Doesn’t work. The app is a mess, these must be a bunch of fake reviews. The reservation doesn’t load and like someone else mentioned it can delete your reservation without you doing anything . The reservation still exists but it’s just the app. You have to reinstall. More of a pain than just doing the traditional way. Oh, and I had to download the app because the website portal for my connected partner discount wasn’t working and would not go through when I pressed submit, had an error screen that didnt make sense. I tried calling but the customer service wasn’t helpful at all- and offered to reserve for me but then quoted me 30% more $$$ than what the website originally said (which didn’t work either so that’s when I had to download the app since the login I created didn’t work on the site) . I’m looking for UX Design work! if Enterprise needs an actual functioning design system across all products, I can do that and help fix this mess.
Prices up -Service down and no customer perks. I have rented from enterprise for a long time was always satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not been the same since January 2026. The prices have gone up noticeably and customer service has gone down When I called to make a reservation, I often get someone who sounds sarcastic and unwilling to put in any effort to help me get a good deal. They do have a loyalty or rewards program, but it takes so long to earn anything that it doesn’t feel meaningful the in person staff at Sparks, Nevada location are the reason I still rent from Enterprise they are always kind a tentative, considerate and generally helpful because of them and only because of them I continue to choose enterprise over other rental companies I hope the company listens to this feedback because the Sparks team deserves better support from the Corporate side. They are awesome!
Disappointed experience. I use enterprise for several years. On this July 4th I booked a car in the Santa Fe store online. And it sent me email and text saying successful. Later I received another email asking me to check in prior. Then I followed the instructions to check in and it sent a email to me saying check in successfully. But on July 5 when I almost arrived Santa Fe, they called me and said they didn’t have any cars, they will contact me if they have a car later or cancel my reservation if they don’t have on that day. Then, no body contact me anymore. Few days Later I found they didn’t give me a car but they charged me more than one thousand rewards points from my account. I thought they would return it to my account few days later, today is July 24th, I didn’t receive my points yet and from July 4th no one from enterprise contacted me any more. So this morning I called them they said they would return the points to my account. I asked them , so if I don’t call you, the points won’t get back for ever? They said you call I return it, if not it won’t get returned automatically? The whole communication they don’t say sorry or apologize and the agent is so inpatient. So bad experience.
Satisfaction guaranteed !!. I’ve always rented vehicles from many different vendors however for the last five years I’ve chosen to use enterprise for the fact that they have qualified representative and they make you feel at home . Most recently on the 2nd September I rented a compact suv to take my family to NC and had issue with the vehicles tire keep loosing air made a few calls to support but was disappointed with the out come. When I returned the vehicle I then began to communicate with the office where I got the rental from and spoke with the manager Mauricio Ortiz who was very helpful and when above and beyond my expectations to resolve my displeasure with the tire issues. My hat’s of to a company that wishes to make it right . To all involved thank you ..
Phone Agents Do Not Communicate w/ Onsite Office. I called several times attempting to notify the SLO airport office that our flight was delayed by 2 hours and asked for an extra 2 hours. Phone agent was polite and assured us that we would be an extra 3 hour FREE grace period. When we checked in the car we stupidly agreed to get the receipt emailed to us instead of immediately checking it for accuracy. The next day I realized I was charged for an entire extra day, even though we only kept the car 1.5 hours. The phone agent assured me there would be no additional charge - not even an hourly one, but the guy charged us an extra $55. I emailed the bill to customer service last week and no one has responded to me. This is the first disappointment I have ever received with Enterprise, that’s why I didn’t give a lower rating. I hope they rectify this issue.
HORRIFIC SERVICE! WHAT In the WORLD!. I was on hold for 16 mins before anyone picked up. I then spoke to rep about picking up my car to tow and bringing me another one. Tow company called me right after hanging up with rep and said he was coming to pick up car, but didn’t have one to bring to me which was a waste of my time and the Tow guys time. I’ve now been on hold again for 13 mins waiting for another rep to pick up. This is absolutely horrible service. To top it off the rental I was given had a bad tire and the the tire pressure light kept coming on. I took it to one location and he over filled tire to 40. I took it to a second location and they told me the pressure light comes on sometimes due to weather which didn’t sound right, but I went along with it since she is supposed to be the Enterprise expert. This has been a terrible experience. I am now at 20 mins on hold without anyone anyone answering. This is absolutely horrific.. Now I’m back on hold for additional 40 mins and still counting and for some reason I don’t think my rental is being sent to my location like the associate told me 3 hours ago.. I’m calling to follow up, but I’m still on hold.. The service is so bad that it seems as though you’re going out of business..
Always Helpful. I used Enterprise when I moved because I needed a larger vehicle. My move was delayed and I had to change my reservation several times, keeping the vehicle longer than the original reservation. Every time I had to extend the reservation they were very professional and helpful. In addition to that the vehicle was amazing. I was asked if I would like an upgrade and I said yes. It was a complimentary upgrade and my 800 mile drive was so comfortable. The SUV was spotless and it did not have that odd “ just cleaned” smell. It was like a brand new vehicle. I have an issue with multiple chemical sensitivity. ( everything). I have had to change rental cars at other agencies several times because of that odd small. Thank you to Enterprise for helping me through a tough move. Nicest people ever starting with the Trolley Road agent in Summerville, SC and ending with the Avon, Ohio agent. I’ll be renting from Enterprise for my Christmas trip 2024.
Enterprise App appraisal is great!. Since I started using the Enterprise Rental Car app in Dublin Georgia a couple years ago having to travel out of town sometimes twice a month to traveling to Montgomery Alabama to take care of my 93 year old mother with dementia and using Enterprise of Montgomery, I have always gotten professional treatment from the employees and for the most part they have always been very helpful to me in many ways. Also having the benefits that having the app provides has been a great help to save money as well as making me feel that no matter the reason for having to rent a car, I’m covered by the best car rental company available in the nation. Great customer service. I’ve rented from the N Military Hwy location in Norfolk several times. I always receive outstanding service. Chris Kent has been especially helpful. He’s helped me select the best vehicle to transport my husband out of town for surgery. Even getting in the passenger seat to test out the leg room available. He programmed the GPS for me and explained the various features. He really went above and beyond what I expected. Dustin and ShaQuan are friendly and helpful as well. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers and be sure that you are comfortable with the vehicle's you rent from them. I always choose this location over others that are closer to me because of the courteous way in which I’m treated.
Great place for a rental. Everytime we make a reservation all people who has helped us have been very nice,Kind,Respectful and helpful the App is so Easy to make or edit reservations makes a big difference plus the prices are reasonable I would recommend them to anyone, the only down fall I seen is that if you have debit card you can’t rent a SUV you have to have a credit card which doesn’t make any since to me when you could have much more on a bank debit card then a credit Card that is one thing I definitely would ask to be changed because if you get your money then I don’t see how it matters how they receive it.
Scratching my Head and wondering what ineptitude I will face next!. I have come to the conclusion that the company has decided to have poor customer service and then ignore the reviews. Why worry when you are the only rental company around in a town with no airport! They really can’t fail at this point, so why care! I have been dealing with the insurance company who has stated that they do not know the rates of the rental company. My insurance covers 80 percent of a rental. Since The insurance company can’t tell me the rates, I follow the instructions and call Enterprise. I speak to a local representative that forwards me to what I believe is a call center. I don’t believe that English is the first language for this young lady, as I have an extremely hard time trying to understand many of the words that she is saying, and I am consistently having to ask her to repeat herself. We finally are able to get the reservation scheduled, but she is now unable to tell me what my rate is or what vehicle I will be getting. Her statement to me is that she doesn’t know the rates and that I am going to have to call the insurance company.
