New updates are horrible. Why in the world do you need me to enter an otp to access the app? How do people use the app when there is little network coverage or if they are travelling? This is the dumbest move ever!? Do you guys even see how other banking apps work?

Login with Face ID isn’t working. Face Id login isn’t working in Iphonexs

Not working!!!. I am in the US and has not received the activation code after repeated attempts!!! Please fix the issue and roll out an updated version.. I was so excited seeing breeze, but the excitement did not last beyond the installation!!!

Amount field is very hard to click to let it type. Amount field and OTP field is not easy to type. It takes several clicks to let cursor show and type in the field. It is very hard to type.

Crashes in 6.1. App crashes and doesn't even open in ios 6.1.x. Fix needed ASAP.

Worst customer service. SC customer service is very worst and never treat you as a customer. You never get prompt response back and no procedure and lack the process in providing solution.

Please improve the graphics. Graphics improvement is strictly necessary, along with improve the user interface. Would like to see in next update….. soon…...

The menu button and back button are almost inaccessible. Though User interface looks great the menu button and the back button on top left corner is hard to touch and access it as it overlaps on the clock time in the header. Once we get into a different screen from home page the app becomes useless as I cannot go back to home screen or can’t switch to another screen. I am using this app on iPhone XR.

Problem with data picker. Under payments>pay utility bills i am not able to pick a future date to schedule bill payment. Waited for an app update, uninstalled and downloaded the new app again but the problem persists. Apart from this overall the app is great and user friendly.

OTP is not received. I am never receiving OTP for login and I couldn’t use this app

Horrible. Ad comes up and asks for a OTP every single time you try to login

Terrible app.. I tried at least 100 times but I can't get an activation code. I am in USA. If someone knows the solution, please let me know.

OTP only by SMS and not email. You are screwed if you need to do any banking while abroad. Unless of course you pay for roaming and are not in a place with no cell service. SMS can’t be sent via wifi. They used to allow OTP by registered email but they canceled this route, thus making online banking via app impossible when abroad.

One of the best even internationally. The SCB banking app should be considered a model banking app. It’s incredibly user friendly and intuitive. Speaking from my experience with some other Indian as well as international banks, this is the most user friendly and yet secure app that I have used. I wish the earlier full functionality of the email within the app would be restored.

I don't see an option for UPI. The update for the app says UPI is enabled but I'm not seeing any option to create a VPA nor sending money via UPI.

Trash app. It’s really a very useless app for iphone X customers, there is no face id recognition on the app and the login doesn’t work well. Better to work on the website.

Good App. This App is so Cool, it does what it is suppose to do. 100% of the times I normally use the App over Internet sign on. I would recommend others to use this App.

iPhoneX screen size. Can you please release an update for iPhoneX screen size? The app still doesn’t come full screen and face ID

Transact on the fly. Awesome app. Helps me doing transactions & paying credit card bills from anywhere Starting I had problem in activation code. Activation code could not be received in USA.only u can get to ur India mobile.

Keeps Crashing. I can't see my credit card details it keeps crashing.... Please fix

Credit Card. Glad that my replacement Credit Card has been received in just two days. Also, I could set the card pin and usage limits on SC Mob App. Whole process was hassle free!! Excellent 😀😀😀!!

Very good application. Application has good interface, it's easy to navigate between options.

Waste of time. The app crashes frequently, can’t login to the app, no luck after multiple reinstalls / resets. Not optimized for newer devices at all! Best way to access services is through Safari.

Works well. Works pretty well. I use to check My credit card transactions not sure how banking thing works.

Bug in app. App has a major bug. When logout app shows login time 5 minutes before the logout time but not the actual login time. This may lead to confusion.

Issue with one time password sent every time to login. This is one of the worst feature that is implemented for rhis app. Opening the app to do some transaction and every time, i need to wait for otp to get in my mobile and then enter it and then proceed with the login. Honestly, this is very irritating every time and worst feature implemented. I hate the architect who approved this design.

Good app, it can get Better. Well, some inspiration needs to be drawn from Amex and Bank of America apps.

Good app. It's a good app, am unable to do VMT. Hope it will work soon. You can get the activation code to US number, I guess you have to enter the number as +1.... Or 001.... I got the code on my US mobile

Bad. How can I see old transctions only able to see 15-20. I need to see more. And too much security when Face id is active whts needs dor otp??? 1 star ;( Thx

perfect. Amazing app. Was waiting for standard chartered's India app. Its finally here and looks fantastic.

OTP log in awful. So in addition to having facial recognition to get into my app I now need to add a OTP sent to my mobile. This is a giant time wasting exercise at the best of times, but when you’re travelling and using a different SIM it is nothing short of a pain in the ass. Incredibly inefficient!!

Features doesn’t work. Worst banking app I ever seen. None of the features work as they claim.
