Goblin Tools Comments & Reviews 2026

ADHD/Neurospicy person’s dream. This app is so helpful. I’ve used the website for sometime and decided to download the app to support the developers because I’m so thankful they’ve created this. You can break tasks down so they’re easier to get done, you can write an email to your boss with lots of attitude and the translator will rewrite it so you get the point across without getting fired. There’s even a section to put in what ingredients you have and it’ll suggest recipes! You can type any text in and ask it to make it more professional, more romantic, and many more options. I just love it and I’m thankful for it.

Literally life changing. I was diagnosed with ADHD about a year ago, and had yet to find any strategy that helped me work with myself to get tasks done. My friend sent me a TikTok someone had made talking about this app, and I downloaded it to see if it could help after poking around the website for a bit. I didnt really actually use it until today, mostly since I just kind of forgot I had it. I started college two weeks ago, and have been struggling to get in a routine that works for me and helps me be productive. Today I remembered this app while writing a to do list in the default notes app, and I transferred it over to goblin tools. It’s been a few hours, and although I’m not done with my to do list, I just have some things to say about this. Breaking down tasks is something I’ve heard helps, but I get sidetracked and lose motivation if I try to write down a list in subtasks myself. When I can just press a button and have the app break a task up for me, it helps SO MUCH. I feel productive and proud of myself even though I haven’t finished as many big tasks, because I’m doing things and crossing them off my list! I didn’t even realize that I felt like once I started a task I had to fully and perfectly complete it right then, but this app helps with that since I fully completed a su task. Then I have more energy to do other things because I’m not wasting it all forcing myself to complete a task that I hate all at once. Instead, I can do bits from each task and even take breaks between them without self deprecation. AND THATS JUST ONE IF THE FUNCTIONS!! I love this app so much. Thank you for making this!! One suggestion I have could be incorporating some form of notification system into it, so that I could set up reminders or something? But like actually, this app is golden. Thank you.

Infinitely grateful for this app. I just wanted to share how much I appreciate this app! I’ve been using it for over a year now, and as someone with ADHD, it’s been a lifesaver during grad school. I’m now a licensed therapist, and I recommend this app to my clients and colleagues all the time. I had to write a review today to express my gratitude. I’m having a “bad brain day,” making email writing quite the challenge. However, I remembered I have Goblin Tools and quickly drafted what I needed. With its help, my email turned into a polished message with a perfect subject line! Thank you for helping me stay on top of things during this rough patch. P.S. I used Goblin Tools to write this review!

It’s everything I needed. This app is awesome. I recommend it to all of my spicy friends. My favorite tools are the Formalizer and the Magic ToDo. I use the Magic ToDo more often, but the Formalizer saves me sO much time on rewording stuff. I love it. It’s legitimately free. It’s not laggy. And it actually freaking helps!!! The ONLY thing I would add, is a Prioritizer. This imaginary feature could exist in its own hub, but would mainly help with Magic ToDo. It would take your list of tasks, and put them in groups based on how the user would like to prioritize their tasks. Time, urgency, or easiness. Anyway. 11/10, already do recommend.

I hope this tool lasts forever!. I have been using the web version for a couple of months now and I finally downloaded the app this week, I LOVE IT. reason one all the things you feel overwhelmed by and scribble all over your notebook so you don’t forget, voice to text in the complier , move the list to to-do, break down some of the more daunting tasks… and there you have it. Reason 2: when you tell your husband, kids, ect to do something like “clean out the fridge” and they just stare at it you can give them a list of all the tasks that go into that, without the draining all your mental energy making them a list.. love it

I love this app!. As someone who struggles with getting overwhelmed at having multiple tasks or difficulties keeping track when I’m doing laundry, cooking dinner, washing dishes, and setting up for the next day. The app lets you make a to do list, add sub tasks to the list so you can check things off as you go (built in reinforcement to keep going) and it can even estimate how long a task will take you to make it seem less daunting. The app also has a chef tab you can type in what you have on hand and it will give you a step by step recipe! I use goblin tools daily to make boring chores easier to manage.

A Must for Autism/ADHD. This app is absolutely amazing and has been such a good tool for managing my AuDHD. The chef tool is especially helpful for me as someone who really struggles with making my own food. The judge helps me determine tone multiple times a day. It really has worked its way into my daily life. I look forward to seeing the app grow and I am excited to see what new features come in future updates. The fact that it’s free on browser and the app costs less than a dollar is an absolute bonus, and I want to be absolutely clear that I would have no problem paying a subscription fee for this. I really do appreciate how cheap it is for accessibility reasons, that’s just to measure how helpful I find it to be.

Thoughtful, Creative & Inclusive Design. I just bought this app. I’m really not the one to EVER buy apps or make “in-app purchases” , let alone provided reviews for apps 😅 BUT for 99 cents ($0.99 or 99 ¢) … Why not ! Lol. Especially after reading the reviews. I have a(n) traumatic brain injury and after seeing other people in the comments mention something similar , I was curious to use the app myself 👀 And also because I couldn’t find out unless I bought it lol I still need to explore the app more but I like that it’s a **ONE-TIME** purchase rather than a subscription. Not sure if there’s a “search engine” within this app but if there is, that would be cool. But the app is fairly simple and right to the point. I rarely use speak to text unless I’m on my Apple Watch but even then, I don’t really like it 😂 Unless I’m in a rush and what not. The words and phrases don’t add up to what I’m trying to say or convey — My point brings me to this; for those who rely on such technologies, I’m wondering if there’s an option or a way to speak into the app? I.e. ask questions and basically everything that is already provided within the app. Again, I still need to explore it more but on the off-chance that it’s not an option , maybe it could be, especially for those who need it? 😀 I’m passionate about all things diversity & inclusion so when I discovered this app, it made me happy! But being passionate about those things, after buying the app, I immediately thought of others and how this app could benefit those with certain disabilities/differences (depending on which word you prefer to use regarding your identity and language 😌) whether it be physical or cognitive. Long story short (😂), I can’t wait to explore the app & hopefully there will be more tools added to the functionality of it all! So far, so good. For y’all who read my entire review , y’all are some MVPs! Haha 😆

4.5 Stars; Love App But I Have Suggestions. As the title suggests, I love this app but I do have a few suggestions. I mainly use the “to do” feature on this app, so I can only speak for that feature. This app is so helpful in allowing me to organize my thoughts. I don’t use the AI feature either. I simply create a main task with the date as the title and then create sub tasks for things I have to do that day. My suggestion is to perhaps create a calendar setting where I can click on each day and then create a to-do list for each day so I don’t have to write out every single day and then rearrange. I would love to be able to make multiple to-do lists.

It felt like a weight of future stress/overthinking moments just got much lighter.. I’m a lazy mom seasoned with a Nero spice of ADHD and sprinkled with a dash of Tism. The way I have to remind myself to approach all things in life the best way your brain can process. Don’t be ashamed and just do your best. Finding this tool was mind blowing. Now instead of taking the time to gather my thoughts on paper, I can just start a chore….like normal people do? 🤯🤯 I’m not sure if the creators are ever going to add to the features of this program, but if they were open to ideas…… what about a wardrobe options? Like a Stylist? I got the idea from the Chef feature. It could help pick out an outfit for work or for an event or date? Just snap a pic of each available option and let the prompt be “work Christmas party” or “Work presentation on the changes implemented for eco health” etc. And it could help pair the options together to match the theme and attire. Maybe even suggest what general accessories would be best (like silver, gold, brass, etc.) I could sit and ramble on this review forever. Lol. Great app. So thankful for the help here. 💜💜💜

Send My Compliments to “The Chef”. I personally find Magic ToDo to be the most useful tool because I really struggle with breaking things down into manageable parts. It’s not always 100% accurate, but it gives me a much better starting place. You might want to tweak “The Chef” a little bit. I have a rather empty fridge at the moment and I think eating a “Monster Energy Pizza Casserole” would probably kill me. I entered my ingredients as follows: one can of monster energy, leftover pizza, condiments, four ears of corn, rice, oatmeal, pinto beans, canned diced tomatoes, spoiled kale, protein powder The recipe: Monster Energy Pizza Casserole Serving Size: 4 Ingredients: - 1 can of Monster Energy (473 ml / 16 fl oz) - 2 slices of leftover pizza - 4 ears of corn - Rice (200 g / 7 oz) - Canned diced tomatoes (400 g / 14 oz) - Protein powder (30 g / 1 oz) Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a large mixing bowl, tear the leftover pizza slices into small pieces. 3. Cut the corn kernels off the ears of corn and add them to the bowl. 4. Add cooked rice, canned diced tomatoes, and protein powder to the bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients. 5. Pour the can of Monster Energy over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated. 6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the casserole is heated through and slightly crispy on top. 8. Serve hot and enjoy your Monster Energy Pizza Casserole!

an adhd tool that really works? It’s more likely than you’d think!. Clickbait review title aside, this thing is worth the 99 cents. Do you struggle with transitioning tasks or where to start or what to do? Because I absolutely do and this thing takes all the guess work out of my daily tasks. I have plants in pots that I need to put out in my garden and if I wait any longer they’re just going to die — this little tool broke down ALL the tasks I need to do, from weeding to prep the ground all the way to mulching to retain moisture. The “chef” function is also a game changer! I eat whatever nonsense is readily available because I look at ingredients and my brain soft resets and suddenly I forget how to cook. With this I can just type in what ingredients I have and it comes up with a meal for me - it’s awesome!!