Worst Complaint Resolution. The initial booking process and the quality of the car were amazing, but that positive experience was completely overshadowed by the disastrous handling of the rental closure. Despite being assured that I would receive a receipt upon return, I heard nothing until I was forced to call your customer service after 3 days. It is sad that I had to chase down something so basic as a contract closure. When I finally received the receipt, it was shockingly inaccurate. I was billed for three days of rental when I had only used the car for one day. Immediately, I contacted customer service again to correct the final receipt. I was promised a swift resolution and an updated receipt. I was also assured that I would receive a follow-up call, which never came. I made it clear to the representative that this incorrect charge would max out my credit limit and potentially damage my credit score—something that should have prompted immediate action. Instead, I was ignored. As a result, my credit score has dropped due to this overcharge. This is something I worked hard to maintain, and now it's been tarnished by your company’s mistake. The stress of dealing with this has been overwhelming, and I’m left questioning how a company like Enterprise, which I thought was reputable, could allow such a failure in service to happen. I don’t know whether I should consider this a human error, internal incompetence, poor interdepartmental coordination, or toothless customer service—or perhaps a subtle message to never choose Enterprise again. (The issue remains unresolved to date. Rental drop off date. Aug 10, 2024)
Policy contradiction. I made a reservation at the Mt. Vernon/Alexandria, VA location for a standard SUV. Before I arrived, I made sure that my insurance would transfer to the rental and read their debit card policy. I am licensed in the state of Virginia and live roughly 100 miles from the Mt. Vernon location. The clerk, who was pleasant, told me that because I live more than 50 miles away, I can only use a credit card. I informed her that in the policy it states that you have to live within 50 miles OR be licensed in the same state the branch is located. She told me that her branch was just audited and was told that you have to live within 50 miles. I am not understanding why they are only upholding one part of the policy. It totally messed up my plans and wasted gas. I don’t know if I want to do business with Enterprise any longer. What a shame, I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I believe the district manger’s name is Q - you need to do better with the conflicting policy.
Enterprise is the Greatest. I’ve had a relationship with them for a long while , and I’ve used their services in a few states . They have been wonderful to me. They are pleasant , and accommodating ,they’re always seeking to make sure I’m satisfied . The vehicles are clean and sanitize and just to make sure I’m safe , most times there’s a sanitation wipe in the car, so if I have any doubt about the effort to keep me safe , I can touch it up myself before driving off. The rates are great and they keep up with my upgrade and opportunities to get better deals all the time. Every time I see or hear of car rental ,I look for Enterprise , it’s the best Rental service out there . Just want to say Thank you to a great group of people over on Atlantic and Bowlan , Eric , Keenan and all the other wonderful people at the Branch .
Lost and found. I rented a car for travel and left my $50 dress coat hanging over the seat. As I sat in the airline,I realize that I was missing my jacket.I called back immediately with my rental number and was given the runaround of what department I needed to talk to. Once I spoke with a representative he informed me that they would check the car for my coat. To my surprise my coat did not make it to the lost and found. I was not offered a discount, a refund, nor was I informed that they checked the camera of where my car would’ve been setting to see that my coat should have been removed by their representative which would’ve been proof that my coat was in the car. If my coat was not removed from the car, that meant they did not clean it well and the next people drove off with my coat. I was so disappointed with the process of lost and found! Unfortunately there was not something in place to figure out where my coat was at right away. I mean really, how many people would called back about the same thing about four times speaking to multiple people if they really did not lose a nice jacket !
Westerly RI location. Good evening and happy Thanksgiving. I wanted to make sure I sent a note to corporate to recognize Michela at the Westerly Rhode Island location. I rent cars from you almost weekly and she has been phenomenal going out of her way to meet my demands to make sure I get out the door as quick as possible with my busy schedule.. I don’t always see the customer service texts on time to give Michela her review she’s a five star employee and a true asset to enterprise. If you can, please let her know I reached out as I miss some of your customer service texts in the past. Do you even universe giving I want to make sure I sent a note to Corbett to recognize my location I rent cars from you almost almost weekly and she has been phenomenal going out of your way to meet my demands to make sure I get out the door as quick as possible with my busy schedule. bad experience in the end. Almost everything was fine with them until the day of delivery of the vehicle I suffered a bitter drink, when I went directly to the agency I decided instead of leaving the key at night as authorized by the manager, I delivered it on time during the day and more I asked to be checked before leaving, we went and one of the employees took his work tablet, when he gave him the key and he checks it, it turns out that he sees the entire car scratched on the passenger side, I told him that it was given to me that way , he consulted the damage map of his tablet and he told me that this damage was not registered so I would file a claim it was a 2020 merger with low mileage, I insisted that the vehicle had been delivered to me like this and I remembered that for pure By chance when I received the car, who knows for what reason I decided to get off and record a video of the car around with my phone, I told him about it and he told me to show him the video or else he would initiate the claim on my behalf, I in principle I couldn't find the video I came to think that I had recorded it with my handheld dji camera so I asked him if he would give me the opportunity to bring it the next day, which he denied and that if I did not prove my innocence at that time I would initiate the claim, since with much stress I looked for the video by the date and time it was delivered to me and I found it, I showed it to him and he only said thank you and that my refund would be deposited within 24 to 48 hours, no apology at all, I really felt very bad, my reputation , My word was worth nothing at that time, I was prejudiced against something that I was not guilty of and I was about to pay for that if I had not made that video, I advise each person who is going to rent a car to take photos and video in detail before leaving the premises to prevent them from trying to do what they wanted with me perhaps a purely monetary purpose, it was a disappointing personal experience
My Second Car!. The Bluffton location has always given me great customer service. Taylor, the manager is always very accommodating and very friendly and tries her best to make my reservation run very smoothly and fast. If my car is not available she’ll put me in one that I’ll like. I prefer to rent luxury cars/SUV’s instead of putting miles on my car. Sirius is a must! Nick is the absolute best! He goes over the entire auto I’m renting to make sure I know how to operate everything. It’s important to understand your car so you’ll be able to use cruise control, lights, windshield, wipers etc. on a 9 hour trip! He makes renting a car from this Enterprise location a great experience. Being an Enterprise member and renting online guarantees the best rates , car availability and customer service. Currency exchange rates can really screw you over!. Generally, I really like this app. It’s straightforward and easy to use, and you can quickly make reservations, alter existing ones, etc. But I noticed when I used the website on my laptop that several prices I received for different price quotes of my upcoming trip seemed far less than what I was given on the mobile application. So I made a reservation on my phone using the app, and I was quoted $557 for a two week rental in an economy car. When I went to the website and made the *exact reservation*, I was able to get a standard car for $470! I live overseas and can’t get the app to change my currency from the British pound sterling (also, I live in Ghana so the GBP is irrelevant anyway) to US dollars, so perhaps something got messed up in the exchange rate conversion to USD. But a difference of nearly $100 is ridiculous! There has to be an error. I’m glad I went to the website to straighten things out. So two big issues for me: changing my preferred currency on the app is seemingly impossible (even when using a VPN connected to a US server - AND the desktop website has my profile currency as a USD, but not the app!) and the rates vary between the website and the app. Not a fan.
Terrible App. This app is not working for me at a time when we are planning a 2-week vacation to another city. Every time I try to log in, it gives me this error “invalid locale,” and when I retry, it gives me another error. This time it says,” sorry, we are having some network trouble.” It keeps giving me this error, and I'm not able login on to my iPhone 13 Pro Max and book my car for this vacation. This has been going on for God knows how long now, and it has been very frustrating, to say the least. I am shocked at the incompetence of the developers of such a big company in fixing a bug like this. How come other smaller car rentals such as Budget will have excellent working apps, and a big company like Enterprise can not? It will be a shame if your developers can fix this for another week.
East orange Branch. I would love a SUV if In case it snows ❤️🙏 Customer service at East orange branch The Manager, Assist Manager, and MTs and service attendants at this Branch are treating me really great!! If there is a issue they take good care of me.🙏🙌 The only issue had was not having my deposit of the rental not going back on the card in time to for my next rental for the next week. When I called my credit card they say the money should go back on my card . They said it has something to do with the Merchant or the accounting 🧾 department that handles releasing the payments . It should only take 3-4 days . There is issue ℹ regarding The Merchant having the payment going back on my card in time. I would love to use a credit card for the deposit and debt card for cost of my rental, so 2 cards 💳 💳 I use to do that before and there were no issues. Maplewood branch / West orange branches other branches if out of state. Can they bring back weekends special🌟 that would be great 👍 Friday to Monday. Otherwise so far everything good 👍😊 I appreciate Enterprise I have been renting since 2014 . Every weekend, and in other states as well. Pleasant experience. Wanted to come here and say that after I had a little bit of a concern upon my rental return and no one at enterprise telling me the hours of return and what to do when returning my vehicle at these times when the counter at enterprise isn’t open I received a call from Ben the manager of the enterprise location at Detroit Metro Airport. Not only did he apologize but gave me a free upgrade to my next rental and who would of known it would be a week later when I was returning for my father funeral? Thank you for stepping up when there were multiple reasons I was having trouble with my rental return and almost missed my flight but they go above and beyond to let you know how much they care about the customer service they give in all aspects. Shout out to PJ there who took me to the vehicle. He put my luggage in my vehicle and started the vehicle and make sure everything was good before he handed me the keys. He was so nice and little do they know your reason for the trip and how your feeling but he went above and beyond so I wanted to say that if your going to rent a vehicle please try enterprise. They don’t disappoint.
