Add Support for iPhone X,XR,XS and XS Max. App makes it very easy to check assignments, but it needs support for the iPhone X, XR, XS, and XS Max. Update: Keeps crashing when trying to open Report Card

Use the browser version instead.. First off, the UI is not good. It is pretty outdated, and the screen is crowded as if it was suppose to be used on an iPhone 4. The app hasn’t had a major update in 6-7 years and it shows. The app also won’t let me log in but the website does. Unless this app gets a major overhaul, I’ll stick with the browser version. *edit* They updated last week and they still didnt update the UI.

Log in errors. It worked at first, but then won’t let me log in. My password is correct and I can log in using safari or google to go directly to website. I had to delete this app. Also it never gave me notifications and I had to log in every time I opened it.

Can’t Log In. Can’t log in anymore. I’d like to see more granular details in the update, when we can log back it. The app shows little details, and I still have to log in from my desktop to drill into grading details.

Worked great Last Year. I am a parent and a teacher. I used it tons last year to check on my three personal children’s grades and have recommended it to other parents also. However this year the app has a bug that needs to be fixed it says log in errors. It started around May and has continued. I even deleted it and tried again to see if it would fix it and it does not.

Okay. This has potential to be a good app, but it really does me no good as a high school student unless it shows the current run’s grades. It only shows the report card right now which is only submitted at the end of the semester. Please make it so that students and parents can see live grades.

Buggy app. This app has lot of issues. The drop downs don’t load. The forgot password doesn’t load. I can not log in. It tells me I have 14 messages waiting, then it won’t accept my password even though I have never changed it. And I can not uninstall and reinstall to reset it, it’s still locked up.

Message count does not clear. Message count does not clear after reading, constant notifications for previously read messages is frustrating.

Ugly, Buggy, and TERRIBLE overall. I have used many apps, but this one is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The UI is completely horrible, and is one of the worst app UIs I've ever seen. It looks so outdated, so much so that I wouldn’t be surprised if it came right from Windows Mobile. It’s horrendously ugly, clunky, and just old looking overall. It’s not even optimized for newer iPhones, since on my iPhone 11 it shows up in a small box as if it was running on a iPhone 4 screen. This app needs a COMPLETE UI overhaul before I will even consider it. Also, the app is super buggy. When I open the homepage, the background color flickers constantly, and I can’t even see the text on it, and that’s just one of many bugs. It also doesn’t have any of the essential features I need. I can’t check my current grades for the current marking period, which is what I use this app for. I would love it if I could export my schedule to my Calendar, because that would make it easier for me to see when my classes are. Overall, this app is complete garbage. I would literally consider making my own app for this just so I don’t need to use this horrendous app. It’s a complete eyesore, a complete waste of time, and I’m still baffled that my school district chose to use such a horrible system. And this app hasn’t received any major updates in YEARS. How can a company like SunGard put in so little R&D into this? Its unacceptable.

Multiple children. I do not like having to login separately for each child. Anyway you can put in multiple logins and see all children with the toggle of a button?

Can’t login anymore. I’ve been using this app for a few months. It is hard to view on mobile, but it worked. Now it no longer accepts my login even though I can login just fine with a desktop. Can’t find app support. The notifications from years ago do not clear. It is much easier to just login from a desktop than to bother with this app.

DOESNT EVEN WORK. Have never been able to log in, everytime I try it tells me to contact technical support. Can’t even access my child’s school info. Waste of space on my phone.

Badge App Icon Count. The badge app notification count will not clear out after the notifications have been read and deleted. I can get rid of them by turning off notification, but when turn it on, the count still appears even though there are no notifications. Also would be nice if could perform a mass delete on in-app notifications rather than having to do them one by one.

