Nice App But….. It does very little except volume and sharp or soft sounds. It’s my first experience with hearing sides so maybe that’s all it’s supposed to do.

OK, good…& GREAT !. Signia apps have been with me since I got my Hearing Aids thru my VA. They have provided me with all the assistance I’ve needed to be comfortable with them. Their broad spectrum of products has been a wonderful gift. I haven’t had to ‘HUNT’ for assistance. I recommend them to all I’ve met at my VA facing similar new requirements… Signia has been their all the way! I give them a BIG WELL DONE!!! 😎👍

Off On. Need app to have the ability to shut down and restart hearing aids.

Volume adjustment. Very poor, extremely sensitive to finger movement Old version was a lot easier to set

New UI volume control. The slimmer shape makes it extremely challenging for someone with arthritis. Please consider making it an option to choose the width so someone could have the wider, easier to use, slider volume controls.

Data gone/not updating. Since the app changed, yesterday, the app stopped tracking and I lost all my data from April to current. I have tried to reinstall, turned off my phone and nothing helps. I have had them on since 5am and it is showing 15 min wear time. Prior to yesterday it worked great. How do I get my data back and how do I get the app to work like it is supposed to?

Not good. Liked the old version better. Volume slider tiny on my apple phone is almost impossible to use. Sorry, not this one.

Program setting. Would be great if I didn't have to change the program setting every morning. I use the privacy setting not the universal setting.

App update terrible! Signia needs to fix! No updates!. Terrible update 2 weeks ago!

Rocker switch control. I have AX hearing aids, that have the ability to directly answer phone calls. If you go into settings and turn that function off, it will also turn off all rocket switch function except power on and off. You will not be able to change volume or program with my. Thank you, I’m happy that someone is actually listening. I have an additional very bad problem with my 7AX. My left device’s battery drops to about 20% in 8 hours. They are only 6 months old. This has only for the past 2 weeks or so. I thought it could be the iOS app update so I uninstalled it for a day, no change. I have turned in my set for repair and have a loaner of the same model. They have the same problem. I assume you are aware of this. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I am a technical person, retired engineer.

Terrible Interface. Controls are minuscule. Why would you make them smaller? Make’s absolutely no sense. Totally waste of time trying to use the app now. “IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT.

Updating information. The half does not update information on a timely basis. I can look down and see many hours with no updates.

AX5 Pure. I’ve had these now for about a month. They are significantly better than my Beltone hearing aids. The app is not as versatile as the Beltone, but my hearing has significantly improved. Wind noise is no longer an issue.

Fair. Not crazy about the app. Very generic and if you have a problem you can’t really talk to anyone about a specific issue. Basic couple of options to troubleshoot and if it’s not your issue you’re out of luck. Keeps dropping Bluetooth connectivity.

My well being. Ever since your “update” the my well being doesn’t work correctly. It won’t update throughout the day, or sometimes at all. The length of time worn can be off by hours, the activity may or may not show anything. It used to update several times an hour, now it will show updated just now or updated 2 hrs. ago or 20 minutes ago, check 3 hours later and it will say updated 3 hours ago. If you’re lucky it will show part of the days info it might show an average from prior days or nothing at all. This makes the app totally useless for anyone who wants to track their daily activity.

Stool defective. Glooms nice but streaming controls still are defective! They work sometimes other (mostly) don’t!

Decent but. . .. A recent “update “ seems to have eliminated the ability to control left right volume separately. This was an important feature. And the health part of this app is totally useless. You really should get a refund from the app developers. For example. When I walk 5000 steps this app shows from 900 to 1900 steps inconsistently Not even close 👎

Software upgrade. Took a bit of trail and error to get resolution for streaming after update. I noticed a 3rd setting for hearing aids on the new app. “Streaming” mode works good. Had to lower volume a bit! New software upgrade just needs to be reset after upgrade. Back to hearing stream well!

Hard to use. Terrible connectivity. Hearing aids connect and automatically mute the call. Terrible app. I have to kill it and just use them as hearing aids. Too much money for iffy units. Should have gone with $2k units not $4343 for temperamental units. Not satisfied with the app or the aids. Junk.

Streaming. One aid in for repairs. App does not allow me to stream, unless both hearing aids are present.

New Version No Bueno. New release has reduced slide in volume and tone controls. Very hard to be precise.

Controls are too small to adjust - now fixed. If you are having a problem with the tiny sliders on your phone, be sure to update. The issue has just been fixed, and the app is back to being usable! Previous: The volume control slider is nearly impossible to fine tune. The slightest touch jumps the volume from 6 to 15. How about a dial, line the iPhone calendar?

UI redesign needs some fixes. It’s impossible for me to adjust the volume slider button; its range is too small. Stretch it a little bit, please.

You broke it with the last “upgrade”. The update makes it impossible easy change volume one step! Please get back to one setting a screen. I don’t have a 9 inch iPhone Please don’t fix what isn’t broken

Bad update. Volume controls are much too small and overly sensitive to adjust since update of may 31.

Horrible app. This app is ANYTHING BUT intuitive!!!! Shame on you! Hearing aid wasn’t connecting to Bluetooth. Almost impossible to figure out which user manual I needed. There’s also NO way to search on a specific issue for a quick answer. Get with it & FIX THIS LOUSY APP!!!!

