Too complicated. The hearing aids are good but the whole system is difficult for people with fine motor skill problems and a lack of technological expertise: you know, the target market that needs hearing aids. The app is lacks good direction and is NOT user friendly.

Bluetooth. Constant problems with Bluetooth. The app page for settings won’t even allow access. 0001j I recently deleted the app and reinstalled in an attempt to pick up any updates. After doing this the Bluetooth issues have resolved.

Repair. I had to return my right hearing aid for repair the wire came out of the receiver sent in on Tuesday the 29th just wondering how long it takes to repair thank you

Data. I am going to say that data recorded is about right less then half of the time, which makes me wonder why I even check it. The hearing aids on the other hand are comfortable and have been a help.

Not user friendly. I find the app is not user friendly and clunky. It takes some hunting to find where you need to go. The sources the app gives you are valuable, if you could only find them. How would an elderly person maneuver this? Ask one to help you edit this app.

Function access. I cannot figure out how to turn off a stupid song coming into my right hearing aid when I am trying to watch a video that was sent to me in a text message. I get a pop up box letting me change to speaker phone when I make a phone call. Why can’t I have something like that with a video????

Tinnitus function. I have tinnitus and thought this app had a function on it for this, but I don’t see anything. Where can I find it.

Three days since updated...... I don't know what the problem is with this app, but if I don't open it every single day it will not update it at all the last time I open it was three days ago and that's the last time it updated this is friggin ridiculous.... Find a way to update this thing every half hour at the latest without having to tap on it and even when you tap on it it does not update I have to completely get out of the app two or 3 to4 times before update takes place, just crazy.

Accessibility issues. I am visually impaired and use voiceover on my iPhone, and I have noticed several icons and buttons in the TruHearing App that are not accessible to know what they are for because I either get just button or nothing. I would be glad to work with you if we can figure out a solution to this problem thanks.

Sort of works.. First, 2 days ago I put my hearing aids in early since I worked that day. The usage time was way off from what I actually wore them for that day. The next day as soon as I put my hearing aids on the app said I had been wearing them 4.5 hours but in reality it was 5 minutes. Today they have been in my ears for almost 5 hours and are paired to my phone. The apps says I have worn them zero hours. This app is all over the place. Not very impressed with the app.

Distance. I Totally love my hearing aids! They are capable of streaming my audio books, music everything… Bluetooth at its best! I have only one complaint and that is the range from the phone is third world generation. I’m a busy person I don’t carry my phone everywhere in the house. My I buds has range all over the house (3000 sq ft), and in the back yard! With these, 10 ft the caller, gets static, or the call will disconnect. As much as they cost even with insurance you should be able to go 10 feet without your phone! Suggestion, buy the technology for distance from Apple then you would have a AAA product! Sincerely Stephanie

Do not like new interface. Older interface was much easier to use. Too much vertical area now wasted on unimportant stuff and NOT devoted to sliding controls. I really dislike this new interface

New update is terrible!. The latest update has made this app almost unusable, especially for the elderly with limited dexterity. The control sliders are way to short and overly sensitive. Once you are finally able to get a comfortable setting, and release your finger, the setting changes. Please fix!

The WellBeing section doesn’t work. I am able to control the ambient sound for my tinnitus, which I love. That has helped me a lot. I thought I would be able to track my steps and look at the time logged for wearing the hearing aids. This part of the application hasn’t worked for the last 5 months. I also think there should be a way (when it does start working) to track your steps and time without having to open the application. If my hearing aids automatically connect to my phone, why should I have to open the application?

Not as good as my previous hearing app. The indicator in the app does not show the proper togram when I chang it via the switches on the hearing aid. Remote microphone is more difficult to use because this function is not in the app. Can’t get the right hearing aid switches to show change in volume in app.

Good But Could Use Additional Features. The biggest benefit for me is a reduction in tinnitus. The apps from some other hearing aid providers include a “find my hearing aid” feature. This one does not. Having that ability would earn it a five star rating. Recently I lost my hearing aid while gardening. I found it by linking my hearing aid to my phone’s music app, playing a song really loud, and then crawling about on my hands and knees until I could faintly hear and pinpoint the hearing aid. It would have been less stressful if the app could have pinpointed the device.

