It's okay but could do more. I seldom use the app as I'm not noticing that it really is controlling the aids. If I click to mute there is a delay or I have to hit it twice. I wish directional was available for all programs. If it is I don't know how to use it. I wish app worked with iPhone like Resound app or other big name ones.

Decent but. I liked the hearing Kirkland hearing aids that I used this app with from Costco but I traded them in from my trial because they and the app did not offer independent volume controls for each aid and lacked a midrange control. My hearing loss is worse in one ear then the other and it distorts more in the midrange. If your loss is normal loss in both ears then you should be okay with this but I feel that I need these features so paid an additional 800 for aids and app with these features.

Easy to use. My Mom is 82 and was worried about using an app to control her hearing aids. She’s found that this is easier than adjusting the volume and settings directly on the hearing aids as she has developed some motor issues. Highly recommend!

Hearing aid service. Very poor service from retailer I was told I was very waxy and that was the problem according to my phone the right battery needs to be replaced why couldn’t they find that now that the warranty is up i will have to pay for something that should have been taken care of before one star service rating can’t compare to anything else this is the first pair i have had

Not worth the $$$$. The only worthwhile feature these hearing aids have is the GPS which allowed me to find one when it was misplaced. Since I have on them they have been plagued with performance issues and they were finally replaced this past week because they were just absolutely going nuts. I just received the replacements today. There is essentially a new replacement and when I got them home I had static continuously in my right ear.

Works well but interface needs improvement. The control this app provides is superb. For me, simply setting the volume and treble/bass balance is enough to make my hearing aids deliver realistic sound without the annoying background hisses, clangs, rustles, and rattles that so many hearing-aid users complain about. Which raises the question: Why aren't the volume and treble controls on the same screen? They ought to be, always. Complaint number 2: When battery doors are opened on the hearing aids and then closed again, the app doesn't restore my settings but instead defaults to something much louder. So after re-inserting batteries, I have to turn volume and treble down to minimum, put on the hearing aids, and then reset them. A minor inconvenience. Finally, I think the "Automatic" program should be renamed "Manual," because it does in fact offer a wide range of user-controlled options. But four stars, because the thing offers so many options and works so well with the hearing aids.

Nice but needs work. When I open the app I can’t do much. I am blind and the app doesn’t fully work with Voice over. Voice over is the screen reading program that comes installed with the iPhone ohS. Kind of ironic that an app built for the disabled does not consider all forms of disabilities.

Cyhairdo. LOVE these little devices! I forget that I'm wearing them most of the time! The App is wonderful. The app controls allow me to focus on the areas of sound that are most important, which means I can eliminating distractive noises i.e. Loud music, water fountains, any back or forward noises. It is very accurate in zeroing into the sound I'm trying to grasp. The many controls are so advanced! Technology in hearing devices has soooo surpassed the old devices.

Ok but needs improvements.. App is okay but needs improvements. Be nice to connect to my Mac laptop and other devices without having all these extra costly devices. Be nice to set each ear individually with out help of specialist. Could use updates. Good note I do like the mute phase able to control volume by using phone. Since my buds do not have a volume control on them.

Wearer. Audiologist adjusted my hearing so loud it distorts. I want to turn down my left hearing aid and cannot. I can turn both down but not just one. Also I have it connected via Bluetooth to my phone and it won’t allow full control unless I disconnect it from my phone. I don’t understand that logic. So I just want to do one thing. Turn down my left hearing aid and cannot. Ughh. One star

Save option. Someone mentioned a save option when you have adjusted your hearing aid to where you are satisfied with the results it should be saved..That is a very good idea And should be applied to the app ..

Add option for iCloud. Is there an option to save the device settings with iCloud that in a situation where the device is restored to factory settings the information of the hearing devices are saved?

Not the quality I explected. I t tried several different hearing aids before settling for the Rexton. Two years later I am sorry I purchased them. They have limited adjustment features (ie background noise suppression, cellphone connectivity, directional adjustment). Also, the sound quality varies. Some days it’s fine, other days it’s like I’m hearing in a cave. Sometimes the sound variance occurs the same day. Bad choice on my part. I’m in the process of evaluating a replacement pair. I won’t make the same mistake twice.

