Need to extend the Easter event and fix the stories issues.. I have a VIP membership, though I don’t think that matters. I’ve invested lots of time during my days, as well a money, playing the Easter event. The amount of days provided for this event, aren’t sufficient to complete it. You need to extend it, because the points to reach levels are now higher, and higher. It’s very frustrating to invest time and money, just to not be able to complete it in time. My main issue for the 1 ⭐️review, is due to the fact that my feed shows that I’ve already claimed the boosters and tiles for the Eggman, Mr. Chicken, and Easter bunny stories, but I have not completed the stories. I’ve contacted the team via messenger with pictures of my issues, I’ve included my user name etc, but no response yet. I cannot finish this game, until I get this issue resolved. This issue is major to me, and needs to be fixed asap.

It’s Real Fun but ...... This game is real fun but I have observed a few things that are really frustrating. Today I played with an opponent named KAT #4032. As the game started, I played first and was expecting her to play and I saw that her Internet was fluctuating, as a result the screen appeared frozen and she could not complete her session within her time. Then it was my turn to play again and I did. The same thing happened to her again, meaning she had missed playing twice and had no points. Suddenly, I noticed 3 of my alphabets disappear and I had to play with the remaining 4; at the same time 19 points were recorded for her (without playing). This was a mystery, I could not understand it; I can understand if my letters were locked (although this can be frustrating too, but at least it’s part of the game.) I have read some reviews stating that some players cheat or manipulate the game; I still can’t understand how this is possible and I think the developers need to do something about this. I read one review where it was suggested that evidence of the cheaters should be provided and that’s why I provided the known details of this player. This is a very good and enjoyable game something should be done to stop this type of incidents.

Connection problems. This is a fun game! However, it has connection problems and I would love if they would give more lightening. You can only play 3 games and then watch ads to get more power and often times I have been cheated out of gems for watching the ads!!!! I watch the ad and then don’t get the extra power to play. It’s also the same with the “bonus” games per day that are free against the computer. The system gets stuck/freezes and the computer doesn’t go, but I’ll have to resign and then wait 12 hours to play again. I also think the games are rigged for you to intentionally loose! The player starting first is at a disadvantage, especially if they are playing against someone with better boosters. There should be a way that it can be altered to so that no person has to go first all three rounds! The tournaments will only allow to win so many times too. Lastly, please remove the boosters that the player already has! What’s the point of being rewarded boosters to help with games when majority of the boosters picked are the ones you already have. I’ve played with players that have boosters that I never even see in my booster pool. Talk about disadvantage!

Great game...with problems. Update: seems like glitches are getting worst, not better. Played and game would not recognize any words as valid, including “hi” and “oh”...literally no words, so I could not play. Gets gitchy but I can live with that, technology isn’t perfect. But, there needs to be a way to block people. Jerks who run out the clock (play or don’t play) or just “leave” when they can’t win, just resign. It’s rude and I don’t want to play those people again. Also, too often the letters are ridiculous, 3-4 of the same letter shouldn’t happen so often. AND, no person should go first more than half the time, or close to it. It’s a disadvantage and it isn’t fair to make the same person go first repeatedly. Also, the energy bar should give more than three games, I understand you make money off people getting the paid version, but three games is stingy. Five would be acceptable. Lastly, I don’t get why words like “Cher” and “Johnny” are fine but “June” and “July” etc. aren’t??? Doesn’t make any sense! Has the potential to be the best of the best but isn’t there yet.

Lorraine Jones. I like the game but it has drawbacks. Being first to start puts you at a disadvantage. When I start first I lose all 5-6 games. The game should alternate every other. Also most of the time my tiles are bad. Hard to make a good word. Seems like the opponent gets the better tiles. Then I lose again. Also I think there is cheating going on like other reviews state. And lastly why the same bonus cards when you already have them. The ones you have should be removed and allowed us to pick from ones we don’t have. This game needs some fixing to get a better rating. Going first is totally at a disadvantage. Not a fair game. Also when you are running out of time my opponents time clicks for awhile before his time is up. When I’m against the clock my time ends quickly. So unfair !!! Ok. Explain how every time I play I start first for a lot of rounds. Then my opponent only goes two rounds. Even when I have not played. You will never get a good rating from me. Actually you should get rid of this game. To unfair. Don’t spend any money on this game. You will be very disappointed!!!

Love this game, but.... I love this game and i wouldn’t change a thing about it other than one thing. I don’t like the fact that when you gain energy in excess of what would fill up your energy bar, it maxes out at 70. For example, let’s say I happen to open the app for the first time in a few hours (so my energy was full), and I was only one game away from completing my daily challenge of winning 3 games. I won the first game I played (which cost me 18 energies), and when I redeemed my daily challenge reward I chose to watch an ad to double my reward (40 energies instead of 20). Instead of having 92 energies, I only have 70. I feel that the game should allow the energy bar to exceed “full” especially since there are not many ways to gain energy (the daily challenge is only once a day, and energy refills kind of slowly from empty). Other than that, this is my favorite game!

It’s a great game. I love this app, I play it almost daily. Their are a few concerns though such as : I’m unable to use certain boosters when I have too many of them, I’m unable to get to boosters because the used ones are in the way. I think that boosters should disappear after using them to make it easier to access the unused boosters, when I play on event mode against the computer/robot the boosters disappear after use which is great and I think they should do that during normal game mode as well. It makes it so much easier to access the boosters once they disappear and not taking me multiple tries clicking on boosters to get to the booster that I’m trying to use, it uses up most of my allotted time limit just trying to find the booster I’m looking for because the used boosters are in the way.

A few suggestions that will keep players PLAYING longer. So I have a few suggestions that would enhance the game. I like the game though. 1. Energy. You have to use so much just to play one game. And in order to get double the energy, you have to buy VIP. And yes, the VIP perks are very nice, but that’s not the point. The point is that you shouldn’t have to waste so much time AND energy. Maybe brig the amount used down to 15 or 10, it would definitely help and you can save both money and time. 2. There should be an option where you can block people. Since you can chat and friend others, you should be able to block them too. I’m a young female/under the age of 18 and someone was messaging me and making me uncomfortable. I just unfriended them, but I knew it wouldn’t help much. 3. Boosters. So far I have gotten 4 duplicates. Since you pick from about 9-12 different boosters, it shouldn’t be all obtainable boosters to pick from. It should be a set of ones you DON’T own. I love the card gems and token gems. But I don’t need so many. However, I do like the alternative way to obtain boosters. I have talked about that in a different review. And that’s mainly it. I really do think these will improve your game a crap ton. But it’s just my suggestion(s). Just please consider them, that’s all I ask.

Fun but frustrating. Love this game but the worst aspect of this app is dealing with the endless glitches that cause you to lose or resign because your opponent’s tiles will randomly not flip or suddenly your points don’t register or your strategies involving boosters have zero effect etc…Also be prepared for a majority of players above 3K trophies to use stealing and forging as their main strategies. Equally annoying but at least that can be chalked up to a lack of player integrity as opposed to ridiculous technical issues… A public chatting thread would alleviate much of the frustration that players feel as these glitches occur as you’re unable to message an opponent prior to being “friended”. Like, “Hey, I didn’t quit to be a quitter, I just wasn’t able to place my next word due to having no clue what tiles you just played.” kind of thing…I just “lost” a round even though the end of match picture showed my score being hundreds higher than my opponent. Definitely gets old the longer you play and/or update and absolutely nothing improves, if anything, the updates have multiplied the glitches. Definitely not the game for the competitive types out there because the Word Domination “referee”/algorithm seems to be endlessly drunk and taking many naps on the sidelines.

Different…. I used to love this game but it’s grown more tedious than fun. When you go first you’re at a disadvantage because players will save their boosters than beat you or they’ll steal your tiles and use them against you at the end. If you go second the first player could steal your cards after using their own. The stealing makes the game harder because you’re disadvantaged by which turn you play and the game loves to make you go first repeatedly. It’s not about words size of complexity because with strong boosters the smallest of words could beat you. It’s no longer about strategy and all about luck. Beyond that I find the stories super hard to complete because you’ll start to get repeated duplicates and while the occasional events are fun they completely lock you out of completing your stories. In all the boosters that are supposed to be fun have become overwhelming and because they can be stolen having them and going first sets you up to lose unless you use them all. Then you could just have your tiles stolen.

Cheats Wreck the Game. I was loving this game and ready to give it five stars! I was winning most games. THEN I found out why... it's all brand new players and NPCs due to the game being hacked. I found out when a player dropped tiles, as though at random, and didn't create a word. It was a blank board and would have been easy to make a word, but he didn't even try. Then as my turn started, all my letter tiles were blown away. The center of the screen blackened and got all blurry. I had no ability to make words. I couldn't play any boost cards to get a new hand; nothing worked. I had to close the game, as it was locking up, lagging, and unplayable. I opened it back up and tried to start another game, but was not allowed to do so. I sadly uninstalled it. Fix the bugs and exploits that allow cheaters to ruin the game! (Not sure why so many reviews are 4 and 5 stars, yet they also complain about cheats and awful booster cards. Cheats like a common word not working for me, but working for an opponent... if that's a booster card it's stupid, not creative.)

