Separate bass and Treble Controlsl. The slider controlling bass and treble at the same time (on my Signia HA’s) is not a very satisfactory system. All else is just fine. For music listening on channel 3, separate bass and treble controls would better tailor the sound. KFTaylor

Buggy - Speaks When Typing. Even though it’s turned off, every time I text “auto-complete” words are always spoken whenever I text or type into the phone (it’s doing it right now). This alone makes the app unacceptable. That it makes my phone speak in a helium-cartoon voice is annoying (to everyone within hearing distance, since the speech emanates from the phone speakers. Other than that, I find the app to be overly simplistic. Though it does function. As others have mentioned, not working while Bluetooth is turned on is perplexing and unwieldy. And just plain dumb. I have expensive hearing aids that work well, but accompanied by a ridiculously buggy app. A serious shame.

Signa app.. Hearing specialist Dr. demonstrated the Signa hearing aid, without hesitation explained comparable devices performance and factory warranty history. Perfect fit. Easy batt. Placement. Batt. Last longer than anticipated. Music, Grand children’s voices. Turn the ticking clock down, yeah, with the phone. Bass treble, noises background filter any way you choose . Mute if you like. So fun easy and worth the $. In real sound. Had them 6 mos. no complaints. Thanks Signa.

Volume control sketchy. I like that I can control direction but volume control - the slide switch- is sketchy. It only works on the first screen and not on the screen that also allows direction change. Please add iWatch app! Better for sitting in meetings, date night.

Works well but not with other devices. I really like this application to use with my hearing aids, however I also do use a lot of other devices that are bluetooth, such as wireless beats and bluetooth speakers. You have to shut off all other devices to get this one to work. So that’s why I’m only giving it a three star rating. It would be nice if the manufactures adjusted the application so it doesn’t matter what other devices you are using or coordinating with.

Very convenient. When I go to the gym, it’s very noisy, with clanging and banging and I can simply and easily turn down the volume using this app. After I leave the gym and get into my car I can turn it back up again. Also I can do the same in very noisy restaurants, and I think the directional control helps, when I’m trying to have a conversation in a noisy place. So this is very convenient, and I’m glad I was introduced to it by my hearing aid people.

Too slow to start. The app works OK but could be so much better. Very slow to boot. For such a simple app, the boot time is ridiculous. The graphics are very simplistic. I would prefer a dark background so it isn't so noticeable when using it in a movie theatre. Would also like more control to customize myself.

Not bad but no cigar!. Coming from the mini-tek, I like not having that thing around my neck. I wish there was a way to see where the volume is at when you turn it on. What is the factory settings? The app doesn’t give you any insight into the status of your aids. Do they need charging? I need more info?

Love them. I’m a vet who recently was fitted with Signia products. The app is amazing. So much more control than conventional methods. Way more functionality for fat finger me. Will return to the VA soon and ask my Audiology department for more programs and additional features. This app is a game changer me me and my new hearing products.

Hearing. I only have program 1 on my hearing aids but it is so much easier to adjust volume than the little buttons on the hearing aids. Also I like the spatial configurator, when riding in a car (back seat) I turn the sound to the front and I can hear what there’re talking about. I also hear much better with these hearing aids, my old ones were 10 years old. The technology has really advanced.

Excellent choice!. Wow, what can’t I say except positive things All away around. Works easily as can be, common sense usage so you don’t need to be a technician expert. I like everything about this application and love sharing all the options to my hearing and none hearing friends. Easy to use! Jump in now

Volume control needs refinement. When you change the volume on the hearing aids itself, it does not change the volume bar on the app, which is very confusing. I would update this so any change make on the hearing aid would be reflected in the app.

Excellent app.. An excellent app! One suggestion: we should be able to swipe left or right to move from program one to program two, to program three, and so forth. It is tedious to go back to a menu list.

Love it. My ability to turn the hearing aids off is almost as exciting as the great natural sound when turned on. I used to rip the aids out of my ears when things got too loud or too noisy and now I can just turn them off. Thanks

Convenient but needs improvement. Pros * Easily switch between programs, volume, etc * Less obvious than pressing buttons on the aids Cons/improvements: * Font is HUGE. I have hearing problems not vision problems. It’s not discrete when you can see the screen from 10 feet away. Please make the font smaller and consider packing more into a single screen instead of bouncing around menus. * Bass/treble are not mutually exclusive. Less treble doesn’t mean more bass. There should be two sliders (one for bass and one for treble) or just make treble plus/minus. * Overall the UI needs some cleanup and modernizing. It’s too clunky. * Figure out the Bluetooth issue. iPhone can still be connected to Bluetooth radio or other devises and utilize the built in speaker like on a phone call. I don’t want to disconnect a Bluetooth device to switch modes, especially when I’m in the car * Make a widget to appear on the home screen with a simple swipe to activate. This is also great in a car situation or anytime one doesn’t want to launch the app to change modes.

