Love this update. I love this new update, so smooth. So much easier than previous. Love that you can see the cars and the price gets updated right away as you change the reservation length. Definitely needed this update! Good job, I love using this app now, Less of a hassle

good for those without a car, but be careful. It worked great and I liked the convenience until I checked my ride receipts and saw a 84 dollar charge for a 2 hour ride. It took many emails to support to even find out the reason why and given how long ago the ride was, im not even sure their reasons for the fees are legitimate. Also make sure you have your own money to spend on fuel because if you happen to be tight on money and their fuel card doesn't work, they'll charge you fees for it even if you talk to their customer support.

Availability. There is only one car in my area and it’s never available.

Such a Simple Function Set Should Be Easy. I downloaded the app to check an existing reservation. The first thing it does is try to ascertain my location; the closest city listed for my state was 8 hours away. What sense does this make? The next screen was for a login and password, which I don't have. I didn't see a link to establish login credentials and the "full screen" app just had a "forgot my password" link. That was enough for me to delete the app. I'll paraphrase what's already been said... this is a real company - how about a real app that a traveller would find useful and user-friendly?

Best deal for those of us without a car!. I love the option of having a car for as long as I need it & not have to pay an exorbitant amount for a full day (which is a waste of money for me) plus mileage plus gas, plus, plus, plus whatever other fees on top of that. Fine if you’re a tourist but not for a local, like me, who doesn’t have that kind of money. One question, though. I prefer the Waikiki Sunset location but it seems that it’s no longer available. Is that true? It’s much more convenient for me since I only have to walk around the corner, and if I have groceries, walking from Island Colony is more difficult. Mahalo, Enterprise.

Great. Easy to use

Love the service but the app is AWFUL. Let me start by saying this, I have no issues with Enterprise Car Share itself. The service itself is great, convenient and hassle-free. This app though? Terrible. First of all, the app is buggy buggy buggy. I put in my home address so I can rent the car up the street from my house and the the app shows me cars Downtown, 8 miles away. I need to close the app via swiping it away on the app switcher to get it to show me the cars near my house. The interface leaves much to be desired as well. To top it off, the app is SLOW. We're talking 20-30 seconds of loading to proceed to the next page of the reservation process. It's not an Internet issue either. It's the app itself. Enterprise Car Share is a great service but this app ALMOST makes me want to drop the service altogether out of frustration.

useful. app works well. friendly user interface. i would like to see an invoice at the end of the rental and a history of previous rents.

Reviewing Cars. I wish they would show you the car rates with and without the two optional insurance add-ins. Hard to compare based on only the rental charge.

Convenient and good value. I haven’t had a car for a year. This service is very easy to use and reasonably priced. I have never had an issue and have rented 3 times so far.

Closer locations. I wish there was more availability of vehicles near my address. Love the location on 143 in the Bronx, however there are only like 3 cars there and seem to always be unavailable. The minivan is always available. I think having locations near the many places where other car sharing companies are located, would be a very wise and profitable idea.

Poorly designed. No way to see past trips or to confirm that you've successfully checked a car back in. Navigation not intuitive.

NO COMPLAINTS 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. I have been a member for almost 3 months and the experience so far has been great. All the cars I have gotten has been in good shape and mostly clean, never had a problem with my payment, extra charges or any break downs from the cars. I will say make sure you book a few hours before, even a day ahead so that there’s no problem with your card reading when trying to unlock. My only con is that there’s no foreign cars which ZipCar do have.

Locations. Need closer locations have 2 take cab just too get the cars.

App Needs Work. I don't have any issues in general with Enterprise CarShare. But the app it's need work. I find that it's really buggy. It takes a LONG time to load. I requested an extension once and thought I was all set. Since it takes the pages so long to load the request timed out without my knowledge and I was charged a late fee. Second time, I submitted an extension request and the app said it was approved, but I didn't receive the confirmation email. Apparently someone had booked a reservation at that time and once again I was charged a late fee. I've never had these sort of app issues with Zipcar.