Some pro, some con. Downloaded a couple of years ago when I first got my hearing aids. I really liked that I could use the app to control my aids without messing with the buttons on the aids. Had to re-download a few months ago after I had to reset my phone. The new version no longer has the battery health feature, which I found useful. Now the app frequently stops working, and I have close it and lock the phone before it works again. I’m hoping an update will address these issues.

Where is the battery strength test screen?. After getting a new phone,I had to download the app again. Unfortunately, it no longer has the screen that allows you to test the battery strength. What happened?

Good So Far. Great app so far. Only been using a week. My hearing aid needs to be adjusted a wee bit before I can fully utilize the app. Any body know where to get an inexpensive but sturdy around the neck loop for streaming and Bluetooth?

Great app!. I have had Rexton hearing aids for more than a year. I love this app because I can control every function remotely. Thank you for making life a little easier! 👂

Rexton Kirkland Signature. After using this app for two weeks I'm very happy with the way it interacts with my hearing aids. A huge improvement on having to carry a separate remote like the last one I had. I'm sure that improvements will happen as time goes by. But I can't see how much better the app could be made.

I really like these. The quality of sound and ease of use make these a winner. Things are much clearer. I used the directional option and was able to hear the priest in church. Wonderful! Then when I got home my neighbors were having a yard party complete with a well stocked selection of musical choices. One click and they disappeared poof! Love it.

Aweful. This app is bad. I cannot store different personalizations. If I take the time to adjust it for business meetings that I attend, the app automatically switches back to auto adjust after 20 min. This makes it hard to conduct meetings and interviews. I cannot stop the meeting and play with the settings every 20 min. If I want to set different programs I have to go to the hearing center and they set the programs based on what they think I need, but I can’t do testing until I leave and try it out in the real world. I have been back to the hearing center 4 times I the past 2 months to get the programs right and they still are not right. This would be taken care of, if I could create my own programs. I don’t understand the logic of this app... It is completely worthless.

Ok but at times aggravating to use. I’ve used this daily for the past year to control my hearing aids. It’s definitely easier to control them with this app then with the small buttons on the hearing aids. But it gets frustrating when you constantly get a Bluetooth connection conflict error, by just being passively connected but not using any other Bluetooth device, as when you just get in your car. The developers can do better...

Love it!!. Works perfectly every time using my iPhone. It’s wonderful being able to change what I am hearing according to my environment within seconds.

Doesn't play well with others. I've only had this for about two days but so far I hate it. The Costco hearing aids are okay, but these controls mess with all of my other Bluetooth apps I use every day. When I get in my Ford vehicle I have to disable Sync and navigation if I want my hearing aids on. If I don't and they're on though, I'm screwed because they don't allow me to shut off the Bluetooth broadcasting that this stupid app does!

Great app needs additional feature. I really like my app because it is easy to use. I would like to be able to turn just one aid off when the low battery starts beeping. Out of frustration I end up turning both aids off--not good.

Excellent app. Excellent app. Works very well. The best way to set up the app is to scan the barcode. If you set it up manually you will not get all the functions that you get when you scan it. For those who are concerned about the app not working with your Bluetooth in your car, it's very easy to simply disconnect your phone from the car with the press of a button and then your hearing aid App will work just fine. You will still receive calls on your phone, but they will not come over the speakers in your car. For those having trouble with the app only connecting to one hearing aid for the battery test, you simply need to delete the app and reinstall it again because what's happening is the Bluetooth portion of your phone isn't connecting to one or the other of your hearing aids. I've been using the app to control my hearing aids for the last six months and it works perfectly if you have everything set up correctly.

Unfortunate Change. I have had the app for almost five years and have generally been pleased with it. The first version had a rough way to check remaining battery life, either three, two or one beep depending on how close to the end. The new version does not and I rated it “4” as a result to lower it from a “5” it would otherwise deserve.