App is no longer the best way to reserve a car. Update: I finally started making calls. I learned that NONE of the reservations accepted by the app are being honored. Everything that comes in is being canceled by phone. The offices are booked solid for a week and the earliest I can get a car is next Tuesday. The independent offices are trying to get app reservations disabled but enterprise continues to allow them. After spending an hour on a wild goose chase for a car, I tried to cancel my reservation… but the app wouldn’t allow it and now all the offices are closed and won’t take my call. Original I used the app to reserve a car, as I have for years (10?). Today I learned that a confirmation from the app reservation is no longer valid unless I get a voice confirmation from the location as well. I had an email confirmation and reservation number from enterprise for a car today at 12:00. At 8:30 AM, I got a voicemail saying there were no cars available for me to rent but if any came in, they would let me know. At 11:30 I called. Still no cars. Here’s the bad part. If I want a car, I need to call around to all local Enterprise locations myself and find one that has a car. The app reservations are not real or accurate. I called the main office, they looked up my reservation and said “you have a car reserved for noon today, how can I help you”. I explained I was told that reservation isn’t valid because it was not verbally confirmed and they have no cars. He didn’t contradict me or say that isn’t true or the correct process. Home office also does not know if there are any available cars in the area. They sent an email to the offices asking someone to call me if there is a car available. Still waiting, no call. My trip is screwed. Totally cannot count on Enterprise anymore. 2 stars because people were polite. Not their fault Enterprise cannot track their own product inventory. A car rental agency that cannot tell if there are cars available to rent. Basically, the app is pointless.
Just short of perfect. I enjoy renting from this company. However, I seem to have the same problem from every location I rent from. What’s that problem you ask? Dirty windows inside and out and on occasion, no windshield wiper fluid. I’m told they clean their vehicles for maximum safety. But I always find myself cleaning the windows and mirrors a lot. That may not seem like much to some but safety is very important to me. Now I’m told that the local offices don’t fill their vehicles up anymore! What? Only the airport location fills up. I’ll be honest with you. I think that’s a horrible move. But I digress. The employees are always manerable and accommodating for the most part. I will continue to use them until I can’t anymore. So I’ll give them a grade of B.
Enterprise in West Seneca NY. The gentleman that work at this enterprise, Phil, Christian and Nick are the greatest employees at enterprise. They are always courteous and always go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. With every reservation (and I use enterprise twice a week) I never have to call them to schedule a pick up. They have the two gentleman Bob and John that maintain the vehicles as far as cleaning them, arriving at my house 15 minutes prior to my reservation time to give me a lift to their office to pick up my reserved car (which I would like to add that they are also great employees that work there.) I’ve been using enterprise for well over 4 years now and this is by far the best enterprise that I have used. They are always 100% on their game and it’s a pleasure to have each and every one of them take care of my needs. I hope this review makes its way to the corporate office, and if it does- you guys have a great team on Orchard Park Rd in West Seneca NY!
Dickinson. I’m not sure the names of the two men that have been working every time I’ve rented at this cypress gardens blvd winter haven Enterprise but they are the reason I try only to rent from Enterprise every time. They are so pleasant and helpful and I leave that store in a great mood because they have such a positive energy that contagious. I tell all my friends to only rent from them and I will continue returning to that store because of them. Now if only I could remember the twos names exactly I will find out and write a new review after my next rental as I am sure they will be the two I see when I return to that store. Poor customer service. This enterprise location in Lutz Florida deserves zero stars. I have had several problems with this office, but never given them a bad review however, at this time I feel like I have no other choice. I had reserved a car and went there to pick up the car only to be informed they had no cars. No one tried to reach out to me to let me know that you had no cars available. I was scheduled to leave on a business trip and only to be told they had no cars. They sent me to their Zephyr Hills office and I had to drive there myself, my time, and my gas. They offered no compensation. No real apology was offered. That is inexcusable and poor customer service. I've called the Zephyrhills office multiple times to speak to an area manager, and I've yet to return a phone call as recent as Wednesday when I was told that somebody would call me back by the end of the day or by the end of the day the next business day still no return phone call. I sent Chrissy Taylor an email explaining my situation still no return or response to my email. What this illustrates is this company's lack of customer service and lack of caring for the customer so I will not rent from them. I've also shared this feedback with my company and asked them not to use Them because they do not care about their customers. This is why they have a three-star rating and will continue to go down.
Horrible company. I had a reservation for over 2 weeks for a very important trip. I showed 10 minutes before my pick up time and there was about 3 people ahead of me super angry. Payed no mind to it gave my license and worker said he will be right back. Comes out 15 minutes later and say we are waiting on cars. I said no problem. 30 minutes pass, 40 minutes pass now it’s 6pm and one of the workers comes out and says sorry we have no car for you. I asked why didn’t we figure something out because I have a important trip to go on and I got dropped off and he did absolutely nothing for me. They close the door on me and left me stranded. I ended up calling the nearest airport and had to take a Uber there which cost me $50. Had to get a vehicle that was almost tripled price. I called customer service and they said someone will get back to me. Proceeded with my trip. On the way back i called customer service again and same routine, someone will call you back blah blah blah. NOTHING. No call back at all. Had to drop the vehicle back at the airport and pay another $50 to get home. So now I had to pay triple for rental and add $100 total in uber fair to get home. And guess what,No call back ever. 2 attempts to try to talk to customer service to see if I can drop the vehicle off local and nothing. First time I rented a car from them and it look like it had paring violations stickers on it and they tryed to give me the car like that and I said to myself don’t judge now this happens and I can’t even get a simple call back to help the situation...... by far the worst company to get a rental from. What should of been $200 and change rental ended up costing me over $600. Days later and still no call back or email. Very sad that my local store was useless and so was customer service.
Used to be 5 star. I love this office so smooth every time and has great prices so I’m willing to rent Tesla or more exotic cars sadly my last rental had a hiccup and miscommunication due to cell number mixups and lost communication during the rental my debit card canceled due to possible fraud from the rental even though it was me renting the car with my account then enterprise showed up at my house stating they tried to contact me which I believe them but then they stated they were about to put a police report on me for not bringing the car back. Everytime I have rented with them I always end up keeping cars longer if they are fun to drive and I’ve always paid in full day I do bring it in also fully washed inside and out full tank. But this one time my bank closed on me without my knowledge enterprise tried to bully me and now I haven’t paid my bill I want to cause I need to rent a car but feel they won’t let me now due to this incident
Beyond irritating.. For literal weeks I have been on the phone for hours a day with customer service or waiting on emails because I cannot login to the app no matter what is recommended I do or how many times I try changing my password (but can’t even get past the submit button) or when the Support Team, who are able to change my password successfully, but when I go in to login with the new information, it still says unsuccessful. I can login on the website, but that does not help when you’re trying to redeem your points for a free rental because you have to do it on the app. For some reason Customer Service won’t make the reservation to use your points either. With my situation right now, it would be an incredible blessing to be able to utilize the points I have earned to redeem the free rental. Just like it would’ve helped the couple weeks ago I was trying to get it. I never had any issues before when I was paying out of pocket for the rentals, but as soon as I want and actually need a rental and tried to redeem with my points now the app doesn’t want to work and I keep having to do the same things over and over and over again and continue to have the same result of it not working because it keeps saying unsuccessful login.
Unhappy Customer. We have rented from Enterprise for 30 years. We have always had excellent experience. We always returned the car on time with never a scratch on it! We rented when my husband was on the school board. We rented when he was on the Carter County Commission. We rented on vacations and when we had to go out of town on emergencies. Last week we booked a reservation 4 weeks in advance to take my husband on vacation. He is on Hospice and this may be our last trip. I got a phone call ONE DAY BEFORE my scheduled pickup. The agent said I would have to pay a $350 deposit on the car!!! I had this trip planned with a wonderful stay in a very nice resort which was expensive but well worth it. I had planned this trip with my family and budgeted well for food rooms and gas. I had NOT planned on an extra $350 deposit on Friday afternoon when money was tight. They should have told me this when I reserved the car! This is extremely POOR BUSINESS!!! I don’t know who runs Enterprise now but they are NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! I will be going elsewhere from now on and I advise every one of my friends to remember this. Cynthia Chambers
I NEVER rent from any other than Enterprise.. I travel several times a year. When I do so, it is generally a destination where I seek to take advantage of an exotic car rental. My contention is that if you are wanting to ride in style, look no further than Enterprise. My rentals have been different Mercedes models, a Porsche and several Corvettes. Be certain to have your private insurance to be top tier with a small deductible. Also, a major credit card that will absorb several thousand immediately. Generally, 2k is a “hold”. Returned to your card when vehicle is brought back in the condition of which it left. Super friendly and extremely helpful from West Palm Beach, to Miami Beach, to San Diego. I can always count on them to help make my trips memorable. Enterprise has never done me wrong, and I am dedicated to their brand..for life as a result.