Not consistent. Most of the time either the app or maybe it’s the Signia hearing aids don’t work. When I bring up the app I can’t do the same thing a prior to figure out why one hearing aid or the other isn’t working. More headaches than help seems to be my experience.

Poor Stats. I put my hearing aides in this morning at approximatly 7 am. Half an hour later I checked the blue tooth setting as it is not connecting every time and the wear time was setting at 6hrs 23min. This happens every day. yesterday total time was 15 hrs 30 min. Same is true for steps and activity. Not very presice.

Volume control challenging. volume slider too small/short on iPhone 8 or SE size screen, tough to slide for incremental volume changes…. additional + - controls would help. Also, settings are not retained after switching programs (eg Universal to TV and back to Universal resets Universal Volume setting 8)

Volume Level. Adjusting the volume level is difficult with the new version of the App. Hope you can fix it quickly.

UI redesign broke app. Terrible redesign, took away the full screen making it almost impossible to change the volume control. Don’t need mask setting etc. to be on constant display. Bring back the full screen.

Not enough control. This app doesn’t provide the proper level of support for devices. I have no control over turning on Bluetooth or separately controlling each hearing device. It’s just on.

Decent app but that’s it…. The app is just OK, nothing really stands out to me. The one thing that would be great is the ability to create custom programs. That’s the one thing I miss about my previous hearing aids and app. I’m thankful thank they’ve at least finally made changes to the aesthetics of the app but increased functionality would be a better way to go. Especially considering the cost of their hearing aids.

Not as advertised, no user program options. The app is minimally usable for any user who wants to have full programmability access. I will return the aids if I can’t change the programming and adjust EQ settings.

Terrible app. Can’t control volume it jumps from 0 to 15 with minimal movement. Slow to respond when try to control microphones to reduce from 360 to focus front only. Engineer who made this app doesn’t know anything about ergonomics for seniors , to small scales stupid design Give us back the old version and fire the loser!

New screen. I’m 78 years old- very difficult to near impossible to adjust levels

Zero notification for new updates. Being forced to deal with changes to apps isn’t easy to keep up with, but when an app is updated, causing the app’s fundamental interface to completely change, is jarring at at the very least. Without any notification, upon opening this app, I was annoyed to find that it was now tracking me. I opt out of all tracking, so to have this app track me without my permission or any opt-out options was aggravating. The last thing I want from an app, especially one that I am forced to depend on, is unwanted tracking. I hope this review will compel Signa to add notifications about fundamental app changes/updates. Plus, adding opt out options. At this point, I will try and remove the tracking, but the last thing I want to do, is spend an inordinate amount of time trying to do that. The fact that I am in this position at all, is outrageous.

Controls fixed. Thank you for the recent update. Slider bar controls are usable again.

My Well-being. I use the app daily to make changes to my hearing aids and when they added the My Wellbeing tab I would sometimes check this a few times a day; after a walk to see how many steps and again at the end of the day to see totals. After the most recent update to the app, if I check the My Wellbeing tab midday, it will not update later in the day. I tried going into the chat on the app and that was of no use with this issue. Frustrated

App design is terrible. I preferred the previous interface. It was easier to control the volume. Still no custom programs allowed.

Unhappy. The new app is difficult to use. Try adjusting the volume on the streaming page. It is too sensitive. I tried and tried to set the volume at 7. Never was successful.

Poor voice quality. More needs to be done to make the voices soynd human. Voices are distorted; fuzzy, thin and Disney sounding. Should be able to understand high of low voices. They all sound tinny, with no depth or quality of sound. 6/5/23 voices and now instruments. You balance of app was high( frequency) low(frequency) Now it’s soft & high. What’s this??? I’ve said it before what this app needs is the ability to adjust ( equalize) the sound. A better blend of the lower frequencies., as well as the high frequencies. Severe sounding deficiencies. Human voices still sound tinny.

Pretty Minimal - Needs More Options. The new app is now tracking me without my consent, including how many conversations I have. The app needs to have toggles that give the user the option to select what they would like tracked and what they don’t want tracked. I might like having steps tracked but not conversations. The fact signia added tracking after I got the hearing aids and with no way to opt out makes me want to return the hearing aids and get my money back. This should be illegal. I hate that the settings reset to the default every time you charge the hearing aids. There needs to be way to setup preferred settings without desired settings being overrided. My cell phone notifications are too loud and the app keeps overwriting my attempts to turn the notification volume down to a level that isn’t painful. This needs to be fixed. There needs to be away to turn notification volumes down and have them stick.

My Well Being. Like others, not tracking any stats . That or I can’t figure out how to make app do that! Other than that hearing functions fine.

New app design. It’s easy to use but I personally don’t like it all being cluttered into one screen. I vote for return to old app

Updated app twitchy. Instead of a long-slider with smooth controls, they’ve made it much shorter and impossible to manipulate to the correct level. And that appears to be the only thing they did to the app… make it harder to use. Weak.

Signia app. Wow, whatever changes you just made—change them back. Very hard to make adjustments.

What’s changed with the app.. The settings are so sensitive. 8 is too high. Trying to set volume lower is not as easy as it was last week.

