Waymo Is The Future!. I had the opportunity to take my first ride with Waymo this evening, and I must say, it was nothing short of amazing. The driverless technology left me genuinely impressed, and I found myself thinking, "I've seen the future, and it's Waymo." The entire experience was top-notch from the moment I stepped into the vehicle. Despite my initial hesitation about the lack of a driver, it quickly became a non-issue. The lack of a driver wasn't as strange as you might think. I found myself immersed in the journey, either checking the view out the window or engrossed in my phone. One standout aspect was the affordability of Waymo. In a time where tipping has become an expectation everywhere you go, it was refreshing not to worry about it post-ride. Tip fatigue is a real thing, and Waymo eliminates that concern. Kudos to Waymo for making the future of transportation so accessible and user-friendly! Driverless technology is definitely the future, and I’m looking forward to my next ride—affordable, convenient, and tip-free. Thanks, Waymo!

Waymo!. We try to take a Waymo anytime we are in town. I absolutely love this car. I feel safe and it is always there when it says it will be there. Drops off in places it feels are safe so occasionally you do have to walk a little. I cannot wait till I visit Phoenix so I can take a Waymo!

Easy for Grandmas and Grandkids. My granddaughter wanted a ride for her birthday. I had never gone Waymo before, but the app was easy, Apple Pay easy and the ride was fun and smooth. I took two grandkids with me to the MalI . I could easily show friends how to do the Waymo and I can see, this is a remarkable and safe , user friendly way to Travel. Will be a regular user. Interesting. I was scared at first since I’ve heard so many bad things about this company but I’ve taken it twice now and it was a fine experience. The wait time can be a little bit annoying sometimes takes a little bit long but besides that it was cool I really wish this was in my area where I live though and not just downtown. I’m literally one exit away like so close from being inside of the area they travel because I’m on Northern and 35th Ave. I’m like darn man I could’ve used this instead of Uber Lyft

Anxious people listen up. 12 Am, single drunk lady in her 20s - this was the best ride home ever. I FELT SAFE. Music up, windows down, and a peaceful drive home with no pressure to tip. I just wish it expanded to the whole city, I currently cannot drive and have been using Uber almost daily. I always double check with Waymo if the area is serviced before looking at Uber. Please expand!

The Future is Here. Driverless Technology is here to stay and only Waymo knows how to do it right. Slow and steady. Forget Cruise. And defo forget Tesla. Time for we the public to throw our support behind Big G and make this tech the new normal. No more angry Uber/Lyft drivers and car smells that make you want to pass out so you politely ask the driver if it’s okay to lower the window and not get a 1 star for trying to breathe.

My driverless car experience. The car knew where to pull over to pick us up, although it overshot a bit. When we got in, the ride was smooth sailing. The car managed to navigate many situations that a human may have struggled in. It managed to weave in between a bus and a parked car on a narrow road cleanly.

Smooth, effortless experience. I don’t love that a Google account is needed for sign up, but it’s not surprising since Waymo shares the same parent company. I’m also slightly apprehensive about sharing location details knowing Google’s less than perfect reputation on privacy. However, after taking a few rides, I’m impressed with how well designed and helpful the app is. I quickly got through the learning curve of taking my first self-driving taxi ride. I hope the live activities feature becomes developed more, because seeing live updates of the arrival time in the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen is such a key feature that’s missing. Also, an Apple Watch app that allows users to unlock the vehicle would be super helpful.

10/10 for sure you’re right on. This is an amazing experience there is no guessing on when and where you would get your ride the time estimations are always correct, the cars are clean and the ride is smooth.

Was low key scared. Despite that everything went smooth. I was a little worried at busy intersections and when an emergency vehicle came by but it was okay. Don’t take your seatbelt off until it tells you it’s parked and okay, or it’ll keep dinging at you.

We enjoyed the experience. This was our second ride while visiting phoenix for the Alliance Conference. Very interesting. Ride was smooth music was entertaining. We recorded and had a great ride. On our 1st ride it stated that you can sing and they won’t listen, but the song we were listening to said the word break and WAMO breaked! It does listen and that’s a great thing, it just wasn’t from us singing, only from the song. We enjoyed both rides and glad we had the experience to share with others. Thank you Waymo, it’s Waymo than we expected!!!

Driver who always shows up. The one huge advantage that Waymo has over Uber or Lyft is the fact that the car always shows up roughly when it says it will. Maybe 1-2 min late, maximum. Prices are cheaper than Uber/Lyft late at night, and tend to be more expensive during the day.

