Online Sign up doesn’t work. The worst signup experience. I stood in the sunlight at 12PM to capture the picture required for opening the digital account and it kept saying poor lighting conditions. I don’t know why they make the digital account opening so hard it’s impossible to open an account with this pathetic app and third class user experience. It looks like someone from 90s designed the app interface and than forgot to update it after that.

Cannot create an account. Whenever I am creating an account, while taking my selfie, it always says that Poor Lighting Conditions no matter how much of a good lighting am I in.

iPhone 6s Plus resolution support. Latest update is excellent.. Just one thing is missing.. It still doesn't support iPhone 6s Plus resolution.. Kindly fix that.. Also please add the ability to add payees from the app.. Other than that it's a great app.. Gets the job done..

Support query??. Where I can ask support for the app, I'm trying to contact the bank support but no is able to help me yet and there's no direct email or contact information where I can directly talk with the development team.

I was satisfied until I changed my phone. On my iPhone XS it was working just fine and the app was recognising that my phone had Face ID and not Touch ID. But now on my iPhone 12 Pro, it asks for a Touch ID. It’s insane! There is no Touch ID in phones after iPhone 8! And, yes, I have the latest version of the app installed. Fix this bug, please!

Pethetic. I have tried registering the new app for the last 3 days. When it comes to the selfie part, the app gives error of poor lighting. I have tried every bit of instructions like white background open all lights in the room, then went outside in direct sunlight, tried all angles, but the error stays on the screen like the app is non functional. Tried switching camera permission on and of several rimes but no use. I don’t understand as to why banks like them thinks that people have time to waste and so to get them on pathetic apps like this.

Online transfer keep failing. Hi, I’m trying to transfer money from my SCB Pakistan account to local bank accounts in Pakistan but it keep failing. Any help would be appreciated

Bugs. I notice lot of issue while logging on ios when your bio metric/facial impression is enabled. Sometimes crash and sometimes it takes 2-4 attempt to do successfully login.

Latest version not logging in. Keeps on giving error SC mobile key registration unsuccessful. Not working even after reinstalling app. Looks like some security related changes had been made and rolled those out to user without first testing those! Website also not login in as it seems it is tied up to this new mobile key thing which is not working. Hire some QA guys to do testing before you roll out updates. My account is completely inaccessible now.

New update doesn’t work. Accidentally updated the new version and after that my face ID has been disabled, while I’m unable to log in via app. Same user ID and password work fine on browser but show error in the app. Frustrating

Font Size is way too large on iPhone 6 Plus. a great app on the go, was using it on my 5s with no pain, since i have switched to 6 plus the font size are way too big and doesn’t look nice. I would like the developer to consider this issue.

Not able to pay credit card with new app. Not able to pay credit card balance thru new app. Receive error message every time. Plz fix!! Thanks in advance.

Convenient for only basic banking. Gets the basics done. Look forward to seeing to be able to get other matters like changing contact details (all), passing instructions to the bank to like stop sending correspondence to an incorrect email address never asked for. Getting a new cheque book made and being notified to collect it from a user selected branch.

Errors. Worst app, giving light issue when it comes to selfie, even I try in room and day light. Total scam and wastage of time.

SCB’s New App. The new app is confusing and while swiping a transfer you don’t get a chance to review what you’re paying. The number font is too large. It’s a confusing app and makes me nervous when I am transferring money withh just one swipe. The older app was much much better.

Very Bad User experience. This recent update is really very bad. I can’t even find my transactions with dates properly. Disappointing.

SC Mobile Key Issues. My phone is the IPhone SE (smaller screen) Every time i try to enable my SC Mobile token, the agree to terms and condition part does not work Can someone please put a scroll up and down feature on that second page so that I can agree to the terms and conditions?

The new SCB online app is awesome. The new app interface is so good. I would really like a chat with a representative functionality there as well. But I personally thing compared to the old one, this new one is so easy to use.

No Copy Paste function when adding account. You can not paste an account number in the app when adding an account for transfers, you have to manually enter the account number which may create inaccuracies

Can’t check payment history. The new user experience looks quite good but it is missing a vital feature of checking payment history. Please add this option back.

Debit card details. Unable to view debit card details or set limit as it always shows some error, please fix this bug

New version not working on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. It’s been more than one month now since this app stopped working on my phone. The last version was working alright since many years. I called SC priority number in Karachi several times but to no avail. Instead each time they would insist that it’s just working fine. I have no clue who to contact now. On my laptop, the online version is working alright with the same ID and password. It’s so frustrating.

Worst banking app ever. 2023 Still pathetic! So many screens have issues! 2021 But the app has so many issues. What good is a good UI if the app doesn’t function. Telenor was removed from the biller. No notification was given. FBR isn’t available as a biller. I can’t login for the past 3 hours. The password reset flow is really bad. I can’t login to web after resetting password because mobiles push notification wasn’t working!