Just at first glance. It took me all of 2 minutes to fully comprehend the entire app. It requires no brain power to “learn“ because it does it for you and my god does this make me happy that I don’t have to break down the tasks on my own. I have ADHD and it’s perfect. is just simple and helpful at its core. The creators really knew what they were doing and didn’t try to make it look all flashy to catch your attention they just made it minimalist and straight forward. There’s no way to screw it up so badly it causes any shame there’s just fast easy tools for breaking down the tasks, creating to do lists, and many things ND. Truly a gem, thank you so much. Well worth the dollar

Love this app!. Everything’s amazing! So simple to use. One thing I’d love to see is being able to set an estimated time for a project and then being able to have the subtasks equal the estimated time I gave. Right now, when I make my own estimated time for the whole project, the time for the subtasks stays the same and doesn’t change to match the time I made for the main task. This would be great since right now it’s estimating 19 minutes for reading a research paper, and it’s more like 1 hour 40 minutes, but the subtasks just stay with reflecting that 19 minutes. The subtasks should use the same ration given for the original estimation and just scale up for the time change I made to the whole task. I hope that makes sense! Love the app though.

ADHD/Executive Functioning Disorder Must. This app is a MUST for those of us that are Neurodivergent or struggle with organization, Executive Function issues or just wants to have an AMAZING piece of tech take care of the organization for a task you otherwise would have to break down!!!! I’ve tried an ungodly amount of “To Do’s” and written/typed/voice recorded so many tasks to do. I struggle the most with “Object Permanence” (out of sight, out of mind to the MAX) and also just shut down when I get overwhelmed if I’m too far under and feel like I’m drowning. This has 100% helped me be active and actually be productive. Don’t be so close minded or unwilling to try something new that might be a little uncomfortable at first, that you miss out entirely on an app that could literate save your life, job, relationship whether with partner or child, friend, etc…. Just stick with it for a week. You won’t regret it.

Update. Review is ONLY for the app. App has been crashing for a week now. No improvements, no updates and no communication. Still works in browser. I use the Formalizer function every day to enhance my responses, emails, and correspondence, as well as to check for grammar, adjust for tone, and even shorten text for character-limited comment sections. In fact, I've utilized the Formalizer to refine this review as well! It's also very helpful in making highly technical and inaccessible language more understandable. The professor is quite interesting, and I look forward to exploring it more in the future. I do have a couple of suggestions regarding the color of the text cursor and highlighting; I find it a bit challenging to see the pale green color against the white background. Additionally, there are times when the cursor jumps from where I click to a different spot in the text box, which can be a bit frustrating, especially since the cursor is nearly invisible. It would also be beneficial if the text boxes were adjustable, as I often find myself typing lengthy text in a separate document and then copying and pasting into the box. While it's not essential, having the ability to resize the box for direct typing within the application would be a nice feature. Aside from these minor points, this is a fantastic app, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5!

Fantastic abilities lacks certain functionalities. I love love love what this app can help me with! The to do list with subtasks and recipes and tone reader and AHHH! It’s incredible!! HOWEVER (and I’m just whining at this point and this is an ios challenge as well as this particular app it seems) As someone lacking in object permanence, even if I’ve made a perfectly thorough to-do list I have troubles remembering to check it!! So I’m trying to find an aesthetically pleasing way to add a LARGE widget to my home screen to open the app but unfortunately the iOS widget app doesn’t work very smoothly with copying the app’s link for launching and then the shortcut app only allows for an ugly small icon for that command :( sad day. But still terrific app and I’ve recommended it to sooo many people!

Best 99 cents you will ever spend in your life!!. Hey guys! So I just discovered this awesome new app and I can't stop raving about it. I've only had a chance to play around with the formalizer and judge features, but let me tell you, they're absolutely priceless! This app has the potential to be a total game changer and I truly believe it will improve my life in so many ways. I'm already blown away and can't wait to dive into the other features. The only minor downside I've experienced is that the app can sometimes crash, but it's such an amazing app that I can't deduct any stars for that. I'm hoping the developer will release an update to fix that issue soon, but in the meantime, it's not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I'm loving this app and can't wait to see what else it has to offer!— ps I used the formalizer to make this rating “more sociable” Edit: The app is now crashing for me every time I open it and I feel like I am in the first stage of the grieving process because I’m hoping that this is just a one off thing and this is not gonna be a permanent thing because this app is a necessity for me, I don’t use it every day but when I do use it, it is invaluable and worth every cent I spent on it. I need this app to at least only crash every now and then. please developer gods and grant me a miracle update to fix this issue. This app is such a blessing please don’t let it become obsolete into by being inoperable.

Love it. Great app that tackles common daily issues with simple solutions. The clean, minimal interface is easy to navigate, though some features still feel work-like—in the to-do list, a swipe option would be better in addition to the three-dot menu, which can feel cramped. The to do list feels very boxy/lined/cramped. I appreciate the dark theme. Adding alerts for duplicate entries, such as warning when I accidentally create a duplicate, would be helpful—currently, the app doesn’t flag repeats and even assigns different emojis. Also this isn’t fake I used the formalizer in the app to generate this. This is really an awesome app you guys are doing amazing work. Please keep it up!!

Great Tool For a Plethora of General & Specific Information. I have had the opportunity to use and review this App for a time and generally love it. Although I feel like I fall outside of the initial intended target audience, I find that the ability of the App to break down items into smaller, more manageable steps has helped me to move forward with more projects and generally get more done rather than starting g one thing and moving to another without finishing it—or it taking an inordinate amount of time. I supper from last minute syndrome and although I get things accomplished, I think that I unduly stress my Wife out with waiting until the last minute or ‘just winging’ things.

ALMOST as good as the webpage!. This app is a great way to support the creator of such a useful tool, and I’m so happy to pay for it and see how everything progresses! These tools are also fantastic and helpful, and I am so grateful for their existence. I have just one minor gripe: I had just finished typing a whole heap of ideas into the 'compiler,' and before finishing it out by exporting it to the 'magic todo,' I quickly went over to the 'magic todo' page to to see what I already had there. Upon returning to the compiler page, all of that work was lost, and I had to redo it. It would be lovely to have the app keep a memory of what I input, just like the website, in case an outage or distraction pulls me away from it.

Worth it 100%. this app is unbelievably worth it simply for convenience and accessibility. All the tools on this app are helpful for neurodiverse people, from help with reading tone to putting an idea into action. I have used tools like this before online, but having easy access to them on my phone homepage is a game changer, it helps me to even remember I have this tool to use! All the tools can be synced, so I can get an idea for a recipe, break that recipe down into steps and add the ingredients to my grocery list within a few moments. It takes the “mental processing” out of making and streamlining plans, which pulls me out of my executive dysfunction and gets me started quicker. Thank you to the developer for this resource, I have gotten more done today than I ever thought possible.

BUY IT, DONT HESITATE. just got the app and after a few minutes of playing around, I found out it can even break down my art process for me. I’m an artist and recently I have been stuck with my art. I have an idea, but I struggle with the execution of it. I haven’t even tried it yet because it’s late at night but I am SO excited, I couldn’t even wait to write a review because I’m so impressed already. I also have ADHD and recently discovered that I am likely a “high functioning” autistic. (I put it in quotes because it’s not the best term to use, but I couldn’t really think of a better term to use instead) So I am hoping that this app will help me with my AuDHD struggles too. Feels very promising!!!! Can’t wait to try it out 😁

As powerful as you want it to be. Quick list of things to do this weekend, sorted and prioritized? Done. Need to start planning a move and don’t know where to begin? It can suggest tasks and make detailed checklists so you don’t have to! I’m starting to use this more and more bc it is *that* good at helping organize my thoughts, tasks and so much more. The Judge feature helps to stop me obsessing over a word choice in text. This feature alone has stopped a good deal of anxiety for me and that’s just huge for my QoL. On days when I haven’t had meds, this is even more of a godsend. My most sincere gratitude to the developer.

Thank you from one Neurospicy person to another. I’ve been using the website for awhile now but realized I needed a portal version to take with me Room to room. This has not only helped me manage a physical list, come up with foods to eat/cook when I’ve gotten bored or tired, and judge tone of text not only from myself but others. I needed this so so much in my life and have shared with friends I think could also benefit and love it. I hope they add a widget feature to the mobile app. Devs I love you and thank you for hearing us and knowing the struggles and trying to make the world a bit easier to live in, I wish you so much happiness and love. You have truly made an amazing impact in my life with this.

Was great. I don’t know if there was an update recently but I’m finding that it wants to crash every time I try to open it to edit something. I also was editing something last week and was proofing before I saved and had to put my phone down for a little bit and come back to it which has never been and issue as long as the tab was open. This time when I came back to it reset and I lost everything I had typed up and the edited version. I did not have anything to reference what I had wrote to go back to. I had spent a lot of time on it and had at least 5 paragraphs of content way more then I would be able to recall quickly and retype those thoughts again in the same or even similar manner. I was very defeated and ended up not getting back to this for a couple of days. I also didn’t trust to use this tool after that. I was going to try it again tonight for something smaller and less important and it keeps crashing and will not load. Hopefully this review will let someone know of the issues so they can get it fixed soon. Thanks

This is a game changer for people like me,. whatever that kind of person is. I’ve lived a life that’s left my mind in a persistent state of self-doubt, and the judge helps me feel so much more sure of my own ability to communicate. I find that invaluable; communication is the expression of my inner-life, and my only way into the world. If I had a suggestion, it would be for another, future tool; something to help me distinguish bad actors, people trying to lie or use me in some way. I have no idea what that would look like atm - sorry! - but if anyone gets what I mean, and this tool existed, I would feel even more confident moving through the world. Thank you for your work, thank you more for your dedication to keeping it as free as possible.