Review. Thes are my third pair of hearing aids. I thought my last ones from miracle ear were good but these are far better. It took me some time to fully understand what I could do with my smart phone app but it allows me to specialize them for any unusual situation. The various programs get me in the “ballpark” but I have found I can tweak them even more by changing the “ bass- treble “ settings also for a particular environment!!!

Battery test. I liked my older version of this software. I could test left and right battery and get 3 beeps for a full charge, 2 beeps for less charge. Other than that I really like this software. I can sit in church and direct my hearing to the pastor and cut off some of the side noise. Thanks for this program.

Works Well Enough. This does the job, but I would like to see the current spatial configuration setting whenever I look at it rather than a blank setting. Also the volume and bass-treble controls on the same page would be helpful.

Needs more adjustments. First when I take my hearing aids out of the charger it should reconnect to my cell phone so the settings that I have used already would re connect with ought having to reprogram. Having to were hearing aids is already a pain in the you know. That would help a lot.

Has help greatly!. I recently had a baby and have had constant ringing since that has caused an issue when I went back to work. My ENT never mentioned this app before... I was lucky just by sheer luck to have found it. I had to make an appointment with my ENT to have it activated with my hearing aid. I have been using the app for two weeks now and I can really tell a difference. Of course it will never make to ringing go away but it certainly helps the situation. Being born hearing impaired I know not to expect too much from the app but man I wish I would have had this app all my life. Because I can hear a great difference. I wish I had a little more control of my aid, that is why it got a 4 star rating. But I can say even the doctor I work for has noticed a difference in the amount of things I'm actually hearing now! Thank you for the great help! I hope you keep improving this app!

Changing settings. Have had the aids for a few weeks. My settings seem to change without my resetting anything—not sure why this is happening?!? The volume of main setting and spatial configurator changes or quits without prompting. I have tried to leave app open, but it is of no consequence. When entering new WiFi, units behave oddly & I have to reset. Paid a fortune for these and why aren’t they working properly? Please fix these bugs!!

Junk. Less than 50% of the time the app works properly. With an IT background I fully understand the designed functionality and it occasionally works, however, the majority of time I have to fiddle with the app before it finally works. I decided to write this review because I’ve spent the last 20 minutes trying everything I can think of to adjust the volume with no success. I expected more from the manufacturer!!!

When it works.... I got a notice that there had been update and I needed to delete the device and reconnect. Following their directions, I did reconnect with my iPhone but loss the app. The update date warning kept coming back even though I was reconnected and wouldn’t go away! I’m in the 30 day trial period and if this how their system works, I’m thinking seriously thinking about switching to another high end brand! I question Signa quality because of this screwup! The hearing aids are very expensive and this crap shouldn’t happen!

3 star app. I gave this a 3 star rating because it does not control individual hearing aids. It only controls the pair. I keep having one hearing aid louder than the other side, I would have to drive 1/2 hour & make an appointment to have them adjusted. This is senseless as it should adjustable from the app. Not hard to do.

Volume too low. App keeps telling me the volume is too low to work properly. Have tried several things to correct but keeps telling me the same thing. This doesn’t happen every time but is becoming more and more prevalent. Solutions??

Unstable but helpful. I have used Signia and Easytek for a few years. Even with a new Easytek from Siemens and an updated app, the from combined tech devices manage to end up unstable time to time. Volumes suddenly increase to the max, causing uncomfortable feedback and a bombardment of loud sounds. When stable, it is very helpful, particularly with phone calls. Very frustrating to have to live with the bad aspects so I can’t rate it any higher than a 3.

Scanning my program into the app.. Very difficult to scan the program when asked to do it. Most times it won’t scan although I hold it steady and there is no indication that the scan was successful. If the program will remain in memory, why does it go into the scanning mode and just “sit” waiting and not do anything????

Needs Improvements. App could use some modifications, offer touch more adjustments and a few other improvements The devices do not always connect with the app to allow changes. I also wish that the devices would not default back to original settings after charging, I’m constantly changing them so the setting I enjoy

Not for the average user to set up.. I read all the negative reviews and wonder why? The best I can tell is a professional will set the app up with compatible hearing aids. I have five programs that were built just for my aids and they all work fine. Volume works, mute works and each of my 5 programs select and are noticeably functional. Please research before giving ones and negative comments.

