Won’t work. The game was good until level 4. Now it will not let me play level 4 or do anything. Once I got to level 4, it told me to click on the bomb booster to detonate everything. (Still in tutorial phases). The 4 booster icons pop up. It would obviously make sense that I need to click the bomb booster icon to proceed. Except the icons are all dark and do not allow me to choose them. I can’t exit out either. I can’t do anything. I have tried clicking every single space on the screen. I have clicked and held down. I have double clicked. I have tapped repeatedly. I have tried to swipe and move the booster towards the game screen. I have tried to completely exit and close the app, and then re-opened it. I have also tried on numerous different days. Nothing works. So I guess the game ended at level 3.

Unplayable Broken Game. I don’t EVER go through the effort to rate a game but this is unacceptable. It froze on level 4 which is literally part of the tutorial. The bombs don’t work. I closed the app, made no difference. I deleted it, downloaded it again, and it froze on the menu and wouldn’t let me select a level. I closed it again and it let me select level 4 but it still wouldn’t let me progress through the tutorial stage. This game is broken. Don’t waste your time.

Need more levels. I just bought 2000 coins and now there are no more levels. Hurry and add more levels please

Crashes at level 4 on XR. I have this game on my IPad and I have gotten quite far. I downloaded it on my phone and started back at level 1 and once I got to level 4 it won’t let me go on. No way to exit the guided tutorial and won’t detonate the bomb it was trying to get me to use. Tried on several days, tried closing the app. Nothing works. Quite frustrated and disappointed by this.

Glitch. Love original Ruzzle and could not wait to try this. Unfortunately I’m stuck in level 4. Keeps telling me to use bomb boost and then it just freezes. I will definitely change my rating one this bug is fixed.

Stuck on Level 4. Level 4 won’t let me use the booster and no matter where I press I can’t detonate it to move forward. I was reading previous reviews and other people were having this same problem with this level and using the booster.

Really fun; no ads!. I’m new to game apps and I’ve tried quite a few and they have all had constant ads which I found really frustrating. This one doesn’t and is super fun!

Not working properly. It will not let me detonate the bomb on level 4 and if I hit the home button it take a Life it’s really irritating. I keep pushing the button nothing happens. I deleted the app downloaded it again and it’s doing the same thing can you guys fix this immediately

Don’t Bother. This game is a lot of fun, HOWEVER, there are multiple bugs that need to be ironed out...being required to use a booster, but not being able to do so; having to defeat an enemy - who never even shows up...it’s highly frustrating. I like the ‘adventure’ aspect of the game, but, hello, ya kinda have to be able to play it! Multiple reviews of the same issues over quite a long period...either the bugs are complicated or MAG isn’t interested in fixing them.

Update still hasn’t addressed level 151. Would rate much higher but the bug in level 151 is still there. Because of this glitch you cannot go any further. Please fix.

GLITCH HELP!. On level 4 it asks you to use a bomb, when I click the button it won’t work and I know I’m not the only one who has this issue cause I’ve seen other complaints, I do love this game and it’s super fun, if this does get fixed I will absolutely change my review to a 5 star!

Awesome game but.... I have gotten all the way to Area 42, Level 170, but this level is bugged. I have to kill 5 green slimes, but I have been stuck here for several months because there is no way to get 5 slimes to appear. At best, I have gotten 4 to appear. At worst, yesterday, only one spawned. Using specials breaks the level, but even with no specials, I can't get past it. Please fix this! I love this game.

Good game but needs work!. I had enjoyed the game until recently. I have finished all the levels but still waiting for the new ones the game promises to add. Emailing does not help. Please add more levels!

Ruzzle. It really needs to have a spin option. I don’t feel the tickets, coins, etc., are needed. Too much stuff. Most people just want to play the simple game.

Most glitching I've ever seen. I loved this game. I invested so much of my money into this game until one day out of the blue it just started glitching. I would win a round & instead of moving me forward it would send me back to the round I just completed. The next game on the next island doesn't even start, my points keep fluctuating up & down. I'm over it.

Fun but don’t buy coins. Fun game, got stuck on a level and really wanted to keep going, bought coins twice for more moves and they didn’t arrive either time. That’s what I get for cheating I guess!

Ugh !. There must be a glitch in the system as I can’t get pass level 4 due to the bombs not activating once I press it

Bugs not worked out. Unfortunately this time there are more bugs. The last part of the game does not even work. This is my second download so I know it used to be good!