Wonderful but one thing... I am in LOVE with this app. I am all about lists! They help me stay organized and on task. The only issue I have is making the list! 🤣 This takes all the brain work out of making a list!! I love how easy it is for me to be able to get things done! I only rated 4 stars because I have one set back with this app.. And that is the time estimates for tasks! It is INSANE to think someone would need 2 hours to gather cleaning supplies.. 😐 This tells my ADHD brain that cleaning is no longer worth it if I can’t get a better estimate on how much time these things will actually take. I hope that this gets fixed so that this app can be a bit more useful for me. 😊 After using this app more, I’ll update my review if I find anything else or if it improves! 🥰

Whoa Total life changing. This things wild and let me say even after first stumbling on it and much disbelief as I’d searched fir something just like this fir a year or so, I continued my hunt thinking surely one these bigger guys has this same ability, no offense designers it was I guess the simplistic UI that made me wanting more but after a week and the ability to request promt no other seems to correctly let alone at all give any sort of responses this has now become my focus partner keeping me on track in so many aspects it is insane great job design squad. ADHD, add, or squirl mentality for me any way can now become just a thing of my past.

Using Goblin With ADHD. It’s simple and straightforward. You won’t be nagged non-stop, or at all actually. As per the fine print the results are more general and maybe not exactly like you would do it. What it does for me is this: When I’m completely overwhelmed I dump my brain into Goblin ToDo. Knowing myself I limit it to the 4 or 5 truly top priorities. I input then, ask G to break them down and sometimes to break down the breakdown. By the time I’ve looked it all over and gotten out of panic mode I can see that’s it’s not that overwhelming after all. It really is designed for the adhd brain. I would recommend trying it out.

It’s nothing short of magic! - My go to ADHD translator. Thank you from the depths of my heart for creating this incredible tool! It has become a sanctuary for my tangled thoughts, a lifeline that helps me extract the swirling chaos in my mind and transform it into clarity, alleviating the weight of my anxiety. Compiling this review feels like a whirlwind of a hundred different ideas crashing together, yet somehow, it’s an exhilarating process. I can’t express enough how invaluable this tool has been for me—whether I’m pouring out my thoughts in a brain dump, feeling lost and unsure where to begin, seeking guidance, tackling challenges, or making important decisions. It even helps me figure out what delicious creations I can whip up with the ingredients I have on hand! What more could a girl ask for in a tool specifically designed to embrace and empower my neurodivergent mind? It’s nothing short of magic!

Absolute life changer, I cannot believe this is free. My morning routine and feeling overwhelmed about things to do in the day because I am worried that I’ll forget about them or I don’t have the time to stop and write down all the things that I wanted to do until later, I can use voice to text on iPhone in the compiler IN THE SAME APP, and then make it into the to do list!!! Brothers, wanting to do this you can look up different commands for iPhones, “New line” to start a new line/bullet point on Notes app and Compiler on goblin is especially helpful! This is quite literally the best app I’ve ever downloaded on my phone ever and thank you so very much to the developer and all your work, you have really changed my entire daily routine for the better

AMAZING. Okay, as someone with ADHD/Autism, executive function is NOT my strong suit. This app is (almost) everything I need it to be. The chef function and the estimator are definitely my favorites bc how did they know I struggled with those so much??!? Like I said, AMAZING. I love the magic to do list as well, I just wish they had a function that put them in the best order to do, because even when I have a list I never know where to start and then I get overwhelmed and then I go on my phone and do nothing. Also the app keeps crashing BUT that doesn’t matter because overall it’s amaaaaazingggg Thank you to whoever made this!! You’re my new favorite person.

Even better than description. The magic to-do list breaks your tasks into sub-tasks, yeah, and it does that wonderfully, but guess what? it also adds a button to do that to each sub-task, and then to each sub-sub-task, and that goes on and on. You can click the pepper emoji button to make sure it'll break tasks down into a higher or lower number of subtasks, and ask for an estimate of time for each task or sub-task (as far as I've seen, it's been pretty accurate). And that's only the to-do list part of the app! The Professor is really great at explaining things, the Consultant can help even with specific things like little-known companies and services, it has internet access so you don't have to limit yourself to what you think it'd know about. The Judge seemed pretty good when I tested it but I don't have trouble with that so I never use it and don't have an opinion on it. I haven't tried using the Chef or Compiler yet, but they sound pretty cool! If there's one thing I wish would change, it'd be to have the app's theme change according to the system theme. I actually spent days using the app without realizing there was a dark mode button, it was funny.

Praises and suggestions. I downloaded this last night and I absolutely love it. I have a very hard time with managing tasks and this app makes it so much better. Saying that as I was using it I found myself wishing there was certain features with your magic to do list. One is that I wish I could save certain tasks in how I edited them. I love organizing and I love seeing an empty list, so I prefer to delete tasks after I have finished them. But when I typed it in again I didn’t see my edits. I would love to see a save feature added. Another thing is the app automatically puts tasks into certain categories and sometimes the categories don’t make sense, leaving me wishing I could edit them or create my own. the last thing I wish is that I could set certain tasks to “daily” or “weekly” or “every other day” so I know what I have to do when I wake up in the morning. Having the AI is helpful to an extent because it’s a huge help to get me started with my day and tasks and having ideas to break things down when I’m having a rough day. I feel these features would be helpful for everyone and would want to me make me recommend this app more than I already have. I really hope you consider these additions. Again I love and Im very thankful for this app already. I also have other ideas on improving the app but I feel like I have rambled on long enough, but I’ll let you know them if you are interested.

Holy cow girl! This is amazing!. I love organization to ease my anxiety and I am usually overthinking to get organized so this takes all of the mental load out of my brain. And I just downloaded the app 5 minutes ago. I haven’t even used it fully yet. Just knowing that I have something to help my brain is such a relief. And all of the tools are helpful. I took one star off because of the chef. I hoped it was going to be a simplified version of Supercook but it’s not. I tried it and it just gave me the items I entered and put them all in a bowl and made a salad but It didn’t add any salad dressing. I did not want to eat the recipe at all. But just knowing that it’s a tool I could try again in the future is still awesome.

This ethical AI app is for the people!. The app goblin tools is freaking amazing for communicating, figuring out problems, estimating sub tasks and times…seriously learn the features for free online and then if you find it helpful (you will) buy it as an app for $5. Not a $5 subscription but $5 forever. Plus it’s developing live via the super ethical and genus web designer (who’s also working on a social media platform). The app is extra helpful for writers and neuro diverse people, but also people wanting to get better at eating healthy and cooking, more affordably! Really I think there’s something in there for everyone. Another great feature-summarizing messages and explaining the tone and intention. If you’re confused about what a text means…this will answer your questions! It can also make your text more casual, professional, more conscience, etc. I cannot promote this enough. There is ethical AI and technology! Don’t be scared of it, or intimidated, learn it and make your life easier!! 💜

Web vers is amazing, not the app however. I recently found the website version of this wonderful tool before the app. I proceeded to install the app which costed me 3 bucks. I have been running into technical issues since then such as the app crashing the first time I try to use any new tool that I have not clicked already in the current session since opening the app on my iPhone. I find this a bit annoying to experience especially for an app that has those tools that can help me with my productivity and so forth. I can see it doesn’t look like the app creator has been active over the last 2 years as I see the last time the app was ever updated was about 2 years ago, so I am going to be requesting a refund, though I highly recommend that you still use the web version instead!!

Intuitive & Invaluable. This app has helped me with breaking down goals and tasks to become more manageable. It has great ideas for meals based on ingredients you already have. It helps me understand tone before responding to others. And it helps me with estimating duration of tasks. The only tool I would love to see added is one that helps me with making decisions that have multiple choices. For example, ways to self soothe, what activity to do next, what to eat or watch. Making small decisions can take up so much time and it reduces motivations. This would be a very helpful feature!

This is saving me from implosion. This is such a great app. It’s simple enough to not get distracted on my way to using it as intended. The learning curve is shallow enough to feel encouraging, not overwhelming, and I don’t get anxious about how long it will take to just effectively use it. The part I actually used is the to do and the break down of the to dos. It saves me time lost to overthinking and indecisiveness. It’s like the sensible thought partner that takes the ball of mess you’re trying to sort out and then offers it back to you in a “Of course! Thank you! That’s exactly what I needed!” sort of way. I haven’t used the chef option but I don’t cook because of the executive functioning challenges I have and this option in the app makes me optimistic about the possibility of cooking one day (even if it ultimately isn’t as useful as I hope, the encouragement enough is helpful. I feel seen).

Perfect for ADHD. As someone with ADHD, I struggle a lot with feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated by my environment. I become particularly stressed from even menial tasks, because in my head, each little task requires a whole bunch of stuff in the background leading up to the task itself, which leads me to pushing off the task until it’s too late. This app has helped me a lot with breaking tasks down into doable steps, and it helps to literally see each easy step laid out in front of me so I don’t have to think about it. I was recommended this app by another person with ADHD, and I feel like it’s changed my productivity for the better.

Thank You!. This app has been a life saver (and if I’m being honest a time and money saver)! There were so many times in the past when I jumped into a project or idea, starting in the middle of the process, spending too much on the wrong supplies and materials, only to lose interest. ‘Twas a vicious cycle. Now? I check what this app has to say first. Helps me see any blind spots I may have missed otherwise and allows me to create a solid project plan with dates and dependencies. Or, sometimes I decide it’s not something I want to do after all. This app has made my life better. Not a lot of apps ever do. So, thanks!