Stuck. Love the app but it is. Stuck on install batteries…..my Tru Hearing aids are the recharge type and need adjusting on the phone…..cannot get out of this screen even deleting and reinstalling ….. Love it when it works!

Update is a Disappointment. Have enjoyed my hearing aids since January. While the version of the app then may have been considered limited, it was accurate. This new version provided 2-months ago is a disappointment and does not track your wearing as well and drops connectivity often. Operating on an iPhone 14 updated to iOS 16.6.

Landscape mode for my iPad please.. I’ve had my hearing aids now for about a month and just recently started using the TruHearing App instead of the iPhone settings menu App. What a wonderful and incredible difference! The App retains my settings, does a much better job of measuring battery strength and allows directional control as well as independent left and right volume controls. They’re comfortable and according to my friends, practically invisible. The carrying case and brush/magnet tool get used daily when I put the suds away for the night, clean and ready for the next day. I also received my supply of extra batteries that should last well over a year with my current usage approach. Best of all, I can hear much better under all the circumstances I’ve encountered. Great stuff!

Lindsey. This young lady is a perfect example of HOW A BUSINESS OWNER SHOULD RUN THEIR COMPANY. LINDSEY IS THE EPITOME OF PROFESSIONALISM. AT THE SAME TIME , just a good human being. I’d never go any place else for my hearing health. Plus I recommend her to any , and everyone needing hearing aids.

Doesn’t connect. When I bought them - they connected right away. A week later they stopped and I found a work around. Now a month later - they don’t connect at all. Provider says there is nothing you can do.

Poor app. I know they can do better. App functions properly about half the time. Bluetooth on off works sometimes. Control names are not user friendly or intuitave

Sound volume controlled. The sound slider in the new version 2.6.40 is overly sensitive. I can not find a way to adjust the volume one level at a time. Numbers jump from one level to another when I just touch the volume slider. Maybe there’s a setting in my phone to control this, but I’ve been unable to find one. The prior version worked fine, the new version is useless to me.

Last update?. Just a few days ago, the app stopped allowing me to change the volume individually for the left and right hearing aids. You no longer have the option for the left and right volume controls. If you want to increase the volume on the right aid, you have to increase the volume on both aids. Please fix.

Hearing aids are ok but the app is next to worthless.. The first time I had TruHearing aids was several years ago and the app they had then was excellent. Now there are only a couple controls, and there is no longer a "find my hearing aids" option. The app really has very little to offer.

Not user friendly. App control move or don’t move or go back to default. App is to basic. Not enough function controls ect.

Needs a lot of improvement. I cannot even give this app 1 star. I got these hearing aids because they are the ones that my insurance co-pays. BIG MISTAKE on my part. Got the first pair of aids in Feb. 23. I am now on my third set because the hearing aids are dysfunctional. I tried to access help and it was useless. I am notifying my insurance company of the poor quality of the appliances and the app which has very poor features and do not control the hearing aids very well at all.

Dave. I purchased the highest quality hearing aids offered under my plan. The app other than turning the sound up and down is a waste of time. I received my hearing aids yesterday and yes they are better than nothing, but I wish I had gone to Walmart for half the money.

Bluetooth. My set worked fine for awhile but now won’t connect with Bluetooth. I have tried over and over but it won’t even give me the option any more. I have tried shutting it down and still won’t connect.

Awesome. I wore another brand for 4 years that cost me $6k - they were ok but had function problems from time to time. When they finally failed, I chose to check out these. I am so pleased with these! I don’t even know I am wearing them and the sound is Perfect!

Hearing Aid App.. I have been wearing hearing aids from TruHearing for two years now. I quit using the app because it does not connect to my hearing aid properly. When I want to adjust the balance, nothing happens. I am very dissatisfied with this app. I just don’t know what else to say, except that I would write the app at one if even.