So fun!. I really like this type of word game but was having a hard time finding one like this without having to play with opponents. This game was perfect because it's solo player with fun added challenges. This game is fun, easy to understand, and the levels make you want to keep playing!

It could use some improvements. At least the app is working now. I tried playing it about 6 months ago and it wouldn’t go past level 4, but now it does. The game is kind of fun, although extremely easy for me so far (I’m only on level 20 though). I don’t like that you can’t see the score you got previously (if you replay a level - there’s no way to tell if you beat your previous score or not), nor do any other players show up on the board. What’s the point of getting a score if it’s not recorded or there’s no competition? Anyway, we’ll see how it goes.

Used to like it. ... until I realized this app was responsible for the spam that was popping up when I used Safari. After much troubleshooting, I uninstalled it and the “you’re a winner” junk stopped and I was able to continue surfing the web.

Spin to win. Love this game. Twice I have spun the wheel and landed on 100gs, but the needle pops out and lands on something else. What’s the point in the wheel?

Tutorial is broken so the game is unplayable. Can’t get passed level 4. In tutorial mode it tells you to select the bomb but it doesn’t work. The bomb is not selectable. I couldn’t find any way to get passed this glitch. Also couldn’t find any way to skip/ turn off tutorial mode.

Glitches ruin this game completely. I want to love this game, and I would if it would let me progress through level four, but since it glitches even after deleting and reloading the app, I cannot play. I had this game on an older phone and remembered enjoying it up to a glitch much further along in the game. Somehow it’s gotten worse.

Not fair. This game is not much fun and very frustrating at times. There is a wheel you can spin every 14 hours or so for extra bonuses, but when it lands on a big payoff like 10K, it doesn’t pay out. The last island does not work at all. There are many better designed games out there.

The daily Spin The Wheel option is a fraud!. I just did the daily “Spin The Wheel!” thing that awards coins and power ups. Plain as day, that thing landed on $100k, but it awarded me a bomb Instead. One single bomb!! I’ve always liked this game, but that was pretty weak. Am I to assume that it’s actually impossible to win the huge prize, and it’s just there for show?!

Inappropriate Bonus Words for Rating. This is a fun game, would prefer longer gameplay in each level, but still really enjoyable. I did run into something odd which was the bonus puzzle where you connect up to 9 letters for extra coins. My puzzle, today, worked out to be 'bisexuals,' which I found very strange for a game rated "4+"

A modern masterpiece. This game is arguably one of the best. It saved my dying friend. It is life changing it’s amazing. It is a fine art

Awesome game time. Okay so I’m giving this 4 stars cause it’s not as challenging as I would want it to be. If you like the old plane ruzzle but get stressed by the time limit this game would be for you. If your looking for a fresh version of the classic game you love this game is for you. Honestly the theme of it makes it all the more fun. And as I get farther in the game ( I’m already pretty far ) I’m sure the levels will get more challenging. Word game lovers this is the game for you. Okay, I’m writing this portion later on. This is not a 4+ game so yo whoever made this should probably think about changing that. A toddler will find it challenging And not not fun. Maybe like 6+? Idk

Broken. So, the first twenty or thirty levels are easy/possible, but then chaos erupts. The final island doesn't work at all. Some levels are incredibly easy, except that you're not awarded 3 stars for finishing well under the allotted number of moves, even if only long, high-pointage words are used. Sometimes you're given 3 stars when you only finish the level by the skin of your teeth. Many other times, the levels are impossible without using helps (bombs, rearranging the board, swapping letters). The trouble is, the company charges for extra helps, unless you win some with a daily wheel spin. I have never spent money on helps, so I've gone weeks without being able to advance to the next level. The app also badly needs an undo button for accidental touches. And why do you only get a limited number of lives? I like that there's usually no time limit and that there are more tiles than regular Ruzzle, but sometimes the letters are so random that there is no possible way to solve the board within the moves limit without using extensive cheats/helps. No response from using the customer support link in the app. several times over a few months.

Unplayable, garbage!. Seems many reviewers have written how level 4 game play stalls because bomb booster will not work. How has this not been fixed? I have tried closing/opening app, re-downloading the app, tapping every where on the screen. Nothing works. The worst app I have ever tried to use!