Gamechanger for Neurodivergents. I'm so glad I get to be the person who gives this its first review! Goblin Tools is an AMAZING app for NDs, in particular autistic people and/or ADHDers. I happen to be both (as well as bipolar) and so the struggles with executive dysfunction and social interests are manifold. The app's many tools are all so great, some of which are quite unique. I swear, this is a to-do list app unlike any you've seen. I've tried them all. None of them are designed to tackle executive dysfunction like this. I could go on but I'll wrap up here. The website is still available for use free of change & the creator says it'll always stay that way. If you can't spare the dollar for the app, you still need to check out the site. I can't emphasize enough how helpful it is. I chose to buy this app to support the creator, it is well-worth much more than this honestly. THANK YOU to the creator, I use the Magic To Do List every single day and it has literally made every day of my life better. I use it so much I nicknamed it "Gus the Goblin"! 😚Thank god for your brain, as these are such unique & important tools. And to everyone out there reading this review who are on the fence: just give it a try. You will not regret it, I promise.

Phenomenal. I have ADHD. I struggle with breaking things down into little pieces. I also struggle with identifying the tasks that come up in a brainstorming session. This app is perfect for that. it’s also very good for coming up with recipes from an ingredients list. One thing that would be helpful—for the developer – I struggle with visualizing what tasks are high priority and low priority, which tasks I need to do now and which I need to do later, which I should do myself and which I should delegate. It would be really helpful if you included a “magic matrix” with a important, not important, urgent, not urgent flow where there are four boxes—another way of visualizing high and low priority tasks. (I believe this is called an “Eisenhower matrix”.)

It’s been minutes since I downloaded it and it’s PURE GOLD. This application is exactly what my brain has always needed. I know what I have to do I can break it down myself but the overwhelming amount of steps keeps me paralyzed. And this app breaks it down sure so the steps are the same but they’re out of my head. I can just do the first task and boom done onto the next and the next and the next . Seriously had to get it immediately before they raised the price. It even has extra features I didn’t know about. All I saw was it broke things down and I hit download so fast. Even as broke as I am I knew this was an investment for-sure. I’m sure the judge and chef features will come in handy soon. Thank you to the devs. Genuinely this is going to help so many people.

Hugely Useful for the Neurospicy. 🌶️🧠🫶🏻 TLDR: super handy app! It breaks down tasks and lists with AI, and helps you get things done!! This is my favorite list making app by far. I’ve tried so many different things to try to stay on track in our neurospicy house. It’s a struggle to get and stay motivated, and I can get overwhelmed when tasks are big or have multiple steps. Goblin Tools helps break things down in a useful way with AI, plus you can edit or write out things if it’s not quite what you want. I like that it auto-sorts categories on the list-maker so you can see at a glance what kind of task it is too! Also I’m excited to try the meal-planning feature. I struggle with object permanence so I know it’ll be a huge help! I also like that it’s fun and quirky, and has a clean interface. Thanks from our neurospicy family!

Slay. Add more. To be honest. This app iconic and I do not use it nearly as much as I should because it’s so unbelievably helpful. Especially as a broke college kid. The chef feature is so nice. However I have noticed that it will use every ingredient on your list if you give it the opportunity to… it’s a bit frustrating I can say I want to make creamy mashed potatoes and it will give me a basic recipe for mashed potatoes. Which is fine. It’s great actually. If that’s what I was actually looking for. I was looking to know what I could add to make those potatoes creamier (I’m just gonna experiment I think). It led me to wonder why there isn’t a general questions section.. the entire app is based on AI so theoretically having an “ask a question” area isn’t out of line for what the app is capable of. Neurodivergent people tend to not only need specific directions (of which the app is very good at), but we also tend to have very specific questions on how to exist that we just can’t find the answers for. I think having an AI section dedicated for questions on how to be an adult is a good idea personally. Not everything is a task that needs to be broken down. It’s simply a question we need an answer to ya know? Don’t get me wrong tho. I’m not bashing the app whatsoever. It’s literally the best app I’ve ever bought and forgot about and wish I hadn’t forgotten about😭

App will pay for itself in saved stress!. I have been a long time user of goblin tools and it just keeps getting better. I have often struggled with my tone in emails or reading tone in received messages. Goblin Tools allows me to brain dump all of my thoughts and turns them into something cleaner and usually nicer too! It also allows me to tone check items. The magic to do list helps me find my motivation and the chef helps me reduce food waste on those last few days before grocery shopping. I tell everyone about this app and website because it’s been so helpful for me.

Just buy it. There I was… in the middle of another “how am I going to remember everything I need to do” rant (going on like 3 days now) thinking to myself: there HAS to be technology to support me. I cannot be alone in feeling like I have so many things to do but completely unable to do them because I don’t know how to start them. This breaks down the simplest tasks and the most complex tasks. I was in that pit of despair, so my first task was “organize my life” then I clicked the magic lil sub task generator and it created a step by step plan for how to “organize my life” complete with “routine check ins” Then I was like “ok task one, figure out what needs my attention. Ok,” then I find the compile tool, and word vomit everything that is screaming at me in my head. Automatically making me feel better. Then I told it to make me a to do list based on my word vomit, and IT DID. then it transported that word vomit to do list to the “magic to do list” and once again, I was able to generate sub tasks for my 16 things on my list. My favorite part is that it doesn’t give me a “to do” by time, but it does give me a time estimate for how long it should take… my only MICRO complaint is I wish there was a widget for the to do list for quick add benefits. But that does not take away from its splendor, nor does it deplete from its wonderful usability. Just buy the app.

LIFESAVER. Oh my god, I wish I’d known about this app sooner. I have severe ADHD and bipolar, and I struggle massively with daily chores — they become overwhelming quickly and I end up putting them off “for when I’m less overwhelmed”. Generally, that doesn’t happen, and the chores pile up and up and up. The way this app breaks everything down … it gives me a starting point, a small goal to accomplish versus a “just get the whole thing done” sort of mentality. Having access to the other features is utterly amazing too — the formalize function, especially. I often feel like I’m being either way too formal or way too casual, and it’s hard for me to judge where I need to fall on that spectrum. This app really does help judge where I need to be.

Great App but it keeps crashing. I've really enjoyed using the web version of this app so I thought I'd give this version a try. The interface is quite similar to the website which I appreciate. However, the app keeps on crashing sometimes when I press certain buttons or when I'm trying to type something/perform a task. Nonetheless, the app is awesome when it doesn't crash, and hopefully, they will grow minimal in the future.

Simple. Amazing. Super Helpful. This little app is not just adorable, it is simple to use and genuinely helpful. I stumbled across a recommendation for it on Reddit, and got the list function. I was so impressed I’ve downloaded the rest of it. And for two dollars it’s an absolute steal. My neurospicy is ADHD, and I can tell I’ll be using this a LOT.

Life changing. I have been struggling my entire life with ADHD. I was first diagnosed when I was 7. I’ve been trying to find a way to manage simplest routines and have failed so many times because my lists forget things. I become too overwhelmed and give up. This makes my life feel better. I feel like I can do anything! Thank you 💜

100! Love it! It’s essential. I feel relaxed and find it easier to interact with the neurotypicals when I have this app.

lots of potential but issues. simple, straightforward and affordable! however, i have had a lot of crashes on ios whenever i’m switching between functions and sometimes entering info on the app which makes it difficult to use in a timely manner. i hope these are fixed soon because it’s a great app and will update my review when it happens!

Glitchy. Good concept. I like to use it alongside other AI tools. App crashes too often and is unreliable so I end up using the website version even after paying for the app :(

Life changing. I am in tears writing this because this app is just so perfectly what I need and it makes me feel so understood. It is absolutely life-changing because it will do the things that my brain cannot. Need to do the dishes but don’t know where to start? This app will break it down into small steps for you. Need to say something but don’t want to just yell your feelings at someone? This app will help you put it into words. Need someone to check that your email is worded professionally and politely? This app will check it for you. Need to do a bunch of jobs but know that you will underestimate how long they will take? This app will give you a realistic estimate. Seriously, if you’re neurospicy, get this app right now.

Love it. absolutely love this app, really helps me get through tasks and breaks them down so well for me! and the recipe section is so good for when i don’t know what to eat

Brilliant App for everyone, especially ND people. This app is genius! Single cost for app, free via website, designed by an ND person and so easy to use! Love the brain dump feature and spicy though translation 🫶10/10

Download Immediately if you are ADHD/Autistic!!!. As someone who is both ADHD and Autistic, this is amazing, thank you so much for developing this!! Especially the breaking down of tasks, this actually helps me so so much, and I absolutely love this!!❤️❤️

Legitimately helpful. My friend told me about this app and I actually thought it was a joke. Then when I was struggling to complete some simple tasks at home, she told me I should really download the app. So I did and I have to say it really helped motivate me to get things done, and I really appreciate it now!!

Legitimately helpful. The app developers clearly know their demographic because the specificity of the ‘breaking down’ feature demonstrates they understand the difficulties around writing lists. For someone with ADHD and OCD it makes writing lists a breeze. I can simply use the highest spiciness level and remove tasks that don’t apply to my situation. The estimation time on task completion is a little off, with some tasks like dishes and laundry being 5h + estimation though. The judge and formaliser options are also legitimately helpful. They give insightful answers that break down language use and how it can be interpreted which is so useful for someone who struggles to interpret social cues and tone from messages. The level of understanding that this app/website provides makes it feels like you’ve asked a human to help you, rather than a robot. I 100% recommend giving it a try. The website is perfectly fine to use on a regular basis, but I chose to support the work the developers have put in and buy the app. It runs a little smoother on the app anyways 🙂.

