Perfect App!! Thank you so much!. This app is absolutley perfect as a quick way to show my identity before entering tests at my University (York University, ON, Canada). It has my credential information all in one place, and it even allows me to send my ID to my Apple Wallet! It’s very useful, and I’m very grateful. Thank you so much Transact eAccounts!! Setting up my account doesn’t work. I’m not sure what’s up here, but the app takes forever to load when setting up my account and then the request times out so I have to start all over again. I need my mobile id card so I hope this is fixed :/

App will not let me add to Apple wallet. Whenever I try to submit my ID photo to add my card to Apple wallet, it tells me “there was a problem getting the customer number” and won’t work when I try to retry. I wish I could add a digital version of my ID to my Apple wallet

Great App. UPDATE: The developer saw this and fixed it! Thank you! The app UI was recently updated to a white design, and many of the buttons and icons are invisible. When I tap in the empty space, it allows me to access those panels, but I have to guess where the icons are. Examples of this are: the settings gear in the top-right corner on the main page, the button at the bottom of the "select account" popup to access the "add money" screen, the "back" button on every page, the button at the bottom of the "review and submit" page, etc. All of these elements can be seen when the device is in Dark Mode, but not when Dark Mode is off. Please fix!

Does not work. When I tried to add my credential to my Apple Wallet I received an error saying that there was no ID associated with my student number. This is despite receiving confirmation from my school that they have registered my ID and credentials. I have been in contact with my system administrator for days trying to fix this but nothing is working.

With Much Appreciation!. Making everything accessible like you’re right on campus is AMAZING! I just love it.

Why is there a limit?. Why is there a 10 dollar limit. I only use this money to print I don’t want ten dollars for printing!

Awesomely Fast. I just downloaded the app only 10 minutes ago and was surprised that I didn’t run into any problems. It connected what I needed within 5 mins and was happy to understand how it worked with its clear instructions!

Server error?. Having trouble selecting my school, and even after I enter my schools name it loads forever and I get met with a system error. Hoping this gets fixed soon or all the students and especially new students at my school are going to be struggling to receive any student benefits.

Slick when it works. My university uses this app to add our IDs to our phones. The login works the way it should, but after logging in, the main screen had everything grayed out. I tried it several times with no success. Then I spent a half an hour on the phone with my universities tech-support, and they were bamboozled. Then suddenly hours later out of the blue, everything was working again. Our helpdesk said that sometimes the app is simply that slow. But I went through a lot of grief and trying different things before I realized I just needed to wait three hours for it to work.

Great app. Easy to use, accepts Apple Pay, simple, never has any problems!

Virtual card added to the wrong part of Apple Wallet. All my credit cards and transit cards—worldwide—get added to the top section of Apple Wallet. Except for this app. It puts my Duke card with all my boarding passes and receipts on the lower half of the Apple Wallet. Which makes it scroll off into a sea of receipts. This also means that it is not automatically re-added when my iPhone is reset. Put it at the top where it belongs!

SignIn with your institution does not work. I was attempting to sign in through my university, however the authentication through duo prompt is not even visible on the app, rendering it impossible to sign in. I can’t even use the app.

Doesn’t work on everything that a physical student card does. Doesn’t work for printing at the library at JHU. So will have to stick to my normal jcard

Ain’t broke don’t fix. This app just doesn’t work. We had a beautiful system and now we have this. I won’t go into the specifics it should just work and it doesn’t. Waste my time more please.

Everything has went smoothly. Not big on tech but this app works well so far

:(. Takes way too much time to do things that I could have otherwise done with my own card. I have to put in 4 different passwords minimum to log in every single time. This app frustrates me, and it’s not the apps fault but I still hate it.

Inconsistent performance with NFC. While the iWatch implementation works well, using the iPhone version yields numerous failed reads, and access. Clumsy UI when stick in rain and try to unlock a door. Absolutely guaranteed to not work then. Have not used any of the financial elements, so no comment on screens related to that.

Was Working! Then Kicked me out. I was told by Rowan University that we were switching from one Accounts app to this one. The app was working for me before the semester started. Now that the semester is about to start, it kicked me out the app, and now I can’t find Rowan University in the app anymore.

Error message. I recently got a new phone, I've repeatedly put my information in on my new phone and it won't show it in the app. Ive wiped my old phone and I've also redownloaded and signed in many times. Nothing has worked. I need this action card to get into my housing. This needs to be fixed asap

New phone. Can’t get this to load/transfer to new phone. I’m able to sign in but nothing comes up. Works perfectly fine signing in and out on the old phone

Makes my life easier. I am a first year student and I went through 1 semester without this app and after using it my life has became much easier because I’m the type of person to for my key card and it’s essential for getting anything at school

No option to “Add to Apple Wallet”. Loved getting turned away from the 24 hour library at 3am with a huge deadline on the horizon. Updated, deleted, downloaded, signed in, out, etc. Not even an option to view the card nonetheless add it to my wallet???

