Hate waiting in lines. Everyone should use the app. You can order your food right before class ends and then you don’t have to wait in line. Also, you earn points and save money. No down side. 10/10

Does the job. it’s okay. sometimes orders don’t go through correctly or they get messed up somehow. but overall, the app is mostly functional. i like that it shows to wait times for each restaurant, although they are never accurate.

Overall great!. There are only 2 things that bugs me. When I first got the app it defaults to your dining dollars instead of your meal plan, so within my first few weeks at school I had wasted all my dining dollars without knowing. The other thing is when the app switches from lunch to dinner or any other meals, half the time the screen completely disappears and you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to come back so you can order.

Time Saver. I were to not use this app I would almost not have enough time to eat before my next class, however sense it exists it allows me to have enough time to enjoy my food and arrive on time with little fear of being late.

Niner Diner App. The app has a simple design and is easy to use. It allows me to see the wait time for each restaurant and their hours. It also tells me when my food is being prepared and how long until it will be ready.

Makes life easier!. My office has always been 10 minutes from our on-campus dining. Instead of waiting 10-15 minutes for my food once I arrive, it’s SO CONVENIENT to place the order, walk to the Blink, and have my food ready to go. I tell all my coworkers to use the app!

helpful for on the go. If you’re busy and not looking to spend a lot of time thinking about when you’ll be able to eat this is helpful also there’s cool deals!

Feature-rich, in need of some functionality updates.. As campuses move to deliver meals to student dorms frequently, it is important that Transact have more specific controls over where food is delivered. The greatest granularity the app has for locations is currently by building or delivery zone. Currently, my school has decided to ask people to just include their room number alongside their dietary restrictions with the built-In allergy section during checkout. Confirmation boxes, which spawn a 1-second unskippable animation that makes for an annoying experience when scheduling multiple meals for the next day all at once, and the same for adding items to an order, should be removed. Alternately, they should stay, but they should not keep the app from being usable underneath the message.

Yadkin Market. Boy oh boy where do I begin. This place has seen me at my highs and seen me at my lows, this place has gifted me more than I ever could’ve asked for. Coming back from the bar at 1:30 am on a Friday , what’s open? Yadkin market. Nothing will ever be more reliable than a chicken quesadilla at any point of the day. You need a snack? The market has you. Condoms? The market has you. I would specially like to mention stephan as one of the most glowing employees I have ever met. Walking into The Market is like walking through the gates of heaven and the chicken quesadilla is Jesus Christ waiting for you.

Mobile Order App. I use it for Texas A&M. It is clear what the options are at each location and when you are able to order. As long as how long it will take and when your order is ready. Often times the estimated pick up time is longer than what it s really is. Only critique I have is that some locations lack details on what all is included in the menu item.

Good setup but could use a few tweaks. I’m not sure if this is an issue on the app’s end or my school’s, but I would like an update that allows us to 1)add multiple toppings as opposed to being limited to one of more than eight topping options and 2)remove ingredients i.e. the egg from a bacon-egg-cheese sandwich. Currently, the only way to do these things is by ordering in person, which eliminates the convenience of having/using this app. Also, the particular restaurant that uses this app at my school is opened for two separate shifts, but we are unable to use the app for one of those shifts.

Amazing!!. Mobile ordering makes it so easy after a long class to have something to look forward too. Super easy to customize and get exactly what you want and takes little to no time!

I use it more often than expected. Helps me skip the line at Front room and Smooth moves, and you earn rewards to enter contests. Easy enough to use interface wise, although I think it could be better.

convenient. I use this app when I’m getting out of class I can order ahead and by the time I arrive at the location my food is ready! Would recommend however I found it a bit confusing with checking in then picking up your order?

Quick and Easy. Honestly one of the easiest ordering apps ever. Just simply click the restaurant of your choice, select your food desires, and order. 2 improvements I would like to advise, is #1 have relatively more accurate time expectancy for when to pick up the food. If I see 38 minute wait, I’m gonna order that much in advance. And then when I do, 5 minutes later it’s already ready. #2 for chick fix A, can we please specify if we want sweet or unsweetened tea please.

Fast + Efficient. I love the updated version of this app; it’s easy to navigate and makes grabbing meals between classes a breeze. Their estimated times for food pick up are very accurate and allows for planning and scheduling around your needs.

Convenient but needs changes. This is great, however the options in the app dont actually reflect the options in the shop ( drinks like iced chai are missing for Starbucks) and there needs to be an option for adding notes for things like allergies- otherwise it is not accessible or safe for everyone to use. Love the convenience though! Thanks!

Needs temporary “item unavailable” status. Most of the time, it’s great. It’s wonderful to be able to order wherever, pay however, etc. HOWEVER, I’d appreciate it if there were some sort of feature to communicate between customer and restaurant through the app in the case an item isn’t available for the day. This has made it inconvenient for me to order through here.

Easy to use to order ahead!. Super simple and easy to use - mobile order is very convenient and allows you to pick up your food fast when you are in a rush.