Super limited locations. For universities and businesses and like a handful of random locations almost wouldn’t apply to anyone why does it not say this here just rude

Can’t make reservations. Even when car is available and I have no reservations it gives errors that I need 15min between reservations

Worst company ever! Please stay away!!. I agree with most of the reviews on here. These people don't know what the hell they are doing. The worst costumer service you can ever have and incapable staying on top of things. On many occasions when I've booked a car with them, the previous member didn't bring the car back on time. The next day on my last booking and after I got transferred to a different car that I didn't book, I received an email from their office saying my membership is being revoked for inconveniencing other members but I was the one who is being inconvenienced. Right now they suspended my membership because of that. I am looking to terminate my membership with them instead of a suspension but they removed access to my account. I have to call my credit card company to change my credit card to stop them from charging my account. I am one of their most loyal customers and bring them a lot of business and referrals, but they failed to see that too since incompetence is on the way. Also, expect a hell of attitude on the phone when talking to their representatives. Never again.

Needs update. Should be able change payment method on app note web site. Cars are not great, feel very cheap. Cars have next to no options. Often right next to ZipCar which is nicer vehicle.

Prepared to be failed last minute. I have been using the car share for some time, I like that it is affordable, but there are some compromises people should be aware of ahead: 1. Minor one: you need to reserve it two weeks earlier for reservations for weekends and ~5 days earlier for weekday reservations. 2. Major one: on average it will fail me about once per 10 reservations. Here are some cases of how it failed me: Sometimes the reservation will be cancelled, sometimes they called and notified me but there were also times that they did not even notice me. I need to consistently check and if I found any of my reservation was cancelled, I need to call them. I tried to make another reservation if there was other cars available but they won’t let me make another reservation for the same time slot. YOU HAVE TO CALL. But most of the time, when they cancel it, there is no other cars available, some of my hiking/shopping plans will just be cancelled. Some of the time, there is no fuel in the tank, or the car cannot be started because of low battery or the car was not even there(the previous user did not return it in time. In those cases, you need to call them. And still be CHARGED for the time that you used to report the issue. There is a ~2 mins long mandatory disclaimer every time you call, followed by a on average 5 mins(worst case I’ve waited was 20 mins) wait before you can talk to an assistant. By the way, if you choose the “change my reservation” option, after the 2 mins disclaimer, 20% chance the machine will told you it is out of their office time and they just hang up, I guess they just cannot tell you that before the disclaimer. They claim the customer support is 24/7, no it is not. I have been late for my medical appointments 3 times now because of those failures. I had to take Uber/Lyft. Luckily my destination is not far away but on average, it still costs $30 extra dollars per time. To make it worse, when those failures happen, I was even charged for the failed reservations. They will fine those people who caused the failures but won’t compensate the user that got effected. In general, this could be an affordable option for casual activities, for example, buying groceries, that can be cancelled anytime. But be CAUTIOUS if you use it for important appointments, especially for medical appointments, flights, or several days road traveling. Cuz there is an average 20% chance, at least for me, that you need to make last minute modifications of plans, and you will be on your own if that happens.

CarShare App. Very easy to schedule for a rental

New iPhone iOS. App keeps crashing and freezing. Also current locator seems way off. Got worse when upgraded to new iPhone iOS

Car share app. I think the app is great! One thing that is not available that is very important is the option to sort by both price and location. Or even just by price. Another option would be to list the hourly price estimates by the types of car in the car option filter.

Very happy! Enterprise is great. My university has Enterprise CarShare and it’s wonderful. Allows us to live without a car in a relatively suburban area. The service and app are great. Easy user interface and easy to access the car. I wish they did some sort of dynamic pricing — to offer lower rates in the morning, for example. Right now the cars often get booked midday, but are free in the morning and evening. A differentiated pricing structure would balance that our more.

Good service but got canceled without reason. I

Bad Service. My reservation got canceled last week and no email was sent the day before letting me know the car had to be taken out for service. This is a huge inconvenience and NOT good customer service. When things like this happen why can’t you notify the customer.

Easy. Very quick and easy to use.

