Hinge Health Comments & Reviews 2026

An excellent program. I have been doing the Hinge Health exercises for 8 months now, I and I have experienced quite definite improvements in my flexibility, along with substantial relief from back pain issues. Also, there are benefits of a greater sense of well being. I find the exercises enjoyable and not too strenuous, yet with enough of a challenge that they build strength. It’s a good balance that helps with consistency, such that I don’t find myself avoiding them. The sessions are relatively short but effective, especially done regularly. I have been able to consistently do 5 sessions a week, sometimes more, since I find them easy to fit into my schedule. I highly recommend the program! ********************** I wrote the above months ago. I have now done 376 sessions and continue to be just as positive about the program. I have experienced notable improvements in my health and well being. All of the comments made above still apply.

Great app. This app is amazing! While it’s aimed at helping folks with severe back pain and issues I was not in that category. My issue was general tightness and discomfort in my back which I could not stretch away. The app with the guided workouts that progress as you do the work has been great for me. My back feels much better and I have been introduced to some new things like balance exercises. That’s something I never did before and frankly i struggled the first time it asked me to do a wood pecker but little by little I have improved on those meaning my balance and posture are better. There is a coach assigned to you for motivation and questions. This can be great for people that need it. The work is usually under 15 minutes so very easy to work into your schedule There are also great articles on everything well being like meditation. Lastly the app itself works great on all my devices so no issues there. My back is now back to 100% and I have taken many of the moves and worked them into my regular workouts. That said I still do the app workouts minimum once a week on slow or off days. It’s a perfect way to stretch out before a walk and to maintain.

My New Normal. I started Hindge Health in 2022. At that time my back wasn’t in great shape. I had had a physical therapist tell me I had significantly lost a lot of my range of motion. I couldn’t afford to go through physical therapy twice a week nor could I take the time off work. I started Hindge Health hoping for a miracle and boy did I get one. I’ve learned so much about dealing with pain. I have almost no pain now. I was off the program for a few weeks due ti work demands. I put my back health on the back burner. I could tell a big decline in my mobility, stiffness and balance and the pain was starting to creep back into my daily activities. I’m back on the program and I hope I never stop practicing what I’ve learn. My coach Hyla has always been there in a non pushy way and I’m so grateful for her. This program really works trust me. I’ve since fallen and broken a vertebrae. It was severe enough to require surgery and I’m completely mended now. I am trying to get back into my routine with my exercises and other daily habits. I’m confident I will succeed.

Hinge Health. Hinge Health was a god send when it was mentioned and offered to me. It helped me to work on my hip through physical therapy type exercises online, and I was even partnered with a coach. It helped me to get tone, balance, and functional use back into my daily life. Hinge Health focused and layered it’s exercises for my specific situation. I have made improvements and have even gained strength and stamina back enough to return to the gym, as well as to do hiking and gain back basic everyday productivity. The greatest benefit for me has been avoiding hip surgery, and I credit Hinge Health for that accomplishment. My only complaint is that it has run out of new exercises since I have started as it only has 40 lessons and now just repeats the last lesson for me. The other comment is that they did an upgrade that wasn’t an upgrade, but rather seems like a down grade because the achievement and recording part that charted accomplishments have never been upgraded or back online again, even though it keeps saying it will be done soon, it never yet has been back, and it has been months. It was a motivating component that now is lacking. Overall, Hinge Health has been a very helpful program to me and I am very thankful for Hinge Health, and my Hinge Health coach.

Helps loosen me up each morning. Hinge Health eases you into exercises in a gentle manner, but even the shortest exercise playlists help loosen the joints and muscles for the day when done in the morning. I love the communication with my health coach and the accessibility of my Physical Therapist. When I start to get stiff or feel pain throughout the day and can’t get away from my desk, I’ll do just a couple of the seated exercises and feel some relief until I’m able to get up and go for a walk. Many of the articles are helpful, too. In the beginning, I felt like they were just a ploy by the insurance companies to convince a person to avoid surgery, but now I feel like they were there to encourage me to keep going and not give up. They’ve also gotten much more concrete in the advice given, so I no longer groan when they pop up and instead, I actually seek out information that relates to my situation. You have to be committed to getting better so that you complete your playlists on a regular basis (at least 3 times per week, I’d say), but if you can add it to your morning or bedtime routine, it really will help reduce your pain.

Review from a 57 year old lady.. This program has giving me aValuable tool that I use daily to help me first of all get strong and second part stays dry. The more I put in to my exercises the more I get out of them. For example, gardening that used to be very hard for me because of my lower back pain, it still hurts just not as much and not as soon. I’m able to stay longer in the garden Garden I’m not as afraid of pain as much as I was before now I believe there’s things I can do to control the rate of pain. in my circumstance, I will be living with pain forever. However, I think I have a lot of influence on how much pain I will have. My coach has been a vital part of this, she seems to have figured out what I need physically and mindfully, and it’s been a positive influence through my whole journey. Never too pushy never disappoint it just gentle encouragement and understanding when I have fallen short my own set goals my coach is always there to answer questions.

Moving through the pain. I've tried to always listen to my body. It tells me when I'm not well. Any inflammation tells me something needs to be corrected and adjusted with my joints and or muscles. My pain grew into a choice. Staying sedentary was not an answer for me. it's not my choice. I have always been active. Having constant pain upon waking up changes all activity and affects every aspect of mental health and daily routine. Pain changes your perspective on priorities. I am 62 years. Basically, I had to retrain my brain . Overtime thinking about toning every single muscle sopped and I adapted into what works for my every day activities . This was an unconscious bad choice. Using Hinge Health physical therapist and coach (Dr Renee and Coach Lauren) I am back to being able to get up with minimal discomfort. I function through my day actively, and as long as my memory works, I can use the physical therapy tips and tricks when I trigger a painful joint or nerve. Hinge Health professionalism is retraining my brain to tone muscles long forgotten. Moving through the pain produces a temporary usually short increase in discomfort. Usually by the end of the exercise level that discomfort is gone or minimized; almost, like there is a threshold to crossover . I make the choice to break the threshold of pain and get to better movement, more muscle tone and less pain. Moving through the pain is the only choice for me. Thank you Hinge Health

Great Results. Hinge Health has helped me reduce pain and regain function after a movement-related injury didn’t resolve on its own. The app has been an essential tool during that time and ongoing enhancements have proven useful. I had been been told by my physicians to expect joint replacement of a hip and knee within a year due to previously unrecognized osteoarthritis, but that anniversary is almost here and it doesn’t appear that will be happening anytime soon. The ongoing encouragement and practical advice from my HH coach has been highly beneficial and been supported by a designated physical therapist when needed. If a specific exercise was inaccessible to me with typical modifications, they were there with good suggestions that helped me eventually accomplish it. I have resumed many activities that had been curtailed, including some that had slipped away without me recognizing it. Being able to work in HH’s structured PT program for a sustained period vs. a short term more typical program has been key.

Lifelong lower back irritation. I am a 60 year old female. I have worked hard most all my life. I am of petite form. But that never stopped the necessity to get a job done on the farm or in the home. My lower back felt like it could snap some days when I would stand up from laboring in the garden. I had decided to seek the advice of a back surgeon. But just before that appointment my insurance offered the Hinge Health program. It was free and came with equipment to keep track and designate to the program. I started it and at first I thought there is no way these simple little exercises are going to do anything. I was used to pushing past my comfort level and cardio style exercises. Nevertheless, I continued. I looked at it as a “challenge” of sorts. I grew more confident in the program daily. I was learning through the articles so much about exercise itself. The myths and the facts. That knowledge alone encouraged me to continue. My back seldom ever bothers me now. Hinge health allowed to me avert surgery. I continue to respect the small movements that changed my quality of life.

Well guided workout with good results. I have been using the app consistently for a few months. I’m doing the “neck” workout. The workout is 5-8 exercises, guided by a rhythmic tone. I start the exercise and close my eyes to follow the tones. Becomes almost meditative for me. This is not a cardio workout- but focused on flexibility and targeted muscle strengthening for the neck and upper back. Includes educational readings. I find this to be a well constructed program that has helped me physically and gives information worth thinking about. Importantly- the program is working for me. My arthritic neck and shoulders hurt less and my range of motion has increased. I am staying with the program because it doesn’t take long, I’m feeling better, and I learned I can do something positive to minimize and manage my discomfort without reaching for the Tylenol 😀 About a year later: I stopped doing the Hinge program after a hip replacement limited my mobility for activity for a number of weeks. After 3 months I recognized that I missed the program - my old symptoms of stiffness and limited range of motion were creeping back into my neck and shoulders. Feeling better back on the program.

Life changing seriously. The best thing that could possibly happen to me is joining Hinge Health. For me, in the beginning believing what they were telling me to do was difficult, move when it hurts putting it simply. I was doing to opposite which made all pain worse or overworking because I was angry at life, or the pain I was in. It made me feel good to know that I’m not alone. When reading other people’s stories of their pain experiences and how they acted, felt, their interactions with others, just showed me that there is hope. But! There is work to do, you get out what you put in. My personal coach, and PT work with me helping me understand what I’m going through and guide me to become stronger, more knowledgeable about my body as I face life with pain and everything that comes with it. I don’t like reading, but the literature that is given after each exercise is like receiving gold nuggets of wisdom. Hinge Health is a new part of my daily routine, not like gong to a gym and dropping membership. The benefits are seen as you progress, I’ve been in way less pain, spent almost nothing on medication and stopped having to go to the Chiropractor spending $100’s a month.