This is so helpful!. I teach students using online curriculum and it’s so helpful to be able to adjust my hearing to my right, left or in front of me. Especially since my teenage students tend to talk softly and not enunciate well.

Reston Hearing Aid App. Very handy app to change volume levels or if you are listening to music. The battery level feature needs work though. It always seems to beep twice indicating half power and then I go out and they die two hours later.

This basic app does exactly what it says it will do. I had been wearing behind the ear hearing aids for several years but I was never able to get used to the loud scratching sound when I put on/took off my reading glasses or sun glasses. I got these small in the ear canal Reston Adore IX hearing aids at Costco and installed the app with no problems. The app is not as functional as the one with my other hearing aids, but it does exactly what it says it will do. I am very happy.

It’s a real nusance. For some reason my settings always revert back to the off position. The little picture shows full range, half range to a reduced range. After I set it to what ever range i would like, it works for a while then reverts back to off. I wonder if it’s a bug. I wouldn’t recommend the app to anyone till this is resolved.

Great app. No problems, straightforward interface, and basic functionality! Like the battery status feature!

Great app--one little thing. I love the features, just wondering why I have to tap the selector bar dot for volume about five times to get it to take-- every time I want to adjust it.

Fairly worthless app. With all that can be done nowadays, this is a disappointment. Almost nothing can be done with this app. The settings that are changeable don’t really make any difference so why change them? Then why use the app? For that reason, I never use it.

Sync with Hearing Aids. Functions fairly well the preprogrammed settings. But would be a five star candidate if it synced with the hearing aids In other words the program you set on the app also changes the program on the hearing aids. According to my audio technician it does not. And he seems to be correct as far as I can tell.

Great App!. This allows you to adjust volume and direct of speakers discreetly. I just wished there were more features. Also if you have anything else Bluetooth connected ( for example Bluetooth in your car to talk on the phone) you can not adjust the volume on the hearing aid. Hope that is something that can be fixed to work seamlessly in he future.

Pair problems. One of my aids stopped working and only after deleting and reinstalling the app could I get both aids and the app working. It took me over an hour to figure out by trial and error how to get things working. One clue was that the battery status indicator disappeared from the app. Also I had to restore all the provider programs which took extra time. App is Ok but instructions leave a lot to be desired. Troubleshooting is not complete enough. I am pretty computer savvy, I pity the computer illiterates who probably spend waisting provider time with simple tech problems.

Terrible. Can not emphasize enough.. The app doesn’t work the majority of the time. In the morning the app gives an error message “can’t control because volume is set to low/high”. I have set the volume the night before. There is no way to get past this message. The directional setting is a fantastic idea I was very excited to have this. I work in sales and have many meetings at Starbucks (so awesome). The setting time out after 15 minutes. How is that a good thing? Before you think that I’m just doing it wrong: I have been back to Costco and confirmed that all of this happens and there is no way to prevent it. I am returning these for the Resound. Am told they are better. The app/aids have more features that actually work. Very happy with Costco and the support I received.

Mostly Frustrating. Usually, when trying to change the volume on my hearing aids, I get an error message that my smartphone volume is too low and that it must be increased for the app to work. This makes no sense, since it isn’t compatible with streaming. The audio transfer from handset to hearing aids rarely functions with my iPhone. I have better success using it when placing a call. It will not transfer after receiving a call.

App on phone conflicts with car Bluetooth. When in my car, the app is inoperable because my phone is connected to car’s Bluetooth. Second, it would be nice to be able to name my 4 settings. I don’t use them often but , for example, when I want to muffle background noise in a restaurant, I can’t remember if that is setting 1, 2, 3, or 4, so I have to cycle through all 4.

Save. Please save.. Why do I have to readjust the hearing aids every morning? Why isn’t there a way to save the setting I use most? Having to continually change the settings seems counterproductive. No wonder olde people who have less ability to find the tiny buttons give up on their hearing aids. If I only go to a place with a t coil once a week, I might only need to change it once a week. Not every single morning.