Horrible. I had a miserable experience with the enterprise in Sanford / Orlando airport they literally tried to say I put a dent in the car I had gotten insurance through them and always have in case something like this happened!! It was barely visible and I was in a town home the spots were so small I know someone hit me while pulling in or out of the space beside me on the passenger side and they tried to say it was my fault anyway and that he was going to get ahold of his supervisors to note the damage and this guy was just a complete punk kid I told him “I’ve been driving longer than you have been alive” and I’m 100% covered my fault or not when I get insurance through enterprise but the customer service was horrible I was so upset I left a $300 pair of sunglasses in the pop down holder and my wife left her rosary (which was given to her by her great grandmother and can not ever be replaced!) I have never had issues with any other establishment but ORL/SANFORD AIRPORT IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!
Last rental experience. Back in Dec 2018 I rented a car in Green Bay. My flight had arrived late, my battery in my phone was dead. I was give the key to my rental, the rental agent told me the wrong parking spot, so I wasted some time trying to locate my car. I found it but I didn’t realize that there was a button on the key fob that I had to push to expose the key. The key fob had a little silver knob on it, but I didn’t realize it was a button. I thought the car had a keyless start. I wasted about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to start the car. I finally went back to the airport to go to the rental desk. The airport was closed. There was no one anywhere. It was midnight in Dec, freezing, I didn’t have a phone, and the airport is in an isolated area. I started crying because I didn’t know what to do, but I knew I couldn’t just sit there and freeze to death. I started walking till I found a hotel. Their lobby was closed, but there was a buzzer. Luckily the hotel agent let me in even though I wasn’t a customer. She didn’t have a phone I could use but she googled the car and was able to figure out the key fob. I walked back to the car and was able to start it and head out on my hour drive to Northern Wisconsin. I made it up to my destination at about 2:30am. I was not happy with Enterprise for putting me in such a precarious situation. Make sure people know how to operate the new key fobs since there are many types, and make sure people know the airport closes if that’s the case. Kim Hall
Left high and dry without a vehicle. I’m very unhappy with enterprise. Our flight was canceled on two separate occasions and our third flight had us landing in Philadelphia rather than Allentown (about an hour away). I tried to rent a car for the Philadelphia airport to get us back to our car an hour way at the other air port and turns out they don’t have a single car that can be returned at a different location. Ive never heard of a rental car company that doesn’t let you return a car an hour away in the same state. Keep in mind they have plenty of cars for rent but they just can’t go anywhere outside the area. This was the first time I tried to use enterprise after the pandemic and it’s clear the company is a shell of its former self. The app did not clearly indicate that rentals were only one way and we could have made arrangements if things were organized well and the company was managed appropriately. Stay far away from this unreliable company.
Customer service. I am writing not to make a review on the app really but I want to make a review on the customer service in the locations I use. I have rented over 10 cars this year from you and I have tried to gain information by calling the sales person at the locations . All they do is direct me to online or the app. I really needed help in trying to figure out and upgrade and redeem my points and it was dis heartening to try and give business to a company and be practically turned away because no one can help me only the app or online can . I’m in retail and I’m not sure how many clients we would get back if we asked them to refer to our website or Instagram page . Just making a comment ! Outstanding customer service. I can not say enough about the outstanding customer service that has been provided by Enterprise Car rental. From their Chapman Rd location to their Fort Oglethorpe location. Service has been Superior! Wet have been using Enterprise since December 2019 on a monthly basis. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Enterprise never missed a beat!! We will stick by Enterprise just as they have stuck by us. Accommodating our personal needs even through our economic downturn. If there was something they could do; within reason of course it was as if we never had to ask- they just took care of it. I never say I love a service provider, but to everyone who we have worked with at both locations- you have no idea how much we appreciate and absolutely LOVE the way you treat your customers! You guys ROCK OUT everyday in my book!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a truly outstanding company, but most of all, thank you for being. . . Well. You!!
Dependable. I have always used Enterprise and have never been disappointed with the car or the service at the locations I pick up and drop off at. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they are pricier than a lot of other agencies but they are the only one available in my area so I pay for the convenience. The issue I have is the promos. There are so many restrictions it’s ridiculous. I have booked 3 different times all different dates, time and location. Not a single one is eligible for 10% the off a 3+ day rental. It is literally $26 dollars max that I would save on a rental but they seem so stingy to put that many restrictions on it. It makes me curious if anyone has actually been able to use it. Other agencies seem more giving when they come to their promos.
Enterprise plus. When you’re using the app, it keeps your name and some information stored. It should let you know how many points you could have if you use Enterprise plus! And why do I have to sign up for Enterprise plus, when my information is already stored in the app? it just seems stupid, there’s a grocery store called Kroger‘s but I just started using, and instead of giving you the sale price, you have to clip coupons in the app, that you’re using at checkout. if I’m using your app, or your store card, I should get the lowest price and whatever benefits without having to jump through hoops. You can see him already committed, because I only make reservations with the app.

I’ve been renting from Enterprise fir about 10-12 years now with Hmmnd In being my first love for the very same reasons #Lexxy gives great customer service then onto Indianapolis Blvd#Teddy is a fave there now South Holland is a more recent fave for a year now #Chris (Mngr) whom I heard has gotta Promo CONGRSTS!!! My fry#Mike & the two ladies were awesome as well. I just recently met #Malik at the #SouthHolland Location whom fell right in line with the others there. Giving myself & my brother Excellent customer service as the others U GUYS ROCKS!!!! I rent quite often From Enterprise while I just recently relocated however, whenever I’m in town visiting my children & family I look forward to their great hospitality & warm hearted customer Service 👍🏻🥰
What a mess. So I have been a valuable customer at my enterprise in Newport this has absolutely nothing to do with then but the phone number connected to this app needs better training I called to extend my rental and the lady said we was all good that I would get a confirmation email shortly with my new details well no I didn’t because the payment didn’t fully process and now the app is sending me messages about pretty much reporting it stolen even though you have records that I had called and was under the impression it was all good to keep this was entirely the lady I talked with fault and so I contacted my local office yesterday they said they couldn’t run my card till this morning but it was okay to keep the car still so now I’m getting messages from there corporate office making more threats I’m so mad this is absolutely unbelievable and they need to be saying something to the lady who told me all was good instead of threatening me before you start pointing fingers making accusations why not listen to my call you clearly said was being recorded so I’m mad I will be reporting all the people who was involved and don’t deserve this I have to much going on as is
Terrible Customer Experience. Although the app works well for making a reservation - it has no way of knowing if it actually has cars available, which makes it useless to reserve a car. I reserved a car, the local office called me 10 mins before I was scheduled to pick it up to tell me they wouldn’t have a car again for 4 days. On my call, the representative verified that the online reservation tool (and app) has no idea of availability at their local store. That’s ridiculous. I don’t know why Enterprise would even want a customer to have an experience like this - but for sure Apple shouldn’t want their App Store peddling this kind of bad business.
ERAC great! ... App? Mixed bag.. I have always had a good experience renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Sometime I could say it was an excellent experience. I’ve occasionally rented elsewhere, but usually regret it; either the car isn’t maintained well or the service is wanting. With Enterprise I know I’ll get what I asked for, or sometimes something better. If there is a problem, they are quick to find a solution. ... which is why I’m confused by the app. I wanted to extend my current rental, but the app says I need to contact the local branch where I rented from. When I click “call” it dials the toll free number where my option choice of “extend current rental” gives me the same pointless instruction to “call the location where I rented from.” I had to look elsewhere for the number, the app had it, and click on it. If the app knows where I rented from and has the number, why didn’t it offer that to me when I clicked the option to extend my rental? Small glitch, but one that would have saved me 5 minutes wasted on the toll free line.
The company that picks you up?. Why can’t you request pickup when you’re making your reservation on the app or online?! If I make a reservation on the phone I can request a pickup, but even then I’m usually reserving a vehicle not available so they usually call me to refer to another location and not because they’ll be late to pick me up. So I’m still having to call to wait on a pick up or search for an available rental. Since you can make reservations still when they have no vehicles available apparently. Every time I have to call before my reservation and try to get in touch with someone at the office to get put on the pick up list. And most of the time I don’t get picked up until after my reservation time, which is a bit irritating. I rent from enterprise all the time and always need to be picked up. It’s inconvenient and annoying that I have to go out of my way to contact a human person that can help me set up, being picked up.