Movement changes things. My company enrolled in Hinge Health and when I read what the program was all about, I was so excited. I signed up the first day and to my surprise, the customer service is excellent and this is coming from a woman who runs customer service and we have been JD Power certified for 11 years at my company. Within minutes of signing up, I received emails to get me started, a phone call and they send you a package of stretch bands a holder stand for your phone when you exercise, and a yoga mat. Okay, mind blown. Not only is the service great, the program is also. I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for years. I stretch every morning but the stiffness and soreness was not getting better. I explained my problem when I submitted my application and Hinge Health set up a daily playlist of exercises for my neck and shoulders and within 2 weeks, I could feel the difference. I have spoken to my Hinge Health coach about my goals and she was so supportive. Yes, a coach is on your team to motivate you. I have an upcoming appointment with my Hinge Health doctor and looking forward to speaking with her. I highly recommend Hinge Health, your joints will love it.

Makes you stronger. I’m using this to strengthen my back. Point based workouts allow you to work your way up to gradually more challenging workouts. My invitation to use this app came with two Bluetooth sensors that measure your movement and can tell you when to start and stop each exercise, and if you are doing the exercises correctly. You also get useful information about your body and how your pain system works. And you get matched with an online coach to help you along. I wish there we a way to add workouts for other parts of your body. I recently injured my shoulder and went to PT. I’m not at 100% so it would be nice if this app could give rotator cuff exercises. It would also be nice if you could reset yourself to a lower level If you suffer a setback/injury that prevents you from picking up where you left off. I was up at level 14 and then crashed on my bicycle and had to take 10 weeks off for my ribs and shoulder to partially heal. I took myself back to level 7 but I’m still accruing points, and the app just moved me to level 16 - there’s no way I could do the level 16 exercises. Just a few minor tweaks would make this an excellent app for providing exercise guidance. I really like that it remembers all the exercises - you just do what it tells you.

Just Try It!. I'm taking the time to write this review because it has helped me so much! I have had neck and back issues since I was 16 yrs old. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 20 yrs ago. With the help of the coach and physical therapist at Hinge, I have a 10-15 minute work out I do 4-5 times a week. You can decide if and when to workout. I get up early so I can get it In first thing. If the exercise is too easy or needs to be adjusted, your PT or Coach is a text away. I've noticed these small movements over the past few months, have strengthened and relieved pain and even prevented it. For example, I couldn't sweep or vacuum or mop my kitchen floor without experiencing pain in my lower back after a few minutes in. Now, a few months later, I can do my kitchen, living room and bathrooms with little to no pain. If it starts to act up, I do some stretches that Hinge has taught me and my back pain eases. It's been quite amazing for me. This did not happen overnight but I have discovered little movements done correctly and consistently have made me feel stronger and healthier at 60 yrs old! My husband has noticed and mentioned that he thinks he is going to sign up for Hinge. Bonus!!!

Impressive, motivation & modification. I have always known I needed to do daily PT exercises on my own to help my pain and balance but, I was never motivated to do them, never could remember what to do and afraid I would do them wrong causing more pain. This app has motivated me to daily stretches every morning with a reminder text, planned program and with the sensors, I am more confident that I am doing them correctly. Plus I know there are therapists monitoring me. They send me feedback and communicate with me weekly via texts and emails. I also sent them feedback when the side bends were causing me pain flareups and they were able to substitute that exercise with another that does not cause pain. I also enjoy reading the various topics on healthy habits and retraining my brain. There are also many member chat groups that I have joined for advice from other members on a variety of topics like diet and recipe ideas. I am very impressed with this program and thank my insurance company for introducing me to Hinge. And I thank Hinge for making this an easy motivator to keep me moving. Use it or lose it!

Consistency & Support. I had done PT for a torn meniscus and realized that I had to keep the work going after PT ended to maintain my progress. I was struggling to be consistent on my own and identify new exercises that progressing with my improvements. I was falling off and my pain level increased. I was frustrated and demoralized. I took advantage of the app provided through my insurance. Through consistency I am back to longer walks, biking, dance sessions and more! The education passages at the end of each session have been so helpful particularly when I had a flare up. I’ve had flare up’s thats been attributed to arthritis (Uncle Arthur has been uninvited from the family reunion 😂) and this practice continues to provide benefits! I regularly go to the gym and workout in my own now AND I still find it invaluable to keep up this practice as my PT continues to modify my exercises to continue to strengthen the chain. I remember when I didn’t think I would ever walk with out pain, stand up with ease, or even get up off the floor again! Combining the app workouts with regular activity and exercise, puts me well on my way to pay personal goal of dancing and performing for hours again. It has been a journey to get back to the active lifestyle I’ve always wanted and my body craves! You can do this too!

Encouragement is amazing!. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have been VERY pleased with this app. The exercises are short and really have helped with my posture and shoulder pain. The coaches are soooo encouraging! They will text you to check in and see how you are doing. You can be completely honest with them and they will help and encourage you. I have yet to be able to do all 3 sessions in a week and they say that even if I can make a goal to do one of the exercises 3x a week that that would be a great start if that is all I can do. If you need extra help, they have physical therapists that will help to personalize your exercises even more if the given exercises are not working for you. I also started using their Enso (like a tens unit without cords attached) and it is amazing!! I control it with my phone and It connects with the hinge app. It is maybe 1in x 1in and attaches to the patch. I use it at work, home, while driving, etc. it has given me a lot of pain relief. Next I will work on my back so I can gain ab strength to help support my back.

Glad Hinge Health is available!. I was introduced to the program through my health insurance provider and have been doing the therapy for almost a year. Dealing with degenerative disc disease in both my neck and back, the interactive sessions are just what I needed. It was free and they even provide you with resistance bands and equipment. It doesn’t get any better. I belonged to a fitness center, that I had to contract for a year, pay monthly membership fees but really didn’t get my money’s worth as on the days I wasn’t feeling the greatest, I couldn’t go. With Hinge Health, you can do it any time, any where. It’s very versatile and flexible. The therapists and counselors are amazing. You can have video calls with them, they stay in contact with you, checking on you, and encouraging you. It’s one of the reasons that I am still hanging in there, not to mention when I’m having an off week and not getting my scheduled sessions in, I can really tell the difference. But don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!

Tiny steady improvement. I had knee pain every day, which lead to ankle pain and then hip and back pain as I compensated for the troublesome knee. My insurance sent an email and then a brochure about Hinge, so I applied. A few weeks later my insurance was approved and I committed to spending 3 days and 10 minutes a day to improving my knee. I did the program every day for months and slowly and steadily I had more confidence in my knee’s ability to carry me through the day. First there was less pain and now with pain so infrequent that it isn’t worth mentioning. My coach is very helpful. Exercises I struggled with were replaced and reintroduced slowly. The program changes exercises after a certain amount of points earned so you don’t get tired of one routine. The sensors and video representation of the exercises keep you on track for proper form. I have run with my dogs and walked up hill and played golf and badminton. Theses are things I thought were in my past when I started on steroid shots in my back. The program has all my confidence.

HINGE program /app. I have been suffering from chronic hip pain for a few months. My husband’s employer offered the Hinge program through the HINGE app. I reluctantly signed up for it. Nothing else I had tried seemed to be working. After using Hinge for it a couple of weeks. I did start noticing a little bit of a difference. Not quite there yet, but with the coach that they provide me to check in with periodically, some persistence & consistency doing the physical Therapy work outs provided. I am very optimistic. 😁 my optimism has served me well. I am really getting a lot out of this program. I can absolutely see the results.. It is definitely a program that requires consistency. But with a positive mindset and a good attitude, it has been a game changer. My remarks continue to hold fast. This program is wonderful and consistency is definitely required. I’m very glad I signed up for the HINGE program. I would like to add that my Coach Larissa is amazing!😊 It’s been a while since my last update. Still loving Hinge. I have added a 4-7 mile walk routine a few times a week.👍🏽

Love it. I had a back injury due to work for a year in a half. I have been just ok with pain and taking pain medication to get through the day when I return to work. My husband told me about Hinge which he was recommended by his job. He had done Hinge for a 6-12 month which help his neck and shoulder discomfort. When saw that it worked he signed me up through his job. I was skeptical and not sure what to do but the discomfort was unbearable so I a gave it try. It’s been 6 weeks and I am moving easier, sitting, standing and bending easier. Now….I do have tenderness but the article are very helpful after each session explaining about movement with pain and how to move to help with discomfort. I would recommend this to anyone with chronic pain because it works. Down side are the sensors. I use them during the sessions to targets the right moves to make. The difficulty in use is the connection and positioning. It makes your movement looks like you are not doing well…. even though if you are. It makes it seem as though you are moving well. The PT team are great I communicate my needs and they make adjustments to help the discomfort. The Hinge is great! Give it try what can you loss…do it because pain free.

Life-changing!. The Hinge Health app and exercises are such an easy small thing you can add to your self-care routine with really big impacts. After seeing how incontinence limited an older family member, I was eager to try anything that would head this off while I’m young(er). Initially the exercises seemed too easy and I wasn’t seeing any progress, but the app adjusts to you based on your feedback and symptoms. You can target your exercises to address specific areas/problems and the educational articles really help reinforce awareness of often-forgotten pelvic health beyond the exercises. Very soon I was noticing my balance was improved and my post-baby abdomen was starting to feel and look like it might have some muscle in there! Within a month I no longer got up in the middle of the night pee-something many moms just accept as normal. Doing these exercises regularly will change your idea “normal”. Just wish I could share it with my friends. They all want to buy the app!