Log out problem. every so often i get logged out, both of the widget and the app, if im in low internet or just randomly too. would love to see it fixed

Nothing comes up. Got the iPhone 15 and it’s so disappointing that I can’t bring my ID up. The menu won’t even load despite me being able to log in! Guess I’m keeping my IPhone SE just for my ID

Waste of time. Does not allow you to add to wallet so you are screwed if you don’t already have a physical ID. Complete waste of time trying to fix it, and they don’t seem keen on fixing it.

Does not work. I’m not sure why but it doesn’t even let me search for a school. It just says can’t connect. I am connected to wifi that works and I tried to redownload it

Semiv. Way too easy. Never tested it yet. Hope there will be no problems.

Impression. Greyed buttons don’t seem ADA, the iPhone used a Picture in Picture trick that wasn’t quite clear until you hit around on the window behind it. It might be more clear as time goes on, but it’s not got a lot of guided activity to do something.

Useless. My U requires this app to access our building. Since I've been working remotely, I have only needed to go into the building a few times, and each time I've had to restart the App and try repeatedly to get my ID to load. Since I don't have a physical card, this app is my only means of access. With campus reopening, I start work in the office today, and here I am, trapped outside the building because the app continues to be useless.

Stopped Functioning. The "add to wallet" button doesn't function, and neither does the "continue" button on the guest deposit page. This app used to be great, but is now useless, which is a real bummer. I miss being able to make last second deposits right from the laundry building.

How I finally activated my University ID. I struggle with new technological applications as an older, returning student to a digital campus. I began to entertain the idea that somehow the applications did not like me for some reason. I stopped trying to mine the application and I asked a person for help. Ultimately, I was transferred to a warm and welcoming lady who manages the university student identification office. She informed me that yes, there was something about me. My identification number was the same but because it was so long since I last used it the system needed authorization. The problem was not that the application disliked me personally. In the end, I find digital applications are useful, and even fun. But… there is nothing to replace warm, kind, helpful, human understanding.

Adding a student ID to my Apple Wallet. Just upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro and the app will not load the page where I can view my ID. I had no problem logging in through my schools network, I encounter the problem after I’m signed in. The app has been great in the past, but I really need this resolved

Doesn’t add to wallet anymore. My university uses this and originally I was able to add it to my wallet but when I got a new phone now I can’t add it to either account. I now do not have access to dining halls, my dorm, etc and have to go to university services to try to get this fixed. I would so much rather have a physical card like a drivers license because this chaos has caused unnecessary stress.

No info on how to resolve device limit exceeded issue. I had to contact my uni to resolve this. My old phone had died so telling me to login to that phone and removing it from my google pay wasn’t helpful

Great technology. It’s great being able to open building doors with my watch.

Not the greatest.. Deactivates your actual card. Then decides to not work in certain times. Spent a whole three days without food/needing people to get me in because the app decided to stop working. Don’t do it.

More schools?. I think this is a great app, quite useful and unlike nothing that’s been done, however, the lack of schools is its biggest problem. I attend the University of Connecticut, and it is frustrating knowing that I do not/cannot have access to enjoy the benefits of this app (unlike some of my friends from other schools). I hope you guys can add more schools on the future because right now it is very limited, and I would like to see this app grow and achieve its full potential.

It won’t load information. I recently got a new phone, and everything has been easy to transfer but this app. I’ve repeatedly put my information in and it won’t show it in the app. I’ve also redownloaded and signed in many times. Nothing has worked. I need this action card to get into the buildings for my classes, and its a headache continuing to sign in and have no results.

How do I put the money back into my debit card?. I accidentally put more than I wanted in mine but I don’t know how to put the money back into my account I don’t see an option or anything like that?

Allow for two accounts. It’s very convenient without carrying the physical card. However, can the app allow for two accounts under the same institution? Some people have a student and a stuff account at the same institution. It causes some trouble. Thanks!

Easy to use. I’m really happy with the functionality of this app. It’s clean and simple and not clunky.

Could not add card. The app seems to log me in fine with the university, but then trying to add the card to my iPhone 12 gives me an error “could not add card” every time. Support at the university seems to be unable to resolve the issue, and no technical support seems available for users of this app. All in all a very big disappointment

Complex when switching to new devices. I switched to new device activated TransAct again logged back in. But to generate the digital card it creates heaps of trouble. I have to physically go to student centre and they couldn’t sort it out. Fortunately after multiple attempts over several weeks opened up today.

UNB cash showing wrong amount. Love this app, it’s easy to pay for food with. But I’m having an issue where the amount of money that’s displayed in the app on my UNB card is stuck at $75.14 even though I checked that I have around $40 currently. I tried restarting my phone and deleting and re-adding the card but it still won’t change to the correct amount.

Efficiency. Works great!

Can’t add my card to the Apple wallet. This is cumbersome with too many steps to log in and can’t add my I’d to my Apple wallet - need to sync better with Microsoft Authenticator and Face ID