So so app. If all you want to do is adjust the volume of your devices, it’s great, but if you want to use the “My Well Being” activity tracker function, forget it. Every morning I sign into the app and when I check the activity tracker, it says I haven’t signed in for a few days. I have compared it to my my step tracker app that comes with my phone and it is not even close in step count.

Horribile New GUI and missing assistant. The app no longer provides Signia assistant nor mask mode but instead got useless new graphical interface that is not only bad looking but also makes some adjustments more difficult. In short horrible.

Ease of Use. I refer to another review wherein the the blame for use difficulty is put down to “ ninety year old grannies”. I think not, I would tend to see the program designed by an age group fed megabytes as infants and no comprehension of the difficulties facing folk of another more civilised age. eg. the directional hearing setting at times cannot be found— next time there it is— next time gone again ??????

Great. I recently got a new hearing aid and all the new Bluetooth technology was a great surprise, i was told to get the app by my hearing specialist and was playing around when I found the help chat thing, it fixed a problem I was having without me needing to in and see a specialist or anything! It updated itself!

Connectivity. The connectivity on my app has its moments where it connects to my hearing aids straight away and other days where it doesn’t the rest of the time it connects and then chooses later that it doesn’t want to connect

Frustrating. Close to useless, with the bonus of added frustration. In, out, off, on? Who knows. Brand new in date by years batteries show 80% when newly fitted, but when swapped from side to side show 100% and 60%. An hour later it plays it’s little tune. Refitting the same batteries they again show 80% for both. BAH! Turns ears off at random.

Volume and Balance Controls impossible to adjust finely. These adjustments are now near impossible to adjust They need a plus and minus button to allow for fine adjustments. Anybody with vision or other issues will find it impossible. What a backward step.

Sound clarity control. No ability to change frequency control without internet.

I wish I had not bought these. It’s difficult enough having a hearing impairment. This app increases my frustration. I have had my hearing aids for over a year and in that time I have found the app to be incredibly unreliable. It fails to connect to my hearing aids most of the time and is not intuitive like most iPhone apps. When it works it’s good but it is very unreliable.

Signia latest update useless. I updated the app a couple of days ago. Should NEVER have done it. When I open it now only the Signia logo appears. Nothing else. I have an iPhone 12 and latest iOS. I hope the app is going to be fixed soon. The previous version worked well for me

😊. The app has improved the user friendliness of my hearing aids. With great assistance of my audiologist my life and connect with the world has been much improved. Thanks

Dear Signia- please Update this App. Every time I reduce the volume on the app down the app gives a warning which you must accept. This instantly cuts out any music your are streaming. It is so very annoying to have to continually check this warning on the app. Please! Update this app so this warning stops appearing.

Signia app. I am still having problems with the app. Often the Bluetooth will not connect to the hearing aids and consequently I miss phone calls which don’t come through to the aids and I don’t hear the ringing. The app is almost useless. Each day it behaves in an inconsistent manner and I have made many trips to the audiologist to try and get it working. While she manages to reinstate some of it’s function, within a day or two it stops performing.

Difficult app to use. The app is difficult to use as the headings are not well chosen making it hard to find what I want. Which presently is Why does my right aid not turn on when battery indicator says 90% charged.

Absolutely pathetic. Signia are always behind in apps and features compared to other brands and never do app improvements based on customer feedback. Reduced ability to control modes over previous Signia app, and no iWatch compatibility. Surely it can talk to the phone if unable to pair with the aid. No advanced aid adjustments or sound field selection (outside of presets) either. Never syncs either despite my iPhone being connected to my aids. Absolutely terrible… I don’t know who does their product testing, probably 90 year old grannies.

Not Reliable. So frustrating that the directional hearing and the independent Left and Right Hearing aid controls are just not there ??? I’m wait for them to reappear as they have in the past but no reliability at all… BN Melbourne

Rubbish. After 2 years of use with nothing but frustration I give up. With problems from Bluetooth disconnecting mid phone call to not connecting at all, I have now had enough this app is rubbish it is going I recommend everyone disconnect it maybe they’ll get the message that their app is garbage and fix it.

Hearing Aid Review. It is echoing a lot and also switches off Bluetooth from one minute to next . It would be good if you could have it on all my devices phone I pad and computer and also the Apple Watch. It is also making clicking noises without doing anything myself

Not so good.. Hearing aids them self are excellent and I’m more than happy with them. But the app leaves a lot to be desired. I find that turning on and off Bluetooth just doesn’t work. I have downloaded the app a number of times and it will work once a twice then just stops working. While streaming. If I move outside of the range of the iPhone I lose connectivity and it does not automatically restart when I’m back within range.

Not getting any better. After two years of using this app, it is disappointing to report it was and still is, pretty ordinary. I spent nearly $10k (AUD) on top of the range aids and while the aids are good the Signia app is not. Sometimes it connects to the aids, sometimes it doesn’t. I updated the app today for “improved functions and bug fixes”. Well that was fun! - after the update it didn’t work at all. None of the usual tricks (aids, app, phone on/off, hard reset phone etc..) didn’t work. The app would not connect to the aids. In the end I had to reinstall the aids to the app.

Frustrating. I put in review earlier with 2 stars. Intending to return aids if app failed to improve it started working but after a few days was on and off on and off l contacted Signia got some advice after a while it contacted again but only for a short time. It now fails to connect at all for some days. It is no longer it will be fine it’s will connect again but not acceptable l am now sorry l did not change to another brand. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS

Far from great. The app works well sometimes and hardly at all other times. If anyone could suggest a better app for Signia hearing aids I would happily switch to a different, more reliable app.