Doesn’t work. I am in the east valley of Arizona I have seen so many waymo vehicles in my area however the app doesn’t even prompt me to schedule a ride. My options are ride today & it shows the vehicle but only allows me to click on view our service area or to slide over to near you to tell me they will let me know when they are in the area… but it’s the area you cover so I’m Confused -12 stars if I could! Not convenient or conventional. UPDATE: Area is so minimal that it’s still not worth it. Now can use the app but the areas aren’t even relevant. Cool concept but only if your in said specific areas of Phoenix and Chandler.

Hard to use anything else. Great service, reliable app, control of music, OK pricing. Me and my partner have been taking this on dates ever since I got access. Sometimes surge pricing is more expensive than Lyft, Uber at a given time. Occasionally have had very long wait times (15+ min). These guys will be our go to for a good while until the competition catches up at least.

Support Chat not Accesible. I had a problem with Waymo and they were able to cancel my trip; however, I was still charged. I tried to stay in contact with the chat support but on the app it kept saying “chat not available” so there was no way for me to stay in contact with my support person once I left the app. This proved to be a problem because I could not keep track of the conversation without taking screenshots. Overall, I feel like it was not a good system for support contact.

So safe you forget it’s self-driven. The first time you get in a Waymo and click the “Start Ride” button, you feel a bit horrified. The car plays a little safety video and starts driving itself. But after about 30 seconds, all the fear goes away and you completely forget the fact that AI is driving you. And then you quickly lose yourself in the luxurious Jaguar car with music that you have full control over (and don’t need to feel self conscious with a driver listening to it!) As for the app, it’s well-designed and easy to use. The only problem is on some vehicles the music doesn’t connect to the car. It’d be great if they added AirPlay support to the cars, but I don’t see Google bending over backwards to add Apple technologies to their vehicles.

Safe and Affordable. I have used Waymo a handful of times and compared to other ride share services, this is now my go to. The cars are clean and comfortable. I feel safe when riding, they are very mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles. Even on their busiest nights, they are incredibly cheaper than any other ride share service. As a college student, safety and affordability are my two concerns always and they go above and beyond the mark!

Poor customer service and not ready to operate. I approached this service with enthusiasm due to my interest in autonomous ride share services. However, my recent experience, being left stranded in San Francisco at 3 am, was disappointing. Despite seeking clarification and support on the matter, the response provided referenced terms and conditions I had agreed to. While I acknowledge the challenges of a product in development, prioritizing customer satisfaction is crucial, particularly for a paid service. Unfortunately, this incident has led me to question the reliability of the service, and I will not be using it again - a shame for a repeated happy customer.

Terrible customer service. Attempted to take a ride with my son, only to be notified that children under 8 must have booster seats. This is a reasonable policy, so we exited the vehicle a block later and found alternative transportation. What is not reasonable is the fact that we were still charged for this “ride”. The policy on children is hidden in a “how many people can ride?” section in the FAQ, and is not immediately obvious especially to first-time riders. Buyer beware.

The app is wonky. Something is definitely wrong with the app. I had a ride where the payment didn’t go through and I went through the settings to resolve the payment by recharging my card and when I push recharge it just takes me right back to the beginning. Or the app will just freeze up and it’s like I’m not pushing it at all. I’ve reached out to them via email and they basically told me I need to reach out to my bank? Why when the app is clearly the problem. I’ve tried deleting the app reinstalling it signing out and in again idk what’s wrong.

A tourist ride around San Francisco. This was my first time using Waymo. I was interested in see some of the sights. I changed my trip route several time to stop at some place that popped into my mind. It was spontaneous and great fun. The driver was cautious and very observant of changes in the traffic. A ups driver jaywalking, a parked fedex truck all were taken tin stride. The driver changed lanes as needed and even in heavy traffic all went smoothly.

Direct, easy and Fun ride!. Needed a ride to PHX airport. Thought we would try waymo since it was our first time in the area. Surprised my husband with the ride. So much fun. Privacy in the car and you’re allowed to the music way up! App is straight forward with pick up and drop off locations. Will use again when we’re back in Phoenix.