FRUSTRATED! Starting to hate playing this game.. When I first downloaded this game I was impressed by the concept and how cool it is to play a word game with friends .. HOWEVER, I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and I’m frustrated with the system. ITS Impossible for us players to advance without spending MONEY. Most of us don’t have money to waste on a game that does not like to be fair. The tournaments are nearly impossible to win all the way through ... unless you spend money on GEMS to keep playing you cannot won. I like fair games. The robots are extremely difficult in the tournaments . I’ve been playing for a while and still can’t unlock or win any tiles .. When you get new cards the give you the EXACT same cards OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I still can’t exchange for a new card with all the ones I’ve duplicated because even THAT card is a duplicate OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I’m undownloading as I’ve almost reached my breaking point .players that play often should be recognized and appreciated especially the amount of ads we indure. MORE BOOSTER CARDS ( no duplicates) more ways to win GEMS (for free) and less cheating when it comes to the tournaments and the TILES. Oh and it CRASHES AND CRASHES.. please fix this

Not fair. Not really fair that after a win, I collect 7 trophies but the opponent wins and they get 20+ of mine. That’s not fair at all. It pisses me off, as I’ve supported this game longer than two years. The story thing is stupid, and ALSO, it’s so not a fair game. The rare boosters are almost impossible to come by for me, but seems the opponent always has them…. probably because they pay lots of money. It’s practically impossible to advance to higher rank past 1500 or to WIN games for that matter, and just like with every other modern popular game, those of us who can’t afford to buy “virtual rewards” can’t afford the same game experience. It’s stupid, it’s unfair. I used to love this game. But now, I’m getting crushed by unfair opponents with money and I’ll never make it to the next rank. Plus with all the frustration this game brings, there should be more chat options. Should be able to call out people who cheat on games. Should be able to ask about how they got their boosters, cause I’m pretty sure it’s money. Once again, greedy capitalism ruins everything.

Love the game but……. I love this game obviously. I am one of those that pay to play. At first it was great. No so much now. I “sink” a significant amount of money in this game monthly only to have gems that are completely worthless to me. I have been noticing there are several non-paying players that are getting their Boosters & Tiles while people like me that pay are not. I play this game a lot. I’m not the only one that is fed up. This last challenge has done it for me. Yes, I will keep the monthly pay to play going as I do not want to lose what I already have. I will no longer be purchasing anything more. What’s the use whenever I see non-paying players the all the boosters and tiles for nothing? You have made it almost impossible for us to complete the stories by adding in last years with it! I really feel taken advantage of at this point. I’m not the only one. There are several glitches happening again. The tokens are worthless now. I have more tokens than I’ll ever use. You guys just aren’t being fair.

Not Your Mom’s Scrabble!. Actually, Mom would love this game, if she were still able to operate things with screens. It’s challenging, but the games are over fast. The graphics are cute and engaging, and I love the way Booster Cards can seem just like the “magic” we all wished for when we were kids, getting whupped by Mom yet again at the Scrabble board. (“If only I had an S!” “Too bad E’s are only worth one point!” “Why can’t there be more Triple Word Score squares on the board?!?”) My only little quibbles are that the “common story” badge alerts can’t all be dismissed at once; and that there is no explanation at all for the OOPS notifications at the end of each game.

I Loved this game but then..... I have similar complaints as many on here with the unfair advantage of who gets to go second. I feel many times when I choose a certain bonus to use in the game I am chosen to start second. As well, I really dislike the dishonesty of play solo mode claiming it is free. You get one game for one tournament free each day. The rest cost you gems to play which isn’t free. Second, the gold tournament was always free, but you had to pay to use bonus cards after they are used once. Explain to me after working all week and how I have 900 coins why I would want to play in the gold tournament for 800 coins and do not earn enough to buy my bonus cards. The game is addicting. I would not pay a ridiculous fee of $4.99 a month unless I had continuous energy. With the slow energy build up and the overpriced 800 coins for the gold tournament though I choose to play other games.

Fun but has issues. I enjoy the Solo Mode games. So when I complete a game and win my prizes, jewels and a tile, I’m pretty happy about it. Last night, I completed the Solo Mode and never received my Tile. Unhappy about that. Also, I’ve noticed sometimes it freezes and seems locked up. Then I’m forced to wait 12-14 hrs to lay again or use 20 jewels. Not cool. Another issue I’ve noticed is that there seems to be some cheating going on. I had a special glowing tile, it was taken and played..but it wasn’t the tile I had. It was switched to another letter. The reason I noticed this is because my opponent had NO glowing tiles. Seemed a little shady to me. It’s a great game and I’ve enjoyed playing for a couple years now but the errors are becoming more and more pronounced. It’s aggravating to get into a game and an issue like that arises. But I want the Tile I earned. I’ve emailed Support but haven’t heard back. If problem is remedied I’ll consider higher grade. *************************************************** I am writing to amend my 2 star review to a 4 star review. My favorite game. I NEVER do reviews for anything, but this game is truly addictive and I enjoy playing it perhaps too much. It’s user friendly, so if you don’t know how to play scrabble (as I did when I started playing this game) it has a very helpful tutorial to get you started and partners you with opponents at the same level as you to keep it fair. The booster cards add more competition to the game and make each encounter with a new opponent unique. While the ads are annoying, it’s respectable because the developers need to make money to support the game and keep it amazing. Candy Crush used to be a game I played a lot (I got up to level 1500 or something), so if you like strategy and increasing difficulty, then this game is a great option! Overall, super challenging and fun. Plus, you learn words that you had no idea even existed.

Great app, can use a couple updates. My name is Samantha and I am 11 years old. I do love this app and I’m on it almost daily. Although this app is great, it can improve. It glitches too often. I’m using a new iPad and yet it is still glitchy. Just before writing this review, during a game it logged me off and it had me resign. Not only did I loose, I ended up loosing trophies as well. Another thing I think this app can improve of is boosters. I think that being able to pick a booster should be easier. It takes me about 3 weeks to get 50 gems to get a booster but it’s not worth it when I get one that I already have or one I will never use. Even if I get a poor booster it’s upsetting if there wasn’t even a good option! I think that 20 gems should be enough to be able to pick a booster, especially if there’s not any good options. This game does have a lot on the bright side though. Playing games can make my day and it’s exciting playing with my friends/family. I appreciate using 1+ boosters and it’s a fun game.

Trust issues. After playing this a while, I still appreciate the creativity behind it, but I no longer trust this game's RNG. I've had too many important games ruined by bad tile draws and even worse replacements when using one of the powerups that swaps your tiles. If you flip a coin and it doesn't go your way 50% of the time, that's to be expected, right? But if you're betting on the outcome, and the coin comes up in favor of the house 80% of the time when the big money is on the line, you start to suspect that the house is cheating. And that's what I suspect here. The game knows when you're on the verge of hitting a tournament milestone, and that's always when I have the worst luck. If it's not replacing 6 vowels and a consonant with 7 vowels, it's oh so conveniently playing against someone with really great powerups at the ready. Now, I don't want to begrudge the game's powerups themselves, because they're a big part of what makes the game fun and unique. But it gets a little tiring getting through 5 to 8 easy rounds against weak opponents and then "randomly" being pitted against someone really good right when it matters. It makes me question whether I'm playing against real people or bots, because it sure would explain the consistency of the game's outcomes.

I like this game.....but. This game is good but it cheats when you are doing the tiler challenges. I get all the way to hard the last one before I complete everything and they give me the worse tiles ever but the bot always have the same boosters everytime. Not fair at all. I been playing this game for over six months now and i can never beat the tiler challenge i mean i understand im not gonna win all the time but never win and the bot uses the same boosters to win. This game is rigged for sure. My second complaint is when you are getting another card it keeps repeating the same cards you have. They should have it where if u have that card it shouldn’t be offered to u again. Don’t waste ur time playing this if u think ur gonna get all the tilers or the cards cause it wont happen unless the developer listens to the customers about what they want. Its a bad sign when a game has a ratio of more bad reviews then positive ones.

Beware the glitch. I love this game and that should be known first. It’s a well-designed and plays smoothly. That being said the game does have a glitch I’ve experienced firsthand. I’m not sure what I would call this glitch but it something that is highly annoying. My best experience with it meaning my worst experience with it is when playing a game my opponent was playing and then all of a sudden the timer ran out for him and he didn’t make a single word I thought it was odd and then it turned into my turn and all of my letters disappeared. There was no way to get the letters back that I tried using even a bonus card to get my letters back but they were gone I couldn’t make any move I eventually had to resign and it was a waste of my energy points.I hope they resolve this issue quickly.

App Needs more fixing. When playing with other opponents the game would freeze and search for WiFi but I already gave full car WiFi in fact I stood right next to my modem too. This issue still has not been fixed and I’ve been playing thus game for several months now. Same problem with the SOLO matches too...it’s ridiculous. Every time I email regarding these issues; get same responses that they will look into it.. it has been how many months and still doesn’t work. Oh!!! And check this out; I had purchased for more gems for only $4.99 and after even refreshing my app and restarting my phone; I still didn’t get my 120 gems at all!!! I had emailed about this and they kept repeating questions back and forth after I already answered their questions. Bottom line is that they made such an issue just to give me my 120 gems....talk about being cheap and making the situation complicated. Ridiculous right?!?!?! One word....”Pathetic” PS : Fix the problems.

Needs to be fixed. First off this game is the highlight of my morning, noon and night. It is very addicting and extremely exciting and fun. I don’t have a problem with the boosters that allows crappy players to win nor the ridiculous hand of letters that I get most of the time because even though it’s frustrating, it also makes the game more fun. however, I am convinced that this game is rigged and they choose whomever they want to win when they feel like because I have seen my point say 65 when I put a word and then when I add my boosters it stays at 65 or drops to 47 how is that possible??? I am always watching at the top of my scores to see and this happens too often and sometimes I count my opponents hand and the math clearly doesn’t add up as to why they went from 23 to 605. Also, when I use my gems to get the 48 hr energy, I realize that you people cut it off at 39 hours or 42 hours because you don’t think we are noticing well I notice and that’s a real crappy thing to do. Lastly, it seems as if you choose words from your head and not the dictionary or is it that only some words are allowed? I don’t know if it’s on purpose or just a bug but Please fix these issues ASAP because it would be a shame to delete a game that I love so much.

Solid but LOTS of room for improvement. The game is good, no doubt, but the limited energy and inability to continue playing without paying into the game is nothing short of foolish greed. Why not allow players to keep watching videos to continue playing? Why design a game that people have to stop playing? Isn’t the point to keep people playing and watching the videos you get paid when we watch? What would be probably an hour or more of play I’d have on this app per day is instead 10-15 minutes. Your loss. The developers contacted me suggesting I play in tournaments while I wait for my energy to replenish, but you can’t join tournaments unless you pay for the premium package. Look, there are more than enough free games; stop trying to get in my pocket. I’ll watch the video ads, and that ought to be enough. Thanks for the message though.

