Microsoft Clipchamp App Reviews

Not useable. As I pay for the product on the pc to use while editing videos, this app for iOS is not very useful at all. I cannot add phones when it is important to add for the most detail of some things. Also with all these phones recording in 4K these days, this app can’t even export in 4k it’s 1080 max just doesn’t cut it for me. I’ll have to find something else or just use my pc..

Gets the job done, but not great. Its pretty ok but you can only add one audio that overylays everything, i only use this since i cant get imovie. Not sure why the mobile version is like this, the pc one is a lot better.

Chimp editor. Won’t open on my IPhone 12. Says it’s designed for IOS mobile. Maybe the designers should try on their friends IPhone. Interested how it worked? Tried three times even after a complete phone reboot. I like the description. Would be interested in using it. Maybe that’s why it only has 2.6 stars of rating.

Great program that‘so easy peasy. I really enjoy using this captioning app. I find it easy to use. Plus the AI is great. My autogenerated captions require very little editing, which saves me time. A future upgrades I’d love to see is: allow us to record landscape or square video.

Update for iPad usage. I really like the app, but when my iPad is in landscape mode, the app doesn’t go into landscape. It stays the size of a phone screen. The app will flip over when my iPad is in landscape mode, but doesn’t fill in the screen. If there is an update for iPad on the app, I will start using it.

Not even as useful as the browser version. I’ve used clipchamp for awhile, but using it on mobile is just a pain, can’t even do what I’d used to do on the desktop version, I even use my normal editing software due to the pain that is the mobile app, Microsoft please fix this issue!

Do not do it. Just don’t. If you dare use this software do not under any circumstance upgrade, i don’t care if there’s a gun to your head, you can never cancel, you can’t even log in to try to cancel, you cannot speak to a person unless you’re willing to wait on one issue for 48 hours. The “log in” screen just redirects to a buy our stuff page. Worst consumer experience of my life. No worries I’m just going to dispute all futures as fraud.

Has Potential. Since I run a business that uses the Microsoft 365 suite, it was only natural that I would want to use this program for video editing. Trying it on my phone has been an absolute headache and I can tell that it has some really good features but, come on Microsoft, you can do better than this. I really look forward to being able to come back and upgrade this rating.

I would rather not edit at all. This is so bad. I first got it in my PC which was mid but the mobile version is even worse. There is a stupid watermark, and it’s so hard to use. If someone wanted to use a 2 star mobile app they should atleast use the desktop version. I have to use the desktop version for little shorts showing how bad this is. You can’t even add key frames 🤦‍♂️

Meh. Its simple to use but you cant scroll through the video and the watermark where it says made by clipchamp every 5 seconds with is annoying and makes it difficult to hear the video i don’t recommend this program at all.

I’m in LOVE!. I’ve been using ClipChamp for a couple of days now and I’m so obsessed I legit started captioning all my videos for fun! It’s so easy to use and didn’t have a steep learning curve! I rarely give reviews here but I really love this app and will be telling my followers on Instagram to use it!

Cannot let me record after a second try. It just tells me that like use one of my videos that I have in my gallery I think they should fix it. If I want to record stuff from that are new why do I have to use some other old clips? It doesn’t make sense I think they should fix it. It’s been bugging me for too long.

Extracting audio maybe?.. So uh, I just think that you guys should add an option to extract audios from videos? It could be helpful since I can’t really find the audios I want to use for my edits? But over all the app doesn’t seem too bad?..

Useless. Absolutely useless as an editing app. The one saving grace could be that you could get your videos from web onto your phone but you can’t even do that as they’re not connected Update after five minutes. You can’t even unsubscribe from their emails because their SSL is broken on their unsubscribe button. Whoever is the PM on this project needs fired and to never work in the industry again.

Only good for very simple edits. Missing many features of the desktop version. It is only formatted for a phone screen, so it is useless on a tablet. Good for trimming or adding filters on a phone but not much else.

