

Unable to sync bank account. I have tried setting up my bank account 3x. Still won’t work and I have to pay service fees to use my debit card. So frustrating.

Disgruntled. Needs Update. I am no longer stationed at Fort Drum and when I try to make a maintenance appointment, the Fort Drum people call me or my wife. Is it too difficult to re-route me to Fort Cavazos in the system and housing has no idea on how to fix it. So in my mind the rating is less than one star. Thanks

VERY USER FRIENDLY. I’m not the most tech savy however this app made me feel like I was. Very simple to use.

Housing App. Much easier then the webpage where it was confusing using the maintenance section.

Not effective. This app is useless as I added my bank acct to pay my rent. App would not draft my bank account which prompted me to use debit card. Less that impressed with Cavalry Housing and this app as a whole. We’ve given this organization multiple opportunities

Payment system requires update. Unable to delete old cards or update existing cards makes payment difficult. At least add the option to remove existing used cards to replace with new.

Review. Fairly simple to use, but I did have to pay money on here so that’s why you didn’t get 4 stars.