Frustrating app. Limited ability to customise how the hearing aid work with phone calls. Seems to want you to sign up for their assistance service but then require that you agree to share personal information.

Refuses to maintain link to Universal. Moving from TV to Universal is frustratingly unreliable - sticking with one or the other randomly. The sound control on TV has to be at 1 or 2 and the Universal at 10+. I have reset the App several times with no difference. Really struggling here. At this stage I would be looking for a far more stable ‘mature’ product. C’mon developers- these are expensive life changers - you can -and should do better!

Poor App. The App design is poor and does not always connect even when the iphone states positive connectivity

Ok ?. Had my one eared stigma for 3 ish years…. Not good at trying to peice it together after changing the dome-y bit and filter especially if you’re eyesight isn’t that brilliant- I’m an intelligent woman with c—p literacy when it comes to this part ! Any ideas of a more suitable one / probably need both ( hearing aid in both ears) but must be easy to use! Thanks for any advice? Emma 👍🏼

New Update broke the app. I don’t like the new update it just broke and froze the app. why did you remove the sound directional setting. i want to go back to last versions it was working fine.

One star is too many. These are the worst. As I am with Hearing Aust I have to put up with what I am given. Previously you could at least check the performance and usage in the app and it would track time used and list times when they cut out. I stopped wearing these during COVID as I couldn’t wear mask glasses and aids as only so much ‘real estate’ behind my ears. So yesterday I went back got them reset and not only us the app not showing any information the aids cut out, don’t stay connected to blue tooth despite my phone being on me all day. This is the 4th pair which has had to be replaced. They are utter garbage as us the app. When I can afford it I will pay the gap just so I can replace these with something that actually works. 5 years has literally done my head in.

Sigma app - poor service. I had to see my audiologist because the Sigma app didn’t work anymore. She told me that there is a new one available. I think I could expect a better service from your side for 9.000.-$ hearing aids. Why didn’t you inform me about the new app? My address must be in your system because I had complained some time ago about your old app which was confusing and extremely awkward.

Very Unhappy. This app is terrible and the Bluetooth connection is random at best. Audio playback comes and goes and distorts even at low device volumes. Considering the volume of poor reviews you would think something would be done to improve this app. The hearing aids themselves are ok, I them sharp with very little ability to fine tune for a mix of environments, I have had them for a year so now have to pay $150 aid for any further adjustments. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement considering the cost of these things. I would not recommend Signia hearing aid’s.

Hearing aid app. Not user friendly

Frustrated. I’m a long time user of h/aids. My previous Siemens aids were never any trouble. The new level 5 Signia + new IPhone are a disappointment. Certainly not user friendly. Seems the small controller cancels app Off to audiologist yet again as a h/aid is supposed to AID hearing. Not be a constant source of frustration. Pricey frustration. Ditto remarks from person above.

Buggy. Worked well when initially installed. iPad lost connection with left ear. App would not adjust volume. Fixed left ear connection but app would not control TV volume or switch to TV. Person using it has little tech skill and cannot fix issues. Has a great simple interface but if it does not work reliably what’s the point! This was the latest update

Volume slide switch too sensitive. The volume and sound slides are very sensitive and hard to adjust accurately. They move a few numbers at a time.

Good App, but could be better. I like the app as I can adjust the level volume & balance, check the battery and turn off bluetooth, but I would like to see more, such as what bluetooth devices are connected and being able to select connection. I have a Streamline Mic which connects to my aids, but if I have bluetooth on my iPhone connected I have found I need to turn the phone bluetooth off to connect to the mic. The Streamline mic should be added to the app and able to allow toggling between bluetooth devices, and the mic should be a separate page. Having problems with the mic connecting to my macbook, it won’t connect to my ipad and I haven’t tried connecting to my tv.

Full black in ear Samsung style Signia.. I’m soooo disappointed. There is NO spatial control which means I can NOT hear anything behind me. The volume difference between left n right volumes is ridiculous. 11 on the left 4 on the right. 6k and still struggling.

Signia assistant. I’ve been using this app for 2 years now and up to this point have had no problems- have found the aids to be sufficient- but the Signia assistant icon has disappeared off the radar, it allows you to fine tune the aid, but it has gone awol 🤦‍♀️.

Dissatisfied. When is directional hearing coming back, this is third time it’s disappeared. I was told about a week to fix it a month ago. It is disgraceful to have to put up with how bad the app is, after paying good for aids. It’s a pity the people in charge of app don’t consider how difficult life becomes when hearing aids not working properly.

Please. Please go back to the previous version. I cannot now easily adjust the hearing/balance levels.

John. I have been using sigma hearing aids now for three years and have found them to be very good. Especially the fact that I have the controls on the phone. At least I can hear people talking also in a noisy environment. Recommend this company for quality and service.

Battery Level indicator et al. Hearing AIDS are very heavy on battery use. Five days is considered average. Battery level indicator in the app is not even close to accurate in fact it is misleading and can hardly be called a ‘feature’. Pairing to music/radio can be poor in that sound continuously breaking up. Firm moulding of ear piece can be uncomfortable- even painful. Mine will obviously need adjustment. Pairing for phone calls is a good feature and works well for hands free.