Special items gone. The layout of the game is such that I have “accidentally” (accident for me, intentional by developers, I’m guessing) deployed all the bombs I’ve purchased. That special item button is placed where your thumb would naturally rest on the screen. So I accidentally brush against it all the time wasting my purchases. This would not happen if LIKE FOR EVERY OTHER GAME ON THE MARKET you had to confirm that you want to deploy the special item. As it is, any accidental tap and it’s gone. I’ve canceled in app purchases for this app specifically for that reason. Fix it.

Glitch within a few minutes of playing.. Just like other reviewers, I enjoyed the idea of the game but the game won’t let me pass level four. It seems a button to click a booster does not work, even though the game tells you to click it. It’s too bad it doesn’t work and it hasn’t been fixed yet. I hadn’t even gotten past the intro rounds because of the glitch

Still has bugs.... App page on here says no more bugs...that’s a lie. Game freezes STILL on lvl 4 and won’t let me do anything after it says to detonate the bong which it won’t let do. Really irritating since I was looking forward to playing this again.

Fun game!!!. I enjoy the different challenges, but most of all I can create my own words and am not pinned in the finding specific words to win the game.

Addictive!. Hard to put down! I just want to keep moving up on the levels. I was helping my mom beat the levels on her IPad and decided I wanted to catch up with her....I'm on her heels! She's level 60 and I just added the game to my iPad I'm on level 25! I love this Ruzzle Adventure!

App broken at level 4. Same thing as another reviewer I saw. The app freezes at level 4. Tells you to push booster button and nothing happens. I tried pressing everything. I tried closing out app and coming back to it. I tried deleting and re-installing and nothing works. Used to play the original fizzle back in the day and it’s an amazing game!...real unfortunate that the app has this bug. If they could fix this, this would easily be a 5 star review.

Long Time Favorite. I have enjoyed this adventurous game for many years and I still like it. I recently purchased a new tablet but the sales person forgot to load all of my progress so right now I’m starting from scratch and it’s fun.

Frozen at level 4😭. The first few levels are tutorial levels. Super easy, slightly fun, BUT THEN you get to level 4. This one instructs you to use the booster button and detonate a bomb. There is no highlighted button. I have tapped every centimeter of the screen and......nothing. Resetting the app doesn’t work. Resetting the level doesn’t work. Seems like it could be fun....if it didn’t freeze at level 4.

Very absorbing. This game is a lot of fun -- once you figure out the strategy for getting three stars almost every time. You really have to think about your moves. I would have given this five stars if it weren't for those miserable wells -- too stressful! At least please reduce the time allotted, Ruzzle-makers!! If the other boards weren't so much fun to solve, I might have deleted this game just because of the wells!

Can’t get past level 4. I played this game awhile ago and enjoyed it, and I decided to download it and start again. The screen gets stuck on level 4 now, and you’re stuck. It’s trying to tell you how to use a bomb, but you can’t click on anything and get past it. That’s it-you’re done. So frustrating - what a stupid fail on the developer side.

Glitch on Level 4 - can’t play :(. When the game introduced the “bomb” special feature, it glitched such that I wasn’t able to use the bomb or continue the level. Nothing happened when I touched anywhere on the screen. I enjoyed the first three levels but I guess the game ends here for me!

Got my island back!!!. As of today's update the island that had vanished has reappeared and my points and stars are intact. I would still like to see a tab in game settings that would take you to the information you see on the website without having to independently go to the website. I would also like to see more information on things like what causes aliens to appear and disappear, and whether additional aliens will come along or not if a bomb has wiped some out.

Love this game. Would give it 5 stars but no one responds to email apparently..I've been stuck on the last level of the swamp and can't figure out how to beat the level.

Game needs to be fixed. I have two phones downloaded the game on my xs max and my iPhone XR it literally Will not allow me to play level four It says tap the booster button to detonate a bomb and on both phones the buttons are not working the app Is up to date and I’ve contacted the game developer and had no response. I play the original Ruzzle but this one is horrible.

Pay to play strikes again. Right, dear Mobile Access Group, since you're begging for reviews, here is mine. Ruzzle Adventure is a game that is initially compelling and fun if you like word games. But it doesn't take long until the pay to play mechanism hits. Tried a level too many times? Oops, you're out of lives and have to wait - or you can spend money to buy more lives. In all honesty, screw everything about this kind of game. I'd happily pay a few bucks for this game upfront because I really love word games. But the way it is, you won't see a penny from me, and I will discourage my friends from trying this game.