Convenient but how do you even use points. It’s very simple and to the point when it comes to ordering. For the most part the app will update when the restaurant runs out of something. The down side is that I don’t know how to use the points. The app needs some instructions of something

Pretty good, but not perfect. It’s pretty reliable and fun to mess around with, I have had little trouble finding what kind of food I want on both the map and the list of the restaurants. However, the app can be a bit finicky. For example, if a restaurant is closed, you can’t look up the ingredients for any of the food items until it opens again. I often want to just scope out future places to eat late at night, so this issue is a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, besides this issue and a few other minor ones, this app is good as far as I can tell.

Inaccurate, Inconsistent Information. Between differential restaurants that serve the same food, the nutrition information is different between each one. Why is a burger in one restaurant 800!calories and the other is 200 if they’re both the same burger? Also, Macronutrient information is completely inaccurate, and should looked at again to ensure students are getting the proper information regarding the food they eat.

Extremely poor customer support. I tried to use the app to order pick up from a school cafeteria, but the app just didn’t allow me to place the order even though the cafeteria was open. I even came to the place to talk with the manager, and the app still didn’t work then. Completely useless app and does not serve any good. You are better off using more established ordering apps. DO NOT rely on this for large ordering systems, or any system at all for that matter. Moreover, I emailed customer support, and they responded with “Just re-install the app” - verbatim.

Great, Streamlined Experience. My school introduced me to this app, and I have to say that it’s been a great experience using it. Quick, easy to follow menus and distance to nearby restaurants and fast food joints on campus make using the app a joy, and the points system schools can include make for a fun incentive to order ahead (my school is putting an exclusive t-shirt up for grabs, and I really want it 😆). This gets a high recommendation from me!

Convenient, Easy to Pay, Rewards a little confusing. Easy to use app and easy to use Saints dollars or dining dollars and is super convenient to pickup food especially with the estimated wait time it gives you (which so far has been faster than what it says). The only thing i’m confused about is the rewards feature and what that can be redeemed for.

Super Handy. The Cafe in my building gets really packed and takes a while for the food to come out. With this app I can order while I’m studying and pick it up when I’m ready without having to wait in a line.

Inconsistent but usually quick and easy. Ordered about 10 times and order was ready on time like 70% of the time. App is easy to use and intuitive and, when they're operating on schedule, easy to time when to leave for pickup. Lost a star for long wait times when they were behind schedule bc there was no warning it'd take longer than expected. There should be a way for the employees to vary the pick up time based on how busy things are at the time!

No Way to Contact Support. I ordered food, and the restaurant soon closed before I could get the food. I looked at their support articles which stated to use their contact us link to get the order refunded. I used that link only to learn that my message was blocked for some reason. Edit: After figuring out a way to contact support, I got a message stating its not their issue despite the fact the support part of the app tells us to contact them. The customer support for this company and app is awful. Edit2: This app continues to be frustratingly horrible at doing what it is supposed to do.

Helpful!. Great when you’re feeling lazy and also hungry, (happens often in college) it also gives more discounts on top of the ones you already get when using a dining plan.

Cannot access “Login With Campus ID”. Is this issue happening for other people? It doesn’t seem to be in the FAQ and there is no easy way to troubleshoot directly from the app. Professor had us download it and many people in the class had no idea how it kept showing us a blank page. No camera to use to take a photo of the ID, no login page. I’m pretty sure this app works but I’ll probably have to contact someone.

option to hide food with specific allergens. the app works great but I feel like it’s missing an option to hide food with specific allergens. I’m a celiac so every time I look at the different menu options in the different restaurants I have to scroll through every single food, when I can’t even eat 2/3 of them. it would be very useful to have an option to toggle on and off the allergens that you want to hide from the menu option

Okay. The variation available through the app isn’t the full variety you can get in person in most places. Also, the estimated time isn’t always particularly accurate. However, orders go through fast and I’m not mad.

It’s decent. Ordering is easy enough, and the customizations are a bonus. That said, the time estimates are rarely accurate (it takes less time than it says it will) and if the place is out of an ingredient, the app won’t tell you. Improvements can be made, but it’s worth it.

Good way to plan meals. You can order them before your next class, pick it up and eat it on ur way somewhere else without standing on line. Pretty good, easy to use, convenient

Love it!. Really easy to use! My favorite feature is the notifications and overview of where my order is. Especially as a college student it's nice to know exactly how long it'll take for my food to be made so I don't have to wait forever.

Why this app is amazing!. It makes life so much easier, just being able to see what’s open and the approximate wait times allow for you to manage your time so much better.

TAMU KIDS, JUST DOWNLOAD IT. okay i was sus about this app when a lady was walking around w advertisements a few weeks ago, but i finally downloaded it and it’s freaking amazing. i was wasting half my lunch break in the copperhead jacks line, and now i can order my lunch in class and walk to the west campus dining hall to pick up a lunch that’s already made and i already paid for. i walked up, grabbed my food, and skipped past 75 college kids whose jaws had dropped to the floor. IM NEVER STANDING IN LINE AGAIN. also when you use the app for the 1st time you get FIVE DOLLARS OFF and so my whole lunch was $3 today. okay that’s all.