I mean, it’s alright…. If you’re going to use this app, use it to make short form videos. Longer videos take too long to edit and I’d rather just use another video editor for them. Adding captions and effects are simple, and that’s great, but you can’t add sound unless it’s to the whole video, so you have to constantly make different clips to have sound effects in them. I really wish it had a feature where you could the sound in whenever instead, like most other video editors do. In short, here the pros and cons of this app. Pros: Easy to add captions, effects, and cut parts of the video with Cons: Bad with long form videos, no good way to add sound to your videos, and sometimes can be a little glitchy.

I don’t understand. I’ve been using this to edit videos on my computer, which has been going great, but for some reason my projects won’t show up on my phone even if I’m SIGNED INTO THE SAME ACCOUNT. I reset the app multiple times. It still does nothing. This is ridiculous. Microsoft, can you please help me figure out a way to fix this? If it’s even fixable???

This app less feels like a Clipchamp App and More feels like a TikTok video editor. lol like as soon you open the app, sign in, and create a video from scratch, the format changes and it looks too familiar to TikTok, and just…. Overall feels like a video creator for TikTok than a video creator for Clipchamp, also, the app is limited from the Desktop/Online version because it has limited features, it’s also harder to use and I wish wish wish you guys would put keyframing into this app with easing literally my videos will look better, but other than that feature I wanted this app version of Clipchamp dosen’t beat the Desktop version

It’s fine. It’s fine, but it could use some work, for example, some simple motion, tracking, and stuff like that, along with better captions, and zoom features. It would be great if they added a way to go frame by frame or reverse videos and audio. If there is stuff like this, it would be perfect. I already use it to edit videos but I wouldn’t even consider using other apps reversal, and tracking. And on mobile, this isn’t even a competition to CapCut.

Slight Glitches. I really love this app and it’s much better/sufficient than Clipomatic, but I’ve noticed that when I save the video after doing corrections to the audio, that words that I had corrected or that I didn’t need to correct, end up being wrong. While I was editing, one of my words was “God” but when I saved it and uploaded the video to TikTok, “God” had changed to “garden”. It’s a bit irritating

What is the logic?. My head is spinning… what is this app? It's completely useless compared to the amazing desktop interface. I want to edit my projects, create projects, upload audio and images based on content that I’ve created on the desktop program. Where is the access to my library of content and so on… It’s apples and oranges… very odd.

Text editing function not working. I love this app! But it has a bug where I cannot edit the text to make it different colors or have the text with a solid background. That function is above the keyboard in the instructional videos, but on my iPhone that function is hidden behind the keyboard. When I put the keyboard down, the edit functions are there for less than a second, then disappears. Any chance this bug can be fixed?

Worthless on iPad & iPhone. I downloaded this to my iPad thinking I could work on editing stuff while on the go. NOPE This iOS mobil version of Clipchamp is nothing like the desktop version. You can’t see more than one line and I couldn’t even make out what tools were available. Opening this on iPad is laughable. They didn’t bother making an iPad version so it looks like a tiny phone on your screen. I’ve never been more disappointed in an App. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I prefer the PC version. This version is not very good. It’s limited, there’s not as many features, and you can’t really do much with it. The PC version is my main editing software, and I can’t believe it is this bad on phone. Heck, even iMovie is better than the clip champ iOS version.

Good video editor…Just needs some bug fixing. I really enjoy using Clipchamp, I find it about the same level of difficulty as iMovie! Just there are some bugs that are not horrible but just annoying.

Hot mess!. Absolute hot mess of an app. Tried it for ten minutes, and it was unable to handle an eight minute video. Did not complete subtitles for the whole video, kept changing subtitles I fixed and edited. Eventually lagged out SO BADLY, it crashed and froze up my phone for an entire minute. Got a little over half way editing the subtitles for the video, and it kept changing my fixes, stuttering, lagging and locking up. I really liked the visual features and ability to add a logo, but GEEZ. Non-functioning app is non-functioning.

This should not be free.. Legal is really good too, I am afraid to post my video do to the governor in the background though. Sorry for not sighting my translations I am working on my own words out of the concise.