Can’t connect??. I’ve had no problems using this software for a year, now for 3 days I simply can’t connect my left hearing instrument and I’ve tried everything since the update…😔

Isn’t so bad then you think it is. This app isn’t so bad then you think it is, I’ve been owning this new technology since I had my last hearing appointments from last year (2022 around April I think) and at first it was so confusing and weird to understand how this new technology works since I grow up with old school technology, now that in 20 (the time I’m typing this down ) I genuinely don’t find this app bad. It’s very helpful and has opened my mind a lot more then I realised how helpful and useful it is. I’m now able to shut down noisy environment That I struggle with for my whole life in school and high school and other places, it helped a lot and it feels weird getting used to it but it made me happy. Having this app helps a lot for me to be able to check how much battery I got left for my charging case and my hearing aids. Thank you so much whoever has created this amazing new technology for the people like me who struggle in noisy environments. This give us the opportunity to mute that and understand a lot better. I got nothing bad to say about this cool app and I have a gut feeling that this app is still on its early stages (it’s why I felt confused at first when I used it) and can’t wait too see what cool features you got held for us to use. Again thank you for this opportunity Australia hearing.

Poor response to customer feedback. i have had your aids for almost 2 years and I am amazed at the the lack of response from signia to all the negative responses to their hearing aids and app. The Apple app is responsive and performs well but the hearing aids leave a lot to be desired. Please at least listen to your customers and respond. Do not leave it up to the audiologists to make excuses for your technology.

Not very accessible with voiceover. Please make this app accessible with VoiceOver so other vision impaired people like me can use it effectively

Frustrating. Not sure if it’s the app or the hearing aids but I’m not happy, one minute their working next not, blue tooth can spend hours to connect and still doesn’t, I do as I was shown but still no joy, replace batteries still no joy, I would prefer to have the $$$ back and purchase another brand unfortunately I’m stuck with this rubbish and I’m not an ancient and I am tech savvy just a bit deaf still. Dealing with iriots

Please add Apple Watch support. While the app works as advertised, if not a bit buggy. The lack of discreetly toggling the volume control physically on my hearing aids is a problem. Having this control on my apple watch will vastly improve the way I use my hearing aids daily. While wearing my old hearing aids, I could discreetly turn them up during meetings and presentations no problems. Now, during the same situation, I need to get my phone out, open the app and toggle the volume control. Not very discreet and it could be looked at as being rude during meetings etc. Please. Add Apple Watch support.

Going well until the update yesterday. Everything was fine for the last 4 years for me, until the update last night which seemed to have to remove control of surround sound? What happened to that? It really helped to numerous environments and you guys just removed it? Seems a little silly.

Great App but drops out since iOS 16.1. I love this App. My connection to my iPhone has been dropping out since the update to iOS 16.1. PLEASE help so I can keep living this app and my Signia hearing aids. Thanks

Perfect!. I held off switching over to this app after reading all the negative reviews, but got to the point where the old app wasn’t functioning anymore so I was forced to switch. It works perfectly, does everything I need, and is even simpler than the old one, in my opinion. Maybe I have low needs from the app, but I can adjust volume, treble/bass, direction, all my modes are saved which easily shifted over from the old app… no complaints here!

Signia Pure C&G AX7. Having upgraded to these from the Pure C&G X7’s I am very disappointed in the performance. Bluetooth drops out and often will not reconnect without completely restarting my iPhone 12 Pro. Static on phone calls and sound audibly swaps from ear to ear. My own voice is muted when on a call and the receiving caller finds it difficult to hear me because of background noise and often static. Seriously wish I had remained with the X7’s which were crystal clear.

Unstable App. For the past two weeks and several trips to the specialist plus two occasions the specialist sort help from a technician (who gave the impression that it was a big deal) I have attempted to stabilise the App which stops working. Hearing aids are fine but the control through the App is not dependable. Sometimes it was taking in excess of 10 minutes to turn off the App and restart it so it worked. Tomorrow I’m returning the aids for a credit.

Update. This version is a bit more reliable and more functional than the myControl app.

Matt Giordano. Just excellent😇

You managed to make it worse. It’s an achievement really. Hearing aids no longer connect to app. Thankfully phone connects without your ‘support’.

Terrible sigma app. I have a pair of $40.00 ear pieces I listen to music on in the gym. My hearing aids keep cutting out some times they work some times they don’t some time right ear. Sometimes left ear. If I knew this was going to happen. I would have bought different hearing aids.

Ongoing issue. This app had been working fine. Then an update happened and now the Well Being section of the app doesn’t work properly. It used to track everything just fine. Now it seems to pick and choose when it will track steps, activity, etc. It also used to connect to my hearing aids automatically. That’s sporadic at best now u less it’s done manually each morning. Disappointing as it used to work fine.

Buggy and very slow connecting. Needs work. Back to the drawing board guys. Too many conflicts with accessibility/hearing aids part of iPhone settings. Switching to IPad is a real pain the you know what.

Unworkable. This latest version is very difficult to use. Changed volume controls so barely able to use. Fix this NOW

Battery Charge. The charge on the batteries is not close to being accurate.