Ruzzle adventure. I never write reviews but I'd feel guilty not to for this game because I play it so often and enjoy it. Good level of challenge- not to easy, sometimes too hard... But that's all part of it!

Stuck on 4. Just when you start to get into it....the stage 4 glitch strikes. Fix it!!

Great game. I love the challenge of trying to improve my score each game, I will even go back to start sometimes to see if I can better what I had done earlier. If you like word games you will like this.

Incredibly Fun But Unfair. I'm really enjoying this game. I love this sort of word game and combining different types of gameplay with a level system similar to candy crush is genius, BUT... I don't like that there isn't a way to win EVERY time you play. For example in a lock and key level the lock is on an M block in the corner which has an N, B and D around it. How can I possibly make a word with that?

It's great how there's a variety of challenges & you can go at your own pace as there are easy save clear levels laid out. The coin issue doesn't bother me as I'm happy to just play later. I've purchased the original ruzzle game but don't feel the need to buy this one, it has enough features as is. Thanks

No fun with rip off pay to play!!. Enjoyable game BUT it's so annoying when you run out of lives and it forces you to either wait 15 minutes (or more) or pay $$$$ for more lives so you can continue playing. What the?? I think I might find another word play game. Sorry folks, I don't like being held to ransom:(

Don’t work properly. I love word games, and was just getting into the swing of this one but can’t get past level 4 It wants me to try a booster yet won’t allow me to select it. So therefore I can’t progress any further. Please fix. A very disappointing start.

Stops at level 4. I hardly started playing and the game stops at level 4. It tells you to detonate a bomb but nothing happens. It only gets stuck here. Waste of time. Don’t advertise on Facebook if it’s not going to work!

Bug on level 4. Don’t waste your time downloading this. Game started off ok until level four tutorial says ‘press detonator button’ which I am pressing and nothing happens. Very annoying and also annoying to see other complaints about this and nothing has been done to fix it.

Loveeeeee. Favourite game although I have the habit of accidentally restarting my games. I feel there should be an "are you sure you want to restart/quit" button.

Having to connect to FB is awful!. I love this game and in its original form I would have given it 5 stars. But this new thing of having to connect to Facebook is just awful. So much so that I have stopped playing! It is so slow to load and it takes at least 2 or 3 attempts to connect to FB...sometimes totally failing, sometimes asking for my FB password then other times it doesn't. What's going on? I am also disappointed that I can't play offline anymore.

Can’t get past level 4. When are the developers going to fix this long-standing problem. I’m having the same problem as lots of other people. Game tells you to press the booster button to detonate the bomb and when you do nothing happens and so you can’t get past level 4. So annoying

Stage 4 broke?. Disappointed.. Started to play this game , seemed like fun . Got to stage 4 and as others have said before me , asks you to try a power up ( bomb) however you cannot select it , the game freezes , game over ! Ruzzle Adventure. Do not bother downloading this one. There is a glitch with the boosters and you can't get past level 4. Previous comments show that this issue has been going on for awhile and they have not fixed it. Waste of time!

Awful. I don't know what kind of player this appeals to, but as an avid player of word games, I just find it pointless and annoying. Deleted after trying to understand the asinine "presents" level on Xmas Island and then being locked out unless I ponied up coins. Shameless money grab. A big disappointment for this daily player of Ruzzle.

Was a good game. I was liking this game. At lev 4 you cannot activate the bomb.

New update. Really don't like the way this game was updated. I like to play this game in landscape mode (with my iPad sideways). But this new update now only lets me play in portrait mode (with my iPad upright). Can we please go back to the original way please!!

Fun but Frustrating. As someone who has successfully completed "The Forest," "The Swamp," "The Volcano," and "Christmas" (and am currently at #153 in "Area 42"), I speak from experience and as someone who really enjoys the game when I say that this game eventually becomes too expensive. I am the type of person who always pays for the "pro" version of games to get rid of the ads. Therefore, I would gladly have paid an upfront fee for Ruzzle Adventure, even if it were on the pricier side of the average App Store game. However, I am quite disappointed that App Store allows Ruzzle Adventure to charge such excessive rates in order to buy coins (which become necessary at higher levels since the coins one can earn in the game are minimal). Yes, I understand that developers need to make money, but Ruzzle Adverure's tactics seem like extortion compared with the costs of numerous other games I've purchased from the App Store. After my current bag of coins is gone, I'm deleting the app simply because I can no longer afford to continue at these rates. This is unfortunate because I really enjoy the game otherwise.