Mind, body, and spirit treatment. Since beginning a Hinge program six months ago, my joint pain has largely disappeared. The stretches and exercises are simple and the app provides me with enough accountability that I do them. With each session, there is a short article to provide the science behind exercise, health, and healing. There are also articles on mindfulness and meditation to address spiritual health. I would say the service is semi personalized. The sessions seem a bit rote, but the coaches and therapists provide personal advice and tailor the exercises. It is a good balance in that I have been able to fit it into a chaotic personal schedule. My main suggestion for improvement is to be even more holistic. Hinge seems to focus on one major part of body mechanics at a time when people often have several ailments simultaneously. My treatment has been for neck pain and upper back strength, but I also have leg and foot pain. It would be good to treat both. However, the therapists and coach provide optional sets of exercises to address flexibility and strength.

My back pain is all but gone. I had dealt with lower back pain for years. I herniated a disc and have degenerative disc in my L5. I sit at a computer for my job. While I would get up and walk around a bit to help the pain was always there. I just figured this is just how it is going to be. I received an email offering the hinge program. I thought why not. I love that not only did it give you suggested exercises and stretches, you also check in by logging your pain, and then there are short articles about managing your pain and other helpful things. The best part has got to be a couple months into the program I realized that I had gone several days without even noticing the pain. I had increased my core strength and supporting muscles as I diligently completed my exercises 3 times a week. (That was my goal) I can honestly say that hinge has changed my life. I recommend it to all of my coworkers and have told my doctors about it! Hinge is amazing.

Knee pain resolved. I’ve had chronic knee pain for 15 years now, but that’s all in the past. I try to recommend this to everyone I know. I’m not sure it’d address actual damage to your body (need surgery for that) but if the issue is improper loading on your joints then this is a perfect app/program. Physical therapy in your living room. No need to go anywhere. I love it. My knee pain was as a result of a job I did that put a lot of strain on the joint. I had imbalanced muscles which pulled on the knee “lop sidedly” and I’m pretty sure I stretched some ligaments because of it. Could barely walk up/down stairs because of it. Hurt all the time. Doctor told me I needed to exercise to get my muscles stronger and able to do the job my ligaments used to do. But it hurt and I didn’t know what I was doing. Enter hinge health. Sensors on my legs helped me maintain good posture, and the exercises slowly ramp as you progress. My knee doesn’t hurt anymore, I still do the exercises at a casual rate to maintain the joint, but the issue is totally resolved. I’m in love.

Effective and convenient. I’m very thankful my insurance offers this program for it saves time and money while being very effective. I have used it first for pain in my neck and then the specific pelvic floor health program. I like the access to both a therapist who you can have telehealth appointments with to discuss individualizing your plan and a health coach to check in and encourage. I have had significant improvement in both programs and continue to feel much better and stronger. I can stick with doing my exercises weekly for I can do them on my own time and at home. The videos they provide are great and the articles are very helpful and informative. I tell all my doctors about this program and how it’s helped me. I used to have urinary frequency and urgency and pudendal nerve pain affecting me when sitting. Where I used to have to go to the bathroom every hour each morning, with the urgency being painful, I can go three hours in between and the signal to go is not painful. The nerve pain that would flare during sitting periods has greatly reduced and I have easy stretches throughout the workday to do to help. Many days I’m not bothered by it even with long days at the computer. I know all my improvements have been from doing this pelvic floor exercise program that I have completed and I will continue weekly to do the exercises to maintain.

Life changing program if you allow it to be!. I have had chronic pain since I was 11, to the point that I rarely wanted to do anything or go anywhere. My hip pain caused car/plane rides longer than 15 minutes to be excruciating. Visiting family was rare because of distance and when I would go on vacation it would take 3 days for the pain to go down enough to start doing things. Hinge changed ALL of that. The stretches and exercises are easy to do in spare time. I’ve had video calls to check in with my PT completely included/free to brainstorm more options for my pain. I’m doing physical therapy in the comfort of my home at no cost. Even better, I’ve been using Enzo for about 3 weeks now and my pain is almost completely gone. I have never been pain free since a child. I’m now able to go do whatever I want by just popping on the little device and wearing it while I work, cook, walk, and drive. You won’t regret this program!

Hinge Health is Holistic Healing That Works!. I fell on my knee years ago and wasn’t able to put any pressure on it at all…none. I found out about it and decided to give it a try. A little over 6 months in, I‘m able to put pressure on it! I’m not completely back to 100% yet, but I’m not completely done with my training either. I get a virtual health coach that reaches out and checks in with me. If I’m struggling with an exercise they help me with modifications until I can find one that will work for ME. I can do the lessons when I want to, wherever I want to. They send a travel kit with sensors to record your range of motion and provide feedback, as well as resistance bands, and a yoga mat. The education provided after each exercise is enlightening, reassuring, and inspiring. The virtual support group is WONDERFUL, and there is even a virtual physical therapist available that I can schedule an appointment with if needed. This program works, and it’s sustainable. I’m stronger and have muscle definition now, that I never have before. I sleep better at night and have more confidence to do things that I haven’t been able to do in years. Thank you Hinge Health!

So impressed!. For years I’ve dealt with sore wrists (an old yoga injury), but then fell and broke a bone in my elbow. Hinge Health has been so good for me. They actually matched me up to a therapist that had broken her elbow before, so she knew all the most effective exercises for me. Mary (my PT Therapist) is friendly and very knowledgeable. I can leave her a message anytime very easily on the app and she responds back quickly. We’ve also had visual meetings that allow us to check on my progress, or ask specific questions etc. The app is very reliable and easy to navigate. It walks me through every exercise session, with timing cues and verbal, plus video instructions so you feel confident you’re doing the right thing. I’m more consistent with my sessions being at home too; no getting ready to go to therapy. The app itself also has you add a brief note to your Therapist after every session; the communication is so good and easy. Right now the elbow has healed, but the wrists are a work in progress. The program Mary has designed for me is strengthening all those fine wrist muscles, in every angle, so I can get back to full strength, and she progresses my exercises as I progress. I completely recommend Hinge Health!

Far Exceeding Expectations!. Hinge Health was recommended to me for the chronic pain I have experienced in my right hand for almost two years. I did not expect that online therapy would make such a difference. Hinge Health was able to assess the area of pain, connect me with the appropriate exercises, give me accompanying articles that focus on where I’m at and what i’m going through, seek feedback about my current level of pain and allow me to connect with therapists who are knowledgeable and demonstrate care about me and my situation. I was given the opportunity to decide how frequently I would do the exercise program they recommended. I opted to do them 6 days a week and actually I’ve followed the program 7 days almost every week. I recommend being All In for the best results, I am amazed at the pain relief and strength I’ve experienced. The exercises are totally doable, the video clips instruct how each exercise is to be done, they don’t take a lot of time, exercises are done in the comfort of your home and feedback is readily available. My hand pain and outlook are much improved since I started using Hinge Health.

Fabulous Program. Wrote the review below probably about a year ago and Hinge still has me going strong. Recently had a stroke (I am now a former smoker!) and Hinge has been so helpful in my recovery. I appreciate the fact that I can adjust my daily level of difficulty, depending on my capability that day. Have been all the way back down to level 1, but that is right where I needed to go. And my coaches are always there, every step of the way, cheering me on. This program has had a powerful impact on my life. I was a hot mess with my right hip, until I started this Hinge program. Boeing provided the service, Hinge provided a tablet, sensors, and straps. All I had to do was charge the sensors, logon to the tablet, select the Hinge app, and I was off and running (so to speak). This program has been incredibly helpful. When I started (a couple of years ago) I was hinging almost daily, but I am now hinging on an as needed basis. This has been a terrific program for me.

So happy!. I’ve been having neck issues. I work out daily either lifting or running on non lifting days, and my neck was really starting to hurt. I knew I needed to do something, but really struggled to find the time to get to the chiropractor or PT. My insurance offers Hinge Health for free and they sent us a notice about it. I immediately downloaded it to give it a try. I’m on my fourth week, and I’ve been trying to hit at least 5 sessions a week. I’m REALLY happy with the results. Prior to using Hinge Health I had started implementing a stretching routine, and although that was helpful, I’ve noticed a quicker improvement with my neck and my range of motion with the exercises Hinge Health has me doing. I’m actually pretty surprised at how much it’s helped. I think a really important point is that you can do these exercises wherever and whenever, and they’re only around 10 minutes (I can do them at my desk at work even). The convenience is something that really works for me, and the programming is helping!

Loving Care. Hinge Health is an excellent resource available to take care of yourself and make a difference in your health and longevity. My doctor was talking surgery. To me, surgery is a last resort. Insurance provided the opportunity to participate in Hinge Health physical therapy as a starting alternative. Knowing that physical therapy can make a huge difference I signed up. Hinge Health provided an excellent solution and I can participate fully right here at home. HH provided targeted physical therapy in an easy to follow format that allows me work at my own pace while strengthening and rebuilding weak areas. With HH, I have eliminated 95% of the pain associated with my condition and am becoming stronger daily, thus nullifying some of the underlying factors that contributed to my initial problem. Building up your strength slowly, with the help of your coach and the exercises customized to your needs can make all the difference long term. HH provides everything you need including your own online coach to cheer you on and monitor your progress. I have been using this program, sometimes not as much as I should, and recently realized that I have achieved some core strengths and abilities that I have never been able to do, even when I was younger and in top shape. Challenge yourself and give yourself the gift of targeted, loving care. The work you put in is worth every minute. The pay off is a stronger you. Maybe even stronger than ever!