Charged for a stuck car. The business should show respect to customers and only charge when a given task can be completed successfully. Users should not subsidize the company’s tech failures. Pretty disappointed to see I ended up being charged on my 20th ride, when the car was confused and ended up stuck in a road blocking other cars, and I had to get out and just walk home. I appreciate time needed to make tech work, but customer service is basic.

it’s like they don’t actually want customers.. i used to use waymo for my daily commute in the phoenix area and enjoyed it. they like to arbitrarily deactivate the area surrounding my job from time to time, however…as in, i waymo to work and then suddenly my location is unavailable when it’s time to leave. 🤦🏾‍♂️ recently, there was construction along the route to work, so they deactivated the area, which is completely understandable. however, the construction ended a while ago and, despite more than one email (with canned responses), they outright refuse to reactivate the area. despite a log of trips showing my repeated travel to this area as well as the pin location showing as squarely within their service area, i get robo-responses about “adding new areas” and am ignored when i explain it’s not a new area. i’ve never seen a company work so diligently to make it impossible to purchase their services; perhaps they’re allergic to money, or have a kink for bad reviews and frustrated emails…idk. what i do know is they seem incapable of fulfilling a simple request or replying to an email in a way that makes sense. 0/10 do not recommend.

My Waymo ride. I rode in Waymo 4 times today! it was on time, so easy to get into!Smooth ride i felt safe ! i rode in the front twice and twice in the back! One time it was raining & I really felt safe! One of the rides a motorcycle came close to pulling into the side of us and our car spotted him and the guy stopped our car breaked! i absolutely love the ride &!will continue to ride in it everywhere !!!

Great ride.. This was my first ride with Waymo & loved it. Quiet, smooth, no glitches. (It was helpful being with someone who had used Waymo before & knew how to find the car when it arrived at a public location — had to ‘follow the arrow’ and look around the corner as the vehicle won’t arrive exactly where you are if there are a lot of cars around. But now that I know that I should be good to go for many more trips!)

It works, at least in SF. The prices are often much higher than Lyft or Uber (and none of that money is going to a struggling human driver). But when they aren’t, everything works fine. With no aggressive driving or stupid mistakes, it actually feels safer than an average human driver—although I have no idea if it really is, of course. And all the automated stuff to unlock the ride, etc. all works smoothly. I did have problem finding a volume control to turn up the voice, but that was the only problem.

Watch out Uber and Lyft !!!!. Today was the first time I tried a Waymo ride. I was always leery of riding in a car without a driver, but I needed a ride just 3 miles from my home to work so I thought, why not? Give it a try. It was AWESOME !!!!! No weird, overly chatty driver like I’ve had dozens of times with ride-share!!! I’ve had some really bad ride-share drivers. It was even way cheaper fare than Uber/Lyft - no tip either. The app is super easy to use and Apple Pay. I would recommend to anyone who is curious about this type of ride. Go for it!!

Wow!. The future is here so to speak. I used to be afraid to take Waymo. I would think dude what if it acts up and harms others. Have you not seen any ‘80s action movie? My coworker was like. “you deal with creepy drivers from time to time with Uber. And sometimes you don’t feel like talking. It’s also cheaper than Lyft certain times of the day.” So I was like okay fine. I now have used Waymo ten times! I can’t believe it! It’s amazing! Definitely recommend it.

First time. This was such a great experience trying out no driver taxi… love that this car ,,,, showing us that it could monitor car/people surroundings the vehicle and what a smooth ride. it would be 5 star plus if it add a feature for us to adjust the temperature:)

App errors. So I downloaded the app so easy to sign up and get started and it asked me for card info before I even was ready for a ride during sign up but then kicks me out of app I even tried refreshing the app and deleting it and reinstalled it getting kicked out over and over it’s like the app is broken or the sign up or log in is broken app is white screen and loads the map for a split second just to kick you out

Immaculate Ride! 🎉🎊🍾❤️. Love Waymo! Definitely way better than Lyft and Uber! At first, I was hesitant about using the service because I was concerned about the fact there was no human being in the vehicle. I’ve used Waymo about 4or 5 times and love it. You can play music. The seats are soft and comfortable leather you soak right in and it’s just so comfortable and feels like you’re riding on a cloud! Amazing experience! And for those who don’t tip or like to tip Lyft and Uber drivers, this would be great for you!

The future of transportation is now!. I’ve been a WayMo One customer for quite a while now, and I really enjoyed the driverless experience. The car I had today was a hybrid car, hopefully more energy efficient than some others, it was quite luxurious (with leather seats), and as I age I look forward to staying independent longer with the opportunity of calling a car so quickly. Great job, and lots of fun to experience!