No Ease of Use. This service has major lag, you have to pay if you want to use any little thing, and even after paying you don’t have access to much. Once you’ve subscribed, it’s very very difficult to cancel your subscription, and the customer service is lacking in, well, everything. I do not recommend it at all, be it the app version or the desktop version. Save yourself some stress and just use Adobe or iPhone movie maker.

It’s ok. First of all it’s a good app not gonna knock it but I don’t understand why EVERY single video editing app requires paying. I mean it’s free for the most part but the better stuff is premium I feel there needs to be more templates more icons more everything. Definitely needs more variety but it’s ok definitely room for improvement

I want the regular Clip Champ back for iPhone & my in progress PROJECTS🤬. I NEVER use the stupid “AI” I’ve been using the pd subscription Clip Champ for just over a yr & Loved the regular 1 for my IPhone as of 8hrs ago, I pay for my subscription but I honestly think if I don’t have my projects back I’m 1000% gonna Cancel. This is Ridiculous to not be able to choose if “we” I want to even have or use the AI version‼️I’m old school, I was in H. S. when the internet came out (AOL & MySpace) I hope this only affects the phone, unfortunately I’m wheelchair bound & have my Caretaker take my laptop with them when they leave so I can’t check it for hrs…. So if it doesn’t/didn’t affect my laptop🤞🏻 I’ll change my review or at least delete this 1.

Love this video editor. This is one of my favorite video editors on my laptop. I’m so happy to see it on my phone. I love the script to voice AI feature, and I’m glad to see it made it into the mobile version. My one critique is it’s missing the option to render audio only. I use that a lot on the windows version. I’m giving it 5 stars anyway, because it’s still awesome, but I hope that feature shows up in an update soon. 👍

UI if the all is so zoomed in on iphone14 I can’t use it. I can’t find any answers to this issue but I can’t zoom out on the app UI to see the interface or select anything. Everything is exploded huge so I have to scroll around the screen to see anything. Nothing else on my phone is zoomed in. I don’t see anything about this in forums. Hmmm.

App is horrendous on iPad. I’ve used the PC version and found it to be one of the best free video editors out there, but the mobile app is not made for iPad. It’s similar to the Snapchat app with how it’s made for portrait mode (a terrible idea for a video editor) and lacks many features found on the pc version. It’s simply impossible to use unless you are make short form content.

Why I think its Terrible and a waste of Time. Ive had a problem exporting videos and i keep trying and everynow an then it wants to work but Ive contacted support already an wait time says a few hours its been already almost 3 days i dont understand how long it would take someone to help me with the issue im having on their end because davinci resolve never gives me an issue with exporting!!!

Don’t use if you don’t make short form videos. I used this app when I was trying to make a lyrics video when it only allowed me to make videos in vertical, Plus I was not able to add text. If you like making short form content use this app, If not look somewhere else.

The app is useless to me. I already have a clipchamp account that uses my own password. The app won’t allow me to login with that. I cannot login at all so I can’t upload anything. Furthermore, I’m on an iPhone 11 and the app’s content extends past the edges of the screen as if no thought went into presentation scaling of this app… thus I can’t even read all of the text on the splash screen Don’t waste your time on this. Highly disappointed.

Worst Experience ever. This mobile/desktop application combo is the worst I have ever used. Just recently got back into editing since high school, using premiere and this sucked. Loading videos into the editor is a pain and the interface and features are awful. Will never use again. I don’t know if Microsoft is still behind this app but they need to shelf this IP asap.

They say you can request a refund within 30 days, but make it impossible. Spent hours creating a family movie, but when it is exported, it is fuzzy on the edges of every person. No matter how high the quality you select. They say they will give you a refund within 30 days, but they make it impossible to contact them.

Quickest way to create player stats profile. There full capability is on there website, easiest way to create good looking player profiles.

Convenient but needs work. The control you have over your captions is nice but I wish I could adjust their timing a little. My main issues are with the record button and the app itself. The record button doesn’t respond correctly a lot of the time. You have to REALLY thumb that thing to start or stop recording, and there’s barely any visual difference there. Also you can’t zoom in, or I don’t see how. Then once you’re done recording sometimes the app just gets stuck processing and will not budge. Does not load. Has been processing a 45 second video (not even with captions yet) for ten minutes now. I have to close the app and therefore all my work is lost.