Very convenient and personalized. I started using this app after a back injury. I had done physical therapy in the past with a back injury about a decade ago and it was a big time commitment and scheduling for in office visits was a lot to manage. Now with 2 kids and a full time job this program was for me. I was able to get personalized exercises to help strengthen and heal my back that I could do when it worked for my schedule-late at night, after work it was so convenient. The motion insights option allowed me to see if I had the correct form and my health coach checked in on my progress and goals regularly and my physical therapist was available whenever I had a question. I’ve been using it for just over 4 weeks and my back is back to my baseline and I’m so happy. I’m looking forward to finishing the program and continuing to build strength in my back. I can’t recommend this enough -the articles on relevant topics to my pain concerns are also helpful and informative.

Your private physiotherapy at home. The app is really well made. It has a detailed explanation of individual exercise and has cues of how long you have to carry a particular step. It helps with your choice of stress levels so it works with you to give the exact level of exercise that you need. You can also comment on how you are doing and individual mentors assigned to you will help you answer your questions and help you through your training. I would have never gone to a physiotherapist for consultation as it would take half of your day to get there and work with them. This app has made it possible to get the consultation at home and you can do it at your own convenience. Only issue I have found in the app is sometimes the sounds do not work for random sessions and then you have to look at the phone screen to see how long you are supposed to hold a position. Thanks again for all your help and support!

So far they're the worst. I can't begin to explain how much this app/company has underwhelmed me. I spent a long time detailing my medical information and background only to have several exercises added to my "custom" workout that would further injury an orthopedic injury had I actually listened to them when they promised to have a PT develop my plan. So I'm at a few weeks now still without an actual medical professional doing a customs workout and even though I've warned them multiple times that their "customs plan" violates my doctor, my orthopedic surgeon, and in person physical therapist's medical advice they continue to persist with my "care manager" sending me text reminders to do my daily activity. This is happening even after I've told her the injuries will make me worse and I'm pending surgery and need non-weight bearing activities that only stretch my body. (There's tons of free apps that can do this for you.) regardless she just keeps offering to send me articles to read about how some exercises can be uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure their case managers aren't doctors and her proffered "articles" and well maybe I can do an appointment with the PT (after my program was done) all go against my doctor's advice. So my point is this isn't truly custom but since I'm not paying for this as my employer is, Im not demanding my money back at this time.

Hinge Health is Excellent. I have been using the Hinge Health app for several months. I have been dealing with back issues on and off for thirteen years. Hinge Health is one of the best tools I have found to address my issues. Each user can set their own goals for frequency of the exercise and flexibility “playlists.” Three sessions a week is a recommended minimum target but I am shooting for 7 a week. Making it a daily practice keeps my back and lower body flexible and capable for my daily tasks. I also enjoy the routine as a good start to my day. The audio and visually guided exercises are varied and increase in challenge and intensity over time. Wearable monitors that are Bluetooth linked to the app assist in tracking pace and range of motion. It’s like having a trainer in the room with you. I hear almost daily from a coach - that is clearly not a bot but an actual human in touch with my progress. Following each session’s routines there is a reflection or thought piece that encourages mindfulness, resilience and a deeper understanding of the mind/body relationship in pain and injury recovery. These are very helpful and I would think especially so for people who are just starting a journey of recovery.

Just another piece of paper in the mail. When I found out about hinge health, it was because I received a flyer in the mail. Almost threw it out until I decided to read it because it said free on it with my insurance company. I’m glad that I did read because I have been set up with a wonderful program that’s going to assist me with becoming stronger and hopefully having less pain and not having to have surgery, I love working with the staff to set up my exercise program to make me stronger. The feedback from the staff is always great. The articles that they give me to read are empowering. I am just glad that I did not throw that paper away. I called and salt help for knee pain, and as I have come to learn, wear and tear and deterioration of our knees is normal, whether we experience an accident or not with knees, we don’t have to be limited in our motions. We can become stronger and learn to live and move with less pain but it doesn’t have to be intense pain if we strengthen our muscles. I feel blessed to have a coach and work with a physical therapist to get into better knees. Awesome Program!

Great but wish it would continue. The Hinge neck program has been great. I first thought that the easiness of the exercises was because they don’t know the degree of your injury or chronic pain, but it’s really just to get you moving and progressing. The exercises never really got too much harder but they certainly worked the supporting muscle groups so my neck and back feel stronger and my chronic pain is greatly reduced. The program has 40 levels and you can get through a level in a few days. I wish the levels advanced beyond 40 but my coach said you just need to go back and repeat some. This is less motivating than trying to complete a level. I suggest they offer a way to generate Levels 40+ that would mix and match exercises from levels 30-40 and then you just keep going as long as you want to. Otherwise, this has been a great program and I thank my employer for making this available for free.

Excellent Hinge Health Exercise Program. I am a 63-year-old male. Former national champion, weightlifter and power lifter. I am also a law-enforcement officer. I have had numerous surgeries, knee issues, spine issues, but it has never stopped me from getting into the gym. In the past couple of years, my knee issues have degraded my ability to do some of the things that I love to do. Hinge Health came along as a result of my spouses healthcare program, and I decided to embrace it just to see what could happen. I can say honestly that I believe the various programs the Hinge Health professionals have designed for me have been very beneficial and I believe are a serious component to the fact that my pain level has gone from a constant seven or eight to an occasional two. I admire the fact that they have actual live human beings at the end of the phone line, and are exceptionally responsive about designing & offering alternatives to some of the program movements. I highly recommend this program.

Mobility Success. I must say that I have been working with the Hinge Health program since 2021, but for three different areas which have all improved beyond belief. First, it was pain in my left foot which I would feel every morning when walking. I visited a podiatrists, tried creams and ointments, tried inserts in my shoes, but none of this worked for me. After a series of Hinge Health recommended exercises, all that pain went away. Then, it was my right knee, which I injured. I tried physical therapy, but it was too costly. After a series of exercises recommended by Hinge Health, which I still continue today, I’m 100% better with 100% mobility. Lastly, pain in my right shoulder is something that was so noticeable, it was difficult to push up out of bed. After a series of exercises recommended by Hinge Health that I still continue, I have very little to no pain with normal movements. I am a firm believer now that the older you get and the more simple movements you make, the better you feel. The staff is always available and very attentive to the care and progress throughout the program. I’m very thankful and happy that the company I am employed with invested in the program and made it available to all employees.

Hinge Health has been life changing. I have had neck shoulder elbow and hand problems for several years that progressively got worse last year. I have a bulging disc and some bone spurs in my neck and because of that had radiating pain down into my elbows from my shoulder that caused my hands to easily fall asleep and go numb, I was very miserable and went to many providers who either wanted to use steroid injections or even a possible surgery. I began using the hill Hinge Health app within the last year. I began to see improvement within the first week of using the app. After a few weeks, I felt even better. Within about a months time, I was virtually pain-free and have been using the app all year. It was important to me to have a program designed for my individual problems and an app that was convenient with reminders and other information like articles about pain. I’ve recommended this program to anyone that would listen!

Best Thing That Happened to Me!. I have had 2 knee surgeries, 1 wrist surgery, and 1 cervical spine surgery. I have had countless hours prescribed to me for PT and I did do a lot but it was impossible to keep up with the hours and the copays for the amount that would have really helped me the most. This program is a game changer! I thought I was destined for yet another surgery but the articles helped me hang on and push forward with the process and the fact that I didn’t have a copayment or a commute made it extremely difficult to make up an excuse to not do the exercises. The exercises were so simple and the videos and sensors helped me feel confident I was doing everything with correct form. It took a while to feel a difference but when I did, it was like a lightbulb turned on for my whole body. I don’t have ANY pain in my shoulder now. I had dealt with it for years and now it’s gone. I wish this had come into my life sooner. I am so grateful that I was able to conveniently switch my program over to my lower back to target my next area of concern. The app and this program is amazing! Thanks to my coaches and my PT team for the targeted and intentional workouts and articles. ❤️

Life changing with small steps. Hinge health came into my life about a year ago. I began the program along with other activities including physical therapy. Then last June I moved and messed up my ankle in the process. I could not or would not do much and I moved back to square—well, not 1 but square 2 or 3 for sure. I decided to revisit HH. I cannot say enough about the good support this app provides, all of the professional assistance, and the coaching. Daily reminders keep me mindful that if I can do nothing else I can squeeze in 10 min a day. I’m not going to escape without surgery, I feel. But if I can put it off at least 3 years I’ll be so grateful. It’s been a little over a year and my ankle is almost well. I’m also on a medication that is supposed to help my mood and my joints. I think it is working. Bottom line, though, I’m doing so much better because of the constancy of Hinge Health. One of the greatest uses of technology ever!!

Hooray for help. I am having a hard time recovering from childbirth, but I work full time and when I went to the OB office, the person I saw was not helpful and did not make any recommendations as to who I could see, and honestly I didn’t know where to start. This program has people who are interested in helping me improve, check in to see how I’m doing, can make a recommendation based on our conversation and the experience I have with the program as to what next steps may be appropriate for me. I can do the exercises when I have time, and not have to worry about trying to make an appointment for someone to help me or trying to fit it into a normal work day. Because it is not in person, if I do need to make an appointment there is no travel time, just open the app. The app is very easy to use, very intuitive. I really like the instructional videos. They have a video for every exercise, no matter how simple it may seem. Most mention breathing, or parts of your body to focus on to maintain form. Only part of the app I don’t prefer is the scheduling portion, but it works well enough.