Best app for ND people!!!!. Tasks are hard enough being ND this is literally so helpful, thank you for making life a little easier to manage!!

Good start! 👍👍. This is much closer to the kind of to-do list concept than anything else I have seen, and I have looked at and tried tons of them. Needs a bit of tweaking and polishing, but it’s definitely on the right track.

Genuinely helpful. Out of all of the self proclaimed apps that help ADHD, this one is the only one that has been on the right track and actually been helpful :) I’d make some minor changes and tweaks like add widget options to set reminders/help give people reminders outside the app, otherwise this app is very useful <3

Love it. this app has been absolutely fabulous! I sometimes find it challenging to articulate things in a more polished and formal manner, but this tool is a true lifesaver. It really does wonders in helping me out! Only trouble I have had is the app crashes on a somewhat often basis when switching tools. However this is not that big of a deal because everything is saved and works fine when the app Is restarted

Practical, Helpful, and Endless fun!. I bought the Goblin Tools app the second I first heard about it on TicTok! This is seriously the greatest thing ever! It’s so helpful and it really takes the anxiety out of big, daunting tasks that I’ve been procrastinating over for months. I love the tag line, “breaking things down so you don’t”, very clever indeed. The chef aspect is wonderful! When I downloaded this, my mum and I spent hours sitting in the lounge room converting simple sentences into “more sarcastic”, and “more passionate” versions of themselves. It was a hoot! But seriously, I will absolutely using that aspect on assignments and emails etc! This app is everything!!

Better than I expected. Wow such a great tool! Will use this daily

Where oh where have you been. This app is awesome, my wife has only just told me about this app and already I’m enjoying it. This will help me with both home and work as I can plan tasks without being overwhelmed by the task of putting everything together

Amazing!. The app is a little bit buggy, but it is completely worth it. My ND brain can finally get some stuff done instead of staring at my long and disorganised to-do lists. Absolutely genius and so cheap, couldn't recommend it enough!

Amazing!!!. This application is amazing. I was using the free web version and it has been such a great help for me to get things organised and breakdown tasks into manageable steps. The time estimator has been an absolute game changer for me. I had to purchase this app, to support the developer. I would love to add to this app at some stage the ability to sync these lists with other applications such as Apple Reminders. Great work and I hope to see more from you soon.

Amazing app , but chef section needs alot of work. The chef sections should ask if you are making breakfast , lunch , dinner or a snack but it only has lunch as an option right now , also should ask what main ingredients to use

SCAM APP. I downloaded this app to help me keep organised and instead of charging $2 for the app, it charged $17. AND it takes a fortnightly subscription fee from me for $1.99, when I never subscribed to anything, I just bought the app. There’s no way on the app to unsubscribe and there’s nothing on Google about unsubscribing to them. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS APP, it just wants money from you.

Amazing. I have giggled with delight at how helpful it is. I have autism and adhd and I have been struggling to do stuff recently.

I love it so much. I learned about this app from my partner, who absolutely loves it. I decided to give it a test run to see how it could help simplify my assessment, which I hadn't even started yet. It was such a relief that I actually cried tears of joy. I then immediately called my mother to recommend it to her as well. (I used the app the help write this review.)

:). Love it! Thank you! So easy to use Please build a calendar that accounts for time blindness.

this app gonna save my mental health. i genuinely believe that this app has the functions to get me out of my deepest pits of depression and make life easier when i simply don’t have the capacity to do things like take care of myself - being neurodivergent, having an ED and other mental illnesses can really hinder my ability to take care of myself when i need it most. thank you to the beautiful human/s who made this app 😭💛

Neurodivergent person’s life admin saviour 🙌🏻. Well this website and app has literally changed my life! As much as actually getting a diagnosis of ADHD has. It is masterful, clever, simple and so user friendly - Bram De Buyser you are ✨incredibly ✨talented and the neurokin of the world, thank you. I’ve passed it on to as many people I can tell, my children use it at school and have shown other neurodivergent kids how to use it, they then have shown parents and teachers. Heck I’ve even shown my therapist who’s now also using it with other clients! Every workplace should PAY to have this app and program installed.

I love this app. This is honestly a lifesaver. I was unable to do anything in my daily life without getting overwhelmed, and this made everything so much easier. It’s like having someone explain everything perfectly for you.

Life changer 🥰. As a therapist with ADHD I love it myself and recommend to clients. Especially the time estimator, (even though I do try and argue with it….like surely it’s not going to take that long…) but it’s pretty accurate!

The best tool on the internet!. I downloaded this for fun thinking I don’t really need it but it’s genuinely so helpful! I showed my psych 😂 Neurospicy’s best friend

Great but crashes. I really want to give this a 5 star but the crashes are way to frustrating and I’ve had to uninstall because I can’t even get into the app anymore. If all that were fixed it would be amazing as it has so many use from home to work and even on the kitchen

Loving it.. Goblin, this is one of the best to do lists that I have ever used. It is simple to use easy to sink and give you that dopamine hit each time you take off something you have done

Love it the app!. In my opinion, the only things missing are are a timer and reminder options.

Helpful and convenient. I would've given this app 5 stars but it freezes, and crashes. Hopefully this will be improved. Thanks.

Honestly a life saver. Just found this app and it already makes so much sense for my little lizard brain. Love that you can use it for free on the website for those who cannot afford it because every little neurospicy person needs this to help with every day activities, deciphering texts, making sure your texts don’t come across in a way you do not intend too.

Life changing. I suffer with decision paralysis. Within 5 mins of having this amazing app I am up and cleaning a day ahead of my cleaner arrival AND I know what I’m having for lunch. If you haven’t tried the chef function, do it. I rate it at 10 out of 5. Be descriptive. I would normally be running around in the hour before my cleaner gets here trying to hide my mess for her to clean my surfaces, but now I’m prepared with a list to help me. Maybe, with this app, I will become organised enough that I won’t need a cleaner.

So wonderful. A simple but amazing app. Really helps me stay on task and feel accomplished when I tick things off my list. It also is amazing for when you just don’t know where to start. This all gives you a break down of how to achieve tasks in a effective manner. I love it.

🙌🏼 THIS APP IS A LIFE CHANGER!! 🙌🏼. I have used Goblin Tools online for maybe a year now and I am beyond excited to see the app available! I used to struggle with sequencing tasks and procrastination, but now I just type in what I need to do into Magic To-Do and Goblin tools breaks the task down into achievable and sensible steps. I then carry out the tasks quickly with focus. And this is only one part of the app. There is also options to enhance communication and understanding, time management, meal inspiration (just type in what food you have on hand and it will give you a meal suggestion), it can organise tasks from your brain dump, it can suggest how to reword a message in a myriad of ways (‘less snarky’ is a good one for diplomacy). I honestly would have paid a lot more to own this app. It is my life saver. Thank you Goblin Tools Team! You have made me feel like I am completely winning at being a grown up.

Love this app!. I have used the web version before so I bought this app it is quite similar and I love all the features. It just keeps crashing whenever I try to change from one function to another other then that this is an amazing app and really helps me whenever I have way too much to do!!

It keeps crashing. Hoping the stability issues are new and also that they will be short lived. I just got this but haven’t really been able to use it.

Simple and It a works. So simple and easy to use . Direct results and so useful. It drops out each time I try to go to different action such as, Magic to do list to to Judge for example or any combination of those options. But other than that it’s pure genius!

Crying happy tears. Considering the fact that I have adhd, low-spectrum autism, clinical anxiety and depression among many others, makes staying on task, being consistent and starting things that I don't want to difficult. So finding a routine and something that breaks things down for me, is lifesaving. The $2 I spent were worth it. You can choose how much of a task is broken down, estimate a time of how long it may take do the task and takes the pressure of trying to plan out assignments or exams or any tasks really, off. Within this app, you can also find different sorts of systems to better manage writing, child-brain moments, etc. They have a judge thing where you can write something and it will tell you how it's comes across. This app has made my Nerodivergent brain feel much less complicated than ever. I highly recommend spending the $2 if you experience anything related to preparation, organisation, commitment, etc. Issues.

Incredible. I love this app so much. We have been using the online version for my ADHD daughter and I love it too! It’s awesome. Some issues with crashing when changing between estimation and chef or whatever

Worth every cent. As others have said, it is extremely helpful and user friendly, lots of nice little tools to make life easier. There is a free website version with everything available so you can see if you like it. 10/10

Omg!!!!. This is directly for the game developer/s: you are a GENIUS!!!! This has made my life so much easier omg. When my friend told me about this app my jaw DROPPED and every one of my neurospicey friends I have shared this with is so excited and says this is life changing. I know this will be very popular very quickly. Awesome app. My one improvement suggestion would be to be able to change the chilli level for each sub-category break down, but other than that it’s amazing.

Brilliant!. Not only can I log what I need to do, but mark it off. Better than apple notes cause it can make up the sun-tasks for me if I need to zone out while doing the monotonous! Also, it can come up with recipes based on my limited ingredients

Loving So Far. This app is helping me immensely! Only improvement would be to have WIDGETS because I need visual prompts to remind me to use my helpful apps! Other than that it’s awesome.

All the stars!!!. Brilliant app, user friendly for neurodivergent and more neurotypical folks. Love it!!! And free on browser or single payment of $2! Better than lots of the sign up apps- can’t wait to see what else this developer comes up with 😊

App crashes. This app is AMAZING - it’s just frustrating that the app is crashing every time I try and select something from the menu. At the moment I’ve only been able to try 2 of the tools on the app.

5 star. So helpful! I can’t believe it’s free!