Unhappy. I love this game and have been playing for awhile. I have no problems with the game itself however I do have problems with purchases and subscription. I have made a few purchases on here of weekend specials and if I’m playing already on unlimited energy, which I purchased with gems, I haven’t been getting my 48 hours more from the purchase. This to me is a big part of the purchase due to the booster cards always being duplicates. Why bother making purchases if you’re not going to get what you’re paying for. Also I am now using 2 tablets which I synced up my account on but they still read different. I had to unsubscribe to the monthly plan because it didn’t show up on both tablets. I do not want to uninstall this game but I’m getting disgusted. There are a lot of other awesome games out there to spend my money on where I’ll get what I’m paying for. I’m seriously considering this.

Yes, it’s fun, but....... Like many others have commented, this is a fun game. I enjoy playing but have a couple of pet peeves. When boosters are purchased with gems or earned by meeting challenges, there should be a method whereby you were able to buy or pick from a group you do not have. I have been waiting awhile now to get new ones; and even though I only have half of the boosters, the ones I usually draw from the 9 blank ones, or go to purchase from the three choices offered, are the same ones I already have. The other complaint I have about the game is the determination of who starts first. I believe that the player who starts first is at a disadvantage most of the time. When I start first I often lose the game, and vice versa. That would be okay if you only had to go first every other game, but I have often played 6 games in a row, and had to go first on 5 of the 6. Surely this can be fixed in order to alternate. Last thing, I tend to agree with some of the other reviews that some aspects seem fixed. In tournaments, I can get to seven or so wins, and then bam, bam, bam - three losses. If it only happened once or twice I could buy that it was coincidental, but when it happens over and over? I don’t think so. Same thing with the “random” tile selections. All in all, still a super fun game to play, I just think some tweaks are in order.

Sky Tournament GLITCH. When playing the Sky Tournament, after playing round or two, it credits the round you win, but then also marks as a loss at the same time. It is very frustrating and feels like the app is just ripping people off. You have to buy gems to pay for the tickets to play. This game costs 15 gems for one purple ticket and this game requires two tickets. You have to win 5 games to win the reward and if you lose just 1 time, the game is over. So when you win and at the same time it gets marked as a loss, you lose the game unfairly. Another downfall of the game is you only get 3 choices for boosters or story tokens to buy. Also, when you get a story bag, there are never any “summer” story tiles in the bags. It just feels like a ripoff. Lastly, I have also experienced playing my word and then my opponent goes and my word disappears off the board and returns the tiles to my rack. And if that is not bad enough, when the clock ticks down for my opponent, it ticks way past the amount of time I am given to pay my word. It’s not fair something needs to change. I love this game, but why does it have to be this difficult. I don’t want to play in the tournaments anymore until they fix the problem

Game has become ruined. Just discontinued my membership.. Word domination used to be one of the highlights of my day. So fun. So challenging and with a relatively even playing field and getting to play tons of fun words. Now as many others have said there are cheats, problems with the cards being unobtainable too many and unfair to those who can’t get them, Dropdown menu is pretty useless and hides important information, the story thing is childish and frustrating. There are too many different types of gems to try and keep up with. The game has become less and less about words and more and more like a chess game. I could go on but you get the gist. I canceled my membership today sadly because I don’t see a way it can redeem itself at this point… too many people have spentA lot of money trying to win stories, gems, the latest greatest booster to keep you playing words etc. etc.

Too many bugs and don’t honor their word. I’ve emailed twice about an issue of playing a word and the points being accepted when all of a suddden I get the “out of time” warning! My points were then deducted but my letters were not returned to me - I got new letters as if I my word was accepted... now I have issues of starting a game and the game kicks me out and reduces my points as if I resigned from the game! My internet connections were not broken on any of those occasions nor was my WiFi speed slow. I love the word challenges but, because I’m competitive, losing because of technical errors within the software is irritating. Please fix the bugs! In addition to the above, I referred two others to the game with the anticipation of receiving game diamonds and, after a few weeks of back and forth messages, their conclusion was “based on their records” per Ron on the MAG Support Tram that I made no such referrals and that the two people I referred had old accounts … what’s amazing is that the two people I referred only knew of the game because they clicked on my referral link that I sent to them … I can get over the bugs in the game because it’s technology, but lack of integrity is a big issue with me. The fact that it’s just a game and they rather lie and say that I made no such referrals - even though proof was provided - than give out a few game diamonds is too petty and no longer a game I’ll be playing.

I love this game so much but I have 2 complaints. I have been playing this game for years now and I enjoy learning how to spell new words with it but I have majorly 2 complaints I wish could be looked into. 1. PLEASE FIX THIS MAG INTERACTIVE!!!!!. I love this game. I have been playing for years now. It is the only game I play other than Project Makeover and Wordzee. I do not play tournaments because even as I win and am trying to collect my prizes the game generates my win as a loss. Just now I won 4 games in a row and everything was going well until I lost one round and it generated it as TWO losses knocking me out of the tournament completely. This is NOT fair. Please fix this kink. It has been like this for almost 2 years now. That is entirely TOO long for this same kink to continue. I do not know who else to contact to fix this problem or notify someone of this problem. Thank you for creating such a fun game that millions enjoy, but do PLEASE fix this problem! Good, bad, ugly.... If you’re looking for a Scrabble / WWF type game to show off your intellectual prowess look elsewhere. You’ll quickly learn trying to put together 7-letter words is fruitless, even though it carries the ubiquitous 50 pt bonus. Let’s put it this way: the highest scoring play against me was the word “red” for over 500 points. You achieve these crazy scores with booster cards which you collect over time. They provide various offensive and defensive options for both players. The downside of all this is the top echelon of these cards take time to accumulate and until you do, you’re limited as to how high you go because there are players who exploit this flaw. Certain sets of cards are all but unbeatable. The ugly bit is the cutthroat aspect of the game which takes time to get used to. It’s like going to play golf and finding out they allow cross-checking your opponent on the tee. Oh and you have only 1 min per turn. Fun times!

Trouble with this game. Pretty fun... although. I like it. The concept is cool. Quick gameplay for a quick fix. Timed games, so no waiting for days for your next turn. The power up cards are a nice addition to add some interest and strategy. Fun to see what cards other players just used. Might be nice if there were some added text to tell you what card was just played besides just the picture of the card. But you can click on the player’s used card and read the description. Also would be nice to add a true chat feature so you can text in real time with opponents but also keeping the pre-chosen phrases. Would love to see a ranking system to see how you stack up with everyone else too. Maybe the tournament winner gets a special prize along with the coins, like unlimited energy for a period of time? My little issue is that you’re forced to use energy when playing games unless you’re playing a tournament or with friends. Haven’t figured out how to start a game with a friend on your friends list too. You’re rewarded with coins to buy power-ups when you win, but not rewarded with any extra energy. So basically you’re kind of forced to play with other people if you wanna play for a while. Which is fine but a bit frustrating for me cuz sometimes I just want to play solo with AI and not deplete anything. But all in all pretty cool twist on the classic word game.

No Way to Compete on a Level Playing Field. You earn points and you earn gems. You can’t spend them to buy boosters(??). So everybody else is always going to beat you NOT because they are smarter or better at playing but because they always have better boosters because they spend their hard earned money for boosters. The game should be free and it should be easier to buy boosters with gems and points. Without them, you will never be on a level playing field with your opponents. Frustrating. Also, hate the canned responses. Why can’t we communicate with our opponents? Why do you feel the need to tell us what to say? This last game I had four T’s and a couple of u’s to in my hand. I couldn’t do anything. I had no chance. Single player is not working. I will send you photos of what it’s doing. Now I have to resign the game because it’s not working. *If you earn a Chance to get a new booster, we should NOT have to choose from any cards that we already have. It’s frustrating. I have no clue what to use those ‘gems’ for. For that reason, I am decreasing my rating on this game. *** Game keeps “freezing” on me and kicking me out. ***

Good game, but. So I just got this game today, and I’ve liked it a lot. There’s two things that I think should be changed though. For one, I really don’t like how I am forced to pick boosters before entering a game. I feel like it’s saying that I’m not good enough to play without them, and it’s not like I’m ever gonna use them. I also don’t like the vocabulary of words used in the game. I get that it’s using the Scrabble vocabulary, but I am a vivid player of Words With Friends, and they have a slightly bigger vocabulary, such as the word gi. It’s understandable if the game creators want to stay with the official Scrabble vocabulary but if I’m trying to play a high scoring word but can’t, I’m kind of upset. Other than those two things, I highly recommend this game. For the 4 games I’ve played and won so far I’ve been highly pleased.

Love this game but.... I’ve been playing this game for a few months now and there was no complications until recently. Pictures are disfigured when changing a profile picture. Just a few minutes ago I was in a match and some weird glitch happen where the words that me and the opponent made disappeared and those letters appeared on the line of the other letters I didn’t use. There are other times I play and when the player isn’t putting out a word I know it takes a minute — 1 minute to make a word per round and somehow they seem to have more time than me and no boosters were used in the game and this is when they’re time is running out and it stays in that ticking mode for another minute or two as much as I didn’t want to lose the match I had to resign. Please fix this ASAP. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Could be a fun game.... This game is a great concept and it has the capacity to be really fun. The problem for me is the use of those pesky boosters. I don’t mind the ones that let you switch out your tiles, or the other smaller helpers. It’s the use of boosters by people who don’t like to think, or who are only concerned with winning. These people use powerful boosters ( sometimes 3 in one turn) to attack and assail me because they cannot outwit me with pure logic. I’ve noticed that those same people will resign if the boosters don’t boost them enough to beat me. The higher your skill level, the worse it gets. It’s no longer a game of skill, just a game of who has the best boosters. I enjoy word games, but the words come secondary to the cards you can use during your turn. I would love it if there was a mode that let you play without boosters. Until then, this game is just mediocre and I am uninstalling.