Shehde Abumayyaleh. I had bad experience with Enterprise specially in Düsseldorf airport. First time I rented a car they changed it twice, they gave me KIA first then they change it to ford then the ford needed maintenance then they change it to other ford, and I made it clear to them that I’m not going to take KIA again.. Second time I had very good experience with the people in Frankfurt airport, no problem with the car at all and I explained what happened with me to the manager, she said that they are sorry and she gave me free upgrade for the next time.. Then in Düsseldorf airport again, they gave me KIA and the employee was very rude, when I told him about the upgrade and showed he that the manager wrote it on his business card he said go back to the manager and let him give you this upgrade, then he said sorry we don’t have cars, then I found out that they have a lot of cars, they said it’s all taken, so I had to take the KIA and change it after a few days..
Previous rental. The vehicle I was given smelled like smoke. Floor on driver side close to gas and brake pedal had a big hole in the carpet/rug. The lever to adjust seat height was broken, it just dangled in place. There were crumbs or paper debris on the console and where the gear shift is. The guy cleaning up tried to get me the car asap but it could of been cleaner inside except the smell! Made the appointment for 9 and left by 10. There were only 2 gentleman assisting customers and they clearly needed 2 more to help with the line and I overheard them say they don’t have enough cars. I’m thinking the location or they just don’t have the number of employees needed. I do a lot better at the West Orange location but this one in EO I can walk to in 10mins. Wish Enterprise could get awesome employees at this spot. They stay busy and I make sure never to be in a rush and always make a reservation. My Go To has always been Enterprise even on vacation in PR. Bought my second and third vehicle from your location in Clifton when they were open. Still have the 2012 Dodge Caravan.
Enterprise Stanton Location. Since February, I’ve rented a vehicle every Thursday, nothing major, just one day to run errands and the professionalism I’m greeted with every time, if I had to rate it from 1 - 10, i’de need a couple more numbers … like maybe a 13 ! The guys at this location are the best, Javier always goes above and beyond in accommodating, customer satisfaction is at the top of his list ! Honestly, I’ve gone to a lot of car rentals over the years and by far this location has been the best experience ever, all the guys here are the friendliest like you’ve known them for years. I’ll always come to Stanton Enterprise as long as this crew is here. Thank you Stanton for making it happen every week !
Fix Your App. It’s been more than two weeks now and you have not fixed this issue: When I logged in to my Enterprise Plus account and try to access/open my future rental reservations - I could not do so. It’s always telling me, “We’re sorry but it looks like either our services are temporarily offline or you are not connected to the internet. Please check your connection or try again later.” The word “temporary” is a misnomer here because it has been two weeks ago since this message first popped up! If I needed to modify or cancel my existing reservation I had to go to your website. So tell me what’s the use of the app?
Choosing your class. When choosing your class it is very deceiving. You have a big picture and disruption of the vehicle only to find out this is just an example of the class. When you look at class decryption it is no easily understood what the differences are. If I click the VW Jetta I kinda expect to get a Jetta (unless previous driver was late, or an unexpected thing happened) you need to be more clear on what the differences are in the classes and you need to make it more clear that it is a class you are choosing not a specific vehicle... also the “economy” class was more expensive... not sure how that works. FYI. If I could chose a specific vehicle I would pay much more.... say 20-30$ more to know exactly what I’m getting and to have the comfort of a familiar car or to know I’m getting a car I have been wanting to test drive... I’m not wanting to pick a vehicle only to find out what I clicked on (VW Jetta) was actually a Nissan... May be in the same “class”, but it is not the same. Yall are great. Your people in Athens al are great but I did not like it when that Nissan pulled up and that was the car I was given.
Weekend Riders. OK, let’s start from the top Stewart, which whom I was told is the manager at 8014 Forster Ave., Brooklyn, NY Never officially met him just seen him passing through the location But through the employees who work at the location You can see he’s doing a great job in managing we had different encounters with several employees first, let’s talk about Joseph who was extremely helpful knowledgeable well spoken and courteous he treated us as if we were royalty lol Alicia to my understanding trained Joseph I must say job well done Alicia and after interacting with her on a few occasions, I can see where Joseph received his skills She is awesome with a great spirit definite vibe connection seems as though everyone who walked in, knew her and greeted her with a pleasant good morning. Joaquim this gentleman was awesome taking care of us he’s upbeat well spoken you can tell he had our best interest at heart every time we had a pick up or return this gentleman was on point last, but not least Ashley. She would give us a walk-through with the rental to make sure everything was OK to our liking. She was so good at it. You would think she was selling the vehicle instead of renting it. Lol. Prices in USD. All works great except one major issue. Probably question for developers. I am from Canada and I signed with enterprise.ca with my Canadian DL and using the app in Canada. Despite that, prices are being shown in USD. Pls help to resolve. I am facing the issue only after the recent update.
My last experience with Enterprise. I had to write to express my delight with my last experience. Although all staff were extremely helpful, I dealt with Mr. Darren Bertrand and the service he provided me was exceptional - he went above and beyond in my opinion and I wouldn’t write this otherwise. I had not rented a car in a while, but needed one while mine was getting repairs… I thought it would be such an ordeal. I was mistaken; he provided me all the information I needed, was very kind and obviously very well-versed with the operations of Enterprise, other than just what his job title entails. This says a lot about a company when there is cross training involved and I only need to speak with one employee to become armed with all the information I need to feel comfortable. Bug pour la devise. Ça fait un ans qui j’ai soumis un problème technique sur la devise des locations et rien n’est réglé . Mes locations s’affichent en euro pourtant je suis bien au Canada ! J’ai parlé au Sevice à la clientèle qui m’ont transféré à l’équipe technique qui s’occupe des problème pour cette application . Ils m’ont confirmé qui oui il y avait un bug mais ce n’est toujours pas réparer après plus d’un ans !!! Une vrai joke !
Top notch service. Received a fully loaded car on my first booking and the customer service an excellent experience.
Using Enterprise. I really like the new process at check-in where the long-standing "damage walk around" has been replaced by a pre-pick up printout. The customer experience has also gone up a level, which is hard to do based on the prior level. Kudos on both counts!
Glitchy. App makes it difficult to select different countries using the first letter to navigate Other than that okay to use

Previous Rental. I booked my rental from the HydePark location in London and requested to pick up the car the day before , just before closing for an extra charge (i was told over the phone it would be a 15$ including taxes) but I would have had to wait until 5pm and not earlier. They didn’t give me the car not even 15 mis earlier. Despite waiting I was charged for an extra day. When called them back and reminded them of what happened they said they will fix the bill but so far they haven’t.

Prices showing different currency. This is the follow up to the Dev response as I'm unsure how to respond back. I've registered and used the app only in canada and never tried to bookin GB. Tried multiple re installs but this seems to be an app bug Latest update messed up the app. I signed up with a Canadian account and all prices were in CAD until now. Suddenly all prices are in GBP. No change in phone location

Great application and platform. The application is smooth and every process is fast of booking and finding available cars at nearby location. There are things which can be improved for better user experience like when a car is not available or for some reason user wants to search for another location, he has to follow same process(selecting dates and times) again instead app should allow only to change location and re-search. Another thing is modifying booking, it directs to a phone number instead it should allow to do over application and should give user a call in case of any issues. Rest is good, employees are supportive and nice.
Booked but not available. I booked a pickup in one city as my truck blew tranny I took a $60 uber to closest location with truck only to find out they didn’t have any available for a week
Profile Changed. Not sure why but I signed in and there was a new name and phone number in my client profile but my drivers license 🙁 Not sure how this could happen but corporate or the location can’t help. I can’t even rent a car until it is resolved.