Cant cancel subscription. Absolute scam have been trying to cancel subscription on iPhone but they have made it almost impossible. If anyone knows how please let me know. Extremely shady that I cannot cancel my subscription on iPhone. Do not recommend until this is fixed (started sub on desktop cannot cancel it on mobile ABSOLUTE scam)

Clip champ. I filmed my first video ever with clip champ I had no clue what I was doing but clip champ helped me figure out how to edit. It has lots of fun features and many options. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I had a hard time signing in on my phone I first signed in on my computer but my mom locked it so I wanted to do it on my phone. I sighed in but there was no video’s that I made on my computer. Maybe I’m doing something wrong?? But it’s great for beginners like me and I really like it. Maybe when I get bigger with my video’s I might want another editing software. I feel like clip champ is only for beginners but again I’ve only been using it for one video. I love how they have a free option and there’s NO water fall marks I’m really happy about that!! But in the long run this editing software is amazing and I LOVE it so far!!

Has been working good- PLEASE HELP. I have been using Clipchamp since September; I’ve made lots of videos and it works good. However, my phone storage is full and I cannot figure out how to move my videos to my computer (to store them there) I tried exporting them but my storage is too full. I’m not even sure if I have a Clipchamp account; it may not have even asked for my email at the beginning. Now I keep getting notified that all my videos will be deleted soon if I don’t update. But if I update, I’m afraid my videos will be deleted. PLEASE HELP!

Very unhappy. I downloaded this app after a friend of mine who is hard of hearing told me that it’s an awesome app for creating subtitles. My experience with this app has been less than stellar. I edited THREE videos, typed up the captions which took SO long. Only to find that my phone doesn’t give me the option to save the video at the end. I have the most updated version of IOS and at LEAST 30GB of storage to be able to save these three SHORT videos. And the help people have not been helpful at all. Would love some help since I am now incredibly behind schedule with these videos because of this insane difficulty with your app.

Zero functionality — useless app. This app gives you very little functionality in terms of edits. You can stitch together multiple videos, but little else. Much better options out there. I deleted it within five minutes of downloading it.

Really easy, fun and quick!. I love this app after using it for one video. I signed up for the paid membership because I like all the extras that come with it. This is exactly what i have been looking for. I only found it because I purchased a new Chromebook and this app was one of the suggestions. I think this is better than Adobe Rush. Thanks again!

Website is great, app is horrible. The website on a laptop allows you to do features. The app on the cellphone does not. I thought it was a glitch at first and downloaded several times (I pay per month). It only shows basic upload and download. You cannot crop or fade or anything on the app. Use the website, it’s way better.

horrible. if i didnt know any better, i woulda thought this was a knock off clipchamp app. The group responsible for developing the desktop app seems to be completely different than the group who developed this mobile app. You can’t even add an image to your video… and if you try to add a watermark, the app completely crashes. What a joke.

It Won’t Even Let Me Sign In. I don’t normally review apps, but this is just ridiculous. I’ve been using Clipchamp on my computer for a couple of days now and have constantly stuttering and buffering videos, along with the inability to export videos. I don’t know about y’all, but when using a video editing app, wouldn’t y’all expect the app to at least download the video onto your computer? Yes, right? Well, if you what the luxury of exporting videos on the fly, DO NOT USE THIS APP. Absolutely appalling. 3/10

What I think about it. Clam clip champ is great but they need to be some bug improvements like when I play the video because I'm using VoiceOver it freezes voiceover and I can't although this app is great Microsoft does need to fix the bugs

Great idea however…. With every new update, this app just becomes more and more unstable until it doesn’t work… now it freezes when I add text…. Sigh

A lot of things gone wrong. First the camera button is not working sometimes and the flip camera button flips me sideways. You can even add more stuff of make it better like Stickers and transition plus we can up load the music we want lie from Spotify it’s really annoying so pls give me some answers

Perfect app for that I need.. This is an ideal solution to adding captions automatically to video! Simply, easy to use and does exactly what it says.