Great Game. Definitely a 5 star game; quick, thoughtful matches that require a a bit of luck and a lot of skill and understanding. My one complaint however, is either having players who are in Tournament games matched up against other players who are also playing in the Tournament variant. Trying to get 12 wins consecutively while handicapped due to the inability to spend coins each round simply to use bonus cards against opponents who can, and will, utilize the somewhat absurd bonuses against you is rather... difficult. Lol. I can’t count how many times I’ve been neck-to-neck in points just to be obliterated last minute because someone drops an “Up to Eleven!” bonus card and swings a 3 letter word for 35+ points without a bonus tile.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Lost all my data and the greedy “customer service” reps kept giving my the run around. Not worth it when no one is even playing this game anymore. Be weary of spending time in this game. If you lose your progress (which does happen) they will just continuously ask you the same questions so they don’t have to fulfill your request. Downloaded words with friends 2 and it’s way better! EDIT: saw the developer tried to comment and say I wasn’t providing the details to verify my account. I did, when you originally want to submit a request it asks for all that information, which I provided. This is the run around I’m talking about. Save your time and energy! PS I don’t understand so you can keep your thanks. UPDATE TO THE DEVELOPER: Just more generic pre written responses. I work in customer service also. Tell your team the customers are suggesting training. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE GO TO WORDS WITH FRIENDS!

Use to be a great game what is happening. Worst issues lately you set your tiles down hit submit and it is accepted you see your score change and then bam it gets reversed not accepted even when you submit before time runs out ! When it’s your turn that time expires quicker can’t tell you how many times my opponents expectation bar gets stuck on 3 seconds and holds another 10 or more. And the absolutely worst issues now and playing of your boosters used to be able to roll out 3 4 even 5 boosters in a row no problem now I have to try 3 4 sometimes 5 times to play a booster and it will not play swipe up no accept swiped not swiping !! Didn’t use to have these issues before that’s why I paid for the mvp it was worth it but not anymore no paying mvp and too frustrating g to play now until bugs are fixed . 🤞

loosing unfairly due to cheaters and glitches. This is my 2nd review. I keep encountering these problems. Just now when I was playing in tournament, my letter tiles that I submitted are blown away again and all my letter tiles were removed and it was only my first turn. I submitted the word “quirk”which supposedly 39 points, but I got no points for it, ZERO. I have no letter tiles to play in any rounds because they were refilled then gone the next second in my 2nd turn not refilled in my 3-5 turns. so I have NO LETTER TILES in 2-5 rounds that rendered me useless without any capability to play and makes me loose the game unfairly. However, my opponent (NESSA #5515) only got his/her tiles removed once in 1st round and was able to play in the 2nd round. Importantly, he/she have letter tiles in 2-5 rounds, but only submitted on his/her 2nd round for him/her to have points to win the game. He/She knew I am unable to play because I have no letter tiles. I think they cheated. I have photos to backup my claim. I resigned. I loose 40+ trophies. I spend thousand of coins for nothing. I loose the tournament. I’m frustrated & 😡. I 🤬 hate cheaters...

Suggestions. I am appalled at the poor spellers who play this game! And I, a former English teacher, am just as appalled that the game really is not designed to encourage people like me, who know how to spell, to play it. The game will accept as words such letter combinations as “yt”, “ex”, “qi”, and many more combinations that are NOT words. Actually this gives an opponent an advantage. For example, I might have made the word “lifted”. If I had no boosters on which to play, I would receive a lower score on that WORD than would my opponent who used the “i” in my word to his advantage. He simply put a “j” over the “i” and called “ij” a word. And he made what he called a word on a triple score. There is no fairness in this! As a result, when an opponent makes a non-word, I immediately quit the game. The few times I feel that I and my opponent were evenly matched in terms of spelling competency, I enjoyed the game very much. I do hope that you will take my objection into serious consideration and not dismiss it with “English teacher: what a nemesis!”

I LOVED this game. But.... So I started playing this game a while back & I absolutely was addicted! All day, everyday. I love the fact it’s timed & the booster add much more fun to regular word games. BUT... As I said, I started playing this game a very long while back. I took a break, deleted it, and just recently started playing again. I was expecting (I guess hoping really) to see some NEW BOOSTERS. I’ve thought of so many different boosters that could be added it nuts! I know the creators have got to have some more creativity in there 💪🏾. I only have 32/45 but it’s kind of like, okay... once I get them all that’s great but, & the game is fun and all, but let’s add some more “mission” reason to play. I’m gonna play cause I love the game and still want to collect all 45, but I just hope it can hold my interest after the chase of the game is done. It was addicting trying to win games to get booster cards. Hopefully new boosters are in the making.

Fun. This game is super addicting but what game isn’t. The concept is cool I that you can play 4 different ways with the regular random game, a game with your friends, a tournament game, and play the challenge game with Santa and his reindeer. The only thing that gets annoying is that the game allows people to leave without finishing the game. Especially since we have to use points on the random games, we don’t get those points back. If I could change anything about it, I would have the person resigning to take double the hit. So in addition to using their energy to start the game they would use the energy for the person they are abandoning so that the person they leave doesn’t have to waste energy on a perfectly good game that wasn’t fully played out. Then it might make people stick it out even if they aren’t happy with the way the game is going and don’t want to loose double energy for the game. Or some consequence for the party that leaves and reimburse some energy on the party that stays. Something to thing about.

New Boosters are Spoilers. This is a very well-executed game and I loved it during the first few years that I played it. A year or so ago new super-powerful boosters appeared. Premium members who pay to play can acquire them, and they’ve ruined the game for me. I can out-play an opponent, racking up an 80-point lead or more, only to lose on the last play when my opponent uses multipliers to turn his three boosters into 5 or 6 that are super-powerful. My 80- point lead can vanish and I can lose the game by several hundred points - all on the last play. Note that the maximum number of points on a single tile is 10 (for Q and J only.) Most tiles in the game are only worth one point. If a player can come from behind to win a game by 300 points, something is out of whack and it spoils it for non-premium member players!

Good, however.... Overall, I like the game. However, I am so tired of boosters running it entirely. I end up closing after one game. Unless you have boosters, it doesn't matter how good at words are. The last game I played I lost by 30 points. I played a total of 25 tiles, they played a total of 10. They skipped 2/5 turns. Activated 3 boosters on the last turn to make a 3 letter word, and boom. Your time is wasted. I also get annoyed there's an automatic ad after every game, even though they give you the option to watch an add for "more gold" (which is pointless, btw), so regardless of what you choose, your watching an ad. Lastly, why is it so hard to get gems? It's the only way you can get boosters, and even then, it takes FOREVER and you usually don't get a good one. All in all, it is a good game. However, I wish playing a word game was actually *about* the words, and less about spending money to win/boosters.

Thoroughly Enjoyable. I’ve enjoyed the game since I started playing. I normally play Words with Friends (and Scrabble off the phone). So it’s nice to be able to play short games with forced time limits. I wasn’t too sure about the boosters to begin with. To me it’s cheating, but I guess if everyone gets to use them it’s okay. Though be careful with the Best Word booster. I’ve noticed that it doesn’t always give you the best word. Suggestion to Owners: While the ads are annoying they aren’t annoying enough to make want to pay $4.99 a month to get rid of them. I will never spend $60 a year on a game ever. A lot of other games offer a one-time fee for that, which I have gladly paid. Personally, I’d pay that $4.99 once for no ads. I’d guess you would make more if you did that.

Doesn’t Recognize Everyday Words. Don’t bother with this one. Most of the time it doesn’t recognize everyday words like “auto”, for example. Even when you KNOW you have made a valid word, it doesn’t let you “submit” your word, so you get dinged for letting your time run out. You can’t hit “submit” until the thing recognizes your word and the “submit” button lights up. If it doesn’t, you’re screwed. I thought this was a glitch or something the first couple of times it happened, but it’s much more than a “glitch”. It’s either a major flaw, or an intentional design to force you to pay for “helps” in the game. I’ve tried to play simple words like “auto”, as mentioned above, as well as ones like “home”, “zoo”, “plain”, etc. These were all valid spaces, which I added to a pre-existing word that my opponent had made, to create a new word of my own. I made these plays with plenty of time to spare so I didn’t run out of time. However, because the “submit” button refused to light, I couldn’t make the play before my “time ran out”. I’m guessing my opponent must have made some in-app purchases, so the game tilted in his/her favor. It’s a very biased game. If you’re willing to pay, you will win. If you’re not willing to pay, you will lose, regardless of your genuine skill and strategy.

Word domination. I actually liked this until it keeps telling me to update to a new version but when I go to Apple store there is no updated version , very frustrating!!!

Frustrating. The gain and loss of trophy points is very inconsistent and there is very little you can do with the coins you earn. At least allow gems to be bought with coins . Winning 10 games and to be rewarded with duplicate cards over and over is very frustrating and the consolation for choosing a double card is not worth the effort

Fun game but too unstable. Hi I really like playing this game but about 2 months ago it started to throw me out of games and tournaments without any notice I would then lose the game through no fault of mine very very frustrating. I have been reading other reviews and other people are having the same problem !!!! I will come back and play again in 3 months time hopefully problems will have been fixed by then.

Time Limited Ad Removal. Fun game, but seems impossible to remove ads? I would gladly pay something for this game, but not worth what is essentially a subscription to not see ads. I hope this isn’t a sign of the future...

Love this game but... I love this game but can we have an instant resign when someone lags out or leaves the game? It gets boring and annoying waiting for the timer, especially when the games just started and the other person has left.

Hate the Upgrades. I had a lovely friend in Scotland for months and near the beginning of covid you “made” us upgrade and I lost my friend. There have been a couple more upgrades and I have found each one a retrograde step! For example, the previous upgrade, we lose the ability to comment at the end of a game...”well played” “good game” etc...just closes immediately. Also, what are the things in the little blue bags...I’ve collected dozens of “things” have found no use nor explanation for the ! I’m afraid of what this current upgrade (happening now 🥴) May do!

Does not accept many correct words. I’m giving up on this app. Many times it has not accepted perfectly correct words. The latest frustration was when I played a seven letter word on a triple word and it did not accept it. The word was “linctus” which means: thick liquid medicine, especially cough mixture.