Incredibly useless. The app gets stuck on the pairing page and says that I need to pair my aids before using the app. Meanwhile, my iPhone has paired effortlessly with the devices and I control all functions though the ‘Accessibility - Hearing Devices’ tabs. USE+LESS=USELESS. What a wasted opportunity.

Richard. I have had my hearing aids for over 6 months. My hearing professional is just amazing at adjusting and answering all my questions I love to ware them all day and evening. Look forward to putting them on in the morning. The Bluetooth connection to iPhone music is awesome. Answering or avoiding calls is a simple touch of the sound button on either piece. Hearing leaves rustling. The bubbling of the water fountain the finches chirping are all crisp and clear. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do

This is a terrible app. Where to begin? Dropped the Cros which I use all the time, meaning I have to adjust on the aid itself. Does not properly increase the volume on the TV setting and also on the T-coil setting. Very annoying.

Be `aware. I purchased these hearing aids and paid $5000 from a audiology clinic. The first week the left aid wasn’t working properly(low volume), but the app was working, so I chose to get it repaired . The app no longer worked with only one aid. When I got the (L) aid back the app still didn’t work. I tried contacting Signia - no reply. I was told by the clinic where I purchased the aids, my left aid had been replaced not repaired. So I’m to assume it’s the app that is screwing up my aid. For me the app won’t even adjust the volume. I’ve been told by the clinic that Signia is aware of a problem with the app, so I’m being patient. I hope they hurry and get this fixed. If both aids and the app had worked I would have given a 5+ P.S. if I had returned the aids for a refund, I would be penalized $400. $200 for each aid.

Doesn’t work all the time. This is a poorly designed app. My hearing aids paired this morning now they quit pairing. I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it to make it work. It is annoying. I am now giving you a 1 star. FIX this app so it connects when you use hearing aids Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work all the time. Does anyone in the company read the reviews?

Fit. The fit is not custom There is allot of wind noise I had the behind the ear ones before and they were much better for me

Terrible program. Never works right. I’d rather be deaf then be stressed out by this junk that never works. Taken

Why is the app so BAD and battery level incorrect. Since the aids cost in the neighborhood of $1500 EACH, why does the app have so little accuracy? One battery will show 80% and the other20% When talking to the support, they say “ignore the app!!!!” Put some of that money into a proper programmer…and make the app decent

Rating. Difficult to install. I had to go to Apple. Fortunately, an expert in programming install it for me. I rated it 3 but it should be 2 and a half.

Simplicity. App is not friendly. Always a problem getting into Bluetooth. Very poorly designed: Yes spend some of your money and get with it: your in the 80’s Very disappointing

Lost Pairing. After installing the latest Apple update my hearing aids are no longer paired to my iPhone. Very frustrated and can’t seem to pair them again.

Junk. I have only had these for about three weeks Not sure which hearing aid wants to work some days it’s the right some days it’s the left I can hear better out of the right ear, but when it answers the phone it’s not connected but the left ear works. Try to ask your app for help and it asks me questions I don’t need to ask why I have it. It’s a piece of junk.

Signia hearing aids and accessibility. It is nice to be able to adjust the volume etcetera but why not use a small band EQ equalizer to help client fine tune their hearing aids. This would be most helpful as I find it would be useful in environments such as concerts, listening to the t.v and/or radio etc… and for the loud rumble of traffic and sirens on ambulance and police/ fire vehicles can be extremely frustrating and difficult to tolerate even with the noisy environment cycle. Hope this is useful to the manufacturer and service department. I have been using Signia hearing devices for over 10 plus years. It should come with the television adapter as I got zero accessories with this set of hearing aids when I purchased them. Still waiting to find out if I am going to get the T.v. Adapter it’s been a year this June of 2023 and still no update yet.

Needs better connection power. Connection keeps dropping between my phone and the hearing aids. I just upgraded from the base mode aids to the high end aids and the connectivity is not as good as it used to be. I appreciate the new features but wish they worked and I didn’t have to reset, disconnect, reconnect, re-synch every time I left my phone on a table and walked away from it. Thank you for fixing this issue it will improve my experience greatly once it’s done 🙏

A revoir!. Connexion - déconnexion en tous temps, cette application est en fait très peu fiable. Et le contrôle des batteries est complètement à revoir!! Un peu de sérieux SVP

Needs to improve. I can’t rely on having access to live listening when I want it.

Sound quality. Earingaids sound great but listening at anything that comes from the app or the iPhone there is.no bass only upper frequencies like other reviews it would be easy to incorporate a 10 band equalizer In the software we could dial in our own preferences

Chose either. Iphone or Ipad to connect your Signia. A lot of trouble if you keep both of them connected

Lost of connection with. Bogue all the time . Frequently Signia app loose the connection with my hearing aid. Never recognize it !

Pas un gros char !!!. Application très instable ,fonctionne fonctionne pas !!pas très satisfait.

App broke when apple updated. I use this app regularly. Unfortunately the directional selector disappeared a week ago. Hoping Signia fixes it.

Signia App. Not to happy with the app. It keeps disconnecting from the hearing aids. I want to adjust my hearing aids and the app stopped working again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times on my iPhone 7. I am now on a trip and I wish I had taken my old hearing aids that have a hand held remote that works. Instead I am wasting my time constantly trying to use my new hearing aid app.

