🚨So far nothing works 😥😩😔. Tried various search options——> nothing......even though I’ve already started the application process and unable to to find my information anywhere after logging in. MOST IMPORTANTLY We are currently waiting for our final lease to show up so we can sign, for a tomorrow move in, and nothing is available for me to do anything?! Saw the same complaints written 3yrs ago.... guess things haven’t changed? I must say when I was able to see its full potential I was all about this app and 💯 in and ready to spread the word about the app———> NOT HAPPENING ANYMORE.... The insane part is that it has been actually easier to drive up to the front of the apartment office and give paperwork the old school way (during Covid-19 pandemic, unable to enter buildings, trying to work in masks in horrible 110 degree weather outside ..... oh and I’m a younger retiree from being an Er Rn x 17yrs now disabled w/ an acute unknown spinal cord injury trying to accomplish our survival while I’m also with my elderly frail mother.... to top it off the severity of the need FOR YOU TO FIX AND ADDRESS YOU APP ISSUES PLEASE!!!!! (We would have lost the apartment if it wasn’t for the apartment’s office staff. I can’t say enough good things they helped us with bc the site was faulty. They were so accommodating and amazing, absolutely above and beyond!!! these days MOST AREN’T!!)😩😔🤞🏻 No I don’t have time to call customer service for help (we are in a terrible homeless situation & barely keeping it together). **** What makes me think is that if they haven’t addressed the SAME ISSUES LISTED IN A PREVIOUS POST THREE WHOLE YEARS AGO, what difference’s would help me in this emergent time of need for your app to work?!......****** The app looks like it has potential I was initially very impressed and excited to use it but so far the ratings aren’t doing so well... and now I see why.. I will be letting our new beautiful luxury apartment homes the issue’s this app has had and continues to have..... a list of items will be provided (w snapshots to show in picture form how this app does NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS IT IS GOING TO DO!!!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨Apartment seekers buyers be aware !!!! Great Results!. Search is quick and clean. Key information at first screen, easy to navigate; nice photos load quickly.

Good Luck. The app crashes when choosing a “sort” option…EVERY SINGLE TIME. App crashes when searching. Search does nothing. The app is currently unusable.

Not helpful. Not helpful when want to put filters in. Wouldn't recommend getting this app

Decent app. I am trying this app to find other apartments in my area and it shows some apartments but not all of them. It actually excludes quite a bit of other apartments. Hopefully there will be an improvement of sorts to show all the apartments that are in my vicinity.

Great app. One of the best applications I have used... to date, and I've been an iPhone user since the 3G initially launched. It is a complete app, everything you need from initial search to making contact, photos, floorplans, amenities, google locator button, a favorites section - like the apartment you're looking at? Just hit the star and it automatically feeds into your favorites! Contact info, and it's also a very complete app, each and every one of the 56 hits that I looked at contained ALL information, very thorough.. Although there were a few in which the floorplans did not come up, possibly a user error on the initial post. The only thing I might like to see added is a notes option.. Take notes on each property as you're viewing them. Again, a wonderful, all-in-one app!!

Area Not What I Asked For. I'm looking in Newport Beach CA. It gives me Los Angeles, Riverside, Beverly Hills, Studio City. Any city but where I'm looking for. Even after filtering and re-checking. Waste of time.

Great app. So easy to use. Love this app!! Works great on my iPad.

Problems. This is worst app ever. I tried to find out my property. It didn’t show. On the Advertisement it shows we can view the statements, track for maintenance. But, after I install and tried it . It shows nothing. I suggest developers to improve the app function as it is shown on the advertisement. Thank you .

Nice! Easy to use. I Like how simple and clean the design is, the filters helped me narrow down my search by amenities too. Recents tracking of both properties and searches is useful.

Does not work. The website was very helpful, so I decided to try the app. It literally does not do anything but show you a map and let you put in criteria, then it does not load anything. Waste of time.

You want the Rent Cafe RESIDENT app. This is the wrong app if you need to pay rent or put in a maintenance request. Look for the Rent Cafe Residents app.

I think you meant to download the resident app. This app has like 4 functionalities and none of them are functional. Lol

No results. No results came up for my city.

God awful. Floor plans all day not available to view. Horrible layout

Rentcafe. Very user friendly. I was able to find a place quickly. Pictures and apt info were accurate.

Waste of time. Only shows 1/3 of the apartments available in the area.. Not up to date

1 star is too kind. Downloaded this app, opened started a basic search by location only...the wheel spins and spins and spins. Deleted and re downloaded thinking I got a bad load. Nope...still didn’t work. Don’t waste your time with this p.o.s.

Constantly crashes. Reading the reviews and it’s not just me. This app never works and constantly crashes.

UX Terrible - Wouldn’t allow me to search beyond the map!!!. Don’t bother downloading the app. You’ll just get frustrated and delete it.

Terrible for search. Half the place for rent “say call for pricing”. make it easier for renters and make the property owners list real prices. It’s that simple.

Great apartment finder!. This is a really slick app for finding an apartment. It's so easy to browse through the list and build a list of favorites, see where they're located, and contact them. I love it!

Great. Very helpful and allowed me to easily narrow down my search. Only thing the floor plans didn't load.

Why.. Can’t find my apartment

Wow. Doesn't even include the state of West Virginia I tried my town and I live in a small town so I could see not having it but I put in Charleston and Morgantown and that didn't come up. Then I searched random places still nothing. Good job on missing a WHOLE STATE

It doesn’t do anything. Got a link from our property manager. This app was supposed to let us view our accounts, schedule maintenance requests, pay rent, reserve amenities etc. All it does is show a map with a search function that can’t find anything. It’s worthless!

Awesome App. I love the fact that I don't have to wonder what the place will look like, each posting has pictures for it. Highly recommend it.

Apartment Guide is B E T T E R !. This was very limited for the area I was looking in. Apartment guide is a lot more useful. If this app wants to succeed, then they have to be up to date like these other apartment searching sites.

Rate this. I’d write a longer video of how disappointed I am but I’m so stressed out and tired from trying to get it to work in the first place and I’m sort of computer savvy but this is a joke I don’t understand it gives you no directions when you’re done with the page and then when you finally get to the end of the page it says there’s nothing available this is not a proper with the website not designed well at all if this is what I have to use to go through housing and I guess I’m going to be everything out of the shopping cart does anybody really try to work please come the end of the customer before they put them out because this is just terrible. This is what it it takes you get somebody who’s already stressed out in a bad situation panicking and fearful for their livelihood and then you twist them into a pretzel with this website not good for any senior citizen or anybody that’s already stressed out I’m not gonna spend another moment even discussing it I’ve got a headache I’ve been up for hours trying to figure this out I just can’t be this difficult Sincerely Kate

Glitchy. App doesn't dynamically search when navigating map area. It's like it doesn't refresh the information after you view a property and then all other properties disappear. Don't bother. Use another app.

Must have gotten better. Just started using it today. So far it’s showing me more unique and cheaper rentals that I didn’t know were available on other apps.

No good. They Will block you for having a voucher. Especially if it’s Cityfheps. SCAM! Be aware

Poorly Designed and Payments Fail. Poorly designed and their rent payment system does not work. It posts as paid in your account then fails and returns check with late fee. Worst part is that it shows account balance as paid and risks late payment fees.