Very laggy compared to the computer version!. Been using it for a while on the computer version, and everything was great. In my opinion the computer version was better than iMovie. I decided I wanted to download the mobile version but things were WAY different. There’s a watermark in the corner, much less free features, and something a bit unsettling as it is banned in some countries, as it asks me to say my age and country. - Conclusion - Don’t waste your time on the mobile version. Borrow Camera from MSFT Flip. Skype just recently borrowed the Camera section from Flip team and it is amazing. The flip camera and edit suite is way better than ClipChamp rn.😊

Great video captioning tool!. A great find on the App Store! Captions my videos so I don’t have to do it manually. Super time saver. I also lke that you can choose the font and colors.

False claims. This app advertises itself as an A.I voice generator but it has nothing to do with that. Waste of time downloading it

App Crash/ App Response Time - Slow. (Mobile Version Only). Slow Response: When selecting the ‘add’ and ‘cancel’ buttons, the app’s response time is slow. Frequent App Crash: When it comes to adding your logo in the ‘logo section’, the app displays a “something went wrong” message. After selecting ‘done’, the app doesn’t respond and the entire app crashes, or freezes. With this as a constant issue, I am constantly having to fully close and then reopening the app. So far the app on mobile devices operate, ok, when editing small videos. It’s just the issues listed above that Microsoft will need to resolve only for mobile devices. The PC Verison | Clipchamp: I frequently use the ‘Clipchamp’ application on my office PC at home for my projects and it works perfectly. I strongly recommend Clipchamp as a go-to app for content creators, or for creating complex video content. But, if you’re going to use Clipchamp it’s better to use on a PC, rather than a mobile device (smart phone/ tablet).

Not working!! Waste the time!. After combining videos, I couldn’t play to review. When I wanted to export, it said something wrong and told me to connect developers. I deleted and reinstalled the app, I could play the video and export in the first time. When I wanted to play again, no response and could not export anymore!!! What’s wrong with your app???

Can’t use on my iPhone. The screen and typing is so big I can’t use it on my iPhone but it’s an app for iPhones?! I couldn’t even finish the login process as it won’t shrink or fit on the screen. I had to delete the app instead.

If you are an Apple user (yes you are) don’t use thaïs app you can use iMovie or clips for free They are better They are free They are apps made by Apple You don’t need to log in If you are a mac user like me use iMovie beacause to have this app in your Mac you need to download chrome just for this. Ok this app us ok for chrome user or pc user but not Apple user like me that use safari

Worst Video App Do Not Download. This app should not be on the App Store. It is very buggy and slow. I spent 5 hours working on a video when the app crashed when I tried to export the video. After I restarted the app all my hard work was gone. Highly Do Not recommend what so ever :(

Music problems, app crashes, problems during exports,. Has too many problems when it comes to editing videos and using audio, bought the membership to use the paid audios, I can’t even use it sometimes it gives errors on the music tracks and tells me to replace the music cause suddenly the audio file isn’t available… completely useless and set me back for my projects and wasted my time many times.

It was ok.... I enjoyed this app on pc, so I figured it would be great on phone too. I was in the middle of editing something and the whole app crashed trying to create a transition. Wiping all my progress down the drain. Works great when it does

New update. I absolutely HATE the new update. I loved it before. I use it to put captions on tiktok and it was great because it stayed where you were editing text, let you type, then picked up where you stopped. The new update changed so for some stupid reason it RESTARTS every time. It’s so infuriating. I don’t know why anyone would like this better. Please change it back

Better alternatives/this version sucks.. No reason to use this version of clipchamp. You only get 5% of what makes clipchamp well. Good. Aka: literally everything from the web version Try literally anything other than this.

Crashes. I downloaded this app and it crashed every time you go to do anything in it. I deleted it.