Review. I’m very dissatisfied with this new update on True Hearing!!! Please please put my first format back on with what I had before!!! I’m unable to pair or get the same sound as before! Please put my old one back on my IPhone 6 Dr! I’m going to try to contact you again tomorrow to put it back on my phone!!! Thank you very kindly.

Find something. I find it difficult to figure out where to go with what I want to do on the app. I am just retired and maybe it’s me because I see good reviews. But for me, it’s difficult to get to where I want to.

Will Not Connect to Phone Reliably. I put my TruHearing aid in every day and often they do not connect to my phone. I turn the Bluetooth connection on and off. Sometimes this will make a connection many days it doesn’t work. . This problem refs to be fixed for people to use these hearing aids. This problem is very irritating.

Disconnecting the Bluetooth every seconds. Trying to get the music apps to connecting the Bluetooth. It kept disconnecting every seconds. Pressing the plays every time I click. Not cool. Cannot be entertaining myself with the music during the house chores. Must carrying my phone to pressing the plays. TruHearing kept disconnected from the Bluetooth. It cannot stay on. Disliked this app.

Easy to use. They definitely make a difference for my hearing. Because I also wear glasses it took time to find a way to keep them falling off. I used the little loop findings for glasses when you want them to hang around your neck and put them on the hearing aid wire and the temples of the glasses.

No Wellness Tracking Function. My audiologist suggested I could use this app to track my activity throughout the day. I have Standard RIC6 devices. Apparently the Standard devices don’t have an option to fully utilize all options in this app.

Worst ever. Have had these since May of 23. Adjusted numerous times and still unable to hear correctly. I’ve changed setting numerous times to NOT have calls , etc., come thru these things but… calls and messages still Come through. Total waste of time and money.

Not What I Had Hoped for…. First of all, I want to say the hearing aids are great in lessening my tinnitus while I have them on. And the various settings (which I can change through the app) seem to work well. However, the “My Wellbeing” function just doesn’t cut it. I was hoping to be able to track my steps & active time through the hearing aids and get results that more accurate than my phone app. However, the “steps” tracked in the app are less than what the Health app on my phone tracks and I don’t carry my phone with me all the time. “Activity” time seems fairly close. The time the hearing aids are in my ears was fine before the recent update, but now is overstated by 2-3 hours. The “Wellbeing” piece needs more work!

TrueHearing App Needs Improvement. I have an iPhone 13 Mini at rev 16.5.1 (current rev), and have repeat issues where the hears aids are functional (volume adjusts, modalities can be changed, direction etc.), but the BlueTooth Icon in the TruHearing App keeps flashing. The battery check works- I get three beeps from each hearing aid, but the BT Icon keeps flashing. I shut off each hearing ais and restart them, but the BT Icon still flashes. Also, I am not able to select left right volume options in Universal mode. I turn BT in “settings” and turn back on, but still get the flashing BT Icon. I also turn my iPhone off and back on, but the BT Icon still flashes. I go into settings, accessories, hearing devices, and it says “connected”. Please fix the TruHearing App. Thank you

Feedback. It may be a good idea if there were more adjustments for different things. And it’s awful that listening to my music through my hearing aids, there’s no base. My old, used, cheaper hearing aids sounded better than these with listening only to my music from my phone. Maybe there is more for me to learn. I sure hope so. If there is a video online to teach everything there is to know, please let me know. I’ll try to search myself in the meantime.

Latest upgrade. Latest upgrade to user interface is terrible. Slide bars are too small and sensitive. It is almost impossible to make fine changes. This is not user friendly for older people to use at all.

Latest update. With the latest update , the volume slider is too small to adjust accurately. It just wants to go to either 0 or 15!

My hearing aids. A lot of the time when people talk to me I don’t understand what they said. Then I have to check them on my phone and invariably they have reset themselves down to 8. Then at times they have trouble connecting to the blue tooth which is very necessary otherwise I would have to put my phone on the external speaker. This is disruptive and then my conversation is broadcast to everyone around me. Unacceptable. The only other problem I have is putting in a new battery and it won’t work and must be replaced by another new one. I purchased the batteries from you only and just had the aids serviced and a new filter put in one. Please help me this so frustrating. I look forward to your reply.

