Great App.. Great App! It does seem to go down from time to time which is a pain, but when it works, it is such a great time saver! So thankful for the ability to order ahead instead of having to use precious lunch time waiting on food.

Not so great. I order on the app, receive a msg that my order is ready, but go to pick it up and not only isn’t not there, but the system has no record of the order. I order lunch and the earliest asap pickup time is 5:15 pm. Then have to go down to the cafe and show them my order on my phone and wait for them to prepare it. Experiences like this effectively defeat the purpose of ordering meals quicker and more convenient. It also creates issues for the cafe staff

Love how east it is to use. I am a creature of habit. I like ordering the same lunch every day. The express reorder feature has made my life simpler. Thank you.

Not so great. The ui is not the best for my payment for Kids school. Switching between each child is confusing and I’m presented the option each time I switch child as if want to add another, this should be a setting. Additionally, the funding process means that I get 2 transaction fees. Make it one pool and one fee that I can give funds to each child from the pool.

Love the flexibility!. Really appreciate the opportunity to order ahead when I can’t get to the café or if my break coincides with the busiest time there. So convenient. Sometimes I order a meal to put in the fridge and take home for dinner! Keep up the great work.

Doesn’t work!!. All of a sudden stopped working. Can’t login. No response from customer support. But still receiving their marketing notifications, naturally….

Display not sized correctly. The display is not sized correctly for iPhones. Dynamic Island covers part of screen. Cart logo is too far right of screen at the edge. Order submission should be more intuitive. "Checkout" is never "Submit Order" in apps. Change the final step to "Submit Order" or "Complete Order".

Quick and easy to use. I appreciate the fact that this app eliminates the wait in line. It is easy to use. The description of the food is detailed which affords the opportunity to make the best choice.

Pizza Dough. Today my pizza was way overcooked And I Would like a refund. I like the app.

Quick but little things. I absolutely love to be able to pick up my food immediately. That has been a huge help not having to waste time in a long line!!! Thank you A couple things to improve. 1. I ordered no bun on hamburger. The fries were placed ontop of my no bun burger and the fries were stuck to the melted cheese. Not just one or two but a clump of fries. 2. Fish taco day. I came in after 12 pm to find half the condiments gone. The pineapple mix is my favorite addition to fish tacos and it was out. The pico de gallo was out. Pico de Gallo

Rise and Shine. I recently had breakfast at Rise and Shine breakfast and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was fantastic, but what really stood out to me was how nice and pleasant the staff always are. From the moment I walked in, the guys- Kenneth, Chad, and Cash greeted me with warm smiles and friendly chatter, making me feel right at home. Their positive attitudes and genuine kindness truly enhanced the whole dining experience.

Pizza. The pizza crust could be crispier on the bottom. Need more options for diabetics.

STOP LOGGING ME OUT 😭. Can you please, for the love of god, stop clearing out my credentials every time I have a lousy internet connection. This happens almost daily. PLEASE! STOP! IT! It completely destroys my productivity given I have to go through a very complicated SSO process every time that needs an access to a computer. It’s really a simple fix but can hugely improve quality of life.

Easy and Convenient. Love being able to time my lunch pre-order and pick up; and especially missing the crowds. My only complaint is for some reason my “order ready” text notifications have stopped coming through. I’ve almost forgotten my lunch order because of that. Still trying to figure that out.

Pre order!!!. Is beyond slow! This is suppose to be convenience for staff and at times it’s not.

SSO Needed Every Time App Launches. I need to SSO into my companies portal every time I launch the application. I’m all for advanced security features, but this seems more like an annoying bug than an intentional feature. I’d love not to have to log in all the time

Atrocious UX. Please look at well and long ago established ui/ux patterns and techniques and fix your app. The fact that the companies provide no choice which app to use isn’t a good excuse to skimp on the design guys!

Unable to setup or use despite vendor support. The app has repeatedly failed during setup. If this buggy software fails on setup you can get stuck in a catch 22. I’m now unable to reset the password on the email I used as it says no such account exists. However, I cannot set up a new account as the app claims the email has already been used. If I select the setup option to send out the ‘invite’ I never receive an email. Thus I can never complete setup, reset the password or find another solution. I’ve had the vendor at my firms cafeteria remove my account and I’ve removed and reinstalled the app and yet still no luck. What a waste of time.

No longer works. A week after I last used this app to order food in advance, it appears I was logged out and have t been able to get back in since. When I try to reset my password it tells me an email has been sent but I NEVER get the email so I can’t use this app anymore.

Takes too long to load. Takes several attempts of waiting several minutes to load. Huge waste of time. Will quit using this as soon as my balance runs out.

Login Failure today and won’t allow to reinstall. Something is going on with the app , it will not reinstall and has Authenticator issues.

Have login but app requires an access code?. Was prompted to create a login through email. Worked great but it did it my phone’s browser. I would prefer to use the app to order food but can’t figure out how to log in because the first and only prompt is for an access code which I don’t seem to have.