Achilles tendinitis. I was diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis after a foot surgery when I was given Cipro antibiotics for prophylactic post surgery infection risk . I never had a reaction to an antibiotic before but there is a side effect to Cipro regarding women over 50 years old and I happed to be one that had this issue post procedure and antibiotic use . The pain and discomfort is very real and constant to the point where I can barely walk at times . Since beginning Hinge Health App and my guided exercise for the PT it has become manageable for the first time in a year . I find the app is easy to follow , I love the reminders in my text messages and my PTteam specialists communicate well with me via text . I feel confident that I will beat this health set back only because of the great progress I’m seeing already in my range of motion. Plus I don’t have to get into the car and wait for my appointment in the rehabilitation center for P.T. which saves me so much time . Thank you Hinge Health for a great experience.

From daily hip pain to occasionally. I was to the point of having severe nightly hip pain, burning pain! I would wake up several times a night due to that burning hip pain. My insurance offered to pay my full pt bill, so i figured if they were going to pay in full, there must be something to it. Signed up with Hinge and started immediately. The exercises were never difficult or painful, in fact I first thought they wouldn’t do any good because they were so easy. Working a week, I noticed a substantial decrease in pain, and was able to get through the night without the burning hip pain. My hip still ached, daily, but no where near the pain I was having. I went from an intolerable pain, to a manageable pain of which I would not go for surgery. After a few months of exercising every other day, I felt pretty good and slowed the days of exercising down to 2-3 a week, well before I knew it, I was getting that burning pain again. Started back on the other day routine, and within a couple of sessions, I was back on track and pain level was minimal. I can’t recommend Hinge Health more!

Great app, needs considerations for exceptions. I have been using this app for over a month. Everything was going well and I had less pain and better mobility. I hit a small snag in my training and could not progress in my daily workouts. My PT told me to skip the daily playlists and go back to lower levels for a few days while healing. Sadly, the app does not take this into account. If you don’t use the daily playlist, you get no credit for your activity streaks or achievements. I wish that there was something in place to credit your daily work, even if it is not the daily playlists. Otherwise, I love this app and this program. EDIT: I found a way to change the levels on your daily playlist shortly after writing this review. Now my only minor wish is that that slider for your pain level would be a bit more precise. Maybe put numbers on it? SECOND EDIT: After taking time off due to a setback, I wanted a way to restart the program at day 1. The app does not account for this. *PLEASE* fix this! I’ve had a few people at HH give me ‘workarounds’ that don’t really help, so adding this feature would be incredibly useful.

Great PT focus on getting an arthritic 60+ year old more comfortable with moving again. Having been physically active my entire life including marathons, triathlons, waterskiing, hiking, gardening, etc. but in the last few years I’ve been unhappily dealing with limitations to all of my activity due to osteoarthritis. While I have stayed active, I’ve been demoted to walking, elipting, swimming and yoga. All of these activities are fine, but not really fun for me. With the 4 weeks I’ve been doing Hinge exercises, I’ve enjoyed a fair amount of improved balance & strength & flexibility, giving me hope that one day I may be able to get back to the exhilaration of my preferred activities. My hinge coach and pt are very encouraging & available to help when needed. Additionally, the written articles included in the plan which focus on & explain the various physical & mental facets of join pain, & importantly, how to work on strengthening & flexibility to decrease pain, & also on training the brain on how to process and work through the pain to make progress toward more movement.

Great for beginners and reminder to STRETCH. I started a program with Hinge Health to improve pain in my body. I’m fairly active so I set the reminders to be 5 days a week. They sent me everything I needed to do a full workout and yoga set at home. I strategically set my daily routine to what is usually my lunch time. I really like that it will text me to remind me to do the program and that makes me do it. I coupled this program with another short daily program I do so when the first alarm goes off, I put my game face on. The sensors they send you are very sensitive and the charge lasts a LONG time. Easy to set up and use hardware and the app is intuitive too. I like that it links my progress to my Cigna for points on my wellness program through work. That means I get a discount on health insurance after a certain amount of time on the program. I’ve had two “ health coaches” reach out to me for feedback and possible adjustments in the routines I’m getting. They are quick to respond by text and very friendly. I would recommend EVERYONE do this. Perfect program for ALL AGES.

Good at home pt. I had gone to pt for my knees, 6 months later my knee pain flared. I did not want to go back to pt because of time away from work and the copay. My employer offered Hinge Health at no cost so I enrolled. The sessions are short so even if I don’t feel like doing I did them anyway. The first month I was not sure how much it was helping but I really did not want to go back to pt so I kept using. By the second month I knew it was helping. I have been using 7 months and it has made a world of difference. I still have pain sometimes but nothing like before. I am doing exercises that I never imaged I would be doing when I started using the program. My employer has discontinued the program but I have till the end of the year to use it. I might find out the cost and pay for myself if it is not too much.

More helpful than expected. I started this app because I was having so much pain in my hips and knees that I didn’t want to do things. I was also worried that I was going to need knee surgery and was willing to try to this to avoid surgery. I am fairly regular with the exercises and have most definitely found pain relief. The exercises are moderately challenging and about the time I start to get bored, they change. The articles are either good reminders of things I do know or an interesting take on something I didn’t know. My only complaint is that you can no change your focus area once you select on without deleting the app and starting all over again. Luckily for me, there is a lot of cross over between the exercises for your hips and for your knees. I have recommended this to several people including my husband who recently had a knee replacement.

great for back pain. I had surgery on my back several months ago. Before surgery i was in severe pain every day and needed narcotics to get thru my days and nights. When i started in-person PT 2x weekly, i also started the Hinge Health Back Program. The daily movements with Hinge helped keep me on track with my "homework" from my local PT. My strength quickly improved, i was able yo stop narcotics, and eventually able to stop other pain meds except when I get intermittent flares (which are rare). I graduated from in-person PT about 1 month ago, but continuing the Hinge program at least 5 days weekly. I've been able to work normally again and travel again. Super easy to bring the Hinge App with me when i travel & continue to keep up with the program. I feel way more like myself again (but more cautious to protect my back than before).

Stretches helped my lower back pain. The app with its stretches and incorporated pain management learning assisted me to understand and ease my lower back pain. I now have a good idea what triggers the pain as well as how to manage it during flare ups. The stretches and strength exercises have helped me to increase my core strength and I now have multiple days without pain at all. It’s been an interesting journey as I can start to feel the pain again when I miss a number of days of stretching. I had contemplated injections or something more dramatic to ease my lower back pain, but this has been much better solution and has helped me to get back into the gym and improve my overall health as well. The key is to have big goals like knowing I want to be pain free into my later years, so I have to put in the work now!

Progress. I just finished my 4th month and can’t believe the results I’ve accomplished. I have had pain in my neck and back, plus limited range of motion for 26 years due to injuries and aging. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, bc I had pain for so long, but after feeling the results after a couple of weeks, I wanted to see just how much I could improve my situation. With the help from a great physical therapist, Jessica, I have been able to improve my range of motion and decease my pain level. Jessica has been there every step and has rearranged my exercises, based on where my pain was and what I thought I could do. Every change was made on the same day and here’s a shocker, she listened and encouraged me to continue and improve. I also have a great coach, Christy. I would highly recommend this program!

Better than in person physical therapy. I hesitated to start this program because I have been to physical therapy three different times with little to no success. Previous therapist rushed me out of therapy leaving me to deal with pain and lack of mobility. With three sprained backs, two bad knees, and a lifelong list of small injuries. I had my doubts. But I saw immediate improvement with Hinge Therapy. I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in almost 2 years. My knees have stopped randomly swelling and I have not needed pain shots I am now able to go back to doing crunches and situps after not being able to do them for years. I am back to kickboxing and doing some yoga as well as boxing and I feel like I I have gained years on my life Hinge Therapy was one of the best things that ever happened to me and I am more than certain you will feel the same way.

Small steps add up. In 2020, I had my first knee surgery: a partial replacement. I was told my other knee would probably need surgery in 2 years followed by total knee replacements in both knees and a high probability of a wheelchair late in life. I didn’t like that picture. We downsized our home and bought one with a pool. Utilizing it regularly helped. When Health Hinge was offered at work, I decided to add it to my routine. At first it didn’t seem like much, and yet I could feel some discomfort after completing the exercises. I persisted and saw my body strengthen. I can tell the difference when bending; I am stronger. That second knee surgery isn’t needed at this time (a year past the predicted timeline). My hope is by continuing to participate in these exercises, a wheelchair will never be required…time will tell. In the meantime, I am enjoying the improved movement.

Highly recommend. I started PT via Hinge Health after finishing my in person PT. I was not feeling 100%, constantly in pain but intensity was very low. I was skeptical in the beginning but video instruction are very helpful. Sensors are helpful but you can decide not to use them. After 6 weeks of stretching, my pain was nonexistent. I liked the program because of the personal coach. They will check your progress, keep in touch and send you encouragement. Coach also advised and adjusted/added different stretches depending on my input. After finishing my first session, I have started another session with them. I had video conferences with the Physical therapist and decided to start a new regiment to help me strengthen myself. I am celebrating my five month anniversary with them. Anyone who is on fence about online PT should give it a try, 15-20 minutes a day, words of encouragement , It’s worth it

Best Back Care App. My employer provided this app as a way to get healthy for those of us who suffer pain associated with a back injury. I fall in this category. Over one and a half years ago, I began the app. The stretching and position holds really helped alleviate back pain but also improved flexibility (think being able to sit on floor with legs stretched out in front of you). My back issue (previous tailbone dislocation and 2 herniated disks in lumbar region) improved tremendously. It worked better than the epidural blocks and chiropractor treatments in about 12 weeks of stretching a few minutes each week. I was able to return to regular exercise and have lost about 11 lbs. Now I am an infrequent user but every time I do the Hinge Health stretches I think why not do it more! A tool that gives achievable goals and helps improve flexibility and balance. You will not be disappointed if you keep at it.