Minimal functionality. Minimal functionality: Cannot stream sounds (phone calls, podcasts, etc.) from iPhone through hearing aid.

The wellness portion often innacurate. Since update, the wellness info is often inaccurate re steps taken and/or time worn. Before update, it seemed to work as expected!

New APP. I don’t like AT ALL !!! The split screen is very difficult to use. And I have no use for the well being part. Please tell me how to get back to the old full screen for volume, etc.

Tru hearing aids vs online aids. No comparison. Tru hearing aids are far superior. My hearing has improved 100%. Professional fitting and adjustment. It’s not worth saving money online.

I find the app to be 100% non-user friendly and zero customer support.. The tru-hearing app is totally non-user friendly. Also almost impossible to speak with an agent for trouble shooting help. As for the hearing aids. I returned them after two weeks for non-performance.

It’s Okay, but…. I wish it had a touch more manual options AND it’s illogical that it doesn’t have an Apple Watch app to facilitate easy control.

Find another brand!. $2K for a pair of expensive Bluetooth ear buds. No control for noisy rooms, amplifies all sounds, and I mean all sounds. Not worth the money!

Streaming terrible!. Aides or app? The sound quality and lack of consistency make streaming music or voice experience a real headache! Delivery continually fluctuates from one aide to the other and frequently is distorted. Patience runs thin after putting up with this for a week. Also, there are no real useful adjustment options or opportunities for customizing. Very lacking app and performance compared to my 5-6 year old Resound app & aides.

Not reliable. This app needs a lot of refinement. It is not reliable and does not connect to Bluetooth easily or consistently. It took a long time to finally make it work with my phone. Just got a new phone and starting all over with numerous problems. They are connected in settings, but the app won’t even display a Bluetooth option anymore. Please fix this app.

Great!. I just got 2new hearing aids - previously I only wore one in my weakest ear… the quality of the are REALLY good for me and the recommendation to wear 2 was key! I feel more “balanced” and am pleased with how comfortable they are for my tiny ears! I’m not a big “streaming” person so I can’t comment on that…

Poor response. My audiologist downloaded this app yesterday and I’ve had nothing but trouble since. The volume reverts back to zero often, the Bluetooth settings never show connection with my aids even though I can listen to a phone call or podcast. This app needs to be totally revamped because ad of now it’s rather worthless.

Decent App. Seems to do what it is designed to do, which is mainly to adjust aid volume, treble, base and directional setting. It also selects between the 5 programs I have on my TruHearing aids. No Bluetooth problems like many others have reported.

Inaccurate Data. This app under reports activity data AND makes no difference when switching from Universal use to Loud environments. I had my aids on for 4.5 hours and it reported 2 and I played Racquetball for 1 & 1/2 hours and it reported about 340 steps- hahah. Also, you cannot go back and review yesterdays data so if you wait too late, you cannot see the information from the day that just completed. Also, even if your phone ring is on off, if you have your aids on, it will still sometimes ring.

John. Had new hearing aid 2 days and it will not connect to app.

Why such a low rating. This is not a frivolous app. It’s actually a necessity for many seniors who may have vision, cognitive and physical skills disabilities in addition to hearing, so need the assistance of an app to get the best use from a very costly and necessary hearing device. Yet after years of critical feedback from users this app has a low rating with no apparent effort to fix it. Not enough software designers?? Let’s get with it and do a better job for your grandparents!

Junk. Junk

Inconsistent Bluetooth connectivity. I’m in the evaluation period with these hearing aids. At first the phone calls were flawless. But it has been declining to the point where one or the other aid only connects. Also the person on the call receives intermittent voice communication during our conversation. Also now when attempting to make a call the Bluetooth connection fails with multiple tries. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Not consistent. At random the app allows the hearing aides to jump to high volume without warning.