Praise the Goblin. For he is useful. I really love goblin.tools, and the apps are a handy way to not get it lost among the forest of tabs in a browser.

would loooove to be able to sort tasks. it’s wicked that i can drag to rearrange tasks, but i would LOVE to be able to change the default sort to allow ascending or descending lists based on Date added or other variables. other task apps i use allow me to adjust the sort setting and its kinda frustrating that this one doesn’t allow that :,)

Wonderful, but…. Wonderful app. Sadly it glitches and closes the app at times.

OMG. Omg, just OMG!

Absolutely must have.. The first day I used this app, it literally change the way how I organize my life. Before I used ChatGpt, and now I use this as like a life compass. Thank you, the developers, those who support this app, it really change my life in such a positive way. ( I mainly use it for practicing good mental health)

Incredible. Seriously this changes a lot of things

Rejoice. Finally my poor brain can relax.

Absolutely incredible. 10/10 Life changing to my cleaning routine !

Game changer for the overwhelmed. I have been so stuck for quite a while… not finishing projects because I get to a point where I don’t know what to do. But it turns out, most of the time, I actually do… it’s just decisions that I have to make. This helps take the overwhelm away. And helps me figure out the next step. And all the additional features?! Good grief! This is going to be unquestionably my most used app. Bravo to the developers. This is a phenomenal app and so ridiculously helpful for my ADHD brain.

Love it. Easy to use and helpful for my adhd.

Very useful. Because it helps people who struggle with perhaps anxiety or difficulty breaking down larger conceptual goals into manageable, bite-sized, one foot in front of the other tasks and to-do’s. In todays super fast moving world, it has become increasingly difficult to manage such overwhelming projects such as adulthood; and so, goblin tools reminds you that fairytales are not real and the true heroes are the goblins, breaking down the larger zeitgeist of adulthood into childlike manageable nuggets of gold.

Love it. Helps so much just like the description!

Glitches don’t waste your money. I paid for this app and I can’t even use it. Every time I try to enter anything into it it glitches and closes don’t waste your money

My favourite app. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this. I’m a teacher who also has ADHD and anxiety. This app helps me break everything I need to do down in my chaotic life.

Best App Ever!. Correct spot for Goblin Tools! Don’t be fooled by imposters!

Great app!. The professor is awesome.

Fun and very useful!. Honestly a great little app! It’s useful and entertaining. And the name, gotta love the name! :)

Absolutely love Goblin Tools. I am so grateful for this app/site. My practicum supervisor introduced me to it last year and it's been a life saver. I use every tool and recommend it often. THANK YOU.

Great!. I recommend to all my friends and even my therapists/social workers for their other clients

So useful. Extremely helpful tool for managing executive dysfunction and other spicy issues.

Great. It’s cheap for somthing that is so helpful and it’s a one time payment which I love. My favourite park has to be the chef which gives you meals to make based on what you have

Omg.. I love this app, it takes away stress of to do lists and helps me remember small things that I often overlook. Recommending it to all my neurodivergent friends especially those with adhd or on the autism spectrum! It’s super cool, and you can tell it was designed by a neurospicy person, for neurospicy people.

Love this tool. Feeling fed up? Not sure how to make your next move, or what to have for lunch? This app is a great help!

Amazing as a teacher and a user. It is an amazing tool for anyone who struggles with executive function. I live the fact that you can copy and paste or print out the info. Would be great if you could set reminders with alarms, include a visual timer with congrats confetti, notifications and connect it with a calendar (or include a calendar). Also just a generic question box where you can ask it anything would be helpful.

It’s okay - good price. Pro: it comes in other languages, it has a cute icon. Con: it has 9 categories and I can only see myself using 2 or 3 on a daily basis. It’s not a time management level app. Even though I can afford to lose 4.00 it was not worth the money I paid and there’s no “try before you buy” feature.

Incredible. Nothing else to say

Life changer!. I am hooked!

wish I could train mine!. I love this app!! I use it largely for the to do lists. I only wish i could teach it to learn some of the preferences related to order and automatic subtasks i have around doing certain tasks, without having to prompt it. For example, i use it to break down some of my morning routine, but it would be great if I could teach it to put eating first and always take my medication. I also find the more you break the tasks down the longer the time estimates are, which i dont always find helpful!

The most helpful, and best cost versus reward ratio.. The price is phenomenal for what you get. The fact the creators OBVIOUSLY put a lot of work and time into this, it is beautiful. I highly recommend trying it out. It has helped me on more than one occasion for various situations. From interpersonal to math problems I never thought I’d need… or want. Math teachers can stop grinning now. I metaphorically see you. How dare you prove me wrong at the age of 31. Well played.

Absolutely LOVE 😍. Diagnosed ADHD at 40, this app is an absolute must-have for anyone with ADHD at any age. It’s an early customized version of the original, open-source chat gpt. If you have issues prioritizing, starting, breaking down, &/or completing tasks (or motivating yourself to do them), you’ve found the BEST tool! LOOK NO FURTHER. Highly recommend. Grateful someone showed me this. 🙏🏽

Best app ever. Personally I think this program and app is so much better than the other one, i wish it was part of my phone and not the other junk

Wow. I feel so seen. Best $4 I have ever spent

Doesn’t try to scam you!. As the title says, this app works AND doesn’t try to trick you into signing up for a subscription and forget about it! Honestly that alone puts it above the scam artists and other related apps with those “month subscription” fees for apps that never improve and only get worse and worse over time like…well anything Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc make.

Print Option. I wish there was a way to print the to do lists.

Such a valuable tool. Wanna send my love and appreciation to the creators for working on these niche and fine tuned tools for productivity

ugh. wont even open :(

Works fine when it’s not crashing. The only major issue is it crashes frequently. Takes four or five attempts at re-opening the app before it stops crashing.

review. I love this app. However, on the to do list I think you should make it so you can add things and then be able to put them in a different order like hold down and like move them so then you can put them in the order that you want to do them.

Fantastic!!!. Great way to get out of your own brain and break tasks down and get support when others are unavailable. Wicked app

not all that. the app is good in theory. but there seems to be a lot of technical issues with it, crashing and not loading most times i try to use it. more features for daily adhd tasks and functioning would be better. overall since it crashes and you don’t get everything out of one app i cant say it’s worth buying.

Awesome accessibility tool!. I had been using the formalizer for a couple of months as a way to know if i could be any more concise, to play with different types of wording. The tool has been helping me with my writing skills and also helped me clarify some texts or assignment guidelines. I decided to subscribe to the patreon and purchase the app even if I am still currently broke. The only reason I give a 4 star is my doubt regarding if entered data is collected and stored. I understand that it can be used to improve the tools, but generally disagree with this practice. I appreciate this tool, the thought and intent that was put into building it. Also, « goblin » and the « spice » levels is fun ‘’branding’’. 😊

Wizard, I can’t believe it’s only $1. This app is amazing. Great function, not trying to milk me monthly. Highly recommend

Best app ever. There is a reason why this app is so highly rated. And it’s only a one time $1 purchase. The magic to-do list is quite literally magical and will generate list of things that you need to get done that you probably would have over overlooked.

The app keeps crashing. The app crashes every time I open it, so it’s basically unusable right now. Please fix this bug.

Concept is great. Tho the app keeps crashing after using one thing.

Incredible for the creative scatterbrain. Beautifully unique and useful tool. If I could make an app this would be it but I can’t (although this app would tell me how to)

I love it!. I’ve been looking for a tool like this for a while now because I struggle to start tasks and get overwhelmed. This is exactly what I had in mind! Excited to break down the tedious process of laundry with a little goblin help :D

Great. As someone who struggles with executive processing and the challenges of ADHD, I truly value this tool. It has helped me clarify my ideas and gain perspective, especially when I feel overwhelmed. I genuinely appreciate this product for the support it provides.

The OG re writer A.I. I remember stumbling across the website for Goblin Tools a few years back and being blown away by the capabilities just the fact that I could have something that quickly articulate my thoughts clearly it seemed magical lol fast-forward today and now we’re inundated thousands of chat bots claiming the same thing yet there’s just something different about Goblin Tools it always writes exactly what I wanted to write like it just knows what I’m thinking. I love it.

This app is absolute magic. This is top notch.. The cleverness, the ease of use, the AI predictions actually putting step-by-step instructions that I wouldn’t have thought of is super helpful... I’ve tried a bunch of apps that promise a lot of things, and charge a lot of money for them, and they haven’t been helpful for me. It is so refreshing to find some things so smart, simple, and helpful. And for basically free. Thank you for such a great tool that is financially accessible.

Life saver!. This app changed lists for me as a whole. Lists were something I really struggled with. I would get so stressed I would cry or felt like crying and would give up due to being so overwhelmed/exhausted. This makes it so easy. Writing out a to do list takes mins instead of 20-30mins+, it’s basically stress free, you can adjust the break down of your to do list. You also don’t have to break any of it down really by yourself either. If you are super busy, struggle with schedules, to do lists etc. please download this!

Most useful app ever. As someone who is autistic & adhd, the tools in this app are invaluable. I never know how long things are gonna take so the estimator tool really helps me manage my time more efficiently. The judge tool helps me navigate tone in text which I really struggle with. And I’d never get anything done without the magic to do. I’m still using the chef option but already it’s so helpful to not have to think of what to make for dinner and simply type in ingredients & restrictions. I’d give this app more stars if I could & I recommend it to everyone!