No card less entry and a non mobile optimized site???. Honestly, the length of the application/approval process, the fact that you have to use a card (which I'm totally going to lose within a week) to enter the vehicles instead of just through the app like Getaround, the membership fee...which I think I got waived but I'm not really sure...same goes for the "$10 driving credit" for signing up, the lack of locations for these cars is not going to cut it. CC: Hertz 24/7 And I haven't even rented a car yet! Good luck guys.

Ease of Access. CarShare is an excellent way for college kids to get around without spending a huge amount of money on Uber’s. It also gives the freedom to be spontaneous on outings with friends

Service is bad. One time I rent a car. Then, they called me and said the car needed to fix, but the problem was they didn’t give me another car. Thus, I can’t go anywhere on that day....

Carshare. I must have rented Carshare maybe 400 times over 7 years.

Easy and convenient. And customer service is excellent

Better than zipcar. Key takeaway: it is better than zipcar My thoughts... The set up was fairly quick. I did it from my laptop in the evening, called the next morning to see if it had been approved. It hadn't but the guy pushed it through and approved on the phone. I went in, picked up my card and they politely explained how to use the service. The manager of the store did a great job keep his team organized as it was a really busy day. So far I have rented from them 3 times. I've rented a Ford Focus, Cadillac CTS and Dodge caravan. All to meet different needs. All were cheaper than ZipCar. My only complaint is they don't have vehicles in the parking garage in my building. Zipcar has 3 of them, so it is more convenient than Enterprise. However, I'm not going to pay an extra $5 an hour to avoid walking 2 blocks to pick up the car. I've probably already saved $75 by using Enterprise.

The Omega of Car share Apps. The most efficient and and effective app ever , As simple as ABC’ & 123’s , now if that’s not simple then Houston we have a problem , I love care share.

Cars. Wish they had a better fleet of cars there are only 1 car near me but this app is ok

Too limited - terrible login. The worst part is the login. Face recognition is now available but you still have to put back your login so many times. Could you replicate Banks apps?

Seriously?. I am shocked at all the 5 star reviews, because seriously, my dog could design a better app. Plus it never remembers touch id on the iphone. There’s no excuse.

Works fine for me!. Sheesh, bunch’a whiney babies here! Any app that communicates with a satellite in OUTER SPACE, syncs with a server, and instantly updates on your phone is always going to be a little slow. But it’s a heck of a lot faster than calling them on the phone. It doesn’t feel any slower to me than the website. Seems simple, logically thought out, everything I need is right at my fingertips. If I need to call in, the phone numbers are right where they should be. Under 'MY FUEL RECEIPTS', there’a a camera app for entering then (if the credit card option fails as it sometimes does)—that’s cool!. Only like 3 or 4 clicks and I can extend or cancel a reservation without having to call and wait for a rep. I had no login problems at all. Not sure what more it COULD do.

2.0 getting better, but.... So the big day has come and 2.0 is out. Happy to see it, finally native app. A few things: - the underlying API is still painfully! slow. Please work a bit on the backend side - get rid of the super ugly spinner in the app (btw you use 2 different kind of spinners) - in the filter vehicles add a picture for each car - under the availability filter the 'in use' doesn't make any sense. Why would i want search for a car i can't reserve?! - I have a number on my card and also got a user ID in email. When you try to log in to the app or request a password reset you basically don't know which one to use. If you use the card number you won't get a password reset email. Purely stupid. - bonus point: who was that smart to punch a hole on thr fuel card and put it on a keyring together with a bunch of instruction papers??? Who?! It is impossible to swipe the fuel card anywhere unless you cut the card and get it off from the keyring. Facepalm. That's it for now. Please check the problems listed. There are plenty smaller usability issues besides the listed ones but the new app is already a great step forward. Keep it up!

Cancelling my CarShare. I reserved a CarShare a week in advance because I knew spots fill up quickly and then three days before it got cancelled because the car was in service and i couldn’t find another time for that day so my plans were ruined!