Updated App. Switched to Signia 1 year ago loved the hearing aids, not loving since app update have to delete re install daily then 20 minutes later one or both aids go silent unless I switch to live music then I can get maybe an additional hour before caos. No longer loving this. $5000 to use my 7 year old set of Oticon’s because they are less hassle. Not impressed. Your App designer needs to be shown to the curb.

App Does Not Work. The app does not seem to do anything with my hearing aids, even when it says it’s connected (about 50% of the time). So without these controls, the hearing aids are not as advertised. Way too expensive for this nonsense.

A definite non improvement. The volume control is too sensitive. The previous version had a better range of adjustment. Also the directional feature has been removed. I paid $4k for my hearing aids and this “upgrade “ is a disservice. It’s obvious to me the programmer is not a hearing aid user. I am hesitant to by a Signia product again

Junk app. I spent a ton of money on these blue tooth hearing aids and this stupid app dose not work my hearing aids keep disconnecting and won’t connect again I have to delete the app re install it and try and sometimes it works but most times it dose not what a headache

Works amazingly when properly setup. The app is great tool to do minor adjustments to my Signia AX devices. Depending on the technology level of the hearing aid that you have, this app can do wonders. Thank you Signia

Useless app. What else is going to go wrong. Spent $5,000 on hearing aids and the app just does not work, or when it feels like it. Bluetooth connection is not consistent and can’t be reinstated. If this poor app is a reflection of the product iit’s not looking very good for Signia. What else is not going to work?

HH. Scrappy app. One star is generous.

This app has one job and does it poorly. I only have this app to communicate with my very expensive hearing aids. It does a poor job of this primary task; the built-in accessibility controls of my iPhone work much more reliably. I would give it one star, but the app is actually ok except for this fundamental failure.

Loses connection to blue tooth. Constantly losing connection to iphone

Wellbeing is unhelpful. The hearing aid controls are very good. However using for phone or music streaming is very glitchy. The wellbeing monitor is pretty useless. Poor quality info and very unreliable connectivity.

Not good value. These hearing aids cost over $3000 dollars and definitely are not worth it. I have had so many problems and am very disappointed with them.

Zero stars should be possible. App takes forever to connect, need to restart aids to get connected to other apps. Not sure what is worse hearing aids or this app. App is almost useless for me

Absolutely Useless. This app cuts in and out especially when viewing content on my IPhone. General Bluetooth connectivity is sporadic which renders the controls basically useless. Way too much money for the hearing aides to have such crappy partnered software app.

Need to redo this app. Start over !. Why does the app not stay connected to TV. Every time I close the app I have to try to reprogram the device.

Poor App functionality. I’ve had my Signia Hearing aids for 2 weeks - the only lousy part is this APP! It has very poor connectivity, no easy movement from one device to the next, plus intermittent signal garbling where one, or both, hearing aids don;t get the signal. Don’t get me started on it’s lousy iPhone connections.. MFI is great andit workds, it’s just that the App has no idea what’s going on….Sad that I will probably return the Signia tech only because the App sucks….Off to check out Phinak’s app

New Signia Silk. Wow, perfect fit and sound. I’m so vain, I probably think this song is about me. I was so self conscious of the over ear types and they pull my Covid mask off and tangle glasses plus the wind outside was atrocious. These are invisible, help my self image tremendously so I’m not feeling or looking like a deaf dude ! Just wow ! Thank you and Mike at Kirkyz Acoustix, Calgary 👍🙏🏻❤️😎🇨🇦

Not impressed. Was excited to have a wellness tracker in my ears, tracking health and steps all day. Am very disappointed with it. Bluetooth is working all around me, but not in the ap, frequently, and that means the wellness program is not working. And I cannot say for $6,300 plus they help my hearing much differently than my previous Signia (4 years old, batteries no longer held a charge for more than a few hours).

Disappointed. I enjoy bluetooth and it's many features. My biggest issue is with the Well Being option. It is not accurate and I daily ensure it is connected to blue tooth. It is totally disappointing.

Not consistent. When I am out and about the app doesn’t seem to work very well - now one of my aids doesn’t respond when I check the battery even when I put in a new battery….. getting frustrating!

Garbage. This is the second version of signa app that I have used. Total garbage.

Signia app support. I have contacted support about the App not having the features that is displayed and audio not coming through both hearing aids and have not been contacted about this problem so this is why I have given it one star.

Update lost my therapy signal for tinnitus.. Every time the app gets updated I lose features. 1 was the ability to adjust the volume of each ear independently. The other was losing the therapy signal for tinnitus. Used to be a good app, but no longer any good.

Signia assistant does not connect. All other functions work fine on the app but after two unsuccessful calls to Signia technical support they said take it to my local connect hearing shop and have them try it on their phone! Something obviously wrong with software where I cannot fine tune my aids with the Signia assistant …. Of note Signia assistant worked flawlessly six months ago …go figure. Signed “also frustrated”….

Not consistent. Most of the time either the app or maybe it’s the Signia hearing aids don’t work. When I bring up the app I can’t do the same thing a prior to figure out why one hearing aid or the other isn’t working. More headaches than help seems to be my experience.

Constant problems. Unable to keep connected. Might last 2 hrs. then nothing. Spent a lot of money for these hearing aids assuming they would be helpful but only get frustration & disappointment. Never never buy Signia products.