Glitchy or something. Really unhappy with this. It kept deleting my lists and the last thing I want to do is make lists over and over again. (Or is it? Making lists is a form of procrastination for me.) The undo button doesn’t work properly. If you use the magic wand thing to break down a task, it deletes all of the manual sub tasks you already created? Terrible. Maybe all of this is user error, but in that case, I found this very difficult to figure out how to use properly. I also would like if there was a daily to do list available, like I could click on this day and make a list, instead of seeing my last task on the screen from a different day. It’s all lumped together and I don’t like that.

I use this every week. Thank you for this great app. Decided to try this out after seeing a video online of someone using the magic to-do list. Found out after purchasing that this has many helpful features I didn’t know I needed. I showed my coworkers the formalizer tool and they were sold. Comes in handy when we struggle to get certain messages across through email. I’m very happy with the purchase. Everyone who I showed this app too agrees this is a great and very helpful app.

The Best App for ADHD/ Executive Dysfunction. tldr: Great app for planning, breaking down tasks, and other features, definitely worth the money This app is absolutely fantastic! It allows you to make todo lists, and breaks them down into smaller steps. You can also adjust how much you need it to break the steps down! I also love the other features of the app. It can estimate how long a task will take (amazing for planning), tell you how to change the tone of a message to make it more/less professional, and tell you what the tone of messages is. This is the only app I’ve ever paid for, and it’s absolutely worth it. It’s only 99 cents one time, and it has no ads. I’ve absolutely used it more than enough to make up for the 99 cents I spent. If you want to try out some features of the app without paying, the website is a great option to see if you like it!

Extremely Helpful for Neurodivergent. This app was recommended to me to help my feelings of overwhelm. It’s incredible in the aspect that it takes tasks that seem like no brainers, and does the thinking for you. (Breaks things down, so you don’t.) It’s in a check off format so you feel accomplished as you go about your task. There’s no second paywall and that’s so appreciated! I wish the mobile format was more aesthetic, but that hardly matters when you can finally think about a task clearly. Wonderful app, could use some better format but who am I to talk.

Absolute life saver. This app has truly transformed my life as a neurodivergent person. It has played a vital role in helping me navigate message tones, deciphering others' emotions, and utilizing amazing features like the Formalizer and the Judge. I am deeply grateful for this app and have no doubt that I will continue to rely on it for the foreseeable future. (I wrote out a review and ran it through the formalizer to make sure it comes across as serious, because I’m very serious! This app is incredible!)

I ate lunch today because of this app!. All of the tools on here are great, but Chef really has changed my life for the better. I have ADHD and Celiac Disease, so food is a big struggle for me. I usually end up having “snacks on a plate” because I’m bored and uninspired. Well, Chef took all my snacks and created a “ham salad roll” recipe for me - technically what I would have eaten anyway, but feels less “sad desk lunch” and more “grown up food.” It suggested turning a random collection of leftovers into a pasta bake, which I never would have thought of. It even managed to create a fun recipe for string cheese and pecans! I am sold.

I’m not neurospicy…. … but this has still helped me immensely. I may not be formally diagnosed with a neurospicy brain, but sometimes I DO just get decision fatigue. I’m tired at the end of the day and don’t want to think through dinner. I have a ton of chores and not enough caffeine to figure them out. My boss has asked me to time block stuff and I’m horrible at it (I do know I’m right-brained at the very least so spreadsheets are not my friend). Just a dollar well spent. Phew. Thanks neurospicy community for helping everybody even the unintended.

Never Been Happier to Pay for an App!. I’m a huge fan of the (still free) website and excited to have the opportunity to support the developer via the app purchase. I’m neurodivergent and this is the first app I’ve encountered that truly understands how features can support executive function, communication, memory, and more. It’s a relief each time I use it, and has been a hit in ND groups at my multinational employer as well. 10/10 making life more accessible!

So great!!. In an overstuffed App Store and web trying to “ help “ with new designs and fancy widgets and too many bells and whistles— comes GOBLIN. IRS actually what we need. Simple clear fast UI. High contrast, strong buttons and lighting fast response time. The magic of the (ai???) with its suggestions has amazed me more than any fancy software or app that’s come out in the last 5 years. GOBLIN helps you break down a task like “clean my car” into sub tasks, you can adjust how much help you need to break it down. There’s also magic chef, task time estimator, and other really useful tools. LOVE IT

I’m so excited. I’m going to try to update/leave another review when I’ve actually used the app for a while, but I’m so excited this exists. I can think of times in my regular life where each of these tools will help me greatly, and I love how simple the layout is for my brain to process and use. Everything else I’ve seen people using ai for has made me nervous, but this I have no qualms about. Thank you so much for making this.

Excellent so far!. I just downloaded this app and have enjoyed playing around with the various tools! It seems like it will be very useful and I can’t wait to put them to more use. The Judge feature is great! That might be my favorite one so far. My biggest suggestions would be to have a “clear all” option so I don’t have to manually delete any text I enter when I want to add more. It would also be cool to be able to enter screenshots of chats for more efficiency.

So helpful with emails. When it comes to writing emails for work, there are times when I am unsure if the tone or wording is appropriate. In those situations, I have found great value in using Goblin Tools. This tool presents me with a range of options to choose from, allowing me to convey my intended message in a manner that aligns with my desired tone. It has truly been a valuable resource for me, and I highly appreciate its functionality. ( I used it for this review 😊)

I am in tears. I can’t believe how much I needed something like this. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and have had so much difficulty in being productive that it’s painful at this point. My house is a mess and I’m so overwhelmed that I feel stuck. But just entering the to do of organizing my house and hitting the wand button has helped me de mystify what steps I should take to finally conquer this task. And you can just keep tapping wands to break things down further as you need to.

Better Than Therapy. This app allows me to brain dump all my angry and overly emotional thoughts I want to send to people and convert it into a much MUCH more “socially acceptable” way of saying “F- YOU”. I don’t remember how much I paid to unlock all the features but I would do it again in a heartbeat. It allows me to say all the vile, angry thoughts I have in my head when I’m seeing red and outputs a calm, logical explanation of why I’m upset. Helps me understand the feelings that I’m truly experiencing rather than just being angry and stuck.

this is absolutely great. i have pretty severe adhd and i have a hard time completing everyday tasks like cleaning and cooking and sometimes even reaching out to people. This app has made my life so much easier, it was the magic to do which breaks down the tasks into smaller step by step instructions making it easier to finish my favorite is the chef one which tells me what i can make whith ingredients i have and breaks down the instructiosn. thanks for this app

Love all the tools. The different tools are very helpful. Magictodo breaks ANY task you can think of down into mini steps. The Judge is very helpful for communication- interprets the meaning or context behind any text. The Formalizer can change any wording into more formal, more passionate, more professional, more emotional, less emotional- I mean the options there are many- I find this the most helpful. The estimator helps with time frames , have used this as much but would be good if you have tasks that need complete by a certain time- helps to estimate how long things will take.

5 stars. If you are ever looking at the pile of mess that is your life and wondering how do I ever do anything, this app has your back. It will generate instructions based on what you are trying to do and give you simple steps to move forward. You can check off each little step, helping you gage your productivity accurately so you don’t feel less accomplished in checking off a big item only.

Love it!. What a unique and wonderful app! As a neurodivergent this app has already helped me complete tasks that I once thought were way to difficult or couldn’t find the momentum to start. I also like the addition of the other tools like Chef for days when I really don’t feel like trying to think of what to fix for lunch or dinner. The UI itself could be a little bit more polished as it comes across as somewhat amateurish, but don’t let that dissuade you from utilizing this app!

Incredible!. I rarely if ever write a review, but I had to write one for this. I’ve only had it for a short time, but this has helped me immensely. I never thought I’d see a day where AI could help me get out of my brain reading too much into an email’s tone. The brain dump feature will help me a ton to overcome my executive dysfunction and finally get to the tasks I want to accomplish, though, I haven’t had a chance to use it just yet. Finally, it has dark mode, which was the chef's kiss for me. Just download it already. It’s worth it!

Helps with task paralysis. I often feel overwhelmed by the things I have to do. I know I do things during the day but feel like I’m running on ice. Lots of effort & no results. This app breaks down tasks (even things like drywall taping & furniture building) and then I can check off the sub tasks and see I actually am accomplishing my goals. Who knows, it might even help me remember what I was doing when I walked into the room.

Fantastic tool with room to improve. This is one of the best and most useful apps I have found. It’s open ended nature makes it not steer me into specific ways of using, but let’s me build my own way I like to use it. It could use a little more quality of life features, like daily and weekly scheduled to do tasks. And just more options on how to sort, filter, and organize tasks. A history or way to save things for recalling later would be nice. Will update this review after more use and development. Support the creator, this is a tool worth supporting.

My life will never be the same!. Stars! I need more stars. Five stars are not enough. The organizational tools are amazing but what really changed my life is “The Judge” tab. My wife and I have struggled with communication for years and years. We so often end up saying “No, that’s not what I mean when I said that” or “Why can’t you hear what I am actually saying “. The Judge acts as a third party, no bias, translator that is unbelievably accurate to what the tone of my words were and also what is behind them. I think this app is for everyone and not just us neurodivergent people!

Sanity saver!. This app has saved my sanity and avoided so much confusion and unnecessary “hurt” feelings. For the best interest of my girls, this app has the amazing ability to produce the message and communication that needs to be given without the hurt, frustration, and emotion that the other person has thrust upon me this enabling said message and communication being delivered. It has saved so many potential, beside-the-point remarks sparking unnecessary fights which would divert from the main issue needed to be communicated. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Simple but BEEFY. I have inattentive ADHD, I have a teen with autism, and another teen with ADHD. This tool is incredible. It’s not just limited to Tasks, there are multiple ways in which to put your lists together, from doing a stream of consciousness brain dump and having it pick out the tasks for you, to setting a task and letting it decide based on your chosen level of neuro spiciness how detailed the list needs to be. I haven’t yet gotten into the chef part of it or the other things like the judge but it’s really really cool!