Terrible. My account will not load! Even the old version would not keep you logged in to your account. There is a button you can push that says "keep me logged in" and it doesn't work for me. Very frustrating to have to look up your member number every time I need to use this application. Your online website is not mobile friendly and the only option you have is to sit and wait on the phone for someone to help you. I have traveled EVERY week with enterprise since April and I'm seriously considering changing companies because I don't have time to deal with terrible online service.

Need more cars. Not enough cars around

Easy service!. Love the ease of this rental format. Find the ap a little frustrating when choosing a car... the photos never match the models. Whenever I rent I have a specific need... a cargo van or a small commuter or a big family minivan... a little annoying that the photos of vehicles are mismatched... especially as I don’t know some of the model names very well. App is very basic. Basic app , misses a lot of functions that could be developed

Doesn't work.. I have no idea why this app has such a high rating. I am using the current version and almost every time I open it and either search for a vehicle or try to view my current reservation, it cannot load the page. I get the spinning "loading" icon forever. The only solution is to delete the app then download it again. Once it's newly downloaded it will work once or twice then become useless again. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Unreliable…. Major concern - When I log into the app, my upcoming reservations don’t always show up. Sometimes they take a long time to load, sometimes they don’t show up at all and I have to quit the app fully and reopen it before they appear. This is a huge inconvenience because if I cancel a reservation, there is no way for me to know whether it was successfully canceled and removed from my upcoming reservations, or unsuccessfully canceled and not displaying in my upcoming reservations because of this bug. As a result, I’m having to contact customer service to request a refund for a trip that appeared to be fully cancelled, but wasn’t due to this issue (not looking promising, I might be out ~$350 because of this issue). Overall, it’s frightening to see glitches like this in an app that is now being used to unlock the car you reserve with Enterprise…

Weak System. No filter to specify the type of vehicle desired, pictures don’t match vehicles.

New PIN code system doesn’t work. CarShare had a pretty great system worked out, particularly for gas, but they instituted a new rolling PIN system for the ESSO cards, but for a multi-day rental the PIN never updates beyond the first day and you have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed.

Love enterprise carshare. I’m a long time car share user and love the convenience of booking a vehicle when I need one.

Great app with excellent in-person service. The app is seamless and always updated. The best part is how available in-person customer service is if there are any (rare) issues with the car.

Absolutely The Best. Right outside our door. Always, well almost always available vehicles when we want them . New cars well maintained, great price. Super friendly and well trained live support 24/7, for the rarely needed support. Hey I get confused sometimes and need a little help

Terrible fidgety App. Error prone, shuts down, not sure why it has never been fixed

New Policies. The app is hard to maneuver and office/customer service is almost impossible to get ahold of. The app isn’t clear about pricing (returning late/early) and does not show any of your previous trips with them. Fees/fines rack up fast for and rarely did i not have to contact CarShare to inform them that the previous driver had new damage to the vehicle. Luckily they took my work for it and I was never accused of any of the damage, although it was a constant worry and issue every rental. While this service was very convenient, a new policy makes it so that you can only rent if you are over 21, where as before it was 18+. My subscription has now been terminated.

Great service for years. I’ve been using the Enterprise Car Share since they bought out Auto Share and the service has stayed the same. I even gave feedback on one occasion and it was followed the next time. Thanks everyone!

Best out of all the car sharing apps. I’m not an employee, and not a bot. This is the best car sharing service out of them all. Especially Zipcar. The gas cards are always full, vehicles clean for the most part. As long as you have a good payment history with them, the service is above par. I’ll continue to use it until I get my own vehicle.

Truly useful now. The latest updates that allow the mobile user to see all vehicles and their attendant booked times makes the app a complete tool instead of a frustratingly limited interface. Thank you.

Errors With No Explanation. I’ve tried to reserve vehicles on the app and was given a vague “Reservation cannot be created” error. Not helpful, and required me to troubleshoot it myself to be able to actually reserve a vehicle. Do better with those error messages, or you’ll wind up with customer abandonment.