Can’t support 2 Bluetooth devices running at the same time. I have to turn the Bluetooth off on my Apple Watch to use this app. Even a cheap pair of ear plugs that I have can run perfectly with the Bluetooth turned on on my Apple Watch. Looks like I won’t be using this app even though I’d like to be able to use my iPhone to control volume and listen to music. This program needs work.

Very good, but.... The app works well for most things, but, as other reviewers have reported, every time you take your hearing aids out, the app resets to a default, low gain level. You need to have a way to save the optimal settings for each individual user so that you don't have to reset it every time you put the hearing aids back in.

Basic. It is a very basic HA app. Not bad, not spectacular. Unfortunately it does not update to the HA setting when they are turned on after being turned off. That is an issue with both HAs that are compatible and the app itself. While in use, the controls are adequate and respond quickly. If you have several programs on the HAs, each can be set with a specific volume and/directional mic. It does the job.

Connect Smart Remote. The Costco Signature 7 has served me for 2 years. I would like to see the behind the ear piece a little smaller. The piece in the ear was molded for my ear ( very comfortable). The manufacturers need to figure out a way for the hearing aids to be adjusted separately. One is extremely sensitive to loud noises and one is not. When I turn down the volume in your app on my iPhone 8 Plus, the message I receive is turn up volume or the device will not work properly “too low”. I have tried EARGO (another hearing aid) which is much smaller and fits directly into the ear, but it has a hard body and is uncomfortable in my ear. But, I must say the sound quality is clearer ( not too loud, just more natural sounds). The reason I am sharing my experiences with you is because I loved the customer care I received at Costco and I believe if you make a few adjustments to you Signature 7 series you would be able to flood the market with an award winning hearing aid. Truly I hope my suggestions are practical and feasible. A devoted customer, Elder Cheryl Tilghman-Robinson

Once I learned how to use the app. Didn’t know it used iPhone sound to adjust the hearing aid and I had to hold it close to the device. Now it’s very easy to make necessary adjustments and I have greater control of adjustments. Very pleased with the app.

Helpful app. This app lets me make most of the adjustments needed to my hearing aids, but it doesn’t let me alter the volume of each earpiece, something I really need, and it doesn’t give me the model number of my aids, I can’t select more detailed information online. The battery status is of questionable value - it usually gives 3 beeps even when the battery is about to die. This may be due to the battery discharge curve having a sharp cutoff. I like being able to modify the frequency response, but I wish I could change the relative volume of the earbuds.

Remote review. I hated these aids until I got the app to control them. I now really enjoy the aids since I have so much control over what they do and how they assist me in my hearing loss. The app is wonderful. Thank you so much. And it’s FREE!

Dad wears his hearing aids so it’s a win!. It took years to convince my dad to get hearing aids, but my husband and I finally did it. We went to a doctor who was more concerned about the price range my dad was willing to spend so we left. We then went to Costco and for a perfect match, ear doctor and pair of hearing aids. What a difference. The app is great! I have it on my phone, since my dad still won’t get a smart phone, and when he comes over I adjust it as needed. It is very easy to navigate and to adjust how my dad hears. The only thing that frustrates me is there is no “save” feature when I’m done adjusting his hearing aids. It seems every time he comes over I have to readjust them. Otherwise he really seems to like wearing his hearing aids. Thank goodness!

Horrible does not do what it should. If you set it up manually there is a battery status function but there is no directional microphone function. If it is setup by scanning the barcode there is a directional microphone function but no battery status function. App loses its Bluetooth pairing the minute you get into a car to which the phone is paired. Horrible needs tons of debugging

HAS APPROVED!. As a Hearing Aid Specialist, I really like this app. It IS SIMPLE! For a very basic priced hearing aid, the Rexton Emerald, it is nice to have the option of controlling volume and program with an app. It is much easier for those with dexterity issues. It is also good to have the visual clues. Over all I really like it!