Security deposit not returned back. I rented a vehicle from them and I didn’t have a credit card to put for the security deposit so i used debit card and it charged $150 for it so i followed all the terms and conditions and returned the vehicle on the day that i was supposed to bring back and didn’t get the refunds back they said that it will be send as a cheque through the mail and it has been over 2 months and no refunds.I accidentally fill the tank up to full because i filled the gas tank once for $20 before i drop it off and it wasn’t at the 3/4 mark so i topped it up another $20 and it went to the full. And the worker there said that i will get a refund of $15 but. I didn’t even receive anything. So just to inform everyone that if you rent a car you need a credit card so they will refund you back right away or else you won’t get your refund from the security deposit
I am a fan. I’ve been using the Burlington Ontario enterprise outlet a few times for short term rentals when we have been short of a vehicle or planning along the trip My truck is over mileage on the lease, so I have started renting for some longer mileage trips. It makes a lot of sense I find their booking app, the best of the Car Rental companies and the staff at the Burlington outlet are great Recommended

Company stole my belongings after I was in accident. I was in a car accident, the next day I had tried to grab my personal belongings out, they said they had to hear from head office about a month and a half later they finally get back to me saying there was nothing left in the rental. They didn’t take the pictures till 14 days after the accident ( which means anyone could of gone in and grabbed it at any given time) so you can imagine how frustrated I was. I then get a call later on this evening saying oh uh sorry we found your supplies the auctioneers have your belongings out in London (I’m from Hamilton) they said they have to do all this paper work just to send me my belongings. So do as you please, just know you were warned! Still waiting for my belongings!

Winter Tires. The fact that Enterprise in Canada charges $20/day for winter tires is absolutely abhorrent. Norway, Germany, Finland are a few of the countries that make winter tires safety equipment and thus Enterprise cannot charge extra. Imagine the law suit on your hands Enterprise if one of your clients gets in an accident in the winter and they didnt have winter tires on because of the cost. Any injuries, blood and damage would be on your hands! So disgusting to see a company profit off of safety equipment like this.

Best Rentacar joint around. Enterprise is is a four wheel drive company in a two wheel drive industry, always way better in service, selection & satisfaction. I rent about three months out of the year and they’ve always been the best even with pricing!!
Buggy after the recent Apr 6 update!. UI has changed completely and it is NOT near to the experience that we had with the older UI Notifications are annoying asking for permissions, every time a new update comes in; it removes the login information and saved favourite locations! Access to the profile is denied, upcoming reservations cannot be seen. Moreover, membership points now have a full stop instead of a comma 😕 Overall, with the recent Apr 6 update, I might not want to use Enterprise again as the app has turned into a technical bug house.

BEST PLACE RO RENT FROM PERIOD. The location on Washington Ave in Saint Louis MO is the thee best location hands down. Make sure you get the Enterprise App and make you make a profile and do your reservation because the people who tend to complain are the ones who walk in expecting “Karen” treatment and than to how it works. I always make reservations in the app so they know to have the car ready and if they do happen to run out of vehicles they will do everything in their power to find a location that can accommodate you. I have been going to this location since it was built. And I love it.
Customer service. I would like to start by saying all the staffers are a one are very courteous, professional, and concerning to customers Way to go Enterprise. There is one professional customer service representative by the name of Lacy. Lacy literally have literally seen me walk in before I even see her and say hi I will help you over here. Also because I have come in from a Trip are have family members come in to Denver and rent a vehicle. It makes it simple quick and easy to get in and out because everything is already set up so again 10 stars for Lacy and other representatives Way to go, Enterprise.
Most convenient and reliable service.. I’ve used several rental car companies in the past but found that Enterprise is by far the most convenient and most consistent high quality rental car service. I love how easy it is to adjust reservations as your plans might change and how everything just works as expected - even better than I’d expect consistently. Enterprise must have some kind of special business model that other rental car companies need to figure out!
Yukon Garth brooks rental place. Brady Bates, the area manager at the Enterprise Rent A Car on GARTHBROOKS boulevard in Yukon, Oklahoma, has been very awesome ! He goes above and beyond to help ALL customers! Personally , I have watched him and observed his excellent customer service under pressure: yet , calm , smiling , explicitly explaining enterprise rules on insurance, smoking etc ! All rental cars very clean ! Good crew at this location ! The young guy who washes the cars is amazing ! A hard worker! He has been there over 6 years plus ! Brady is an asset to the face of enterprise! Excellent customer skills and interpersonal relationships! He is so smart
I’m a difficult customer. I can admit I’m not an easy going person. But they were full lobby busy. I had a reservation and was washed out by other customers, regardless they still gave me the best deal. Weren’t frustrated even though they were visibly struggling and gave me an upgrade for waiting through their busy hour of helping people. 10/10. I’ll be going back because everywhere is crowded nowadays out here. But I know they’re going to help me properly so it’s worth the wait.
Best Place to rent a car. I like to rent different cars when I travel to experience something new. The team at enterprise Jason Blvd is always so helpful and they have even made recommendations on cars I might like. I have rented everything from luxury to economy. They have been clean, well maintained and fun to drive cars. Try the BMW convertible or the mustang convertible for fun!!!! When I travel with my family they always make sure I choose a car with enough room. I believe this is a location where they train management but if I am wrong it should be. Best customer service ever and the ap makes it so easy to choose what you want , make your reservation and you are out the door in no time.
Ozark Missouri. This rental store is hands down the best I have ever used in all my years of traveling! The staff is amazing! They are attentive, kind and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect! I have absolute trust and loyalty in them! I had a bad bad experience with the Clovis, NM branch once trying to scam me with a beat up car and thought I would never rent again! I have rented many many times in Ozark and am always treated like a trusted old friend! This is the only place I will get my cars which save miles traveling on my own new vehicles! Ozark and Springfield branches you rock!!!!
Dissatisfied customer. Not to thrilled with the way I was treated on my last visit. The overall customer service was crap. Even though my coverage pays for a rental I still had to come out of pocket over 300$. Then when I turned the vehicle back in they kept most of my money with the excuse that the warranty company wasn’t covering the full amount which I believe they double charged the vehicle by direct billing my warranty and me for the cost of the rental. Love It!. Enterprise always makes renting a car so easy. All those super cheap budget rental companies have left me frazzled after every rental experience. I’ve always regretted it. Since using Enterprise, I never want to go to another rental company again! I love how they pick me up from my house for free, and always in the vehicle I’ll be renting, so I get a preview of what to expect. The process is the easiest and fastest ever- and the price is always what they said it would be. Never a hidden charge. My #1 Location for vehicle rentals. This Plano location (near CarMax, Plano Pkwy.) is the Best location I have dealt with. I have been a customer for about 5 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! The staff is amazing and professional, especially Nik G. and Jessica C.! They know and remember me, and they always make me feel welcome and they take good care of me. It’s always a pleasure to do business with them and I always look forward to seeing them! I use them a lot with my travels, road trips, etc. Vehicles are always delivered to me clean, and in perfect condition. Preferred rental company,but recommending some ap improvements. First, I love Enterprise. Every other company I have used has resulted in some horrible, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. I would like to make a recommendation. If there isn’t inventory of a specifically selected vehicle at the selected shop, can it gray it out? I tried to rent a truck for moving purposes after hours yesterday, and got a call this morning informing me they didn’t have any. The agent was super professional and apologetic, and I was able to find one in a different town, but if I had known there wasn’t inventory I’d have made different arrangements. Otherwise, I have only ever had awesome experiences!
Enterprise App. I travel a lot. Very convenient app. App is lacking in the billing/past invoices abilities. Usually have to call to get a copy for expense reports. Needs improvements but overall ok. Sorry guys. I have to retract the statement above. I went this evening to pick up the confirmed reservation made earlier. But to my dismay there was no vehicle available for the reservation. I left that pickup location & called 800 service number. They rebooked reservation @ new enterprise location. When I got there there was once again no vehicle available. Called 800 number again waited on hold for a supervisor. She said I should call after the specific location after confirmation number was received from app. She says this can happen from time to time @ enterprise. This tells me the app is useless. App not connected to inventory. This app in very easy to use to make a rental reservation and sometimes it actually works... But don’t count on it. I have used the app about half dozen times total and in 3 instances it failed me. Twice my local dealer had No cars available at all when I was about to pick up, and once they simply did not have a vehicle in the class that I had reserved. One would think that their computer system would know the current vehicle inventory on any given day. Why would the app accept my reservation if they had no cars? It has been a huge inconvenience and extremely annoying!
One way rentals not possible. I’m extremely frustrated with the Enterprise app. Trying to book a one-way rental is practically impossible because the app does not properly support one-way searches. When searching by state, it does not select, show, or even list one-way options at all. There’s no clear way to filter for one-way rentals, and the results make it seem like the option doesn’t exist, even though it clearly should. For an app from a company this large, basic functionality like one-way rentals should be simple and reliable. Instead, it wastes time and forces users to look elsewhere or call customer service just to do something that should take seconds. Very disappointing experience.