Great little rental app for Toronto. Make sure you get your rental app fix with Enterprise Car Share. Although the verification process is manual, you need to go in and show your original driver’s license. Once this is done, you’ll have a great experience driving their well maintained cars. Drive safe!

Service is great, app is glitchy. I enjoy the car share service provided by Enterprise, however this app needs a lot of work. It simply doesn’t work too often. I am unable to search for vehicles or book reservations and end up using the desktop version instead.

Very good. I don't have a car and sometimes I need to pick someone at the airport or go to Supermarket, it's a good price and you don't need to worry about parking or gas.

Never end loading. I can’t even use the app. Website is slow, app is not even working.

#1 Car Share Company. When I sold my car in 2018, I began to rely on car rentals frequently. I’ve used all of the brands, from renting from a rental lot, to the various car share companies. So amongst all of these, Enterprise CarShare stands out as the best. Their customer service is stellar. I’ve had a wide range of various situations and challenges that arise and in each instance their staff are respectful, responsive, compassionate, professional and well trained. Add to that competitive pricing and accessible inventory, that is reasonably clean and well functioning, these guys deliver the best value out there.

Not the best user experience. When returning the car early, the app still shows the trip as active, with no indication that it was actually ended. I had to call customer service to confirm.

Difficult to check availability. The Belfast location has cars available at the enterprise car rental location only and it’s it takes a lot of trial and error to figure out availability. Basically need to try every time a lot to figure out availability. It would be good if it just showed the availability on a calendar so I can book the car for errands and such.

Great experience. The Enterprise share car renting was a smooth experience.

Becoming less cost effective. I have been a member for over 5 years. This is my first rental since the first Covid wave. I now find prices have increased and the minimum rental is low 90 minutes. I will be taking a closer look at the other options in Toronto

Car stalled and overcharged. I left another car rental company because of poor customer service. I recently joined this auto-share company and seem to be experiencing the same difficulties, poor customer service. First, I was over charged and then given a credit. Second, on my first rental the car stalled in the middle of a side street, thank goodness it was not on a Main Street. I had to ask people to help me push and move the car. Apparently I should not have taken the key out of the car, mmmm??? Finally, I called for assistance and given incorrect info - the car stalled again. I was offered 30min extension. Then weeks later I was charged for the 30min. Lol. Are you serious. At this point I would not recommend this auto share service.

Love it!. This is the most handiest convenient thing! My lovely Wife is the most spontaneous person and some mornings she’ll spring out of bed and say “let’s go somewhere!” Well, Carshare let’s us do that - go somewhere...ANYWHERE! Affordable, Handy, and get to drive some amazing cars. Thanks

The app is way better than the website. The all is better than the website, I just wish that you could change your payment method.

Great system!. I’m a huge fan of CarShare! I live in the city and get by without owning a car for years now because I get to rent one anytime I need. I can rent a small car for commutes or a four-wheel-drive SUV if the weather is bad or I can rent a small van if I need the cargo. I save SO much money this way.

I can’t even get in. If I select country it asks for program but doesn’t let me select anything

Problems with customer service. Ever since they moved their customer service over to the US, I’ve had issues with being put on hold - and I recently had an agent with a REALLY bad attitude. Please bring your customer service back to Canada!

Don’t waste your time. This is an app that someone would have designed 20 years ago, with a limited budget. Not at all intuitive, if you’ve used Uber or zipcar or any other service, you’ll be disappointed.

Sustainable future. I love the idea of car sharing and hope more people considers it. Maybe some day they’ll offer autonomous vehicles that’ll drive itself back to their original location or pick you up! As for the app, it’s responsive and have most of the information you need within the app. One thing I recommend they add is to show reservation history.

Enterprise Car Share Leading the way. We have always had a car until three years ago when ours let us down on a long journey. We decided to live without owning as a trial only. We opted for enterprise car share because in foreign and domestic travel enterprise car rental never let us down including when our car broke down 500 miles from home. We have never looked back. For errands we use car share and on longer trips use enterprise rental. We have never looked back thanks to enterprise and any time we need a car we jump into well maintained vehicles and focus on the errand or holiday and not have to worry if we will get there . The bonus of course is we are savings $thousands every year. This is also good for the planet. Joseph McCole Toronto Canada

Easy to use but constantly crashes. Crashes all the time making it extremely difficult to use.