Good but could be better. Good basic control, but could be better. Should be able to control right and left individually. Doesn’t provide way to acknowledge changes to directional control. Sometimes gives me message can’t adjust because volume is too high. I have Pure level 7.

Great Product! Good App. The Sigma products I have a great! They changed my life! Maybe it’s just me, but the app is a little difficult to understand, even after I’ve read the instructions. I don’t change the settings, but when I replace the batteries (about every seven days for ea one, but I wear them 18+ hours a day) the app always reads that the volume levels are too low on the hearing aids. I don’t know why. I replace the batteries, put the hearing aids in both ears and open the app to make sure the master volume is in the center of the control slide. After getting the message that the volume is too low, I again turn up the volume on the aids. I don’t understand how the volume gets too low when I change batteries. Other than that, the App is great! I can discreetly and remotely change programs, etc. Thanks!

Could be more intuitive. With no guidance or familiarity with apps in general, it’s challenging to figure out some simple things, like turning your hearing aids on or off with the app. Text should accompany symbols, i.e “Your Aids are On, on standby”, etc. For example, I did not know the sound made when hitting the mid volume mark is the only sound feedback you get. Shouldn’t I hear a sound for each increment that reflects the volume level? It seems like there are many areas that could easily be enhanced in terms of app feedback through the hearing aids. I unndersrand that Seimens makes money on hardware and nothing on software. Better just not to have an app. For some reason, the app stopped working. The pairing instructions are vague and need more detail. I was able to get connected again by selecting the app and reinstalling it. It feels like beta or even alpha software, but again maybe it is not designed to work with my model. The app appears unfinished, like development has stopped. Interface on iPhone x looks amateurish. It is hard to tell from the docs whether this app is supposed to work with signia insio 5 px. Maybe it isn’t. I am a new wearer and have ordered a remote also. I am wondering if Signia would just rather sell an expensive piece of hardware rather than develop software for a smartphone. I would like to have both. There should be a comparison of features available on the remote ad opposed to the app.

Works Great. I’ve used the app for almost 2 years. Works well, easy to fine tune or redirect as needed. A minor inconvenience to note, I’ve had to delete it and re download 3 times. The download corrected what was not responding or working. Other than that👍

Could be better. I am a retired Audiology professor trying hearing aids myself for the first time. Although I think this app is a great idea, the fact that changed made at the hearing aid are not communicated to the app, makes subsequent changes at the app confusing especially related to volume. I find the twin phone choice does not work and the bass treble control useless. Some tweaks to this app would make it deserving of a higher rating.

Not happy!. I chose Signia hearing aids because of their Bluetooth capability. But the app is not working with the new Apple update - so I cannot stream phone calls or music to my devices. Plus, control functions for the hearing aids are minimal and user interface within the app is not good. A poorly designed and updated app renders the hearing aids very poor in my judgement.

You took away with last update. I thought there were more sounds as I adjusted up or down before last update. Those sounds helped me to be sure I had my hearing aids adjusted where I want them. Now I only hear a tone at the middle but I can’t be sure how many levels I’ve gone up or down now. I’m having to open the app and adjust again when I’m out with others which is annoying.

This app insults the user’s intelligence. This app treats us users like children who are incapable of PROGRAMMING our own hearing aids...instead of offering an option to take control of the programming (with appropriate warnings of course!), it refuses, thereby forcing us to go see a paid “professional” ... well, I’m stuck with Signia for now... but when these start to wear out, I’ll certainly never buy this brand again ....UNLESS Signia changes this control-freak policy and informs us that they have done so

Very basic. Very basic functions. Does not work when your phone is connected to bluetooth, eg your car or speaker. I wish the sliding scale for volume and bass/treble had an actual scale. Also, the sliders do not reset to default after your hearing aids have been reset to default (after taking them out)

Retired Army Nco. This App is very day to use. Got my hearing aids at the local Veterans Administration and the Audiologist set the app up on my phone and it is very easy to use. When my wife and I go out to eat I can use the app to control the setting to use to hear my wife without having to listen to noisy children or the constant clanking of silverware.

Works for awhile annoying. The advanced features are great when they work. My problem is after 15-20 mins the app stops suddenly and my hearing aids go back to original settings. Really annoying when in a restaurant and I set the app to only hear forwards (our table) then suddenly I hear the whole place loudly. Hope there is an update soon to fix this ‘drop out’ situation. Help!!!