Logging In Problems. I just downloaded this app and I have been trying to log in without any effort. I keep getting an login failed message. I am able to log in through my computer. Please fix this.

horrible, buggy, outdated, old, wouldn’t get. i’ve been using homeaccess for awhile and i thought hey lemme get it on mobile instead of going to google and logging in. The app wouldn’t let me log in 😐 When i tried to log in didn’t work. so kept trying to log in and i just decided to delete the app go on google, that worked better than the app. So i would recommend going on google than getting the stupid app. The app also REALLY needs an update, LIKE BAD. hope this helps just use google, save yourself time.

Badge App Notification will not clear. Been using this app for several years. For the last two years my badge app notification will not clear. Shows I have 5 messages and there aren't any. I have 5 years to go with this app and I don't want 5 more years of indicating there are notifications when there are none. Very frustrating. I've deleted it and reinstalled it. Please fix this or tell me how to fix it. Thank you.

App doesn’t work. This app doesn’t work anymore. It keeps telling me my logging information is incorrect. But it is the exact same username/password I use to log in via the web. So it is obvious it is this app. It also doesn’t give you all the options that the website does. All in all, it’s just a waste of space in your phone. Don’t waste your time.

Extremely outdated and in desperate need to be fixed up. The GUI is really really bad, this app looks like it was designed for old iPhones but hasn’t been updated a single time since then. It’s just overall not a great system. The website works decent enough but this app is horribly designed and at times doesn’t even work properly.

App not working. I’m using my correct info to log in, however I’m unable to log into the app and it gives me an incorrect username/password error. I am able to log into the website using my same log in credentials I’m using in the app.

Will not be using this app. I am able to log into the desktop version with no issues, but am getting an error with this app when using the same credentials as desktop version.

Gives Me Error When Signing In. Originally the app worked for me for about a week. Then I was notified that I would have to set up an account again because of an error. When signing up again I used the same user id and password that I use on the portal, but it gives me an error. I click Forget Password and it tells me to go to HAC to get my password. Never ending loop of errors.

App won’t work. App worked last year and this year will not allow a parent login. I can access the site through the internet but the app says username/password not correct. School network administrator said they’ve received multiple parent complaints and everyone can access the website but not the app.

Awful. If I could give zero stars. Worst piece of crap app I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe schools would invest money into things like this. It takes 3 tries to log in using the same login info, and after being logged in for 2 minutes, I get kicked out. I never want anyone to actually think this is a functioning app.

Easy to use. Just downloaded today. Seems easy to use and find what I'm looking for. The calendar feature is nice.

Got to see my schedule early. Rlly great app. I just have to log in EVERYTIME I exit the app which is annoying but it’s ok

My log in information no longer works in the app. Is there a fix?

Awful. This app is TERRIBLE. No explanation of what any of the codes mean and it’s difficult to navigate. The desktop version of this is pretty bad but my god, it’s better than this. Some of the information provided on assignments appears to directly contradict what the teacher is sending out via other means.

Can't login!!. I'm able to login online but can't via the app. Also it would be great to have Touch ID, too much info to input when u can't customize your password or user ID. I also think push notifications for new grades would be a great feature to include in future updates.

Can’t see grade percentage. I like that you can see your schedule and what the assignments are, but there’s no point if I can’t see how they affect my grade in the class. PLEASE let us see class percentages so I don’t have to login using safari every time I want to know

Terrible app looks like it's from 2006. I am having trouble writing this review as I am shaking with rage from using this app. Anyone within a school district who decides this app is the best technology they can use deserves to be fired and subsequently beaten with a stick. Please do the world a favor and delete this app from the appstore before it's too late.

Amazing. This app is awesome and it’s way faster then the web browser.

It works… but…. This app works to view my grades and status of classes, however this app looks outdated and is pretty slow. If PowerSchool has a awesome look, I feel like this app should have a new look as well… including the Home Access Center website

Was working but not this year. App worked great for me last year, but this year not so much. I can log in but when click on my kids I get an error message saying to contact support. Please resolve the issue so I can watch over them

Login Error. Worst app ever! App has continuous login errors and rarely lets me log on! Amazed after over two years at using this app it seems that they have put zero effort into correcting this bug within the app! Great concept terrible experience!