I don’t get it. Why is Microsoft stifling their own innovation?. I swear…I’m trying with you guys and your mobile app. It was garbage at first…it’s a lot better but it’s still not good. Not by a long shot. Why didn’t you guys just clone your desktop/webapp? Why are you limiting an already limited app even more? Why do I have import a clip in order to create a new video from scratch? It’s to the point where you can’t even delete the clip because the app won’t work without one. Maybe I want a blank slate to start editing my video. Why does the app render speech to text in such a low audio quality? I will admit, once I saw the app was updated and featured text-to-speech, that’s when I got excited to use it again. It’s one of the features I use the most of your main app. You guys are using the same great voices from the desktop app but the audio quality takes a nose dive. Now I have to edit the audio in an outside application…that’s just unacceptable. Why didn’t you guys just clone your desktop app? Y’all are losing to Canva, CapCut, PowerDirector, and other mobile video editing apps but ClipChamp could be King! I was finally going to go premium so I could sync my projects between my phone, desktop, and webapp if the mobile version turned out the same as the desktop but, alas, it’s still just a marginal shell of the webapp. Now I am going to wait until you guys clone the webapp. The iPhone is capable. You guys are playing around. Take this version back, and make a clone of the desktop version that fits well on the iPhone/iPad screen. That’s all you gotta do. Watch how fast your ratings go up to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when y’all do that! Now, I know this isn’t the platform for this complaint, but why in the world haven’t you made a ClipChamp app for Xbox?? There are no really good editing apps on the Series S/X for my clips and images. ClipChamp could be King but Microsoft is treating it like a peasant. I have to use the webapp through the Edge browser which isn’t much to shout about seeing as the browser constantly refreshes tabs. Still…I can use it there. Ugh…so let down I am by Microsoft ClipChamp on different platforms. 😔

Didn’t even begin…. I can assure you that this app absolutely unusable, the website is FAR better and works great. I got this app thinking it would work just as good, but nope, the moment I put in my file in to edit my hard work it had fricking heart attack and crashed, and I’m using an iPhone 12. Does NOT work. Crashes if your video is over three mins. Mobile or computer. If you pay for an account it only works on the device you paid for it on. If you edit your video too much it will crash. Worst program I’ve used yet. Not sure why they even have customer support. Super rude and just give you scrip responses. Not helpful

Captions cut off. This only seems to work in 4:5 format. Otherwise your captions will be cut off and missing. It’s pretty accurate transcript but useless since it’s missing parts due to formatting.

Needs work. I have been using the free version for a very long time and I loved it. But now, when you try to download a video it says “made with clip champ” every two seconds. This is very frustrating and needs to be removed

My case. I love the app but wish you could move the captions to different areas of the screen, give them different font styles and colors. Lastly, the recorded video tends to be very dark no matter the lighting used.

Not that many features. It is a great app and great for beginners it is very easy to use. But it lacks a lot of features that I’m looking for. Also this is a free app so in, conclusion it is a good app for beginners.

The opening screen does not appear to be Clipchamp at all. What’s going on here. I cannot get past the opening screen that does not even appear to be an application at all. Is there any quality assurance at all?

How do you work this app?. Hey ClipChamp, quick question… how do you get the text to speech? Do you have to sign in for an acc to get it? Bc I don’t have an acc, please tell me how, thank you guys!

I can’t find how to allow camera on settings. I can’t upload vids on to it because it won’t let me. Pls just somebody help lol.

Can’t zoom in-and-out. The whole point is to make videos “active” but you can’t do that with this app it won’t zoom in or out during recording. Thanks for adding 3 minute option but useless till zoom is added

No captions.. The caption feature doesn’t work. It says it’s generating captions, and then it just exits the tool. It should be easy since I used text to speech; just turn that text into captions. It just doesn’t work.

Not the desktop version. If you first used desktop and thought you would try the app then don’t expect it. No music, speed changes or transitions.

Clipchamp is a joke. The upload times are ridiculous. Been uploading a 30 minute video for about 5 hours now. Microsoft fails again. Hear the program was great until a recent update and now it is almost useless unless you want to spend all your time uploading videos

Can’t access desktop videos. So I login but cannot see the videos I made on the desktop app? I guess I don’t entirely understand what I’d use this for. Waste of an app.