Doesn’t work if other Bluetooth devices are connected. I like the idea of this app but it is almost worthless to me. Whenever I go to use it I’m told that it can’t connect if there is another Bluetooth device connected to my phone. I have a watch which is always connected to my phone via Bluetooth, so this app never works. Alternately I would have to go into settings and disconnect my watch every time I want to use this app to adjust my hearing aids. It is easier to just use the buttons on the aids to change the volume or select a different program, although I can only access programs 1-4 with the buttons - not 5&6.

Very good app.. I love the app. It such an approvement over my previous hearing aids. I do really wish I could hear my phone conversations through them. I have a close friend that his hearing aids have this feature. Maybe you will upgrade your app?

Not great!. The app does not function in your car or any place else that you have a Bluetooth connection...even if I turn off Bluetooth on my iPhone it still doesn't function in my car! Can't believe these guys don't have the technology to stream Bluetooth to my iPhone? Very aggregating...disappointing

Hearing aids. I think this app is must have, you go from one environment noise to the next. The app is just so much easier for a quick change without anyone noticing what you’re actually doing. Great job👍

Developed by 3 yr old. I give it 2 stars because it works. But that’s pretty much it. The interface looks like It was developed by a child. Necessary improvements would include: 1. A clearer delineation (numbers) of exact levels that the volume AND treble are set to (-2, 0, +1 etc) where 0 is default position when HA is first turned on 2. More options to tweak the sound (treble) than just 1 frequency. Options to increase or decrease the range. Right now the treble differed between min an max is very small. 3. A curve diagram showing current settings that changes “live” as you change the various settings. These should be easy changes. Right now the app is VERY basic.

It works for me. This came along at about a week after I was fitted with my first set of hearing aids. My audiologist did not explain this out to me the very first day because there were many other things that she wanted to explain to me at that time. As it turns out, I think it was a very good decision to wait about a week before revealing the existence of this app. I think that was a good idea because I was busy learning about other features of the hearing aids at that time. I have three programs loaded and I switch between them quite often to experiment with how they deal with various nice situations.

New batteries help. I go to ALL EARS HEARING in Sacramento Ca. There’s a girl there named Sydney. She is sooooo awesome! When I gone in she has always checked my hearing aids and re done my app twice cause my phone deleted it. Every time I leave there I hear better!!! Thanks to Sydney and this app. I wish I could make it a little louder but to be honest I know it’s working well because my tv volume used to be at 80 now its at 20. WOW !!!! Right. When I heard ringing cause of feedback Sydney has put some little filters that totally helped to kill that noise. I truly appreciate her help and this app is sooo cool. I joke to my friends when my wife starts nagging this app is perfect cause I just shut my aids off and they turn into ear plugs to shut out the noise, lol.

Knowing is the battle. Now that I have someone that taught me to get the max out of my equipment and this app, they are both awesome. Thank you to makers of this app, I look forward to getting my next update.

No Bluetooth access if phone is linked. No other app that uses Bluetooth fails if some other device is also connected. But this one gives you an error message if, for example, your phone is connected to your Tesla. Since your phone is your key to your Tesla you can’t just flip it off so you can lower the volume control on your ears.

Apple Watch support anyone?. Good app but i really really wish this would support Apple watch, that way i would not have to pull my iPhone out of my pocket each time i want to make an adjustment. Simply lift your wrist, make a change on the watch and done. Hopefully app developer is watching these reviews and put this on the top of the list for a next version! Thanks. Bart. Update: found out from the developer this is a restriction from Apple not allowing that type of communication.

Hearing App. Great app. Very easy to use. Easy to change remotely with an iPhone.

Appallingly bad. Trying to use this app is a nightmare! Volume adjustment does not work. Spatial configuration does not work - an expensive gimmick? Bass Treble adjustment does not work. Sound cancellation does not work. Enough said.

Less is not more. Basic volume up do wn for low end model that I expect. But level 7 I want more flexibility for the cost like access to the software.

Not work. I have new IPhone XS .. try to set up in app but still not work at all .. trying 2 or 3 times strange .. what happen .??

Brilliant!!. This little app packs a punch! So easy to use, yet so very effective in different (and oftentimes difficult) situations. I love it.

Great App. Love the app, great innovation, but why can it only operate in isolation to any other audio device? I have to disconnect Apple iWatch to use the app and make any changes? Suggest software upgrade to allow other devices through the smartphone.

Nosedived. No problems Works well

The App has little use.. Apart from controlling volume, which is easily controlled by the rocker switch, the App has little use.