Complaint. I’ve found that this app has a certain “reward method” which is never ending. All other rewards are basically useless exempt the red-pink jewels. Those jewel requires in-app purchases. We need to pay in other to get benefits. All others are basically useless. Please also check your help section in the settings. When I try to ups and search for help, the words become all jumbled up.

Quick and fun. It’s a quicker game than others which is appealing when not much time available.

Not domination. This would be a great game but it’s ruined by the cards. Impossible to play a game when the rules of engagement change halfway through. It’s not about word dominance - you can play without any knowledge of the English language.

Devastated. Since this update I am unable to use the app . It freezes then disappears within 5 seconds

Freezing of games. Games are either cut off in mid competition or your game is closed down unexpectedly or freezes. Geez, this is no way to keep customers happy.

Worst unfair game. This game is only for the illiterate and insults the knowledge of people who are well versed in the English language. The booster cards only help in winning the game by cheating. Good game, but.... I enjoy the game a lot and when challenging other players who do not use opponent disadvantaging boosts, you can play for hours. However, when you play someone who locks your letters, undoes your last word, or some other boost that puts you in a disadvantage, then that is wrong and it personally puts me off the game

Special cards ruin the game!. I agree with a number of the previous reviews I have read, the bonus cards change the game extensively and it doesn’t matter how well you ‘play’ and how well you know the English language, you will still loose. Kinda sad really as scrabble games are supposed to be about wit and intelligence :-/

cheat game,no star. very bad game, always last minute lose get beat by sudden score pit of no where. And some english words in this game unrecognized in the game and most of the english is stupid or in gibberish

Is mayonnaise an instrument?. The developers of this game seriously need to invest in a dictionary! Stupid made-up words, random letters, abbreviations and internet speak are all accepted as valid entries. But many real words aren't allowed. I've played games where the board looks solely like gibberish as a result. My 6yo can English better than the developers.

Incorrect. In scrabble or similar games you can not make words if it didn’t work in all directions, this is not a challenging game as it allows this to take place. This game is far too easy with this happening. Game is suited to primary or elementary level only .

Cheating. I hate how this is not a game of wits but a game of who has the best boosters. I just get so annoyed when someone uses a booster and a basic word gives them 200 points. Why play at all. I am done. So disappointed as I love the opportunity to play scrabble against someone.

Michelle. I have deleted this app because it is rigged. It allows words which are very marginal in their use and does not allow simple everyday words which are in common usage. It is not a fair game. It also does not give the bonus when all letters are used. False advertising

Fun but lots of cheats. This is a fun game, lots of imagination has gone into the creation. I fortunately there are lots of cheats though. Ways to get around things with help from other apps. Not so fun anymore. Why do people have to stuff it up for others?

Dirty game. Wanted good clean games and some people play that way, which is nice, but tbh many of the “booster” cards are just dirty cheat cards that take away from the game. Some people can’t win without dirty cheat cards and that no fun for legit fun players.

Fun game!. Super fun game!!! I’ve been obsessed since I downloaded it a few months ago. Only downfall is some words I know are 100% correct will not be accepted, where as complete random letters like QU and AA are words apparently. There’s been so many weird ones I see played out when someone uses the bonus that “creates a word” and it spins me out! Regardless, I won’t stop playing I love love love it! The bonus tiles make it so fun, I love the tournaments and also that you can play real people but I also wish the energy bar lasted longer then 3 games because it’s literally the only game I play and I refuse to subscribe to any games 😂😊

A fun game that is ruined by greedy devs. The subscription price is ridiculously high, and without it you are swamped with ads, and they are often inappropriate ads, today I had an ad pop up with Asian girls in their underwear gyrating. Great. Addictive. Great game. But, there should be a way to confirm the booster you selected. In the game I guess I sometimes just swipe the wrong one and then I can only swear at the screen in disappointment

Good game, like Scrabble but better!. I like this game a lot, it's basically Scrabble but with some extras! Aside from the extras which you can love or loathe, the reason I really like the game is it actually works!!! Online play actually functions...shock!!! I can't count the number of other similar games (some official Scrabble etc) where the online play does not seem to function at all, and you're left playing the AI that's basically a computer thesaurus, or some that work but take for ever for each player to have their turn! That's why I love the timer, makes you think fast and keeps the game moving at a good pace! Within minutes of down loading this game I was playing against other actual humans! That was after a nice little tutorial, which also some other games don't really have! I don't know why there are so many bad reviews? Guys go out and play (try to play!) some of the similar games, whether you like or hate the booster card system in this game you'll find this games brilliant in comparison to the others because IT ACTUALLY WORKS, you get to play against other real life (flesh and blood) people!!! Yeah its a bit unfair (especially for new starters) that the random matching puts you up against people with booster after booster up their sleeve! And yeah it's annoying when some people just use booster after booster, especially the ones that lock or block options. It does defeat the purpose of playing a "word spelling" game if all your going to do is lock or block your opponent! But I guess like all games the longer you play the more chance you will have to gain boosters yourself and can decide how you want to play the game, clean or dirty! Don't go just on reviews (even this one!), I read the reviews and was going to avoid this game, I'm glad I gave it a try, yeah it's annoying at times - boosters! But still "it's a keeper" for me! Great game! Just one thing.. I’ve been playing this game for ages, I like all the new ways to get cards etc, however, whenever you destroy the other person they just resign, I think that the resign penalty should be -50 trophies, because it is ridiculous that you are supposed to play half a game due to someone not being able to try and beat you. It’s basically like playing a chess game and when you lose your Queen you want to stop and restart and you lose absolutely nothing. This is unsportsmanlike.

Fun game. This is a fun game, but it does not always accept correctly spelt words, very frustrating. It’s also frustrating that it freezers up and constantly drops out in the middle of a game.

Enjoy the game. I enjoy playing the game but it often shuts down in the middle of a game when playing on my iPad. Very frustrating.

Not about words. This game is about how many fancy cards you have that can amplify your letter score. Might be fun for some but not true wordsmiths.

Tile colour. I saw an option where I could change my tile colour now it seems to be gone. Could you tell me how I’m able to change it please?? Love your game Btw totally addictive buuuuuuttt annoyed I’m unable to change my tile colour atm.

Too many ads. After each turn there is an ad and most of the time it is the same ad, too frustrating very rarely play now. This wasn’t the case initially so not sure why it is happening now, gone from my favourite to least favourite game

Word domination. Wow what can I say right now I just tried to play 4 games during each game my phone buzzed and the game cut out seriously it happens way to often I wrote and made a complaint and was asked to take a photo how can you take a photo all you get is your home screen.. Too many advertising. Way toi many advertising. Too bad because thé game is well made.

Tournaments have so much bugs. Every time I play tournament I get peeved off because there are weird bugs. Today I won three times in a row and suddenly they ticked off a loss saying I lost. So the next round I did lose and I got disqualified. What the heck is up with all the bugs?!

Won’t load. Starts the loading process and then quits. Tried repeatedly. Still will not load. Restarted I pad -same problem

App hasn’t been working for weeks. I love this app and used to play it almost every day, but for the past few weeks it’s been crashing every time I try to open it, even after installing the new update.

Energy Bar. I use to love playing this game but ever since the new update with the energy bar it horrible! I need to find another game because your only really allowed to play once a day approximately three games lastly about 10 minutes total then they want you to buy more energy....which are VERY expensive!

Glitches - Do not update. I loved this game and had no issues until the most recent update. Since then, I have not been able to get in the app as it kicks me out before it loads. Crashing. I have been playing this for a few years now. I have enjoyed the game except for the unfairness of boosters which some people have. The last 2 days the game keeps crashing and won’t even start again. It’s getting frustrating to say the least. I am going to have to find an alternate game if they can’t even get the game working properly for 24 hours. I would give it a 4-5 star rating but for this issue.

Booster buys. I find it difficult to play with people that wouldn’t win a game if it weren’t for the unfair boosters they use. I only stick with the original 3 that I was given from the start and only use them if absolutely necessary (such as having no vowels in my hand). Some people put extra Triple scores on the board then double up on them in one word, then increase the value of a letter from a 1 to an 11. Voila 450 points for the word ‘farted’. Next they lock up my letters. Is that skill? I’m sorry but I can’t congratulate these type of players for their ‘win’. Otherwise it is a lot of fun.

Good random plays, challenges a waste. I really like the power up concept and the one on one games. However, the theme challenges require you to sit on your device to have enough time to play all 10 rounds with the 7 days. The time between each round gets longer and longer, up to 13 hours between turns in the last few rounds. If you lose? Well you’ll have to wait up to 13 hours to try again. So if you lose you stand almost zero chance to have time to even try every round. Lose twice, just quit playing as you won’t have enough time to play all 10 rounds to win the decent prize even if you won every round after. The play continuously until you lose challenges are a much better gameplay model.

Problème de son. J’aime beaucoup le jeu mais on perd souvent le son au début d’une partie. C’est un problème récurrent.

Boosters getting out of hand. I may be a party-pooper and in the minority, but I think the potential number of boosters an opponent can play against you is getting to the point of ridiculous. Please limit the numbers a player gets and can play in any one game to three!! Yesterday I played a game and I swear the opponent had about nine booster cards in his/her hand and I think they played 5 or six of them. I thought the booster cards were neat (at first) and introduced a bit of fun into the game. Now, when the letters can be increased up to 15, then all squares are triple word score (I exaggerate) and the opponent gets 5000 points (exaggeration again) for a simple word, it takes the fun out of the game. And worst of all, I don’t know how to be awarded boosters now - previously a player could claim a random booster as a prize for playing ten games. So, I guess my point is, this is no longer a fun word game based on skill to make a high scoring word with the random letters you get, but a game of luck based on using a multiple combination of silly booster cards to hammer- lock your opponent into submission. Just my two cents before I delete the game.

Glitch. Can you please fix the glitch in the game. Every time you bring up a card it fast towards your time, it’s super annoying.

Word Domination not working. Today is Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021 and my Word Domination has not been working since Friday. PLEASE FIX IT! I have missed several challenges during this time…not fun. Otherwise, I do love this game, but too many boosters and hard to get the boosters on top of it.

