Wrong move I was very picky with my move and still picked the wrong place. Rent just got posted on the first and it’s the 3rd and they already posted a late fee on the 2nd I never rented where rent was due on the first on top of all the issues this apartment have and the office never answer I haven’t even been here a month I would not be sighing a new lease this place is money hungry for a place that’s not worth it at all

Rent Costs. One of the reasons I have stayed was the rent fit my budget. However, it seems that the sewage and the trash management costs have gone up. I try to monitor my water usage since I have a very tight budget, but it seems my conservative water use does not reflect in my bill.

Useful. Maintenance request and payments are easy to submit.

Fast & Easy. Ever ordered a package late at night and it arrives early the next day ? Yes - like that - order maintenance and it arrives !

This app doesn’t really work. It works for some things but not all. Apparently my apartment doesn’t even recognize that I am connected. Messages or announcements done come through.

Very helpful. This app makes it easy to submit tickets and pay rent. Very happy with this

Very convenient app. Very convenient when you can just make a payment while on vacation, or any other event you can’t physically get to the leasing office. Complex that no longer allows tenants to use it just set you up for failure. I might want to pay in advance. Great app . Apt Mgts shouldn’t be able to block a great tool that actually helps renters stay on top of things .

Terrible. You send an email but never get a response back and no way for you to view what you send so you can’t show proof that you sent it. No payment history either. I don’t even know if they get these emails I never get a call back.

Work orders. It be nice to be able to edit the comments or cancel a work order if it’s no longer needed.

Simple, Quick. Best way to pay. App could use some work, but with many apartment management companies not having an app it is hard to benchmark and have comparisons. For now, it’s ok.

Maintenance Request. Don’t even bother putting one in…. Once maybe twice have anything been replaced or repaired. Gnats are everywhere in my apartment… I haven’t been here 2 months and can’t enjoy my apartment

The app is useful, but.... I like using the app to be able to pay my rent, but it’s about the only thing it’s useful for. It’s supposed to show me what’s going on in my particular apartment building, but I’ve never been able to access anything that’s going on.

Easy app. Easy to use app. Team responds quickly. Everything goes in immediately.

Horrible place to live. The manager don’t care about the residents. They are infested with rats and roaches. There is trash everywhere. We pay for trash pick up and they don’t do that. They don’t help with any complaints that are filed. They don’t answer calls when residents call about the complaints. They don’t care. I would not suggest this community to anyone. They rather have the residents into it with each other then handle it their selves. The police is over here every other day.

Functional. I enjoy using this App for my monthly rent payments. I have trouble sometimes locating the logout to close the App, but I am overall pleased with the ease of managing my monthly financial expenses.

Review. Not a bad place to live everything we’ve had a problem with has been Took care of. But recently I’ve had problems with my car. Someone has keyed my car. Had estimate done and they were around 3,000 Dollars to have fixed. I been here around 6 years. Nothing has never happen like this before. But scared to have fixed if is going to happen again. Service fee is ridiculous. We pay a lot of added fees in our apartment now 30$ just to pay rent by debit?! I would understand it if was pay by check, because of the wait time, but pay by check is free! ?

Payment time. The app is convenient to make maintenance request and make payment, the only frustrating thing is when payment is made it doesn’t take out right then. I’m still waiting on a payment to come out that i made days ago. That is sometimes inconvenient

App is helpful. The app is very helpful to put in service requests and pay rent and utilities. The announcements and events sections are never updated, that would be nice.

Easy to use. Apps is way to use. But I am unable to remove old card payments.

Rating. The app itself is pretty self explanatory, it moves smoothly. The only issue is the fact that there isn’t an option of a card payment. Debit card payment is the more convenient option.

Home. I enjoyed living here and have been very happy with everything. The management was wonderful.

Hard to make payment. Sometimes it takes my payments, sometimes it doesn’t. It just said my payment couldn’t process, but it processed it the second time. I’m scared my payment will be processed twice. I’ve heard of this happening through many people in the community.

Good but NOT Great. I like the app because I don’t have to logon to my computer to check the status of a work order or pay my bills. I can do everything on this app that I can do on the computer. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it’s slow to load the items that I need, like previous billing and work order. All in all I like the app.

UI/UX Design. As a software engineer, I find this app to be somewhere between ok to adequate.

Poor App. This app states you can review your transactions online, but you cannot. It is very difficult to pay the rent before someone loads the amount due, which can frequently be the day rent is due. It basically could use an update.