Decent on desktop, terrible on iPad. App works well on desktop, love that it’s free, but terrible on iPad. Also limited features and I still have to get used to navigating it. Overall it’s a nice app, but layout not so great (on iPad)

Kept crashing. Auto captions made it crash and I downloaded this for auto captions. So I’ll try to use this on pc instead.

Terrible. So terrible, compared to what you can actually do in Clipchamp this is a disgrace to Microsoft but I believe that Apple has something to do with this. Absolutely terrible.

the desktop version is way better. the app is okay, but it's limited to a lot compared to the desktop website. i really enjoy clipchamp, so i was excited to find out there was an app, but it's not as developed, i guess you could say. there should be more ways of moving the captions' positions, and there should, most of all, be an option to add your own captions at chosen times in the video.

No. i hate this so much. it has terrible quality and always glitching. also they said there was greenscreen editing but that was a lie this app was a waste dont get it

Horrible. The only reason i downloaded this was for a green screen edit, which i couldn’t do. I found a lot of other apps that have the green screen feature, and 4 times more edit options than this app. Don’t use this app for editing!

Terrible. Lagged in every way and crashed a lot. Amazing on Computer but terrible on mobile

Basically does nothing…. Basically does nothing, especially when you compare it to the desktop version of clipchamp. ClipChamp mobile is pretty much just a selfie video camera with some editing tools for TikTok videos.

Crashing. It was working just fine when editing but every time I try to download the video it just crashes

No Auto captions. Where is auto captions? In the website you can add auto captions but in the app it doesn’t. When you go to web with iphone it says install the app !!

Horrible. The tools are confusing and hard to use and the amount of options is miniscule

Keeps Crashing. Everyday I have to uninstall and reinstall. Stops loading camera roll everyday. App has good features If only it didn’t keep crashing and loosing all my progress so far.

Terrible. Been charged for the past 3 months (for service I wasn’t using) but when I went to “cancel” my subscription, it doesn’t even show me having one. And somehow, they were able to charge me twice in a month. Don’t understand why they make canceling so difficult unless they’re just greedy.

Waste of time. The pc version works just fine and I recommend it but the they throuw all of it out of the window with this version it crashes when i put a 50 minute thing in there its not my fault my videos are long dont get this get the pc version and stay there

No music. I get out probably limited by apple, but might as well not even make a video editing app if it won’t let me as my own music to it.

Login disaster. I created my account with gmail and it works flawlessly on my desktop. I tried viewing some of the edited videos through the app but the only login available is with a Microsoft account. What? Why can’t I log in with the gmail associated with my account?

good but needs some stuff added. So I used this program on my computer to edit my friends videos and i liked it because it was easy to use. I got the mobile app to work on my ARG for a story. There’s a few features I loved in the PC version I wish they would add. 1. A way to crop just the audio or just the video out. 2. A way to insert images and transition them to make a video. 3. A way to use multiple audios/videos at once. Other than that, the app is pretty great. :)

2.0 update is a game changer!. CapCut and Canva, look out, the Clipchamp team are hunting big fish like a megalodon, and coming for the content creation crown!

Hi there. Needs more improvement with editing and more features just like the desktop version

Hot hot garbage. have you ever wanted to put trash beats over a prerecorded video? Captions? never heard of 'em. Any standard editing tools are buried underneath an incomparably trash overlay. Just a genuine waste of space

Cannot insert images. For whatever reason, I can only upload videos from the camera roll, not images.

Limited edits options. When creating a video from stills there is no way to change the order of the photos yielding illogical videos in some cases

Desperately needs improvement. I am trying to upload an eight second video to TikTok but like every other Microsoft app they have to make it so complicated I will loose my mind I hate it.

Complete Flop. 😆👎🏻👎🏻. This app is horrible. The interface is not designed for iPhones it’s huge! It doesn’t see all of your videos and photos. It’s a hot mess, The app needs to go back to the lab!