True Hearing App. This app truly needs work needs to be updated. It crashes every day. I have to reset it. It’s a very bad app.

Worthless app. Why both with this since it lacks serious control of the hearing aids. It’s for show

Update is horrible. This App was okay Bluetooth didn’t connect. quickly and batteries ran down on hearing aids if you turned the volume up. One good thing was the directional hearing settings. This update took that away . My insurance said I had to use TruHearing I am dissatisfied the app doesn’t work so the hearing aids don’t work well either. I sent a message to support who told me to bad just use it manually until it is fixed.

Bluetooth NOT GOOD. Bluetooth connectivity is sporadic. Was better before last update. Difficulty hearing conversations. Very disappointed. Needs to be fixed asap.

Needs a lot of work. I really want to like this app but it falls short on several issues. When I put new batteries in, it shows their charge level as 90% until they’re almost dead and then they show a charge level of 80%. The left ear never shows a charge level on my phone. If my phone’s sound level is little higher than a whisper level I get feedback from them. When I switch between noisy environment and the universal environment or vice-versa the sound level resets to 8 from wherever I had it set. I have an iPhone 10Xs Max with iOS 15.4.1.

Constantly losing connection.. Often sound comes through the left ear but not the right. If place the right hearing aide into charger may or may not reconnect. Now neither are connecting. Contacted support, an told to shut my phone down, place aides in the charger, blah, blah, blah. For the $ paid, expect it to work. Plus, while at a party tried to block out surround chatter. You guessed it, didn’t happen. See no difference while driving for hearing people in the back after adjusting direction in the app. Too bad I’ve had them over 2 months. Would definitely return them.

Looks like it is missing features. I have TH Premium SR LI 19 and want to access the Signa Assignment as I am pretty sure these Hesring Aids come from Signia as I downloaded the Signia version of the App. They both function identical, even though the signa version is 2.5.0….bug fixes I guess… how do I get the extra features, like Smart Assist and Face Mask? Also, the app needs to allow input from my other BlueTooth devices

Bluetooth. Bluetooth won’t hook up to my iPhone.

Not very user friendly. I just switched hearing aids to TruHearing. It doesn’t seem as though all the functions are working with this new pair. I also don’t have as many functions as I had with my previous pair. For example, I used to be able to adjust the volume for each ear or choose a location such as “restaurant.” I haven’t found these functions on the TruHearing app. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but my Bluetooth won’t appear in the app even though my Apple I-phone Bluetooth is turned on. It’s frustrating.

Could be better, easily. What’s the hold up.. Add either dual tone controls or an equalizer type tone control which includes 3 to 4 bands. If you have asymmetrical hearing then this would be very helpful. Add gps to find a lost hearing aid. Add custom programs you can create and save. Add Apple Watch support. I am using AX 7 and they are good HAs but my 3 year old Resounds have an app that does all of the above but the Signia does not. On the good side the Hearing assistant is good and the mask setting. Come on Signia, time to revamp this app.

App doesn’t work completely. The Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected to both hearing aids, and only stays connected to the left one. I have to keep opening and closing the battery door, or turn off the Bluetooth and turn it back on to connect them. Now the app is stuck in connective mode. I can’t even access it to turn them up or down or do the sound adjustments.

Needs some work/improvement. App will not connect to Bluetooth! This is very frustrating! Sometimes the app will connect okay, but most of the time I am not able to connect to Bluetooth which means I can not use some of the functions. I’m unable to use when using the phone. Can not switch to Musician setting. Can not utilize the mask setting. If it connects to Bluetooth, it only stays if the app is left open. I have been back to the Hearing center I use, turned phone off, turned hearing aids off / on. Hearing aids software has been updated. I think a lot of updating needs to be performed on the APP.