Actually amazing. This got added to my job’s benefit package so I have no idea how much it costs, but it’s literally perfect for me. I have diagnosed anxiety disorder/bi polar/adhd so public isn’t a real option for me in most cases and I’ve been wanting to add some form of stretching/yoga/tai chi to my life. I’m definitely stronger and more flexible and it absolutely helps when I’m overwhelmed/stressed out. Which is every day. So I use it every day. I was really surprised when the equipment showed up, everything is really good quality and I got a nice yoga mat included for free. I love being able to get a surprisingly good workout in without being stressed out about the people around me or what I look like doing it or anything. You get a real live coach which is really nice, if actually TOO communicative for me unfortunately. She was very nice though and really encouraging. And like, they don’t mind if you talk about things lol So yeah, I love it.

It is better than going to PT. I have gone to physical therapy and down hinge health. In my opinion, hinge health is much more personal and custom than attending a physical therapy clinic. For me, it is very stressful to drive, interact with strangers, do exercises in front of other strangers in a large PT area. I think plhusical therapists are the nicest people, but I have GAD, and I hate going to any appointments. They take up a lot of mental, emotional, and physical energy as well as money and time. I like doing my hinge health in my pajamas at home. I can talk to my coach any time, and my coach is very nice. Even though I get stressed out by talking on the phone, it was not bad at all, and then after that we were able to talk via text and email mainly, so it is much less stress for me. She also gave me alternative exercises when I was struggling with one of the exercises. Overall, I think it’s a wonderful program and when I stick to it, my pain is much decreased.

Good but needs improvements. The app is good but has one major drawback. For some reason you can only do one exercise session a day and not more. Why? No idea. Once you do your session, you will need to wait until the next calendar day for the next session to unlock. This means that if you finish your exercise even 1 minute after midnight, you won’t be able to start your new session until 24 hours later, practically skipping a day. I am a night owl and usually work out in the evenings, sometimes starting my exercise right around midnight and this drives me bananas. Why err on this side? Why not allow people to work out twice a day if they want to?? Also, it’s a pain in the neck for ppl who travel a lot. Not only the midnight reset thing, but also the app does not recognize your phone’s time zone. I’m in Europe for the next 2 weeks and my reminder comes at 3:45 am. It’s set up for 9:45 pm EST.

Great App - still on it even after 1 year. I had a severe Lowe back problem and almost about to go for a surgery for “Herianated L4 disk”. Joined this program for back and it proved really helpful. In 15 weeks of 5-day routine, I was able to feel so much better with my back; I even able to lift 5 Gal water bottle from car trunk to garage. This Hinge program is absolutely great and guaranteed to relieve back pain if done without quitting in the middle. From week 2 itself it proved to relieve the pain. The article are so good and highly motivating. I am impressed so much with the program and its benefits that I am keeping it doing even after reaching maximum level 40. I crossed 40 week continuous stretch and committed to keep doing in order to keep my back strong. One feature would make this app much more useful - “Switching sides in the routine should be announce clearly in spoken language instead of a small beep”

Inflexible schedule. Annoying articles. The exercises might be useful but the purpose of an app is to motivate you to do them. There is only one possible time to schedule your exercises. My days don’t line up the same each day so all the app serves to do on most days is annoy me with the announcement that it’s time for my exercises. Which I don’t have time for five days out of seven. There is no actual feedback on progress at all, something else most apps I’ve used to try to change something, have done. No tracking, no evidence that these exercises are helping, and no indication the exercises are at all tailored for you. The short articles that you are suppose to read are pretty banal and mostly waste time. A small percent are actual useful. The language used talks down to the reader. I’m sorry I signed up for this at work and now my employer has a year long contract to fulfill apparently. I’ve been offered much better health apps via work before. And used and paid for better ones in my own.

Skeptical at first, but not anymore. At first, I just signed up because my health insurance offered it for free and they sent me a yoga mat bands, and a stand for my phone which made things so much easier. The exercises seemed really easy at first and by the second third and fourth week, they gradually got a little bit harder, but not undoable, I am starting to see results just in what I can do outside in the garden with bending over and squatting down. Give it a try it’s really easy and only takes about 15 minutes every morning. You can also speak directly with a physical therapist, which makes it great when you have an exercise that you think might be too much for you, and there are modifications that you can do to make it a little bit easier. The videos to show you how to do The exercises are fantastic.

Getting better!. My neighbor and I talked in January about our New Years resolutions. We both experience daily neck or back pain. Listing mine I started to say I wanted to be free of pain. I had to “do something.” He told me he had just started Hinge and how he was improving his range of motion and getting a lot out of it. He said Hinge inspires him to do a bit more stretching after doing the short exercises from the program. Every time I see him now I thank him. Pain was the first thing I thought about every day. Neck pain was making every day tasks harder to do. The simple exercises help ease the pain and get things moving. When I am hurting, my tendency was to lay down with a heating pad and ibuprofen! Hinge exercises and the self care article following it, really have made a difference. The coach check in makes me accountable.

More than worth it. I started HH a couple of years ago due to muscle and disc problems in my L4L5 lumbar back region. Did it faithfully and progressed so much, and after I completed all of the levels I continued doing random levels just to keep changing things up. Over time, due to time constraints I stopped using it. Big mistake because the 15 minutes (minimum 3 days per week) was a lot more convenient than being limited to activities due to consistent flare ups. I restarted the program a week ago and feeling improvements. After each playlist there are always good, informative reads that only take about 3 minutes. The Physical Therapists and Health Coaches are always nice, concerned about health and progress, and have a plethora of knowledge and articles they’re always willing to send.

Has no idea help was possible!. My neck was hard to use. Hard to lift my head from a looking downward position and had to help lift it up with my hand. In much constant debilitating pain, I took medicine regularly for relief and to function. It was hard to look side to side, look overhead, sit, and stand. After about ten weeks on the program my skepticism ended when I was able to more freely lift my head and then within a few more weeks I was amazingly functioning with better movement, strength, and confidence. I have been on the program now for at least eighteen months and hardly ever need medication. My pain stays manageable when I stay consistent with completing my playlists. This is the perfect program for the busy person, and it delivers true and lasting results. The quality of my life has improved greatly with my Hinge Health experience. I’m grateful beyond measure!

Worth the 15min. This was program was offered by my Employer to help manage pain and improve movement. WOW! I’m completely impressed by this program. I was diagnosed with Spondyloarthritis last year. I’ve experienced low pain for 5+ years a to have a name helps. But even better is this program, with targeted exercises helps improve my flexibility and strength which decreases my pain level. It takes me about 15 minutes to complete the daily exercises. Hinge even sent out a kit to help me be sure I was moving correctly. The kit included: 2 body sensors, with charging cords & block, a phone holder and a yoga mat. All free! I was also assigned a Health Coach and a Physical Therapist that I can text for guidance or questions or set up a virtual appointment. I completely suggest this program for anyone experiencing pain or ROM issues. You can choose from a variety of body parts to work on. Good luck ☺️

It helped a lot with my ligament teared knee pain. It was a great way to get my leg and knee to be functional normally after my long lasted pain due to ligament tear in my past. Overall i was feeling i am not doing anything other than walking with my leg which had ligament tear and i often feel my legs look like chicken legs but now after continues exercises using hinge my legs are moulded and getting to perfect healthy condition. I can’t wait to continue further on this and i never had to do any heavy leg workouts to have my legs look healthy and in good shape. It was a bit of wait and motivation required and took about 4-6 weeks continues efforts to get to an understanding that it is working for me. So don’t loose your hopes until you do it at-least 4-5 days a week and 6 weeks then analyse your hinge program what it did for that whole time.

A fantastic option for postpartum pelvic care. I am super lucky to have Hinge Health as a benefit at work, so wanted to try them out before trying to find a pelvic floor specialist local to me. Hinge has been absolutely amazing! I have a coach who helps hold myself accountable, and access to a PT both via messaging and video calls when necessary. The only downside to the app is that it forces you to listen to its audio. I wish I didn’t have to always listen to the instruction for exercises, it would be nice if it just told you what the exercise was and then let you do it at your pace. Additionally, I can’t listen to my own music because I’m forced to listen to the video instruction. Seems nitpicky, but it’s so irritating to have my music paused for the whole session only to listen to the same instruction on repeat. Just wish there was the option to have the list of exercises with the option to have instruction video / audio.

Elbow is close to pain free after dealing with pain for years. This is an incredible service for anyone who is experiencing pain and does not know where to turn. My elbow and shoulder were limiting my active lifestyle and impacting my strength training performance. I have completed about 30 daily PT sessions through the app and my pain is down tremendously. I continue to improve every day but this app and remote PT service has been exceptional and making a big impact on my life in such a short time. The exercise programs are individualized and are thoughtfully created to increase in intensity as you progress. I am back to training more intensely and doing all of my normal work and life activities pain free in my shoulder and with just a minor twinge in my elbow. If you have pain and are looking for help, check out hinge health, I bet it is right for you.