Useless. This app drains my battery. I get about half the life I normally get when the app is off. The settings revert to factory when first turned on or switching between modes. I cant lower my phone volume because the app uses ultrasonic sounds to communicate with the aids. NOT USER FRIENDLY

New UI volume control. The slimmer shape makes it extremely challenging for someone with arthritis. Please consider making it an option to choose the width so someone could have the wider, easier to use, slider volume controls.

App has problems staying paired with hearing aids.. Have had firmware updates put on to solve pairing problems between app, iPhone and hearing aids. Hearing aids randomly come in-paired. The try this and try that firmware update is old.

App design is adequate. I preferred the previous interface. It was easier to control the volume. New version corrected that flaw. However, still no custom programs allowed.

What’s changed with the app.. The settings are so sensitive. 8 is too high. Trying to set volume lower is not as easy as it was last week.

Apple watch. This needs an upgrade to work with the Apple Watch

Meh. I’ve had these hearing aides for a week. I don’t seem to be getting all of the features it seems to have.

Not good. Liked the old version better. Volume slider tiny on my apple phone is almost impossible to use. Sorry, not this one.

Streaming is useless. Never seems to be working! Phone is connected to Bluetooth but have to restart my phone often to get this app to acknowledge that, so streaming is impossible!

Review. I can’t nit find settings to my advantage. Unable to hear in church and in restaurants. I really like my battery hearing aids much better. I would not purchase the rechargeable ones again.

Directional hearing feature is missing.. I had it briefly, but when I deleted the app and reinstalled it to sync to my new hearing aids, that feature disappeared.

Signal assistant. It can’t connect to assist with changes I want to make . The rest of the app works fine

Bad Bluetooth. The app does not work well. It turns off every time I recharge. This is a return as I can’t stand the frustration

Horribile New GUI and missing assistant. The app no longer provides Signia assistant nor mask mode but instead got useless new graphical interface that is not only bad looking but also makes some adjustments more difficult. In short horrible.

Not Up To Par. The app does not want to pair with my iPhone. I try to reset everything but nothing works. Sooo disappointed and More than annoyed!

Off On. Need app to have the ability to shut down and restart hearing aids.

Strange changes in sound quality. I am experiencing fluctuating sound quality—not in volume, but in presence—as if cotton is being put in my ears. Very frustrating.

Battery meter. The battery meter is useless. Readings are inaccurate, it may show 80% 5 minutes later the low battery tone alarms.

Induction loop now missing.. I went to a local Playhouse and could not find the Induction Loop to connect with their microphones and found that I no longer have that wonderful option. I was very disappointed.

I would give it a big fat ZERO.. App is huge file just to adjust hearing volume. Absolutely no instructions, information, or how to use app or aids.

Program setting. Would be great if I didn't have to change the program setting every morning. I use the privacy setting not the universal setting.

Having a real problem. I do not like this app. It is not as easy to se as my other app and I get very frustrated trying to use it!

Not enough control. This app doesn’t provide the proper level of support for devices. I have no control over turning on Bluetooth or separately controlling each hearing device. It’s just on.

Inconsistent. It is very frustrating that it seems to work about 70% of the time. I’m in situations where I have to change the volume and frequency frequently and many times it doesn’t work.

New screen. I’m 78 years old- very difficult to near impossible to adjust levels

Unhappy. The new app is difficult to use. Try adjusting the volume on the streaming page. It is too sensitive. I tried and tried to set the volume at 7. Never was successful.

App is sporadic. When it works, it’s fine but too often it can’t even tell you if it’s connected to anything via Bluetooth. Needs major improvements. Abig disappointment over when I was testing my hearing aids.

Ears. The app is awesome I love it. Especially losing one of the 2 hearing aids. And lucky was able to get a second pair to use the Signia App.

Problem with the app.. Bad app. I prefer the previous , because in this old app a can see the volume for each hearing aid (left or right) Can you help me ?

Bad update. Volume controls are much too small and overly sensitive to adjust since update of may 31.

Nothing but issues. Persistent reliability problems. Currently left side has low volume There is no wax build up and the sound is still low when I use the left earpiece in my right ear. The Signia Chat Bot is totally useless for adjusting volume or resetting an earpiece.

Nice App But….. It does very little except volume and sharp or soft sounds. It’s my first experience with hearing sides so maybe that’s all it’s supposed to do.

My Well Being. Like others, not tracking any stats . That or I can’t figure out how to make app do that! Other than that hearing functions fine.

Controls fixed. Thank you for the recent update. Slider bar controls are usable again.

Marginal. Got a notification that the firmware was different for each hearing aid; gray banner at bottom displaying the notification prevented me from contacting assistance. Recharged aids overnight and notification disappeared next am. Puzzling.

Volume controls. The volume doesn’t stay where selected. Each day you must reset the volume. Not convenient.

Disappointed. IMHO the Well Being app is a joke. There are times when I put my hearing aids in and connect to my phone and it will update and show I have had my hearing aids in for multiple hours. The pedometer feature is useless, very inaccurate.

terrible bluetooth connectivity. this app never connects properly to bluetooth on an iphone. iphone connects easily to hearing devices but Signia wants its own pairing so i have to constantly pull my hearing aids on and off and put them in the case and take them out even when the phone streams to my hearing aids. please fix this.