Stopped working. Last week the app stopped working for me. It won’t load to the next screen so I deleted the app turned my phone off and then back on and reinstalled, but now all I get is a white screen. This app is the only way I can order food from the pub on campus so I’m super bummed I can’t get it to work.

My First Experience. After ordering through the Penn Eats app, my order was ready within less than a minute after I made the order! I didn’t have to wait. 10/10 would recommend

4. Slightly difficult to navigate but it gets the job done!! Would suggest that after students place their order that the map still be available, because it seems to disappear and I have to pull up google maps. Also, if you add something to your order it doesn’t seem to allow you to remove it? (Or perhaps it does but it’s not clear how)

TTU Food. This app has saved me many a line and gotten me food quick and hot, the meals are almost always prepared even better than you’d expect and unless you get rush hour dinner meat everything is always top notch. 9/10 would recommend 😁

Update?. I have had overall good experiences with the app, sometimes the notifications don’t come through but I’m usually still checking to see if my food is ready anyways. And I like the point system, even if I hadn’t had a chance to use it, but the point system seems to have disappeared? I don’t know what’s up with that. Overall pretty good.

Love it!. It’s a great app and makes ordering on campus so much easier!! The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is because sometimes it says certain food options are closed when they aren’t(though that might be due to the food hall itself).

Easy way to get Lunt. This is a great tool to allow for ordering lunch and having it ready without the wait. Great when you have meetings or classes back to back and you need a quick meal.

Good for many things. It’s quite convenient to be able to order ahead. It also serves as a nice tool (at least for freshman) to see where to eat because it gives.a nice map of every place to eat on campus.

Easy to use + useful notifications. This app makes it easy to view menus, and I appreciate that they update the inventory for what’s left. They also give enough notifications so you are aware of deals but not spammed.

The Market Sub Sandwich Store. It was super easy to order! Their hours are late, so that works well for people that don’t get hungry at 5:00, like myself. My food was ready fast, and the pick-up process was super easy, super fast, and and super pleasant! :)

Carry-Out anywhere on campus. This service makes picking food up on campus so convenient. I can order after class, swing by and grab it on my way back home. And the rewards are a nice bonus too

Features. I’m a university student who uses this app to skip lines and get my food with minimal human interaction. The reason it’s a 3 star is because I believe there should be a feature to add notes or add allergies. My reason for this is the places where I order add other things besides what I put if they don’t have what I asked for. This is a major problem as I’m allergic to the things they add and twice already I needed to return it and get a new meal. If those features could be added I will turn this rating into a 5 star

Broken and bad support. When ever I try to login with my campus Id the screen goes white and nothing loads. I have been experiencing the same issue for months and received no response from the support email. The app is completely non-functional.

Great app - if you didn’t plan on paying debit…. I work out of a department in Queens University (who is affiliated with a separate entity) and have to pay visa debit; there should be an option for payments using this method and this would make things way easier.

Calories. I think the app is good, however I don’t think it’s right to have the calories of each food item listed. It can be very harmful to people with eating disorders to see all the calories being added to their meal. I think the app would be better if the calories listed were removed.

Great app for people on a time crunch. This app has given me numerous extra minutes of time to work. Thanks to the app, I can stay busy for longer, and picking up the food is very simple.

Very effective. The ordering experience is smooth and intuitive. Some features are not as easy to find as they could be, but overall the app gets the job done and makes it clear what stage an order is at, and when it’s ready.

4.5 stars. The sandwich was very good., but French fries could much be better. Fries need to be a little salty. It had no salt, and adding it only after it’s cooked doesn’t work well, it has to cook with salt already in it

Could be better. Can only give feedback when order rating is three stars or under. Not enough categories for feedback in the mobile app. There were multiple instances where I found bugs in my food and meat (cooked chicken)was unnaturally green

Going to OU. Such a great and easy experience being a student and needing to grab something fast. Going to the business school and having a lot of group meetings and forgetting to eat OU eats go me through.

Very Simple Format. I set up my account for the first time and got my food the same day around 30 minutes after setting my account up

This app is a life saver. Many times I have been hungry and the line to order is long so I just order from the app and its fast and easy. Also the Ui is very user friendly and clean.

Fix the wait time. I’m on a college campus and the wait times are completely inaccurate, it estimated a wait time of 20 minutes and I waited two and a half hours. The wait time needs to properly scale with the amount of pending orders that have been placed so that people know to order somewhere else when they are already struggling. It is a huge problem for both the staff and students.

Online app for food at the Hub. The app was easy to install and use. It liked well with payment options and timeliness of letting me know my order was ready.

Lazy-person’s savior. As someone who enjoys her food in the dorm, and a resident of the building furthest away from the campus restaurant, this app decreases the time I spent waiting in line and the awkward conversations that may arise when picking my meal. Worthy download!

Good service. This app doesn’t make any mistakes and gets your order correctly and tell you when it’s ready on time.

No option to cancel order. I’m guessing depending on what university,college or business they will have no option to cancel the order even if you pay with your credit,debit or school money. This is a big problem in my opinion because if the order is already an hour late you will rightfully want and deserve a refund. Unless this changes I will not give this app more than 1 star