The future is here. I was able to use and fully understand the app on the first try. Of course, I have Uber and Lyft experience. There were 4 of us in the car and we took 3 rides. The app was seamlessly integrated with both screens in the car. Seatbelts policy is clear after the first ride. The whole experience was exceptional, but it was also the Christmas Day, so light traffic and few pedestrians/bikers. It’d be good to figure out the trunk next time.

Best ride ever!. The only negative feedback I have is find a way for the rider to be able to connect to the vehicles stereo system. But other than that the un-added pressure of having to talk to a human is the best to me because I don’t have to think of what to say or feel as though I’m going to offend anyone. Will be using again.

Deleting my Lyft app. Have been wanting to try Waymo for awhile, and after a very long and uncomfortable Lyft ride where bro’s car smelled like a dirty gym sock, I knew it was time to make the switch. I thought I would be nervous to ride in a driverless car, but as a pedestrian I’ve seen them out and about on the roads and they seemed like very safe and polite “drivers” (unlike most humans) and that was exactly the experience I had riding in it too. Quiet, comfortable, no pressure to talk to a stranger or cope with their crazy driving. The car seemed to cruise control at 40mph even though it was early Sunday morning and there was no traffic, felt perfect for me, I don’t want to go super fast. I like that you can follow on the screen the car’s route and see people and other vehicles that it has seen, much like on a Tesla, so there’s no question of whether the car has seen that truck next to it. It even stopped, rather awkwardly, for a jaywalker, who at first was trying to signal for the car to pass by him until he realized there was no driver to signal to, lol. I will love when it expands out to the farther reaches of the valley. I live just northwest of downtown so most places in Waymo’s service territory are places I can easily get to on the light rail or bus for $4, but it will be nice for when I don’t want to bother with a bunch of transfers or need to get somewhere faster.

I’ve been a fan for years!. I absolutely love the app and Service! Granted, not all areas are included, however, I’m OK with that. I do understand that automated cars need to park for pick up and drop off in safe locations. sometimes it’s not the most convenient and you might have to walk a little but wow! It’s so thrilling and I love helping to move technology forward.

Really loved it. Witnessed a next big step in automobile revolution “Driverless Car”. I really enjoyed my trip. There are some issues to be addressed, as mentioned in other comments. But I certainly believe the team will correct all those issues in the coming days. I see this as a next big step in automobile revolution and happy to be witnessed in my life. Let just say, the future is here.

First ride. Love it. About 20 minutes. The car drove very safe. I was surprised at the end that the car choose to turn right and make a loop so as not to have to turn left on a complicated busy street. Very safe, but I was a little concerned I put in the wrong address! I will definitely use again. A great technology. Amazing. I highly recommend the experience.

1st Time Rider. I was very impressed with my Waymo experience. Car was clean, temperature was just right, had a nice music selection to choose from, and car effortlessly and safely drive the 8 miles to my residence. I was impressed with the way the vehicle waited for pedestrians to clear the intersection and even made a right turn on red

Love Waymo rides and this app works well. Had a few driverless rides in SF and this one here had a really great & smooth experience. Especially loved how in the car you can see which objects it detects and traffic lights / reasons why not moving. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try!!

Okay. It’s okay. I wish I could give this 5 stars cause I love the idea of this, but its new and still needs refined. Some things that I’ve noticed needs work: There clearly isn’t enough cars yet, I was excited that this could be a cheaper option than lyft or uber yet, it’s almost always double the price. Wait times are inaccurate, I’ve been quoted wait times then be reconnected to a new car when the car was only a few minutes away cause my wait time to be doubled that originally requested, it’s hard to plan what time to leave when the wait times are inaccurate, then when you go to cancel you’ll get charged a 5$ fee?! I’m overall still excited and hope it improves over time but these two things are making the rides usability and convenience very hard.

First time… Won’t be the last. First time using this driverless service. The reservation process was quick, pick up was easy, the car was clean , cool, quiet and gave you the instructions you needed to sit back and relax. Cheaper than I thought also. Will use again!!

Great ride. Great ride very smooth appeared very safe. The car had trouble finding my pick up spot in a confusing afternoon high traffic limited access area. contacted support and they assisted me in altering my pick up spot where the car and I found eachother

Safe and slow. The car drove safely and a little bit slowly as would be expected. The car does not take the interstate at this time so rides take a little bit longer. The trip cost was comparable to Uber during the same time. The car was comfortable and clean, and I felt safe in the vehicle. The car was deferential to pedestrians, bicyclists and other traffic. my ride was in San Francisco and cost about $16 to go 4 miles in 16 minutes.