Not working after the fresh update. Hello there I am using IOS latest version on iPhone X after latest update it got stuck on the opening page. Did the uninstall and reinstall and also doesn’t work even after reseting the phone. Please help

No LINK for Utilities Bill payments. Many links missing like payments of Utility Bills and other such payments that one can make via ATM machines at the he bank. Such Immediate changes must be made and those who have already installed this App their App should be automatically updated.

Doesn’t even open. Stuck on the main screen! Doesn’t even proceed! I’m using iphone 11 with OS version 14.4.2. And yes i do know that you guys have a website and i can access my account there! But why should i go there if there is an app available which should have been easier to use and access!

Error. I am facing a problem opening the app. I downloaded it thrice but it only shows welcome to SC mobile banking. I have an iPhone X.

Much better experience. The new experience solves a lot of problems. Still few pain points like no option to search while making a transfer. You've to scroll and look at each one by one. Imagine having 100 of accounts to look through. I'd love to see quick transfers based on recents.

sign up is trash. i tried their app on multiple devices but it says not enough light even though i tried natural lighting, room lighting and all the customer support does is give fake reassurance instead of fixing the app, i would recommend to go for another bank

Great App. It’s a cool app, I can get most of the things done easily. Payee management should be a separate section which should have the option to delete the payee too.

Please update. Hi, your app is good, however if you look at apps for standard chartered across the world, they are much better in terms of user friendliness. The Touch ID doesn’t work, I thought may be I have to update and once came to store to update found this is the most updated version. It’s good that you can still be online with it anywhere in the world. However, it’s missing a lot of basic functionalities that others apps provide worldwide. Please fix it!

Excellent UI of the new app.. Excellent UI of the new app. Loving it.

Test properly before release. I was happy using the old version of the app. I am using iPhone SE (4 inch screen size) and most of the screens are missed up. UI elements (buttons, labels etc.) are not properly arranged and are hiding the information. It is taking much longer than the old version when I am doing transactions. I can share the screenshots via email. For now, I have to give you one star until you resolve this issue.

Search Function. The app works great for payings bills, face ID also works great BUUT transferring money to someone is a hassle. In fact its extremely frustrating, there is no search feature. Every time I have to transfer money to someone I have to manually go through the list, page after page, to find the person and only then I can transfer. Pleeeease add this simple feature!

Face ID issue. IPhone XS max. iOS 14.6. Ok now that i have deleted and reinstalled the app, it prompted me to enable FaceID first and the issue has been resolved. Overall i love the app.

Update not working on iphone12 mini. I just updated the app and its not working. Error says: 0007 internet connectivity. My internet is working fine both on mobile data and wifi. Kindly look into it ASAP

App crashing constantly after recent update. It was working fine except funds transfer but after the recent update it's crashing all the time. Will this issue be sorted out? Appreciate your prompt reply. As you said, 1- "The minimum requirement is iOS 8." 2- "Alternatively you can use web based URL also." My replies to your response: 1- Yes, I know what the minimum iOS requirements are. My iOS is upper than it (9.3.1). It was working fine except doing transaction. Developer team should rectify it. 2- Irrelevant response.

iPhone X compatibility fix?. Finally there’s an update but really doesn’t really fix what’s broken.. the iPhone X resolution issue. Thanks for the Face ID add-on no one asked for geez 👏

Face ID Bug. There is a bug with the latest update. I can’t get log into the account.

Not able to login. I just updated my application and now login screen appears for a second and then an overlay comes on tope of it with the message Welcome To SC Mobile Banking. It never disappears and login screen is inaccessible.

Apple ID. Apple ID takes a very long time to verify. Overall very ordinary UI.

Search Option for Payees. A simple search 🔎 function for Payees in this app while transferring funds will make mine and other people’s life so easier who have more than a 100 beneficiaries. Absence of this makes lots of trouble of scrolling down every time and searching for beneficiary manually.

App stuck at Landing page. When i open the app, it just stays at the landing page and doesn't go any further. Pretty useless app

Crappy product in a shiny packaging. I miss the old app :( The new app is full of bugs, the old one might looked poor to some but never ever faced any issues whatsoever and now with the new app - can’t use Raast, pay my bills like I can’t even pay my credit card bill and have to go to the website to get this done which fails the purpose of having an application. The looks are fancy but there are some serious issues that needs to be fixed!

Not working since 1+ year….. Not working since more than an year. Tried clearing cache, tried offloading and reinstalling, tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Very surprising that IT team of such a reputable bank can be so incompetent.

Worst banking app in Pakistan…. Should learn from competition how to develop simple banking application. Seems like we’re living in stone age when using it. Have to wait looong after selecting an option as the “sophisticated” app has to complete internal processing…pathetic. Worst of all, they’re constantly sending advertising emails about the “NEWLY” designed app. Sell this garbage app and lies somewhere else…

App not working at all. I just installed the app and have been checking it for the whole day but it doesn’t work. Login page never shows up. Reset my mobile couple of time still no response...