Simple and useful. This apps do help me to adjust my hearing aids easier. It provide more control eg bass level and direction which are more than the hearing buttons can do.

J Kuiters. I'm very pleased with this version 2.10.1.251. It is easy to use and very effective. I find it especially useful to reduce my tinnitus therapy by several dB. The default level of therapy signal tends to mask speech. 😕 The Spatial function works extremely effectively for me. Thank you and Please keep up the good work ***** One last point, I know it’s a safety feature, but, is it possible to have the spatial time lockable? I don’t like “fiddling” with my phone during meetings.

Battery level. Can u set the app so I know when my battery will go flat? It always goes flat at work if I could tell how much was left in the morning I would be able to change them before work. Thanks

Just brilliant!. New hearing aids today, first time with such advanced technology and its created a whole other world that was once silent! Goodbye silence and hello world!

Hopeless. Too much background noise

Rate App. Changes volume without notice. Volumes differ. (One side softer than the other) Left side causes ear to be sore.

Fantastic. I can now control what I hear without fiddling with my hearing aids. My wife now has the TV at the volume she likes an I can control what I hear or what the loop device give me.

Great app. Great app makes using the hearing aids so much easier and I find it so useful for pitch etc

A bit clunky and not all that intuitive. The application is a good for switching between the program modes. Works on both the iPhone and iPad mini. The Spatial feature section needs more work. For example it would helpful if the selected mode would remain highlighted, giving a bit more positive indication that the selected mode is active. In addition, include a help section to more fully explain, with examples, the application's features.

Why Bother?. $4K for a pair of Mickey Mouse hearing aids & the app doesn't even have the ability to adjust the balance! Just some fundamental adjustments that should be available: •Individual adjustment of each devices' properties. •Some control of frequency sensitivity as in my case there's a HUGE chunk of sound spectrum that's missing •Some customising of settings & establishing new settings for specific circumstances. I hope this is the 1st version of this app, otherwise it's pitiful; you'd almost be as well off not using it!

Max. It would be very handy if you could adjust the volume in each ear. Any chance of being able to do this. I could with my last set.

Solid app. This app makes adjusting hearing aids very easy to manage after they have been “paired” to the phone. A how to guide would be most appreciated in future updates.

Touch control Sivantos. Hopeless $4000 ear pieces and the app doesn't work, Great!!!!

Signia hearing aids. They have not worked properly since getting them. Can I tell if battery is flat. Put new batteries in and still cannot get them to work! Have never been offered replacement filters and it appears there aren’t any. Only seem to be able to get one hearing aid working. Even one working it isn’t doing the job. Continue to have problems hearing people speak

Re-Set button needed. Great idea and good app but needs a re-set button to take BOTH the hearing aid AND the aid back to the basic settings you get when the aid is first switched on, ie program 1 plus volume & tone etc slides in the middle.

Cannot believe how deaf I was. I am even hearing the birds singing and the beauty of non screaming TV and car radios WHY WHY did I not do this before? Thanks to all of those wonderful technology experts that have given back my new and wonderful sounds I can’t imagine now not hearing the beautiful sounds of life all around me MANY MANY THANKS

Changed my hearing abilities. Great device for crystal clear sound and voice. It boosted my confidence level with clear hearing abilities, clarity of sounds and noise. It has large number of features to suit my needs and lifestyles.

Useful but not perfect. If you switch between your phone and the small remote you have to set each up every time. Does not ‘talk’ to aids so you must adjust every time you switch your aids on or off. Not convinced the extra features work either on my $8000 pair of aids. No real change noticed on the spatial settings.

Very limited control. Won’t work in the car.. 😐

Doesn't work. Followed instructions, hearing aids switched on but couldn't hear the test sound Very amateur app, having paid over $6,000 expected a lot more, this critique composed on an IPad costing less than $1,000, where's the value?

Spatial Configurator. I found the original app worked well. When I upgraded to access the spatial configurator I found that while I can see it I cannot use properly. When it is pressed to focus in different directions it does not stay or affect the hearing aids. I have spoken to my audiologist who also is unable to get it to work properly.

Phone sapp. Very poor app. I have to pair it each time I need to use it. That’s a pain. No support whatsoever.

Very easy to use. The easiest way to adjust hearing aids that I have ever experienced.

Frustrated. This app is very fickled. I have had instances where it has not worked at all and have ended up just removing my hearing aid in frustration. It's really not good enough Sivantos please sort the app out so it works all the time.