Very good experience. The entire experience from start to finish was enjoyable. The ride felt safe and secure from the moment we got into the vehicle. Two friends and I enjoyed a 15 minute drive where we observed the vehicle driving in traffic making a lane change that was completely safe andthe lane control or traffic lights. While I think this is the wave of the future, it really should be the wave of the present for safety and predictability. I give this five stars, and we are very proud to engage in this new form of transportation.

Very cool. Today was a cold and rainy day in San Francisco, so I took advantage of the Waymo service to stay out of the elements and get a ride to the office near Levi’s Plaza. It was my first time and I was surprisingly pleased with the whole experience, even though I had wanted to try it for some time. Thank you, Waymo, for the convenience, good tunes, and smooth ride!

The future is here. Took a ride in a Waymo car in Scottsdale Arizona. Faster availability than Uber, excellent Jaguar vehicle, and excellent service! I would highly recommend Waymo if you want to experience the future!

Waymo is awesome. Just experienced my first Waymo ride in downtown Phoenix. Everything went smoothly. Air conditioning was set perfectly. Ride was smooth as silk, stopping and acceleration was better than a live driver. Will definitely use Waymo again.

AI driver puts safety first.. Arriving in phoenix, we hired Lyft driver for a 10 mile drive from Phx to Turo pickup. The driver was erratic and speedy. Polite, but not someone I would want to ride with again! Waymo was quicker on arrival, comfortable, clean, and the driving was super smooth and safe. I assume that safety is paramount in the programming above all else. With Uber and Lyft, profit and speed to the next pick up is primary. And drivers are luck of the draw. My wife was sceptical about a robotic ride, but afterward, she says she would always choose Waymo if available.

First Timers. My son is obsessed with these cars he’s been seeing now for months, we finally got to ride in one to pick up our car at the service station! Amazing ride!

There’s no doubt, this is the future. Just try it and you’ll see. Safer, more convenient, better for the environment. I mean it’s terrifying when you first get in but no this really is, and should be, the future.

Easiest and smoothest ride ever!. Ridden Waymo many times now through rain and dark nights along with emergency vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists and motorcyclists on the same road. Autonomous driving can’t be easier. This is the future.

Smooth rides. I look forward to my Waymo rides. Gets me from point A to B safely, and with no driver asking me a million questions about my personal life. Also appreciate the safe driving AT speed limits and not 20 mph above :)

First time in a robot taxi. Cool experience, noteworthy as much as anything for the fact that the ride was completely unremarkable. Smooth, timely, basically an Uber ride with no chitchat.

Slick Design & Easy to Use. The app itself is fantastic, really one of the best I’ve ever used. As far as the service itself, I joined the waitlist and got accepted within 24 hours. As long as you live in the east valley of Phoenix, you should be accepted to the early rider program. Can’t wait to take my first ride!

Spectacular. Waymo works spectacularly well: self-driving cars still feel magical to me. Maybe mundanity will set in at some point, but that point isn’t today. I hope the service area keeps expanding.

Love it. I loveee this and the idea of being able to ride alone. I’m only giving it a 5 star based on assuming that it’s just as great as what the video shows. However, unfortunately these vehicles aren’t in my city so I can’t give it a detailed review but I do love this idea and 100% support it.

Better than shared rider services. We had clean vehicles, all were jaguars. Very smooth. Driving and felt very safe. Exceeded expectations and you don’t have to tip or listen to annoying stories, or being in dirty vehicles, or have fear of personal safety.

Absolutely incredible technology. Fan from the very beginning, had early access to the exclusive tour and rides and couldn’t be more grateful and thankful to have such a remarkable service and chauffeur to run me on errands and to do all things with Hollywood and Los Angeles love!

The Future is Here. That was incredible. I thought it would get stumped on tiny weho “two way” streets but it squeezed through and let traffic through flawlessly.

Uber/Lyft for introverts. This was such a great experience with the family. Worry free driving. And no unknown driver to worry about. The ride is so smooth and safe. And we love the green living, minimal carbon impact to the environment. Would love to see this in many more places.

We love Waymo. It's like being in the original total recall, these robot cars are amazing, let's be real - dealing with a human driver can be dicey, a robot car just is and drives based well and is not distracted or needs to talk or ask for tips.

Perfect service. This works great, it’s the future. App is great, 1/4 the cost of Uber/Lyft, clean, 3 min pick ups. Only issue is the small service area, please expand to all of the valley and other cities!