Great Way to Work on Problem Areas. I have been having trouble with my knees more and more as I age. I found I could barely squat and cannot do it fully yet, due to sore, stiff knees. Once I committed to doing the Hinge exercises specifically targeting my knees, I find I can climb stairs with my arms loaded much easier. And those squats? Well I keep getting lower and lower as I work out. Change is not instantaneous- but working with hinge has helped me change the way I am able to move through my everyday life - with much more ease and much less pain. And Hinge is done in the privacy of your home. You can do the exercises when you travel ( if you get wifi service). I was able to get my husband to try it for his painful back. He is still using Hinge now, too. I highly recommend Hinge for those suffering as I was.

Simple but beneficial app for pain. I have had neck and shoulder pain for years. I stretch on a normal basis but it only helps so much. I started my hinge recommended daily routine with some scepticism due to how simple some of the exercises were. But I stuck with it and after about a week I started to notice much less pain in my shoulder and neck. The app is really easy to use and pretty straightforward. Hinge will build you a routine based on the areas that are causing you pain. I enjoy the point system that tracks your progress. You also get some free workout items as you build up your score. They include easy to read articles that explain some of the science behind how pain works within your body. I would recommend this program to anyone who has access to it through their employer. I was very surprised by how easy the routines are and the benefits that come with utilizing it.

Great substitute. The hinge app has helped my back pain so much. The flexibility this program provides is superb. No more expensive trips to the therapist. I have one in my pocket all day. At home, at work, or on vacation my sessions are there when I need them. On top of that the program has articles for you to read after every session or if your just scrolling through the app. Each article educational to making better health habits, explains what pain you might be feeling, what the exercises do, and options you can expect healthcare professionals might recommend. I also get a coach and a PT doctor that help me along as well and keep me going on. I’d recommend this program to anyone who is in pain looking for a solution that doesn’t involve surgery, or at least trying to do everything before that option is necessary.

Having a partner along the way!. The Hinge Health app and program are a wonderful way to just spend a few minutes a few times a week to work on those nagging pains. I have spent the last nine months methodically moving through the guided program with the help of the Hinge Health coaches and therapists. The coaches are there in the background monitoring your weekly activities and providing encouragement. They are always available for consultation if needed. They help with adjusting your program and making sure you are able to stay on track. The app is a constant companion in delivering the guided program. The app also provides a weekly wellness articles to help answer common pain questions and to dismiss many myths around exercise. Best of all, when you have completed the program, you continue to have access to all the exercises in the program and the articles.

Hinge Health. This is a great app for physical therapy. I got the benefit from the company I work for and it’s been awesome to use. Basically, you choose a program for the pain you are experience and it will develop an exercise plan around that. It starts off easier and slowly gets harder. Also they have real PTs you can set up meetings and a health coach that checks in. If the workouts are too long or you aren’t seeing results, you can just message them and change it up. I’ve been doing it for 4 months and I’ve seen a lot of progress with back and neck pain (headaches). It’s really nice where instead of going to a PT office, you can do quick workouts at home that fit into your schedule and provide results. It’s just like anything though, in order to see results you need to stay consistent and build habits.

I can’t believe the improvement!. I was skeptical at first. I started having knee pain in 2020 and had to stop running. With the pandemic, I couldn’t get an appointment with a orthopedist until late 2021. By then I had put on a lot of weight, making the pain much worse. My employer offered Hinge Health in 2023 and I immediately signed up. The exercises didn’t seem like they would have much of an impact, but I was desperate so I committed to doing them six times a week. They changed every few days so you’d get a good variety and only took about 15-20 minutes. The app also had articles each day discussing other ways to reduce pain. This is what helped me so much. The articles gave different suggestions and I gradually made changes. Within 10 months, I had dropped 50 pounds and started running again.

Amazing support and resource. I can not praise this team and app enough. I started during the worse. Emotional time of my life when losing my best friend. The grief consumed me. Yet my team never pressured me to do more, they checked in frequently with subtle support. They noticed when I did have the energy to get on and were encouraging. They were really great at mowing how much to support, encourage, and have me add in taking care of my physics health all while going through grief the past 8 months. The app has motion sensors that can be turned on and off yet are amazing for helping with form! You don’t have to count reps the app does it for you. Their specialized for you plans are effective and you can join groups for support with others with similar goals as yours. It’s truly helpful and it’s done right in your own home!

Small steps become big changes. I started using Hinge Health after neck and back pain began to limit my range and reduce my enjoyment of activities. The program started so slowly I thought, “this can’t really be helping me.” I have it a few weeks and started to notice increased range of motion, less pain, and more strength. I kept it going for several months and notice substantial improvements. I switched to an ankle program on the app after an Achilles rupture and repair and am seeing improvement in my healing. I will continue to use the app as long as I have access. The digital coach is convenient and persistent and the goals are reasonable and attainable. The movement guidance is a cool addition to check posture and make corrections. It’s like an AI personal trainer. I just wish I could do more than one body area at a time, like back and lower body on an alternating schedule. Thanks.

Hinge app is phenomenal. I have been using Hinge in order to bring down the amount of back pain that I have. I think that it really has helped immensely and the person to person support that I receive is exemplary. Most people think that if you use an app that there is a chance that you won't have a "real" person to support you, but Hinge makes sure that there is always somebody there to make sure that we are feeling okay doing the current exercises and to be sure that we are getting everything that we need from the exercises that we have set for us. I also enjoy the articles that we have in our app. They can be very beneficial if we read them and take what we feel that we need from them. If you are looking for an app to help your body reduce the pain, try Hinge Health FOR SURE!! You've got nothing to lose but your pain!! Good luck and God bless!!!

Still going strong….. It’s amazing with Hinge Health I can’t believe just how great I feel after stretching. Prior to this I would jump out of bed and start doing manual labor and constantly in pain. Now that I find the time to spend 15 minutes a day before lifting heavy equipment I find I have so much more energy. I remember when I was going to a physical therapist I always feel younger because I always had more range of motion. With Hinge Health I am taking control and I am doing my exercises at least three days per week. Thanks to the amazing staff that follows my progress and chimes in every time I have a question. I have created a motto for them. Good better best never let it rest until the good is better and the better is best. On a sidenote as a result of not feeling the pain and doing more exercises I was able to loss 25 pounds since I started with hinge I want to give them credit for that as well.

Ok, but.... The exercises are helpful but the app could use some improvements: -It doesn’t have landscape mode functionality. I prefer using it on my iPad ( propped up on keyboard in landscape mode) or connecting my device to a TV. Needing to twist my neck to look at it sideways leaves me ( literally) with pain in the neck. -Because I’m far older (nearly 60) and less flexible than many users ( thanks to decades of back problems), I find the difficulty levels progressing far faster than this old body can handle. I’d like to be able to reset levels so I can progress at a pace that’s realistic for me, by redoing earlier levels, rather than a pace that works for a 20 or 30-something year old. Same was true pre-Covid when I was traveling a lot and not able to do exercises or connect to WiFi while in remote parts of the world. Sometimes it’s necessary to go back and redo a few levels or, after a long gap, even the beginning to rebuild strength. Being able to restart at Level X ( resetting everything after level X) would be useful. Having only one exercise at each level in the library is not enough. Although the new Change function is helpful, it doesn’t make much sense when I change it to a Level 1 exercise and it tells me I’ve completed a Level 12 exercise. PS-never did get sensors that worked properly even after 3 shipments where they twice sent “replacement “ sensors for the wrong program. I finally gave up on those. Not sure they’re really necessary though.

Modern therapy. I absolutely love the Hinge Health program. When done gradually, and consistently, I’m amazed at the benefits just 15 minutes a day makes! This program has made it to where even super busy people with low energy and little time can start and progress along an amazing healing journey!!! Update! I am six months into the program, and so happy to have started this healing journey! Had to go on a low inflammation diet along the way, but it was so worth it coupled with this program it’s been amazing! Update: I am so glad that this program makes it very easy to stick to! With just 15 to 20 minutes a day this gentle movement can really be amazing for keeping the body nimble and definitely help with overall feeling much better! An anti-inflammation, Diet plays a huge role in my journey also! I recommend this program to everyone I know!

Movement = Life. Fantastic App for improving quality of life! I started Hinge Health for knee pain and continued healing following knee surgery. The opportunity to message with my HH coach and physical therapist is awesome. We can adjust the workout whenever and how it’s needed. It’s truly a personalized plan. The education component is definitely a plus! I’ve learned so much about pain management and the benefits of movement. My perspective has shifted for the better and I find myself appreciating my body more and more. I feel the purpose and commitment of the whole HH team is truly to improve the quality of life for those who make use of all it offers. I’ve felt and seen very real improvement and HH has earned my commitment. The workouts require a reasonable amount of time making it easy to work into my busy day and I notice when I don’t. I’m so grateful to have discovered Hinge Health!

Now I believe. I am 74 Almost three weeks ago I tore something in my glutes and went to the emergency room because I could hardly walk. With in a day I could walk with a crutch within three days I could walk without a crutch although it was painful and I was unsteady. It is my belief that the program had strengthened my muscles and agility so I could move and didn’t fall. I am getting a MRI This weekend to know what I tore and will keep you informed so I can continue training. When I started I thought this is a joke but soon realized that this is a low impact extremely efficient way to gain strength and relieve pain. I am glad I went against my first thought and really tried to work it because it works. Thanks. I am now 75 life happen again, and I needed time away from program but was walking 5 to 8 miles a day the program gave me the strength to handle the moments that life handed me. The program works.