Very useful. A good app but has one problem. I also use easytek app but do not always have it with me so have touch control app as well. But I must reset the app every time I open it. The easytek app has capacity to be used without the Tek but it is buggy to and people recommended shutting that option off to solve the bugs. Great start and well worth having just needs work. Also needs on off button for aides

Poor App. Very frustrating will not work if any other Bluetooth devices nearby you have to turn of Bluetooth every time also volume control set by technician then when I go to make simple slide adjustment comes up volume to low a lot of bug fixes needed not user friendly at all

Turn off beeps. I would love a control option to turn off the annoying device beeps every time I change something. Turn off ALL device sounds please. So frustrating. The app also will not work if the easyTek puck is on. Other than that it seems to have basic functions working.

Industry Standard but Good.. This is the 1st hearing i have owned. Does the job and I assume the mobile app is similar to the competition. Works for me.

Since upgrade. Since upgrade of program and my iPhone 6 program Ihave been unable to use the new upgraded sigma programs. It keeps telling me there is another Bluetooth apparatus nearby. Have not been able to find said apparatus. Oh well isn’t technology grand

Limited capability. Convenient to always have volume control with me in my phone, but this app is very limited compared to the capability of my hearing aids. It only controls the sound volume. I still have to carry an extra control for noisy areas, tv and distance. It seems silly to have an app that doesn’t even have the capability of the remote control. Your app developers need to do way better than this. My hearing aids have the capability why doesn’t the app?

Good app for orion2. Better than easy tech for setup the tone and volume But you can use easy tek for connecting your hearing aid to tv or other bluetooth device output Thank you for this grat app

My Signia App. Easy to use. Different settings actually work. Noisy setting killed the road noise in the car. He spatial control on the normal setting is useful. Overall excellent rating for this app.

Meh. Well being new to heating aids I’m not sure what’s out there to compare to but initial thoughts are it’s rather lacking in significant differences within 1. Volume control 2. Program control I’m thinking better quality is needed within these features. Also it conflicts with other Bluetooth devices . The upside is I don’t need to carry around my remote. I’m happy with the device but the app is needing adjustments. Cheers Glenn

What happened?. This latest version has lost the ability to adjust bass/treble balance. Why? Much less useful now!

Revised. I have found that the app can only be connected to one device in order to work. If you have a phone and an ipad, you can only have it connected to one. If you pair with your phone after you have paired to your iphone, you will lose the pairing to your iphone . Other than that the device stays paired

The best remote control I know.. No connection problems, easy and no need of bluetooth, wireless, etc

I meant no star!. I can't give anything less. Hearing aid users can be baby boomers but this app underestimates their use. Not user friendly. I have to ask the audiologt to add the phone program.

New User. I just start to use this app with my new aids. I like it very much. I spent the day in a noise mall, however, the app enabled me to hear my companion without needing to pump-up the volume! Later, I went to Karaoke and was able to further position an unset program is I could hear not only my own singing, but could turn down the over-mixed bass tones in the other singer's music. Over the past week or so, I have played with the settings for many different scenes: in the car with audio, in a quiet house, watching TV (which didn't actually affect my hubby's sleeping) and near construction, to name just a few. The app is easy to use and I am glad I can still use my external bluetooth headphones when I am out and about because they were expensive and I really like them. Plus, there is zero feedback when I use my headphones in conjunction with my new hearing aids!

Very handy. Don't know why everyone has given this a poor rating I have used it for a year now and would not want to be without it. It works just as well as the remote that came with my aids

Mobile adjusting. Really folks, you need to work on your app, I haven't seen any note able upgrades for past 6 months. In general app works.

Great App. I love that I don't have to wear or use an external device that would make wearing hearing aids obvious. This app is not only discreet but allows me to have control over my hearing aids when necessary. Very satisfied!!

Love it. I absolutely love this app!!!! When one is in a very noisy environment, you can't hear the different tones to know what settings you are in. With this app I can see exactly what I am doing. I prefer to use this app whenever I make any changes. Love it!!

Blue tooth. I specifically asked for hearing aids that were blue tooth compatible with my phone. Well they sort of are. But you have to wear this ridiculously large “necklace” thingy that is incredibly ugly. It’s not anything you’d ever wear. Other brands are much more discreet. What a waste of my money.

Great. Great app, works much better than the EasyTek...

Not worthy of a mention. Really does not add much value. Sounds like a good idea to have at the outset but this really does nothing that is even the smallest wow! Limited ability, created, but then stopped there! Extremely disappointed as to what this can do. Most often the noise level adjustment makes little difference. Scrap this and uphold your reputation instead of providing something half baked!

Could use some improvements. Would like to see a pop up control on spatial configuration enabling user to set it for user-specified period of time, or default.