Hopeless. This is easily the most useless app I have ever seen. It does NOTHING. Hopeless To be more specific: it is too hard to use. If I want to adjust my hearing aids I have to go through setup each time. That is time consuming. I have to scan the code. Then all I can do is adjust the balance. Can’t change the program. I use an iPad and I simply don’t understand what the app does for me.

One annoyance. I want to disable the message that “volume is too low”. It is my choice, not yours, as to where I want the volume setting. Please advise how I can remove tat message once and for all. DW

Very efficient app. This app is very functional and has some great features. The best one is the "Mother-in-law" button (a.k.a mute)

Fantastic app and software!. LOVE my new hearing aids and the find customising them using the app superb. It's has really help me get a better sound in different noise situations. Especially love the ifocus and selecting the direction of the sound. Thank you

Unsuitable. What more do I need to say, unstable.

Hopeless. Will not work with Bluetooth switched enabled on my iPhone

Great app. Great app especially now I have the different programs. Battery status should work the way it is supposed to or not be there at all. Connectivity could be better.

Battery status indicator not functional. This function does not work. When I receive a warning that one of the batteries is flat , I turn off that hearing aid, then turn it back on and I can then get three beeps on the battery status indicator. Ten minutes later it will go flat again. So the indicator is useless.

Not bad, but room for improvement.. The battery condition function is too primitive and clunky to access, and would be better displayed on the front page as a graphic representation. The App would also benefit from some additional “confidence tone” feedback, particularly when selecting from the variety of microphone direction options. Also good would be the ability to “tap up and down” on the Sound Balance control (like the Volume one) to change the setting... at present, the “drag” function for this is so insensitive that it is virtually useless.

Outdated. App is now outdated, needs to be improved .

Fantastic. Really useful thank you for the app

Volume control. Would be nice if you could adjust in a vehicle. If your connected to the vehicle sound system you cannot adjust hearing aid volume. Also being able to cut out fan and wind noise in a vehicle especially on the ear closest to a widow

Great app. I have been using this App for about 3 months now and love the ease at which i can control my hearing aids, thank you keep up the great work

Using. Using now about 6 months. Like the TV/ outdoor app but don’t notice much difference. Like the volume control. But sure would like a battery level reading if that were possible.

Hearing ability. I am definitely not satisfied as my set had been adjusted and Re-adjusted with our South Costco and very disgusted so will be going to our North store and see if they can help

Review. Sound is not very clear

Adjusting Volume and Blue Tooth. This app works well. The only wishes I have is that a user be able to adjust volume when traveling in a vehicle with blue tooth connected to the phone. Also if it could allow the hearing aids to work in conjunction with music on my phone.

Really works. The directional is great and so is the mute Wi-Fi with the tv. Volume control is slow responding but overall I really appreciate it v

Too bad no instructions. Seems to work fine but not sure utilizing it to its fullest. Would be good if had instructions. Why would you make something and not include how to use it???

Hearing aid. Does not work well with my iPhone X. No noticeable difference in volume. More controls ie answering phone would be nice.

Great idea, needs work. The microphone pickup pattern does not appear to stay "set" after adjusting it.. as well, independent control of L/R would be great. More control over EQ and compression would be nice - it's a pain to have to go back to Costco and then try to explain what I want ..

A. Did not find that it helped much

Crashes with iOS 12. Would definitely use it more if there was a battery life feature and was able to customize the sound level in each ear.

Needs a major overhaul.. If this app actually work properly it would be very useful. It doesn't work in the presence of other Bluetooth connected devices, testing your battery level doesn't work, I'm not sure that setting microphone direction works either. It could do a lot more it but just fixing what it supposed to do now would be great.

Mr. I think that this app is very helpful and the hearing aids are by far the best in the 16 years that I have needed H aids.