Buggie!. This game is really buggy couldn't even get past stage 4. It's said that I was able to use a bomb and tap it - nothing happened -couldn't get out of it (no option to not use the booster) and had to go back to home and try again... I lost three lives and I finally deleted the game. I would not suggest this for anyone.

Pam the pirate. Where oh where is Pam the Pirate? She does not appear on final level of The Forest. Have sent couple emails to support but no answer. Can’t co to jet game u less this level is complete. I I am ready to delete.

Still has bugs.... App page on here says no more bugs...that’s a lie. Game freezes STILL on lvl 4 and won’t let me do anything after it says to detonate the bong which it won’t let do. Really irritating since I was looking forward to playing this again.

The last level doesn’t open. I enjoyed most of the game, but one level won’t open and another can’t be finished. I reported it to the developers but got no response.

Pam the Pirate. I’m so confused. On the Pam the Pirate level you are suppose to hit the pirate with bombs.....but there is no pirate!!!!!!!! I’ve played 100 times trying to guess where there is a pirate and of all the times I have never hit the pirate. FIX THIS NOW!!! EMAILING WONT HELP THEY NEVER ANSWER

Game freezes at level 4. This game seems fun but I am stuck on level four the game freezes when in the tutorial mode. It says to press the booster but will not let me. Read online this is a common problem with the game.

Fun. What is wrong with this game? And why won’t the CS department reply to my email? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, literally made it worse. Initially when I got to level four it blocks you from playing by telling you to use a bomb, but it won’t unblock the game board.

FREEZES. I had this game before and it was great! But Now It freezes before I get to use the boosts on level 4 and does not give me any other options very aggravating. Download and undownloaded still have the same problem.

Never fixed, still charging.. Many bugs never addressed. Area 42 stage is unfinished and game stops working completely at the intro for level 151. It’s absurd to release a game that is not complete. No customer support, either.

Level 4. Same problem as the other people. Can’t get by level four because they say click on boosters and there is no way to click on them. Can anyone help?

Still broken. Ditto from last post. Stops at level 4. And the "levels" are very short individual games so don't bother w 1, 2 & 3. It'll be over in minutes.

Stuck. I just downloaded the game and it gets stuck on level 4. It introduces the bomb and then when it highlights it, it doesn’t do anything when I press it. Deleting the game.

Unplayable past tutorial. During part 4 of the tutorial the bombs won’t work and there is no way to move past the level. To bad. I used to live this game but now it’s unplayable. TAGuest

Stuck at level 4. At level 4 it says i have to detonate the bomb booster but all the boosters are dark and I can’t tap anything. I tried everything also restarted the game nothing helps.

No updates!. They haven’t updated forever. I mean as much as you charge for everything. I mean it’s pitiful! Emailed company no response. Customer service. You make people pay for everything.

151. Same as everyone else. Level 151 doesn’t work. Really doesn’t make sense that they wouldn’t fix this. Fun game but the wells are impossible to get 3 stars on and the 151 glitch ends the entire game right there

Where is the booster button on level 4?. So I just downloaded the game and it tells me to “tap the booster button” but it’s no where on my screen. I tapped all the buttons but nothing happened....

Stops working at level 151. I am at level 151 on the last island and now the game has stopped working. Descriptions of the levels will not load and I cannot play the level.

Overall ok. This is a temperamental app. Just downloaded again after months of it not working. So far so good

Boring. WAY too easy. By level 14 there was still no skill or effort required to pass levels. I do not want to play on tutorial level difficulty for the first 30+ levels

LEVEL 151 HAS A GLITCH, FIX IT PLEASE!!!. WHY DO YOU HAVE SUPPORT WHEN NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES OUR CONCERNS! Can’t get passed the tutorial on 151. After reviewing other comments I noticed others are having the same issue. I will have to delete this app if the issue isn’t fixed. If fixed you get 5 stars from me.

What a rip off. I just got this game. Got to just Humber four and they want to show me how to denote the bomb. Guess what !! Can not do it. The if I go out I am already out I lives. Wasted piece of crap. Plus tried to let t them know and would not go thru. Not happy

Game Freezes on Level 4. Started off good, but it always freezes on level 4, right at the beginning when a banners says to use a booster. Disappointing.