Perte constante de fonctionnalité :-). Je suis déçu de la perte de fonctionnalité de cette application au fil du temps. Ex.: l'estimé du taux de charge de la batterie qui était disponible sur les version antérieure ne l'est plus?!?! Plus moyen d'estimer la charge restante (surtout quand on n'a pas eu le temps de recharger au complet selon le temps disponible). Peu de souci des développeurs pour les utilisateurs :-(.

It Works! sort of. Yes it works, but in a day when you can get an app to do almost anything it seems a little bland. What It does, controlling volume, bass treble, various pre sets, it does well. But seems to be very limited in what you can configure program to do. I like the spatial configuration.. but would be nice if it could also do blue tooth without requiring external Siemens device, (with which it sometimes conflict )

App. Hardly ever functions properly . Very poor.

Unreliable. The app worked well for a few months. It slowly got more difficult to change modes. After one year it is impossible to change modes. Plus, it is impossible to know which mode it is stuck in.

Was once great. I liked this app, but it no longer works. I go through the setup and all seems fine but my programs no longer work, no way to turn up or down. Just a dud and no help to be found

TouchControl. Very handy much easier than trying to use the button

Drops Connection. It’s hard to say if it’s the app or hearing aid but i randomly experience the hearing aid being dropped from the app. I can’t turn it off or turn volume up or down. When I try to set it back up it doesn’t connect and feels like hearing aid is at low volume.

Not all that. I was hoping this would work seamlessly but have had to delete the app twice and reinstall it and pair up to my hearing aid after each reinstall. Today it doesn't work at all. Can't even check my battery level with it now.

Faulty after 1.5 years. Screwy at best. Even hearing center can’ t correct. Constant beeps and corrections between left and right...silence and dead zones at will..using phone app helps but once off back to screwsville...I hate these...believe I was mislead...

Volume adjustment. Hearing aid uses iPhone app to change programs and volume. For some reason the app cares about the volume setting of the iPhone! As a result the hearing aid volume is sometimes loud and sometimes very low when the app volume is set to high. (I have one hearing aid)

Good product, terrible app!!!. The only way to properly convey the low quality/functionality/capability of this app is to pull up the ReSound app. ReSound’s app is light years better than Signia’s. It’s too bad because the Signia hearing aid/masking device is really good. Come on Signia, let’s get out of the app dark ages!

Not sold yet.. So without warning, the old Signia app just stopped working. This new app doesn’t have some of the old features like of all things Mask Mode that a lot of hearing impaired people like myself depended on! So this app has A LOT OF CATCHING UP TO DO!!

Shamefully behind others!. In comparing to Widex, it is less functional, less intuitive, and less pretty. Doesn’t this make you guys ashamed? Also, there is no explanation for things like Broadcast Level. What does this do? I Can’t tell. Unlike Widex, there is no Adjustment for rear or unilateral adjudgment. Can’t you equal your competition?

Very basic capabilities with quirks on top of that.. App could have been so much better but is extremely basic in functionality.

Useless app. Had my hearing aid for 2 weeks now and was told it would be life changing and be loving it. Been to specialist twice and had a few adjustments made and app is still completely useless. Volume control doesn’t work properly. Different programs are indistinguishable. At this point, I’m not impressed with the app & aid

Spatial Configurator does not work. This app would be better if it had a 5 band equalizer to give the end user more control. Also the spatial configurator does not seem to work at all. I can’t adjust anything in there to tune out background noise. Everything around me is all at the same volume.

Low functioning. For a first generation app it is ok. Unfortunately, it does not offer much functionality and as such is of marginal value. Hopefully, subsequent releases will improve its value.

Battery life indicator. Would love to see this as a feature in the app!

Needs a little tweak. Works good in general but I keeps giving an error message saying the volume is to low even when I have the volume set at 60%! Fix this and then we can talk about upgrades! iPhone 8 up to date It still keeps having the same fault! What the heck?

Doesn't work well with my phone!. My Dr. Even tried to get this app to work, she even called them and they could not get it to do right! I was so looking forward to using this app to adjust my hearing aid. As it is way to loud and I have no way of turning it down, so frustrated!! What a waste of money!!!

So so. Needs to have more user friendly controls

Apple Watch. App works well. Now if you could make it compatible with Apple Watch I would be really happy

Lack of direction. My audiologist and I have tried several times to figure out how this app works. We couldn't even figure out how to get back to the Home Screen. This is not a user friendly program.