TruHearing. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for applies to true hearing. I’ve had my hair and aids for a little over a year or longer due to the moisture in my ears these aids have been the worst experience I have had with anything. When I went to talk to the Hearing aid people, I told them I wanted some good hearing aids with the less maintenance possible I’m having to mess with these on a minimum of once a day, most of the time you have to claim two or three times a day and then he still they don’t work properly. I just got them back from being serviced. Which thank you for over a week and a half and when I get a phone call or anything happens my left ear which is always the problem here still is not functioning properly when I hear something through my hearing aids through my phone. I hear only through the right here in aid. I have been diagnosed with stage four liver and most people when they die, they would give these hearing aids to someone else less fortunate, but I would not give these things to anybody if I was to do anything, I’ll put him in a bag and beat him to death with a hammer and throw them back at them that is how useless these things are. I actually think Hearing aids make you lose more of your hearing. Stay away from Trugreen or true hearing. I’m sorry I told you I got stage four cancer so my mind it is what it is but you get what you pay for if I can figure out how to write these lines in a negative number that would be easier like a -100

Inconsistent. Works decently but the Bluetooth feature is horrible with streaming. I’m connected and streaming but go to adjust the volume and can’t. It says Bluetooth is not connected. Huh? I have to turn aids off and on to reboot Bluetooth. And an hour later I want to adjust volume, I can’t. This is very problematic for me. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the app settings. Over and over. Daily. No can do without turning aids off and on again.

Disappointed. **update I deleted the app and re-installed it. Now it works. I have a problem where the app switches to universal from TV. Also, i think your app is crashing…I can’t get my app to come on. I click on it and it looks like it will, but goes back to my main screen. Sometimes after 10 times it will come on and I can adjust my hearing aids. Please help .. thank you.

Almost never connects and if it does, it takes like 20 minutes. One of the most unreliable apps ever

Faulty recharge. Have to reset /check all features of application in order to reconnect to my TV Extender. Many times won’t reconnect, fru$$$trating that I paid extra for this feature. I’ve had my recharger “ replaced” TWO times I still end up without charge overnight. Cannot believe the gear I ended up with.

Saving settings. The audiologist who I received the hearing aids from set up three programs I’ve tried to go in and modify for my convenience and every time I do that in the settings that I are you guys do not stay. They keep going back to the original settings that the audiologist sent not what I want there needs to be a way for me to save my own custom settings.

Cant get Tri Hearing app. Hard to get app

Good system. App needs a simple way to quickly reduce volume when using high settings to view TV, etc. Also might allow manual control of phone volume for quick reduction. Overall very good setup though.

Works okay. I’ve been using this app for a few months. I have had no issues using it to set the volume. Bluetooth sometimes takes a bit to connect but it has never failed to do so. The “directional” settings make no difference in what I can hear. That’s disappointing when I’m in a room full of people and someone waaaay over there is speaking in low volume.

Buggy App. Many times in the past it wouldn’t update usage items although it has been better lately. Unfortunately, now the app won’t open. Main green screen comes up but nothing else until that screen closes. I don’t want to reinstall as that wipes out my saved data.

High tech aids, low tech app. I really do love my hearing aids, but I can’t believe how bare bones the app is. There are so many other features it should have! And it’s unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I have to either turn the aids off then on again, or unpair them and do that all over again! At least I’ve figured that part out and can fix it fairly fast - but I shouldn’t HAVE to it at all!

App doesn’t lock in settings. The app/hearing aids don’t hold the settings throughout the day? So I may be in a situation where I’m thinking the settings are “X”, but they’re not because they don’t hold throughout the day? Also, the settings always go back to default when charging. There doesn’t seem to be an option to lock in a persons personal settings! Dumb!!!

Dropped ear connection to phone. At the morning, I can call or listen to music using direct connect to hearing aids. However, after a short time either one or both drop aids drop off and I am back to my i phone regular playback. Why is this happening? I was listening to my music when out and driving, suddenly one aids dropped the music. I tried to get it back, then both aids went disconnected. I will probably return them, I am not happy

Read This. This app serves its purpose. Volume, program, directional, and frequency adjustments with the touch of a button. Your internet and data connection dictate the quality of your pairing, and the quality of your hearing care provider dictates how close to your optimal hearing you can get. Blame the culprits, not the app. This comes from someone who has worked with this app on thousands of ears.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!. I changed my password and since then it send me to an online account and wants me to register again. It doesn’t recognize the password or login email. There is no way to skip going online. I believe that this app has been taken over by a virus. When I delete the app and download the app from Apple’s store it puts the same information back in. It goes to the exact same settings as before. It allows me to use guest mode only. Until it’s fixed do not download. My rating is a one until then.

