Not so great ... Needs immediate updates. Had the "Old" app and there were so many ways to use the app ... Ability to print a page (for patterns), email, Facebook, Twitter, text a page. These need to be updated in this new app. The app also seems to be having problems when you try to go back to "issues" - stutters and/or crashes completely. Need to make more stable and PLEASE add back in the features that the previous app owners had, as it is some of the main reasons for having a digital copy (to print ONLY what is needed instead of having the whole magazine). Thanks

Mollie Makes app is wonderful!!. I really like the app I can read the magazines on my phone and my iPad. I do miss the little projects I got when I bought the magazine but I don't think the price I paid for the hard copy was worth the little kits. The app is great I recommend it to anyone and everyone I know. Plus it's not just Mollie Makes, I have bought issues of Felt magazine and a few others there are a lot of them in the app.

Molly Makes. I love my magazine and look forward to getting it every month. There are always excellent, and exciting articles and patterns.

Terrible support. This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappears from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating

Great Projects, Pretty Good App. The magazine is wonderful, and the app allows me to find specific back issues I couldn’t find elsewhere. Love that! The app is a bit glitchy at times, but mostly pretty darn awesome. Totally worth a download.

I lost all of my old purchases. The app is poorly designed and there seems to be no support to get them back. Don't bother with this magazine anyway all of their content is on Pinterest.

Update to the new app and lose all of your previous issues. This is the third application bought out by the company that deleted all previous subscriptions. Attempting to sync doesn't work. Considering the premium price paid in the U.S. this is unacceptable. The magazine itself is great - provided you can get it back.

Unable to download current issue. This app was great but now it won’t let me download the most recent issue. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but I keep getting the same error message. Disappointing.

This transition has been a nightmare. From the moment my monthly subscription to Mollie Makes charged me $150 for a month, I knew this was going to be a mess. This new app is buggy, crashes constantly when I'm trying to download my magazines, and sometimes doesn't show all of my back issues as being owned (but sometimes it does...). The old app was much more reliable, and I'm keeping it for as long as I can; I'll catch up on my back issues there. It also looks like there isn't a monthly subscription option anymore, just a 3 month or yearly option. That's ok. I think I might be done with this magazine if this is how it's going to treat its digital subscribers.

Update deleted previous purchase. Paid for a magazine to get one pattern and now halfway through making something its locked me out and saying I never bought something. Sort of nonsense that makes you hate the digital age.

Upset. I subscriped and did not recieve the back issues and it has been a week waiting for someone to help me. I want a refund of the subscription and it canceled. ASAP

So cute!. This magazine is so fun and adorable and it loads up really easy with the subscription.

Disappointing. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with this application. I was so excited to get my first issue of Mollie Makes and I have only been able to view it twice. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, hard resets of my phone and nothing (these were some of the suggestions on their Q/A page) Also, a major downside to the application is you can only view it in their application, you can’t export it to any other viewing application like iBooks or PDF Expert. So I tried to get in contact with someone for a refund. This has proved challenging since apparently the application is being supported by a different company (Immediate Media) and is not the company I purchased the application from which is apparently another company which is not Mollie Makes either and so I need to go directly through the App Store to find a way to get a refund. !!!💩!!!

Not so happy about the new Molly Makes app. Mollie makes is really great, but the new app is a bit of a let down. The old app had more features than the new one. Especially the possibility to print! I really hope this app gets updated very soon and that it will possible to print again!!! Thanks.

Horrible and horrifying. If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. With the original transition from crochet today all my digital downloads were deleted! Wtheck! I paid for those. After numerous emails to the company they still tell me that thy cannot help me! Now with the newest transition to a standalone app I was charged for a subscription that I didn't even have! So fed up!

Always Inspired. Mollie Makes is a favorite read and reference. I’m always inspired by the projects. Instructions and templates are helpful.

Beautiful photography and design. This app is very slow to load, but that could be my device. Very easy to use the app to view the magazines.

Nice magazine but eats memory. The app works on my mini iPad but it consumes memory. It is easy to print off projects and patterns as needed

Love this magazine!. As a US reader, I've always loved Mollie Makes, but never liked the high price. This is such a cheaper and easier way to read it. App works great.

So Frustrating!. I can not sign in to my account. It says my password is wrong even when I try to change it and use the new one. And when I contacted customer support they sent me a stock email that did not address any of my questions! This is awful! And I just renewed my subscription!

Log in. Really disappointed!!!! Specially that I need to share my information with I do not know who. I really love the magazine but I totally disagree to share my information. When you said the app is getting better I was really excited, specially the patterns. Any way If this is something that I have to do, I do not agree to do I just t want to see my magazine. Exactly what I was looking for!. I have been looking for something that had great crafts and easy instructions, this magazine is exactly it.

Horrible customer service. When they switched from Crochet Today! to Mollie Makes I lost all my purchases. I entered the long, over a year, back and forth email with them about getting them back. They'd lose my emails despite having ref #, repeat themselves, ect. After a year+ I told them "hey if I can't get my purchases can I at least get a refund?" They then told me since I made my purchases via iTunes to contact them instead. NOTHING was solved other than to tell me over a year later that it's iTunes problem and get them to handle it. I get no refunds or my purchases back (which is what I really wanted) since they claim it's all on iTunes.

Craftless Christmas!. I purchased around 20 back issues and since the new app update I am only able to view a few of the back issues. After messaging customer service they have not contacted me. I also messaged iTunes with all of the order numbers from my previous purchases and was told to contact the app and leave a review. As far as I am concerned all Mollie Makes is money from selling content you can not access. Since my print subscription just expired after several years I will no longer be supporting this company.

Best resource for crafters. Absolutely love this app. I was having a hard time finding Mollie Makes in any of my local stores so I was so happy to find the app. It loads quickly and is just full of ideas and tips. A true "must have" for crafters of any level!

Won't open. I bought one of the magazines several months ago but now it won't load at all. I have refreshed my purchase but it sits on 0%. Not happy as I bought it for a specific pattern which I need now.

Waste of time and money. Hideously bad. This app simply doesn't work. The "restore purchases" button is just there to annoy and frustrate the user because it simply doesn't work. So subscription monies paid is just a sunk cost. The support links are also a complete waste of time. If there was a 0 score I would give it

This app has pathetic support don't get a subscription. I was a subscriber of this Mag for 3 years and when it got taken over by this new app 's company I lost the digital access to all my purchased issues. I have tried for many months to recover the issues to no avail. Whenever I get to the point of sending my iTunes receipts, and this happened twice, the CS disappears. I have started this story many times in many months and not only it was never solved or replied to coherently, but also they lie about the problem being solved. Today I received a message saying that my old purchases had been restored and added to my subscription, well I don't have a current subscription,why would I have one when they stole my issues from me. Nuts or what

Mix of fashion forward craft and design. I have been a fan and subscriber of the paper magazine for years. I have moved countries and can’t seem to find it where I live now, the electronic version is great. I miss getting the cute little project packs with the actual magazine. Maybe Mollie Makes could send electronic subscribers a quarterly box of the project packs for shipping cost as an option.

Great Magazine & App. I'm really enjoying her App; even gives you a few older magazine issues, to let you get a sneak peek of what the monthly issues are all about! I think there's a lot of very unique & different ideas; vs the usual 'run-of-the mill/tired old DIY Ideas", I've seen in other publications! Thanx Mollie; keep doing what you're doing, Girl!
