قط عينك عينك. تطبيق سيء مجرد يريدون ياخذون فلوس ميدرون شلون وميستاهل وسعرة مبالغ هسه عاد لو ١٠ لو ٢٥ لو ٥٠ بالعدلة شكو ٦٦ حسبي الله وسم ببطونكم القانون يكول التعليم مجاني وين التعليم المجاني ؟

تقييم. تطبيق فاشل كلش اني اكدر اسوي احسن منه انوب 66 الف على شنو فد فكريات وقط عيني عينك يعني اني خلصت المرحله الاولى ليش ادفع واني ناجح ومخلص ؟

استغلال. مع ضعف تمويل الجامعات العراقية واهمالها الذي يبدو متعمداً من قبل الحكومة لصالح الفساد والمفسدين وعدم الاكتراث لمستقبل العراق والعراقيين، والذي ادى الى خروج جامعات عديدة من التصنيفات العالمية وصعود اخريات في تصنيفات فساد المؤسسات التعليمية على مستوى العالم، نجد وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي تحاول مص اخر قطرات دم في اجساد الطلبة عبر انشاء منصات، قد تبدوا ذات غرض نبيل وتطويري من اجل التعليم ظاهراً، ولكن واقعاً نرى فيها طمعاً واضحاً في اخر ما تبقى من الشحيح في جيوب الطلبة من خلال فرض تعريفات ورسومات عالية جداً، يتفق جميع الطلبة على صعوبة سدادها من قبل الغالبية العظمى من الطلبة. التعليم في العراق مجاني، ويكفله الدستور بشكل واضح، وبالتالي تعتبر مثل هكذا محاولات لجعل التعليم رفاهية يجب الدفع من اجل الحصول عليها، بدل ان يكون حقاً مشروعاً لكل مواطن، محاولة اخرى لتدمير التعليم وابعاد من بات بالكاد متشبثاً بكرسي الدراسة رغم الموانع العديدة التي وضعت الكثير منها وزارة التعليم نفسها، عن اهم طريق لبناء الامة، وهو طريق العلم. بكل احترام، نطلب من معالي الوزير والجهات المسؤولة في الحكومة عموماً والوزارة خصوصاً، اعادة النظر في، بل الغاء، فقرة التكاليف المبالغ فيها التي تشترطها الوزارة مقابل ممارسة حق كفله الدستور للطالب خلال مرحلة اقتصادية عصيبة يمر بها البلد.

The worse. This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used

Scam program. This is a scam orchestrated by powerful militia factions embedded in the Ministry of Higher Education. It is nothing more than a 'levy system' designed to drain students' money for zero return

He need so many money without giving anything good….so bad and the app not working. So bad for the people

Hi apple. This is a very bad program that exploits students and there is external pressure to download it. Please remove it from the Apple Store.

Iraq / bagdad. This application deducts sums of money from Iraqi university students, and this is in violation of Iraqi law, as Iraqi law and constitution guarantees every Iraqi free education in government institutions. This application is a fraud and a violation of the Iraqi constitution.

Slow lag and alot of bugs. The app doesn’t work at all and always show loss connection to wifi it was the worst experience ever

HEPIQ. We, Iraqi university students, strongly oppose the $50 fee for the new educational program by the Ministry of Education Education in Iraq is free, and charging students is unfair and unacceptable

DELETE THE APP. It’s money laundering app They makes the students pay mandatory 50$ or they get kicked out!!

Bad services. The application is massively unusable , nothing works besides the students are being forced to pay over 50$ for literally nothing

Violation of country laws. The education law in Iraq stipulates that it should be free, but this application violates the law and asks for a large amount annually without any justification or reason

Not free. 50$ every year is too much money to an app without purpose or goal they just want to take money for nothing

Bad. The app is not responding well and the service is offline most of the time

Violation of student rights. This app violates university and college students rights, our country law says education is free so why must we pay a high fee to proceed our education? This app must be deleted from the App Store immediately

Money theft and looting program. This program takes a lot of fees from students, and the student cannot take the exam, obtain his university ID, or register his attendance in lectures unless he pays 132 thousand. This is injustice, injustice.

Pointless. This app serves zero purpose, it’s existence is an insult to every student, it should get deleted now.