Noise while driving and battery status. Left side hearing aid specially while driving makes hissing noise. Also for last 5-6 weeks unable to check battery as the option to check status no longer available. Costco tried but no help. Anybody pl help or suggest

App Improvements. I have been using this app for several years with my Costco hear aids and it works quite well for the topics stated but it does not allow for individual control of each hearing aid separately and the app could be improved greatly by providing the user with an equalizer board to allow manual control of sound frequencies within the hearing aid range.( similar to the equalizer used by the hearing tech in the initial set up of the hearing aids). Finally, the battery life indicator could be improved as it will indicate good battery life( 3 beeps) and within an hour or so of additional use the battery will be dead. **App provider has not up graded this app in the two years that I have been using it.**

Pretty much useless. Bill39 review has pretty much covered the shortcomings. Also would help if it connected through the Apple watch

Safe!!. The beauty of this app, beyond the ability to select programs and even tweak EQ, is the fact it is NOT Bluetooth. It’s one of the few alternatives to putting a Bluetooth device next to your head.

Reasonably good. Battery level now available. Functionality of app control of aids works well. I would love to see a 'live' adjustment of background noise suppression and a 'graphic equalizer' control for the already satisfactory Listen to Music algorithm.

Would be better if compatible with Apple Watch. Hoping developer will read this and upgrade the app.

Easy to use. Ease to use would like to see it work with the apple watch

Rexton and Connex Remote. Just okay. Has main functionality levels, volume, special directional settings. If it is possible to read battery life, would be useful. Wondering whether I am getting the max battery life. Have not tested the directional capabilities yet.

Not great App or hearing aids.. -Not impressed with the adjustment features on the app. -Volume control does not work well in large volume areas like a super grocery store - like Costco where mine were purchased. -Despite Numerous adjustments to the operations of these “aids” , my quality of hearing ability is very poor. - Service support at Costco is stellar - I just don’t think they offer a very good product for hearing aid support... technology is more advanced on my cell phone than with hearing aids. Will see if iPhone can act as a hearing receiver through their earbuds.

So far, not impressed. 1. Directional microphone settings definitely don’t ‘stick.’ In fact, I often wonder if they work at all! 2. Volume levels in the software should not be dependent on my iPad volume settings, i.e. disabling iPad volume during quiet activities to negate incoming mail and message alerts shouldn’t decrease hearing aid volume.

Volume adjust. If the app volume could reset to default once the batteries have been removed and replaced or match the hearing aid volume it would be better. I have to adjust the app volume regularly

Garbage. Garbage

Unimpressed. App is just ok nothing extra or special I expected much more!

Good app unless you change devices. Can not get all functions to work on new iPhone X. Menu in settings should turn on functions.

Save Ur $ & Sanity. Had Rexton ha’s for about 2 yrs. At least 1/2 of the time I had them they were in for repairs. When they were ready for pickup we’d drive into the city to get them. They’d work for about a month, then back to the city to get the same problem fixed. This went on for months. The staff at Costco were as frustrated as were with this situation. I got no response from Rexton nor the developer Sivantos. I highly recommend you avoid Rexton & Savantos & try another product. Service from Costco was excellent, the problem was the manufacturer & the developer.

Works well, needs more detail. This app works well over all. For discriminating users like myself, it would be noticeably improved with greater equalization (EQ) control. There is a slider for bass to treble. I would like to see at least three-band EQ.

Apple Watch. Would be useful to have control from Apple Watch. Also control of left and right ear volume.

Minimal Adjustments Available. I’ve been using the app for a few weeks. In general it works well. But, I would like to be able to adjust the settings of each hearing aid individually to create a custom setting profile to fine-tune the setting to perfection. Also, a more refined calibration of the battery condition would be nice.

Using this app. When I adjust the volume my grade 7 students hear an uncomfortable high pitched tone that I cannot hear.... can you fix this App so that my students don't hear this annoying feedback?

Great app. I have had no problems with it as yet. I wish it had a way to indicate battery level. Otherwise works great.

KS 7 remote app. Trouble navigating, pairing and can't even find the battery level. Tech support non responsive.

Scan doesn't work!!. Hope you can fix it.

Not sure it works. Not sure it actually does anything. Difference after adjustments is not noticeable except maybe on the bass to treble function.