Leander ISD needs different system of grading or this app needs to change. I Try to login my phone, says wrong password, but same password on my computer, it logs in. The grading system is weird & confusing. What is c3 , S2. A simple report card sent to my email that just shows what grade my child got in each class would be nice. THIS APP OR Leander ISD system for reporting this NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!

Login failure. I have used this app for years without an issue. However, in the past year the ability to login has been hit or miss. Now I can no longer login at all. I am able to view online without a problem. This app is completely useless.

Unable to log in. It is constantly giving me invalid login messages even though the same login works when I use safari. I wish there was an update to fix these issues.

Can’t log in. Last school year it worked fine. Tried to use when kids started school and can’t log in, gives me an error. I can log into my school web site just fine.

Useless. I haven’t been able to login for months! My password works perfectly fine online, but not in the app. Contacted support, followed their directions and it’s still not working. Fix the app!

Unable to login in!. This app is so frustrating! I’m unable to check my children’s grades and attendance because it says username/password invalid. However I am able to login on a computer to check my children’s grades and attendance using the exact same information I’m using on this app. That can be an inconvenience considering I don’t carry a computer or laptop around with me. This app needs to be updated.

It works but I do not prefer it. The online access is in much better order to understand the info. Also, this needs Touch ID. It feels as if this app is still in development. Until it gets a major overhaul, I won't be using it.

Login failure. Login is failing even when you can login online. This app needs improvement! Parents and students want to use this app but it is intermittent with the login screen. Some days it lets you in and then the next day it fails.

Percents. Where can I see my percents in my classes on one page? If there is none, add that feature to the app after classwork.

Terrible app. I rarely write reviews, but as a student this app is a joke. I always have to go into my Chromebook and log in, instead of using the app. This app has two jobs, allow users into account and display information. 80% of the time it doesn't load or quits the app.

Update failure. I did the update to fix the crashing and allow access to report cards. It worked fine before the update, but now it's horrible. I can't get report cards with out being kicked out. I definitely like online access better. ☹️

Navigation and GUI. Very confusing to use and is NOT adaptive on website version. Why no enhancements in a year? What are all the codes on the report card- no idea on c, s, e, etc. progress report is hard to read. Where is integration to push all assignments to student calendar on iOS as the ones on the app are to hard to read and no alerts. Why the different apps like power school. Can’t believe our district just changed to this app. With the resources that SunGuard has- you should be embarrassed that you have put no R&D into- where do your license and maintenance revenue value?

Horrible. Just tried to use it to check my kid’s grades. Literally impossible. Why even bother making an app and advertising it if it’s not going to work at all. Waste of time for anyone using. Website is horrible too but at least I can see what I’m looking for.

Disappointed. Great concept. Poor execution. My first frustration is not being able to switch students. I only have one of my two children listed and there is no option on my screen to switch, even though it says you should be able to. The dashboard is basic and seems to be user friendly, but it is not. The website version works better than the app, but still does not allow me to access my other student. I wish they would either do some major updates to this, or our district find another app.

Doesn't work. It is buggy - sometimes lets me in, sometimes doesn't recognize my is, and sometimes doesn't even recognize my school district. It's totally random when it does this. I deleted it because it's easier to bug my kid to show me the information on their computer (which with a teen is not actually easy).

Genus Media. You could use the reference sheet... so much for a genius. I’m not so tech savvy, but wow! Start thinking, stop whining. Disregard previous remark. Product has many more enhancements, is very navigable...I for one LOVE it. Great for parents to monitor grades.

Doesn't show registration info. ...which is the whole reason I downloaded the app and logged in before school started. Useless.

Disaster. Just imagine the worst UX/UI you could place in an application that people have a need for in order to deal with their child’s education, and then apply that here. That is what we have. Nuke it from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.