Buggy. Hasn’t been updated to compatibility with iOS 13. Very buggy. Buttons aren’t working. App crashes.

Why it doesn’t show rates in the list ?. Its very basic app. But when i search for cars near by it list out all the cars without showing the rates !!! I have to click on each cars to see price. So uninstalled it and using mobile browser which shows all info the list.

Poor web site. Now that you have different rates for cars which wasn’t the case before, the web site should show the value for each at the beginning of the process one can compare before selecting. We do care about price as well as service.

Crashes on open. Used to be an okay app, a web app wrapper basically but got the job done. This update just crashes as soon as it opens.

SLOW. Super slow in every way. Needs major improvements to be as good as zipcar's app. Shame too as the actual cars are in better shape than zipcar's as of late

Worthless without a map. Unbelievable they haven't updated how bad this is. Doesn't even look professional. Useless app when one is sorely needed. I don't use my carshare acct!

Can't update information. This is the same problem with the website. Asks to update drivers license but will not complete transaction. This happens every time I want to use the service. Telephone help only available during business hours. I wanted to have an alternate rental service to Zipcar, which is much more user-friendly. They should be looking at the Zipcar model or else just give up pretending you offer that service by by phone app.

Love the update!. Finally! I love having a map to find the nearby cars.

Lazy App Developers. **updated review** Still a horrible experience. Make a native app please! --- This is just a glorified browser with a fancy splash screen login. Surprised people make these lazy crap apps these days. Make a native app or just don't bother.

Crashes. I cannot open the app without it immediately crashing. As soon as I open it, it crashes. My phone says I have opened the app, but it does not run.

won’t let me log in. The app is nothing more than the mobile website. It does not let me log in, nor does visiting the mobile version in Safari. I can, however, log in on my desktop or if I use mobile Safari’s ability to request the desktop version of a site. That’s the kind of bug you catch *before* you release an app, not let your customers discover for you.

Slow and very basic. Higher a pro to build app next time. Painfully slow and not user friendly. Mirrored after Zipcar which would be fine if it was as robust. Please add days to dates to make it easier to book in advance.

Terrible. You can't log into the app. It's awful. Had the same problem with the password reset and wouldn't send an email. Customer service had to get involved. They reset the password for me but that only applied to the website. Able to log into website but not app. May have to switch to National. I was told they have a better site.

Horrible. The interface on this app is AWFUL! The fact that you can't see an image of the vehicle and what times during the day a particular one is available (you have to guess before searching) is unacceptable. I'm sticking with Zipcar- a far better app experience!!

Ok App/terrible value. The app is buggy, but usable. It lacks obvious filters and sorting functionality, but again, is usable. The real problem is that it is much more expensive than competitors, which you have no way of knowing until you sign up and pay a fee.

User Friendly. Always available in a timely manner when I call. Sometimes though, I can request a car and the request will disappear.

Better. Latest version is a welcome improvement in usability and performance.

I would give this zero stars if I could. One of the worst company's I have experienced. No one knows what the hell they are even doing. I was spoken to with and attitude you wouldn't believe. Would not recommend. Save your money.

What happened to the App?. The latest update that was to fix minor bugs has caused a bigger problem. The App won't open. Not helpful when you want to make a quick reservation or extend a current one.

Can't modify my reservations. Decent app overall, but I still can't modify my reservations even after the updates. If that feature gets fixed then this will be a 4 star app. It would be a 5 star app if I didn't need to fill the tank or clean someone else's mess every other time I use a car ... but I guess that's not really the app's fault ...

Horrible service. Awful service. I called the help telephone number-- you know the line you would use for car emergencies. The wait is ridiculous. Still waiting for an answer, it has been 45min.