Awful. The volume range is barely perceptible. Other features do nothing. The only redeeming feature is that is free! Good job, because even if it cost only 99 cents, I'd be asking for a refund.

Simple & reliable. Great features and simple to use.

My review on my hearing aids. I luv these hearing aids and adjusted to them very quickly. Had to send my left one for repairs in May,2019 and now it appears my right hearing aid is not functioning. Well I am very happy when both are working. I am going to have them adjusted for dizziness that I suffer and for the ring in my ears. Agnes Rollins

Room for improvement. Microphone pattern only works in first program and resets itself after around 20 minutes. There is a broadcast adjustment by broadcast is not defined anywhere. It’s not bad for free but could be improved upon.

Battery state. The battery status feature is not good because the batteries will be out of energy shortly after indicating 3 rings

Battery indicator issue. I like the app, but the battery status indicator is way off. I check the status and get three good sounds. 10 minutes or so later the chimes go off and then shortly thereafter gone.

Jast. Great app. Don't have to carry a remote or fumble with buttons on hearing aid. Love being able to adjust bass and treble. Greatest thing for hearing impaired since hearing aids and sliced bread

Good app. Good information about the hearing aids and good interface to the smart phone.

Not so good. Needs battery life indicator... Needs better volume control. Volume to low then gets to loud in the last 10% of range..

Very helpful. I can check my battery status

Battery level not accurate. The app will say my batteries are strong but within minutes I get the signal that the batteries need to be replaced. I asked the technician about this and she and she said not to trust the app.

App is good - when it works. I’ve been using this app for months. Usually no bugs. But when checking battery status, it fails to recognize updated audio volume. Good app but not perfect.

Review. Seems easier to adjust mode and volume on aids themselves... Also Appl and manual adjustments don’t sync... “Batter status “ is a joke. Seems 3 beeps is all you get then —bam ! Aid indicates battery out. Never know how ‘full’ battery is because I have never gotten 1beep or 2beep indications . In this day and age—-appl should be much more savvy. Is anyone developing this? Seems not...

Thumbs up. This app does what it’s supposed to do. My HA fitter at Costco set it up and added the programs that were put into the aids.

Frustrating. Wish the controls could be accessed from the lock screen (similar to iTunes) interface is very tedious to use

Need - Great, Availability - Nil. Driving presents some audio hurdles requiring adjustments. However, this app will not allow adjustments while my phone’s bluetooth is hooked into another device - like our GM Cue hands free phone interface. To adjust aids I have to uncouple phone from Cue. Archaic programming architecture that can’t handle this high occurrence, high application need is inexcusable. Hearing aids are great, your app sorely deficient. OK, now I can’t send review because all nicknames are “taken”. Double stupid.

Great aids. The hearing aids are still better than app. Need better explanation of what app is doing. At 74 we forget the providers instructions. Forget what the yellow stuff in circle means😳😳😳

Easy to use. Easy to use and I like the battery check.

Not happy with this app. It doesn’t work well I have an iPad and iPhone and it would not let me use the two devices if I put in one device do you other one doesn’t work, I need many more improvement before I could give it a five star I find this app is useless..

Good stuff. Was a pain to set up, but once I did there were no flaws after 1 year of use and going.

Blank. This app used to tell me battery strength now it doesn’t do anything. I don’t see most of the controls other mentioned. This literally does nothing.

TK. I find that the app work well and very easy to use.

So so App. Having used “Choice” with my previous Kirkland hearing aids for three years, l find several features missing in this App. Battery check is tedious and inconsistent and hearing instruments can be adjusted individually.

Big Improvement. This app is a big improvement over the remote. I was pleasantly surprised.

Battery function unacceptable. I checked the battery life of the aids on the app. It said full charged. 1 hour later the batteries needed to be replaced. Unreliable. Otherwise good except for car Bluetooth.

Good app.. Works well except 1. If attached to another Bluetooth the app can’t control the aid And 2 there is no i watch interface

Meh. The battery status does not work! Ill get 3 beeps and then an hour later the triple chime indicating low battery! Frustrating. Over all I guess it's ok. I think it could be improved.