False advertising. Not easy to use it is easier to finish building a house in a week than making this website that has worse technology than 1950 work

Doesn't work. Just received the letter today to use this for the school year and the login and password they gave me doesn't even work.

Login issues?. It was working fine last Thursday! Now it says I have the wrong log in info. Contacted the home access, and the sent me the same info I’m entering. So I know it’s not on my end! Please update or fix!

Horrible. If I could rate no stars I would. This app never works. I can login online through my child’s school but not through the app so what’s the point of even having the app

Not working. We are having trouble logging on, we can log on from a computer but not the app. Was hoping to use this for the upcoming school year.

Push not working.. Push notification to me phone isn’t working. It’s been over a year.

Average. I can’t find out how to find the overall average for the whole class not just individual assignments

oh my gosh possibly the worst app layout EVER. it’s like they haven’t updated the app since 2004 and the layout of the app is like its suited for iphone 4s.

How about Touch ID?. Would be very nice to have rather than entering in your credentials every time. Might as well use my browser which has my credentials saved.

Log in issues. Half the time is says invalid ID or log in. When it does work it decides to just end session and then I can’t get on for days. I guess it is back to the original computer way...

Can't Log In. App is new to our school this year; I downloaded, but I cannot log in. It says to use your HAC log in and I tried several times to know avail. Needs work.

Pretty Poor App. 99% of the time you cant even log into it because of some kind of sync issue with local school district.

Can’t use app to login. I see others have posted the same issue, but it’s not been resolved, so I’ll also add that I’m told the US/PW are invalid...but have no issue with them on the computer.

App not working this school year. My sign on won’t work. I called the school who informed me that the app has not been working and that I had to use the website directly. Please fix the app.

Stinks. I can’t review the app because I can’t even log in. Every time I try it says “invalid user name and/or password”! It’s not wrong because I can go to the website and log right in! Fix your app!!

Won't log in.. Can't log in on app but can online. Deleted app to see if that would fix it, did not. Since I was copying pasting the password I tried retyping it exactly. Still no fix.

Can’t see anything. It’s like all the menu and words are white so I can’t see anything. I don’t know what I am doing, don’t know how to get back to the menu. This makes the app virtually useless. Please fix this!

The worst. Horrible. Never works. About every 10 attempts it MIGHT let me log in once. I can go to my schools website and login to it just fine. This is an awful app. I would not recommend it.

It won’t let me log in!!!!!. Every time I try to log in —The app says incorrect id or password but after confirming online through website & with school admin I am entering correct info!!!!!!!!

Edline is better. The district switched to eSchoolPLUS this year and it has disappointed. It doesn’t remember passwords or your school district when logging in. I forgot my password and have been trying to get an email for it to be resent to no avail.

Can’t login. It worked for about 2 months and now it won’t my login and there should Touch ID.

Doesn’t Work. My user name and password will not work on the app, but does work on the computer or safari. The app just tells me it’s invalid and shuts down.

Can’t even sign in.... There is no comma on your keyboard in your app, and I have to be able to type a comma for my username....sooo, this makes the whole option of an app useless to me.

Wrong password. It would be a great app if I could get in it. I’m told just about every time that my password is wrong when I know it’s not given that it works on the website. Fix please!!

The worst app ever. I have HATED this app ever since my school started using eSchoolPLUS. Checking grades used to be so easy but this app it is so confusing and poorly designed. The website isn’t much better either.

Never works. I've been trying to use the app and it doesn't ever work. But if I do it threw the computer I'm able to see my children grades! Really need to fix the issues! Waste of space on my phone.

Can’t View Grades. Will not let you view a student’s current grade or even their report card! That makes it nearly useless.

Very old. This is sooo inconsistent when I log in. Also I remember this keyboard and the other iOS features from when I was in ELEMENTARY SCHOOL this app is awful and doesn’t work more than half the time.