French words. My comment is in english since your knowledge about french is very poor….very poor! I honestly believe that you should update the french dictionary of your app because rye, hello, ewe and fame are not french words! This is been going on for months! Winning by cheating (me playing with your app) just shows that it need to be « upgraded » a lot!

App not working. Hello everyone. I really enjoy playing Word Domination however since December 24, 2021 this app has been closing down and not letting me into play the game. Is anyone else experiencing problems ? I have tried restarting my device and that did nothing to solve the issue.

Don’t spend any money on this game. The game has a lot of bugs. If you enter a tournament (which costs a lot of gold/gems) you will 90% of the time get a loss counted against you when you’ve won, resulting in the tournament ending. I’ve contacted the company so many times, and only one time have they refunded my resources. They should really disable the tournaments at this point, they’re literally stealing!

What is going on?. Why is the game constantly telling me that I am not connected to WiFi and it kicks me off from time to time? I was in the beginning of a game, placed my tiles down, submitted and received a score then the next thing I see was everything disappeared as if I hadn’t done anything and just missed a turn. The “Stories” is just a waste of time when you keep giving out the same tokens repeatedly and then you have some that you have never gotten. Stories has been out for a while and it should not take this long to complete at least “ONE”. If you are not going to fair with the distributions of tokens then get rid of the Stories. Paying customers, let alone free patrons should not have to deal with these issues.

Word Domination. I love this game but still have some issues. I agree about winning the boosters. I have been wanting a special one but when you win the chance to get one they are all the same as what I already have. I also think you should have the it where you can play more than 3-5 games. The ads are not bad at least you get to play a whole game without having to watch an ad. Maybe put a few more good letters go out. And I don’t know what to do with those pink diamond shaped rewards. I get less gold coins than it used to be. All this said I still play every day.

Some boosters make this unplayable. Let me start by saying that there are parts of this that are very fun. Some boosters add to the game play strategy without ruining the basis of the game or the opponents fair chance to win. The tournaments and rewards systems are good. Here is why I am giving up on this game after playing for four weeks. There are some boosters that make the game unplayable and impossible to win. If an opponent plays a card to move all the Triple letter and Double letter tiles on the board, then plays a booster to get a Z tile then plays a booster to triple that letter score, well, you can see how you don’t stand a chance. What is the point of strategical placing tiles and creating words around the TL and DL tiles if they can just be moved further into the game? This is frustrating and simply makes no sense. This is a game of best boosters, NOT strategy and letter skills. I’m done until, or unless, this is changed.

Fun but serious drawbacks. The game is good & fun, but this is the only game app I’ve been dropped from due to ‘service outages’ repeatedly, and there are some very unsportsmanlike cards that can be used which make it not fun to play. In fact, if I got those cards I wouldn’t play them (like blocking others tiles) for that very reason. I there was a way to block those players I’d prefer it more. Also, since it crashes all the time I’ve lost new booster cards as I choose them, after playing 10 games to get one. Incredibly frustrating, and really has perturbed me enough to stop playing for a while. It’s too bad, cuz I have fun with it for a few weeks... but don’t care to play it any longer for a time after these glitches. I wish they’d fix them. No other app that I’ve played is this poorly executed in this manner.

The paid version is not what I expected.. I love playing this game, but it had gotten to where most of the tournaments were no longer free, although sometimes I’d get to participate if I watched a video. I noticed the 3 day trial, and then the monthly auto-renewing acct. I signed up today fully intending to keep the subscription. I love it that much. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize that I still get very little participation without buying more gems, etc. I know I can usually play the easy games against the game Tiler for free, but I don’t enjoy those as much as competing against other human players. I’ve decided to cancel before the paid version renews. It’s just not worth it without more benefit.

The game has bugs or just cheats. It claims certain words aren’t words then allows the opponent to play the same exact word later. This could be a cool game because it’s not just spelling it’s strategy. Like chess meets scrabble and maybe a touch of certain card games. But that issue gets on my nerves especially when I’m on a winning streak and words are stolen from me by the game itself. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but it makes this frustrating not fun. Will still play but will no longer recommend till this is fixed. It comes off as cheating. Like because u keep winning let mess wit your head and make you think a common word is no longer in the dictionary. I know that is true in real life words are removed but basic every day common words should not be a problem. Please fix

Fix ad sound default. I was really enjoying this game after a few weeks of play, but I am ready to delete it now that ads default to playing with volume on, even when my phone volume is muted. I don’t mind watching ads to enjoy a free game, but requiring the user to mute every ad is unacceptable. Please advise how to change the default status of ad volume or fix the issue on the developer end, otherwise I’ll have to delete. On another note, I would gladly pay for this app if you gave a “remove ads forever” option, but the current pay schedule for removing ads is ridiculously steep. Fix these issues and I would rate it five stars.

This game is perfect in every way. I love this game so much it’s perfect to play when you are bored and also it makes you intelligent and everyone of you who is watching my review I prefer you to play this game this game also increase the knowledge of a kid like me and I so like this game also I want to say it would be better if the cards would be of less price too but without counting that this game is perfect in every way you can challange friends and do anything you like and also in corona since school is off it’s real fun and good for knowledge now

I love this game, but.... I love word domination. It is very fun and keeps your brain pumping. My only complaint is that I don’t find it far that if you don’t have the VIP you can’t get certain prizes. For instance, the puppy tile. I feel that people that don’t have the VIP part of the game should be allowed to at least win the tile. If winning out certain prices are selected for the VIP section the I understand but I feel certain things the ones that are doing it for free should get a chance. But other than that, it’s a great game I must commen you guys👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Keep up the great work. This is one of my favorite games I can’t stop playing😂. Especially the tournaments and different challenges. Thank you for such an awesome game. Just please fix my one complaint🙏🏽‼️.

Scam no stars review don’t waste your time or money on this game. You can spend money on this app but no matter what you suddenly get all of the same letters and they don’t work with your opponent's words. Or your points are shorted and suddenly your opponent’s are worth more. Something is wrong and this needs to be fixed. Or connection is lost and your word that finally works gets kicked off. And your opponent plays his word where you were kicked off. And you used your booster. Not fair. This happens to me 6 out of 7 times I play. I have updated the app and each time I do the cheating gets worse. People work hard for their money and want to play a game that is fair and not rigged. Not sure why they feel the need to do this because they don’t have any rewards that are worth the win. I would not recommend this game. Keep running your scam from Sweden. Really fun, but.... This game is great and has taken up many hours of my life, but there is this lingering bug that’s driving me crazy. For whatever reason, after you close an ad after any particular game, the game reduces to what feels like 5 frames per second for an extended period of time, sometimes up to a entire minute. This wouldn’t be so bad if it was isolated to the game itself, but this bug makes my entire phone lag! 😡 I thought I could just kill the app and get back into it faster, only to realize that my entire phone has been affected and is barely crawling along until it finally snaps back. Other than that, I would easily give this game 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Can’t recommend game. This game is good till they put in Best word cards the whole point of the game is to use your brain. There are 2 best word cards in the game. It’s cheating to have these cards they should be takin out. They defeat the purpose of the game. Why give people words and it not just small words it will use the whole had let people think for them selves and not give them the cheaters way out. I would recommend downloading scrabble over this game any day for this reason. Don’t play this game unless you plan on loosing all the time to people with these cards some people have both and use both in the same game. If they play this card it should at least give you the option to use the same card as that player and allow you to discard one of your cards to play it.

Special powers ruin an otherwise excellent game. Five moves to beat and opponent in scrabble. Perfect concept... until you start adding these crazy cards. A handful are OK, but at some point there are folks that just throw an arsenal at you. It’s not about playing a good game of Scrabble to them, it’s all about winning. That’s a shame because this game is really good. I wound up uninstalling the game when I reached higher levels because there was no joy left. If they had perhaps an “old school’ mode, (commando?) I might re-install. I gave it four stars because it truly is well-made, I just can’t get past the silliness. If you can, then by all means support these folks. They earned it.

Okay. I downloaded this game in hopes of playing the original Scrabble game with a twist, and this game did just that. Until they started adding story token and making me update the game every holiday basically. I love this game but I’ve been playing for 3 years and the game would not let me pay for booster without gems and I refuse to pay money for any mobile game so besides that gems only can come from winning tournaments which only give me enough for 1/4 of the 35 gem fee. Very annoying, but besides that love this games and stop making seasonal updates. Seriously.📳

Great fun but hackers are ruining it. I played against a player named Shinro # 6085 and she was losing all the way by like 160 + points. She had a score of like 63 and played all her boosts on her final turn and the only bonus squares available were a double word and double letter. She placed her tiles and I saw the numbers on them when she played. She went from 63 to 439 and there’s no way the math adds up on this!! I looked at it and was freaked out that the score changed. Her word did not equal that it was like 60 or 70 at first and then it shot to the 439. She’s level 2300+ and I’m positive she’s hacking / cheating! Please do something about players abilities to cheat! I’m a paying customer but I won’t be for long if this continues.

Good Game, Simple Fixes Needed. I have lost a handful of close games simply because I accidentally dragged up a powerup instead of a letter and at my rank that means instant loss. Easy fix, make the powerup a different motion to deploy, or separate them further from the letters. Need more stats! What’s my current win streak? What are my friends’ trophy counts? Why can’t I chat (for real) mid game? Going first is a death sentence. You basically lose a turn since you can’t get more than a few points unless you get a lucky hand. Then the opponent goes last and doesn’t have to worry about a return play, can deploy mutual powerups (such as All In) with no risk, doesn’t need to factor in defense. Not fair. Also, there are bots that play this game at higher ranks, I assume because few if any real people have ranked up that high. I did, and now I just play bots posing as real people. Extremely lame move on the developer’s part. I’m addicted to it, but I wish these things would be fixed.