Needs more user friendly adjustments. I don’t have enough control, this program is so basic, I need an equalizer control. I usually don’t wear mine out of frustration

Give Me Balance!. Providing a balance or left / right volume control would be very helpful.

Basic functions do work.. I find the app works ok but everything seems to be very basic. I have six listening programs but only four show up. App does not work if the iPad's volume is below 50%.

Bluetooth conflict. I find the inability to use the app when Bluetooth is on to be a major issue. It is not only a problem in my co, but whenever Bluetooth is on in proximity to my phone. Needs fixing!

I love this app!!. I love how easy this app is to use and the control it gives me with my hearing aids.

Does OK Job with the Basics. You cannot control your hearing aid if the phone is connected to BluTooth, in your car for example. Also cannot stream from your phone to your hearing aid and use the app at the same time.

App works like a charm. After understanding how to install and set up the app correctly, it performed according to specs. Set up is easy, support OK. So no complains. Selecting the right HA is another thing. The market is not very transparent and there are a punch of HA out there. So who will recommend the right unit for you? Especially here in the land of profit!!!

Very BAD app. I used to have an app that really worked. My hearing specialist told me to delete that app download the new app. So I did. Worst decision I have made in years. The apps from these people mostly don’t work. Why Signia keeps using these yahoos is completely beyond my ability to fathom

Signia run sp. I was greatly disappointed the app only controls volume up and down I thought I would be able to change channels and everything from the app

Great hearing aids!. These programs especially the tinnitus works wonders for me! I sometimes don’t even hear the “shushing” sound I hear al the time! Reuben Reynoso at The Hearing Center, in Santa Monica is the GREATEST!

Worse app. It’s the worst app ever! I spent so much money for the Cross Silk Nx transmitter and I have no control of it! I have to go to the doctor every time I want a change In the program . Now I have to pay for it if I need a change! Ridiculous!!!! Volume and treble I have control for that is all!!

Regulate volume. There are not enough gradations in volume control. I use my hearing aids while using very good headphones. Invariably the volume control issue depending upon the mode, is either too loud or too weak. Often times I have to remove my hearing aids and continue to watch the programming unassisted. The volume clarity with voices behind me is very problematic.

App needs additional work. There should be improvements made with a better help page and a simulator mode

Does not work with an additional Bluetooth!. I purchased these in-canal hearing aids so I could use them in concert with my Plantronics Voyager Headset. After purchasing them I learn that I am unable to makes adjustments to my hearing aids using this app while I am using my Plantronics headset! They need to fix this!

Love❤️. Wearing hearing aids for over 25 years. Finally an app that allows me to enjoy television shows music and phone from this iPhone App.

Need more options for frequency adjustment. Too few options for the user. Have to see audiologists for fine tuning

Frustrating. I can never tell when or if a directional change in the settings has taken place. Sometimes even tho I want it focused in front of me it goes off or changes, possibly from an unintended touch. There shd be a tone to alert the user if/when this happens.

Average at Best. Compared to the other Insignia app this one is worse. No triple click on my phone to open the program. Few if any audible prompts. Still no separate volume control for the limited choice tinnitus programs which are too similar. How about rainfall and other choices?

Use this app every day, all day long!. I highly recommend this app for your Siemens hearing aids for volume control.

Improvements. It would be better if I had control over the app while connected to other Bluetooth devices.

Works poorly. Doesn’t work all the time. Slider too sensitive and too hard to get where i want it. Also slider bar not marked with graduations in any unit of measure. Often get msg that volume is too high or low without guidance of what to do. Unresponsiveness of app makes it confusing.

Has never worked for me. My hearing aids are great, but the app doesn’t seem to connect with them. No benefits of using separate programs, the app does nothing. Very disappointed.

This technology needs an improvement.. Please review this app and make the needed changes to improve the performance. It has serious connectivity issues.

No feed back from the app. I don’t get any feed back whether my hearing aid is functioning properly or not, also when I raise the volume manually it does not reflect the volume on the app. We are at a disconnect with the app.

Not reliable. My second day with my $4,300 hearing aids and this app and already I'm very unsatisfied. The app looses connectivity with the hearing aids leaving many functions unavailable. The hearing aids do not communicate back to the app. So if you turn up the volume of the aids manually, the app has no idea. Same with program changes. The hearing aids are okay. App needs much work. C'mon man! It's 2017!!

Essentially useless. Refuses to change the volume on the (supposedly) paired hearing hearing aids. The only thing that shows in a screen the says “the volume is too low . . .” even though the hearing aids squeak when I put my finger in my ears. Fortunately, they are on a trial basis & I can return them.