Missing many features but does the job. Here is what this app is mission: 1. Map view for reservation window. 2. Get rid of “Programs”, these are confusing and not needed. 3. Speed up the app. It’s very slow at its current state. 4. iOS 8 ready and iPhone 6 ready. 5. Fix bug in “My Messages” where even when I see the message it is still make as unread. 6. App keeps asking fro my location every time. Use the iPhone API for location instead of just porting a web app to the app store. 7. Many more but I don’t have time for it.

App is so awful you just don't want to use it. Slow, when you click on links they go to the wrong place (Forgot PW -> page to recover UserID), links in app just forward to the Enterprise site (which sometimes leads to pages that ask at the bottom if you want the Mobile site)... Stop having your intern design your mobile app and do it right; almost every time I use this app I just switch back to ZipCar because it's such a godawful experience. (Yes, I have both.)

Aweful App - Stay Away - Doesn't work. The people who developed this app don't know the first thing about app development. It is extremely poorly written. It's worse than high school projects made by 15 year olds.

App crashes. With neweet iOS update, the app crashes as it tries to open. Super inconvenient. Not cool.

Expected a real app from a real company. Cant believe they converted a dumb web view to an app. Surprisingly it crashes my phone a couple of time 😕

Barely ever works. This app is a joke. It never seems to open, just sits on the opening screen with its spinning pins-of-death. What use is this app? You need to reserve on a computer if you want to get one. If you want a car share with an amazingly reliable app ... Go with Zipcar.

Just a wrapper around a web page. I really wish it were a native app. It needs to be much more functional if it's going to woo people away from Zipcar.

Making an App that isn't useable is pointless. So you made an App. Fantastic. Now try making the app actually function. Currently, it really doesn't. Logging in left me staring at a progress wheel for about 90 seconds before it completed logging me in. Then I waited about as long for every single thing I clicked on just to look around. I went to the site in Safari instead and that works as expected, so it's safe to say the App is the problem, not your server or my iPhone 6.

Try again. Although this app is long anticipated, it's basically useless at this point. I couldn't even pass the login screen, the app hangs every single time. Very disappointing.

Better, but. It's functional but painfully slow to load and get things done with feedback that things were done. Not super when you are out and about and don't have time to sit around and wait !

Really bad. This app usually does not work. Just spins in a grey screen most of the time but when it is not greyed out the buttons don’t work and it doesn’t recognize an cars available for my “program.” However, when I select “other” there are suddenly plenty of cars. And why does it need to use my GPS when the app is off? It is bad, I wanted it to be good but it is just plain bad.

Wish I could review the app. But it just sits on my screen like its updating and says "waiting" for weeks. I used the regular site to book a vehicle recently but when I needed to extend it while out I could not. I would use the service more frequently if the app worked. Oh well, their loss.

Extremely slow including their website. This app needs a lot of work and faster response. Painfully slow.

Website wrapper. So you now have an app. Fantastic. So what? It's an app with a slow browser that fails to connection the reservations website as fast as Safari would. Save yourself some time: save the URL as a bookmark and carry on. There is nothing to see here.

Slow, garbage. This app is super slow for basic functionality. Every click and even logging in takes several seconds. I hope this isn't indicative of the service itself

Basically a port of the website.... ...And the website isn't all that great. Slow, could have been more intuitive (basic design elements like not showing the day of the week when selecting a date are irritating), but it seems to get the job done. I didn't expect it to compete with the features of Zipcar's app, though I was hoping for something better than this. Update: New version, same mediocrity. Come on Enterprise. Do better.

Needs booking history page. The app is really fast and good. I as a customer want to see the previous booking history and payments for that booking for easier access. Hope this comes out in the future updates.

worthless app. The only reason I give it one star if because you can download it. App serves no purpose unable to sign in via app with enterprise being a multi billion dollar company I'm surprised at the functionality of its app

Poor App Performance. The app and the mobile site for making reservations is unacceptably slow. This has always been the case with this too. Attempting to edit an existing reservation also can take several minutes of the spinning gear before anything happens.

I like the new update!!. Good job on updating the app. More efficient and simpler. Easy on the go!