Bad to worse. Since I have had this app, the cueing has gone from bad to worse. I gave it two stars because the exercises actually help. The latest update adds time that could be put into the how do to this exercise section rather than making those who are yet again stuck at the highest available level listen to it. Some of the cueing is now missing any direction so you need to look down to see where you’re supposed to be, except you’re not supposed to be looking down. The sensors never worked, so at least you can opt out of using them. If I was getting PT in person, they would tell me to do exercises once or twice daily, but no, their “coaches” will text you and tell you you’re doing it too often if you try to do it daily. I finally had to tell her not to text me. If there are exercises that hurt rather than helping, there is no way to mark that exercise so it doesn’t show up in your rotation. You can skip the exercise, but then you get less work on what you’re working on. Not recommended at all.

Do I really need this program?. I put off joining this program for such a long time thinking that I didn’t have any chronic pain, so why do I need this? Eventually, I joined because they advertised a free start kit. I love fun, free things! So I joined. And wow!! This program is needed by everyone! I have started using muscles I haven’t used in a while, and feeling benefits from slow stretching and increasing range of motion. The articles are also easily explained topics with analogies that help you understand how and why and what is going on inside your body. That was actually a wonderful surprise! I love reading, so I would have read in the beginning but skipped over them eventually, but whomever authors these articles is great in explanations and motivation and encouragement. I have enjoyed all aspects of this program. So glad I joined!

Loving my Hinge Health program. I highly recommend Hinge Health. The exercises in the program are effective and achievable. There are video and audio instructions for all exercises, including modifications to reduce or increase the intensity. The participant sets modifiable goals for the frequency of sessions in a week. The level increases as one moves through the program. The duration of a session is generally 10-17 minutes which I find very doable in a day. There are also other types of workout sessions available in addition to the assigned program. I very much enjoy the interesting and informative articles that follow each session. I also love having access to and regular support from my health coach and DPT. When I have had questions or concerns, they have been very responsive. Many thanks to Samantha and Amber for being so supportive!

J Morgan. After cervical spine surgery, my therapy was due to start on March 12th 2020. Going to physical therapy wasn’t an option thanks to COVID-19, and I believe it really impacted my recovery. Hinge Health not only helped me as an alternative to PT, it was the reason I committed to exercising with regularity. It has provided me with the tools to help my neck and I rely on the stretches/exercises throughout the day even when I don’t use the app. But again - it was the catalyst that put me on the path to staying active, and for that I am beyond grateful. I’m more fit than I’ve been in the last 30 years, and I’m 50. Also - Coach Megan has been great not only with being so accessible with any questions I had regarding my neck regimen but also with providing me with routines to help with hip, lower back, core strength and others that I use on almost a daily basis. HH has improved my quality of life and has changed my lifestyle - thank you!

Excellent Program!. I had NO idea how beneficial this App and program would be to me. I started it because my urologist had recommended I have PT after a hysterectomy and Bladder sling. The problem was the hospital PT was too time consuming to book with a therapist at the hospital and drive to and from several times a week. When my work offered this program I decided it would be a better option instead. I have been surprisingly pleased with the App ease of use, excellent instruction, and the physical (and mental) outcomes of the program. I’m more in tune with my body, and my strength has really increased. The doctor and the health coach I was assigned are both personable and very knowledgeable. They have made my 1x1 sessions comfortable and I don’t feel awkward talking about very personal health issues. I hope I am able to access this program for life!

Knee pain is nearly gone. Three years ago the pain in my left knee was so bad I went to the orthopedic surgeon to discuss replacement. I have arthritis but it was not completely bone-on-bone then. They gave me the booklet on replacing my knee and told me to come back when I couldn’t take the pain anymore. About nine months ago, I started the exercises with Hinge Health. At first, they were difficult because of the pain, but I did them three times a week. After a few months, the pain began to recede and after about seven months it was practically gone. If I twist it or put too much weight on it, I get twinges, but I avoid those situations. I am climbing mountains, playing pickleball, and paddleboarding with no pain! The exercises are targeted to your joint and do not take long to do. It is definitely worth a try to get your quality of life back without surgery. I did!

Fantastic. Update: May 12, 2024. You have ruined your app. It seems to take longer to get through because I have to listen to extra instructions before each exercise, it’s annoying to listen to, it doesn’t have the easy timing, and I no longer want to do the exercises. I’m on level 37 and quit part way through the exercises because I couldn’t stand to listen to it any longer. Please revert back to the earlier version. You even ruined all the previous weeks I’ve completed so they are useless to me now too. They aren’t even the same exercises I previously completed as they aren’t the same number of reps or length of hold. Please, this new version did not make it better at all. How could you take something that was so great and ruin it so badly. Previous app version: I love this app. I was having trouble with my knees. I tried some exercises on my own but it wasn’t working. With this app I was able to ease in to working out. Around 10 minutes a day and you’re done. I was able to stick with the program because who doesn’t have 10 minutes. I am able to move much better now.

Hinge health is amazing. I’ve been doing this program for over 3 years. I am so happy I tried it, and stuck with it. It has been a very successful program for me. My goal was to get stronger and maintain good back health because I have had chronic back pain due to my job that requires sitting or standing in place for 8-10hrs a day. This exercise program without a doubt is why I feel so good and have little to no more back pain. It fits perfect in my lifestyle, no excuses why I can’t do it anymore. Thanks for great assistance when I needed to modify exercises because of unrelated injuries. I have recommended and will to anyone with back pain. Do it, it worth it! Thank you for making this available to me. It’s a life saver. We are enjoy life’s great adventures because I have been taking care of my back. 😍

Hinge for my knees. I began my Hinge program in May of 2023 and I have been consistently doing my personalized program 4-5 times each week every week since them. I have a left knee replacement and the degree of movement I’ve gotten is 100% improved and the pain I had begun having in my good knee when I began Hinge is almost non existent now. I cannot recommend this program any higher! The support and help you receive is more then I ever expected and is part of the success I have had. Jump off the fence and “Do this”! P.S. I take the tools I need with me when I’m away from home and that is 1-2 times a month and what you need to do this is minimal to pack. I’m 77 and I never want to do another replacement even though I got along great when I had one. That’s my inspiration to be dedicated because it works.

Love this program!. This opportunity came very unexpectedly in the mail so I decided to check into it not sure what to expect thinking I had nothing to lose. I’ve had chronic daily headaches and neck stiffness for more years than I can count so it has just become part of me, but I am just so tired of never getting relief. I can honestly say the program and the incredible support (shout out to the coaches) I am receiving has made this a welcome part of my life every day. I have only missed a couple of sessions for the past month or longer and look forward to this. I do wholeheartedly believe I am making progress and the effort isn’t too much honestly. I would say give it a try! Also the articles I read after each “session” are empowering and give me the opportunity to think about changing how I feel about pain. I am thankful for this gift!

Leaps and bounds. I had been thinking about doing some kind of regular exercise for a while to help my back and ankle pain that are the result of mild scoliosis and psoriatic arthritis. After an intense bout of back pain I knew I had to do something or give up. I had received flyers in Hinge Health but never followed up - I didn’t know what it was. Well, it is a mild, app-driven exercise program targeted to GRADUALLY get your joints stronger. The exercises start slowly and easily and appeared to be tailored to your age and ability. I have been doing the exercises each week - at least three days a week (I usually do more) for a month and although I still have some very mild pain the difference between before and now is incredible. I wish I would have started sooner. I highly recommend Hinge Health. It had helped me so much! The articles are mostly interesting and the staff that you can send messages to respond well.

Wow…. I was not expecting to be amazed by this. My company offers this as part of their insurance plan. These exercises are PERSONALIZED to YOU! The exercise sessions are super short (could do them within a work break) but SO effective. You get a virtual trainer (via chat or call for those that are introverted like me), that adjusts the exercises and intensity based on your goals and what feels RIGHT. The exercises are neither too challenging nor too easy because your trainer will fix that quick for your next session. This program completely took the thinking, planning, and stress out of taking care of my body. I can just focus on feeling good. I am so excited to see the long term benefits from doing this program daily! I think about how I have a planet fitness membership and also Apple Fitness+ but the fact there is a personal trainer with Hinge Health makes it so much more effortless and habitual to stick with it 😎

Aging body. I joined the Hinge Health program because I have so many aches and pains now that I past 50. The program is free and is just an amazing program. It starts out extremely manageable if you are willing. The exercises are given to you for what you specifically want to work on and is also adaptable. When my knees started feeling better and I could then feel how much my shoulders were really bothering me, I just sent them a message asking to add in shoulder pain exercises. You don’t have to wait days for an answer either. They are very punctual in their responses. Usually within 10 minutes. It really comes in handy especially if you have questions. They also send you resistance bands, led sensors, and a yoga mat to get you started. AMAZING program to keep your body moving!!! Thank you Hinge!!

Pain free in a few months. When I started the Hinge Health program I would have major knee pain after bike riding and significant pain almost every day. It was difficult going down steps and the pain would keep me awake at night. After a few weeks of following the program the pain would come and go. When it was there it was less sever. Eventually the pain at night went away. Pain showed up in new places and my coach recommended exercises to address that. After a few months l became pain free. I enjoyed a week of skiing in Lake Tahoe and had no pain at all. Going up and down steps gives me no pain at all. I mountain bike with greater intensity than ever and have no pain after. Without a doubt this program works. Exercise is the answer. My coach has helped keep me motivated and I am grateful for my coach, Diane and for the Hinge Health program.