QC. Fast and accurate when showing my recent purchases.

Terrible Payment Model. It is very convenient for me to be able to order ahead from my work cafe. However it is absurd that I need to preload money to my account. Especially with a minimum increment of $10, this essentially guarantees that I will accidentally trap money in their system. This is definitely intentional and abusive to customers. Please add support for regular Apple Pay or credit card processing for each transaction.

No way to log in without a code. I had been using the app but it stopped allowing me to log in giving an error code and telling me to try later. This went on for a couple days so I deleted and reinstalled it. Now it asks me to enter a code with no option to enter username and password. I’ll just use the website.

Couldn’t get it to work. Was excited to use this at work to preorder lunch, but does not work. Deleted it.

Totally useless. I have never come across such a useless app like this. It stopped working 2 months after installing.

Not working. Still getting the white screen of death. I don’t even bother ordering on here anymore because it doesn’t work at all.

Keeps on crashing. I just updated this app yesterday and whenever i try to check my past transactions or anything else, the app is crashing. It tells me there is some kind of error and I need to log out (no other option to exit the screen but to log out). So, whatever was the newest update - it was a mistake. Please correct it ASAP.

Clumsy, buggy. This app was introduced by my organization as a discount program in the cafeteria. It is slow in loading and too complicated to use on a daily basis. I have mostly given up on it.

Sketchy. The use of “FreedomPay” for processing funds where they don’t even disclose their corporate addresses is not inspiring any trust.

Nurse. Worked great all of 2 times! Now the app won’t even get to the QR code and my badge isn’t working . I’ve removed and re installed twice. Not impressed with this new system one bit

I’m not impressed due to security. My employer is offering MMHayes in the cafeteria which seems like a nice idea to save time/money. Charges get taken directly from our paycheck which also seems nice. HOWEVER, it’s up to me to periodically log into the app and verify there’s no fraudulent activity. There’s no feature for a text or email to be sent upon each use, like getting a receipt. I find this to be an important feature that would be simple to set up and should have been included from conception.

Huge convenience with great features!!!. I use this app multiple times a week to order my lunch. It’s awesome to be able to order lunch from my phone wherever I am and to find it waiting for me when I pickup. The ability to save favorite orders, view previous purchases and auto refund my balance are all great features. If your company is lucky enough to have Quickcharge and you aren’t using the app you are missing out!

Great and useful app. Quick and easy to use!

Order Pick-up Times. When you submit an order it defaults the pick up time to ASAP. But when you request to reorder from your purchase history it defaults to the same time as the previous order which is often NOT what you’d want. Even editing the pick up time at check out doesn’t seem to correct the issue. This repeatedly results in orders not being ready because they are queued up for a later time. Please always default the pick up time to ASAP.

Barely Functional. Worked poorly for the last ten months. Extremely limited options vs what the actual menu carries. Today it locked me out and no one can figure out how to reset it. Now I have to cancel my credit card because their IT reps were reading it out loud to verify it was me and then asking me to approve charges to make sure it was valid.

Clunky. The app makes me sign in after 30 seconds of inactivity. My bank is not this restrictive and I’m doing more than ordering coffee through those guys

Don’t waste your money or time. Frustrating app that crashes when trying to pay for my lunch at work. Has $40 of my money that I can only use for lunch at work and can’t credit back. Don’t waste your money or time on this.

Unreliable. Occasionally, my Face ID login stops working and I have to manually log in and re-enable Face ID. However, when I do it never works and gives me an error. I have to delete the app and re-install. Then, weeks later it happens all over again.

Very useful. It's super convenient to be able to view my balance on the fly!

Logged me out!. It logged me out and I can’t get back in. Unable to set password, because reset email never arrives. This app is useless.

Predatory account funding system. No ordering service or app should require you to load money in certain increments, as this ultimately nickel and dimes the customer into losing money or making more purchases. Also, even if you deselect and reselect the funding amount, it often defaults to the last amount you used- even if it’s more than what you selected. The app doesn’t seem to cache any information, so if you leave the app while ordering your page, basket, and other info is forgotten and you have to start over.

Hot garbage. I am required to use this app for my lunches at work, over half the time it just doesnt work or will send me in circles logging in, and when it does work the incraments to add funds is horrible. Carry Cash.

Not able to use. Entered in an extra m after my email and it won’t let m use the app and there is no support to fix this.

Horrendous design, useless app. One of the worst designed and most useless apps I’ve seen in a ver my long time. Using it is pure torture, and I can’t wait until the day my company decides to move away from it.

Gets the job done. It’s about time the office caught up to the times and let me order caff food on my phone. This has been huge since returning to the office in a COVID-shook world- waiting in lines just isn’t an option. This app gets its done right, but the design needs work

Just a bad app. Clunky always updating mess that barely works when you need it to. Support for this app seems to be just a group of untrained phone Warriors with no sense of how their own product works.

Works great!. Everything works perfectly and is extremely fast. Seeing my purchases right away is very helpful!