Has potential but falls very short. This has potential to be an incredible game. The limitations are ridiculous - each play is 20 points. You are given 60. Each game is timed- so 5 mins of game play x3- equals about 15 minutes. There are no awards or prizes for increased game play. Only option is to watch videos but the videos are sporadic at best. The monthly $4.99 is a very poor offering resulting in $60 a year. The options given are a deterrent - granted if different options were given (like Yahtzee with Friends) their payment model works pretty well and lends many hours of play compared to this one. If constructed differently, the developers would make a lot more money in the long term because longevity and hours of fun play results in happier customers willing to pay more just to get ahead in a game.

why?. I've been playing this game for awhile now and i like it alot I have built up my tiles , boosters and stories but only by paying for them and when they are available through the story bags or booster books or gems they take way to long to build back up ,they always repeat the same ones and now they are charging a ridiculous price for 1 booster , cant you guys give people a break or you're gunna lose them especially loyal long playing customers who are willing to pay once in awhile or monthly ... im getting kinda burnt out with it but i will play until my fire completely goes out!

DO NOT UPDATE!!!. I pay for the vip monthly subscription and made the mistake of updating from the in-game message. I lost EVERYTHING! It removed all my friends, took away 300 gems, 8,000 coins, my vip letter rack, all my boosters (and I had almost all of them), all my tiles both won and purchased, knocked me down to 400 from 1600, lowered my energy bar from 120 to 60, added #1746 after my player name, AND I am now subjected to annoying 30 second ads between every game. All this despite the game acknowledging that I already pay for the vip subscription. Just to add insult to injury, I have sent multiple emails to support and submitted an online help request over the course of the last week, with absolutely no response from Mag Interactive. Worst customer service EVER! Very frustrating! I also just realized all my card gems are gone too. I had over 200 of those.

So much potential. What a shame. This game has potential, but as it stands it is designed mainly for below average players who accumulate powerful boosters to overcome their shortcomings. What kind of word game would allow a player to block their opponent from playing letters in their hand? To me it is cheating, unless each player has identical boosters. Even then questionable. Also, going first is a real disadvantage, but it seems that I have to go first 80% of the time. Lastly, I suggest that they have two paths that you can take. The first is with minimal boosters, perhaps a few non obtrusive ones; e.g., extended time, flip out all your letters, or adding bonus squares for both players to use. The 2nd path would be as the game is, for the weak players who need these bizarre boosters to overcome their lack of vocabulary/imagination.

Like Scrabble for those with no actual vocabulary. I was initially quite impressed with this game. Loved the short and sweet nature of the game. Then, after playing for a while, I realized that the power up cards, (and I get it, that's how you make your money) are like steroids in athletic competition. It gives people who may not be naturally able to play the hand an unfair edge. Thus, one can play several multi-letter words which take real thought, and lose to some goofball who plays "BUD" while throwing ridiculous power ups and takes the game. I don't mind the discarding letter options but the others give unfair advantage. Why not an option to play "au naturel", just straight up play words for points? I'm going back to Scrabble or WWF. But I'll miss these short Gabe.

Lots of fun if you don’t live with Scrabble fans!. I am pretty obsessed with this game. The boosters are neat, and you don’t HAVE to buy the add-ones to have fun. There are only 2 things I don’t like. One is the booster that locks up a few letters of your opposition for a round. Other people’s tiles should be untouchable. I have it but don’t use. The 2nd thing I don’t like is when I’m winning by a large margin, and the other person resigns! I actually enjoy the game, so I play even when there is no chance at all that I’m going to win. That happens more often for me! The ones who resign because they are losing are big babies!

Cheating cheating cheating. It’s not glitches when a player messages good luck doesn’t seem to use any boosters, my points being around 500, and all of a sudden right after their turn still no boosters used, no squares were changed, dropped or moved, but somehow they have 8000 points, 14,000points, etc in the thousands and there are extra squares, all of them are red, they have moved conveniently for this player. This happens too often and I have had glitches on my end but that allowed my points to be max 1000 point so it’s not glitches. Also, one of the tells is they tell you good luck when you started, let you gain some measly points and right when they pull this trick they message good luck again. It’s no longer fun and it’s not being addressed.

Love the game......!!!. I love this game and it pretty addictive and kinda in a good way. I gave it 4stars. An two thumbs up. But one thing is in the middle of the game it stops working and reboots. I have an iPhone 6s iOS 12 it should work smoothly. Plus some times it’s not a fair game the letters(tiles) given are not fair and makes me very angry and irritated. All things aside this game is awesome and keep updating it ok guys. Peace out!!! This happened when I was playing this guy. And his score rocketed to 145. I don’t think it’s fair. Plus his other tiles are on the board but still played and scored. Look on the left side. I love this game but too much bugs and hackers.

Almost Perfect, But.... I really enjoy playing this game, minus a couple flaws. When watching some ads, they never actually load leaving you with just a black screen that you then need to hard close the game to resolve. This is close to becoming a dealbreaker for playing, so I genuinely hope it’s resolved soon. After watching the video for the free tournament, it often doesn’t allow you to play unless you watch it a second or third time. The ads last too long. If I only have 15 minutes to play, it’s frustrating spending a great deal of time watching ads instead of actually getting to play the game. My biggest frustration though? I like to support games I enjoy by purchasing them, it supports development of other new games and removes the ads. However, a subscription based purchase system is ridiculous. If it was a flat $2.99 (or even a couple bucks more) I’d pay in half a heartbeat, but to pay on a monthly basis? No thanks

Shut out after 18 months, customer service can’t fix. 4 months ago I would have rated this 4-5 stars. There are some glitches, but I loved this game until…after 18 months of play averaging about 10 hours weekly and storing up a lot of boosters and coins, it SHUT ME OUT! I couldn’t get past the opening screen. Customer service did not resolve the issue. When I would try their suggestions and would write back that it didn’t work they often repeated the same instructions. This went on for a month all while I was paying a subscription fee. It could be the best word game ever, but even if I decide to start over with zero everything, I will never enjoy it the same. Be warned!

I hope y’all don’t do in app purchases. It’s a fun game but if you pay out if pocket for boosters or coins or anything, they make sure you lose it. If I play against the computer in a tournament... 9/10 I lose. So I don’t spend money on this game at all! I can’t complain if I’m playing it for free lol *in response to developer * No hunn... that I understand. It is clear that when money is used, you lose more games. As if you all want us to continue to purchase and purchase. It’s not just something I’m saying because I lost $1.99. I can tell the difference between spending money on the app n not spending money on the app. Plus there is a game that is played in one of the bonus challenges (against the computer). It’s swaps tiles after every hand and I had a booster that me an extra tile during the game. The entire game my extra time stays on the computer side. It doesn’t matter if the letters are swapped back or not! That’s a set up. I truly barely win that game. Am I complaining? No.. because I won’t spend another dime on games. I’ve learned y lesson. I do enjoy the game which is why I play it. But you cant scan from people when they are at their brokest. Lol that’s rude

Started off good then they change it and it’s terrible. They changed how you get your cards and did some weird story boards. Now you collection stories that are old and you have them all for months. They didn’t even mother making new holiday ones- just ran last year stuff so if you had them nothing new. They don’t update anything. You can’t do anything with all these diamonds you are collecting. You can’t get the cards you want. They run the same events over and over again. I seriously wondering if the game developers are just giving up on this app. Absolutely not worth $5.99 a month. Should be $5.99 for the year at this point. COMPLETELY Boring after awhile. No chance of randomly getting certain cards- must buy them. Complete rip off.

Improve important please do this. Hi ilove your game and all but I want to change my name and I don't know how to so it will be really helpful if you make a pencil sign next to the name part and we can change our name from there if you press it you can write your old name and write your new name after so i hope you guys see this and make this on the next update I think a lot of people will like this since my family members also play and they said they will also like this since they wanted a long time ago to change it hope this is a really good improvement bye

Needs to be fixed. I absolutely love playing this game but the player who goes first is at a huge disadvantage. The person who plays last usually just holds on to their boosters until their last turn then they dole them out all at once & end up winning. Which is completely unfair and makes the game irritating to play. Also, when we get the incentive of choosing a new booster after winning 10 games, it’s just recycled old boosters that we have already and none of the better ones. Im considering deleting the app until y’all fix these issues. It’s an addictive game with an amazing layout, but there are some fatal flaws.

Fun but. I enjoy playing this game but it is SO FRUSTRATING when I wait god knows how many hours for my energy to refill so I can play again and my opponent leaves the game halfway just because they’re losing. I played three games this morning and my opponent left in every single one. One person left after the first round! I played a really good word and was so proud of myself. I wish energy could be restored if your opponent leaves. I’ve wasted so much energy on starting games that I never even get to finish or get halfway through. Yes I know you auto win when your opponent leaves but it’s not the same. There should be a stricter penalty for players leaving the game and energy should be restored.

Don’t Waste Your Time. The app developers have added limits to the game for “enhanced gameplay”. The updates take time away when you use boosters it’s taken you months to earn. It also limits the number of boosters you can hold in your hand (though certain combinations of boosters will result in you exceeding that number). Therefore, you will have to wait until the following turn to use those boosters, if you’re able to use them at all. This all is, of course, after the developers have been accepting people’s money for months / years while the collect / purchase these now useless boosters. If you want frustration, unresolved glitches, and unresponsive support, by all means download this app. Better yet, just stare directly into the sun. Same thing.

CHEATS. Too many cheaters and the game has its picks. It will set you up for failure and loss. Giving you tiles you can’t make a word with. It also controls the cards as well which makes the game more difficult for you. This game figured out my skill levels at spelling, and now it gives me very poor cards and impossible moves. I lose more than win. The cheaters are the ones who don’t spell a single word until the end of the game. They use the cards to spell one word to win the game, this takes the fun out of the game. What makes the game fun is when a player plays correctly. The cheaters use a scrabble dictionary to spell words (app) The game should not have power over players, dictating whether they win or lose.

Neglected + Broken. I love this game and play daily, and the central part of it works really well. The rest of it is neglected and broken. The extensive rewards and prizes consist of useful coins and gems, and useless “story” pieces from stale stories not updated for at least 2 years. You will also quickly amass hundreds of “tokens” which purchase such limited stock that after the first couple of months, you’ll bank worthless currency that can’t be spent. Would be so much better if they just committed to what they’re really good at, and left all the broken bells and whistles out of it. Also… the social part where you play friends constantly crashes.