Great Service and Vehicles. I know from experience that car renting can take a long time and can be a headache. But not here, when I go to Enterprise, I feel like everybody can answer all my questions. Their communication among colleagues and customers is always top-notch. Obviously with all proper documents and great communication, you as a customer will be able to get the car you reserved and leave almost immediately after arriving. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys for all that you do.
Great Experience. Enterprise provides a great experience during checkout and check in. Friendly, extremely quick, perfect. Only one bad experience with a checkin, out of like 50. The only reason the app doesn’t get 5 stars is although the app is quick and easy to use, it does not reflect the proper inventory for their franchise locations. When I have booked vehicles through the app even through it lets me book that vehicle type when I get to the location that vehicle type is unavailable. If the app just showed the up-to-date inventory I may have selected a different location to get the vehicle type I wanted. Other than that 1 item, Enterprise has been a great 5 star experience.

The system will not let you check in even if you have a booking, valid cc and driver’s license. I made a booking through the mobile app, the office could confirm it, but the system did not allow me to check in because I’m not a in-country person?! I have rented a vehicle so many times in America, but have never got this ridiculous issue before. As the employee recommend going to the airport branch, but the thing was that the management system is separated, which means I had to make a new booking as a walk-in customer with an insane price even though both branches belong to the same company. Called the service center to ask and help, but got a very formal answer which was not helpful at all. Will never use this company. Thanks for ruining my travel :)
Highly professional rental car service. I have used many rental car companies across US, but I have finally settled with Enterprise. They have a very precise and professional approach towards the service. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is transparent aided with online app making the whole experience hassle free. The check-in and check-out is super quick. I have found their vehicle clean and good condition. Enterprise usually give you multiple options in a given category. I am used to their Luxury segment and I have many good cars / SUVs to choose from. I would recommend Enterprise to one and all. Thanks Enterprise for making my travels safe and memorable.
Trouble changing locations on app. Online, it’s an easy and obvious EDIT selection for a different location. Because when you ask for an area of locations, the rates are populated (something to consider, exposing the lowest rate along with the e icon) you as a consumer wonder ‘what rate is the one down the street/across town…so it forced me to discard and start all over, or it only showed the last location again….plz fix or make it obvious with the check mark steps you can touch to edit, like it does online
App is good but needs improvement. I enjoy the app, it makes it easy to schedule rental vehicles. But, I would like to be able to see my rental details in real time. I can’t get details of my rental while the rental is active. Also, the receipts that are emailed upon drop off do not have the information I need. It does have the information I need on the app, mainly class charged for. However, I can only save the dates, location, and total charge to my photos. I would like to be able to save the entire receipt, with all the other details, in .pdf.
Vehicle and women safety discrimination. The Indian rep at the counter tells customer to pay extra deposit for Jeep Wranglers because they are not for regular renters… The system targets regular renters with credit issues and personal car ownership issues to deny them their privileges to drive a car of their choice. This is apparently true for customers who do not have children. This systemic discrimination against abortion-choice women and those without children is very un-American per the USA Constitution and Bill of Rights. The current political climate and their systems are deliberately targeting women without children with transportation safety threats. It appears they do not want women to drive their own vehicles for safety and the defend themselves from rapists and murderers!
App is great, but…. The Enterprise app itself works very well. I use it often to book reservations and appreciate that it is quick, easy, and functions without issue. However, what I do not appreciate is the Enterprise reservation system that doesn’t tell you when cars are not available, but still allows you to book a reservation. This has happened to me a couple of times before and it is incredibly frustrating. I now call ahead of each pickup to ensure my reservation still holds true and there is a car available for me. Enterprise, please fix this so people can book without worry.
Five star customer service. I’ve been exclusively with Enterprise for five years now. I use them for business, on average, three or four times a month. Needless to say, I have a lot of face time with their local employees. They all know my preferences and my name. Once, a couple of years ago I cheated on them with another rental agency. Their price was cheaper, but there were more hoops to jump through and the service wasn’t stellar. I went back to Enterprise and couldn’t be happier. I will pay more for better customer service and nicer vehicles with fewer miles.
Very bad Service and Useless app. Okei so This is the 3rd time I tried to rent cars here! I’m From Anchorage Alaska I tried to rent here because they are cheap prices but everytime I book a car here it says available on the app but when it’s time for pick up they don’t have it on their lot!! This is useless better off going to their branch in person so you can see but there you go there you don’t have much selection there is literally nothing much to choose from! Especially at 510 E International Arpt Road!! Shouldn’t Advertise or start a rental place if not enough options and every time always nothing available for something that you want or you need and in every location got different prices? And security deposit. I am sorry but I tried to work with this so called Enterprise Rent-A-Center but everytime nothing available.
Unsatisfied Customer. I have rented 3 times from Enterprise in the past 3 months. My 4th time up at the office, they tell me I can’t rent because I can’t prove my address is mine. The same address that they pick me up and drop me off at. The same address that was on a stack of mail (some of which was from the government itself) with my name on it. The same address that’s on my insurance and my license. I was able to rent 3 times before, and suddenly my address won’t verify??!?! My family will now be missing valuable time with my father in law, who was diagnosed with stage 2 stomach cancer this year, because I don’t have a way to get to him without this rental. I reached out to Enterprise Corporate the day of the issue, and have received no response- it has been 4 days now. Thanks, Enterprise for choosing the worst possible time to be rude and decide I’m not worthy of a rental.
Me. Nelson Romero. I have been renting cars from this location for the past year and I just have to say the staff here are the most friendly and courteous staff in all of Atlanta area. Their customer service is like a Chick-fil-A. Always smiling always willing to help always going beyond their needs I appreciate them so much and I will continue to only rent from the Stockbridge Georgia Atlanta area best service ever.. if I am rate them 100 stars I will. Please send them to other Atlanta market to retrain other staff .. lol.. guys please keep up the marvelous job you’re doing.
Taking advantage of veterans and families. I have never had an issue in all the years that I’ve used Enterprise until having to use them going through USAA after a pretty bad accident they have treated me so terribly and made this whole experience 100 times worse. I have been reaching out to enterprise on numerous occasions over the past month, trying to get in contact with an area supervisor and have made at least seven reports on being cussed at, hung up on, and multiple reservations canceled for days in a row continuously. Enterprise has always been wonderful all the years that I’ve used it up until this last time I will be making a complaint with my insurance company and might even be sharing my experience on TikTok would most people hear about my experience are absolutely horrified
Car broke down. Enterprise left me stranded when the car I rented broke down. They sent a tow truck to pick up the car but the operator refused to replace my rental, saying the location (just 20 minutes away) was closing in 2 hours. So I was left stranded with no car. It took another day and a call to their 1-800 number to get the rental agreement canceled. I was promised a few days free rental for my troubles but that never materialized either. A regional manager was supposed to call me but never did. I got no apology for anything. I had rented over 100 days in the last year. But I will go to another company now. I have one rental left when I return from my trip then I’m done. I’m beyond angry at this point!
Abysmal service from enterprise. This review is for Enterprise “Plus” in general. I am using this app because their website and phone help are more trouble than help - lack of features (but no warning that that’s the case) on certain web browsers; rude and accidental hang ups on customer service lines with no call back; information about points redemption withheld or unavailable until much much digging and calling and searching is done; and, to top it all off, the inability to change a reservation when points are used. So Enterprise, this is what you call Plus”?! If you really are rated number one for service, the other companies must be positively abusive, because you treat loyal members like this: typical inept corporate BS and run around and nothing but a “we’re sorry for your inconvenience” in return.
Enterprise 🤩#1 Fan!!. I’ve been with Enterprise Auto Rental since the early 90s. They’ve always been accommodating and professional my entire stay as a renter. There are no other companies that has been so devoted in making their customers feel safe and comfortable while driving their autos. It truly is a blessed to be with this company for so long and I’m still receiving the best service. As a previous Northern California resident for over 35 years and now a Southern California resident the service still is 100%. Thank you Enterprise 👍🏼 Tönja ~
Waikiki Enterprise Hilton Hawaiian Village. Get there early or you’ll be waiting in line for awhile. Staff was great and very knowledgeable. Car was clean and did wonderfully. Ended up with a car because the Jeeps were all hardtops. Returning it at night was another issue. Had no problem getting to the return point but had no instructions on what to do to get in the parking garage. A kind gentleman was behind me in another Enterprise rental and said he had the same problem a few days earlier. A simple step once you know it but at 900pm it wasn’t. Still giving them 5 stars because the staff were simply wonderful!