Worst experience. Worst app experience. Error ridden and meaning less development. Previous app was so much better. It at least worked

Card payment is not working in this version. Since the latest release the card payment is not proceeding through. It is creating a greater hassle as the dates approaching and the credit card payments can remain unpaid due to this. Need to look and resolve the feature, it gives completion error always.

Useless app since a few months. I can’t even see login screen from past 10 Months and my is version is latest and have installed one 2 different iOS devices. I am not hopeful anymore leaving this review for the management to look into. Now they advertise that we can open a bank account right through the app however we can’t login if we already have an account

Worst bank to use from outside Pakistan. They are fine as long as you use them in Pakistan. However, it’s a nightmare to use them from abroad. They claim to be an international bank and everything but their app doesn’t work from abroad, I think it has to do something with cache because if you clear the cache you can do single transaction and then it starts throwing the error again. On the web portal you have to use them in incognito mode but still if you need to add a payee or transfer via raast you need the otp and they only send that over phone not email so can’t access your sim from abroad so that doesn’t work either. And their tech support is worst; I was able to get a response from SC India but they won’t respond. Even if you’re lucky enough to get a response after a week the tech support guys are the least technical people I’ve came across in my life. If you’re travelling or moving abroad please don’t trust these guys. They simply don’t work!

Face Id not working. I have installed it for the first time on my iphone x and it says “ You have reached max number of devices enabled for face id login and have to diasble face id on previously registered devices”..there r no other devices. Plz fix this issue

Face ID. When ever I download, only Option is finger no Face ID option plz update the web . New iPhones r with Face ID no more Touch ID . Only show configure option with Touch ID . Add Face ID please

App bug, support needed from product team. iOS 15.1.1 iphone 12 pro I used the QR code from the news paper to download the app. Trying to onboard via the application but - screen does not move/ change from the landing page after launching the app. Really anticipated mobile onboarding but this bug is limiting my use. Please look into this.

Stopped working after update. Updated the app to use Face ID and now the app stopped working completely. It is stuck on the load screen. Reinstallation didn’t help. And not to mention, the screen resolution is way off on iPhone X.

App not functioning on XS Max. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times but to no avail. Upon opening the app, I see the login page for a second and then it does to a gray page with SB logo on it. You can go back or forward from this page. The only thing possible is close the app. This app is working as per spec on my iPhone 8 but fails on XS Max. Yes both my iphones have the latest iOS. What can I do?

Good but difficult to use. I could not find how to pay utility bills using this app.

Worst banking app in Pakistan. It’s just simply the worst app ever. All the features have bugs and are extremely laggy. The UX is completely outdated and transferring money is a pain.

Problems in Login. Login is taking too much time. Its very annoying, please fix earliest.

Good work. Gud work must b appreciated. Very well done. I found this app very user frndly n handy. But i thnk they shud add on more fields into it as payment of bills , rechargng of mobile accounts, & it must hav a check like other apps that once opened on one ph must not hav acces to others and always want verification code for first time installation with user name.

Not 100%. The app works perfectly fine most of the time, but it does give error code often. The biggest set back is iPhone X resolution issue. Please resolve resolution issue, believe me it doesn’t look good when you have black patches as header and footer on the screen.

Not able to add Payee. I am not able to add any payee, this has been happening with me for months now. This issue is not being solved hence I can’t really use the app for transferring money to new accounts. I receive the otp pin sms but the app doesn’t move forward and gives a very generalised error.

It opens and stucks on main page. SCB being a gaint multinational bank, I’m amazed to see such pathetic app that doesn’t run and stuck at start always

fingerprint reader not working. I am using iphone6 and fingerprint reader worked only few times when i installed app. Now it's not working at all and even disable fingerprint reader is also not working. Not a quality app at all

Disappointed. If Kenya, Nigeria, Bahrain and all the other countries can have a native mobile app experience then why can’t we have a similar experience for Pakistan too? This app needs a major overhaul similar to the ones that other countries have!

Extremely difficult to send money to another account. This app should be more user friendly and options such as transferring money should be easily accessible.

What even is this. I don’t think I’ve seen a banking app worse than this. International bank with a banking app worse than regional banks.

Worst designed app. This is by far the worst app in terms of UI/UX and functionality I have used by far.

Works but needs a refresh. I really like UBL’s app after their latest update. SC needs to up their game in this department.

Only one user can access the Mobile App. I have two accounts in SC and both are registered on one phone number before this new update I can easily login to both my accounts without any hassle , now SC Mobile app has registered my device with just one account now it’s impossible to access the other account on same app since app has registered it self and linked with one username , the worst thing is that now I don’t even login from web for my other account because as soon you login it appears that we have sent a notification on your registered mobile device because my number is associated with that account, now you just wait because your app is registered with the other account it will never send you any notification 😡(this is basically two authentication but how will you do it if one number one device and two accounts)

Can’t add beneficiary or reach phone line. The app keeps saying that it’s unable to add beneficiary and that I should call the helpline. The waiting on helpline number is so long that I never get through a phone banking officer.

Finger print does not work. Finger print login does not work on my iPhone app but it works fine on android version of this app. Plz fix