Used to be fun. This game used to be really fun but now it’s more of an annoyance. The first thing being the energy bar used to be 70 but then it went down to 60 but the energy used for one single game increased. It went from 15 to a game up to 20 per game with lower energy which is annoying. Friend games used to be free but now they’re 5 energy. Getting boosters is extremely frustrating because you complete the “Win 10 games” just to get boosters you already have in the shuffle which is pointless and you only get 5 card gems. The wait time for new challenges ALSO increased going from just 10 hours to 12 hours. The reward from solo mode decreased from 40 to 30. The game is also extremely laggy. I’ll complete my challenges but when I press “Click to claim” The game will freeze and I don’t get my reward and have to wait all over again. Needless to say I’m over this game

Ops for cheats & sharks. I hoped this would be more interesting than normal word-tile games and it WAS until you begin to get matched against established players...they have all the CHEAT cards. Your skill with words doesn’t matter a bit! You lose from the first word because you set up your opponent with all the bonus squares on the board now at his use. In addition, suppose you play a killer word, your opponent gets to use one or more of his ULTRA cards and suddenly your play looks like dog food. One play recently my opponent used a card to change a letter from 1 point to 11, built his word, changed every tile value upwards and the tripled the word...167 points...for one word. If you do not have the magic cards like he did you are done. You watch your opponent check every single tile in every single position and then pull out the magic card...NO SKILL INVOLVED WHATSOEVER...THE GAME IS ONLY ABOUT THE CARDS YOU CAN USE...if you don’t have them, you lose.

Player 2 has clear advantage. I like the game but the first player to play in a game has a terrible disadvantage. The tiles are set up in such a way that it’s hard to get any bonuses on your first play but the 2nd player can play off of you and typically get bonuses. So now, if you’re first to play you’re automatically behind and playing catch up. And player 2 has the advantage of knowing what they have to score at the end of the game. Is there any way to make playing first not such a disadvantage? When I start a game now, if I’m player 1, I usually just resign if I’m down by 20 points after the first round because it’s too hard to try and make it up.

DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES. This was my favorite game.. So much I subscribed to it.. But now I’m unable to log back in to my account with my subscription. It just sends me right back to the new account. I spoke to someone from support, and I was told I needed to know my Tag#.. Like are you serious?? Who remembers that?? I know i didn’t cuz I never thought I would need it. Also, they say to ask one of your friends you play with…. Uh, it’s not like you can connect thru Facebook thru the app, so whatever friends you do have, you don’t even know them personally.. THEY JUST MAKE IT REALLY HARD FOR YOU TO RECOVER A LOST ACCOUNT.. I gave them my email address, SENT A RECEIPT OF SOME OF MY PURCHASES, they even had me send my profile picture, all for nothing… DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES WITH THEM. I never thought I’d lose my account.. And now, not t only did I lose my account, but also all the money I put into this game… THEYRE LAME AND THEYLL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Cheats. This is a fun game, but it cheats. The game is designed for you to lose at certain points. It will only give you letters that won’t allow more than three to four letter words against certain opponents. Of course spending your money is valuable to the design, however when you have a lot of time to play after spending money be prepared to lose often, because the design will not give you letters that allow you to win, you might get letters that look like this example, uuuioxx continuously and you will play these types of hands often when you have bought a lot of play time. It just my experience for the past year. After my time plays out I’m not going to continue to play. I just don’t like that it cheats you.

BEWARE Loud Ads and sound’s disabled. I have been playing this game for quite a while - it is fun and challenging. Tournaments rigged? Probably ... it’s near impossible to ‘get ahead’ with gems for free. Also surprised when THEY played “F**k” as a word in a tournament. No biggie I can deal with that ... My BIGGEST beef with the game is that all of a sudden the ads - some, not all - will blast out sound. Mind you my settings are on silent. I wrote to customer service; they were quick to respond and asked me to send them the “info” from the ad. I have sent numerous emails of the specific ads involved. It has been a couple weeks, but the sound blasts continue. I am giving them a little time to correct this but will be deleting the game if this is not corrected.

Glitches galore. I LOVE this game. I play daily. The glitches are getting ridiculous though. Games freezing. Boosters disappearing. Points all over the place. Pleeeeeease fix it. Pretty please.😩 EDIT ** how long is Solo mode going to be messed up. I’ve played the first level numerous times. It NEVER progresses. I know someone has reported this. PLEASE fix it.😩 EDIT AGAIN ** WHY are derogatory words allowed? I’m EXHAUSTED with playing with racist ppl who have inappropriate profile photos or tags and they also spell out disgusting words! Just tonight, someone posted “nigg*r”. Why is that even allowed?! I love this game. I even pay for a VIP membership. I can definitely go back to Scrabble though. DO BETTER!

😡 Never downloading again.. This game is for people who don’t want to think too hard. For cheaters dummies and people who want to take the easy route. I’ve never made a review until now. I’ve been playing phone games for ten years! It’s an unfair advantage. People at home buying cheat cards. 👎🏾. I just want a FAIR game. Earn your cards! If it’s all about the money. I don’t want it. The match me with people wayyyyy ahead of me. I thought maybe I should re download it and give it another chance. The people who chat with me are competitive and rude. The ads are RIDICULOUS. I CAN NEVER win tournament. You have to play TWELVE times to even win new cards. My phone gets so hot I thought I needed a new phone. People buy so many cheat cards I thought I WAS PLAYING AN COMPUTER ITSELF. Using long crazy words that no NORMAL person would know. NEXT.

Great game great support. First, the game is a lot of fun. I enjoy the quick pace. I had a problem when my game froze(fairly certain my phone end not the app because it only happened once ) but since it froze right when I had earned a booster I didn’t end up getting it. I emailed support just to make them aware (in case it was a widespread thing and not just a single case or whatever ) not expecting anything in response or anything and they emailed back and forth to find out exactly the problem annnnd credited my account. Super super helpful! I love playing this in my down time :-)

FIX YOUR GAME!. This game would be amazing if the tournaments didn’t randomly count wins as losses. I’ve been trying to get win the July Champagne Tournament to get the pink and gold tile style. The tournament requires five wins in a row with no losses to obtain this prize. This is no easy feat, but it’s next to impossible when the game will randomly end the tournament after you WIN a game. I’ve started screen recording my game play, and have 6 recordings showing my tournament ended after I won a game. The worst part is that I’ve spent actual money (about $25) trying to obtain since it costs tickets/30 gems per tournament entry. Time to delete the game. Save yourself the headache, your money, and your precious time by not downloading this app until they fix these critical issues!!!

Why can’t I pause the game???. While this is a decent game and has grown on me, life happens and sometimes I have to step away from the game. Only when I do, I lose because I can’t pause it. Very. Frustrating. Also, the dictionary needs expanded. I put in terms like “Afro” and it doesn’t accept it. What??? And other easy terms as well. I don’t even understand half of the terms the opponent is allowed and I have a decent understanding of the English language! I like the boosters and using them. Though, I can’t figure out how people who are at my level have so many different boosters that I don’t have access to. It’s a major disadvantage for me and makes me think the makers of the game are always wanting me to spend the money for an upgraded game. No. Way.

Inconsistent rules?. Love the live play feature and not waiting forever for opponents to play their turns. However I’m confused by the inconsistency of the rules of playable words. I’ve seen players use proper names of people and cities, countries but when I’ve tried to follow suit my words aren’t accepted. The rules of word play seem to change from one game to the next. I’ve also seen so many words that are not a proper word in an American English dictionary played by others. It’s frustrating! I also agree with others about the mystery of why/when/which player gets to go first. Would love some insight into these frustrating issues

Crashes frequently, please maginteractive fix this!. I’ve been playing word domination for over a year now and it is one of my favorite mobile games to burn time with. It’s next level scrabble! However, recently it has been crashing more and more frequently. At first I didn’t mind when it crashed after every 1-2 games but now it always crashes after a game so I have to keep restarting the app just to play again! Not only this but when I bout a new booster card with my pink crystals, it crashed after I got the card I wanted, then when I restarted the app, the game took my 50 crystals but did not give me the card I won! And the worst part is, this is the second time it’s happened. I don’t like to complain much but this is really frustrating and is making me want to delete the app. Please developers if you’re reading this, fix these issues fast. And give me back my pink crystals!!!

Make the game FAIR!!!. I just played my final quest in a bot tournament thinking this is it my final win. I was wrong. I knew it when I got a j, three letter I’s and an R. The bot of course made a six letter word. Throughout the match I had five vowels every round while they kept making words. Really? I was doomed from the start. Couldn’t exchange letters and I had only one card that could do anything besides the three growing into eights. The bot could change its letters and it did. Of course I lost and I am NOT going to buy anything. I’ll just wait. Usually if it wins again, by the third go around, it will play some off the wall word or way and then I will win. That’s it’s way of compensating for cheating the first two go arounds. MAKE THE GAME FAIR. WE DONT NEED THE HELP!!!!!

I played a game and the glitch. I recently played a game with an opponent and I notice a glitch in the game ... the letters I put on the board disappeared and I notice that all my letters that I played was smaller and it look like it was about at least 13 letters for me to play ... I quickly took a pic .. and would like to send to you about what I saw .. but I don’t have a clue how to get in touch with customer service... is this a glitch or or did my opponent play a booster that I was not aware of ... can some how this get solved ... and please how can I get in touch with customer service ...

Was my favorite game.. I loved this game up until recently. The majority of my opponents are combining 2 booster cards. One that changes all of the scores of the letters in your hand, and one that then DOUBLES both players letter scores. You need to remove one booster or the other. This is completely ruining the game and it is kind of unfair. It is basically impossible and pointless to play after that. I just played my third game in a row where my opponent did this. The booster cards are a nice addition and add to the game, but when the boosters start ruining the game play, then it becomes a problem. Your next best option would be to separately pay for a specific booster that you want because I would have already bought that booster so I can actually play a fair game.