All lies to get over!. I’m a “Rewards” member and on the app was promised a free rental after my 6th rental. I reached that level and sure enough the option vanishes soon after. Even before my 6th rental I asked the guy at the location about it and he said I would have to call corporate office to schedule with a free ride. That play the app, the physical location and phone reps against each other all pretending not to be knowledgeable about the other to screw YOU the customer. And just for a cherry on top I moved up a tier in my rewards program and now I’m Being charger MORE for rentals! It doesn’t pay to be in their “LOYALTY” program. Try to use a mom and pop who’d appreciate your business more instead of these greedy corporate blood suckers, nickel and dime’n to catch up from the Pandemic!
Experience with Enterprise. I’ve been a customer with Enterprise for a couple of years and they’re the best place to get rentals. I usually go to the one in Pawtucket cause it’s the closets to my house and the customer service in that office is phenomenal. My favorite employee there is Ryan he’s the absolute best he always greets you as you walk in whenever he’s there and he just makes the rental experience the best anyone could ask for. Always kind and curteous, polite and always positive he’s helped me in many ways than some. I would definitely refer anyone to this location they’re the best
Missing a function. The App should have a function that inquires if you are planning to take a car out of the country of rental. If you fly into Munich and rent a car at the airport and plan to drive to Italy to ski, you might be told at the counter that there is no car for you in spite of your having made a reservation months in advance because you did not indicate at the time of making the reservation that you would be going to Italy. There is no way to do this in the App when making a reservation. VWs cannot be taken out of Germany but Peugeots can. If there are no Peugeots for you, you are out of luck
Glendora, Ca Enterprise. I picked up the car and immediately notice a very odd odor. I told my Customer Service Rep I was not comfortable with the smell and he assured me it was most likely the “detail” they just did on he car. It was WEED! Saturated with POT smell which increased as I had to get on the road for a conference I was speaking at! I called them and expressed my frustration and they replied I could exchange it when I arrived to my destination. I made it clear I would not have time! When I returned the car and told them how frustrating it was as they actually put me in jeopardy! They did not offer to comp the car...they were rude and unprofessional! I highly discouraged anyone from renting from them!!! Ever!!!
Small bug. A month or so ago, an update skewed the phone numbers in my profile, such that Enterprise account dropped off my preferred phone number, & duplicated the Alt # to the prime entry. I’m on the road alone unknowingly without txt updates…. In the App, I was able to re-enter my preferred phone number just fine, but the first phone # entry will not retain a type change (mobile / home / etc.). The Alternate phone # is retaining the type change. I enjoy Enterprise, rent several times a year without issues, and had years of good service in the app without issues till now. None of the above is a deal breaker, just wanted to report as to help out the app.
Best customer service by far!. After trying all the others for years, my wife and I only use Enterprise—why? They’ve just been super helpful, courteous, kind and incredibly reasonable. Their people are nice, smart and capable. And they don’t beat you up over stupid stuff. For example, we had to return our rental car to a different location than we picked it up from because of a snow storm and other issues. Normally you have to pay a huge fee for that but they kindly and easily waived it for us! Didn’t hassle us at all and even smiled when asked about it. They have the BEST customer service of almost any place I have ever dealt with.
Okeechobee Mama. Gotta tell ya—I’m excited that Enterprise has rental cars here in our town!! Everyone here lives out in the “country” and most times one day the vehicle will break down …and it’s comforting to know that a vehicle can be rented and one can continue with their work business and life while their own car is getting repaired!! Easy peasy. My first time as a Grey panther using the Enterprise App. Very easy to maneuver to get the class of car and good date and time. All the details were in the vehicle selection. I was made aware that I would pay for miles driven if I took out the cargo van. IDK this factlet. I chose not to use my Enterprise plus points but was given the option during my future rental. I did ask office manager for some help in vehicle sizes standard vs intermediate. He was easy to talk to and I returned to Enterprise App and was successful in booking my reservation at the Alhambra site. Thank you Alhambra . Incredible new transportation lifestyle.... Enterprise has for 4 years today, provided a wonderful option to replace a 2nd family car payment, and the dreaded wear and tear costs. And when we need a change, I go in and just swap out into another vehicle. Very easy for my family to integrate into a modern day rental car and Uber transportation lifestyle. Very cool... For the most part.... It’s super funny that I get a call checking on my last rental experience but no call after the previous rental. Going through check point and being accosted by the border patrol because the previous renter smoked or used some type of opiate and drug dog wouldn’t get out the vehicle but never found drugs. After they swabbed the headliner, which tested positive for opiate residue they let us go, 3 hours later. (This occurred at US checkpoint, never left the country) we had to go back through 3 days later but they remember us after our horrid experience. Keep in mind we left El Paso airport and drive straight through the checkpoint. Not a call to check on us!
Yukon Reservations. I am sick and tired of your screwed up app. And making and having reservations CONDIRMED on the pp only to have them close me the next stab and say no car re bailable. The availability of cars to rent at this location is abysmal. They have a horrible record. You set up a reservation on the app only to have them inevitably call you the next day to say they have no cars to rent. This happens with such high frequency that there is a problem. In my experience, it doesn’t happen at other locations. Just here in Yukon. Why no cars to rent??? This happens way too often. This is a problem of long standing and because it’s a problem of long standing one must wonder why hasn’t corrective action taken place. Why don’t they get in other cars to rent like other locations. This is a car rental place that chronically has no cars to rent.
Does not show a reservation that someone else made for me. Does not show a reservation that someone else (such as a car dealership) made for me. I have to look up my reservation using a confirmation number, Enterprise then sends me a link, and I tap the link. But the link expires after a day or two and I have to repeat this process. Please let the Enterprise app show reservations made by others for me. If that is not possible, please make the link work for much longer. Thanks!
Bad receptionist. I had a very bad experience trying to rent a car . I always rent a car with enterprise but last Friday ( I landed on Saturday at 12:30 am from the airport to the office at lax I got to the rental office at 1:30 am the shuttle took forever to pick me up and my nightmare began there. The line was very long it was the Labor Day weekend which I understand, but I did my reservation 3 days before and I thought everything would be ok but the girl who was helping me , she spend 2 minutes just to let me know that I couldn’t rent the car at this point it was 2:45 am, I was waiting for my turn to be called for nothing . I always rent a card with my Visa card never was a problem at the airport office and now I switched to a different rental car , people who work at enterprise should be nice and helpful, managers too.
Charged an extra $300 for changing a time 5 minutes after receiving confirmation email. I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE for the last 1.5 hours. I understand that it is “after hours,” but for a company that charges by time.... it’s astonishing that you don’t have a 24/7 customer service line. 5 minutes after receiving my confirmation email, I went to go change the time (from noon to 6 PM). The price then jumped by $300. A Facebook “representative” told me that you get charged extra for reserving a pick up time closer to the actual pick up date. I’m not sure how 5 minutes warrants $300 extra dollars... or even 6 hours. That’s nearly 1/3 of the price we were already going to pay. Regardless of the reason, this is completely unacceptable. I am absolutely disgusted and will be sure to share this experience with everyone I know.
No one answers the phone. I’ve tried calling the Southeast Shreveport store on several different occasions. I think I’ve only gotten through one time. It’s frustrating because when you need to extend a day rental, call for pickup to the store or confirm the right vehicle is ready you can’t get through. Worse, many times after waiting for 15 minutes on hold you get the fax line tone. When you call the national number they tell you have to call the actual store number. I value other aspects of Enterprise car rental, but I hope they can improve on their customer service via phones in the future.
Skippermeow. I traveled in my job for years, my first and most often choice was always enterprise car rentals. In addition, when I purchased a near new pickup truck last year, I went to enterprise after finding a brand new pickup wasn’t such a great deal for my purposes. I purchased a enterprise used truck, saved nearly 15,000 over the best deal I found from dealers. I love my current year truck, my biggest drawback is my wife prefers the truck over our other car, she formerly drove. I think her next car will be a truck! Thanks to the hundreds of employees at enterprise I’ve dealt with for always being so nice.
terrible. They have terrible service, never take their cars, they will be broken, we were given a car with a broken battery after 2 hours, we barely got through to them, the operators are all rude, they don’t want to work and solve the problem, they just send you to another operator, 3 hours later they arrived the man helped us start the car, said that everything was working well and you shouldn’t change the car, and exactly 2 hours later the car stopped again, that was my worst day, they ruined my nerves, I could have changed my plans, but they themselves said that everything was fine , this was my worst again, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE FROM THEM THEY GIVE YOU BROKEN CARS and then you will be left in the middle of the road and no one WILL HELP YOU!!! THEY WILL NOT TAKE TURBS!!!