Where has this been all my life?!?. As someone who struggles with executive dysfunction, basic tasks can feel completely overwhelming. Endless google searches like, “how to clean your room for dummies,” amongst others turned up nothing of value until I heard about goblin tools. Upon opening the app I created a task and had it break it down, I love that you can customize the breakdown of both the main and subtasks to your liking, it is so helpful if you get to a point of being overwhelmed where you are just no thoughts brain scrampled egg.

THE BEST NUEROSPICY APP. I have ADHD and ASD so figuring out how/what to do for certain house hold tasks (like cleaning the kitchen) gives me such analysis paralysis that I usually end up not getting anything done because I can’t figure out where to start. This breaks down things into very simple manageable tasks and even gives you an estimate on how long it will take. It really helps soothe the stress of doing regular tasks so I actually do them in a timely fashion. And for only $2 how could you not?

Wow!! Moving to a new house is…easy???. I have never written a review before but after spending the morning using this app, I had to. I typed pack a bedroom with 5 chili peppers and it totally broke things down for me into manageable steps. My whole family can use this tool to help us thrive- not just survive. It affirms dignity and removes shame by giving us a tool that works for our brains. Plus the dopamine hits when I check something off is just 😍🤩. Get it!

Magic Todo. Normally the Magic To do tool is amazing! But for some reason now it’s deleting new tasks after making them and using the Magic break down tool. I re add them but as soon as I try to collapse the list, all the new entries disappear. The even weirder thing is, when I go to look at older entries, a few of the new ones reappear. When I try to see the reappearing entries, the random few that did come back once again disappear. This is beyond aggravating and I’ve never experienced this bug before. Please repair the app soon, it comes in handy so much but with my favorite app tool on the fritz, it’s mostly obsolete for me currently.

Best Task Tracker/Neurodivergent help app!. It makes lists for you! I get so overwhelmed with the big task like cleaning my room that I avoid doing it but this app breaks it down into steps for me which means I can split it up without losing motivation and makes it feel less daunting as a bunch of little things! It also has great features to help anyone who struggles with tone especially through text. I haven’t tried out every bit of this but they could easily charge $10 for this app and I’d still be happy with it

A Special App. I usually don’t review apps but this app is genuinely a game changer. It makes getting tasks done easier and it’s been helping me write better. And all for a $1!! I hope this app continues to get more popular because it is truly special. My only criticism is that I wish you could make your magic to do lists available off-line. I sometimes can’t open up my subtasks which is always a bit of a bummer.

An Update on the App. UPDATE: I was able to access the app! I had to cut off the WiFi I was using to access it. If you’re having the same issue with the black screen, try turning the WiFi off for a second and using your cellphone data. I think depending on what your connected to, it can block access to the app. I love the Tone Reader function- as someone who has trouble understanding social cues *appropriately*, being able to have a second and informative opinion really helps. The Chef tool is also a great one! I like to be able to make new comfort dishes, and fall into the trap of getting burnt out eating the same things over and over again. It was definitely worth the dollar I paid. Thank you so much for making Neurodivergent tools accessible and easy to access. A lot of apps like these tend to capitalize on people who need the help and the tools to function correctly (which is really disgusting.)

Fantastic executive function aid. I am mildly autistic with severe ADHD while battling long COVID and so, as fellow ND people might imagine, my executive function is practically nonexistent. Goblin Tools was recommended to me by my outstanding new psychiatrist so I had high hopes. It delivered!! It breaks down tasks in a manner which would never have naturally occurred to me and makes them feel doable. I still have to wait for a Good Day™️ to actually perform them but that’s entirely on my poor janky brain, not the fine folk working on this app. Thank you so much for the extra help!

One minor flaw. I love this app and everything it does. It has helped me so much, especially the chef tool. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is because on the list tool, the “Clear Subtask” and “Create Subtask” button on the top down are right next to each other and very small. On multiple occasions I have pressed the wrong one and had to rewrite my entire list, even forgetting some items in the original list. Please move them! Or in the very least make the buttons larger.

Worth MORE than 99¢!!. I’ve used this on my computer to help me break down tasks, and it’s SO HELPFUL. I’m about to move, so packing everything and cleaning is incredibly overwhelming, but breaking it down helps so much and gives me a little dopamine kick whenever I finish the subtasks. The formalizer is a huge lifesaver as well, and can be quite hilarious with how professional it can make certain statements become (eg, “are you stupid?” turning into “would you like me to explain in a different manner?”). BUY THIS APP!!! And if you aren’t yet convinced, try it on their website for free!

AMAZING. This is an app I didn’t know I needed as an ADHD Autistic person!! I absolutely love that you can adjust the “spiciness” level to determine a more or less detailed output. It is a bit buggy, but I am willing to put up with that based on how much it’s helped me in my day to day. I regularly use the tools for laundry, as that is the task I have the hardest time completing. Thank you for creating this tool!! I would love to see a grocery store/ any store tool. You could input the items you need to buy in list format, and the tool will organize the items by department and the most efficient way to navigate the store.

An ADHDers dream come true. This app is surprisingly game changing and I’ve never seen features like it anywhere. It’s helped a lot with my time blindness and the breaking down of daunting tasks. The layout feels a bit rudimentary but it’s not a problem. The only thing that would make this app totally lifesaving is if it had more features you often see in other daily organizer apps like a calendar, setting due dates for tasks, and being able to create multiple lists/folders so I can separate my personal stuff from work. If you guys did that, you’d have changed my life forever.

So very helpful. This app is amazing for an adhd family. Depending on your personal areas of weakness as it relates to that almighty exec function, this app steps in where simple AI doesn’t. It kinda reminds me of when I was trying simple CBT for years vs CBT designed for ADHD. There are certain considerations that are assumed come intuitively to adults, and if they don’t, we’re often too embarrassed to ask for clarification. This app knows our (general) blank spots and gently guides you in the right direction. Heartfelt thanks to the creator!

Very customizable. I very rarely rate apps but this one deserves a good one. If you’re just downloading, play with it a bit with things you don’t need help with to get a feel for it and then start working into your system. It helped me pack for a cross country move. Would highly recommend to any close to me or a stranger! I only wish you could set reminders or notifications for specific tasks (like “grocery shop” notified weekly to remind me to look in my fridge for food). Not a negative because that isn’t what it was built for.

When I remember to use this app. My day goes by so much more smoothly. The estimates are usually accurate, the list breakdown is helpful, you get that dopamine hit when you complete a task as well. I haven’t tried the recipe maker yet but that is and awesome feature to have for the neurospicy of us! I am so thankful of my therapist who showed me this app when I was first going through my adult ADD diagnosis that even with medications I still use it on tough days. Worth the download!

BEST APP EVER. This app has proven to be exceptionally useful in assisting with various cognitive functions. Its use has significantly improved the quality of my daily life. The cost of $0.99 was an investment 100% worth it, as it is a tool I utilize on a consistent basis. The app offers a wide range of versatile features that cater to various needs. One standout feature is its ability to provide meal recommendations based on available ingredients and to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks. Overall, I rate this app a perfect 10 out of 10.

How did they know ?!. I’m going to keep it short if you have any divergence issues involving ADHD, Autism, ADD or any thing els this thing just helps in every way that I’ve always wanted and needed I didn’t have to pay for the app apparently the the website will remain free but I have that dollar because they really deserve it and more, THANK you I’ll try to put it to good use Ps . There are some things I hope these dollars got to like a repeating daily tasks list and other variables of time

A todo list application for anyone. This app is a godsend for the neurodivergent, but if you think about it - anyone can use it to get ideas on how to do a task. A lot of energy can go into planning how to do something, which is a task in itself some who have trouble focusing. It breaks down large tasks into easy to complete steps. I feel like it's easier to put one foot in front of the other now without having to wonder what the next step should be.

The only one 🥹. I have downloaded and tried all the apps for adhd-ers and this is the ONLY one that works for me. No frills or anything extra—just type what you need and see it broken down for you. Thank you 😭🙏🏼 Also have had it for a couple months now and JUST realized it had a chef function and some AMAZING extras. Whoever made this really gets it. 💓 Thank you to the random girl that commented about this app on a random INSTAGRAM post I found.

Amazing - I Wish Everyone Knew About This. So helpful for anyone who gets too overwhelmed by simple and complex tasks to the point where they cannot accomplish projects because they don’t know where to start. It also keeps me on task to complete a project by breaking it down one step at a time and including a check list. I use the midrange breakdown (3 spicy peppers) and it’s the perfect amount of detail without being overwhelming. I feel like you crawled inside my very tangled brain and made this app just for me. THANK YOU!!!

Wonderful, useful app!. This is super helpful and pretty easy to navigate and use. This makes my tasks so much easier!! It takes a lot of the weight off my mind to know I have it organized in the app and can easily see what to do without the agonizing thought process and the procrastination that goes with it!!!! The editable features in the list let’s you customize steps and descriptions as much or little as you need to. I am in love!

Overcoming executive dysfunction one prompt at a time. This app is an absolute GAMECHANGER for me. I have been struggling to tackle several cleaning/organization tasks for probably months (looking at you, giant pile of laundry) and the Magic ToDo tool alone is worth the 99 cent purchase fee. I love the ability to create different versions of a to do list for the same task based on how much you need broken down at any time, and that if you need a clearer breakdown of one step on the to do list you can generate that very quickly! Fantastic app, keep up the great work!
