Need to combine into one app. For someone who has pain all over their body, and is trying out this new “nerve therapy,” it would be much nicer to have all of the apps combined into one, instead of having to download 6 different apps to get the use out of them. At least one option like that would be nice to have. Still have your separate apps, but it would be nice to have one option of having them combined. This way it will also take up a whole lot of less space on my phone and it will only take up the space of 1 app place on my phone, instead of taking up 6 app places on my home screen. I love your apps and they are “somewhat starting to work” for me. Thank you!

iPad app won’t provide historical results. The Recogise Hand app for the iPad has 3 tests; Left/Right Discrimination, Matching and Speed. After going to the Results field, only the scores for Left/Right Discrimination is available. Cannot get historical scores for matching or speed. I’ve messaged the developers several times, no return messages. Would be good to know if the app is no longer being developed or bug fixed.

Customer support. When I didn’t know how to use a feature, I reached out and they were very quick to help.

Read descriptions carefully. My PT recommended that I try this app. She had all of the body parts in one app, so I was excited when I got home to download the app. I very rarely will pay for an app, but when it comes to chronic pain, I was ready to make a purchase. So when I looked at all of the “Recognise” apps, the only one that didn’t have a body part in the title was this one, “Recognise Medical”. In all my eagerness, I went ahead and purchased the app only to find out it was for hands only (yes, I know it has a picture of a hand). I had to purchase the neck app separately and requested a refund for this app. I just wanted others to be aware to avoid the same mistake I did.

Better instructions. Better instructions would be nice, not quite sure what to do with the memory part. Also to have all the apps together would be great.

App does not work. I used to use this app in a PT setting with someone with CRPS. I redownloaded it to share it with a friend who had a stroke. It no longer has any functionality. No stock images of hands, no play, memorize, or test functions. The few menu options you can tap on in the app take you to screens you cannot move back from in any way besides closing and reopening the app. I don’t know what happened, but this app needs a serious overhaul.

Good but could be better. I like this app and my results show it is working, but I really wish it had built in notifications to remind me to use the app at chosen intervals (in my case every waking hour). This feature would be extremely helpful to those who are forgetful and/or those who are new to the program and have been advised by their PT to use on set intervals.

Smoke and mirrors. Impossible to navigate. You get into one subject area and you can't get out of it. The frustrations far outweigh any benefits. A waste of money.

False info. This app is not a mix of the cards as stated in the description. It’s just for the hands.

Useless APP. $10 for nothing. Have to reboot the device or reinstall the app everytime you use it. Do not recommend.

Waste of money. Tried this on the recommendation of a Physio. Waste of time. App is basically non usable. Need to close the app completely to go back. Then all history is lost.

New update not working. Since the new update the app is completely obsolete. Doesn’t work. UI is amongst the worst I’ve ever seen.

Recognize needs to be improved. I bought Recognize 2 months ago and now it goes in a never-ending loop that I can't access the original app.

Don’t waste your money. This app is completely dysfunctional and does not work. I just purchased it and it’s a huge waste of money!! it is completely useless. It should be removed from the App Store. It does not work.

Can no longer use. So much for my therapy, of my 8.00.

Ipad pro 2nd gen and version 1.4. I cannot use the app anymore since the upgrade. App do not rezize to fit the screen and the left and right buttons sre hidden below the screen. Is it possible to rollback to v 1.2 ?