New User and I love it. After the original audiologist programming, I can adjust volume, tone, and preferred directional hearing (or use the automatic directional mode). I can even check the battery level for each hearing aid (mine are rechargeable). I’ve had no problems with connectivity or any other issues. The app functions exactly as described

Please fix!. My app will not keep my volume set where I put it. It is set to default to setting 8 for both ears, however my left is far worse than right and needs to be on 11. All day I have to fight with the app because it has automatically changed it back to the default of 8. Please try to fix this issue. If I set it and they have not been powered off it should not keep resetting it to the default randomly.

Bluetooth technology. I can’t believe I had lost so much hearing. My hearing aids are confortable and match my skin. I’ve had the hearing aids since Wednesday 1st of December. As of today the 6th I’ve had connect to the Bluetooth daily and sometimes twice in a day. At 73 I’m quite frustrated with the technology. I also noticed an extra charge if I would like access to find my hearing aids. Thanks: Please help.

Darling aids. I am having problems hearing even with the hearing aids.

Problem. My Bluetooth quit working and all of my hearing aid settings seem to not be working.

Mmom. App is good but will not keep my hearing aids connected to Bluetooth?!

Bad headphones. It doesn’t work for me I said one star but really it is that half a star would like to get my money back and somebody up there to help me get my money back they just do not work it does not say it starts just right for a little while and then it stops you do not have to do nothing to it it just stops. But they took my money fast thoughI am 73 years old and I would likeTo enjoy my family in their conversation thank you hope you can help me

Unhappy with App- product. App constantly dropping bluetooth. Removed & reinstalled app. Now hearing aid bluetooth does not function. Keeps asking to pair hearing aids with bluetooth. Setting shows phone is paired. Paid for upgraded bluetooth capabilities and now have a manual use. App not talking to phone. Not happy. Had to send left hearing aid back for repair- took a month to return. Now had the right one sent for repair! Only two years - Great for 6 months and nothing but problems now. Reviews have generic responses and no follow up.

Could be so much more. I’ve been wearing my aides and using this app for the last 8 weeks. Really leaves a lot to be desired such as more interactive ability to modify settings not just making things louder. The Treble/Base settings are so basic it can make a person frustrated. Wish we could adjust each ear to help with balance of sound instead of having to make trips to the audiologist to change things.

Hearing aids won’t pair.. We’ve tried to get the hearing aids to pair with the blue tooth, and nothing. And now the right side stopped working. He’s only had them for less than a month. I’m sorry I got them because now if I have to replace them it’s going to cost almost $300 which is not fair and probably what they want you to do so they can make more money off of unsuspecting customers. We’re going to take them back to the consultant to see what they can do and if they try to extract anymore money, I will contact the insurance company!

Poor streaming ability. I’ve had my hearing aids for 7 months now and the streaming abilities are mediocre at best. I’ll be streaming from my iPad and suddenly 1-hearing aid quits for no reason and eventually comes back. I’ve even looked at the app and it shows 0 volume on that side and with no adjustment it will pop up to the correct volume. Sometimes it switches the sound from my hearing aides to the tablet for a few minutes and then switch back. Now during all this I haven’t moved nor has the tablet moved. This is really embarrassing when I’m sitting in a quiet public area and all of a sudden the sound comes out of the speakers. I’ve checked with the audiologist to see if there have been any updates but the only one was right after I got them and it’s been installed. I rely on this feature because the tv streamer is on back order so I watch my shows on my tablet. I also play simple games such as solitaire that have minimal sounds and it happens on them also. Please do something about this quirk. It really is annoying. I’d give a much better rating if this wasn’t an issue.