Waymo Downtown. Not as accurate as Uber it Lift in determining you pickup. But the app does have an option to walk to pickup point which is correct, but the address was not because 1709 N 1st Ave address is not accessible from 1616 N Cental Ave. But Waymo and me found each other

Waymo from here on out!. Loved not having to talk to anyone and make uncomfortable conversation. Smooth ride, they take the back roads which might take a little longer but it’s safer. And the control panel system is easy to use too. Oh, when a dog ran in front of us, it knew to brake. I felt totally safe!

Just wow. The quality of the self driving service is so good I don’t feel like calling those other guys anymore. This is just awesome

Never using Uber again. Blast your music and the heat to your liking, no driver talking to his cousin on the phone the whole time

Very good app. It’s a great service to get around town. The app is good but I do wish it had more color. Like color coding the buttons. Other than that it’s a good app.

My car took a convoluted route.. It seems like it’s a common occurrence this happens. It will make three rights rather than one left turn. It would cut through random residential communities for no reason. And on top of it all, it doesn’t even serve the light rail station. Self driving cars would be perfect for that last mile to transit connection. Not helpful if it doesn’t connect to transit at all!

Incredible Ride!. Autonomous driving is here and its mind blowing! The experience of riding a Waymo is unparalleled to any service you have tried. The car is clean, smells good, good AC, and you can play your own music! Ride quality is incredible! I deleted uber 😀

No complaints. All of my ride have been smooth. I can’t wait for the world where all cars drive themselves and speeds can increase because human error can be taken out of the equation.

The perfect future. The ride experience is amazing in every way, but the app can be improved a bit. The map scrolling and finding places of interest is not as smooth as Google Maps or Lyft or Uber.

Smooth ride. We’ve been riding cruises and now Waymo more recently. It’s a much smoother ride, faster to destination, and seemingly way less opportunity to have a bad run in with Muni 😂

About the coolest thing ever.. I was meeting my wife for lunch we were coming from separate locations so I jumped into a Weibo cab to meet her. It was a 40 minute trip across town that cost $22. I’m guessing Uber would’ve been $40 or $50. This is the future.

First Ride. Recommend to try this experience. Solid design, intuitive interface, and clear instructions.

Less expensive than Uber. Was surprised to see the rates were less expensive than Uber/Lyft. Tbh it was a smooth and comfortable ride. I was surprised how comfortable I felt while riding in the vehicle. Will defiantly use waymo again if available.

Good time. Really enjoyed it. No bugs. Smooth ride. Nice drop off. Easy pickup. Good integration of Google assistant with Apple Music. Would definitely ride again anytime. My dad enjoyed it. Boyfriend too.

Great. This is a beta. So sign up for that first. This service is very polished for something that is still in testing. The rides are smoother than an Uber, and the cars are nicer. It can’t go anywhere you want, you have to make a trip inside of the testing area. And sometimes the route is weird or the pick up or drop off is in a weird location. But when I want to travel in the testing area, this is my first choice.

Love the app, love the product. Waymo One is my favorite thing about visiting Phoenix. The cars are comfortable, the technology is mind blowing, and the app is intuitive and user friendly. It’s even better than Uber and Lyft. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic ride!. My wife and I just had our first Waymo ride. It was excellent. The car arrived quickly and adjusted the pick right away when we needed. It was safe, fun, and comfortable.

Very easy to use!!!. Very simple sign in process. Downloaded the app, signed into my google account, and was instantly processed. Hope to get to use the full potential of Waymo soon.

Stick to Lyft and Uber. Waymo went over 2500 ft away from designated pick up with only 5 minutes. Called support to add time and agent immediately hung up on me and had to request the 2nd agent because of this the 2nd agent couldn’t add extra time bc the time expired. The agent said I had to call another Waymo myself when it was the apps fault and app still ended up charging me. Lyft had similar prices and way faster pick up times.

First Ride. I’m sold on driverless cars. Extremely safe. I’ve had my share of wild rides with human drivers. When given an option in the future, Waymo hands down will be my choice.

It’s legit my folks. Had Waymo pick me up in busy busy Tempe on a Saturday night. It navigated wonderfully dealing with lots of traffic, some pedestrians walking and even some on scooters. Amazing experience

The Future is Now!. Not sure why I can’t use it to go to Santa Monica but I enjoyed the ride to Westwood. Very smooth and felt safe the entire time. Better price than Uber or Lyft.