Controls. There needs to be a way for me to leave the hearing aids in and turn them off. If I’m laying down I want to turn the hearing aids off because they whistle if I lay my head on one side or the other.

Kirkland. I got a pair of Kirkland 8 aids from Costco recently, and use them with the Rexton app. Very convenient and easy to use Most of the problems I have with them is remembering I have this app.

App not for the Costco entry level Reston. The app does nothing other than turn the volume up or down. And it is for both not individual. Have to turn the hearing aid off then back on to sync and whatever you do is not stored. Really worthless.

Lem1st. This is my first trial of the app for control of my hearing aid device. So far, it’s been working great. Should the app continue to work this way, I would gladly give it a 5 star rating.

Good app. Just only need an update to connect by Bluetooth to answers call.

Poor. Needs more settings. Should be able to program for restaurant, card games, tv, telephone and be able to set this up for each environment without having to reset every time you change setting you are in. Very disappointed in this app.

Unusable. I’ve had the app for over 3 years and have never used it. Every time I activate it, I’m informed that it can not operate when other things are connected. But what’s connected? Nothing. It just doesn’t work. It’s useless.

Extra Sounds Anoying. Your app is producing annoying bird-like sounds when adjusting the volume and testing the battery level.

It doesn’t work. When I try to adjust volume on my phone I get a message that my iPhone volume is either too low or too high for the app to work. I’ve given up trying to use it.

Handy app... but. The battery check function only detects and lists status for the left ear battery.

Good units. Has worked well. It will not maintain the direction I set it on. After about 10-15 min it returns to the factory settings and I have to redo my settings. Otherwise works great.

Desperately needs and updating. This app is very primitive you never know where your volume level is. A pop up constantly tells me my volume is to low. I raise my volume and I get the same warning PLEASE UPDATE

Limited documentation on features. I really wish they would provide more documentation on the various features. Like the “tinnitus setting” this feature, what is that? How do you use it?

What happened to the battery check, it no longer works.. The battery check was a convenient feature, is no longer available?

I want more. Good enough app, but I wish it could do more. Such as: Control left and right volume and tone separately. Allow me to set up my own customized programs. Right now I have NORMAL and NOISE/ PARTY. I would set up individual ones for cycling, driving, etc. I want to control more of the frequency ranges or background noise.

Better than nothing. Appreciable difference between having application and attempting to decipher what is being said

Hearing Direction. The hearing direction doesn’t work. Why is the hearing direction not work. Why would the app have it at all if it doesn’t work.

Works as advertised. Makes the hearing aids much more flexible because of the ease of adjusting vs the rocker switches.

Basic. Awful, keeps giving me a messages that I can’t use other blue tooth devices with this app. What? So if I have hearing aids I can’t have any other blue tooth device hooked to my phone??? If it did work before I deleted it it is very basic app for hearing aid adjustment Very low app development.

As promised!. Everything I was told by audiologist is there plus more.

Poor app Icons dont work. There is a speaker icon which is always crossed on the bottom left It never works The battery test on the app does not work either Also when I answer phone calls the manual says I would here the call on both ears That is a lie

Works fine. Works fine with sig 7 aids from Costco Battery test part is a failure as most battery level monitors are

No unstaller; no online help; blocks all audio devices.. I discovered a problem with the SmartRemote app. The app prevents use of my bluetooth/telecoil neckloop with my iPhone. (Or any listening device using the iPhone jack.) I would like to manually control my hearing aid so I can restore full use of my neckloop with my iPhone. How do I obtain manual control of my new hearing aid? Can I simply delete the app??? Anybody, help. Thank you.

Seen better. Nothing special about this app. Basically all you can do is set volume with it.

Great App. I love the adjustability of this app. I also love how you check can your battery life!

Hearing aids. His hearing aids are OK but not the best that you have to reset them every morning if you open the battery at night which is a hassle and I’ve ever Matt I don’t think they’re all that great
